Cleveland Police are trying to investigate claims that this terrorist murdered 12 people before he got Godwin.
Mind you that the Cleveland Police are under federal watch. The police force is severely inept in their duties.
They had dropped the ball on the Anthony Sowell rape and murder case. The kidnappings of Michelle "Lily Rose" Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus were ignored for 10 years. The shootings of Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell were an example of brutal use of deadly force. The shooting of Tamir Rice by a rookie cop with no proper training was brutal as well.
An overhaul for the Cleveland Police is unlikely. Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Jeff Sessions and the useless members of Congress will allow police to get away with failure. They will allow these events to continue.
Trump will speak art the NRA Convention this month. He will ignore all the mass shootings, this incident and future incidents to come for a chance to appease his potential 2020 backers.

2 Chainz (formerly Tity Boi), Shawnna, Chingy, and Bobby V were the main acts besides Luda. They had released albums on the DTP label.
Ludacris repackaged the Incognegro album. He dubbed it Back for the First Time and it went three times platinum. The hit singles What's Your Fantasy and Southern Hospitality made him a household name. He then released his follow up Word of Mouf. It became a Grammy nominated success. It earned praise from hip-hop heads and the scorn of Bill O'Reilly.
O'Reilly became Ludacris' number one enemy during the 2000s. The two traded jabs at one another. Even now, O'Reilly is facing a major sex scandal and Ludacris quietly chuckled to his closest friends. He basically said "karma's a bitch."

Then came The Red Light District. This was the final album when Ludacris had his braids. Soon after he cut his braids and then dropped Release Therapy.
He would have a fallout with Chingy and he would address the matter on Release Therapy. He would end his feud with O'Reilly for a brief moment. But around the release of Theater of the Mind, O'Reilly ignites it again. The conservative agitator goes after Ludacris for rapping a freestyle on a mixtape addressing his support for Barack Obama to be president. It slammed Hillary Clinton and John McCain. Obama would distance himself from the entertainer after Fox News devoted coverage to its white extremist base.
Ludacris addressed Obama in the album and told the fans he's a father and businessman on Theater of the Mind. He did well on this album. Soon Ludacris was working on releasing his collaborative album with Shawnna. The album Battle of Sexes was going to be a taste of Chicago mixed with Atlanta. In the final workings, Shawnna and Ludacris had a major fallout. Ludacris stripped the Shawnna verses and repackaged the album as a solo and it had features from Nicki Minaj, Lil' Kim, Eve, Trina, Ester Dean and Monica on some of the verses.

For five years, Ludacris was idle on album releases. He took time to focus on his movie and television career. He became a big figure in the Fast and Furious movie series. I guess the long delays and a changing music demographic forced Ludacris to chart a path back to his original roots. He leaves Def Jam after nearly 20 years.
Def Jam still has ties to 2 Chainz. The rapper left DTP in 2012 and signed a label deal with Def Jam. He went on to release three albums on the label and is working on his fourth album.
Well wishes to Ludacris on his next path. As a father, business mogul, actor and rapper, Ludacris entertained millions and won worldwide praise for his rapid fire and creative rhyming.
Golf outings are becoming an issue for Trump. On the sidelines, Donald J. Trump complained about then president Barack Obama's golf outings. Trump racked up 20 since he became the leader of the United States.

The video is graphic. The terrorist is driving down the road and he says, "Found me somebody I'm going to kill, this guy right here, this old dude."

As he exits his vehicle he briefly strikes up conservation with Godwin and then as he ask of a favor, he pulls his burner out. Godwin tired to shield himself but it was too late. The terrorist put one in his head. As Goodwin lays dying, the terrorist mocks him and takes off.
He claims to have killed 15 people in an Easter Day slaughter. The Cleveland Police and FBI are trying to determine if there are anymore victims. He said the bodies were dropped off in an abandoned house.
Donald J. Trump, John Kasich and Frank Jackson were notified about this.
According to the junk food media, the terrorist snapped. He claims that a woman he probably dated blowing all his money at a local casino. The woman is named Joy Lane and she's still alive at this present time.
He warned the guy.

Back in February 14th, ABC revealed its first Black Bachelorette, Rachel Lindsay to star in the upcoming Bachelorette season. For fifteen seasons since its inception, nay, fourteen, no Women of Color has ever star in the series. JoJo Fletcher, a young woman of Persian and White descent, presided over the show last year.
Rachel Lindsay is an accomplished Lawyer from Texas, a conservative Republican state where the former bigot whose goes by the moniker "Romeo Rose" used to live. I wish her well.

Gunfire at a local after-hours club left nine people being treated for gun shoot wounds.
Sharda Hall, Brooklyn Bradley, Diamond Harris, Ja'Voughn Henderson, Corneicia Pruitt, Keante McGrew, Kaadijah Travis, William Boswell and Jawaun McCrae are waking up in local hospitals today after being shot by a high powered firearm.
The terrorist opened fire at J&R Party Hall around 3am. This is the second mass shooting to happen in a short time, The previous encounter happened in Cincinnati where two were fatally killed and nearly 20 were injured by gunfire at a local bar.
The injuries are from minor to life-threatening and the Columbus Police and FBI are looking into who is responsible for this.
Once caught, they will face attempted murder, unlawful use of a firearm in a liquor establishment and felonious assault. Each charge could carry LIFE in the iron college. If any victim dies, it will be bumped to murder and the suspect could face the DEATH card.
The witness refuse to cooperate with the law. After the recent incident involving an officer serving a suspect a toe jam sandwich, many fear speaking to them.
The bar was called Cameo Night Club in Cincinnati. The bar is closed permanently. DeAndre Davis and Cornell Beckley were fingered as the shooters. Charges were dropped against Davis after he died of his injuries from the attack. Beckley is facing murder charges and numerous others. He plead not guilty. He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Donald J. Trump, John Kasich, Sens. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Rob Portman (R-OH) were notified of the mass shooting.
Again, the inept lawmakers allow this to happen. And to make this clear, Trump will speak at the NRA Convention this month. He does not care about the lives lost to gun violence.
By the way, the tragedies of the past. We mark another year since the Columbine mass shooting, the Oklahoma City bombing, the Virginia Tech mass shooting and the Boston Marathon bombing/mass shooting. Also the passing of rock/pop legend Prince happened this month.
Sacramento Police officer in the freezer after a brutal takedown of a jaywalker.
The Sacramento Police is under fire for one its own serving a suspect knuckle style chili for jaywalking. The whole incident was caught on tape and the city is bracing for protests.
Nandi Cain, Jr. saw his life flash before his eyes. He felt that a simple jaywalking incident shouldn't merited a brutal arrest.
"I thought I was going to be the next Trayvon Martin to be honest," said Cain.
The police released the dashcam video of the confrontation, which occurred on Monday after the officer exited his vehicle and approached Cain on a residential street.
In the video, the officer ordered Cain to stop. After Cain protests, "I looked both ways," and kept on walking, the officer says, "If you do not stop right now, I will take you to the ground."
Cain tells the officer he is unarmed and removes his jacket. He said that if you're going to take him to the ground for crossing the street, he said he "take off his gun and fight like a real man."
A cellphone video captured by Naomi Montaie shows the officer then shoving Cain, slamming him to the ground and climbing on top of him, beating him repeatedly in the head.
Cain was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, disobeying a police order, and jaywalking.
The charges were dropped as soon as the video from the witness surfaced.
The officer is now in the freezer pending an investigation. This incident sparked outrage nationally and the city quickly came to out to denounce the actions.
"The actions of the involved Sacramento Police Officer are disturbing and (do) not appear to be reasonable based upon the circumstances," the police department said. "The ...actions that were observed are not indicative of the dedicated women and men who work for the department."
