It seems like El Cajon Police were forced to play their hand. The police department released the disturbing video showing officer Richard Gonsalves bucking Alfred Olango, an unarmed Black man who had mental distress.

The shooting was filmed by an eyewitness. It was turned over to the law and they released portions of the video and it showed the officer bucking Alfred four times. The alleged weapon in his hand was a cylindrical vape pen.

The other officer who accompanied Gonsalves was Josh McDaniel. He was the one who deployed his Taser at Alfred.

A female worker at the restaurant recorded the video on her cell phone. The surveillance camera above shows the encounter as well.

No decision has been made right now on charging the officers with criminal misconduct.

Police chief Jeff Davis defends his cops actions. He said that the cops were responding to a mentally unstable person walking in traffic. The officers said that Alfred, ignored their commands.

The video release comes after a few nights of protest in the city of El Cajon about 10 miles from San Diego. There were reports of unrest in the city but nothing worthy of the junk food media coverage.
El Cajon Police bucked Alfred Olango within a few minutes.
At the press conference on Tuesday, Davis told reporters that the video could not be released as it was in possession of the district attorney and a piece of evidence in an on-going investigation.

As you know, the moment a riot occurs, conservatives will blame President Barack Obama, Black leaders and Black Lives Matter for the actions of some.

This fatal encounter happened a minute after Gonsalves arrived at the scene.
