NPR fires back against the noise. They put a conspiracy theorist on ice.

When Uri Berlinger went to the far right network Newsnation to complain about NPR "losing its trust" because it didn't cover conspiracy theories about Hunter Biden, the Israel-Hamas conflict, questioning vaccines during the coronavirus pandemic, criticism of rights for trans Americans and issues involving former president Donald J. Trump.

Public radio doesn't play favorites despite the far right's claims of liberal bias.

NPR relies on facts, well resourced journalists and of course the listeners. 

Also, there is a dial where you have the freedom to listen to NPR, country, classic rock, hip-hop, rhythmic urban, gospel, talk radio, classical, mainstream rock, top 40 or sports talk.

Berlinger found put that NPR had enough of his bullshit. They placed him in the freezer and they are debating on whether to fire him out the cannon.

Berliner's five-day suspension without pay, which began last Friday, has not been previously reported.

Yet the public radio network is grappling in other ways with the fallout from Berliner's essay for the online news site The Free Press. It angered many of his colleagues, led NPR leaders to announce monthly internal reviews of the network's coverage, and gave fresh ammunition to conservative and partisan Republican critics of NPR, including Trump.

Conservative activist Christopher Rufo is among those now targeting NPR's new chief executive, Katherine Maher, for messages she posted to social media years before joining the network. Among others, those posts include a 2020 tweet that called Trump racist and another that appeared to minimize rioting during social justice protests that year. Maher took the job at NPR last month — her first at a news organization.

In a statement Monday about the messages she had posted, Maher praised the integrity of NPR's journalists and underscored the independence of their reporting.

NPR is considering placing conspiracy theorist in the firing cannon.

"In America everyone is entitled to free speech as a private citizen," she said. "What matters is NPR's work and my commitment as its CEO: public service, editorial independence, and the mission to serve all of the American public. NPR is independent, beholden to no party, and without commercial interests."

The network noted that "the CEO is not involved in editorial decisions."

In an interview with me later on Monday, Berliner said the social media posts demonstrated Maher was all but incapable of being the person best poised to direct the organization.

"We're looking for a leader right now who's going to be unifying and bring more people into the tent and have a broader perspective on, sort of, what America is all about," Berliner said. "And this seems to be the opposite of that."

He said that he tried repeatedly to make his concerns over NPR's coverage known to news leaders and to Maher's predecessor as chief executive before publishing his essay.

Berliner has singled out coverage of several issues dominating the 2020s for criticism, including trans rights, the Israel-Hamas war and COVID. Berliner says he sees the same problems at other news organizations, but argues NPR, as a mission-driven institution, has a greater obligation to fairness.

"I love NPR and feel it's a national trust," Berliner says. "We have great journalists here. If they shed their opinions and did the great journalism they're capable of, this would be a much more interesting and fulfilling organization for our listeners."

NPR editor-in-chief Edith Chapin quickly pushed back against Berliner’s characterization of the outlet, telling staff in a memo that network management “strongly disagree with Uri’s assessment of the quality of our journalism and the integrity of our newsroom processes.”

“We believe that inclusion — among our staff, with our sourcing, and in our overall coverage — is critical to telling the nuanced stories of this country and our world,” she added.

Other NPR staffers publicly rejected Berliner’s assessment in social media posts.

Israel’s military chief said Monday that his country will respond to Iran’s weekend attack, but he did not elaborate on when and how as world leaders urged against retaliation, trying to avoid a spiral of violence in the Middle East.

The Iranian attack on Saturday came in response to a suspected Israeli strike two weeks earlier on an Iranian consular building in the Syrian capital of Damascus that killed two Iranian generals. It marked the first time Iran has launched a direct military assault on Israel despite decades of enmity dating back to the country’s 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Iran launched hundreds of drones, ballistic missiles and cruise missiles at Israel in the attack. The Israeli military said that 99% of the drones and missiles were intercepted, by Israel’s own air defenses and warplanes and in coordination with a U.S.-led coalition of partners.

Israeli military chief Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi said Monday that Israel is considering its next steps but that the Iranian strike “will be met with a response."

Halevi gave no details. The army’s spokesman, Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari, said Israel will respond “at the time that we choose.”

Both men spoke at the Nevatim air base in southern Israel, which Hagari said suffered only light damage in the Iranian attack.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been huddling with top officials to discuss a possible response. For a second straight day, the government made no announcements on any decisions.

In a conversation with U.S. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Netanyahu said that “Israel will do whatever is required to defend itself,” the prime minister’s office announced.

While Israeli leaders have hinted at retaliation, the government is under heavy international pressure not to further escalate the conflict — especially after the Iranian strike caused such little damage.

The U.S. has urged Israel to show restraint as it seeks to build a broad diplomatic response.

While Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder, Pentagon press secretary, said any response is up to Israel to decide, he added: “We don’t want to see escalation, but we obviously will take necessary measures to protect our forces in the region.”

Pressed at a briefing about whether such a response would jeopardize stability in the region, Ryder said the U.S. will “stay in close consultation with our Israeli partners, as we have done throughout the weekend. Again, we don’t seek wider regional conflict.”

The U.S. also has been working in recent years to strengthen ties between Israel and moderate Arab states in an alliance to counter Iran.

Much of that cooperation has been under the umbrella of the U.S. Central Command, which oversees U.S. military operations in the Middle East. Centcom works closely with militaries across the region, including Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries.

The U.S., Britain and Jordan — a key American ally in the region — have all said their air forces helped intercept the Iranian missiles and drones. Halevi said France and “other partners” were involved, and he noted that “Iran’s attack has created new opportunities for cooperation in the Middle East.”

The Iranian weapons also flew through Saudi skies, according to a map released by the Israeli military. Israel says most of the interceptions took place outside of Israeli airspace, indicating at least tacit cooperation with the Saudis.

A unilateral Israeli strike could strain these behind-the-scenes contacts, particularly with countries like Saudi Arabia that do not have official diplomatic relations with Israel. It also could risk opening a new front with Iran at a time when Israel is bogged down in a six-month war inside Gaza against Hamas militants.

Israel and Iran have been on a collision course throughout the Gaza war. The war erupted after Hamas and Islamic Jihad, two militant groups backed by Iran, carried out a devastating cross-border attack on Oct. 7 that killed 1,200 people in Israel and kidnapped 250 others.

Israel’s offensive in Gaza has killed over 33,700 Palestinians, according to local health officials, and caused widespread devastation.

Throughout the war, Israel has traded fire across its northern border with Lebanon’s Iranian-backed Hezbollah militant group, while Iranian-backed militias in Iraq and Yemen have also attacked Israel. The friction has kept up fears of a potentially destructive all-out war between Israel and Hezbollah, or a broader direct confrontation between Israel and Iran.

World leaders pressed Israel not to strike Iran.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said “all sides must show restraint” to avoid a rising spiral of violence in the Middle East. French President Emmanuel Macron said Paris will try to “convince Israel that we must not respond by escalating.”

In Washington, U.S. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby declined to say Monday whether the U.S. had been or expects to be briefed on any Israeli response plans. “We will let the Israelis speak to that,” he said.

“We are not involved in their decision-making process about a potential response,” Kirby said.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the U.S. doesn’t seek escalation but said it would continue to support Israel’s security. He pledged to step up the diplomatic efforts against Iran.

“Strength and wisdom need to be different sides of the same coin,” he said.

Campaign stops in New York.

After numerous attempts to delay his criminal trial, former president Donald J. Trump will appear in Manhattan Superior Court. The jury selection is today and many of the prospective jurors must be impartial and able to serve six to eight weeks.

Judge Juan M. Merchan has issued a gag order barring Trump from commenting publicly about witnesses, prosecutors, court staff and jurors in his upcoming hush-money criminal trial, citing the former president’s history of “threatening, inflammatory, denigrating” remarks about people involved in his legal cases.

He continues to violate the gag order.

This criminal trial is based on election and campaign finance violations in which the former president ordered his former lawyer to issue payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal through shadow payments by AMI Media.

Trump's former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen and AMI Media's David Pecker will be witnesses as well as Daniels and McDougal.

This a hush money case is going to be a challenge for Alvin Bragg, the county district attorney. Bragg must prove that Trump deliberately wanted to pay women who he had affairs with to not tell their stories. In order to stifle an embarrassment, he ordered illegal payments  to be conducted through shadow payments.

This is a historical first. 

A former president and presumptive Republican presidential nominee is being criminally charged.

It’s the first criminal trial of any former U.S. commander-in-chief and the first of Trump’s four indictments to go to trial.

Benny Johnson, Scott Presler, Laura Loomer, Dom Lucre are the notorious far-right bastards who fester on the X platform. Elon Musk boosts their propaganda to millions and their impact is clearly to help Donald J. Trump win a second term.

President Joe Biden would rather ban TikTok. 

Man, if Biden had some sense he should take a look at how a South African/American billionaire who made a profit off grifting managed to buy X with shares from Telsa and SpaceX! Or the fact that X is platforming propaganda from Israel, Russia, the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, Great Britain and Russia.

Although Russia has banned X from its platforms, the Russian intelligence agencies, Tara Reade and Maria Butina are crafting an online troll campaign to disrupt the election.

Anyway, Michaelah Montgomery, a former associate of Candace Owens was responsible for the photo op at the Chick-fil-A. She admitted that her team waited six hours for Trump's arrival. Many of the workerrs were caught off gaurd but were happy to meet a former president.

Trump who was there for a donors gathering at the far-right gay bigot Bill White's Buckhead Movement pavillion. White, a notorious panderer of racism is spearheading a separation of the upscale Buckhead community from the city of Atlanta. He is urging Republicans (who don't even live in the city) to back the bid.

Those widely shared moments were days in the making, an alliance between the Trump campaign, local activists, and students at some of the nation’s most iconic historically Black colleges.

Trump and his allies have argued he can win greater Black support due to his messages on the economy and immigration, a notion President Joe Biden’s campaign rejects. Some of his outreach to African Americans has played on racial stereotypes — promoting $399 branded sneakers or suggesting that Black people would empathize with his dozens of felony charges — and has offended longtime critics and some potential allies.

But the campaign considered Wednesday’s photo opportunity at Chick-fil-A, a stop he made on the way to a fundraiser in Atlanta, a win that produced viral videos shared by his allies and widely discussed by supporters and opponents alike.

“People find it so hard to believe that there are young Black people who would have loved the opportunity to meet Trump,” said Michaelah Montgomery, a conservative activist and founder of Conserve the Culture, which recruits and educates college students and young alumni at Atlanta’s historically Black colleges and universities.

Montgomery, a former Georgia Republican Party staffer who regularly coordinates events for HBCU students open to conservative ideas to meet with politicians and activists, said she was notified earlier in the week that Trump would visit Atlanta’s Vine City neighborhood during his trip to host a high-dollar fundraiser in the city. She notified a private group chat of students she uses to coordinate events and job opportunities about the president’s visit. She received immediate interest in appearing alongside him from around a dozen students.

This is what Trump actually thinks about people touching him.

“Everybody got together at around 9:30 in the morning and walked on over to the Chick-fil-A and then we sat there and waited until the president showed up,” said Montgomery, who can be seen embracing the former president in multiple viral videos. “It’s really disheartening to see that the media makes it seem like we just stumbled into a Chick-fil-A and he bought us milkshakes.”

Morehouse and Spelman Colleges are some of the foremost historically Black colleges in the nation, with long legacies of influential Black alumni in politics, business, religion and medicine. Martin Luther King Jr. and Georgia Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock, who pastors King’s former church, are both Morehouse alumni. Stacey Abrams, the influential Georgia Democrat, attended Spelman. Alongside neighboring Clark Atlanta University and Morris Brown College, the academic collective on Atlanta’s West Side has served as a bastion of African American politics and culture since before the Civil Rights movement.

Trump’s overture to students at the iconic Black institutions both underscored his eagerness to show any potential inroads with Black voters as well as the campaign’s strategy of partnering with local conservative groups to marshal a crowd in communities outside the GOP base, a common political tactic with a slight twist.

“The location was beautifully selected and I think it had an incredible impact,” said Bill White, a businessman and longtime friend of the former president who organized the high-dollar luncheon for the Trump campaign in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood the same day. “I just thought the day was a resounding success for him and for the people in Georgia who loved him and wanted to come out and show their support.”

White added that Donald Trump “is very relatable to anyone, really. Atlantans got a chance to see that and show their love back” and he anticipates Trump will make major inroads with Black voters in Atlanta and across the country due to events like his Wednesday visit.

Jasmine Harris, a spokesperson for the Biden campaign, criticized the visit.

“Thinking Black voters relate to Donald Trump because he spent twenty minutes handing out freebies at a fast food restaurant is yet another insult to our intelligence – and perfect example of just how disingenuous Trump’s outreach to Black voters continues to be,” Harris said in a statement.

In March, 55 percent of Black Americans said they approved of Biden’s handling his job as president while 45 percent disapproved, according to a poll by the AP-NORC Center for Public Research. But a February poll found only a 25 percent favorability rating for Trump among Black Americans.

The visit was not met with fanfare by some on campus or the local community. Montgomery denounced the criticism some students who appeared in the viral videos alongside Trump have received both on campus and online.

“They are claiming that the students made a mockery of their institutions and saying that they are disrespecting their ancestors. It is really, really bad,” said Montgomery.

The first season featured cameos from several of The Cosby Show cast. A spin-off of The Cosby Show, A Different World initially follows second eldest Huxtable child Denise (Lisa Bonet) after she leaves home to attend Hillman College, a fictional historically Black university in Virginia. In a revamp, the show fired Bonet after Cosby got angry over her pregnancy with Zoe Kravitz while married Lenny Kravitz. 

Tomei was written out of the show.

Bonet would reappear on The Cosby Show for the remaining seasons on recurring status.

Former president Donald J. Trump is trying to make a play for Black voters. He staged a visit at a Chick-fil-A and was greeted by Black Republicans. The Black vote has been at best 13% for Trump because Black men are swinging towards him. 

Biden and Harris have to make more inroads to win the Black vote.

Iran Responds!

Israel must fall. The aggression by this country has gone too far.

Armchair generals in Washington, Tel Aviv, Brussels, Moscow and London. All of them want to drum up a war with Iran. 

So according to Republicans, Democrats, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, former president Donald J. Trump and the Zionists, the state of Israel can strike the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria and the consulate of Iran without consequences. So I guess these countries are just going to allow a foreign country attack their sovereignty without any repercussions. If they respond to the aggression, then the U.S. must defend its ally. It's an "ironclad" support.

The U.S. gives billions to Israel. 

Republicans balk at the idea of giving Americans loan forgiveness but cheer for our taxpayer money to go to a country that ignores the rules, enforces a religious based government and treats indigenous people as the enemy. 

They label them as terrorists and have no compassion for the deaths of innocents.

They work on passing bills to strip Americans of their freedoms to speak out against Israel. They want to classify breathing air as antisemitic. Mike Johnson, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, Mitch McConnell and 95% of Congress are paid by AIPAC, a foreign lobbying group that push for American influence in Israel's ongoing chaos.

Biden will not hold Israel accountable for its actions and it will certainly hurt his reelection chances. Now he is battling whether the U.S. engage in conflict on behalf of the racist apartheid ethnostate of Israel.

Israel conducted an illegal airstrike in Syria. It struck an Iranian consulate killing 20.

Netanyahu and his war cabinet won't stop and the world is tired of them not being held accountable.

Iran’s attack is a retaliation for a suspected Israeli strike that killed an Iranian military commander, Major-General Mohammad Reza Zahed, in Damascus on April 1. He was killed along with six other Iranian nationals, including another general. At least six Syrian citizens were also killed. Iran vows retaliation.

Iran and Syria condemned the attack.

The U.S. and Israel managed to intercept the drones and prevented them from destroying targets at best.

Biden warned Benjamin Netanyahu to not strike Iran. The evil regime leader refused to concede and is vowing to strike Iran's nuclear plants and it could trigger a regional conflict that may lead us into World War III.

Biden and Trump are all in for Israel.

Israeli war crimes are the violations of international criminal law, including war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of genocide, which the Israel Defense Forces, the military branch of the state of Israel, has been accused of committing since the founding of Israel in 1948. These have included murder, intentional targeting of civilians, killing prisoners of war and surrendered combatants, indiscriminate attacks, collective punishment, starvation, the use of human shields, sexual violence and rape, torture, pillage, forced transfer, breach of medical neutrality, targeting journalists, attacking civilian and protected objects, wanton destruction, incitement to genocide, and genocide.

And yet, the American lawmakers still refer to it as a Jewish state.

All these armchair generals are calling Biden "weak" because he doesn't want to get involved and of course Republicans seized upon the idea that attacking Israel should merit an American response.

Iran warned Israel of any response.  The Iranian armed forces chief of staff, Major-General Mohammad Bagheri, told state TV that if Israel retaliates, Iran’s response would be “much larger” than the overnight bombardment, according to a Reuters report.

Iran also warned Washington that backing Israeli retaliation would lead to the targeting of U.S. bases.

Election Intergrity Starts With Accepting Reality!

Election integrity was the latest bullshit coming from former president Donald J. Trump and the Republicans. The very same lies that led to Trump supporters storming the U.S. Capitol. The same lies that allowed Republicans to pass gerrymandered congressional maps. The same lies that led toa sharp decline in election workers. The same lies that lead to Republicans passing controversial voter ID laws.

Newsflash, most Americans vote once. 

Not all Americans can leave work to go vote. 

Not all Americans vote early or cast mail in votes. Not all Americans cast absante ballots.

Most Americans want Election Day to be a national holiday.

Yet, Republicans refuse to support it. They do not support statehood for the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. They do not support U.S. citizens living in Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico the opportunity to vote for president. They don't support American Samoa the opportunity to allow U.S. citizenship and the opportunity to vote for president.

They post their phony support for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s vision for a better America while trying to strip away freedoms and endorsing racism.

Elections matter.

As President Joe Biden said it best, "You can't love your country only when you win" an election. Trump and Republicans show us that there is no ground floor when it comes to hypocrisy.

Rico Wade Passed Away!

Killer Mike said Hip-Hop producer Rico Wade passed away 

Organized Noize is a set of rap producers who contributed to Future, Outkast, Goodie Mob, Killer Mike, Bubba Sparxxx, Ludacris, Janelle Monáe and numerous others.

The collective included singer Sleepy Brown, Ray Brown and Rico Wade.

They are members of the Dungeon Family. The Dungeon Family is a supergroup of the aforementioned rappers and the production.

It was announced on social media that Rico Wade had passed away. He was the cousin of Future. The rapper and Metro Boomin released their second album "We Still Don't Trust You" which aimed at Lil Wayne, Drake and 21 Savage.

Rico Wade was 52 years old.

Rico Wade co-founded the Dungeon Family collective alongside Ray Murray and Sleepy Brown in the early ’90s. Members included Big Boi, André 3000, CeeLo Green, Khujo, Big Gipp, Big Rube and later, a young Future (Wade’s cousin). Wade, who set up a makeshift studio in his mother’s basement called The Dungeon, helped craft the Atlanta Hip-Hop sound with albums such as Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik by Outkast (1994) and Cell Therapy by Goodie Mob (1995).

Organized Noize found insurmountable success outside of the Dungeon Family as well. In 1995, they produced “Waterfalls” by TLC, which went on to spend seven weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also was nominated for two Grammy at the 38th Annual Grammy Awards in 1996 for Record of the Year and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.

Wrong Turn!

The suspect can't claim self-defense when the camera is rolling.

An Uber driver is shot and killed after she drove to a home of an elderly man who believed he was being robbed by the driver. It was apparently a scam call and a case of mistaken identity.

The incident happened in Springfield, Ohio.

This is a perfect example of why Congress failed America!

The Republicans seriously believe the Second Amendment is more important than the lives of the Americans who value safety, tranquility and shelter.

Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.

Lo-letha Hall was just doing her job trying to deliver food and pick up riders. She didn't expect her life would be in danger by some crank.

The suspect is 81 years old. 

The victim was a Black woman. The suspect was a white man.

The Clark County Communications Center received a 911 call around 11 a.m. on March 25, in which the caller, William Brock, 81, reported he shot a subject on his property who was attempting a robbery.

Deputies and medics responded to the 7000 block of South Charleston-Clifton Road. Upon arrival, authorities found a female subject, Lo-letha Hall, on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. They also found Brock, who had injuries to his head.

Investigation showed Brock had been subject to a scam call concerning an incarcerated relative, which turned into threats and demands for money.

Ohio deputies investigating the vehicle and saw the suspect shoot the victim multiple times as she tried to leave.

Hall was an Uber driver who was unfamiliar with the circumstances of the scams and threats, and arrived at Brock’s residence to pick up a package as part of her job. When she showed up, Hall was unarmed and made no threats or demands, other than requesting the package from Brock.

Upon Hall arriving, Brock produced a gun and held her at gunpoint, demanding to know the identity of the scammers who had spoke with him on the phone. Hall had no such knowledge other than the delivery request made through the Uber application.

Brock took possession of Hall’s phone and refused to allow her to leave. Police noted that during this encounter, Brock did not make any attempt to call 911 for assistance.

Hall reportedly attempted to get into her vehicle and leave the property, at which point she was shot by Brock. Brock was also injured in the reported “scuffle” at the door of Hall’s vehicle.

Police say Brock shot Hall again during the altercation, twice more. Only after she was shot multiple times did Brock call 911.

Hall died from her gunshot wounds.

No remorse.

Because Hall was unarmed and presented no active threat, along with the fact that Brock failed to contact authorities while brandishing a firearm, he was arrested and charged with murder, a first degree felony. The sheriff’s office says more charges could be forthcoming as evidence is reviewed.

The original scam call to Brock by a male subject and the placing of a package delivery order through the Uber app which initiated this shooting is still under investigation by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The suspect faces 15 years to LIFE if convicted. 

These murderers don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives. There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases. 

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

Columbus woman was just doing her job and this white extremist killed her.

So in closing, expect more.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

He Lost His Driver's License And $1 Million!

The far right troll Jacob Wohl lost his driver license three years ago. He is forbidden from operating a vehicle. Now he is going to be working for a long freaking time to pay back the state of New York. His actions now have consequences. On top of that, he has many other problems in other states.

His attempts at "owning the libs" and making President Joe Biden, the "Uncle Pedo" backfired bigly.

What makes this so interesting, these two idiots could get some federal time out thanks to their antics.

New York Attorney General Letitia James reached a settlement with Wohl and Jack Burkman for their robocall scheme that sought to discourage Black Americans from voting during the 2020 election. In their out-of-court settlement, Wohl and Burkman were ordered to pay “up to $1.25 million.”

Wohl and Burkman were found liable by U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero in March 2023 for “targeting Black voters and transmitting false and threatening messages intended to discourage voting.”

Wohl and Burkman are allegedly responsible for conducting a robocall operation that took place in several other states including Michigan and Ohio, where the duo also faced criminal charges. The calls targeted Black constituencies and falsely claimed that voting by mail would put their personal data at risk. It was not hard to connect Wohl and Burkman with the calls since they were mentioned by name in them. Those calls reached about 85,000 people according to Marrero’s ruling back in October 2020.

In a statement James released on Tuesday, she said:

"The right to vote is the cornerstone of our democracy, and it belongs to everyone. We will not allow anyone to threaten that right. Wohl and Burkman orchestrated a depraved and disinformation-ridden campaign to intimidate Black voters in an attempt to sway the election in favor of their preferred candidate. Now they will pay up to $1.25 million to my office, the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, and the individuals who were harmed by their scheme. My office will always defend the right to vote."

Wohl and Burkman have been responsible for multiple unsuccessful plots to frame public figures for fictitious sexual assaults. The pair were allegedly behind plots in October 2018 against U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller, in April 2019 against 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg, and in April 2020 against White House Coronavirus Task Force member Anthony Fauci.

The settlement also requires Wohl and Burkman to notify the attorney general’s office before any lobbying or political campaigning in New York, and they will have to submit a copy of any future election-related, mass communication efforts to the plaintiff for review 30 days before the messaging reaches the public.

The men have previously staged hoaxes and spread false accusations against Democrats and other government officials.

The Associated Press reported in 2019 that the pair recruited a college student to falsely claim he was raped by then-Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg. Wohl denied the accusation and Burkman said he thought the student’s initial account of the alleged assault was true.

Detroit Police Nab Teen Twin Runaways And Their Pimp!

The prosecutors and U.S. Department of Homeland Security will be doing some serious work. A woman living in Nebraska discovered an alert on her banking account saying her debit card was being used in Allen Park, Michigan. 

She notified her parents and they notified the city's police department. The alert says the card was being used a Comfort Inn and the police immediately investigate.

Upon arrival, the police discover four individuals. One officer noticed two were underage girls who were known runaways and had run-ins with the police in the past.

Officials say they have arrested one of the men in his 30s, but the case of how the vulnerable girls ended up at the hotel is being unraveled, as well as what they’ve gone through over the past month.

Allen Park police had their bodycams rolling when they discovered the girls inside the hotel room with two men in their 30s.

“I know who you guys are, and I know who’s looking for you,” said an officer.

“You don’t know me, so stop acting like you do,” said one of the twins.

They didn’t want to leave the men they were with inside the hotel—men who are old enough to know that keeping two missing 14-year-olds in a room is illegal. One claimed the credit card information was given to him by his brother.

Troubled teens found and returned to their parents.

The one man was arrested for harboring missing children as well as fraud, as the credit card used to book their motel room was stolen. Marcus Peoples, 30 is being charged. 

He has a known history. He is a repeat offender and sexual predator. This incident will make him eligible for the iron college for a long time.

How the girls ended up with the men is now what’s under investigation. His bond was set at $150,000. 

Okay, let's get it straight. 

Two men were pimping the girls. 

The girls were going to be exploited for profit. They claimed they were willing and didn't want to leave the men. They are troubled teens who will eventually become either prolonged criminals or sexual offenders. Obviously, they could face charges for delinquency but as far as I can tell, no charges for now.

Peoples and the twins knew they're fucked.

The men will face a possible federal sandwich. The state charges is receiving stolen property, fraudulent use of credit cards, harboring missing children. The feds will hit them with interstate state trafficking of underage minors, soliciting prostitution of an underage minor for sex and child pornography.

"If you see something, say something because if we wouldn’t have checked on our credit cards right then and there, and if I would've just waited until the next day, it would’ve been, maybe, too late," McQuain said. "You just never know."

Child sex trafficking refers to the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a minor for the purpose of a commercial sex act.

State charges carry up to 10 years in the iron college.

Federal charges could carry up to 25 years to LIFE in federal time out. The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
