What Happened To Jordan Neely?

Jordan Neely was a mentally ill man. A white man placed a deadly chokehold on him.

BE WARNED THERE IS GRAPHIC VIDEO FOOTAGE AND PHOTOS.

A mentally ill man was placed in a chokehold by another man. The incident happened on the New York City subway and it has District Attorney Alvin Bragg considering whether he should indict the man who ended up killing him.

The incident happened on May 1 and it has the nation talking.

Jordan Neely was a 30-year-old black homeless man, was killed when Daniel Penny, a 24 year-old white ex-Marine, placed him in a chokehold while they were riding the F train on the New York City Subway.

According to police, witnesses said Neely was acting in a "hostile and erratic" manner, and yelled that he was hungry and thirsty, and that he would hurt anyone on the train. Despite his complaints, Neely did not physically attack anyone. Penny approached Neely from behind, placing him in a 15-minute chokehold until Neely was unconscious. An onlooker alerted Penny that Neely had defecated; a warning sign he was dying; the onlooker then said "You're gonna kill him." Neely was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital, where he was pronounced dead; according to some sources, Neely died on the subway car's floor. Police questioned Penny, but he was released without charges.

The incident was recorded on video by a witness, freelance journalist Juan Alberto Vázquez. The death is being investigated by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. On May 3, the medical examiner's office determined the manner of death to be homicide, stating that Neely died from "compression of the neck".

This incident rings echos of George Floyd.

Would you want this done to you?

Of course, the far right are quick to defend the actions of Penny. They believe that Neely's prior arrests justify a stranger placing his hands on him. Matter of fact, dude uses a chokehold that ends up killing Neely.

It is the sad reality the far right sees. While they praise Ashley Babbitt and Kyle Rittenhouse, this young man is vilified.

Neely started "to make a speech" while riding a northbound F train, screaming "I don't have food, I don't have a drink, I'm fed up. I don't mind going to jail and getting life in prison. I'm ready to die." He then "took off his jacket, a black jacket that he had, and threw it on the ground." No violence or direct threats were reported. After Neely threw his jacket down, Penny walked up to Neely from behind and placed him into a chokehold.

Vazquez stated he "heard a thump" and saw the men on the floor. The train stopped at the station at Broadway-Lafayette, where it remained while two men grabbed Neely's arms and legs. At 2:29 p.m., one passenger warned the men they should check Neely had not defecated, saying "You don't want to catch a murder charge. You got a hell of a chokehold, man." Neely was then motionless and placed on his side. The same passenger then said, "He's all right. He ain't gonna die." The New York Fire Department received its call for help at 2:39 p.m, arriving at 2:46.

According to some sources, when attempts were made to revive him inside the subway car, Neely was already dead.

Protests continue.

A May Zing! 😁

Despite the noise, the Biden-Harris administration delivers more jobs.

The jobs report for the month of April.

Job growth fared better than expected in April despite bank turmoil and a decelerating economy, the Labor Department reported Friday.

Nonfarm payrolls increased 253,000 for the month, beating Wall Street estimates for growth of 180,000, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The unemployment rate was 3.4% against an estimate for 3.6% and tied for the lowest level since 1969. A more encompassing number that includes discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons edged lower to 6.6%.

Average hourly earnings, a key inflation barometer, rose 0.5% for the month, more than the 0.3% estimate. On an annual basis, wages increased 4.4%, higher than the expectation for a 4.2% gain.

Professional and business services led the job gains with an increase of 43,000. That was followed by health care (40,000), leisure and hospitality (31,000) and social assistance (25,000).

Despite serious banking industry troubles, jobs in finance increased by 23,000. Government hiring rose by 23,000.

As expected, for the 50 states, District of Columbia and five U.S. territories; the jobs are given to places far and wide.

Democrat Joe Manchin threatens to tank Democrats agenda if Biden doesn't concede to some Republican demands.

The unfortunate side of a jobs report is the aftermath.

Being laid off or being fired from a job really sucks. Take it from me, I hate it. I am stable but I hate the two jobs I am working at. They don't pay enough and I based my whole life around them and nothing else. It has to come to an end soon.

There is a writer's strike. The Writers Guild of America and its union representatives have decided to strike over the networks not paying enough for its writers. Many of these top executives are making 9 figure salaries.

The extremism in the United States has gone from bad to worse.

Tucker Carlson was fired out the cannon at Fox. It was a shocking revelation. His dismissal came shortly after Dominion Systems settled with Fox for $787.5 million.

Don Lemon was fired from CNN. Dan Bongino was fired from Fox.

The U.S. Justice Department successfully charged five members of the Proud Boys with seditious conspiracy. The major players in the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol are getting served. Washed Up 45 is still under federal watch for this.

Clarence Thomas is under scrutiny for allowing a billionaire named Harlin Crow buy his rulings. It was revealed that Crow paid for Thomas' mom's house and his grand nephew's student enrollment into a high priced private school.

Bud Light apparently caved to pressure from bigots. They are slowing celebrity endorsements after extremists boycotted the company. Dylan Mulvaney became the center of controversy when she showed a Bud Light can with her image.

Race relations are at an all time low. There was an incident on a New York Metro Subway.

On May 1, 2023, Jordan Neely, a 30-year-old black man, was killed by an unnamed white Marine veteran while riding the F train on the New York City Subway. I will discuss the matter on the What Happened To... series.

Neely was acting in a "hostile and erratic" manner, and yelled that he was hungry and thirsty, and that he would hurt anyone on the train. Despite his complaints, Neely did not physically attack anyone. The killer approached Neely from behind, placing him in minutes-long chokehold until Neely was unconscious. Neely was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital, where he was pronounced dead; according to some sources, Neely died on the subway car's floor. Police questioned the killer, but he was released without charges.

Republicans Jim Jordan and James Comer throw out a new conspiracy theory against President Biden.

Overseas, the United Kingdom will coronate Charles. He will be officially sworn as the King. However, his reign is marred by controversy. The cost of the coronation, his strained relationship with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the tone deafness and nations wanting to leave the crown.

Russia has signalled it will increase attacks on Ukraine. There was an apparent drone blown up near the Kremlin. Russia claims it was an assassination attempt on the federation's Vladimir Putin. Then they pivot to claiming it was an American ambush. The Ukrainian president Volodayrr Zelenskyy went to the International Court to ask for criminal charges against Putin. He also increased security. The U.S. dismissed it as a false flag operation.

President Joe Biden has announced his reelection bid and will be running possibly against Washed Up 45. The 80 year old president is aware of his age and the public perception of his job.

Washed Up 45 is coming back to the United States. He was promoting LIV Golf in Ireland and Scotland. Upon the civil trial for sexual assualt, E. Jean Caroll, testified that the former president allegedly raped her in a dressing room in the 1990s. He denied the claims and made the sexist troupe, that Carroll isn't his type. Apparently he confused, Carroll with second wife, Marla Maples. He is the frontrunner in the 2024 Republican presidential candidates. He leads against Florida governor Ron DeSantis who had went overseas while Fort Lauderdale suffered major floods and turmoil in the statehouse.

DeSantis' former rival Andrew Gillum was found not guilty in a corruption trial.

Republicans already signal impeachment, national abortion bans, more guns on the streets, ending birthright citizenship, stopping the Biden pledge to cancel student debt, use taxpayer money to build a border wall, ban transgender people from playing gender based sports, start endless investigations into the president, Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden, Big Tech, the FBI, the pull out in Afghanistan, repeal the Affordable Care Act, repeal the Inflation Reduction Act, end COVID pandemic assistance and enforce voter ID laws on all Americans.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy accepts Biden's invitation to the White House. Democrats Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer with Republican Mitch McConnell will work out a debt ceiling increase. Republicans vow cuts.

The Congress has less than 20 working days to raise the debt ceiling. Republicans passed their debt ceiling increase. It included cuts to social programs and repeals of President Biden's recently passed agenda. Biden and Senate Democrats want a debt ceiling increase without cuts.

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the president. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.

President Joe Biden's headaches:

  1. The Republicans in the House of Representatives.
  2. Gun violence and Congress not doing anything to stop it.
  3. Inflation.
  4. Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
  5. Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. James Comer (R-KY), Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX), Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. George Santos (R-NY), Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO).
  6. Republican governors Ron DeSantis, Kay Ivey, Greg Abbott, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Bill Lee, Glenn Youngkin, Kristie Noem, Kim Reynolds, Brian Kemp, Brad Little and Greg Gianforte
  7. The junk food media and their never ending dramatizing of world events.
  8. Anti-Vaxxers.
  9. Lawmakers and activists who protest the CDC guidelines during the pandemic.
  10. The endless culture wars that Republicans find outrage in.
  11. Washed Up 45 and his minions on Fox, Newsmax, OANN and the internet.
  12. Facebook, Twitter and TikTok. The idiots who run it and the idiots who post on it.
  13. Fox, Breitbart, Libs of TikTok, The Daily Mail, Newsmax and OANN's relentless talk about conspiracies. The endless attacks on the president's age, First Lady Jill Biden, Hunter Biden, Ashley Biden and the conspiracies about the president's mental capacity and health.
  14. The endless racism towards Biden's allies Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Barack Obama.
  15. The relentless talk about spending despite the former president's reckless spending.
  16. The lack of civility towards fellow Americans.
  17. Vladimir Putin.
  18. Xi Jinping.
  19. Kim Jong-Un.
  20. Benjamin Netanyahu
  21. Alexander Lukashenko
  22. Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud
The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

Greene's latest outbursts during hearings have angered members.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in.

Real Reasons To Why Unemployment Rate Stays The Way It Is!

  1. DEAD
  2. BORN
  3. THE PANDEMIC
  4. CLIMATE CHANGE
  5. IN PRISON
  6. IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  7. IN MIDDLE SCHOOL
  8. IN HIGH SCHOOL
  9. IN COLLEGE NOT LOOKING
  10. VOLUNTEER
  11. DISABLED
  12. INFLATION
  13. STAY AT HOME PARENT
  14. RETIRED
  15. QUIT ON THEIR OWN
  16. TERMINATED FROM EMPLOYMENT
  17. NOT HIRING UNQUALIFIED
  18. NOT HIRING TOO QUALIFIED
  19. ACTIVE MILITARY
  20. NATURAL DISASTERS
  21. MASS SHOOTINGS DISRUPT DAILY ROUTINE
  22. BEING LAID OFF DUE TO CLOSING OR STAFF REDUCTION
  23. DESTRUCTION TO FACILITY OR PROPRETY
  24. OUTSOURCING JOBS TO OTHER STATES OR COUNTRIES
  25. BEING UNDOCUMENTED IN FEAR OF I.C.E. OR U.S. AGENCIES
  26. BEING PUBLICLY OUTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA DOING SHAMEFUL ACTS
  27. PARTICIPATING IN UNCIVIL OR VIOLENT PROTESTS

Jobs are looking good despite fears of an economic slowdown.

Companies are still trying to hire employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

Democrat Dianne Feinstein not being in the Senate is stalling Biden nominees for office and the federal court.

We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience.

Washed Up 45's presidency and Republican controlled governments killed millions of Americans. Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

The call number to the U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official phone number, 202-224-3121. Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that women deserve the right to safe medical procedures. Let them know that their failure to pass legislation to lower prices are the reasons why the economy is in a free fall.

Jamie Foxx In Dire Straits!

Fears that Jamie Foxx may not make it.

American entertainer Jamie Foxx has been hospitalized since March. It appears that the "medical emergency" is far worse than expected. Many of his family and friends are calling for prayers.

The entertainer was filming a movie in Atlanta when he had this emergency. He has been hospitalized since and the family is mum on his health status.

Foxx's eldest daughter, Corinne Foxx, reacted to her father's social media update, sharing it to her Instagram Story and writing, "Thanks for the love!"

In a now-deleted statement from mid-April, she said her father was "already on his way to recovery" thanks to "quick action and care." She mentioned a "medical complication" but gave no additional information.

"We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers," Corinne Foxx said. "The family asks for privacy during this time."

The actor had been shooting his upcoming film "Back in Action," which co-stars Cameron Diaz, prior to his health scare.

Eric Marlon Bishop known professionally as Jamie Foxx, is an American actor, comedian, and singer. He received acclaim for his portrayal of Ray Charles in film Ray, winning the Academy Award, BAFTA, Screen Actors Guild Award, and Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. That same year, he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the crime film Collateral.

Nothing To Be Proud Of!

A bunch of morons. Enrique Tarrio and his buddies are facing time.

Domestic terrorists are sentenced for sedition and other charges. This federal sandwich will have these fools spending decades in federal time out.

Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that members of the Proud Boys were convicted including former president and federal snitch Enrique Tarrio.

Tarrio was convicted of seditious conspiracy for his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

Three of the far-right group’s lieutenants also were found guilty of conspiring to disrupt the certification of the 2020 election and prevent Joe Biden from becoming president of the United States.

Overall, Tarrio and Ethan Nordean, Joe Biggs, Zachary Rehl were found guilty of seditious conspiracy, conspiracy to obstruct the certification of the 2020 election, actual obstruction of the certification, conspiracy to prevent officers from performing their duties, obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder and aiding and abetting in destruction of government property.

The Proud Boys leaders were acquitted charges they assaulted, impeded or resisted officers.

After deliberations continued for a few hours on the seditious conspiracy charge against Dominic Pezzola, he was found not guilty.

The jury was unable to reach a verdict for Pezzola on a count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding.

Judge Timothy Kelly declared a mistrial on the remaining counts of assaulting, resisting or impeding officers.

Pezzola, who went by the nickname Spaz, admitted to the most violent conduct of the group when he testified that he used a stolen police riot shield to break through a window, allowing rioters to breach the building.

Earlier Thursday, he was convicted of robbery of U.S. government property.

Asked by his attorney why he decided to take the stand, Pezzola said, "to take responsibility" for what he did on Jan. 6 and explain that his co-defendants were not involved in many of his actions.

Tarrio was not present in Washington on Jan. 6 after his arrest on separate charges just days before. Prosecutors argued he directed his troops remotely with messages about revolution and telling them "don’t f---ing leave" after the building was breached that afternoon.

Enrique Tarrio is a federal informant.

He was accused of orchestrating a fighting force with a group they called the "Ministry of Self Defense" comprised of dedicated Proud Boys and top leaders.

Tarrio's conviction follows the case of Stewart Rhodes, leader of another far-right group called Oath Keepers, who was convicted of seditious conspiracy for his role in the events of Jan. 6.

Video of the two ringleaders meeting in a Washington parking garage on the eve of Jan. 6 was part of the volumes of footage obtained by the Justice Department in the case.

Membership in the Proud Boys surged after Washed Up 45 told the group to "stand back and stand by" during a 2020 presidential debate. Tarrio's attorneys blamed the former president for encouraging and revving up the crowd that ultimately broke into the Capitol.

The case is a win for authorities pursuing the hundreds of rioters who breached the Capitol. More than 1,000 arrests have been made in connection with Jan. 6, according to the Justice Department.

"Today's verdict makes clear that the Justice Department will do everything in its power to defend the American people and American democracy," Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement, adding, "our work will continue."

Thursday was the seventh day of deliberations during which jurors asked multiple questions.

With dozens of witnesses and mountains of video and social media evidence, the Proud Boys trial has been the longest to date in the Justice Department's pursuit of Capitol rioters.

Original Proud Boy Gavin McInnes left the group but still endorses their vision.

Since jury selection began in December, the case has dragged on with bitter arguments, frequent objections and mistrial motions. At times, Judge Kelly lost his temper and admonished the lawyers for interrupting or seeming to ignore his directions.

The Proud Boys insisted there were no plans to attack the Capitol and sought to cast themselves as nothing more than a hard-charging social club in which partying, drinking and exchanging crude jokes went along with attending political protests.

The group also describes themselves as "Western chauvinists," an unapologetic brand of fervent nationalism.

Prosecutors emphasized to the jury that the Proud Boys did not need to have detailed -- or successful -- plans to be found guilty. The conspiracy allegations hinged on their mutual understanding to oppose the government by force.

Blood In The ATL: Mass Shooting In Atlanta!

Another mass shooting in America. Atlanta now.

Mass shooting 229.

They keep saying that a good guy with a gun will stop a bad guy with a gun.

Unfortunately, America has never learned its lesson. A gun is a gun and a bullet almost certainly hits a target.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Brian Kemp, Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA), Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA), Rep. Nikema Williams (D-GA) and the 13 other members including the insufferable Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) were informed.

They will do the usual "thoughts and prayers" and "our hearts goes out to" as well as the Republicans saying that "now it's not the time to talk" bullshit. These people don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives. There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem.

THE NICE GUY IS THE MOST DANGEROUS PERSON WITH A FIREARM. THOSE WHO ARE SPURN BY RELATIONSHIPS, THE WORKPLACE, SOCIETY IN GENERAL WILL SEEK REVENGE BY TAKING OUT LIVES. THEY WANT TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS OF MASSACRING THEIR FELLOW HUMAN BEING.

THE JUNK FOOD MEDIA AND POLITICIANS ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE BY AMPING UP POLARIZING RHETORIC.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

The terrorist was with his mother when he opened fire.

The shooter is motivated within seconds to take out as many people as he/she can.

What to do to protect your life.

1. Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. Do not run in a straight path of the sight. Move around and zig-zag if possible to keep yourself out the line of fire. It's best to not film a shooter commiting the act. If you are willing to risk your life for a viral video, more power to you but its best to stay out of the line of fire by running away.

2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.

3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. If you're a conceal carry and attempt to disarm an active shooter, you are willing to sacrifice your life to save lives. You are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.

This terrorist was caught after eight hours on the run.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanics and Asians shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox and they force it into national news. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

Andre Dickens is tired of gun violence in Atlanta.

Republicans solutions are more guns, blame others for America's social ills and defect from accepting reality.

On May 3, 2023, a mass shooting occurred at a Northside Hospital facility in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Five people were shot, one fatally and three critically, before a male suspect fled the scene. He was not apprehended until eight hours later.

The shooting took place on at approximately 12:00 p.m. EDT. Police were dispatched at 12:08 p.m. The Atlanta Police Department (APD) sent a tweet at 12:37 p.m. urging residents to shelter in place near Northside Hospital's Midtown facility, following up the tweet of reports of an active shooter situation inside the building with multiple confirmed injuries. The facility is located in a commercial district within Atlanta, near a Google office and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. According to police, the suspect was there for an appointment and was accompanied by his mother. At some point, he became agitated and pulled out a handgun. The nature of the appointment has not been disclosed due to HIPAA regulations. The APD began a manhunt for the suspect several minutes later, tweeting a photograph of the suspect. Atlantic House apartments, located near the hospital, was put under lockdown. The shelter-in-place was lifted an hour later.

According to APD chief Darin Schierbaum, the suspect stole a white Toyota Tacoma truck and was able to flee the scene. Police in Cobb County increased their presence in Vinings, Cumberland, and the area surrounding Truist Park in an effort to find the suspect. According to a license plate reader, the suspect was near Truist Park and The Battery. The stolen vehicle was recovered at a parking garage with a nearby camera recording the suspect around 12:30 p.m. The suspect was located and arrested the same day just prior to 8:00 p.m.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre gets tired of addressing gun violence in the United States.

The victims are all females, with ages ranging from 25 to 71, with the deceased being 39. A reward of $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to the indictment of the male suspect. The suspect's mother was also inside the hospital at the time of the shooting but left uninjured.

Victims are currently being treated at Grady Memorial Hospital. According to the Associate Chief of Neurosurgery Sanjay Gupta, three victims arrived in critical condition.

Biden is "frustrated about what we're seeing in our communities and in our schools and our churches".

Warnock, whose children were put under lockdown during the shooting, addressed Congress to demand action on gun legislation.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the bank, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, ringing a doorbell, turning around in a driveway, apologizing for accidently (or purposely) trespassing, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operatives inspired are types of gun violence.

With Republicans in charge of the House of Representatives, the only thing they'll offer to every mass shooting is "thoughts and prayers", "our hearts going out to", "the good guy with a gun", and their most common phrase "now it's not the time to politicize these tragedies."

Use the hashtag #ignorethenoise whenever you deal with folks who embrace this.

The ban of semiautomatic rifles and bump stock assortments has always been a a problem.

Republicans refuse to support the ban of these type of weapons.

President Joe Biden is getting tired of addressing constant mass shootings.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence, monkeypox and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However one Democrat and one independent who caucuses with the Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

The call number to the U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official phone number, 202-224-3121. Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES.

Colin Allred Wants To Sack Ted Cruz!

Colin Allred will challenge Ted Cruz.

If John Fetterman can do it, so can Colin.

Rep. Colin Allred (D-TX) announces he is going to run for U.S. Senate against incumbent Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). The Dallas-area lawmaker has a longshot chance to unseat one of the most laziest and yes controversial members of the Senate.

Beto O'Rourke tried and came within three points to defeating him. However, Texas is very hard to flip. It will be a heavy challenge for a Democrat, let alone a moderate like Allred.

Allred said in a video posted on his Twitter account that he was prepared to “take on anyone who came through” during the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection, while the video points to a comment a rioter made saying he believed Cruz “would want us to do this.”

The congressman notes then Cruz hid in a supply closet during the attack.

He also mentioned Cruz’s family trip to Cancun, Mexico, in February 2021 as extreme winter weather conditions knocked out power for millions in the state, leaving them “freezing in the dark.”

“He’ll do anything to get on Fox News but can’t be bothered to help keep rural Texas hospitals open,” Allred said in the footage, adding that Cruz “spends months trying to whip up phony culture wars but not a minute trying to raise wages or lower drug prices.

Culture wars and relentless name calling will be Ted Cruz's campaign.

“The struggles of regular Texas just don’t interest him,” he continued. “Well, they matter to me because those struggles are the story of my life.”

The video states that Allred was a linebacker in the National Football League before being elected to Congress. He claimed in the video he has worked with Republicans to support veterans, pass a new trade deal with Mexico and bring manufacturing jobs back to the United States.

“We deserve a senator whose team is Texas, but Ted Cruz only cares about himself,” he said. “You know that.”

A Democrat has not served as a senator representing Texas in 30 years, but the race likely will be one of the few potential pickup opportunities for Democrats with a 2024 map that does not give many opportunities.

Nazis In Cbus!

Far right extremists came to Ohio's largest city to protest drag queens reading at a library.

The group called Blood Tribe came to Columbus to protest the LGBTQ community, interracial marriage and the progressive movement. The group members wore masks and their leader was tattooed all the way down willing to show the world how he's hateful towards human beings.

A brunch to support Kaleidoscope Ohio and LGBTQ+ youth in the community was scheduled to take place at the Land Grant Brewing Company on West Town Street, WCPO reported. During this time, a group of 15 to 20 wearing red shirts and black pants, waiving swastika flags, and gesturing the Nazi salute appeared as part of a demonstration.

“While their ‘speech’ is protected by the Constitution, they do not have the right to threaten, intimidate or harm others,” Mayor Andrew Ginther said. The “vile and offensive out-of-state hate group” does not represent the community.

“LGBTQ+ kids & families shouldn’t have to deal with obscene hate from literal Nazis,” City Council President Shannon Hardin stated. “While @ColumbusCouncil has an existing budget earmark for @KYCOhio, I’m donating today to support the great work they do & show that our community stands with KYC and the community they serve.”

While city officials denounced the apparent neo-Nazis’ efforts, organization leaders were more taken aback.

“It took us back a bit to see that,” Executive Director of Kaleidoscope Youth Center Erin Upchurch said. “Instead of creating space for expansion and understanding, they just want to eradicate it.”

Despite the stance that the neo-Nazis took, the community leader thanked authorities who “made sure our love and affirmation” ringed much louder, Upchurch said.

“Thanks to Columbus Division of Police who ensured the show was uninterrupted and everyone stayed safe. Thanks to the performers, including Virginia West, for their courage and commitment to love and acceptance over divisiveness and hate,” Ginther said.

A far right lawmaker who has little accomplishments decided to make Chicago an issue.

The city had numerous shootings over the past weekends and the fool wanted to drive click bait. Instead of doing legislation, it's all about getting attention.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Rep. Mike Carey (R-OH), Rep. Troy Balderson (R-OH) and Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-OH) represent Columbus, Ohio. Their districts were controversial.

Columbus is the second largest city in the Midwest. The population of the city is 1.04 million and is the only place in the state that saw modest growth. The Republican-controlled state legislature purposely redistrict the U.S. Congressional Districts despite a state referendum making an independent commission.

Ohio is becoming a home base to white nationalism. There are 50 active hate groups in the state. On top of that, there's a school that teaches hate. Republicans are courting this base by whipping up culture wars and blatantly dog whistles.

Tulsa Area Monster Kills!

Two Oklahoma teens end up dead. A monster killed them and his family.

A Tulsa area monster killed two teens and the Oklahoma state authorities found five bodies on property. This monster killed his wife, the three children raised in the home and himself. He likely raped the victims.

In Henryetta, Oklahoma, the bodies of two teens were found on the property. Five teens and two adults were found on property. It was a murder suicide.

The monster was a convicted sex offender.

The missing teens, 14-year-old Ivy Webster and 16-year-old Brittany Brewer, were believed to be among the bodies, Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice said, noting the medical examiner would provide a final confirmation of their identities.

Webster and Brewer had been the subject of an endangered/missing advisory issued by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, which said they were last seen early Monday morning in Henryetta and could have been traveling with the monster.

The seven bodies were found at a property where the monster lived, Rice told the Tulsa World newspaper. It is the same address listed for the monster in the Oklahoma Sex Offender registry. The bodies were found “not in the residence, but just on the property,” Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Gerald Davidson said Monday.

The monster was set to stand trial on charges of solicitation of a minor at 9 a.m. Monday but failed to show up, according to court records. A bench warrant for failure to appear was issued, the records show, and authorities then discovered the bodies while executing a search warrant.

The court date stemmed from charges filed in 2017, when the monster was accused of using a cell phone to exchange nude photos and videos with an underage girl, while he was serving time for a 2003 rape conviction, according to CNN affiliate KOKI.

The parents of Webster, one of the missing teens, spoke with KOKI while the search for the girls was underway. They said they were “shocked” to learn of the monster ’s past. “He should not have been out and it’s our justice system that needs to be harder,” Justin Webster told the outlet.

A Sad Tuesday Morning!

The end of the road.

Retailer going out of business. It is a sad day when a business is gone. I frequented this business for years. Now it is going to feel different.

Tuesday Morning, a discount closeout retailer is going out of business. It is beginning its liquidation sales and will close all its locations. By early June, all the stores in 39 states will be gone.

Not the good news President Joe Biden wanted to hear knowing that this April jobs report will not include this as well as Bed Bath & Beyond.

On the company’s website, Tuesday Morning officials highlighted that “all stores are closing” and “everything must go.” The retailer added that it will accept gift cards through May 13.

The company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Feb. 14. As part of a reorganization effort, company officials planned to close stores in low-traffic regions to focus efforts on its most profitable locations in heritage markets.

The bankruptcy filing was the second for Tuesday Morning in recent years. In 2020, the company filed for bankruptcy as it faced financial issues stemming from the coronavirus pandemic. Hundreds of stores were closed before the company emerged from bankruptcy.

In court records, company officials said the retailer later grappled with supply chain disruptions and increased costs.

Tuesday Morning was founded in 1974.

The Tuesday Morning Corporation is an American household merchandise discount store headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Founded in 1974, the company once advertised nearly 500 locations across the country, also advertising itself as having high quality products at low prices.

Second Serving!

Belly bumping.

Semi-retired tennis legend Serena Williams is expecting her second child with tech genius Alexis Ohanian, 40. Both confirmed on their social media that the 41 year old will be having a baby.

The tennis legend and supermodel each revealed their pregnancies in interviews on the Met Gala’s not-so-red carpet. Williams’ announcement had particular poignance given that she stepped away from tennis last year, saying she had to in order to have a second child.

“Believe me,” the 23-time Grand Slam champion wrote in an August essay for Vogue magazine, “I never wanted to have to choose between tennis and a family. I don’t think it’s fair. If I were a guy I wouldn’t be writing this because I’d be out there playing and winning while my wife was doing the physical labor of expanding our family.”

Williams was also afforded more agency in announcing her pregnancy this time, sharing the news alongside Alexis Ohanian in an interview with Vogue livestream host La La Anthony. The first time around, Williams publicly posted a picture in profile on Snapchat, captioned “20 weeks” — which she said was an accident.

Williams, 41, also said in her Vogue essay that she wanted to focus more on her business interests. Their daughter, Olympia, is now 5.

Ben Cardin Out!

Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) retires.

Maryland senator announced retirement. Democratic senator Ben Cardin said he will not seek reelection.

"I am proud of all I have done for Maryland. I have given my heart and soul to our great state, and I thank Marylanders for trusting me as your representative for all these years. Thank you, Maryland," Cardin tweeted Monday, sharing a video of his retirement announcement.

"It’s time," Cardin, 79, told The Baltimore Sun in an interview at his Pikesville home. "I always knew this election cycle would be the one I would be thinking about not running again, so it’s not something that hit me by surprise. I enjoy life. There are other things I can do."

Cardin has served in the Senate since 2006 when he won a seat to replace retiring Democrat Paul Sarbanes. Before that, he was a congressman who represented a large part of Baltimore and several nearby suburbs, winning his first U.S. House race in 1986.

During his tenure in the Senate, Cardin has been a leader in health care, retirement security, the environment and fiscal issues. The senator has also been a leading advocate for clean water and the Chesapeake Bay, the nation’s largest estuary, which flows through his home state.

Republicans couldn't resist taking aim at the Democrats. They have a feeling they could flip the senate in 2024.

Ohio, Arizona, West Virginia, Michigan, Montana, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have incumbents who may face a possibility of being defeated.

"Democrats are quickly realizing that the Senate won't be any fun for them when Republicans retake the majority in 2024," National Republican Senatorial Committee spokesperson, Tate Mitchell, told Fox News.

Republicans so far have played upon culture wars since they won their slim majorities.

They managed to only win back the majority in the House of Representatives. They hold a five seat majority.

Fox Had Its Reasons!

Fox made a decision based off behavior.

Progressive watchdog group Media Matters for America celebrating the unceremonious firing of far right agitator Tucker Carlson. Perhaps one of the most watched television personalities on Fox, in April, Carlson was fired out the cannon on the same day that Don Lemon was fired from CNN.

Carlson's firing was a result of the Dominion Systems lawsuit and the federal lawsuit brought by Abby Grossman, a former Fox producer who is suing for sexual harassment and discrimination.

Media Matters obtained footage from Grossman. It has Carlson going on a rant against Fox. He also was reported calling his boss, Suzanne Scott, a c*nt.

The video below shows Carlson.

Media Matters shows him lashing out at Fox for the service’s “unbelievable” failings — apparently while doing some image rehab for misogynistic social media influencer Andrew Tate.

According to Carlson, “nobody watches Fox Nation because the site sucks” and doesn’t “work.” He called the site’s failings “a betrayal of our efforts,” adding that rather than posting his interviews there he would prefer to “dump the whole thing on YouTube.”

The video shows Carlson speaking on the phone on the set of his Tucker Carlson Today streaming interview show. He is discussing preparations for an interview in which he says he will act as “a representative of the American media now, speaking to an exile in Romania and welcoming him back into the brotherhood of journalists.” The person on the other end of the call asks if Carlson can wear a sweater for the interview because the subject was “panicking” about needing to wear a suit. Carlson becomes apoplectic, saying, “This is airing on the nighttime show, and I want it to look official” rather than “like bro talk.”

The interview in question appears to be with Tate, a Romania-based right-wing social media star whom Carlson gave a friendly August 2022 Tucker Carlson Today interview about Tate’s bannings from several platforms for misogynist content. Tate appeared in a T-shirt, while Carlson wore a sweater. After Carlson aired part of the interview on his Fox News show, he put up a chyron which read, “Go watch the full Andrew Tate interview on Fox Nation right after this show.”

In December 2022, Romanian authorities arrested Tate, who reportedly remains under house arrest while “being investigated on allegations of rape, people trafficking and forming an organised crime group.” Carlson subsequently declared Tate’s arrest “obviously a set-up.”

NewsNation and Newsmax are rumored to be seeking Carlson once his contract with Fox is resolved.
