Baked!

To avoid a longer bid, white extremist turns stoolie.

The white nationalist who filmed himself entering the U.S. Capitol and defecating in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office pleas guilty in federal court.

The former internet troll and known extremist Baked Alaska is expected to serve time for his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. He will face up to a year in federal time out.

He was already on in-house when he left Arizona to travel to Washington, DC to hear the former president instigate an insurrection that led to injuries and death.

He was literally filming himself breaking into the U.S. Capitol, urinating in the House Speaker's office and using the phone to call random nobodies.

Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

The riot left more than 140 police officers injured and disrupted congressional certification of the November 2020 presidential election victory of Democrat Joe Biden over Washed Up 45, who led Republicans in falsely claiming he lost due to widespread fraud and urged supporters to "stop the steal." The attack on the Capitol also led to several deaths.

The misdemeanor offense carries a maximum sentence of six months in prison and a fine up to $5,000. Sentencing was set for Jan. 12. He remains free on personal recognizance.

In his statement, the moron acknowledged egging on other rioters to "come in" and "make yourself at home," as well as livestreaming the event for 27 minutes in real time over the video platform DLive and joining in various chants.

As part of his plea deal with federal prosecutors, the moron agreed to snitch to federal agents still investigating the events of Jan. 6 to interview him and review his social media accounts for statements and postings surrounding that day.

What Happened To Brandon Calloway?

Over a traffic stop.

The images and video footage are extremely graphic.

The town of Oakland, Tennessee is on high alert after a viral video of two cops brutally beating a man over a minor traffic offense. On top of that, they used a taser on him, they place a boot on his goddamn neck and used their batons and badly injured the man where he had to be treated at a local hospital.

They also broke down the door of a residence, did not acknowledge themselves as police and slapped a person's phone out their hand as it was recording.

Brandon Calloway allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and was going over the posted speed limit.

What makes it so frustrating, a Black man is subjected to being shot or beaten by police and white criminals are treated with respect. Only a few occasions, a white suspect is given a concrete sandwich.

The whole ordeal has the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Justice Department involved. Of course, the two cops, one Black and one white are placed in the freezer pending the investigation.

"Looking back on the videos and the pictures, I realized I was really knocked out," said Brandon Calloway in an interview. "It is kind of hard to watch. But it is fulfilling that, to know that it was on video."

Police kick down the door.

Calloway’s attorney, Andre Wharton, says officers with the Oakland Police Department used excessive force when they allegedly beat Calloway with a baton and used a stun gun on him after a July 16 traffic stop.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is investigating the incident at the request of 25th Judicial District Attorney General Mark Davidson, the agency said.

The police refuse to release dash camera and body camera footage because they fear it would spark a backlash.

According to an affidavit acquired by ABC affiliate WATN, officers followed Calloway to his home after he allegedly refused to stop for police.

Officers say they tried to stop Calloway after he allegedly ran a stop sign and was going 12 mph over the speed limit. Calloway was going 32 miles per hour when the speed limit was 20, the affidavit says, according to WATN.

Police say the officers tried to stop Calloway, but he refused to stop and instead drove to his home and ran inside.

The affidavit said police announced themselves at the home, but Calloway ran upstairs. Officers then pulled out their batons and tasers and hit Calloway several times, WATN reports.

Video taken from Calloway’s girlfriend and provided by Wharton to ABC News, captures the incident.

According to the footage, officers follow Calloway inside and can be seen using their batons and stun guns against him as they chase him through the home. Photos following the incident show Calloway’s face covered in blood, as he lays on the ground.

Blood coming from Brandon Calloway's eye.

The footage also shows an officer appearing to step on Calloway's body.

"I’ve got these stitches in my head. I don't know how many stitches I have. I'm not paying attention. I'm just worried about – I have stitches in my head," said Calloway. "My head has really just been hurting constantly. I'll wake up, if it's really sunny out, my head hurts and I’ve got a sharp pain in my eye. I can't focus. I can't focus for like more than like 15 minutes now."

The Oakland Police Department did not immediately respond to ABC News’ requests for comment. The department's chief of police, Chris Earl, told HuffPost that one of the officers involved in the incident has been relieved of duty.

The Oakland mayor's office declined to comment to ABC News.

Calloway is charged with evading arrest, resisting arrest, failing to stop at a stop sign and speeding, according to WATN.

Wharton said this incident is one of many instances of police brutality being seen across the U.S right now, and he hopes the investigation leads to accountability for the officers.

"For Brandon, this dream – if not nightmare – did become a reality," Wharton said. "He experienced abuse and abuse of power and police misconduct. He's yet another example of the long way we have to go as a community into resolving some of these issues."

Monarch Butterflies Are An Endangered Species!

They're dying before our eyes.

What was a common sight in the United States is disappearing and folks are starting to worry about the circumstances. Natural pollinators are disappearing.

The monarch butterfly is now placed on the IUCN's endangered species list. It is the migratory subspecies that endangered and it could spell disaster for the world.

Without these pollinators, the food supply could be affected severely.

Known as the milkweed butterfly, monarch butterflies are on the decline in the states.

"It's just a devastating decline," said Stuart Pimm, an ecologist at Duke University who was not involved in the new listing. "This is one of the most recognizable butterflies in the world."

The group estimates that the population of monarch butterflies in North America has declined between 22% and 72% over 10 years, depending on the measurement method.

"What we're worried about is the rate of decline," said Nick Haddad, a conservation biologist at Michigan State University. "It's very easy to imagine how very quickly this butterfly could become even more imperiled."

Haddad, who was not directly involved in the listing, estimates that the population of monarch butterflies he studies in the eastern United States has declined between 85% and 95% since the 1990s.

In North America, millions of monarch butterflies undertake the longest migration of any insect species known to science.

After wintering in the mountains of central Mexico, the butterflies migrate to the north, breeding multiple generations along the way for thousands of miles. The offspring that reach southern Canada then begin the trip back to Mexico at the end of summer.

"It's a true spectacle and incites such awe," said Anna Walker, a conservation biologist at New Mexico BioPark Society, who was involved in determining the new listing.

A smaller group spends winters in coastal California, then disperses in spring and summer across several states west of the Rocky Mountains. This population has seen an even more precipitous decline than the eastern monarchs, although there was a small bounce back last winter.

Emma Pelton of the nonprofit Xerces Society, which monitors the western butterflies, said the butterflies are imperiled by loss of habitat and increased use of herbicides and pesticides for agriculture, as well as climate change.

"There are things people can do to help," she said, including planting milkweed, a plant that the caterpillars depend upon.

Nonmigratory monarch butterflies in Central and South America were not designated as endangered.

The United States has not listed monarch butterflies under the Endangered Species Act, but several environmental groups believe it should be listed.

The international union also announced new estimates for the global population of tigers, which are 40% higher than the most recent estimates from 2015.

The new figures, of between 3,726 and 5,578 wild tigers worldwide, reflect better methods for counting tigers and, potentially, an increase in their overall numbers, said Dale Miquelle, coordinator for the nonprofit Wildlife Conservation Society’s tiger program.

In the past decade, tiger populations have increased in Nepal, northern China and perhaps in India, while tigers have disappeared entirely from Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, said Miquelle. They remain designated as endangered.

A Sloppy Serving!

Convicted again.

The white nationalist who was then Washed Up 45's policy advisor was found guilty of contempt of Congress.

Count 1 is for failing to appear for a deposition in October 2021, and carries a maximum sentence of one year behind bars.

Count 2 is for refusing to provide records by the October 2021 deadline. It also carries a maximum one-year sentence.

Appearing on Fox unfazed about the conviction, Sloppy Bannon decided to tell fellow white nationalist Tuckems that he is a victim of a witchhunt.

Bannon was found guilty Friday of defying a subpoena from the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Bannon was subpoenaed by the Jan. 6 panel for records and testimony in September of last year.

After the House of Representatives voted to hold him in contempt for defying the subpoena, the Justice Department in November charged Bannon with two counts of criminal contempt of Congress, setting up the trial.

On his way out of the courtroom after being found guilty on both counts of criminal contempt of Congress, Bannon again blasted members of the Jan. 6 committee for not appearing as witnesses at his trial.

"I only have one disappointment, and that is the gutless members of that show-trial committee, that [Jan. 6] committee, didn't have the guts to come down here and testify," Bannon said.

"We may have lost a battle here today, but we're not going to lose this war," he said. "[The jury] came to their conclusion about what was put on in the in that courtroom. But listen, in the closing argument, the prosecutor missed one very important phrase, right? 'I stand with Trump and the Constitution, and I will never back off that, ever.'"

Bannon's attorney Karen Schoen said that Bannon's defense team will appeal the case, saying, "This is just Round One."

"This is a bulletproof appeal," Schoen said. "Have you ever in another case seen a judge six times in the case [say] that he thinks the standard for willfulness is wrong?"

"You'll see this case reversed on appeal," Schoen said.

Schoen also criticized the prosecution's argument regarding executive privilege.

"They argued to the jury today that when a person gets a subpoena, and executive privilege is invoked, it's for Congress to decide whether the executive privilege is valid and how broad it is," said Schoen. "That's absolutely false."

"When a former president or a current president invokes executive privilege, it's presumptively valid," said Schoen. "It's not for Congress to decide that is not valid."

"All [the prosecution] had to prove was that he didn't show up," Schoen said. "That can't be the standard in a case, especially in a case that holds the potential for a jail sentence."

"The overreaching by the government in this case has been extraordinary on every level," Schoen said. "Shame on this office of the United States Attorney's Office and the Department of Justice for how far it went in this case."

Vince McMahon "Retires" From WWE!

He calls it a retirement. I say they fired him.

Washed Up 45's allies are dumb as fuck.

The World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. retires Vince McMahon. The legendary media mogul, wrestler, promotor of XFL, Tapout, Titan Sports and WWE Media.

McMahon's departure was amid his numerous affairs and hush money payments to silence them from telling the junk food media.

The latest involved a $3 million payment to a former WWE employee who said he slept with her and later fired her after she rejected his advances.

It's been no secret that Vince had cheated on his wife, former Small Business Administration boss and Save America PAC chairwoman Linda McMahon. He's done it to her over 20 times throughout their nearly 50 years of marriage.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon to lead WWE.

Stephanie McMahon, Nick Khan and her husband Paul "Triple H" Levesque will assume the role of CEOs and talent coordinators. Vince will still hold a majority share in WWE, but it won't be long before the company officially "retires" him.

He had paid over $12 million over the past 16 years to suppress allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity towards four women. Many had ties to WWE.

I will say he's paid probably over $60 million and there's been over probably 20 women. But I am speculating. But it was an open secret that Vince would "interview" the women who were wrestlers, ring handlers, referees and coordinators.

McMahon would also sext his accusers. Being a nearly 80 year old man sending his junk is creepy as fuck. But since he's rich and powerful, he got away with it until The Wall Street Journal broke the news that the media mogul had been secretly paying mistresses for years.

WWE was then the World Wrestling Federation. McMahon turned WWE into a money maker in the 1980s when he fused rock stars with wrestlers. Today, the WWE is operated on networks like USA, Syfy, A&E, Fox and WWE network.

The Cash Fever!

It's lottery time.

Mega Millions is nearly $1 billion again. Let's cover the obsession with trying to win.

As millions of Americans believes things are back to normal, we are reminded that we are dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. We are seeing record breaking heatwaves.

America is very divided on many cultural issues.

Of course, America the place where escaping reality means going to casinos and playing the lottery. A chance of being rich if you hit a jackpot. However, with people being cautious about spending, why would they want to gamble their life for a 1:292 chance of winning. I mean you have a 1 in 292 million chance of winning.

Let's the get the important stuff out of the way.

Most lotteries and casinos offer help for problem gambling. I want to acknowledge this.

The National Council on Problem Gambling operates the National Problem Gambling Helpline Network (1-800-522-4700). The network is a single national access point to local resources for those seeking help for a gambling problem.

It is a difficult thing to tell a family member, friend, co-worker or a player of a gambling venue. But if see something, say something. It may save a life.

The signs of problem gambling include:

  • The person constantly borrowing money from friends, family, loan facilities or banks.
  • The person is always taking more out to chase the jackpot (or clout).
  • The person loses track of time or misses appointments due to gambling.
  • The person is running late on paying bills or dues.
  • The person feels like "playing it back" is the only way to win.
  • The person is getting agitated over wins and losses.
  • The person is using alcohol or drugs to ease stress.
  • The person damages property at casinos or lottery retailers.
  • The person deliberately asks others to claim prizes to avoid paying child support, spousal support or owed taxes.
  • The person uses false ID, false social security numbers or gives wrong information to avoid taxes or has known status as a banned guest or voluntarily excluded player (self-prevention/restricted gambler).
  • The person is restless and feel the only way to relax is to gamble.
  • The person is jeopardizing relationships, their jobs and their social life in order to gamble.
  • The person repeatedly lies about wins and loses.
  • The person is trying to curb problem gambling but never achieves the goal.

These are the hard truths about problem gambling. You know someone or have a problem. That's why it's important to know your limits when you gamble.

Folks, the multi-state Powerball will now have three active drawings. The original jackpot drawings were on Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59pm. Now the drawings will be on Monday nights as well.

It will try to increase the opportunity for players who avoided playing during the pandemic.

Rules on how to play lottery. Note: Many lottery venues are no longer taking verbal requests due to the coronavirus and the possibility of eliminating long wait times due to excessive ticket requests.

  • Make sure you have money on hand. The operator is required to take money before issuing a ticket. Make sure you have your numbers placed on either a betting card, your lottery app or a previous ticket. Most operators will help you plug numbers in through the terminal or place an automatic bet for you. However in the case of long lines or possible errors, it would be best to be prepared for the transaction. Some states do offer debit and credit transactions. Make sure you get your information from your local lottery commission. You cannot cancel Powerball or Mega Millions tickets. They are property of your state (or territory's) lottery commission. Any alteration, distortion or underage playing will void the games.
  • In most states, the required age to play the lottery is 18 years or older. Do not let anyone under the playing age purchase a ticket or lottery game. The operator could lose their license or you will forfeit your prize if the regional lottery operator determined that an underage player was the winner.
  • If you purchase Powerball and Mega Millions from another state (or territory) and you won, understand that it not a winner in your home state. You must return to the state (or territory) where you purchased the ticket. The Mega Millions is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Powerball is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you're a traveler and won the lottery in the state of purchase, you have to return to the state to claim your prize. Every state has their own rules and regulations so don't think "it's all the same." It's not. It's a licensed property of the state gaming commission.
  • Whenever a lottery retailer handles a jackpot ticket, ask the cashier to make sure you hear the "winner" sound. Most machines will make a noise if you're a winner. There are also ticket verifying stations located near a lottery terminal. Make sure before you hand a ticket to a cashier, you are sure you won a jackpot. Ask for a claims form and/or a validation claim voucher. If you are claiming jackpots that are under $500 or less at a licensed lottery operator, check your tickets at a lottery scanner first before handing the ticket off to the clerk. Make sure the cashier confirms the ticket. Tickets over $500 or more may have to go to a local lottery office in a regional jurisdiction. Lottery operators have vendor licenses and tickets are printed by a large set of numbers. If any allegations of fraud or cheating do occur, the lottery can subpoena the operator for the records of purchase and video surveillance of the person who purchased the ticket.
  • Mega Millions and Powerball minimum jackpots start at $20 million. Each ticket is valued at $2 per unit. Some states have multiplier options to their games which could make your ticket $3 or $4 per unit.
  • You can view the results of Mega Millions and Powerball on your local television station at 10:59pm. Mega Millions is drawn on Tuesday and Friday. Powerball is drawn on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. You can also get your state's lottery results on websites, the lottery commission apps on the Apple Store and Google Play. You can view results on social media.
  • You can self-validate tickets under $500 through your phone so it can make it "touchless" contact. You can also get winnings under $500 installed in your bank account or through a credit card. Some fees do apply for distribution of cards and bank deposits.
  • You have at least 90 days to a year to claim a Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot. Some states have a period of time to claim your prize. If you fail to claim the prize upon its final claim day, it will go back to the state. The lottery operator will collect a reward for selling the winning ticket. Do not wait till the last minute to claim a jackpot prize. The lottery commission does have the right to forfeit or cancel any prizes presented.
  • Do not quit your job until you're certain you won the lottery. At the end of the day, some people get bored with their lives and may want to return to the workforce. Don't burn bridges with your employer. You may have to return back to the employer one day.

You know I've often posted about what I would do if I won the lottery. It is not legal advise so you don't have to take my word for it. I am just expressing what I am going to do if I win the lottery.

I will first write my name on the lottery ticket. I will always make sure that if I ever lose that ticket, my name is on it and it cannot be claimed by someone who is the person who wrote on the back of it.

I will also make sure I take a picture of the ticket. It will be a good thing to take a picture if you want to prove to your state's lottery commission that you were the one who purchased the ticket. I mean it would be smart to take pictures of your lottery tickets. Say if you have a group purchase of lottery tickets and you purchase one for yourself or your family member. You won't have to obligate to the group pool's tickets if you show that you bought one for yourself. Because it will be a legal matter if you purchase the group tickets but failed to disclose you purchased one for yourself. Even though you won on your own separate ticket, it's best to let the group know that you purchased a solo ticket to prevent them from believing you've stolen money or violated the group's contract.

If I do win the lottery, I will immediately pay off all my debts. The car loans, child support, spousal support, medical bills, phone bills, mortgage, court fees and bank loans will be paid in full. Before I even collect my lottery winnings, I want to be caught up on everything. Many states will offset lottery winnings due to a person owning state debt, child support, spousal support and court fees. If you know that you owe, pay it off.

I will immediately close my social media and change my phone number. If you're a winner of the lottery, the junk food media, your family, your friends, your acquaintances, your co-workers, your community, charity groups, scammers and the state will know you. I am going to cancel my Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and social dating apps. I am very clear about my movements and I chose to not be public about it. When I was younger and naive, I would have shown my face to the public. But alas, I've gotten older and I am not the same as I was when I was younger.

I will also get a trust fund prepared, a will and a trusted member of family to hold my winnings. Yeah, it would be nice to establish a trust fund for family members if you do die. I mean this year is full of uncertainty. Winning the lottery has higher odds than catching the coronavirus. On point, 1 out of 15 people are infected with the coronavirus and people have died from it. You win the lottery one day and the next day you caught the coronavirus. You got to remind yourself, you can't take it when you're gone. So it's best to establish a will to distribute your lottery winning to either family, charity and those who you feel deserve it. It will be written and notarized by an attorney or a bank. If you do establish a trust fund you could hire a financial advisor or a family member to oversee your earnings. Make sure that financial advisor is licensed and trusted by the Better Business Bureau. It also must be routine to study on how lottery winners adapt to money. Cause you're going into a bigger tax bracket and taxes vary on many states.

Now that I have my lottery winnings, I will now take the opportunity to buy things that are rational. I would purchase a vehicle, get a home, put some in an investment and prepare for a vacation. Of course, vacations are no longer the norm in the age of COVID-19. So I would be smart to be prepared to be tested or vaccinated for the coronavirus before I take a vacation. Many countries have banned Americans entry to their countries out of fear we're carrying the coronavirus or not vaccinated. With the various strains and Washed Up 45's failure to take control of the matter, world leaders don't trust the American leadership in handling a global pandemic.

You might also want to make sure you're not playing lottery on company work time. You might also want to make sure that you don't scratch the tickets first then pay for them last. I used to work at a gas station and a former co-worker often took lottery tickets, scratch them off and then pay for them after they were scratched.

Taking lottery tickets is not only theft but a felony in some states if the vendor decides to press charges.

Not only the lottery vendor could lose their license (if they look the other way), they lose the bonus from the sold winning ticket and they could be audited by the lottery commission. The worker will be forbidden from playing lottery if convicted. And yes, family members or friends who try to buy on behalf of a banned player could be criminally charged.

Be humble about winning the lottery. You will not live a normal life. You could hopefully use the lottery winnings for a long time of success or squander it away within five years and end up miserable. Do not worry about the have-nots! Enjoy the winnings with pride and caution. Your success shouldn't be a punishment. If you do take the opportunity to win the lottery make yourself aware of the surroundings.

Be cautious about the pandemic.

This is not a joke.

This my opinion and I stand by what I say!

Zeldin Survives A Blade Attack!

Zeldin got roughed up.

Rep. Karen Zeldin (R-NY) is the Republican nominee for New York governor. He is a far right extremist who is openly Islamophobic and supports white nationalism.

He is running against Gov. Kathy Hochul, the embattled Democratic nominee who is trying to get out of the shadow of her predecessor Andrew Cuomo.

Zeldin was on a campaign stop in Perinton, a community outside of Rochester. The white nationalist was delivering a whine speech when a drunk white man grabbed his microphone and told him, "He is done."

The two get into a scuffle and allegedly the guy pulls out a blade. Zeldin's security and bystanders quickly stopped the guy. Zeldin, shaken but not injured continued on his whine and faulted Hochul and New York City's District Attorney for the attack.

Hochul condemned the attack and stated that all candidates running for office will be protected as long as she is the governor.

The suspect, 43 from Fairport was charged with attempted assault in the second degree.

He was arraigned in Perinton Town Court and released on his own recognizance, the sheriff’s department said. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Zeldin complained that the suspect got a bail.

In his mind, the white nationalist does not believe in due process or allowing bail for suspects. He believes that suspects should not be released regardless.

The suspect may of had mental issues. I am not excusing that as a reason to why he would carry out a terrorist attack. It's the fact, Zeldin will exploit this as a reason to blame Democrats for the actions of one.

Crime is not a political thing. It is an opportunity.

Republicans the so-called party of law and order loves to equate gun violence and society's ills to Democrats.

Ignore the noise.

Vote.

Ex-Dirty Cop Thomas Lane Served A Federal Sandwich In The George Floyd Murder!

Dirty ex-cop got a little time to think.

The former Minneapolis police officer who refused to intervene when that dirty cop placed his knee on the neck of George Floyd has gotten a 2 1/2 bid in federal time out.

Thomas Lane, learned his fate when he plead guilty to depriving Floyd of his civil rights.

The Floyd family were pushing for a longer bid in federal time out but the court felt that it was appropriate.

Philonsie Floyd said that if this was a Black man, he would have gotten over 15 years to life. It would be a double standard he said. The dirty cop "did not intervene one way or another."

"I think that it's insulting that he didn't get the maximum amount of time because to me, if it was me, and that was accessory to murder, they would've have gave me the maximum amount of time," he said outside the federal courthouse in St. Paul. "And you're a police officer who was sworn to protect, who took an oath, and you didn't get the maximum amount of time."

He did not deserve to die.

George Floyd's nephew, Brandon Williams, was also critical of the sentencing, saying Lane performed CPR in the ambulance but not while Floyd was still alive, even though he knew what to do.

"I'm angry and fed up," Williams told KSTP on Thursday.

In a statement released after the sentencing, Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke for the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division said Floyd's death makes clear the fatal consequences that can result from a police officer failing to intervene to protect people in their custody.

"Had this defendant and other officers on the scene with Derek Chauvin taken simple steps, George Floyd would be alive today," Clarke said. "This sentence should send a message that protecting people in custody is the affirmative duty and obligation of every law enforcement officer, regardless of one's rank or seniority."

Lane, along with former dirty cops J. Alexander Kueng and Tou Thao were found guilty of federal civil rights offenses in February. The federal servings examined whether the three failed to follow their code of ethics while working for the city of Minneapolis Police and the rights under the U.S. Constitution.

Derek Chauvin, the asshole who placed his goddamn knee on George Floyd's neck got 22.5 years in the iron college plus an additional 8 years for the federal sandwich. He will be eligible for in-house around 2039.

Bruce's Beach Is Yours!

The descendants of a Black family get their land back.

The city of Manhattan Beach in Los Angeles County, California has formally gave the descendants of a Black family their long overdue reparations. Bruce's Beach as it was once was called now belongs the great-great-grandchildren of Charles and Willa Bruce.

It was taken from the family in a forced removal. The city had declared it an act of injustice and racism.

They vowed to give the land back to the descendants of Bruce family.

In a 5-0 decision, Los Angeles County and Manhattan Beach have formally agreed to handing over the property.

The land was seized by the state nearly 100 years ago.

There was a ceremony held this week to give the property back to the family.

Charles and Willa Bruce had their land seized by racism.

The land now belongs to Anthony Bruce, a great-great grandson of the Bruces.

The land was purchased by the Bruces in 1912. They suffered racist harassment from white neighbors, and in the 1920s, the Manhattan City Council condemned the property and took the land though eminent domain. The city did not do anything to the property since. They handed the property over to the state in 1948.

The property was at a bare minimum of $2,000 at purchase in 1912. Now it's worth nearly $20 million.

Jan. 6 Committee Hearings Continue!

The hearings continue.

This may be the final Jan. 6 hearing for the month.

The House Committee Investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol is going to introduce witnesses and slam the U.S. Secret Service for deliberately deleting text messages on Jan. 5 amd Jan. 6.

Washed Up 45 spent most of his time watching Fox and at no point in two hours he called the national guard or law enforcement.

They will address the former president trying to tamper with witnesses.

Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) will be out because he tested positive for the coronavirus.

So Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY), Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and Rep. Karen Kinzinger (R-IL) will step in and take charge of the latest hearing.

There will be more hearings if they obtain more evidence.

CNN Boss Wooing Joe And Mika!

Could MSNBC lose its top rating morning hosts?

It might be a boss move if this happens but Chris Licht is interested in bring Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski into the CNN roster. They already poached Kasie Hunt from MSNBC and Chris Wallace from Fox.

Licht who recently left The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is now the head of CNN.

He is determined to flip CNN around. He wants less politics, less breaking news alerts and more fact based journalism. He warned staffers to tone down the noise. He said stop using breaking news alerts for issues that are forgotten.

The network is trying to stay focus on hard news and avoid the partisan noise that Fox and MSNBC perform.

Licht was once a producer for Morning Joe. He is secretly talking to them and is hoping to take them from MSNBC.

The genius at work. Chris Licht is trying to turn CNN around.

This could be a huge shakeup in cable news if he gets them. It would revamp the morning schedule and be a game changer.

With Rachel Maddow reducing her time and many progressives are getting turned off to the noise attacking President Joe Biden, MSNBC is dealing with ratings slip.

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” debuted in 2007 with Scarborough and Brezezinski serving as co-hosts alongside John Ridley. Scarborough and Brezezinski married in 2018.

“Morning Joe” switched to an expanded four-hour format in April and recently passed its 15-year anniversary on air. Both Scarborough and Brezezinski have contracts running through the end of the year, but are said to be in active negotiations on extensions.

Business Insider reported last fall that the pair had begun early contract discussions with NBC executives regarding their next moves at the network. Puck News reported that Scarborough was seeking $31 million per year from the network for a contract extension.

BREAKING: President Joe Biden Got The Coronavirus!

President Biden has the coronavirus.

The 46th President of the United States tested positive for the coronavirus. Thankfully, Biden is fully vaccinated and boosted. Congress, Vice President Kamala Harris and state governors were notified.

President Joe Biden was confirmed a positive test this morning and has mild symptoms.

He will cancel his fundraising appearance and a scheduled visit at Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Biden, 79, is being treated with the antiviral Paxlovid and is fully vaccinated and twice boosted, the statement said. White House Covid coordinator Ashish Jha said Biden is tired, has a runny nose, and a dry cough. Jha said Biden felt fine when he went to bed, but didn't sleep well.

"Consistent with CDC guidelines, he will isolate at the White House and will continue to carry out all of his duties fully during that time," the statement said. "He has been in contact with members of the White House staff by phone this morning, and will participate in his planned meetings at the White House this morning via phone and Zoom from the residence."

The positive test comes days after Biden returned from a trip overseas where he was in close contact with a number of leaders in Israel and the Middle East. Ahead of the trip, White House officials said Biden would be minimizing contact as a Covid precaution, but during public engagements, Biden was seen shaking hands and embracing officials and was seen without a mask during indoor meetings.

First Lady Jill Biden is considered a close contact and is following CDC guidance on masking and social distancing, her spokesman said. The first lady said the president is "doing fine" and that she tested negative.

"My husband tested positive for Covid, I talked to him just a few minutes ago, he's doing fine," the first lady said Thursday ahead of an education event in Detroit. "He's feeling good. I tested negative this morning. I am going to keep my schedule."

Biden's doctor Kevin O'Connor said in a letter that Biden received a positive antigen test as part of a routine screening and the test was later confirmed by a more sensitive PCR test. He said Biden started experiencing a dry cough Wednesday evening.

Just because the United States has eased up on the coronavirus mandates and regulations doesn't mean that the pandemic is over. We have lost over 1 million Americans to the coronavirus. If things were normal, this would have been less than 100 deaths if Washed Up 45 would have taken the threat seriously.

Hell, he would have easily won his bid for a second term had he took the pandemic seriously.

Now it's tasked to President Joe Biden. He continues to push for vaccinations and following the CDC rules when testing positive for the coronavirus. We have lost over 1 million American lives to the coronavirus.

The funding for the coronavirus pandemic prevention is running out of funds. The Congress is not willing to push for more funding given that Republicans in the House and Senate as well as the two white nationalists in the Democratic caucus refusing to spend more money on preventions. They're willing to spend a lifetime to help Ukraine but never a dime for the needy here in the United States.

Biden thought Americans would take this shit seriously. Alas, they ain't willing to do it.

We might have to go back to masks.

The pandemic is part of the culture wars. This war is costing lives. Thousands of Americans have tested positive each day of the week. Over 1,000 to 5,000 Americans have died from the coronavirus a day.

These folks not willing to get vaccinated, nor willing to take appropriate steps to prevent infection are the causalities of this culture war.

Folks like myself don't empathize with them. I refuse to. I am tired of dealing with people who think their only way to feel good about themselves is to "own the libs" or stop "wokism."

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

We came so far only have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The Republicans are so devoted to destroying Biden and the country for what....to regain power.

Pathetic.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19.

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!
