Dick Clark's Rockin New Year's Eve with Ryan Seacrest is still going on despite the coronavirus spreading. The omicron variant and delta variant has become primarily the most deadliest.

Headliner LL Cool J who was scheduled to perform at the event pulled out after he announced on social media he tested positive for the coronavirus.

James T. Smith, 53 is a rapper, actor, director, model and media personality. The legendary rapper was just recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

He is also on the longtime CBS series, "NCIS: Los Angeles."

ABC and producers also announced that R&B singer Chlöe won’t be performing on the special as scheduled.

“I know it’s disappointing to the millions of fans but my test came back positive for COVID, which means I’ll no longer be able to perform as scheduled at NYRE,” LL Cool J said in a statement. “We were ready and I was really looking forward to ringing in 2022 in my hometown in a special way, but for now I wish everyone a healthy and happy New Year. The best is yet to come!“

There have been concerns about proceeding with New Year’s Eve events in New York as the city has seen infection rates skyrocket due to the highly contagious Omicron variant.

ABC said last week that it was taking a wait-and-see approach, looking to New York City for guidance about the popular annual New Year’s Eve celebration in Times Square. NY Mayor Bill de Blasio had announced that the city would be proceeding with the New Year’s Eve Ball Drop but with fewer revelers and tighter rules, including masks and social distancing. In light of the decision by the city to keep the celebration on, ABC is proceeding with Rockin’ Eve 2022 while adhering to CDC/local protocols regarding audience attendees in Times Square.

Fox last week canceled its New Year’s Eve special – Fox’s New Year’s Eve Toast & Roast 2022 – as a result of the rising spread of the Omicron variant in New York. The special also was set to be produced in Times Square.

Other performers scheduled for Dick Clark’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest include Pose alum Billy Porter, reggaeton act Karol G and Rock Hall of Famer Journey. Also scheduled are Daddy Yankee in Puerto Rico and a Los Angeles bill that includes Ciara, Avril Lavigne & Travis Barker, Big Boi, OneRepublic and French Montana.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. The show, hosted by Seacrest from Times Square, will feature Rockin’ Eve‘s first Spanish language countdown, with Puerto Rico as the inaugural host destination. The special is produced by MRC Live and Alternative.

If only Americans got vaccinated, we would have been back to normal by July. Alas, they wanna fuck around and now they're going to find out.

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war. 

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The Republicans are so devoted to destroying Biden and the country for what....to regain power.

Pathetic.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19. 

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

Again, why do white people always treat wild animals like they're domesticated? 

I would never touch a wild animal. 

Alas, some people think that animals are timid when you're petting them. Nope.

A white man decided to fuck around and sure enough, he found out! 

River Rosenquist called for help at the Naples Zoo. The man called after he found the losing end of a tiger.

The Malayan tiger bit his hand and would not let go. Clearly under distress, his voice is high and the operator mistakes him for a woman, according to the 9-1-1 call released by the Collier County Sheriff's office. The dispatcher received the call at 6:26pm telling her that Rosenquist was at the Naples Zoo and needed help.

"I'm being attacked by a tiger, help please please please," said the victim.

"Please help, I don't have much longer."

A contract worker with HMI Commercial Cleaning, Rosenquist, 26, of Naples was part of a crew that cleans the bathrooms and gift shop after the zoo closed. The law said that Rosenquist climbed the fence and went towards the enclosure. It appears that the 8-year old male tiger Eko was startled by the noise.

I guess the idiot tried to take a selfie, pet or feed Eko. Of course, the tiger saw the whole meal.

So Eko clamped on his hand and elbow. So the idiot managed to get a hold of his phone and started screaming and shrieking. 

"Please hurry. he's going to rip my arm off," Rosenquist said in the call. While on the phone, you hear several sounds of moans, groans and screeches.

The law arrived and tried to find a tranquilizer to put the tiger down. To no avail, the deputies had to put a bullet to the critically endangered tiger. There's only 300 active tigers in the wild.

"You gotta shoot it, you gotta shoot it, please," Rosenquist said.

The animal was killed and the victim was treated for his injuries. Now the investigation begins. Of course, the zoo will immediately place barriers up to keep idiots like that from entering. They will also bill the victim for the loss of the tiger. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission will suggest fining him for messing with the animal. The Collier County Sheriff's department may charge him trespassing, criminal mischief and endangering the safety of life. The hospital will bill him for the animal attack. The company that hired him will likely fire him out the cannon. He could be sued by the contractor and zoo for any repercussions.

The idiot will be getting threats from animal rights extremists. 

It's the unfortunate cause and effect of animals and people.

I've said it before and I stand by what I say: "Wild animals are......well you know!"

The former lawyer for O.J. Simpson and Washed Up 45 appeared on BBC and it drew controversy. 

He is allegedly a member of that sexual predator's list of clients. As his former girlfriend is being sentenced for her role in grooming underage girls and using them in sex trafficking, the lawyer appeared on BBC to give insight.

The network is apologizing for allowing him on.

The BBC was forced to apologize Thursday for bringing on attorney Alan Dershowitz to discuss sexual predator’s conviction — even though he faces allegations of sex abuse by that monster's accuser.

Dershowitz, who previously represented that monster in his controversial wrist-slap 2008 plea deal, used his airtime Wednesday night to blast his accuser, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, as not credible.

“The most important thing for British viewers is that the government was very careful who it used as witnesses,” he told viewers. “It did not use as a witness the woman who accused Prince Andrew, who accused me, who accused many other people, because the government didn’t believe she was telling the truth.”

The red-faced network issued a statement Thursday morning, saying its interview with Dershowitz, 83, “did not meet BBC’s editorial standards.”

This was poor taste said the BBC.

“Mr. Dershowitz was not a suitable person to interview as an impartial analyst, and we did not make the relevant background clear to our audience,” the statement said. “We will look into how this happened.”

Giuffre has long accused Dershowitz of having sex with her when she was as young as 16. Giuffre has also accused Prince Andrew of sexual assault in a civil lawsuit.

Dershowitz has denied the allegations and sued Giuffre for defamation, claiming she’s a “serial liar” who used his name because he was famous.

Andrew has also vehemently denied her claims.

Viewers were quick to call out the network for the decision to have him on the show.

“Sorry, what?! @BBCNews now have Alan Dershowitz on to analyse [sic] #GhislaineMaxwell’s conviction, without any reference to his background,” one Twitter user wrote. “He’s simply introduced as ‘constitutional lawyer’ as if he’s a neutral expert. Shocked. Utterly bizarre decision & does the audience a disservice.”

Another added, “There needs to be a big apology from the BBC about this. Terrible, terrible decision.”

A thing that I might be dealing with is what Jada is facing.

It's called alopecia areata. It's basically sudden baldness. It's a autoimmune disease that causes hair loss. 

The mogul, 50 shares on social media about her sudden hair loss. She shared a scar on the crown of her head and why she's no longer afraid to hide.

It affects 30% of Black women.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) shared her struggle with alopecia areata. She used to wear wigs and pullbacks on her hair. Now she's fully embracing her skin. 

MSNBC host and progressive agitator Tiffany Cross also said that she dealt with alopecia areata.

Remember Hillary Clinton endorsed Shontel Brown over Nina Turner in the country's most watched special primary race. The former Ohio senator took on the Cuyahoga County official in a bitterly fought race to replace Marcia Fudge. Brown won and became a U.S. Representative. Turner became a distraction and of course a bitter loser.

Clinton's endorsement riled up the leftists. 

"Kiss of death" they chanted and the "corporate Dems" always want to take down progressives. 

Well the Bernie Bros, brogressives, Bernistas or whatever the fuck they call themselves were defeated in not only Nina Turner's race, but India Walton's race, and the debate over passage of the bipartisan infrastructure bill that President Joe Biden signed.

While the "human infrastructure" part of the Build Back Better bill is being stalled by those two rotten white nationalist Democrats in the Senate and those 50 assholes in the Republican conference, Biden is forging ahead. Democrats feel that their agenda could be ruined if 2022 comes around and this "Let's Go Brandon" nonsense continues all the way towards November.

Clinton warns these lawmakers could hurt Democrats in the Midterms.

With the coronavirus slated to take over 1 million lives, the president is hoping to contain the spread of the delta and omicron variants of this virus. He is also trying to get a slimmer version of the Build Back Better plan so that Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) are willing to back it.

He is also hoping to pass voter reforms in the wake of the Republicans push to keep voters away from the polls.

Biden is dealing with a slim House and a slim Senate. 

Things can't get done even with a slim majority and that's the cause of the outrage for the leftists and those who support them.

Enter the Squad.

The former 2016 Democratic nominee and former Secretary of State is a former first lady, former U.S. Senator and pretty much a troll in her own right. She felt that misinformation from Washed Up 45 and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) cost her the election. Clinton believes that Washed Up 45 and Sanders are pushing the country to the brink.

On MSNBC, she directly told the Democrats to stop listening to the bullshit coming out of the mouths of the progressive members of the Squad.

Without mentioning their names, she said that the Democrats must choose careful thinking when it comes to these races. 

"I think that it is a time for some careful thinking about what wins elections, and not just deep blue districts where a Democrat and a liberal Democrat or a so-called progressive Democrat is going to win," said Clinton. "We've got to be very 'clear eyed' about what it's going to take to hold the House and the Senate in 2022. And to win the electoral college because REpublicans are doing everything they can to create an environment in which the Electoral College, even narrowly the way Joe Biden did will be out of reach for Democrats."

Clinton warns that Sanders' "in your face" policies will hurt Democrats.

She understood the passion to get the things that progressives want in the few years Biden has a majority but said that the "in your face" politics and sloganing is damaging the Democrats.

"But at the end of the day, nothing is going to get done if you don't have a Democratic majority in the House, in the Senate, our majority comes from people who win in much more difficult districts and our majority in the Senate comes from people who can win in not just blue states and hold those wins .... but can in more in purpleish states," Clinton added. "But at the end of the day, it means nothing. If we don't have a Congress that will get things done and we don't have a White House that we can count on to be sane and sober and stable and productive. So this is going to be a very intense period, not just for the Democratic Party, but for the country."

Clinton said that party leadership is afraid to slap down. It's a delicate tightrope to get Manchin on board. He comes from West Virginia, a state that voted for Washed Up 45 by 45 points. 

I remembered what Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH) said about running for office. She said that she wants to be a legislator that wants to get things done, work with the opposition in finding common ground, not waste time on television and radio throwing out "pie in the sky" policies and be more of a lawmaker doing the work than an activist doing soundbites.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) are distractions.

They are the soundbites that Republicans need to win back Congress. The more we hear from the them, the more likely Republicans are willing to tag them as the key to winning back Congress.

What's more important to Republicans other than culture wars? 

Democrats who don't shut the fuck up. 

The Squad is the element of the Republican Party's path to victory.

The British socialite is now a registered sex offender. She was convicted Wednesday of luring teenage girls to be sexually abused by the American millionaire sexual monster.

The verdict capped a monthlong trial featuring sordid accounts of the sexual exploitation of girls as young as 14, told by four women who described being abused as teens in the 1990s and early 2000s at the monster’s palatial homes in Florida, New York and New Mexico.

Jurors deliberated for five full days before finding the predator guilty of five of six counts. As the verdict was read, The predator was largely stoic behind a black mask. She stood with her hands folded as the jury filed out, and glanced at her siblings — who faithfully attended each day of the trial — as she herself was led from the courtroom. She did not hug her lawyers on the way out, a marked change from previous days during which the predator and her team were often physically affectionate with one another.

She faces the likelihood of years in prison — an outcome long sought by women who spent years fighting in civil courts to hold The predator accountable for her role in recruiting and grooming the monster’s teenage victims and sometimes joining in the sexual abuse.

This monster killed himself while in custody.

The predator was convicted of conspiracy to entice a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, conspiracy to transport a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors and sex trafficking of minors, the last of which carries a statutory maximum of 40 years in prison.

She was acquitted of enticing a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts.

The defense had insisted the predator was a victim of a vindictive prosecution devised to deliver justice to women deprived of their main villain when the monster killed himself while awaiting trial in 2019.

During the trial, prosecutors called 24 witnesses to give jurors a picture of life inside the monster’s homes — a subject of public fascination and speculation ever since his 2006 arrest in Florida in a child sex case.

A housekeeper testified he was expected to be “blind, deaf and dumb” about the private lives of that monster, a financier who cultivated friendships with influential politicians and business tycoons, and the predator, who had led a jet-setting lifestyle as the favorite child of a media mogul.

Pilots took the witness stand and dropped the names of luminaries — Britain’s Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Washed Up 45 — who flew on that monster’s private jets.

Jurors saw physical evidence like a folding massage table once used by the monster and a “black book” that listed contact information for some of the victims under the heading “massages.”

There were bank records showing he had transferred $30.7 million to the predator, his longtime companion — onetime girlfriend, later employee.

But the core of the prosecution was the testimony of four women who said they were victimized by the predator and the monster at tender ages.

Three testified using first names or pseudonyms to protect their privacy: Jane, a television actress; Kate, a former model from Great Britain; and Carolyn, now a mom recovering from drug addiction. The fourth was Annie Farmer, a psychologist who chose to use her real name after being vocal about her allegations in recent years.

They echoed one another in their descriptions of the predator’s behavior: She used charm and gifts to gain their trust, taking an interest in their adolescent challenges and giving them assurances that the monster could use his wealth and connections to fulfill their dreams.

They said the script would darken when the predator coaxed them into giving massages to the monster that turned sexual, encounters she played off as normal: After one sexual massage, Kate, then 17, said the predator asked her if she’d had fun and told her: “You are such a good girl.”

Carolyn testified that she was one of several underprivileged teens who lived near the monster’s Florida home in the early 2000s and took up an offer to give massages in exchange for $100 bills, which prosecutors described as “a pyramid of abuse.”

She felt the U.S. sting.

The predator made all the arrangements, Carolyn told the jury, even though she knew the girl was only 14 at the time.

Jane said in 1994, when she was only 14, she was instructed to follow the monster into a pool house at his Palm Beach estate, where he masturbated on her.

The lone count on which the predator was acquitted applied only to Jane.

“I was frozen in fear,” she told the jury, adding that assault was the first time she had ever seen a penis. She also directly accused the predator of participating in her abuse.

The predator’s lawyer asked Jane why it had taken so long to come forward.

“I was scared,” she said, choking back tears. “I was embarrassed, ashamed. I didn’t want anybody to know any of this about me.”

These two monsters won't hurt anybody anymore.

The last to testify, Farmer described how the predator touched her breasts while giving her a massage at the monster’s New Mexico ranch and how the monster unexpectedly crawled into bed and pressed himself against her.

The predator, 60, vehemently denied the charges through her lawyers.

Still, she declined to take the risk of testifying, telling the judge: “The government has not proven its case beyond a reasonable doubt so there is no reason for me to testify.”

“The charges against Ghislaine Maxwell are for things that Jeffrey Epstein did,” one of the predator’s lawyers, Bobbi Sternheim, emphasized to the jury. “But she is not Jeffrey Epstein and she is not like Jeffrey Epstein.”

The predator’s legal team questioned whether the accusers’ memories were faulty, or had been influenced by lawyers seeking big payouts from the predator and from the monster’s estate in civil court.

During their two-day presentation, they called as a witness Elizabeth Loftus, a University of California Irvine professor who has testified as a memory expert for defense lawyers at about 300 trials, including the rape trial of that disgraced media mogul.

She said memory can be contaminated by suggestions made by an interviewer, particularly law enforcement or the media.

The predator’s family — faithfully in attendance each day of the trial — complained she was under duress from harsh conditions at the Brooklyn jail where she’s been held since her arrest in July 2020. She had repeatedly, and futilely, sought bail, arguing that she was unable to adequately contribute to her defense.

The legal fights involving that monster and the predator are not over.

The predator still awaits trial on two counts of perjury.

Lawsuits involving the abuse allegations also continue, including one in which a woman not involved in the trial, Virginia Giuffre, says she was coerced into sexual encounters with Prince Andrew when she was 17. Andrew has denied her account and that lawsuit is not expected to come to trial for many months.

The former guy had pushed this claim that he's done more for Black America than any other president in history. Yeah, after all, we probably lost over 350,000 Black Americans to the coronavirus. We have lost over 1.4 million Black Americans to gun violence. Racism is now present and accounted for in this country and Washed Up 45 is credited for spreading it. Siding with the Kenosha shooter, actively telling the Squad to "Go Back to....," questioning Barack Obama's birthplace, attacking Kamala Harris, and inspiring a mob of white privilege to storm the U.S. Capitol are his accomplishments to Black America. Yeah, he may have a few Black tokens in the bag. Two House members and one Senator rock with white supremacy. But for all the crap, Washed Up 45 will be memorable as the most polarizing president in history. Black America won't be kind to the former guy.

Rapper and media mogul Ice Cube found his "Platinum Plan" to be in the toilet along with much of his credibility. It was revealed that Mr. O'Shea Jackson, Sr. was behind the scenes working with the Washed Up 45 Administration in trying to court Black voters. He talked to Ivanka and Jared about how to win over Black voters. 

People still go see Ice Cube movies and still buy his albums. After all, he is a hard-working, dedicated, pro-foundational Black American. He still has a moment or two to share the good qualities that I admire about him.

In regards to him filming his final Friday movie, the entertainer revealed why Chris Tucker never got on board with the sequels. 

Friday is an iconic stoner movie.

Tucker allegedly didn't want to be in the sequel because of money. He would end up signing to Rush Hour which became a successful franchise.

Tucker turned down a spot on Next Friday because of money. Co-signing on the rumor was actor/comedian/troll Faizon Love.

Faizon played Big Worm and said that he only made $2,500 from the film and said he felt robbed by Cube and F. Gary Gary.

Cube hit back. 

"I didn't rob no fuckin body," Cube said on social media. "The 1995 Friday movie cost $2.3m to make. Shot it in 20 days. Fazion (sic) worked 1 day, maybe 2. All the actors got paid scale to do the movie. They could've simple said 'NO' but they didn't. So miss me with that shit."

Cube said that Tucker left the deal because he didn't want to smoke weed or cuss anymore. He said it was because of religious reasons. 

Tucker hasn't responded to the claims nor is planning on bringing back his iconic character Smokey to the Friday franchise. It's rumored that he will be in the final installment.

The Friday movie starred Ice Cube, John Witherspoon, Anna Marie Horsford, Chris Tucker, Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr., Faizon Love, A.J. Johnson, DJ Pooh, Regina King, Paula Jai Parker, Bernie Mac and Nia Long.

When Tucker opted out the movie, they replaced him with Mike Epps. 

Bernie Mac, Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr. (Zeus), A.J. Johnson and John Witherspoon have passed away.
