Some Democratic leaders are angry that a tape leaked of the QAnon leader saying it would be "hard not to hit" Pelosi with the speaker's gavel as he hopes to win back the House in the Midterms.

McCarthy said at a fundraiser in Nashville for prominent Republicans. They handed him a replica of the gavel and he found comfort in holding something other than letting Washed Up 45's hold his manhood.
The QAnon leader's remarks were met with laughter and an unmasked crowd of 1,400.
Pelosi's spokesman slammed McCarthy. He said that "a threat of violence to someone who was a target of a January 6th assassination attempt from your fellow [Washed Up 45] supporters is irresponsible and disgusting.
The remarks kind of remind me of what Pelosi said about the QAnon leader when he was crying about the House members returning with face mask mandates.

What the fuck is going on in the city of Aurora, Colorado?
I mean they treated a white terrorist who massacred 12 people in a movie theater better than they've treated a Black family who left a store. They treated this white terrorist better than they treated Elijah McClain. They treated white suspects better than they did this man who was pistol whipped by a dirty cop. His partner didn't even stop him from doing it.
Now two cops are facing criminal charges and the city of Aurora could be on the feds radar for the numerous incidents involving their officers and people of color.
The beleaguered Colorado police department is again under fire after body-worn cameras captured one of its officers pistol-whipping an unarmed Black man and holding a gun to the back of his head.
A dirty cop is charged with multiple counts of assault, as well as menacing, official misconduct and official oppression. According to court records, all but the misconduct and oppression charges are felonies.
Dirty cops are facing felony assault charges.
The victim, Kyle Maurice Vinson, 29, was struck more than a dozen times with the cop's handgun, according to the camera footage.
A fellow officer stood back and watched as her partner was serving a hot plate. She is accused of failing to stop him. This enabler is charged with failing to do her duty to intervene and her duty to report excessive use of force by an officer, police officials said.
The bill requiring police officers to intervene and report brutality by fellow officers was signed into law last June as police departments across the country faced criticism of how their officers treat people of color. The changes, and the nationwide protests that led to them, came about in the wake of the May 2020 murder of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer.
In Aurora, the face of the movement has been Elijah McClain, an unarmed Black man who was killed in police custody in August 2019. Officers who stopped McClain for “sketchy” behavior restrained him on the ground and used a dangerous chokehold on him even as he vomited and gasped for air.
Paramedics who responded to the scene then gave McClain, 23, an overdose of the powerful sedative ketamine. He went into cardiac arrest at the scene and was rushed to a hospital, where he died a few days later.
Both Colorado’s attorney general and the U.S. Department of Justice are conducting investigations into McClain’s death. A separate independent probe found in February that police and fire medics had no cause to detain or drug McClain, who was listening to music while walking home from a nearby convenience store.
The new state law also bans chokeholds, limits potentially lethal uses of force, abolishes qualified immunity for police officers and requires all officers to use body cameras by July 2023.
The dirty cops turned themselves in, were booked and then released on bail, Aurora police Chief Vanessa Wilson said Tuesday at a news conference. The dirty cop who hit Vinson was a three-year veteran of the department, is close to being fired out of the cannon.
The enabler who has been with the department for six years, is in the freezer but is being loaded into cannon.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The two are facing up to ten years in the iron college if convicted. The two will have a chance to appeal their freezer burns with the police union.
Should the U.S. Justice Department investigate the Aurora, Colorado Police Department for a pattern of police abuse of power?

On Friday, he appeared with far-right Rep. Karen Cuellar (D-TX) to bitch about the imaginary border crisis. White nationalist are obsessed with migrants coming to the border. The junk food media spent March to May talking about it. The Republicans seen it as a way to undermine President Joe Biden.

Graham said that he started having flu-like symptoms on Saturday night and went to the doctor Monday morning.

According to the CDC, there is still not enough information on antibodies for COVID-19 and whether they can prevent someone from getting reinfected. It still recommends that people with a positive antibody test follow recommendations for protecting themselves and others.
The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.
Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19.
If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.
Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

American rapper and singer DaBaby was pulled from Lollapalooza after he made his regretful remarks about the LGBTQ community at Rolling Loud.
Many entertainers are distancing themselves from him. We haven't heard any word from Interscope Records on whether they'll drop him and the Billion Dollar Baby Music label. But the way this is going, it could be a serious blow to the rising entertainer.
So far the rapper who often posts on social media hasn't done much since Thursday.
Since 2017, DaBaby (aka Baby Jesus) often entertained folks with his rapid fire, comedic and gangsta-themed music.
It appears that the remarks were condemned as homophobic. He spoke about gay men, HIV and made a crude remark about a woman. During the set, someone threw a shoe at him. Also he invited Tory Lanez, a controversial rapper and singer to Rolling Loud in response to an alleged feud with Megan Thee Stallion.
Jonathan Kirk, 28 is trying to walk back the remarks but the damage was done.
Elton John, Madonna, Dua Lipa and other celebrities have blocked him on social media. Megan Thee Stallion as well.
Dua Lipa is demanding they stop playing her song Levitating due to the remarks. She was "surprised and horrified at DaBaby's comments."
Lollapalooza said the event is "founded on diversity, inclusity, respect and love and that DaBaby was cancelled "with that in mind."
Rappers G Herbo and Young Thug will replace him.
Most of this controversy swirled around Lil Nas X. The rapper did the Industry Baby video in which he was dancing buck naked with men and it riled up DaBaby, Pastor Troy, Glasses Malone, Clifford "T.I." Harris and Raymond "Benzino" Scott.
Whereas Scott is a washed up rapper, Pastor Troy and Glasses Malone has modest success. T.I. and DaBaby are top-billing rappers and entertainers.

The Eviction Moratorium expired on July 31, 2021 at 11:59pm.
Now it appears that folks who couldn't pay their rent on time are facing possible eviction from their properties. Struggling families are taking hits because of the pandemic. Estimated 11 million families could be forced out of their homes due to the Congress allowing the moratorium to fall.
Over 645,000 Americans are dead from the coronavirus.

"The House and House leadership had the opportunity to vote to extend the moratorium, and there was frankly a handful of conservative Democrats in the House who threatened to get on planes rather than hold this vote," she said on CNN "State of the Union." "We have to really just call a spade a spade. We cannot, in good faith, blame the Republican Party when House Democrats have the majority."
The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in June to allow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to keep its eviction moratorium in place until July 31, saying that Congress would have to authorize any further extension. But the White House still waited a month until the day before the House adjourned to release a statement asking Congress to extend the moratorium, Ocasio-Cortez said.
A member of the House Financial Services Committee, which has jurisdiction over housing, she told CNN’s Jake Tapper that representatives had been pressing the House Secretary and the Biden administration for their stance on extending the eviction moratorium, but "they were not being forthright about that advocacy and that request until the day before the House adjourned."
"The House was put into a needlessly difficult situation," Ocasio-Cortez said, arguing her sentiment has been echoed by Financial Services Chairwoman, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), who rushed to draft a bill that would have extended the moratorium through the end of 2021. The bill failed to pass.

Despite the House of Representatives adjourning for the next seven weeks, Ocasio-Cortez said every member is on a 24-hour callback notice to Washington, D.C. in anticipation of the bipartisan infrastructure bill, as negotiations on the package still continue in the Senate.
Bush, Omar and Pressley should have spent more time writing a bill instead of doing showboating. They each are paid $174,000 to write legislation not be activists.
"We have all left town with plans to come back within 24 hours if necessary. And I believe the expiration of the eviction moratorium and having 11 million Americans – one out of every six renters – at risk of being kicked out of their homes is worth coming back and triggering that 24-hour notice," Ocasio-Cortez said. "We cannot leave town without doing our job."
The American Rescue Plan allocated an additional $21.5 billion for Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) that can be used by renters to cover arrears and make landlords whole. That added to the $25 billion allocated under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, brings the total amount of assistance available to more than $46 billion.
Out of the $46 billion, Ocasio-Cortez said just $3 billion has gone out to help renters and small ‘mom and pop’ landlords. Money was handed over to state and local municipalities and each individual governor is responsible for establishing programs to get emergency rental assistance out in time.
"I think, in some states, some governors and state administrations might be slow walking this process to get it out. In other states, there’s the administrative burden of setting it up. But there are states and municipalities who have been getting it right. A report released by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in March indicated that 11 million renter and homeowner households were significantly overdue on their regular housing payments as of December 2020, placing them at heightened risk of losing their homes to foreclosure or eviction over the coming months. As of July 5, roughly 3.6 million people in the U.S. said they faced eviction in the next two months, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Household Pulse Survey.
Biden said Thursday that the administration’s hands are tied after the Supreme Court signaled the moratorium would only be extended until the end of the month. He called on Congress to swiftly pass legislation to extend the date. Racing to respond, Democrats strained to rally the votes early Friday.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) implored colleagues to pass legislation extending the deadline, calling it a "moral imperative," to protect renters and also the landlords who are owed compensation.
But after hours of behind-the-scenes wrangling throughout the day, Democratic lawmakers had questions and could not muster support to extend the ban even a few months. An attempt to simply approve an extension by consent, without a formal vote, was objected to by House Republicans.

The special election for two Ohio congressional districts is on Tuesday. The 11th and 15th Congressional District races are held on Tuesday. While we're not talking too much about the 15th, the nation is focused on the 11th.
Republicans are scrambling for a candidate who can replace Karen Stivers. Stivers left Congress to join the Ohio Chamber of Commerce.
Marcia Fudge left the 11th to join President Joe Biden as his Housing and Urban Development Secretary.
The race is likely going to have a Black woman as their nominee. Who will be their nominee?
Will it be former Ohio state senator Nina Turner or Cuyahoga County councilwoman and county Democratic leader Shontel Brown?
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, Cornel West, Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-OH), Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) are coming to Ohio for last minute rallies the candidates.
The final days of a bitter campaign between two Black women and the future of the Democratic Party.
Technically, the future is clear: One will support President Joe Biden's agenda while the other will create soundbites, noise and a big distraction.
I mean this is a choice of who best represents the needs of Ohio's 11th Congressional District. Is it going to the former Ohio state senator who said that voting for Biden is like eating "half a bowl of shit" or the other pushed for voters to get out the polls.
The race in a relatively safe Democratic district is national because the leftists are propping up Turner and demonizing Brown.
The last two weeks, Turner and her leftists allies were running on the notion that Brown is corrupt because she and Cuyahoga County council voted to approve contracts for her boyfriend's construction company. They also are claiming that Brown is being bankrolled by Republicans.
Then of course, Sanders and his allies come to rally voters.
Brown on the other hand dismissed the noise and kept the focus on her endorsements from Beatty and Clyburn.
Clyburn is seen as a kingmaker in the race could have an impact on this. When Killer Mike called the South Carolina lawmaker stupid with Turner agreeing to it, it forced Clyburn into the race.
He along with Hillary Clinton endorsed Brown and the leftists went bonkers after that. Thus, we heard allegations from "pay to play" to desperate pleas for "donors." They even touted an internal poll that showed Turner blowing out the competition.
Now the race is closer than Turner thought. It appears the race is neck-and-neck with a plurality still undecided. That means the Jeff Johnson, John Barnes and Shirley Johnson are no longer viable candidate in the race.

The nasty tone that has been present for months escalated Thursday as high-profile surrogates for both candidates were set to arrive here. Turner, 53, unleashed a commercial that questions Brown's ethics and ends with the image of a jail door slamming. (Brown's campaign manager said the ad was "verifiably false.") Brown, 46, has sought to paint Turner, known nationally for her work on Sen. Bernie Sanders' presidential campaigns, as too much of an outsider and too critical of Biden to accomplish anything in Congress.
The national endorsers, while welcomed by the candidates, have superimposed past Democratic battles onto the district, frustrating those who say eagerness for a proxy war is overshadowing local nuances and issues. Brown and Turner are successful Black politicians in a majority Black district, familiar on their own merits to voters. Both have made local issues like poverty and gun violence central to their campaigns.
"All of that has kind of gotten drowned out in a battle that's become about a lot of things that have nothing to do with the city of Cleveland," said David Pepper, a former state Democratic Party chairman who has endorsed Turner. "And that's been pretty painful to watch."
Eleven other Democrats are seeking the seat, although none has the resources to rival Brown and Turner. Given the district's heavy Democratic makeup, Tuesday's winner is almost certain to be the next representative. Recent polls show that a race that had been Turner's to lose has tightened. Through Thursday, Turner and outside groups supporting her had spent more than $2.1 million on TV and digital advertising, compared to about $1.9 million from Brown and her allies, according to AdImpact, an ad-tracking firm.
The seat, which represents a chunk of Cleveland, its eastern suburbs and parts of Akron, opened when former Rep. Marcia Fudge left to be Biden's housing secretary.
Attacks on Brown and Turner, meanwhile, have frequently been simplified to fit the nationalized nature of the race.
It's almost over. If Nina Turner does win, Ohio Republicans will use her as a weapon against Tim Ryan.
At a Turner news conference Wednesday on the steps of Cleveland City Hall, a state legislator blasted Brown as a "do-as-you're-told Democrat." Such rhetoric shortchanges Brown's leadership of a Cuyahoga County Democratic Party known for its rival factions and on the County Council, where she advanced legislation to declare racism a public nuisance.
"I work with those from the farthest left to the most moderate within the party, and I do not wear any of the labels," Brown told NBC News. "I don't do this for the attention. I don't do it from a megaphone."
Similarly, Brown and others paint Turner as an obstructionist who doesn't play with others, dwelling on her criticism of Biden while overlooking her earlier work as a state legislator known for collaborating with John Kasich, a Republican who was then the governor. Turner, who was once viewed as a future mayor of Cleveland, was a top state party official and had been among those encouraging Hillary Clinton to run for president in 2016. Her abrupt defection to Sanders — and her relentless loyalty to him, even after his losses — earned her enemies. Clinton is supporting Brown.
"I'm a unity candidate," Turner said. "If you look at the people who have endorsed me, from local all the way to national, you will find a little something for everybody."
Turner, mindful of hard feelings from 2016 and 2020, said she expected establishment forces to wage an "Anybody But Nina" movement. The Congressional Black Caucus — led by Rep. Joyce Beatty, D-Ohio, an early Brown backer — endorsed Brown a week after Clyburn did. And in a district with a substantial Jewish population, pro-Israel groups also have gone big for Brown.
Turner, unlike Brown, doesn't favor unconditional U.S. aid to Israel, and she has expressed sympathy for Palestinians in their conflict with Israel. A recent Democratic Majority for Israel ad rehashed Turner's remark in July 2020 comparing a vote for Biden to eating fecal matter. The organization, which supports Brown, has spent more than $800,000 on TV and digital spots in the race.
"The Jewish vote matters," said Halie Soifer, CEO of the Jewish Democratic Council of America, which is backing Brown with a five-figure print and digital push. "It matters even more in elections where turnout isn't great, and Jews are known to turn out at a higher rate."
Turner is particularly angry about a recent donation to Brown from Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, who has been friendly with Washed Up 45.

"They are polluting and diluting the voices of the people of this district in a special election that is an open seat," Turner said of the outsiders opposing her candidacy. "They care about preserving their own power. They don't care that Cleveland is the largest poor city in America. ... They don't care that 23 percent of Akron residents are living in poverty. They don't care about the gun violence in Akron and in Cleveland."
Brown and Turner have plenty of Northeast Ohio supporters between them.
Brown's include Akron Mayor Dan Horrigan and the influential Rev. Otis Moss. Fudge, minding a federal law that complicates endorsements from Cabinet officials, hasn't weighed in, although her mentorship of Brown is well-known among local Democrats. Fudge's mother endorsed Brown in an ad.
Turner's list of local backers offers more evidence against the narrative that she's a political outsider. Several establishment fixtures, including Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, have endorsed her, as has Cleveland City Council member Blaine Griffin, an early Biden supporter.
"We've never seen a Democratic primary this heated, so it's a little bit new to everybody," said Griffin, a former county party vice chair. "What's really surprising to me is how many national figures are willing to come into a safe district and actually create this much ruckus."
Sanders' support of Turner was never in doubt. Clyburn's endorsement of Brown last month was a bigger deal nationally. Clyburn, the highest-ranking Black member of Congress, is credited with helping to resurrect Biden's campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination last year.

Clyburn said he has known Brown for years, dating to her work on Fudge's campaigns, and he praised her for her ability to get along with others. He added, without mentioning Turner by name, that "you get much more success with honey than you do with vinegar." And he bristled at comments by state Rep. Juanita Brent, a Turner supporter who has called on Clyburn to "stay out of our district."
"Bernie Sanders is supporting the other candidate, and that's fine," Clyburn said. "Jim Clyburn supports Shontel Brown, and I need to stay out of the district. I'd like somebody to explain that to me."
Turner has spent much of the race parrying questions about her colorful criticisms of Biden and her endorsements from members from "the squad," the group of progressive House Democrats led by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, who campaigned with her last weekend. She asserts that the national supporters she has invited to the district support her not for her personal loyalty but for her positions. And while those positions often place her to the left of Biden, Turner said she would work with his White House and accept any invitation to negotiate policies that could help the district.
"If the prerequisite for a relationship is 100 percent agreement 100 percent of the time, then that's not much of a relationship," Turner said. "That's called 'Obey.'"

She will be the perfect candidate to represent Cleveland, Akron and the region. She is not perfect and does have controversial issues attached to her, but she's far better than Turner.
Turner is too much of an activist. She will be the anchor tied to the Democrats neck. She will be too polarizing and it will make it difficult for Tim Ryan, the moderate running for U.S. Senate to win. It will also make Republicans redistrict the area to make Turner and Marcy Kaptur fight over the district.
Turner will cost Democrats in Ohio seats because she's tied to Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Cori Bush and Rashida Tlaib. They have no accomplishments as lawmakers. I respect their passion but they need to work on fixing the problems and help President Joe Biden succeed.
