A dozen people were shot at a local nightclub in South Bend. Presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg had to step away from campaigning after this and a police shooting of a Black man got attention.

Like I've said many times before. It's getting old. I said in post after post and yet it doesn't change shit about the status quo.

They will never get it through their heads that gun violence is an epidemic.

About 96 people are killed a day by gun violence. Not all gun shootings make the news.

They even dedicate gun violence victims online that don't make the national news.

This is the victim of the latest mass shooting in the United States.

There was a mass shooting at a South Bend, Indiana nightclub in which 11 people were shot and one was fatally killed. This shooting forced Democratic candidate Pete Buttigieg to leave the campaign trial to do his mayoral duties.

The victim was Brandon D. Williams, a 27 year old man who could have been a father, a son or brother. He was the victim of Kelly's Pub in the north side of the city. The terrorist is currently on the run and the Indiana State Police, the FBI and South Bend Police are closing in.

This terrorist will be charged with unlawful discharge, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, murder in the first-degree, inducing panic and leaving the scene of an accident.

These charges could put the terrorist in the iron college for LIFE. He could face the DEATH card.

Pete Buttigieg has to more issues at home than on the campaign trail.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

All of the gunshot victims were treated at area hospitals.

Five victims remain at the hospital in stable condition and the rest have been treated and released.

According to investigators approximately 75 - 100 people were around at the time of the shooting.

Buttigieg had to return to South Bend to address issues that faced his community.

He is dealing with gun violence in the city, a police shooting of a Black man and reluctance to his presidential campaign.

A South Bend man was killed by the police. It forced the Democratic candidate Pete Buttigieg to step away from the presidential campaign.

I know I am!

Two issues in the city of South Bend, Indiana. These issues have Democratic candidate for president Pete Buttigieg leaving the campaign trial to return to his hometown to face the wrath of angry residents.

A South Bend cop killed a 54-year old Black man. The cops claimed that Eric Logan was charging at the cop. The incident happened on June 16 and the tensions were bubbling up enough for Buttigieg to skip a fundraiser for his campaign.

The shooting of unarmed people of color have became an issue that Democrats need to address.

Many Black voters are concerned that the Democratic Party are taking advantage of their long-lasting friendship. They need us to defeat white privilege only to replace it with more white privilege.

Pete Buttigieg gets hammered for making this a political campaign stop instead of a real issue in his community. He is the mayor of South Bend and he's face heat for not doing enough with racial tensions.

Not happening. Democrats are very cautious about 2020. Buttigieg is especially. He is an openly gay man and one of the first serious contenders for the nomination. He can't lose the Black vote. The Black vote is very cautious about gay rights. We're warming up to it but it's still a challenge ahead.

Nonetheless, Logan was spotted at the Central High Apartments allegedly breaking into vehicles.

The cops claim that the suspect had a knife and lunged at one of them. The cop killed him. The body camera wasn't on at the time of the shooting.

Logan was partially in a vehicle in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Someone called 911 on a call about break-ins in the complex. Logan reportedly exited the car and was approaching the cop now identified as Sgt. Ryan O'Neill with a knife. The family is planning on suing the cop and the city with a federal civil rights lawsuit.

Logan died at the hospital after the shooting.

Buttigieg ran into a protesters while hosting a town hall in South Bend. Many were criticizing how he he's more concerned about being President of the United States instead of mayor of South Bend.

They blame him for allowing bad cops to kill people of color.

Some turnout to South Bend to protest the shooting. Many are calling for the cop and the police chief to be fired out the cannon.

Black Lives Matter protesters confront Buttigieg after the shooting of Eric Logan and the mass shooting at a local bar.

Buttigieg promises to rewrite some of the policies used by the police department.

Police chief Scott Ruszkowski has talked to the community and promises transparency.

Logan was a father, a son, a brother and a citizen.

Tammy Keys, the sister of Eric Logan said that the city needs improvements.

"We used to be a friendly community; now it's just guns. Put down the guns, everyone. It's so important."

I don't have to mourn anyone's loss. Black men have to deal with police brutality almost everyday.

I've been subjected to unlawful searches, unlawful detainment, threats of arrest for filming cops doing their duties and attacked online for criticizing them. I don't condone violence towards anyone just in case trolls here are reading this.

Cops don't have a cape or shield. They wear bulletproof vests. Yet, they have a 60% chance of going home after their shifts. The most dangerous call for a police officer is a domestic violence call. Then comes the routine pull-over. The active mass shooter. The wild or domestic animal on the loose.

Cops have to be babysitters, therapists, bullies and enforcers. Some cops do their jobs by actively working in communities of color. Those are the good cops. The bad cops often post bullshit on social media, assume all people of color are acting suspiciously and make bogus claims to unlawfully search your car and home.

Black men and women have to stay on their guard everyday. Just like cops, we all want to go home tonight.

For every mass shooting, a white man is captured without a bullet fired. For every police shooting, a black man is either shot or badly injured.

This is the status quo.

White terrorist begs for mercy.

The white terrorist who rammed his vehicle into a crowd of people in Charlottesville, Virginia killing Heather Heyer is begging the state and feds to not give him the DEATH card.

The lawyers for this white terrorist said in a sentencing memo that he is too young for a LIFE in the iron college. He said that he's had a "rough childhood."

Yet, he had a Dodge Charger and decided to ram his vehicle into a handful of individuals protesting a far-white rally. Charlottesville Police and the Virginia State Police couldn't stop the near rioting in a city that was on the brink of chaos.

Donald J. Trump said their were "very fine people" on both sides.

He said he's mentally ill. So I guess he was thinking that ramming his vehicle into innocent human being was a mental tic.

The white terrorist has no remorse for his actions. That's not mental illness.

White terrorist wants to get a light sentence.

This Proud Boy wanted to make himself a martyr to the white race.

Prosecutors said they interviewed a former classmate who spoke of this white terrorist excitement to visit Germany to see where Jews where massacred. He enjoyed his visit at the Dachau concentration camp. He said that he found joy in the Nazis and Adolf Hilter.

The white terrorist continues to attack the mother of Heather Heyer.

In a recorded phone call he blasted Heyer.

"She's a communist. She's anti-white, liberal.....It's not up for questioning. She's the enemy! She is the enemy!"

Heather Heyer died for equality.

"[Y]ou refuse to accept the only way to save [our] nation. Nothing you do is for the greater good, you will have no positive impact on this world because you refuse to do what is necessary."

The victims who were injured have no remorse for this scumbag. This scumbag could appeal his sentence but given if he goes to retrial, he might lose his chance to spare his life.

There will be more of these incidents in the United States. Thanks to Donald J. Trump, conservatives, far-white agitators and the Republican Party, racism is still the norm.

Majority Whip, Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) invites the Democrats to a fish fry.

The South Carolina Democratic Party has invited the 23 Democratic candidates to speak about policies and how to court voters.

Along with Jaime Harrison, the U.S. Senate candidate who is challenging Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) for the seat, Democrats are motivated to capture a state that is constantly votes Republican.

Trump carried this state by 20 points. Graham is a longtime fixture of the state and a pompous asshole. He is a war hawk and frequent chatter on GOP Sundays. He was then a harsh critic of Trump before he became his best buddy.

The only Democrat besides Clyburn who won his position was Rep. Joe Cunningham (D-SC). He beat a Republican who suffered a life altering accident but remained a threat all the way towards the election. He is signalling reelection. He knows the risk of being too partisan. He spoke at the South Carolina Democratic Convention and urged Democrats to not attack all candidates and Republicans.

Joe Biden, former Vice President has been the most attacked. The Democratic candidates are slamming Biden for saying that he was working with the yesterday Democrats who voted for far-white policies.

MSNBC will host the first Democratic debate. There will be two nights of debate. The first 10 will do their debate and the second 10 will do theirs. Three candidate who didn't make the threshold of 1% are not invited.

Sean "Sh*thead" Hannity Tells Paul Manafort To Breathe Easy!

Manafort was wiretapped. Sean "Softball" Hannity was in that wiretap. The agitator denies wrong-doing.

Ex-Trump campaign manager and convicted felon Paul Manafort exchanged hundreds of text messages with the controversial Fox News host, Sean "Softball" Hannity. This happened after he was charged in the Robert Mueller special counsel probe.

On Friday, the softball basically ignored it. The rest of the junk food media didn't.

Well I guess I was wrong. He did address it but said "It's not a big deal!"

Amy Berman Jackson, a Barack Obama appointed U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ordered an unsealing of these texts. These texts show that softball is consoling Manafort.

Manafort said that he will not turn on Trump or Jared Kushner for a bunch of lunatics.

The softball was willing to do all in his power to keep Manafort from losing it.

Berman Jackson was not playing with Manafort's attorney Kevin Downing. She is about to find him in contempt of court because he violated a gag order. Manafort was supposed to keep quiet about the trial.

The last controversy the softball got himself into was the appearance at Trump's rally despite telling audience and the junk food media he wasn't participating.

This convict was under a wiretap so that means the feds heard things said between Manafort and Softball Hannity.

Jackson decided to have the lawyers involved in the case determine what, "if any," portions of the texts and hearing transcript should be publicly released once "some portion of the Mueller Report becomes publicly available."

In the transcript of the April 2 hearing, Jackson says she is unlikely to do anything more with the texts.

"And absent further information from the government that there were more communications, I'm unlikely to do anything beyond today," she said.

Manafort was moved by the federal prison system to the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan earlier this month, and recently faced a possible move to Rikers Island while he faced the state charges against him from Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance. The case was made public minutes after Manafort was sentenced by a federal judge in March in Washington, DC, for crimes uncovered by the Mueller investigation.

However, he may not be headed to the infamous Rikers after the Trump administration's new deputy attorney general, Jeffrey Rosen, fielded a request from his defense lawyers to keep him in a federal prison.

Trump also said that he's in no hurry to attack. He bragged that the U.S. military is best in the world.

In an interview with Chuck Todd of NBC News, Trump said that he said that the drone that was downed by the Iranian military was unmanned. He said that killing 150 people within a half and hour wasn't proportionate.

Trump has been feeling the drumbeat from Mike Pompeo and John Bolton. Aided by the most annoying conservative agitator in modern history, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Trump is weighing whether to send military to the Iran.

Republicans are also cautious about the decision. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) want strategic strikes and a regime change. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) wants no intervention and a better solution to this. He was strongly against the JCPA but favors a different version.

This cross in the middle of a Maryland highway can stand says the U.S. Supreme Court.

The decision of The American Legion v. American Humanist Association was decided.

In a 7-2 decision, the Supreme Court ruled that 40-foot tall World War I memorial cross can continue to stand on public land in Maryland. The Court ruled that religious symbols can be used on public lands.

So don't get angry when a Muslim crescent or a Satanist inverted pentagram or any symbol is on public lands. This could open the door to all religions to place symbols on public places or memorials.

The justices said preserving a long-standing religious monument is very difficult from allowing the building of a new one. And the court concluded that the nearly 100-year old memorial's presence on a grassy highway median doesn't violate the Constitution's prohibition on the government favoring one religion over others. Seven of the court's nine justices sided with the backers of the cross.

The case decision impacts other memorials with the cross.

This case also marks how far the court's conservative majority will destroy religions that aren't Christian. This will allow any religious institution to pay for the building of a symbol on public roads and folks can't get upset over it. Sure, some will deface or destroy it (in case of Satanism). But the court has protected the freedom of speech and religion. So anyone can build a religious memorial on the side of a highway without a court challenge.

The court support came from Chief Justice John Roberts along with Court Associates Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Bret Kavannaugh and Neil Gorsuch.

The two who disagreed with the decision were Court Associates Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor.

"The cross is undoubtedly a Christian symbol, but that fact should not blind us to everything else the Bladensburg Cross has come to represent and that "destroying or defacing the Cross that has stood undisturbed for nearly a century would not be neutral and would not further the ideals of respect and tolerance embodied in the First Amendment."

The freedom of religion and freedom of speech will be upheld by the seven Supreme Court Justices who favored this over rationality.

The suspect in the latest cop killing will likely be politically exploited by Trump and the far-white.

The terrorist was arrested without any further killing. But the death of a white cop has the so-called "Blue Lives Matter" crowd lit. They're already planning on blaming Black Lives Matter, immigrants and Barack Obama for the actions of one gunman.

Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They have no regard for the lives that were lost to gun violence. If you ask me, they have enabled more gun violence by not working on passing legislation to keep firearms out of the hands of potential threats to society.

Cops have a thankless job. The most dangerous call for law enforcement is a domestic violence call.

The routine traffic stop, the active mass shooter, the domestic or wild animal escape, water rescue, rioting and unrest, vice (underage alcohol sales, drug and prostitution) sting, traffic accidents and protecting public officials are considered dangerous jobs as well.

The domestic call is answering a possible assault on a loved one. The domestic call is serving a warrant to an individual for a criminal act. The domestic call is assisting an individual who is considered mentally ill.

The death of a police officer is an offset. For every [person of color] killed, the public loses trust in the police. Thus it makes it harder for the public to inform the law about crimes.

A Sacramento Police officer was killed while on duty. The suspect was caught. Who actually takes the blame? (Expect the far-right trolls to pick the dumbest answers)

The Sacramento Police are reeling over the lost of Tara O'Sullivan, the six month rookie who was killed in a domestic violence call. The terrorist kept the law at bay for over eight hours before he was booked on murder of a peace officer. This is a capital murder charge in which the terrorist will either be getting the LIFE or DEATH card. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sacramento Police have to deal with the loss of a member.
