Michael Flynn, Sr, the disgraced former U.S. Army Lieutenant General and National Security Adviser will be sentenced to federal time out in December. He will cooperate with federal authorities.

He was indicted and convicted of lying to the FBI. He is one of the key figures in the allegations of Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. Elections.

So, here's the rundown. The Washington Post reported that Ivanka Trump (Kushner), the first daughter and senior advisor to her daddy, imbecile Donald J. Trump sent hundreds of emails last year to White House aides, Cabinet officals and her assistants using a personal account, many of them are in federal violation and Democrats are calling for investigations.

White House ethics officials learned of Trump's repeated use of personal email when reviewing emails gathered last fall by five members agencies to respond to a public records lawsuit.

The incoming House Oversight Committee being lead by Democrats are going to investigate her and Jared Kushner.

Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), who is expected to become chairman of the committee wants more information about the imbecile's daughter's use of a personal email account while conducting official administration business.

The bombshell story released on Monday details that emails sent could be considered classified and confidential.

Kushner also used a personal email when sending information to advisers of The White House.

This rings echos of the Republicans probe into Hillary Clinton's emails. That became a focus of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Elections.

Cummings said that he doesn't want another spectacle. Yeah, right.

The Republicans spent nearly three years going after Clinton. They wanted to look into Clinton's use of a private email server while conducting business as secretary of state. Republicans spent most of the election year claiming that Clinton had classified information on an unsecured server. Former FBI director James Comey said that the incident was very careless but didn't recommend any criminal charges against her.


Allegations of Ivanka Trump using personal emails became a huge controversy. Do you believe that Trump's use of personal emails deserve the same treatment as Hillary Clinton's?

Yes. I believe that Republicans should treat this the same as they did with Hillary Clinton. They claimed that use of personal emails for government affairs was criminal. They should treat Ivanka Trump the same way they've treated Clinton.
No. I believe that Democrats shouldn't waste their time going after Ivanka Trump. She is not running for president. There are more important issues to worry about. President Donald Trump is on the ballot, not Ivanka.

I am going to be clear, the Trump family are bunch of hypocrites.

But I didn't vote for the Democratic Party to waste years and taxpayer money to chase after a woman who isn't running for president. I voted for the Democratic Party to tackle issues of gun violence, housing reform, healthcare, a fair wage, fair trade and progressive values.

I do not care about Ivanka Trump's emails. I don't care about Hillary Clinton's emails.

I do care about having a decent job, a decent home and healthcare for me and my son.

I do care about being treated fairly in a country where many people of color feel more anxious about the climate. The climate of racism exist under Donald J. Trump.
Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are under harsh criticism for use of personal emails.
Democrats didn't come to Washington to waste time. Get the ground running. Focus on real issues.

Republicans wasted years chasing kookspiracies. That wasn't what Americans wanted. That's why we had the Republican majority eliminated.

Don't fall into the trap that cost the Republicans control of the House of Representatives. Please don't pick leaders like Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer and Jim Clyburn. We need fresh leadership. I don't care if its a woman or a person of color. I rather see someone who doesn't become a Trump or Fox News talking point.

Conservatism is racism. We will work everyday to wake the masses.

I don't worry about Ivanka Trump. I worry about trying to stay above the water in a Donald J. Trump presidency.

Rocky Mountain Blood: Mass Shooting In Denver!

Another senseless mass shooting in the United States. Denver Police are searching for a gunman who killed one, injured four.
The mass shooting tracker is an active website that documents the latest incidents of gun violence in the United States. It tracks the mass shootings that the junk food media fails to cover. Also the gun violence memorial website also acknowledges the victims of gun violence that don't get the coverage.

Just yesterday, we had a terrorist kill his ex-girlfriend, a pharmacy technician and a Chicago Police officer before the law put his ass down. Now in Denver, one person is killed and four are injured in another mass shooting.

This one happened in Denver, Colorado.

Another senseless massacre of American lives due to some nutjob who was rejected by society.

The shooting happened around Coors Field and was in broad daylight.

One person died at the scene and four others were taken to the hospital in stable condition, Denver police said.

Eyewitnesses described multiple shots being fired.


The junk food media had said its unclear what the motives are. The terrorist wasn't caught. 

Police spokesman Doug Schepman said investigators did not know whether more than one shooter was involved and had no descriptions of any suspects.

Monday Bloodshed: Mass Shooting In Chicago!

Mass shooter kills a ER doctor and Chicago cop.
Another senseless mass shooting in the United States. Once again, Americans are disrupted by a terrorist with a firearm. A terrorist who killed people who spurned him. A terrorist who was rejected by society. A terrorist who knows that the United States offers "thoughts and prayers" as a solution to gun violence.

A Chicago Police officer is killed. There were four killed when a terrorist went after his ex-girlfriend who worked at Mercy Hospital on Chicago's Far South Side.

Dr. Tamara O'Neal was confirmed to be one of the victims of this terrorist attack. Samuel Jimenez was the Chicago officer who was killed by the terrorist.

The terrorist was upset that the woman moved on. So he entered Mercy and lit up the place.

He put six into O'Neal and then started firing upon those who were meddling.

He shot at a woman inside the hospital and then aimed at a Chicago Police officer.

Four people were shot. The terrorist is among the dead. We don't know if the cops put the slugs in him or he went out like a punk. The terrorist and victim were talking to one another before he pulled out the piece.
Terrorist sought woman who dumped him. A restraining order is just a piece of paper. It sets these crazy people off.
Witnesses said that the gunman shot O'Neal, an ER doctor who was clocking in for work in the hospital parking lot. He got her at her most vulnerable. He didn't even give her an opportunity to escape from the gunfire.

The terrorist was angry that O'Neal broke off a wedding they planned for last October.

Witness Hector Aditia was watching television in the hospital's waiting room when he saw the gunman shoot O'Neal.

Aditia said the gunman reloaded twice, firing "32 bullets each" time, once he went inside the hospital.

"He was shooting like a maniac," Aditia told the Chicago Tribune. "And he obviously knows how to shoot because he was holding the gun with both hands."

"I was trying to help out as much as I could. Get people out of the way of the windows. Because he could have easily just aimed at us too."

The gunman died inside the hospital. Authorities said it remains unknown if he was shot by an officer or died of a self-inflicted gunshot.

Jimenez was taken to the hospital in critical condition and died hours later from his injuries.

Once again, you're not safe in a hospital. You're not safe in a church. You're not safe in a nightclub. You're not safe in a school. You're not safe in a public venue. You're not safe with Republicans in charge of government.

Once again, Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Gov. Bruce Rauner, Gov-elect J.B. Pritzker, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) and Mayor Rahm Emanuel will offer the usual phony sympathy. They will offer "thoughts and prayers" and "their hearts going out to..." as well as the usual blame game.

The NRA will continue to argue that a gunman can be defeated if the victims were armed or more armed security was installed. Great, we'll have a motherfucking shootout between gunmen, cops and the terrorist.

What Happened To Jemel Roberson?

Jemel Roberson with his son. The 26-year old security guard was killed by Chicago's finest after he prevented a massacre.
We will discuss the mass shooting at a hospital. We had a officer-involved cop shooting at Mercy Medical.

The police once again put in the work. The biggest gangs in Chicago are the police. They have the same kind of rules when it comes to killing.

A security guard who worked at a Chicago area bar was shot and killed by the police. He was trying to do his job and a cop decided to do his job.

Jemel Roberson was a father, brother, son and part of the community. He had nothing to do with the gang violence or gun violence plaguing Chicago. Roberson leaves behind a nine month old child and one on the way.

Famed civil rights attorney Lee Merritt will represent the Roberson family in their pursuit to indict the cop who fatally shot Jemel.

The 26-year old tried to detain a gunman outside Manny's Blue Room in nearby Robbins.

Eyewitnesses say that a group of intoxicated men were told to leave the bar. One of the men returned armed. There were shots fired between one of the men and the armed guard.

Roberson managed to detain the gunman.
Anger mounts against police brutality.
Two police officers arrived, and upon seeing the scene, one of them immediately shot Roberson before realizing that he fucked up. The officer who shot Jemel was white. The jurisdiction was the Midlothian Police.

The Illinois State Police are investigating the incident. Witness are saying that cop was reckless.

"He had somebody on the ground with his knee in his back with his gun in his back like, 'don't move.' Everybody was creaming out, 'he was a security guard,' and they basically saw a black man with a gun and killed him," said Adam Harris on of the witness who saw the incident.

The junk food media is trying to tarnish Roberson's reputation.

The details of Roberson's employment at the bar are also murky. He was licensed to carry a firearm as a security guard, according to state records, but it's unclear if he was licensed to work as an armed security guard at Manny's specifically, since employers are also required under most circumstances to be licensed. Bar owners did not return multiple calls for comment, and state officials requested that the Chicago Tribune obtain records via an open records request. The request has been made, but the state's response is still pending. Security officer Dorian Myrickes said he and Roberson were not initially armed but that Roberson might have had the suspect's gun when Roberson was shot, or might have at some point retrieved his weapon from the car.

"He was a man of God who shared his musical talents at several churches around the city, last rehearsing at this South Shore church on Thursday." - says his family.

Roberson was in uniform clearly indicted that he was security.

Outgoing Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel once again has to explain to the citizens that the Chicago Department of Police aren't murderous thugs.

Kanye West donated $150,000 to pay for Roberson's expenses.

So this good guy with a gun....was killed by the police. Where's the NRA when you want them to complain about protecting lives and property?

Florida elections supervisor who was vilified by Republicans resigns. She blames Rick Scott and his racist allies for her resignation.
The racists won. Ron DeSantis and Rick Scott are racist.

They played upon the fears of a Black leader.

They claimed that immigrants are scary Brown people.

Republicans gerrymandered Florida to favor them regardless of the popular vote.

The woman at the center of a controversy in the highly contentious Florida governor and U.S. Senate race resigns citing racism and death threats made towards her. She claims that Scott and his allies created a situation to distract Floridians from the real issue of voter suppression.

Sen-elect Scott and Gov-elect DeSantis both won on dirty politics. They clearly knew how to win the Florida election. Even though former Democratic nominee Andrew Gillum won the popular vote, DeSantis had the districts in his favor. Scott also played upon being currently the governor and chief investigator into voting matters to take the seat away from Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL).

Gerrymandered districts favored the former Republican congressman and Florida governor.

Both Republican candidates were extremely unpopular and yet they won.

Now the Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes is stepping down. She is frustrated that the Republicans and Fox News created a dangerous environment for her and workers.
Three white men played upon the fears of a Black leader.
"Although I have enjoyed this work tremendously over these many election cycles, both large and small, I am ready to pass the torch. It is time to let someone else (do the job)," Snipes said.

When asked about why she planned on resigning, she somewhat cited the toxic environment.

"Well, I haven't finalized that. I'll just check with my family. They'll tell me what I'm doing," she said.

Republicans made her a scapegoat in the Florida race. Broward and West Palm Beach County are Democratic-leaning counties. Republicans claim that the ballots were rigged to favor Gillum and Nelson. They were trying to claim that Snipes squarely delayed the appointment of Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis.

Former governor Jeb Bush who appointed Snipes called for her resignation.

This is a trial run for what we're expecting in 2020. With Florida and Ohio remaining in Republican hands, they can sway the election to Trump.

They will start purging again voters. Especially people of color.

Snipes who is an African American woman was subjected to racist comments, death threats and attacks on her character.

Gillum and Nelson conceded over the weekend. They believe Florida needs reform on voting.

What Happened To Treshon Broughton?

Pullman Police brutalize a shopper because of a bogus claim of passing off phony bills.
A man has filed a federal lawsuit against a Washington state law agency for a brutal helping of knuckle style chili. The man claims that the Pullman Police Department used excessive force.

In the federal lawsuit, the man claimed the cops used excessive force, violated his civil rights, his due process, and misrepresented events to make the claim of resisting arrest. The charges were dismissed later in court.

This happened last year in February.


The man, Treshon Broughton was inside a local store with his girlfriend and friends. They were purchasing alcohol and snacks. The incident happened at a Bob's Corner Market where the two workers were having a long line of college students and a night of stressing.

Broughton was inside the store engaging conversation with one of the cashiers when the cop injected an order to show ID. During the incident, he pulled away from officers and refused to placed his hands behind his back as they tried to subdue him with a neck hold and other maneuver. One officer ultimately fired a Taser into Broughton's back. Officers and witnesses reported Broughton was drunk during the incident.

He was accused of trying to pass off a fake $20 at the store. He was never charged for the alleged offense and the fake bill was never found.

The Spokesman-Review sued for a public-records request. The videos were obtained and shown publicly to prove that the situation was clearly elevated by the cop and not Broughton.

The surveillance video has no sound and depicts a mirror image of the store. It shows Broughton and his girlfriend entering the store and walking immediately to the checkout counter where they spoke to a cashier.

Broughton and his friend briefly disappeared from the video. They come back up with a bottle of wine and a can of malt liquor. Broughton pays for the items with a card. After some conversation with the cashier and a man standing behind them in line, Broughton and his girl leave the store.

Broughton and his friend reappear in the video frame and interact with the cashier as well as a group of men standing in line with cases of beer. Broughton tries to pay for items with what appears to be cash, but the cashier apparently notices something is wrong with the currency as he places it in the register.

The cashier claims the bill look suspicious. He holds up the bill and another bill to point out they were different.The one Broughton gave him was slightly darker in color.

The cashier calls another employee to inspect the money, and Broughton eventually begins to leave the store again. On his way out, Broughton got into a verbal argument with a woman, her boyfriend and others.

The police were called and they arrived.

The cop, Shane Emerson enters the store just as Broughton comes inside behind him. Emerson didn't notice Broughton until they are both at the counter.

The body camera shows the encounter.





Broughton comes back asking for the cashier to return his card.

"You got ID with you, partner?" Emerson says, briefly placing a hand on Broughton's right arm just above his elbow.

"Yeah, yeah, I'll take it out," Broughton replies, still engaging with the cashier. "I mean, I got ID with me. It's probably somewhere around her, but."

"K, I need to see it," Emerson said.

"Fine, you can see it, whatever," Broughton says, placing a lighter and a tube of lip balm on the counter. "I don't care, bro."

The situation quickly escalates and then Emerson reaches for his right arm. Then the cop throws his arm upward while turning to the cop.

The cops said, "I don't care about your ID right now."

The other cop, Alex Gordon comes into the store and then he and Emerson pursue to restrain Broughton. Gordon hooks his arm around Broughton's neck and then strikes him with his knee.

The two cops pulled Broughton to the ground.

Emerson served the man a knuckle style chili.

Then a police intern who shadowed Emerson then steps into the frame. She tries to gain control of Broughton.

Gordon then deploys the Taser.  Broughton then screams in agony and then is told to straighten his body out and soon he complies. The cops then place him the cuffs.

Emerson then talks to the cashiers and ask if the bill was in the register. The cashier said he didn't see the bill and couldn't find it.

Shortly after the arrest, Emerson tried to offer an explanation to some of the Washington State University students about the encounter.

Broughton, was a former member of the football team.

While talking about the situation, Emerson claimed Broughton was uncooperative, though he seems to embellish some of Broughton's statement.

"So, they told me he tried to use a $20, a fake $20 in there, all right," Emerson said. "So I needed to detain him. I said, 'I need to see your ID.' He said, 'I'm not giving you shit. I'm not working with you.'"

"Then he starts pulling away and trying to run, so w're trying to get him on the ground, and he was fighting," Emerson says. "I had enough reason to detain him and he was completely fighting."

Pullman Police Department claims that Broughton was seen on body camera footage shoving something into a toilet to flood his cell, telling the cops that he will not stop until they give him toilet paper. Officers removed him from the cell and place him in a restrain chair. He refused a paramedic check on him.

Broughton said to cops, that he doesn't want to die. He lost a family member to police brutality.

"You don't know what I've been through," Broughton says to the junk food media.

Police are doing damage control. After the video went to the press, many are calling for the cashiers and cops involved to be fired out the cannon.

Chipotle Worker Fired Out The Cannon For Denying Black Customers!

Another controversy for the country's most popular Mexican grill restaurant.
A situation was elevated when a Chipotle manager got into it with Black customers. She was fired from her job. However, someone unearthed one of the Black customer's social media with allegations that he "faked an incident." The social media thread is lit over the allegations from both the manager and the customer.

Who is right in this situation?

The incident happened in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metroplex and it went viral.
The manager denied service to a customer. She accused him of theft. She was fired out the cannon for that more than denying the customer service. Now there's a campaign to get her job back.
The store manager was fired out the cannon after three Black customers complained about her service. A video of the incident was posted on Twitter by 21 year old Masud Ali.

Ali claimed that he and his friends were treated unfairly on Thursday by the manager. He believed he was racially profiled by the manager. The manager said she refuses to make their order because she believed the men had a history of eating the food without paying for it.

"You gotta pay because you never have money when you come in here."

Ali and his friends could be heard shouting at the workers and a customers who just received his meal.

Police were called to the restaurant after the incident elevated.

The manager was immediately fired upon the video going viral. They ordered all the employees to go through sensitivity and anti-bias training.

Ali was about to get a television interview. That was halted.

Someone unearthed his previous tweets. Between 2014 and 2016, Ali joked about dining and dashing from Chipotle and other restaurants. Those tweets were quickly removed.

"Can a group of young well established African American(s) get a bite to eat after a long workout sessions. @ChipotleTweets ??"

Chipotle said that they are taking all issues seriously.
Masud Ali posted a video on social media recently. It went viral showing a Chipotle worker denying him service. She accused him of theft. The situation elevated when she was fired and trolls unearthed comments that suggested he scammed her and others.

Now with the allegations of Ali scamming the restaurant out of food and getting a worker fired, the company has possibly thought about rehiring her.

Yes. She had no business acknowledging to a customer he has a "history" and ordering him to show "proof of income."  She invited herself to a lawsuit and possible termination of employment for accusing a customer of theft. Should have just let it go.
No. The customer has a history of theft. She done the right thing by denying the customer service. He already has a history with law enforcement. He should have not elevated the situation. She deserves her job back.
Yes. The manager should have been more professional in the situation. She should have documented encounters and notify her supervisors. The supervisors should make the decision whether the customer should be served or not.
No. I hate how this situation turned out. The person who filmed the video was wrong for theft. However, she should have not lost her job. The customer tried to get an innocent worker fired. He wanted to make a viral video.
I have no opinion. I believe the situation should have been handled differently. They were both wrong and I believe Chipolte should work on solving the matter without lawsuits.

She messed up. She should not have accused the customer of theft. She should not have embarrassed the customer. Even though the customer has a history of theft, the manager should have shown restraint and not boldly state that he "never paid before."

The manager did thank the nation for supporting her.
