Jose Ines Garcia Zarate Beats A Murder Rap!

The immigrant who killed a woman spared a murder charge.

The undocumented immigrant who killed Kate Steinle will head to the iron college, but he won't serve a murder charge.

She was at the famous Pier 14 of San Francisco when this guy allegedly found a loaded firearm from a state ranger. He would play with the firearm and it went off. The firearm would ricochet off a rock and strike Steinle in the chest.

She would end up dying of her injuries.

The jury saw that despite Jose Ines Garcia Zarate having a laundry list of felony convictions, he didn't have a violent history. He was deported from the United States over five times.

The jury believed that he was reckless but the killing Steinle was not intentional.

Her name sparked Republicans and namely Donald J. Trump to exploit her name for a draconian law to make undocumented immigrants convicted of a crime to serve a mandatory five to ten in the iron college.
Kate Steinle died after a gunman shot and killed her after playing with it.
Conservatives built their outrage against Mexico, our second largest trading partner. The promise of building a border wall with Mexico paying for it isn't happening.

The federal government wants to strip communities of funding if they become sanctuary cities.

Trump already is bitching about the decision.

In a court of law, justice was served. He will head to the iron college for weapons under disability. Once out the Immigration and Customs Enforcement will deport him.

Will he return?

Who knows?

With the death threats and name recognition, I doubt he will make a surprise return.

Russell Simmons Fired Out The Cannon!

Out of a Jam. Russell Simmons is forced out his own company.

The legendary founder of Def Jam is under fire. He is facing another accuser who alleged sexually inappropriate behavior.

It forced him to be ousted from the companies he founded.

Russell Simmons was accused of forciable rape by Jenny Lumet, a writer for The Hollywood Reporter. It comes a week after Simmons was accused of rape of then teenage model, Keri Claussen Khalighi.

He will leave his sub companies All Def Digital, Def Pictures and his yoga company Tantris.

HBO is still airing his Def Comedy Jam series but will remove his namesake from it..
Entertainer Jenny Lument said Simmons raped her when she was young.
Simmons sloughed off a wayward youth to co-found Def Jam with producer Rick Rubin in 1984. The label rose to prominence releasing records by Public Enemy, LL Cool J and the Beastie Boys, among other artists. Simmons and Rubin parted ways in 1988, and Simmons offloaded his share of the company to Universal Music Group in 1999.

From his early days as a music manager, Simmons had a keen marketing mind and business savvy that helped him identify new groups to target with his ventures, be it fashion or film, according to Stacy Gueraseva, who also was previously editor in chief of OneWorld, a now-defunct magazine the mogul co-founded.

The end of a legacy. The accuser claims that he forced her into a sexual relationship.

Lumet — daughter of filmmaker Sidney Lumet and granddaughter of jazz legend Lena Horne — wrote that she first met Simmons in 1987 and would see him “out and about” in New York. She said that he pursued a relationship with her, advances she rebuffed. Lumet, whose screenwriting credits include “Rachel Getting Married” and “The Mummy,” alleged that her run-in with Simmons occurred after he offered to give her a ride home during a night out in New York. She wrote that he instead took her to his residence, ignoring her protests. Once there, she said, he forced her to have sex with him.

We are starting to believe the women.

Eh Tu, Donald Trump!

Trump is one to talk.
The cannon firing of Matt Lauer comes a week after Charlie Rose.

NBC News fired Lauer today and it sent ripples across the morning agitator shows. I woke up to hearing this. I wasn't surprised that he was fired.

I am still biter after he forced Ann Curry off the program in 2011.

Karma.

White women are taking down powerful men.

Yet our women of color continue to be slut shamed, victimized, and degraded by men. Black women face abuse far worse than white women. The fears of losing your job and being labeled a liar still exist.

Our inept leader was informed about this.

The dominoes are going to fall. And I have a feeling that Michael Strahan, John Roberts, Jon Scott, Brian Kilmeade, Steve Doocy, Ryan Seacrest, Al Roker, Chris Cuomo, David Muir, Charles Payne and Lawrence O'Donnell could be next.

Speculation doesn't mean likely.

While he was informed, he still hops on Twitter to do his usual nonsense. Still acting a fool on social media, Donald J. Trump reacts to the cannon firing of Matt Lauer.

He also retweeted some bullshit from a white extremist.

Remarkable.

Trump's alternative reality is guilt free. A leader who is very polarizing and divisive.

He has single handedly made our nation more divide than ever. It's only his first year in office. The talk about being presidential isn't happening.

Trump will chastise those accused of sexual abuse. How he forgotten his own accusations is far beyond belief.

The Tampa Spree Killing Terrorist Caught!

Tampa area terrorist caught.
The city of Tampa can rest easy. The terrorist who murdered four people in the Seminole Heights neighborhood is caught.

Since the terrorist is Black wondering when the right wing demogugues are going to exploit this. Waiting on white extremist Colin Flaherty to be demonizing this.

The FBI, Hillsborough County boys and the Tampa police arrested Howell "Trai" Donaldson III for the murder of innocent people living in that area.
Three of the victims slain in Tampa lived near the terrorist's job.
From October to November, this terrorist would show up to work like nothing ever happened. He randomly shot individuals near bus stops in Old Seminole Heights.

The neighborhood and areas near Interstate 275 were terrorized for weeks.

The terrorist worked at a local McDonald's. He handed a manager a bag while he got a payday loan. The manager alerted the law when he saw a gun inside the bag.

The break that the feds needed.

“There’s a lot to go through, a lot to sift through and it’s going to take many things to fall in line,” Dugan said.

The police department received more than 5,000 tips during the investigation, Dugan said.

Tampa police released chilling surveillance footage on Nov. 15 showing the suspect walking just before 60-year-old Ronald Felton was killed.

Benjamin Mitchell, 22, was the first victim that kicked off the two months of terror.

Monica Hoffa, 32, was killed on Oct. 11 and Anthony Naiboa, 20 was shot to death on Oct. 19 after taking the wrong bus home.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The death card is on the table if he is convicted.

BREAKING: Matt Lauer Fired Out The Cannon!

Matt Lauer fired out the cannon at NBC News after accusers come forth with allegations.

NBC News Today had fired longtime anchor Matt Lauer out the cannon. Another shocking moment in the junk food media.

Donald J. Trump was notified this morning. Trump had a friendly relationship with the former NBC host.

The looks of Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb's faces were shock.

A friend and devoted colleague is gone. Only less than week, CBS News and PBS fired Charlie Rose out the cannon.

Matt Lauer was an anchor on Today for over 20 years. The allegatioms of sexual assault happened in 2016 during the Rio Olympics.

There are more accusers. Trust me, he has allegations since 2002.

In a memo to staff sent on Wednesday, Andy Lack said a complaint was made by a female staffer prompted swift and fast cannon fire. Lauer was told on Tuesday that his identification badge is deactivated and name is scrubbed.

Lack said it was the first complaint lodged against Lauer, 59, for his behavior since he took over as anchor of the show in 1997, but there was "reason to believe" it may not have been an isolated incident.

"Our highest priority is to create a workplace environment where everyone feels safe and protected, and to ensure that any actions that run counter to our core values are met with consequences, no matter who the offender," Lack said.

Lack said it was a "clear violation of the company's standards."
Savannah Guthrie had to break the news about her former co host Matt Lauer.
Guthrie, who joined Lauer at the anchor desk in 2012, said she was "heartbroken" for both him and the "brave colleague who came forward to tell her story and any other women who have their stories to tell."

"I'm sure we will be learning more details in the hours and days to come. And we promise we will share that with you," she said.

Kotb added that she has known Lauer as a friend and colleague for 15 years and "it's hard to reconcile what we are hearing with the man who we know, who walks in this building every single day."

Guthrie said it can be difficult to make sense of accusations of inappropriate sexual behavior against a longtime colleague.

"How do you reconcile your love for someone with the revelation that they have behaved badly and I don't know the answer to that," she said. "But I do know that this reckoning, that so many organizations have been going through, is important, it's long overdue and it must result in workplaces where all women — all people — feel safe and respected."

Lauer's departure comes in the wake of sexual misconduct complaints lodged in recent months against high-profile men, including in entertainment, politics and media.

Allegations were there. It finally hit the fan.

Rumors existed. Trust me, the New York Post had alleged Lauer was being exploited by a transgender prostitute.

Sexaul abuse has spread beyond Hollywood, Broadway, Silicon Valley, Washington, DC, the newsroom, the church, the school, the boardroom and social media.

Prominent men are falling like dominos. Careers are on the line.

This isn't a Democrat or Republican thing.

Sexual abuse is the second most dangerous threat in the United States.

The New York Times Spit Shines A Softball!

The New York Times gives kookspiracy nut Sean "Softball" Hannity a glaring interview.
Okay, the New York Times is rationalizing extremism. Last week they gave a nobody from Dayton, Ohio a voice. They rationalized a neo Nazi and now they are giving a cable news host with a controverial background a voice.

The most annoying conservative agitator in the junk food media is getting a glaring profile. The unapologetic defender of Donald J. Trump is more controversial than ever.

He is one of the biggest kookspiracy nuts on television.

The New York Times gave Sean "Softball" Hannity their seal of approval.

As a voice of the angry White American, the official softball of the Trump legacy is pressuring Republicans to give up their principles to support the very definition of elitism.

In his mind, he continues to believe that Trump's inept leadership is the fault of a secret shadow government ran by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

The agitator's right wing carnival is on primetime and is the number one show in cable news. It is also facing an advertising boycott.
The screws are loose.
The softball quickly defended Roy Moore, the embattled Republican candidate who is accused of sexually abusing nine women. The softball was on radio and television trying to discredit two of the accusers.

Media Matters for America is aggressively targeting his advertisers and so far got 30 companies to pull from his show.

Now you know you done fucked up!

Why is the Times giving a voice to this guy?

Hannity is propaganda. He is a textbook definition of a radicalism.

Hannity has "Hannitized" his rabid base of supporters with this "us against them" crap. His rhetoric is reckless. He could inspire a terrorist to inflict harm on Americans.

Trump's Island Of Misfit Lawmakers!

The empty seats are reserved for Democrats. They took a pass after Trump dissed them.
This morning Donald J. Trump went to social media to attack Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). He called them obstructionist who want taxes, amnesty, and more government spending.

That led to the Democratic leaders taking a pass on Trump's photo-op with Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY). The inept leader is vying for votes to pass this ridiculous tax reform bill. The House Speaker and Senate Majority Leader both expressed regret that the Minority Leaders failed to work with them.

They forgot those eight years of obstructing Barack Obama's agenda.

Republicans are still struggling to round up votes in the Senate. There are so far two members of the Senate a strong no.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) are against it. The six people who could sink Trump's tax plan are Republicans he's attacked. Look for signs from Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ), Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Sen. Bob Crocker (R-TN).

The Democrats are strongly opposed to Trump's policies.

This afternoon was awkward. Trump did a photo-op with two empty chairs.

He was concerned about the North Korean test firing of a intercontinental ballistic missile and the wrangling of votes.

If Congress fail at passing a budget to fund the government we could see another shutdown.

Trump and Republicans are trying to jam this tax reform bill without a hearing. It cleared through the budget committee on a partisan vote.

Trump wants to score at least one major legislative victory.

Most Americans disapprove of the tax bill. They believe it favors the rich and will not grow the economy. Republicans are putting their majority at risk.
