Biscayne Park, Florida police officers unlawfully stopped Black people.
The city of Biscayne Park is doing damage control after it was revealed that some of its cops were doing unlawful search and arrests.
In a federal trial, a former cop admits that he falsely arrested innocent Black men.
Guillermo Ravelo plead guilty to the charges of conspiracy to deprive a person of his civil rights and deprivation of civil rights under color of law.
Prosecutors says the dirty cop arrested 35 year old Clarens Desrouleaux in January 2013 for two residential burglaries, claiming at the time that he had confessed to the crime.
Ravelo also arrested 31 year old Erasmus Banmah for five vehicle burglaries despite knowing there was no evidence that connected him to these crimes.
Dirty cop will go to federal time out.
The Miami Herald obtained records last month regarding an internal probe from 2014 that allegedly support claims that Biscayne Park Police chief Raimundo Atesiano, has been accused of urging his staff to pin unsolved crimes on random black people with prior records in a bid to boost the departments arrest rate.
The Herald obtained records last month regarding claims that Atesiano ordered staff to make false arrests.
The department cleared 29 out of 30 burglary case from 2013-14. Investigators believe 11 of those were based on false arrests.
Ravelo was soon fired out the cannon. He will face a sentencing in early October.
CBS might oust its longtime CEO and chairman Les Moonves after Ronan Farrow releases his bombshell story about him.
Julie Chen may want to check her husband's day to day activities. The New Yorker will release a damaging report about CBS chairman and CEO Les Moonves and his misconduct towards women.
The Hollywood Reporter detailed the controversy and we are waiting on the report to come out.
The bombshell release put a dent in CBS stock.
Ronan Farrow wrote the piece which is slated for Friday night will detail allegations that the CBS president was touching and groping female interns.
These allegations go as far as 30 years. The allegations also follow into recent.
CBS said in a statement that it is investigating the claims made against Moonves. “All allegations of personal misconduct are to be taken seriously," the network stated. "The Independent Directors of CBS have committed to investigating claims that violate the Company’s clear policies in that regard. Upon the conclusion of that investigation, which involves recently reported allegations that go back several decades, the Board will promptly review the findings and take appropriate action.”
CBS added: “The timing of this report comes in the midst of the Company’s very public legal dispute. While that litigation process continues, the CBS management team has the full support of the independent board members. Along with that team, we will continue to focus on creating value for our shareowners.”
Moonves, 68, has been married to CBS personality Julie Chen since 2004. (The two wed less than two weeks after Moonves finalized his divorce from Nancy Wiesenfeld, whom he had married in 1978.)
Farrow, the reporter who won a Pulitzer Prize for breaking news of Harvey Weinstein’s alleged pattern of rape and sexual assault, is said to have investigated Moonves and the environment at CBS for months, as rumors swirled through the industry that such an article was in the works.
It is unclear what impact The New Yorker report will have at a time when Moonves is locked in litigation with Shari Redstone, the controlling shareholder in both CBS and Viacom. The feud erupted after CBS resisted Redstone’s desire to merge the two companies, which she controls through voting shares in the Redstone family-controlled trust, National Amusements Inc.
CBS sued Redstone in May to prevent her from attempting to take control by ousting directors or changing bylaws. Redstone responded with her own lawsuit saying Moonves had no right to strip her of control of CBS.
CBS received unwelcome scrutiny in November when it fired Charlie Rose after The Washington Post reported that eight women had accused the talk-show host and co-anchor of CBS This Morning of sexual misconduct. In a May 3 follow-up, the paper reported that CBS managers had been warned about Rose's conduct on three occasions, as early as in 1986 (long before Moonves worked at the network) and as recently as in April 2017. Among an additional 27 women who came forward with allegations against Rose were 14 CBS News employees.
Les Moonves and Julie Chen
A charismatic one-time actor, Moonves has long wielded exceptionally tight control over CBS while producing exceptional results. He has kept hits on the air during a turbulent time for the broadcast business: In 2017, CBS ranked as the most-watched network in terms of total viewers (as it had done for nine consecutive years), though it trailed NBC in the 18-to-49 demo.
With entertainment consumption habits changing quickly, Moonves launched the CBS All Access streaming service with a spinoff of The Good Wife and a revamped Star Trek series.
Moonves joined CBS in 1995 and remained there after Sumner Redstone acquired the company in 2000. He took the network from last to first place in the ratings with hits including Everybody Loves Raymond, Survivor and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
In 2006, when Viacom split its businesses into two publicly traded companies, Moonves was named president and CEO of the newly formed CBS Corp. He became chairman in 2016.
Moonves has a close-knit executive cadre working for him but he is known to demand great loyalty and he has made enemies along the way. When Howard Stern jumped from CBS Radio to Sirius Satellite, Moonves sued the shock jock for $500 million, prompting Stern to go on CBS’ own Late Show wearing an “I Hate Les Moonves” shirt.
Now that she's gone, Fox News tells the world that Kimberly Guilfoyle was nothing but a pervert.
Fox News still is under scrutiny for allowing sexual harassment to happen without repercussions.
There's a bombshell report about Kimberly Guilfoyle. The former Fox News host is dating Donald Trump, Jr., the son of imbecile Donald J. Trump. The two have been public about it for over three months now. There are 21 sources and six people willing to share their experiences with the former host of The Five.
Guilfoyle is being accused by current and former staffers of being a total....well you know!
Guilfoyle also is accused of sharing inappropriate pictures of male and female genitalia to staffers.
She even called fellow agitator Jeanine Pirro, the old bird in the cage.
The former Fox News host was a strong supporter of Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly. She also dismissed the allegations from Andrea Tantaros, Gretchen Carlson and Megyn Kelly.
Some have long complained about her mistreating staff and using underlings as her lackeys.
Guilfoyle signed a long term contract last year. How come she was allowed to so given that this was not mentioned during the upheaval of Ailes?
Donald Trump, Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle share a passionate kiss.
Fox News has a reputation of vengeful tactics towards formers. They were reluctant to get rid of Ailes and O'Reilly. They were quick to rid themselves of Gretchen Carlson and Andrea Tantaros.
Guilfoyle is joining the pro-Trump America First Super PAC. She will contribute to helping Republicans get elected nationwide.
Her relationship with Donnie won't last. She is too old for a skirt chasing bonehead like Donald Trump, Jr. She will ruin her career as a prominent legal anchor and conservative agitator.
Trump, Jr., is in a messy divorce with Vanessa. The pair split after rumors of Donnie cheating on her were proven.
Tonight on Fox News, the washed up celebrity Roseanne Barr will have her first cable news interview since ABC canceled her sitcom.
Barr will have a sit down with Sean "Softball" Hannity, the most hated media personality. Barr and the softball openly support Donald J. Trump. They have face a whole lot of turmoil since they placed their loyalty to the imbecile.
Hannity was revealed as a client of Trump's former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen.
He also is facing a whole lot of controversy for his bullshit peddling.
Roseanne was cancelled after Barr made inappropriate comments about Valerie Jarrett.
She called Jarrett a hybrid between the Muslim Brotherhood and the Planet of the Apes.
Then she doubled down by saying she "thought the bitch was white."
ABC promptly fired her. The Roseanne show was pulled from ABC, TV Land, CMT, Laff TV and Netflix.
Roseanne lost her contracts with companies and her publicist dropped her.
Now as she is struggling for work, her only savior to salvation is Sean "Softball" Hannity, the most annoying conservative, condescending Trump sycophant in the history of media.
In August, we will do the Sean Hannity Word Vomit. We will call upon Fox News to fire this disgraceful person out the cannon.
We only hope the Hannity-Cohen tapes come out around August or at least when he interviews Roseanne.
Valerie Jarrett responds to Roseanne Barr and Sean "Softball" Hannity on The View.
This isn’t a ban. It’s another half-measure by @TeamYouTube to avoid having to ban him permanently which, according to the @YouTube Terms Of Service, he has earned many times over. He’ll be back and the rhetoric will only get worse because he knows he can get away with anything.
The videos are now posted on it's official Infowars website and livestream showed Jones going bonkers over Muslims coming to Europe and his vicious rants on boys dressing up in as drag queens and princesses.
He obtained a community strike for his actions. The last time he obtained one was the attack on Parkland shooting survivor and activist David Hogg. He claimed David Hogg was a "crisis actor" and allowed racist cartoonist Ben Garrison insult him on his program.
"We have long standing policies against child endangerment and hate speech. We apply our policies consistently according to the content in the videos, regardless of the speaker or the channel."
YouTube stripped Infowars of its ad revenue.
Facebook is being urged to pull the plug on content that is deemed "fake news", openly racist and bigoted.
Here's the bullshit peddling that Alex Jones rummages through.
This guy is an avowed white extremist. He appears on Fox News as a commentator.
I have found someone worse than Sean "Softball" Hannity, Jeanine Pirro and Pecker(wood) Carlson.
He doesn't even have a show on the right wing news channel but he certainly has a place within that building. He is a far right "Christian" white extremist who does commentary on television and radio.
He is named Todd Starnes and he is the resident bigot over at Fox News.
The Atlantic has reported on this guy some time ago. I happened to be wondering why hasn't the network acted more appropriately in the wake of Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly.
Like Softball Hannity, I guess that Starnes is given autonomy over there and is free to speak however he wants about people of color, Muslims, immigrants, those in the LGBTQ+ community and progressives who criticize that imbecile Donald J. Trump.
Some of the highlights of this white extremist are brought to you courtesy of Twitter.
He also has a show on Fox News Talk (via SiriusXM).
Starnes presents himself as that "good ol' Christian boy from the South" who wants his country, God, and paycheck. He often is regarded among those in the religious community as a crank.
The Midterm elections are very important. Donald J. Trump and his minions are motivated to vote.
They want to continue to hold power. They want to keep bigots like Todd Starnes on the radio and television promoting crackpot kookspiracies about Americans who stand in resistance of Trump.
We got to be educated about who we vote for and what they stand for.
I don't particularly like the Democrats but I am damn sure that they will be better in charge than the Republicans. They want cops to murder unarmed people of color. They want to take immigrant children from their parents. They want to get in between a woman's legs and skirt. They want to make sure that guns are free and loosely. They want to strip you of your healthcare, your safety net, your bargaining rights, your pension and your earned vacations at the job.
Michael Cohen leaks audio tapes damaging to Donald J. Trump.
Donald J. Trump and his legal team now have to defend themselves after his former lawyer (and fixer) released portions of audio tape to CNN.
This could be a "sweet revenge" move from Michael Cohen and CNN.
Trump has often attacked them for being "disloyal" to him.
What kind of a lawyer would tape a client? So sad! Is this a first, never heard of it before? Why was the tape so abruptly terminated (cut) while I was presumably saying positive things? I hear there are other clients and many reporters that are taped - can this be so? Too bad!
Inconceivable that the government would break into a lawyer’s office (early in the morning) - almost unheard of. Even more inconceivable that a lawyer would tape a client - totally unheard of & perhaps illegal. The good news is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!
Cohen, the former personal lawyer who helped Trump pay off Stormy Daniels is under federal watch for possible obstruction of justice. Cohen who once said he "would took a bullet for Mr. Trump" now is facing possible time in federal time out if he doesn't sing like a canary.
Trump under fire for allegedly paying off mistresses during the presidential campaign.
Cohen set up a limited liability company in Delaware. Cohen established Essential Consultants to hide the deal he made to silence Stormy. The porn star and activist claims that the two had an affair and she was paid $130,000 to stay quiet about the affair.
Cohen said in an interview with ABC published in early July that his family and country would come before his loyalty to Trump, and CNN reported later that Cohen had told his friends he did not think Trump would pardon him if it came to that point.
The recording, which was aired on CNN yesterday detailed a possible Federal Election Commission violation. Karen McDougal, a former Playboy model claims she had a year long relationship with Trump and sold her story to The National Enquirer.
According to McDougal, the tabloid scrubbed the story and gave Trump the heads up that they were.
Cohen is heard telling Trump that he will need to set up a company to arrange payments.
"What's financing?" said Trump.
"We'll have to pay," said Cohen.
"Pay with cash!" said Trump.
"No, no." said Cohen.
The word check is uttered but it's not clear in the audio who said that. The audio is now cut off.
Karen McDougal claims Trump had a year long relationship with her while Melania Trump was pregnant.
Lanny Davis, former Clinton administration aide is now the lawyer representing Cohen. Davis is not playing. He said to the junk food media, "the truth will come out and it will vindicate my client."
"[We're] on a new path --- it's a reset button to tell the truth and to let the chips fall where they may."
McDougal was paid $150,000 from The National Enquirer for her story in the heat of the presidential campaign. The tabloid which often helped Trump throughout the years did not publish the story.
Cohen and Trump were discussing a solution to keep this scandal out of the spotlight.
Rudy Giuliani, Trump's new lawyer and former mayor of New York was caught off guard by this.
Giuliani said later he was unconcerned about Cohen moving to cooperate with federal prosecutors against Trump, telling CNN that he did not know what Cohen would have to "flip over."
Stormy Daniels wants Trump to be held accountable for his actions.
After CNN first aired the Trump-Cohen recording on Tuesday evening, Davis said he believed Trump's team fears the President's former personal attorney.
"They fear that he has the truth about Donald Trump," Davis said.
Giuliani, meanwhile, argued on Fox News that Davis was wrong about what the audio showed and reiterated it showed "no indication" of a crime.
At the heart of their disagreement is an apparent reference from Trump in the audio to paying with cash, although the audio is muddled and each side disputes Trump's meaning.
Oh, I forgot about Cohen's other client. The country's most hate media agitator. The most annoying conservative agitator in the junk food media who believe this audio release was a "dud."
You guessed it!
Sean "Softball" Hannity was a former client of Michael Cohen. He could be on those audiotapes.
It's Sean "Softball" Hannity.
While he prepares himself for his big interview with Roseanne Barr, the washed up celebrity who called Valarie Jarrett a Muslim Brotherhood-Planet of the Apes hybrid, the official softball of the Donald J. Trump legacy was a client of Cohen.
Cohen was forced to reveal the name of the mysterious client in federal court. The softball was named and he's been under scrutiny ever since.
Softball Hannity has been really nervous about the audio tapes. Twitter has poked fun at him for his reaction to this.
Sean Hannity is framing the Cohen tape as "muddled" and lamenting the state of the "corrupt federal government' who is recording all citizens at all times.
The government didn't record these conversations, moron. It was Michael fucking Cohen, your lawyer!
Hannity is not a happy boy delivering the news that CNN obtained a copy of the Cohen-Trump tape, tells his viewers the recording is "muffled" pic.twitter.com/3oHBVS53Op

Let me translate stuttering Sean Hannity for you. “Please Michael Cohen, don’t release the tapes you have of you and I.”#TrumpTapes Trump-Cohen pic.twitter.com/YTm488wRny
Oh, lordy! I hope there's more damaging tapes to make Trump and Softball Hannity squirm. These audio tapes will come out and I can't wait to hear the embarrassing or damaging information.
Trump could face a federal probe.
The softball could face an ethics probe at Fox News and iHeartMedia.
When the Hannity tapes come out (hopefully in August), I will add them to the Sean Hannity Word Vomit. It will be the call for Americans to pressure Fox News to fire the right wing agitator out of the cannon.
