One of the country's most funniest entertainers is facing a sex scandal that has legal ramifications.

Kevin Hart admitted to cheating on his wife but he claims that he is a victim of an extortion plot. The Chocolate Droppa is caught with his pants down with a sex tape and he is threatened a lawsuit against his mistress.

He cheated on his pregnant wife Eniko Parrish-Hart. The two got married in 2016. He was previously married to Torei Hart, the mother of his two children.

The other woman in this matter is allegedly a traveling stripper.

His alleged mistress Montia Sabbag is denying the accusations and hired Lisa Bloom to take on Hart. She demanded $420,000 in punative damages for her image being filmed without her permission.

Hart went to social media to apologize to his wife, his children Heaven and Hendrix as well as their unborn son.

Hart's ex-wife Torrei Hart believes Kevin was extorted. The former wife said that while she knew about his wandering eye, he would never try to hurt her and the children.

She had enough of the "lies and infidelities" from Kevin.

Hart believes it's a moment to finally admit that he is addicted to sex. He went to social media to acknowledge that he has to owe up for his past, but he is willing to make good on it.

“I made a bad err in judgment and put myself in an environment where only bad things can happen, and they did. And during that, I know that I’m going to hurt the people closest to me, who I’ve talked to and apologized to, being my wife and my kids.”

Trump will address the threats of terrorism, the Iranian agreement, Israel, America first and immigration.

World leaders listen to the most unpopular American president in modern history.

Issues like climate change may come up. The U.S. insular territories of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands brace for another destructive hurricane.

Hurricane Maria is a category five storm and it has already proven destructive to the islands in the Caribbean.

So far, no applause from world leaders.

This will be an embarrassment to the American people.

Trump had attacked the United Nations on the campaign trail. He called the UN, a bunch of losers. He threatened to leave the group.

The creepy old fart goes to the junk food media to promote a Newsmax story to discredit his accusers.

Bill O'Reilly is a washed up celebrity. His fall from grace was the numerous accusations from women who accused the former Fox News host of sexual harassment and vindictive retaliation.

The folks at Fox News paid many accusers while keeping the news out of the spotlight. The New York Times said that Fox News paid out close to $13 million to many of O'Reilly's accusers..

That launched a boycott against him and his top rated program, The O'Reilly Factor.

The two weeks were brutal. Gabriel Sherman got the news that Rupert Murdoch's son's James and Lachlan wanted his ass gone yesterday.

O'Reilly was on vacation in Italy and the Vatican City when he found out that he was going to take a permanent vacation.

In mid-April the Murdoch's decided to fire the conservative agitator out the cannon. He took a $25 million exit and they scrubbed the show, his name and videos off the Fox News website. They did not allow him the dignity to finish his last program.

O'Reilly is now forced to do podcasts and pathetic YouTube videos.

He makes some appearances on other struggling entities like Glenn Beck and Sean "Softball" Hannity. He often remarks about how he misses the limelight and blames the far-left's activism that got him off the television.

He went to some friendly outlets to beeyotch about the accuser Wendy Walsh, one of the accusers who said that O'Reilly wanted her to go to his hotel room. She rejected him. He blackballed her from appearing on Fox News.

Andrea Tantaros, Megyn Kelly and others have confirmed inappropriate behavior from O'Reilly, his old lackey Jesse Watters and former host Eric Bolling.

O'Reilly continues to deny the accusations.

One of the accusers who was a Black woman said O'Reilly called her "hot chocolate." O'Reilly vows to go after the woman. Perquita Burgess is being smeared by Newsmax and O'Reilly. The site wants to vindicate the pervert by vilifying Burgess as a no good Black woman with a criminal past.

They claimed that she filed a false report on a former boyfriend who was accused in a domestic violence incident.

That woman was subjected to racially offensive jokes from him and then controller Judy Slater. She was fired out the cannon last year. It sparked a lawsuit from past and present Black employees. Kelly Wright was a notable figure.

In 2004, O'Reilly was accused of sexually harassing Andrea Mackris. That was big news then. It faded from the radar when Fox News paid Mackris $2 million in punitive damages. He survived that scandal and continued to reign as number one in cable news.

He survived allegations of domestic abuse against his former wife, child negligence against his son and daughter, his racially charged rhetoric and his off the wall temper.

It's no wonder O'Reilly having trouble trying to find a television gig.

He is toxic waste.

Toys "R" Us On The Ropes!

Toys R Us is in danger of collapse.

The world's largest toy and games superstore is on the verge of collapse.

Toys R Us just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. They did it on late Monday night. This is one of the largest ones in American history. That means the company will start randomly closing up stores as it restructures itself. The company is billions in debt and the federal government will place it on a watch list. They will hire a firm that will aid them in retaining funds.

That means it's on the ropes literally.

Toys R Us doesn't think it will survive the holidays. That is the most crucial time for all retailers to survive.

The company places some of the blame on online retailers like Amazon, and a lack of interest in the latest toys. Also a bad summer of movies and terrible Fall TV season will not drive people to the toy stores for the latest toys, video games and DVDs.

Stores in the United States and Canada will eventually close. It will leave an empty storefront and a lot of unemployed workers.

That means it will place more Americans out the labor force and on food stamps. That's a nod to that annoying conservative agitator Sean "Softball" Hannity.

Our inept leader Donald J. Trump refuses to acknowledge the looming crisis that's coming. This could be the signs of a retail crisis. That means a domino effect.

Once Sears Holding Group closes up shop, it will trigger a nationwide crisis. The big ones like Walmart, Kroger and Target will start to take advisory.

Technology is killing retailers. The easy access to purchasing stuff online will end the necessary foot traffic retailers need to succeed.

Scottie Nell Hughes: Charles Payne Is A Sex Crazed Pervert!

The plot thickens. Charles Payne's inappropriate behavior sparks a lawsuit against Fox News.

The Republican consultant who was then a contributor on Fox Business and Fox News is suing 21st Century Fox for sexual harassment.

She is proceeding this after the network lifted the suspension of host Charles Payne. The no neck Black conservative was accused of sexual harassment of her and others.

Payne admitted that he had a three year romantic affair with Scottie Nell Hughes. She was a Republican who commented and handicapped the 2016 presidential election. Payne would often have her on his show Making Money.

The two were married and they were involved. Fox executives knew of this relationship.

Payne was hoping to get Hughes to divorce her husband.

When she refused to divorce her husband, Payne cut her off.

Payne claimed that he was a victim.

Hughes claimed that Payne and two top executives tried to slander her in the National Enquirer.

On or about July 9, 2013, Ms. Hughes accepted Payne’s invitation to accompany him to a Manhattan museum, after which the two shared a taxi back to Fox’s headquarters at 1211 Avenue of the Americas. During this ride, Payne pressured Ms. Hughes to give him her hotel room information. She refused.

68. Over the next several hours while at Fox’s headquarters, Payne persisted in forcing Ms. Hughes into giving him her hotel room number. When she continued to refuse, Payne expressed his anger. Eventually, by way of his pressure and insistence, Ms. Hughes agreed that he could come to her room in order to speak privately.

69 That night in her room, Payne sexually assaulted and raped Ms. Hughes.

70. Rape is forcing another person to engage in sexual activity the person does not agree to; including forcing a body part or object into a female’s vagina, rectum or mouth against her will. Ms. Hughes clearly told Payne to “stop,” and that she was not willing to have physical contact with him. Not willing to stop when she said “no,” Payne forced her to engage in sexual intercourse against her will.

71. During his violent tirade, Payne said, “you know you want this,” and “you’ve been teasing me since that first time on set, wearing those short dresses over those long legs with your big boobs hanging out.” When Ms. Hughes again said, “no,” and said that she just “wanted to be friends,” Payne became more incensed, tightened his grip on her and angrily said, “You have a bright future but you’re not acting like you have the priorities I thought you did; come on girl, you know you want it.” She tried to push him away but Payne was too strong. Fearing that he would cause her irreparable physical harm, Ms. Hughes stopped physically fighting back. After he raped her, Payne disturbingly announced on his way out, “This changes things.”

72. Shocked, humiliated and afraid to speak out, Ms. Hughes told no one about what happened.

73. After the sexual assault, Payne’s invitations to Ms. Hughes to appear on Fox programs increased dramatically.

Boy, this clown thinks he can get away with this. I hope Fox News fires this asshole out the cannon.

When Will They Give Up?

Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) floor another disgraceful attempt at repealing Obamacare.

Jimmy Kimmel is going to rip the Republicans. He asked Republicans that if they were going to pass a healthcare law, "have a heart."

Jennifer Rubin of The Washington Post wrote a scathing article detailing Republicans and their broken promise to be transparent when passing bills.

Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have decided to run another attempt at repealing the Affordable Care Act.

Rubin looked at the bill and read between the lines.

Cassidy’s bill actually goes way further than either the House or Senate health-care bills in overhauling the ACA by essentially lumping its spending on ACA marketplace subsidies and Medicaid into block grants for states to cover people as they wish. …

States would essentially have to create a new health program between now and 2020, when the marketplaces and Medicaid expansion would be disbanded. If they chose, states could abandon the ACA’s regulations on insurers to provide certain “essential benefits” and charge the same premiums to people regardless of their health status. This, too, has been a point of contention among some moderate Republicans.

In 12 days, the Republicans are attempting to pass a budget reconciliation. The fiscal year will end and it will end all their hopes to achieve their stupid campaign promise.

Republicans want to eliminate the cloture rule. They want a simple majority to pass things. They want 51 votes and they believe they have at least 52 members on board.

The seven year promise to repeal and replace Obamacare once again comes into play.

The Republicans in the Senate are extremely inept. They cannot agree on anything. They have the majority in the House, the Senate, state govenorships and the White House.

The Republicans and their obsession with cutting spending to make government smaller isn't working.

White Extremist Tasted Some Knuckle Style Chili!

Sometimes things like this happen. Too bad for the guy who wore a Nazi arm band.

This guy who wore a Nazi armband was berating a Black man on a city bus had tried some knuckle style chili.

This happened in the metropolis of Seattle, Washington. The guy on the bus wore a swastika arm band on the bus. Someone saw it and took a picture.

About that time he started arguing with a Black rider. The person posted on social media and it went viral.

This dude tried to slick talk to a Black man and guess what?

A good helping of knuckle style chili lays a man flat.

He got hard serving of the knuckle style chili with peppers. It happened in a split second. The guy was tasting pavement and was out cold. Luckily he survives his embarrassing ordeal.

Now of course, the Black guy is hailed a hero among people who condemn the Nazis and white extremists.

But for the Seattle PD, he might be a suspect in a felonious assault. The man will be eventually caught. He will likely be charged.

The city is dealing with some real crazy shit. The mayor of the city, Ed Murray resigned in disgrace after he was caught up in a sex scandal involving minor boys.

The city also had three police shootings in which the person was killed by deadly force.
