Second time could be the charm.

Conservative agitator, radio host and blogger Laura Ingraham is in talks to have a primetime spot at Fox News.

All the rumors of Ingraham being a White House Press Secretary were squashed. Ingraham was close to giving up radio to make a bid to take down Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA). That's off the table.

It's back to the cameras and the limelight.

It looks like she will close out the primetime spot at 10pm.

That moves America's most annoying conservative agitator Sean "Softball" Hannity back to his old 9pm spot. The Five which struggled through the 9pm spot will return to 5pm.

Hannity's right wing carnival continues to compete with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow for the number one spot.

The number one cheerleader for Trump will now face off with the number one critic for top viewing pleasure.

Ingraham will face off with The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell if she gains the spot.

Mind you Fox News and MSNBC has the most polarizing primetime lineups in modern history.

Ingraham joining the primetime will be a perfect fit for the conservative themed network.

Ingraham was the driving force for pushing establishment lawmakers out.

Ingraham is credited for pushing Eric Cantor, John Boehner and Jeb Bush out of the limelight. She is credited for helping Rep. Dave Brat (R-VA) and Donald J. Trump win their elections.

Ingraham will continue to do her work to push longtime Republicans out and bring more extremists in.

Ingraham is a radio host and founder of LifeZette. She is getting a little bit of publicity courtesy of Matt Drudge. The conservative agitator of The Drudge Report made note that Ingraham is "looking like a celebrity" these days.

She is the mother of three. She had adopted her daughter from Guatemala and sons from the Russian Federation. She lives in suburban Washington, DC.

Ingraham is no stranger to Fox News lineups. She briefly had 5pm spot with the show Just In. She previously guest hosted for The O'Reilly Factor, Hannity and Tucker Carlson Tonight.

Comedian and radio host Harry Shearer got a hold of a tape of Ingraham treating her staff badly.

So in the wake of Eric Bolling's abupt cannon firing and confirmed loss of his only son, Fox News reshaped its afternoon and primetime ineup.

Another Day Another Mass Shooting!

More senseless massacres. This happened in Plano, Texas. 

Not all mass shootings get national attention. Another reminder of why Congress under Republican control continue to allow people to use their 2nd Amendment rights to destroy the lives of innocent human beings.

Eight lives lost to an act of terrorism.

This happened at a Dallas Cowboy watch party in the city of Plano, Texas.

The Plano Police haven't determined whether the terrorist knew the victims or this was a planned attack. All they have is seven dead bodies and an officer placed in the freezer after he bucked the terrorist.

Two live victims were take to local hospitals with unknown injuries.

The terrorist died at the scene.

Residents heard 30 to 40 rounds in a two minute frame.

Crystal Sugg said that she heard a man and woman arguing outside. As the woman turned her back on the man, he lit the place up.

The name of the terrorist wasn't released. The name of the victims weren't released.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

Today is the anniversaries of the September 11th attacks. The worst terrorist attack to hit American soil. A catastrophe that happened under a Republican president but frequently blamed on the previous Democratic president. The 2001 attack sparked a new tradition. Republicans and conservatives began their demonization of Muslims by imposing bigotry under the guise of Making America Safe.

The Republicans to this day allowed Americans to fight in Afghanistan for a worthless battle against a deposed government that more conservative than them. The Taliban is still around and Republicans waste more time sending American soliders to destroy them. They won't give up the fight. They won't let the American supported regimes fight them.

The most politically motivated blame game happened in 2012. The attack of an embassy in Libya killed an ambassador and four contractors. Under a Democratic president, Republicans complained that the Democrats was soft on terrorism. This one incident oveshadowed many other other attacks on American embassies.

The very same Democrat who order the successful hit on Osama bin Laden was attacked by Republicans and conservatives. He was blamed for an attack caused by militants in another country.

It lead to costly investigations that found no fault by anyone other than the terrorist. It lead to kookspiracies about a Secretary of State's private email server. It led to allegations of a Democratic staffer being murdered.

All the while, the Democratic president ordered a hit on a militant stronghold, a capture of the mastermind of the Benghazi attack and the sucussful capture of a 1998 mastermind in the Kenyan and Tanzanian attacks.

Spread by fake propaganda and Russian influence, a former Secretary of State was denied a victory against a chuvanist business/media mogul who played upon the fears of a woman being president and an invisible foreign threat.

Most of the these Muslim inspired attacks are done by Americans and yet we are trying to ban foreign travelers from Muslim majority nations.

We have a bigger threat in white conservative inspired terrorism than Muslims.

Charlottesville showed us that America's inept leader picks and chooses what is classified as terrorism.

To this day, Donald J. Trump is signing off deregulation policies. Foreign threats love it when there's loopholes in the American government. They could plot massacres because of a Republican hell bent on cutting government. The Republicans will never see it coming when a terrorist uses a loophole policy inspired by their need to be fiscally and constitutionally conservative.

On this Patriots Day, we are supposed to take a moment to reflect another year of Never Forgetting the 9/11 Attack. Over 3,000 lives lost in that attack 16 years ago.

We are reminded constantly by Republicans that five years ago there was an attack on a U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Four Americans lost their lives in this attack.

And now we can add eight more lives lost on this day to a mass shooting.

Not to mention other lives lost to Hurricane Irma.

A few weeks after his unceremonious cannon firing, the white extremist sits with a mainstream journalist to discuss his war against those who wronged him.

Stephen K. Bannon, the former White House political advisor speaks to Charlie Rose about his time inside the head of the most inept leader in modern history.

Donald J. Trump should credit Bannon for helping him win a base of white extremists. Without Bannon, Trump would be the loud bombastic chauvinist running for office. Now you add the racial and xenophobic theme to Trump.

Bannon is vowing to take on the establishment and guide Trump from the outside. Trump inspired a new form of nationalism. It sparked this white extremist movement they labeled the alt-right.

Bannon was a part of this.

Already in the aftermath of two destructive hurricanes, conservatives and white extremists are pushing the narrative of widespread looting. It's a coded language that infuriates whites to believing that Blacks are natural born criminals.

Anyway, Bannon beeyotched about Republican leadership, limousine liberals and the denials of being a White extremist. He vows to attack H.R. McMaster, Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump and John Kelly. He also vows negative coverage of Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton.

Trump fired everyone but Mike Pence.

The whole segment was a disgrace. The junk food media is trying to rationalize a truly disgusting human being.

Like his mentor, the disgraced Andrew Breitbart, Bannon and his accolites are trying to carry on a legacy of fake news, kookspiracy and Trump ass wiping.

Sleeping Giants, Media Matters for America and the Color of Change have united against members of the conservative agitating media. They have pushed a successful ad boycott against Breitbart.

They were successful in forcing a boycott on Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck. They are working on trying force an ad boycott against Sean "Softball" Hannity.

Some GOP Lawmakers Voted Against Harvey Relief!

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is the founding member of the "Do Nothing But Yell" Freedom Caucus. He joined 89 House members and 17 Senators with strict opposition to disaster relief.

This is pathetic. The Republican Party is extremely inept in leadership, compassion and sympathy.

With a disaster hitting the Florida panhandle, the junk food media quickly left Houston and the Pacific states to cover Hurricane Irma.

The wildfires in the West and the hurricane damages in Texas and Louisiana has displaced millions of Americans out of the labor force. It made millions homeless. It also made more Americans resort to the safety net.

The safety net is very important. Millions of people depend on federal assistance. With the possibility of catastrophic damages, Republicans better start opening up their wallets and hearts.

It's worth noting that conservatives started this racially motivated theme about Americans being out of work and on food stamps.

Republicans and conservatives continue to push this ridiculous narrative that food stamps and welfare are causing Americans to be lazy.

Many Americans work two or three jobs and still can't make ends meet.

To feed children is the reason to why food stamps exist.

Welfare is to help people too poor or disabled find suitable housing and work.

Republicans opposed the healthy initiatives that Michelle Obama imposed for the schools. Edgeamucation Secretary Betsy DeVos is working hard to take healthy food out of the public schools.

About 17 Senators and 90 House members voted against Hurricane Harvey relief because it was attached to funding the government.

The raising of the debt ceiling is very important and Republicans continue this charade about cutting government services and regulations.

Inept Doanld J. Trump sided with Minority Leaders, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) to get a budget deal passed.

It deflated Republicans chance to negotiate the debt ceiling.

Republicans grumbled over the lack of cooperation from a dysfunctional Trump.

The weather vane of political grandstanding continued with Rep. Jim Jordon (R-OH) going to GOP Sundays to beeyotch about how House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) broke their promises.

Jordan was like a soapbox of rhetoric on Fox News Sunday. Chris Wallace was giving a lap dance. They were even joking about how Trump referred the Minority Leaders as Chuck and Nancy.

Jordan was one of these lawmakers who refused to aid victims of disaster because in his empty head, the government is outta control with spending.

Newsflash to Jordan and the members of the House of Representatives and Senate who voted against Hurricane Harvey relief: karma.

Karma could hit the districts that these lawmakers reside.

You guys are wasting taxpayer money by your presence. For every time a lawmaker makes the news rounds, you probably cost an American $200.00 a minute.

When you check YouTube for Black Men being pulled over by the police, you find hundreds if not thousands of videos that detail an experience. There is a viral video circulating on Twitter showing an encounter between a Black motorist and a police officer who allegedly pointed his service weapon upon him.

Get this.

This was over a freaking turn signal violation. The turn signal violation excuse is a tactic in which police officers use to justify a search of your vehicle. They claim that you failed to signal at a stop sign or failed to yield at a right turn. The police would try to engage in conversation with the motorist. They engage in conservation because they witnessed the motorist leave an area on the grounds of suspicious activity.

This is an old okie dokie that cops use when they want to conduct an illegal search and seizure.

Okay, stay calm.

Here is what you do when you are pulled by a police officer on the grounds of suspicious activity by the notion of failure to signal.

Make sure you have your hands on the steering wheel and a overhead light on.

You have a right to ask for the name, the reason for a pullover or request to be in a safe area that doesn't endanger you or the officer's life.

If you are using a camera phone to record your pullover, you have a right to do so without any threats of arrest or confiscation. PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT A CRIME.

Police officers are public servants. They can be recorded doing their jobs.

Remember COPS on Spike TV follows police officers with cameras. They film you when you're pulled over or arrested.

If the officer ask for license and registration, provide it. You are required by law to have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. If not, you will have to provide it in court or face a license suspension and forfeiture of your vehicle.

If the officer ask you where you came from, calmly explain that I refuse to give any information to you on the grounds that this is a pull over for a signal. I am reserved the right to not engage conservation with you unless it about the traffic violation.

If the officer asks to search your vehicle calmly state you do not consent to a search of your vehicle. They may threaten arrest or try to get you to cave to their demands. When that happens, stop talking. Don't say anything that could be used against you in court. If you do have to say something say I like to get a your name and the supervisor.

If they do a search regardless of you telling them, make sure you keep a good memory of the encounter. You are guranteed your 4th and 8th Amendment right to unlawful search and seizure and detainment. Say calmly and firmly, I DO NOT CONSENT TO SEARCH OF MY VEHICLE. IF YOU HAVE MY CITATION, CAN I HAVE IT! AM I FREE TO GO?

You can hire an attorney and ask for a public record and the dash/body camera footage of the pullover.

If you are issued a citation, it doesn't say you are guilty. It acknowledges that you have an option to challenge the pullover in court or you have the option to pay for it. If you do pay for a citation, a state could issue points on your license and it could raise your insurance rates.

If you are arrested, do not say anything without an attorney.

If you are reaching for anything, make sure you acknowledge it. If you are a concealed carry, the police should have a record of it in their database.

Pullovers are the most dangerous for those in law enforcement.

However, pullovers are dangerous for Black motorists. It's more likely a police officer is hand on the holster when they pull over a Black motorist.

WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS.

THE POLICE AND JUNK FOOD MEDIA TRY TO MAKE THE VICTIM, "THE BAD GUY" BY BRINGING UP HIS PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA HABITS OR HIS FAMILY LIFE. 

MANY WHITES (IN LARGE GROUPS) HAVE FIREARMS IN FRONT OF POLICE AND THEY NEVER GET SHOT OR KILLED. WHY AREN'T THEY AFRAID OF THEM?

WHENEVER SOMEONE COMPLAINS ABOUT LACK OF BLACK FATHERS, I CONTINUE TO DENOUNCE THIS BULLSHIT. I REMIND THEM THAT THE POLICE KILL BLACK FATHERS. Eric Bolling's Son Passed Away!

Eric Bolling's only son passed away.

More bad publicity hits the former Fox News host.

Eric Bolling's only child Eric Chase Bolling was found dead by the local authorities. He may have committed suicide by an apparent drug overdose.

Eric Chase was driven to madness over his father's cannon firing.

He was found at a location off campus. He was studying economics at the University of Colorado-Boulder.

Bolling and his wife Adrienne both express shock at the news of their son's sudden passing. Bolling found out five hours after he was fired out the cannon over at Fox News.

This bit of news wraps up a disasterous year for Bolling.

Bolling was accused of sending lewd pictures of his inches to women. He was placed in the freezer after the Huffington Post released an expose about the misbehaving over at Fox News.

Bolling was accused by Andrea Tantaros and Caroline Heldon of sending inappropriate pictures to them.

Bolling was the host of The Specialists at 5pm. He was promoted from The Five to have his own show with commentators Eboni K. Williams and Kath Timpf.

Fox News cancelled the show as soon as they announced Bolling was fired out the cannon.

Charles Payne returns back to Fox Business. Back in July,  the no neck Black conservative agitator was placed in the freezer after he admitted to having an affair with a Republican consultant, Scottie Nell Hughes. He blacklisted her from Fox News after she refused to leave her husband for him. He had a three year affair with Hughes while his own wife was fighting a brutal illness.

Dayton, Ohio brings the RedFlex traffic cameras back to local roads.

The eyesores known as traffic cameras will appear once again.

The cameras will once again strip the residents of $125 for speeding and running red lights.

The sixth largest city in Ohio and 15th most miserable city in the United States comtinues it's decline. The mayor of this city is running for governor. The police chief got his service weapon pulled.

The city is number one in the nation in opioid addiction.

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled in favor of the rust belt city of Dayton in the fight over traffic cameras. The city said that the 2015 law Ohio lawmakers passed violated a home-rule law established to the city.



The law was to stop cities from using traffic cameras. Lawmakers complained that the cameras bilking residents of their money.

Many Ohio cities partnered with Redflex to place cameras at local intersections to catch drivers who speed or run through traffic lights.

Dayton, Columbus, Toledo, Cleveland, Springfield, Hamilton, Akron and Middletown had traffic cameras. Most of the cities with the exception of Dayton took them down.

In order to run the cameras, the cities must have a police officer present at the intersection. The cameras would only be valid in school and construction zones.

Dayton said it would drain resources and police officers would had spend a 1/2 their shift to watch intersections.

Dayton continue this fight. It claimed the city was trying to curb dangerous behavior on the roads. The Ohio Supreme Court found the concern legitimate and struck down the law.

Dayton mayor Nan Whaley. She is vying for the Democratic nomination for Ohio governor.

Dayton was threaten with loss of state funding if they kept them running under the law.

Ohio lawmakers are hoping to pass another law to strip the city of cameras.

Whaley says the residents approve of the cameras.

I don't believe that for one bit. I think the cameras are a distraction and do more harm than good. For one thing, these things could malfunction.

City officials could impound an innocent motorist vehicle if they don't pay fines triggered by the camera. Police officers, the city workers and even the mayor could exempt themselves from paying fines if they run a light or speed.

Dayton, Ohio is ranked one of the most miserable cities in the United States.

The average income of most Daytonians is average $45,000. The city residents have low income flowing into the region. The city has over 200,000 abandoned properties with no end in sight. Paying for a $125 fine is costly especially if the ticket wasn't issued by a monitoring officer. You can appeal this in court but it's time consuming. Privacy advocates might question the cameras are invasion of a person's right to drive without distraction.

The city doesn't have a big box store within the city limits. Most of the west side of Dayton is poor and depleted. There is no valuable assets west of Interstate 75.

The city is gambling on trying to court Amazon's Eastern Campus to the area.

It's not likely going to happen. Companies look at value and compassion.

Dayton lacks that.

The city is still segregated.

The current population is 137,000 residents. The city is caught between a rock and a hard place. The city developed a reputation for being miserable.

Locations for the cameras include Main at Siebenther, Gettysburg at Fairbanks, Smithville at Linden, and Third at James H. McGee. These locations will have 24/7 operations.

Damn it's time to bolt. I rather live in Cincinnati to be closer to my son.
