The Bahamas Is A Foreign Country, Hershel!

I'm tell Bahamians that I'm a bikini inspector.

Y'all voted for this.

President-elect Donald J. Trump is a sexual predator. So is Pete Hegseth, Elon Musk, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, Michael Waltz and Hershel Walker.

Hershel Walker gets a job. He can whip out his badge.

Figurely speaking of course.

“Herschel has spent decades serving as an Ambassador to our Nation’s youth, our men and women in the Military, and athletes at home and abroad,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

Trump noted Walker previously served as a co-chair for the White House’s Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition during his first term.

Walker was a celebrated running back at the University of Georgia, where he won the Heisman Trophy. He went on to play in the NFL.

Trump quipped in early November, before Election Day, that he would put Walker in charge of a new missile defense shield if elected.

The former Georgia Republican senate candidate, former football and mixed martial arts star is picked to be the ambassador to The Bahamas.

Walker who challenged Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) is the latest of MAGAland to jump from loser to minion. Mehmet Oz, another former senate candidate and media personality has a position with Medicare and Medicaid.

Neither candidate received 50 percent of the vote in the general election, and Warnock defeated Walker in a runoff. Walker’s campaign, however, was plagued by controversies and false statements. Warnock won by 1.4 points in the runoff. Walker lives in Texas but claimed residency at his mother's home in Georgia.

The Bahamas is located about 40 miles east of Florida. It is part of the British commonwealth but is expected to declare itself a republic if a referendum comes forth in 2027.

Trump will enter the White House again with low job approval.

Walker and Oz were part of the President's Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition. President Joe Biden personally fired them after they refused to step down in February 2021.

Republicans Want To Put Liz Cheney In Federal Time Out!

Liz Cheney ain't worried about Republicans threats to jail her for protecting democracy.

When the 119th Session of Congress begins, Republicans in the House of Representatives have plans on rehashing old political issues.

Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, Michael Byrd, President Joe Biden, Anthony Fauci, MSNBC, the New York Times and college presidents will be on the menu.

Republicans emboldened by Donald J. Trump's victory and their slim majorities in the House and Senate plan on enacting unpopular policies and political revenge.

Former Wyoming lawmaker Liz Cheney and former Illinois lawmaker Adam Kinzinger are targets of Republican ire. They want to criminally charge them for allegedly betraying Trump.

What gets me is why should Liz Cheney be prosecuted for something that she had no part in?

Wrapping up their own investigation on the Jan. 6 2021 Capitol attack, House Republicans have concluded it’s Cheney who should be prosecuted for probing what happened when then-President Donald Trump sent his mob of supporters as Congress was certifying the 2020 election.

The findings issued Tuesday show the Republican Party working to reinforce Trump’s desire to punish his perceived enemies including Cheney and members of the Jan. 6 committee that the president-elect has said should be in jail.

House Administration Committee Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), wrote, “Until we hold accountable those responsible, and reform our institutions, we will not fully regain trust.”

The panel Republicans’ 128-page interim report arrives as Trump is preparing his return to the White House and working to staff his administration with officials at the highest levels, including Kash Patel as FBI Director, who appear like-minded in his efforts at retribution. Trump also vows to pardon people who were convicted for roles in the riot at the Capitol.

It revisits long-running Republican arguments that Trump is not to blame for the attack on the Capitol. The Department of Justice has prosecuted some 1,500 people including the leaders of the militant Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, and indicted Trump on four criminal charges, including conspiracy to overturn the election. Special counsel Jack Smith has since abandoned the case against Trump ahead of the inauguration in adherence to Justice Department guidelines that sitting presidents cannot be charged.

But the new report’s conclusion singles out Cheney, the daughter of the former vice president, and herself once a rising conservative star who was kicked out of GOP leadership after her vote to impeach Trump for inciting the insurrection. Once she became vice chair of the Jan. 6 committee, Cheney lost her own reelection to a Trump-backed challenger in Wyoming. By fall, Cheney was working to stop Trump from returning to the White House, having campaigned for Vice President Kamala Harris.

Cheney on Tuesday delivered a detailed defense of her committee’s painstaking work, the 900-page Jan. 6 report released in December 2022, and said Loudermilk’s own report “disregards the truth.”

“January 6th showed Donald Trump for who he really is – a cruel and vindictive man who allowed violent attacks to continue against our Capitol and law enforcement officers while he watched television and refused for hours to instruct his supporters to stand down and leave,” Cheney said in a statement.

“Now, Chairman Loudermilk’s ‘Interim Report’ intentionally disregards the truth and the Select Committee’s tremendous weight of evidence, and instead fabricates lies and defamatory allegations in an attempt to cover up what Donald Trump did.”

Lurch trying to prosecute members of the Jan. 6 Committee. Barry Loudermilk is a moron.

President Joe Biden is considering issuing pardons to spare members of Congress and others from Trump’s wrath. But several of the people involved have said they are not seeking or don’t want pardons from Biden.

Among those Trump wants prosecuted are Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Cheney and others members of the Jan. 6 committee, as well as Smith, the DOJ special counsel who indicted Trump.

The report’s release comes at a timely moment when Congress will be asked in the weeks ahead to confirm the results of the 2024 election. But unlike four years ago, when Republicans refused to accept Biden’s victory over Trump and claimed voter fraud, the Democrats say they trust and accept the election results.

The GOP panel’s findings revisit the multiple security failings on Jan. 6, 2021, and revive the dispute over the lag in calling in the National Guard, which along with police reinforcements, restored order at the Capitol by nightfall. Congress returned to work that evening and worked into the next morning to certify the 2020 election for Biden.

“This report reveals that there was not just one single cause for what happened at the U.S. Capitol on January 6,” Loudermilk wrote in an introduction. “The Capitol is no safer today.”

But Loudermilk focuses just as intently on the Jan. 6 committee that then-Speaker Pelosi stood up in the aftermath to investigate what happened, and its leaders Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS), and Cheney.

The report singles out Cheney for prosecution for her role in working with one of the star witnesses against Trump, a former young White House aide, Cassidy Hutchinson, who provided some of the most detailed descriptions of the defeated president’s actions that day.

Hutchinson had testified before the Jan. 6 committee in 2022 hearing that she had not been forthcoming during her first interviews with the panel and had a “moral struggle” and wanted to return.

She eventually ditched her Trump-aligned lawyer and later delivered a blockbuster public hearing, describing Trump at the White House as the Capitol riot unfolded.

Cheney, in her own account in her book “Oath and Honor” of the committee’s work, had been crucial in meeting with Cassidy and worried for her safety as she decided to come forward.

Loudermilk’s panel concludes these actions are witness tampering and grounds for prosecution.

“Numerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney,” the committee wrote in its conclusion. “These violations should be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.”

It also says Thompson broke House rules in the handling of files and transcripts.

Thompson said the report was filled with “baseless” allegations. “There’s no escaping the reality that Donald Trump bears the responsibility for the deadly January 6th attack no matter how much Mr. Loudermilk would love to rewrite history,” he said.

Trump in an interview earlier this month revived his campaign promises to go after those who blamed him for Jan. 6.

“Honestly, they should go to jail,” referring to members of Congress who investigated the Capitol attack.

Loudermilk is not the smartest tool in the box. If Trump pardons the insurrectionists, it greenlights a potential of lawmakers being assassinated.

Cause someone could be motivated to hunt lawmakers and it could endanger elected leaders from both sides of the chamber.

Victoria Spartz Not Playing In Any Reindeer Games!

President-elect Donald J. Trump's first headache. Republican Victoria Spartz may not be a rubber stamp for MAGAland.

Initially Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-IN) was going to retire from Congress. She changed her mind. She ended up winning her reelection bid. The Indiana lawmaker announced she won't join any of the Republican conferences.

She represents Anderson, Carmel as well as parts of Kokamo and Indianapolis. The 5th Congressional District is strongly Republican.

Spartz is a Ukrainian American lawmaker and very sympathetic towards Ukraine. She is also supportive of the apartheid ethnostate of Israel.

With Donald J. Trump returning to power, he has openly called for an end to the Russo-Ukrainian war. He has even stated that Ukraine should allow Russia to seize eastern oblasts.

Republicans have a razor-thin lead over Democrats in the House and any uncertainty could rock pivotal votes away from the GOP and House Speaker Mike Johnson in the upcoming session.

“I will stay as a registered Republican but will not sit on committees or participate in the caucus until I see that Republican leadership in Congress is governing. I do not need to be involved in circuses,” Spartz wrote on X.

The decision to step down confused some Republicans, but others suspected the move had something to do with the House GOP Steering Committee not giving her a coveted post on the House Ways and Means Committee, according to two people with direct knowledge of the matter.

Spartz, who has had problems with retaining staff, said she’d prefer to “spend more of my time helping” the mission of the so-called Department of Government Efficiency, which is meant to help cut government spending.

Some Republicans are happy about her decision to boycott the conference meetings, according to two people familiar with the situation, as some had privately complained about her speaking too much during the internal GOP meetings.

Hopefully Republicans get so heated with one another they fail at accomplishing their goals of pushing unpopular policies.

I want the Republican Party, Donald J. Trump and J.D. Vance to fail miserably.

And I don't have to apologize or bend the knee. I want the chaos to continue and the United States loose its grip on worldwide leadership. Trump, President Joe Biden and Congress want to continue the status quo of alliance with Israel.

Israel is exposed as the world's leading problem. Israel will fall and it will take the U.S. with it.

School Of Bullets And Blood: Mass Shooting In Madison!

Only in America. Deadly mass shooting at a Christian school in Wisconsin.

Another mass shooting at a school.

I normally do a long posting about the failures of Congress, President Joe Biden, President-elect Donald J. Trump, former president Barack Obama and former president George W. Bush.

I am just going to flat out say it:

These idiots can't stop gun violence or Israel.

Another mass shooting in the United States and the usual remarks from legislators is "thoughts and prayers" or "my heart goes out to."

In the case of how Trump puts it, "we've got to get over it."

Or in the case of JD Vance, it's "a fact of life."

I am paraphrasing Trump and Vance but that is the shallow theme of his horrible legacy.

Y'all voted for this.

Gov. Tony Evers of Wisconsin reacts to the latest school shooting.

Madison, Wisconsin.

Population of 313,000. The state capital.

Other mass shootings so far in 2024. Cities with multiple mass shootings in bold .

Philadelphia, Shreveport, Houston, Belan (NM), Lake Worth Beach (FL), Cicero (IL), Atlanta , Seattle, Theodore (AL), Lafayette (IN), Kalamazoo, Chicago, Red Springs (NC), Hollywood (FL ), New Orleans , Bradenton (FL), San Antonio, Jackson (TN), Miami, Denver , St. Louis , Columbus (OH), Sandy Hook (MS), Riverside (CA), Lancaster (CA), National City ( CA), San Diego, Albuquerque, Laurel (MS), Wichita, Tuskegee (AL), Lafayette (LA), Lynchburg (VA), Mount Joy (PA), Duluth (MN), Pittsburgh, Stillwater (OK), Detroit, Elkton (MD), Reno, New Haven, Northglenn (CO ) and Orlando.

560 mass shootings in the United States.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, President-elect Donald J. Trump, Vice President-elect JD Vance, Gov. Tony Evers, Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and the US House members of Wisconsin were notified.

Suspect is a 15 year old girl.

The shooter took her life and a few others. The shooter opened fire with a handgun Monday at a Christian school in Wisconsin, killing a teacher and another teenager during the final week before Christmas break. The shooter also died, police said.

This is the normal.

The shooter also wounded six others at Abundant Life Christian School, including two students who were in critical condition, Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes said. A teacher and three students had been taken to a hospital with less serious injuries, and two of them had been released by Monday evening.

“Every child, every person in that building is a victim and will be a victim forever. ...We need to figure out and try to piece together what exactly happened,” Barnes said.

Barbara Wiers, director of elementary and school relations for Abundant Life Christian School, said students “handled themselves magnificently.”

She said when the school practices safety routines, which it had done just before the school year, leaders always announce that it is a drill. That didn't happen Monday.

“When they heard, 'Lockdown, lockdown,' they knew it was real,” she said.

The shooter was a 17-year-old female student, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press. The officer was not authorized to discuss the ongoing investigation and spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity.

Police said the shooter was dead by apparent suicide when officers arrived. Barnes declined to give details about the shooter, partly out of respect for the family. With a few rare exceptions, a 17-year-old can't legally possess a gun in Wisconsin.

Barnes said investigators may have enough information to release more detail about the shooter at another press conference later Monday.

Republicans support gun rights and mass shootings.

He also warned people against sharing unconfirmed reports on social media about the shooter's identity.

“What that does is it helps erode the trust in this process,” he said.

Abundant Life is a nondenominational Christian school — prekindergarten through high school — with approximately 420 students in Madison, the state capital.

Wiers said the school does not have metal detectors but uses other security measures including cameras.

Children and families were reunited at a medical building about a mile away. Parents pressed children against their chests while others squeezed hands and shoulders as they walked side by side. One girl was comforted with an adult-size coat around her shoulders as she moved to a parking lot teeming with police vehicles.

A motive for the shooting was not immediately known, but Barnes said they're talking to the parents of the suspected shooter and they are cooperating. He also said he didn't know if the people shot had been targeted.

“I don't know why, and I feel like if we did know why, we could stop these things from happening,” he told reporters.

A search warrant had been issued Monday to a Madison home, he said.

Someone from the school called 911 to report an active shooter shortly before 11 a.m. First responders who were in training just 3 miles (5 kilometers) away dashed to the school for an ongoing emergency, Barnes said. They arrived 3 minutes after the initial call and went into the building immediately.

Classes had been taking place when the shooting happened, Barnes said. He declined to say where exactly in the school it happened.

Investigators believe the shooter used a 9mm pistol, a law enforcement official told the AP. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the ongoing investigation.

Police blocked off roads around the school, and federal agents were at the scene to assist local law enforcement. No shots were fired by police.

Abundant Life asked for prayers in a brief Facebook post.

Wiers said the school's goal is to have staff get together early in the week and have community opportunities for students to reconnect before the winter break, but it's still to be decided whether they will resume classes this week.

Biden and Harris tried to warn America.

Bethany Highman, the mother of a student, rushed to the school and learned over FaceTime that her daughter was OK.

“As soon as it happened, your world stops for a minute. Nothing else matters,” Highman said. “There's nobody around you. “You just bolt for the door and try to do everything you can as a parent to be with your kids.”

In a statement, President Joe Biden cited the tragedy in calling on Congress to pass universal background checks, a national red flag law and certain gun restrictions.

“We can never accept senseless violence that traumatizes children, their families, and tears entire communities apart,” Biden said. He spoke with Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers and Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and offered their support.

Evers said it's “unthinkable” that a child or teacher would go to school and never return home.

The school shooting was the latest among dozens across the US in recent years, including especially deadly ones in Newtown, Connecticut; Parkland, Florida; and Uvalde, Texas.

The shootings have set off fervent debates about gun control and frayed the nerves of parents whose children are growing up accustomed to doing active shooter drills in their classrooms. But school shootings have done little to move the needle on national gun laws.

Firearms were the leading cause of death among children in 2020 and 2021, according to KFF, a nonprofit that researches health care issues.

Rhodes-Conway said the country needs to do more to prevent gun violence.

“I hoped that this day would never come to Madison,” she said.

A bullet doesn't care about color. We all bleed red and so many lives are lost to gun violence and Republicans offer no solutions other than "thoughts and prayers" with a touch of "lock em up."

Lives are always altered when gun violence happens.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is legislators not willing to stop gun violence.

According to the  far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assumes the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican legislators who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms.

The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

An image of the school shooter.

So in closing, expect more.

The website  Officer Down  is a memorial to those police officers who were killed in the line of duty. Those victims who don't get their names or accomplishments mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the  National Gun Violence Memorial  also keeps record of the  many individuals  killed by  gun violence . We are  tracking police violence  as well.

Call the  National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (Lifeline)  at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or  988 , or text the Crisis Text Line (text HELLO to 741741). Both services are free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The deaf and hard of hearing can contact the Lifeline via TTY at 1-800-799-4889. All calls are confidential. Contact social media outlets directly if you are concerned about a friend's social media updates or dial 911 in an emergency. Learn more on the Lifeline's website or the Crisis Text Line's website.

The call number to the White House and US Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the US Secret Service and US Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-Semitic or in support of terrorism.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and legislators avoid influence from lobbyists.

The Foxx Got Loose!

There's gonna be trouble, trouble....

Jamie Foxx did his Netflix comedy and musical show. The entertainer had confirmed he nearly died from a stroke. He had a brain bleed and it nearly took him out.

Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was.... is now on Netflix.

The 57 year old entertainer who is born Eric Marlon Bishop was celebrating his birthday when he got into an altercation with a group who were harassing him.

Foxx was with his daughters and ex-girlfriend when the group were probably begging for an autograph or a comedic moment.

Foxx usually a private person asked them to not bother him when he's around his family throw them bows. Someone got a wine cup and throw it into his face.

The incident occurred while the actor and musician – who turned 57 on Friday – was eating with his family at Mr. Chow, located at 344 Camden Avenue.

Patrons at a nearby table hurled rude and vulgar insults towards Foxx, a witness told TMZ. A representative to Foxx told the media outlet that the “In Living Color” star asked the party to stop, but someone at the table allegedly threw a glass at him, striking him in the mouth.

The injury required stitches, the representative said.

Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed that officers responded to “a possible assault with a deadly weapon” at Mr. Chow, but they did not mention Foxx by name.

However, officers determined the report of an assault with a deadly weapon was “unfounded” and that the situation involved “a physical altercation between parties.”

In a post to Instagram early Sunday morning, Foxx indirectly addressed the incident, saying “The devil is busy…but I’m too blessed to be stressed.”

In the caption, Foxx thanked all those who prayed for and reached out to him.

“Can’t win here…they try to bring you darkness,” the post’s caption read. “But they don’t know you’re built for it. The lights have been shining bright.”

Foxx also expressed gratitude towards everyone who has watched or been inspired by his recent Netflix comedy special “Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was…”

Florida Couple Who Never Met Became Parents In The Iron College!

Love has no bars.

36 million idiots live in Florida.

President-elect Donald J. Trump, Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), Sean "Softball" Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Mark Levin, Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL), Matt Gaetz, Laura Loomer, Lil Wayne, Kodak Black, Rick Ross, Gov. Ron DeSantis, Jeb Bush, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Forgiato Blow, Melania Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Eric Trump, Lara Trump, Barron Trump, Ivanka Kushner, Jared Kushner, Tiffany Trump, Candace Owens, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), Urban Meyer, Jennifer Mee, Andrew Tate, Tristian Tate, Lionel Tate, Casey Anthony and so many others make that state so fucking stupid.

Andrew and Tristian Tate are held in custody Romania but claim residency in Florida.

Florida woman got pregnant while in the iron college. Surprising it wasn't a correctional officer. It was a male inmate who did a prison style in vitro fertilization.

A Florida woman and man who never met one another were in a Florida iron college when they engaged in an sexual act without physical contact. They did a prison style invetrio fertilization using saran wrap, pens, vaginal syringes and a ventilation unit.

Now they are both parents to a healthy daughter. Both are facing lengthy bids for murder, respectively. Neither are apologetic for the action.

Daisy Link, 28, called her family on Christmas Day to say she was almost four months pregnant, according to her sister, Crystal Barreto.

“I was lost for words. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing,” Barreto, who lives in Homestead, Florida, said in a phone interview. “Right away, I was concerned about Daisy and her safety.”

Link is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County on a charge of second-degree murder, jail records show. She is also charged with battery by a detainee on a visitor or other detainee. Her case has not gone to trial yet.

In her first interview about Link’s pregnancy, Link’s criminal defense attorney, Marlene Montaner, told NBC News that the second-degree murder charge stems from a domestic violence incident in which Link fired a single gunshot while attempting to protect herself from an abusive partner. She shared photos with NBC News of Link with blood on her shoulders and head that Montaner said was the result of abuse Link had endured days before she fired the weapon in June 2022.

Both Montaner and Barreto have been trying to get Link released on house arrest, especially now that she is pregnant. Neither knows how she got pregnant. The Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department did not comment on who may have impregnated Link and Barreto said that her sister has not told her what happened.

“My sister, when she was able to call us here and there, was trying to tell us pieces of the story, but is very scared to say anything over the phone because her calls are being recorded,” Barreto said.

He never met his baby mama but is in love with her and their daughter.

Montaner said “the allegations right now are that it’s another inmate,” but said she does not yet have additional information. The county jail houses male and female inmates, separated by floor.

Montaner added that she doubts “implausible” reports that were published in other media outlets that suggested the pregnancy may have been the result of a male inmate passing semen through an air conditioning vent. Barreto also said she doesn’t believe that story.

Regardless, Montaner said, she blames the corrections officials.

“No matter how you slice this for them, at the end, they are at fault for her pregnancy,” she said, adding: “I want answers.”

A spokesman for Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation said in an emailed statement that the matter is under “active investigation” and that corrections staff were told by an inmate on Dec. 23 that she believed she is pregnant. The pregnancy was confirmed after a “thorough medical exam through our Correctional Health Services partners,” the statement said.

According to Barreto, Link said she had tried telling jail officials about her pregnancy earlier.

“They laughed at her. They told her, ‘You’ve been in here going on two years. Who are you going to be pregnant by, aliens?’ Like, mocking her,” Barreto said.

Link knows this incident may add time on her bid but she isn't sorry about it one bit.

Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation declined to comment further on the investigation but said it has seen no evidence that the pregnancy was the result of a sexual assault.

“While there is no evidence of sexual battery against our inmate at this time, the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy are currently under active investigation,” the department’s spokesman said.

Pregnant inmates receive “timely and appropriate prenatal care,” he added.

“The MDCR has healthcare procedures in place to ensure the safety of all those in our custody, any unborn child, and staff, in any case of pregnancy while in our care,” he said.

But Link’s family remains concerned.

“Nobody should come out pregnant in jail. This is really ridiculous,” Barreto said. “We’re just very worried about Daisy and her well-being, her safety and the safety of her unborn child.”

Candace Owens Wins The Anti-Semite Of The Year! She Dismisses The Claims!

Candace Owens is an articulate idiot but not antisemitic.

Israel is furious at Candace Owens. She had interviewed a survivor of the USS Liberty attack. Owens slammed President Joe Biden and President-elect Donald J. Trump for abandoning the survivors.

Owens even believes the Mossad not Lee Harvey Oswald killed former president John F. Kennedy. Owens believed that former president Lyndon B. Johnson was too cozy with Israel and refused to release evidence Israel had a role in Kennedy's death and deliberately attacked Americans because they have immunity from punishment.

She also stated that Israel is threatening her with death.

But she is keeping the foot on the gas.

Israeli lobbyists managed to have her fired from The Daily Wire, banned entry into Australia and New Zealand, shadow banned on X, demonetized on YouTube and now a label of being an anti-semite.

The social media platform X allowed @StopAntisemities to gaslight Americans into thinking controversial opinions about Israel is violent threats on Jews.

They labeled Owens the Anti-Semite of the Year.

Owens has been named “Antisemite of the Year” by watchdog StopAntisemitism, which says she “blew the competition away” with more votes than anyone in previous years.

“Candace Owens’ witch’s brew of antisemitism drew from vile medieval blood libels, including claims that Jews drink Christian blood, conspiracies that Jews are pedophiles who control the media and are ‘taking over America,’ and modern toxic anti-Israel hysteria,” StopAntisemitism’s founder, Liora Rez, told The Post.

“There is no psychotic rabbit hole too extreme for this poisonous hater.”

The Free Speech Karen. This white woman runs StopAntisemities. She is a bigot who devotes her entire career to labeling critics of Israel antisemitic. Say hi to Liora Rez.

It's topsy turvy.

Any person of color who criticizes Israel is often vilified. Notably Black women.

Yes, even Candace "articulate idiot" Owens. She is a Black woman, a Christian nationalist, a grifter, a conspiracy theorist and a racial arsonist. But she isn't an anti-semite. She is anti-Israel, an "America First" populist and a waning supporter of MAGAland.

The group also nominated several others. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Jake Shields, James Li, Brihna Joy Gray, Ayman Mohyeldin, Medhi Hasan, Madea Benjamin and Jeremy Corbyn are labeled as anti-semites too.

Some I have noted.

Louis Farrakhan never threatened to kill anyone. Farrakhan, the longtime leader of the Nation of Islam has often criticized U.S. involvement in the Middle East, calls Israel a country of swine, claimed 9/11 as a false flag, slammed the social media companies for banning him but allowing Zionists who threaten people online.

Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) has voted with her conscience and is one of the few lawmakers without an AIPAC handler. Her replacement Rep-elect Wesley Bell (D-MO) is the status quo of Isrseli influence in the Democratic Party.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) has voted against every foreign aid bill including Israel. He openly says that Israel has a firm grip on the Republican Party. Massie said that every member including Trump, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance, Sen. John Thune (R-SD) and House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) are compromised.

Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Summer Lee (D-PA) and Delia Rameriez (D-IL) survived AIPAC challengers and have voice anger at Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Rep. Katherine Clark (D-MA) and Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) about Israel and the foreign influence within the Democratic Party. They voiced anger at the defeats of Bush and Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) and the threats on their lives.

TikTok has become the most popular social media platform in the U.S.

President Joe Biden signed into a law a divestment that requires TikTok to leave ByteDance and find a company that has no association to China.

On Jan. 19, the company has to sell its brand or face a permanent ban in the country. TikTok is suing the government citing free speech and commerce. It will likely be a Supreme Court issue. But given the Court's swing to the right, we expect to lose freedoms because of the law.

It had surpassed Facebook, X, YouTube and Snapchat. Congress and Biden supported a ban on it because of it allegedly obtaining data to China.

TikTok denies it and said it operates independently from China. They claim that the U.S. is overreacting to baseless allegations that never came to fruiton.

It was supported by AIPAC and the Anti-Defamation League. Many pro Israeli organizations in the U.S. lobbied heavily for this. It had bipartisan support from lawmakers. Its the first time a law that no one read passing with additional military funding to Ukraine and Israel.

Jonathan Greenblatt has often pushed for Congress to pass laws that stifle free speech. He is an agent of Israel. He runs the Anti-Defamation League. He supports espionage on Americans.

Jonathan Greenblatt openly declared TikTok an enemy and claimed it was al Jazeera on steroids promoting anti-Israel and terrorist content.

So here we are.

Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz were defeated because of voters believing the Biden Administration ignored them. Trump and Vance used culture wars like transgender in restrooms and sports, Israel, crime, immigration, DEI, reverse racism, antisemitism and Islamophobia to win.

Trump who supported the TikTok ban had reversed course when it appeared young voters strongly disapproved of Biden signing it into law. Trump came close to beating Harris with young voters.

Trump now back in power already fucking up. He picked a cabinet strongly favorable towards Israel. He can't stop the TikTok ban because he is not the president. He endorses Israel's invasion of Syria and the strikes on Iran's nuclear power grids. He claimed he had a role in the temporary ceasefire in Lebanon. Israel has already violated it.

He can't lower grocery prices or oil prices. That is economics. On top of that if he throws tariffs at trading partners China, Mexico and Canada, they in turn will ban products from the U.S. and it could wreck the economy.

Israel must be stopped.

Since we don't have Harris as the president, the status quo of politics continues.

Owens may eventually stop supporting Trump since he ignored her during his 2024 bid. Owens stated being labeled an anti-semite by some group that gaslights people is a honor.

She could care less about people's opinions of her. As long as she can convince others to stop backing Israel, I am all for it.

This is coming from a socially progressive Black person.

And no I am not antisemitic or racist.

Trump And ABC News Settles!

Mr. White Privilege wins his defamation lawsuit against ABC News.

Winners and losers of 2024.

A federal court awarded E. Jean Caroll nearly $150 million in punitive damages for a sexual assault by President-elect Donald J. Trump. He is trying to appeal the decision.

Trump is the second president since Grover Cleveland to return to power.

Trump has ran for president four times. In 2000 as a Reform Party candidate, 2016 as a Republican candidate, 2020 as an incumbent president and 2024 as a Republican candidate and former president.

He finally won the popular vote. He beat Vice President Kamala Harris by 0.5% in the popular vote.  He never won the popular vote in 2016 and 2020.

Trump is the least Christian or even Jewish president.

Trump is an adulterer, sexual predator, habitual liar, an insurrectionist, a convicted felon and a senile man in cognitive decline.

He will be the 47th President of the United States and J.D. Vance will be the 50th Vice President of the United States. They will enter the White House with low job approval.

George Stephanopoulos is the ABC News Chief Political Correspondent. He is a co- Good Morning America and This Week. He and Martha Raddatz host the ABC Sunday news program which interviews politicians and entertainers.

Crisis Mace. The South Carolina lawmaker doesn't like the AI meme.

One in particular was the insufferable Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC). The crisis actress herself boycotted ABC News after Stephanopoulos grilled her on her support of Trump.

Mace, a constant crisis actress was actually a victim of sexual assault.

Stephanopoulos grilled her about backing a man who was found liable for rape.

Stephanopoulos repeated that claim ten times during his spat with Mace, despite the fact that a jury actually determined Trump was liable for "sexual abuse," which has a distinct definition under New York law.

After the federal jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse, but not rape, Judge Lewis Kaplan wrote in a later ruling that just because Carroll failed to prove rape "within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape.’"

Trump took issue with the word rape and sued ABC News and Stephanopoulos for defamation. Well it was settled and ABC News agreed to paying Trump.

Of course, his punitive damages will be offset to Carroll or the state of New York.

He owes the New York Attorney General over $478 million in his fraud trial.

Fox which also owes Dominion nearly $800 million for defamation and is still facing a lawsuit from Smartmatic reported it giddily.

The settlement was publicly filed on Saturday, revealing that the two parties have come to an agreement and avoided a costly trial. According to the settlement, ABC News will pay $15 million as a charitable contribution to a "Presidential foundation and museum to be established by or for Plaintiff, as Presidents of the United States of America have established in the past." Additionally, the network will pay $1 million in Trump's attorney fees.

Stephanopoulos and ABC News also had to issue statements of "regret" as an editor's note at the bottom of a March 10, 2024, online article, about comments made earlier this year that prompted Trump to file the defamation lawsuit. The note reads, "ABC News and George Stephanopoulos regret statements regarding President Donald J. Trump made during an interview by George Stephanopoulos with Rep. Nancy Mace on ABC’s This Week on March 10, 2024."

Israel Big Mad At Candace Owens Interviewing The USS Liberty Attack Survivor!

Candace Owens interviews USS Liberty survivor. Owens continues to poke the bee's nest and has fears Israel may kill her.

Israel is the cause of hostilities in the Middle East. The unprecedented support of the United States, Great Britain and the European Union has come under fire.

Many are getting tired of Israel committing war crimes and illegal invasions. The rogue apartheid ethnostate has engaged in conflicts with Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Eygpt, Iraq, Gaza, Yemen and the West Bank. It is actively committing a genocide and the International Criminal Court wants Israeli regime leaders arrested.

The U.S. is trying to block the ICC, allow Israelis unfettered entry into the country for leaders and former IDF soliders, defund UNRWA, ban TikTok, push for criminal charges if there is any criticism of Israel and arrest protesters.

The U.S. is on a downslide with democracy.

World leaders want Israel to dissolve its government. This country cannot exist as it is.

The colonialist agenda from Israel is to seize land and enhance a religious ethnostate through force. They also weaponized antisemitism and are trying to avoid accountability for its illegal crimes against humanity.

Israel must fall. For the world to have stability and peace, Israel must not exist under its current government. Israel cannot exist as "the Jewish state."

This goes against the U.S. declaration that our country should never be using religion as a weapon or a form of government.

Israel is the exact opposite of American democracy.

We cannot allow this country to force American and British military intervention.

Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, the West Bank, Egypt, the Gaza Strip and Iraq are part of this expansion proposal of Israel. Project 2025 and Greater Israel are top priorities of the incoming U.S. president and current Israeli regime prime minister.

With the assistance of the U.S., we are officially entering global war.

Israel is trying to drive the United States into another conflict to overthrow not only Syria but Iran.

We are currently in World War III.

The Israeli government has killed Americans and there has never been accountability for this.

President Joe Biden, former president Donald J. Trump (current president-elect), former president Barack Obama, former president George W. Bush, former president Bill Clinton and many presidents since Israel's inception have allowed a foreign country to commit acts on our citizens without any punishment.

Candace Owens decided to talk about USS Liberty and invoke Christian nationalist rhetoric. She interviews a former USS Liberty naval officer who is frustrated with Biden and Trump's refusal to hold Israel accountable for this.

Phil Tourney, one of the survivors of the USS Liberty attack tells his story. It has amassed over 3 million views. Owens also spoke on the President John F. Kennedy assassination.

Kennedy tried to force the Zionist Organization of America (now AIPAC) to register as a foreign agent. It ignored the president and his proposals. It was decried in August 1963.

On November 22, 1963, Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas. Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson would soon become president and become a successful president with Black Americans. He would end up losing the South to the Republicans, bring forth a uneasy alliance with Israel, engage in the Cold War with the Soviet Union, navigate through racial unrest with the deaths of Martin Luther King, Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and engage Americans into war with Vietnam.

Owens is pushing for Trump to release thr classified documents on Kennedy's assassination. Trump along with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. have advocated for its release but walked it back.

Owens was barred from entry to Australia and is on probationary with New Zealand with the possibility of banment. Israeli lobbyists urged the Australian and New Zealand government to ban her.

Australia has also banned any active Israeli Defense Force officers who engaged in the genocide and invasion of the Middle East.

The USS Liberty incident was an attack on a United States Navy technical research ship (a spy ship), USS Liberty, by Israeli Air Force jet fighter aircraft and Israeli Navy motor torpedo boats, on June 8, 1967, during the Six-Day War. The combined air and sea attack killed 34 crew members (naval officers, seamen, two marines, and one civilian NSA employee), wounded 171 crew members, and severely damaged the ship. At the time, the ship was in international waters north of the Sinai Peninsula, about 25.5 nautical miles (47.2 km; 29.3 mi) northwest from the Egyptian city of Arish.

Israel was forced to apologize for the attack, saying that USS Liberty had been attacked in error after being mistaken for an Egyptian ship. Both the Israeli and U.S. governments conducted inquiries and issued reports that concluded the attack was a mistake due to Israeli confusion about the ship's identity. Others, including survivors of the attack, have rejected these conclusions and maintain that the attack was deliberate. Thomas Hinman Moorer, 7th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, accused President Lyndon B. Johnson of having covered up that the attack was a deliberate act.

In May 1968, the Israeli government paid US$3.32 million (equivalent to US$29.1 million in 2023) to the U.S. government in compensation for the families of the 34 men killed in the attack. In March 1969, Israel paid a further $3.57 million ($29.6 million in 2023) to the men who had been wounded. In December 1980, it agreed to pay $6 million ($22.2 million in 2023) as the final settlement for material damage to the ship plus 13 years of interest.

This incident may have helped Richard Nixon win. A lot of progressives were demanding the president to stop aiding Israel.

Johnson ignored them and led the U.S. into war with Vietnam thanks to Israel.

Johnson dropping out of his reelection and his running mate Hubert Humphrey took over and lost to Nixon. Almost similar to Biden dropping out of his reelection and Kamala Harris took over and lost to Trump.

Jigga Accuser Confirms Inconsistencies!

The Jigga Man wants to sanction lawyer who brought sexual assault accusations on him.

Yeah, Shawn Corey Carter is an adulterer but a rapist? Uh, we will see!

The media mogul is moving to sue the lawyer who brought forward an accuser who claimed at the age of 13, she was sexually assaulted by Jay-Z and Sean "Puffy" Combs, known as Diddy.

The biggest shock since Donald J. Trump's return is the downfall of former Bad Boy Records CEO, Diddy.

His arrest and accusations has rocked the entertainment industry. Many celebrities and Trump are under the radar.

Of course, the far right is linking Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Lopez, former president Barack Obama, Jay-Z, Will Smith, Serena Williams, Venus Williams and numerous others to Diddy. They so fixated on accusing people they don't like of being criminals and pedophiles, while openly supporting a convicted felon.

MAGAland is so full of shit, it got to smell as bad Trump's Depends.

A convicted felon, sexual predator, white nationalist, habitual liar and insurrectionist who managed to escape accountability. They need to shut the fuck up and mind their business. Because Trump is knee deep in the shit.

Black women are going to be proven right.

NBC News interviews the accuser. The woman is white apparently. She kept concealed to protect her identity and said she has special needs.

An Alabama woman who accused Jay-Z and Diddy of raping her when she was 13 years old sat down with NBC News to recount what she called a “catastrophic event”: a limo ride to a white house, a drink that made her feel woozy, a sexual assault by rap stars that would ruin her life.

But the woman and her lawyers also acknowledge that there were some inconsistencies in her account in response to questions from NBC News.
“I have made some mistakes” in recollections of that night, the woman, identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit filed against Jay-Z and Diddy, told NBC News. The woman said she stands by her allegations overall. The inconsistencies in her account of the incident — alleged to have happened 24 years ago — do not necessarily mean the allegations are false.

Among the inconsistencies: The woman said her father picked her up after the alleged sexual assault, but he says he doesn’t recall that. The woman also claims she spoke to a celebrity at the after-party where she said she was sexually assaulted, but that celebrity said he was not in New York at that time. And images from that evening show Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, and Sean “Diddy” Combs at a different location than the one the woman described, although their whereabouts for the entire evening are unclear.

Tony Buzbee ain't done yet. He said accusers are coming forward.

“This incident didn’t happen,” Carter told NBC News in a statement Friday, “and yet he filed it in court and doubled down in the press,” he added, referring to one of the woman’s attorneys, Tony Buzbee. “True Justice is coming. We fight FROM victory, not FOR victory. This was over before it began. This 1-800 lawyer doesn’t realize it yet, but, soon.”

Buzbee says he is continuing to vet her claims.

“Jane Doe’s case was referred to our firm by another, who vetted it prior to sending it to us,” he told NBC News in an email. “Our client remains fiercely adamant that what she has stated is true, to the best of her memory. We will continue to vet her claims and collect corroborating data to the extent it exists. Because we have interrogated her intensely, she has even agreed to submit to a polygraph. I’ve never had a client suggest that before.”

“In any event,” he added, “we always do our best to vet each claim made, just as we did in this case. This has been extremely distressing for her, to the point she has experienced seizures and had to seek medical treatment due to the stress.”

The allegations against Carter suggest a seismic shift, potentially linking the rap legend to the alleged behavior laid out in civil and criminal cases against Combs, who is in a Brooklyn jail awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Carter’s attorney Alex Spiro said, “It is stunning that a lawyer would not only file such a serious complaint without proper vetting, but would make things worse by further peddling this false story in the press. We are asking the Court to dismiss this frivolous case today, and will take up the matter of additional discipline for Mr. Buzbee and all the lawyers that filed the complaint.”

Combs’ attorneys called the suit a “shameful money grab.” Buzbee has filed more than 20 lawsuits against Combs.

The lawsuit was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York, listing Combs as a defendant, and it was refiled Sunday to name Carter as another defendant.

NBC News traveled to Houston to interview the woman, who declined to be identified, at her attorney’s office earlier this week.

“You should always fight for what happened to you,” she said about why she is going public with her accusations now. “You should always advocate for yourself and be a voice for yourself. You should never let what somebody else did ruin or run your life. I just hope I can give others the strength to come forward like I came forward.”

The woman, who is now 38, told NBC News she was living in Rochester, New York, in 2000 and that attending the VMAs was “on my bucket list at 13. It was like, ‘Oh, my gosh,’ one of those things I’ve got to do.” She said she snuck out a window to evade her parents.

A friend drove her to Radio City Music Hall in New York City, she said in the lawsuit. People thronged into viewing areas outside the venue, which was decked out for the awards. Crowds roared when J.Lo arrived. Eminem performed on the street.

She didn’t have a ticket, and said in the suit she watched some of the show on a jumbotron outside. She also started chatting up limo drivers. “I’m trying to get in to try to stay back and get to an after-party and get invited in and meet some celebrities,” she told NBC News.

One limo driver said he worked for Combs and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for,” the suit said, and he told her to return later and he’d take her to an after-party. After about 20 minutes in the limo, she said in the suit, she arrived at a “large white residence with a gated U-shaped driveway.” She said in the suit she signed a document that she didn’t read.

Inside, she told NBC News, “I’m talking to, like, Fred Durst, Benji Madden, about his tattoo, because, you know, about his tattoo that’s ‘The Last Supper,’ because I have a religious background, so it was just something to talk about.”

After accepting a drink from a waitress, she told NBC News: “I started feeling funny. Tried to start looking for a place to lay down.”

She found an empty room with a bed in it, she said in the suit, and soon after, Combs, Carter and a woman entered the room. “You are ready to party!” Combs said, according to the suit.

Both Combs and Carter raped her, she said. “Jay-Z comes over, holds me down. I start trying to push away. He puts his hand over my mouth, tells me to stop it, to cut the shit, and then he rapes me like he had me overpowered,” she said.

Afterward, she said in the suit, she managed to flee the house and ran to a gas station.

“I was upset, and the person at the gas station could tell that I was obviously upset, and she let me use the phone. I called my dad because he was the only person I trust at that time. I told him I messed up and I needed a ride home,” she told NBC News. “We rode home in silence. He didn’t ask me what happened. He didn’t ask me what I did or where I was.”

She told NBC News she never told anyone about the alleged assault or wrote it down in a diary. “Even if somebody found out, who was gonna believe me? I mean, it was to the word of two celebrities against mine,” she said.
