A Republican appointed federal judge blames Kenneth Walker not the Louisville Metro Police for Breonna Taylor's death.
The Louisville Metro Police went to the wrong home. They did a no knock warrant.
The boyfriend fires off a round, the LMPD opens fire killing an EMT while she was in her bed. Three officers who were detectives were demoted and fired respectively. BreonnaTaylor, you are not forgotten
Elections have consequences.
Former president Donald J. Trump has nominated more Supreme Court Justices and federal judges than President Joe Biden. If he does win, Republicans will abandon the filibuster and ram through judicial nominees without opposition. They will also advocate blocking Supreme Court nominees if a Democratic president does win.
A federal judge appointed by Ronald Reagan tossed out criminal charges in a federal indictment of those three former detectives.
U.S. District Judge Charles Simpson’s ruling declared that the actions of Taylor’s boyfriend, who fired a shot at police the night of the raid, were the legal cause of her death, not a bad warrant.
Federal charges against former Louisville Police Detective Joshua Jaynes and former Sgt. Kyle Meany were announced by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland in 2022 during a high-profile visit to Louisville. Garland accused Jaynes and Meany, who were not present at the raid, of knowing they had falsified part of the warrant and put Taylor in a dangerous situation by sending armed officers to her apartment.
But Simpson wrote in the Tuesday ruling that “there is no direct link between the warrantless entry and Taylor’s death.” Simpson’s ruling effectively reduced the civil rights violation charges against Jaynes and Meany, which had carried a maximum sentence of life in prison, to misdemeanors.
The judge declined to dismiss a conspiracy charge against Jaynes and another charge against Meany, who is accused of making false statements to investigators.
When police carrying a drug warrant broke down Taylor’s door in March 2020, her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, fired a shot that struck an officer in the leg. Walker said he believed an intruder was bursting in. Officers returned fire, striking and killing Taylor, a 26-year-old Black woman, in her hallway.
Two former LMPD detectives got two toppings dropped off the federal sandwich.
Simpson concluded that Walker’s “conduct became the proximate, or legal, cause of Taylor’s death.”
“While the indictment alleges that Jaynes and Meany set off a series of events that ended in Taylor’s death, it also alleges that (Walker) disrupted those events when he decided to open fire” on the police, Simpson wrote.
Walker was initially arrested and charged with attempted murder of a police officer, but that charge was later dropped after his attorneys argued Walker didn’t know he was firing at police.
“Obviously we are devastated at the moment by the judge’s ruling with which we disagree and are just trying to process everything,” Taylor’s family wrote in a statement Friday to The Associated Press. It said prosecutors told the family they plan to appeal Simpson’s ruling.
“The only thing we can do at this point is continue to be patient ... we will continue to fight until we get full justice for Breonna Taylor.”
The U.S. Justice Department said in an email that it “is reviewing the judge’s decision and assessing next steps.”
He will retire if Trump wins. Future judges like his grandchildren will be a headache.
A third former officer charged in the federal warrant case, Kelly Goodlett, pleaded guilty in 2022 to a conspiracy charge and is expected to testify against Jaynes and Meany at their trials.
Federal prosecutors alleged Jaynes, who drew up the Taylor warrant, had claimed to Goodlett days before the warrant was served that he had “verified” from a postal inspector that a suspected drug dealer was receiving packages at Taylor’s apartment. But Goodlett knew that was false and told Jaynes the warrant did not yet have enough information connecting Taylor to criminal activity, prosecutors said. She added a paragraph saying the suspected drug dealer was using Taylor’s apartment as his current address, according to court records.
Two months later, when the Taylor shooting was attracting national headlines, Jaynes and Goodlett met in Jaynes’ garage to “get on the same page” before Jaynes talked to investigators about the Taylor warrant, court records said.
A fourth former officer, Brett Hankison, was also charged by federal prosecutors in 2022 with endangering the lives of Taylor, Walker and some of her neighbors when he fired into Taylor’s windows. A trial last year ended with a hung jury, but Hankison is schedule to be retried on those charges in October.
Father time for Canadian American media mogul, singer, rapper and producer Justin Bieber and wife Hailey.
Hailey is the daughter of Stephen Baldwin, a hardcore Trump supporter and brother of disgraced actor Alec Baldwin, a hardcore Harris supporter. She is a model, socialite, actress and writer.
Bieber married in 2018.
The two live in LaQuinta, California and own a home in Cambridge, Ontario.
Bieber was infamous in posting an image of destroyed buildings in Gaza while "Praying for Israel."
Bieber, who rose to international stardom in 2010 with his hit “Baby,” has welcomed one of his own.
The singer, 30, posted a photo of a baby’s foot Friday on Instagram, revealing the child’s name as Jack Blues Bieber. The model, 27, reshared the post on Instagram Stories. It’s not clear when the baby was born; a representative for Hailey Bieber told The Associated Press on Friday night that no further details were available.
The couple announced they were expecting a baby in May via Instagram posts on their respective pages from an intimate vow renewal ceremony. The videos and photos show the model, who also founded the skincare brand Rhode, wearing a form-fitting white dress that showed off her baby bump. The AP confirmed Bieber was just over six months pregnant at the time of the announcement.
Since the pregnancy announcement, the couple have each shared photos together and of Hailey Bieber that displayed the model’s baby bump, including a campaign for the Rhode skincare line.
The Biebers married in November 2018, which they also announced through an Instagram post. The singer posted a photo of the duo with the caption, “My wife is awesome,” and his wife followed up by changing her Instagram username to “Hailey Bieber.” The couple dated for about a month before tying the knot.
Justin Bieber rose to fame as a teenager and went on to become a Grammy-winning artist with eight No. 1 songs under his belt, including “Sorry,” “Love Yourself” and “What Do You Mean?” His latest album, “Justice,” was released in 2021.
D.L. Hughley spoke at the Democratic National Convention and formally apologized to Vice President Kamala Harris for his remarks back in 2019 in which he told his 5 million listeners that Harris locked up the brothas.
Many Black men who are backing Donald J. Trump and formerly Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. really have no logically reason to not support Harris other than the false belief Trump gave them free money and was down for the struggle.
Two men who benefited from white privilege and entitlement seem to be attracting Black men for some odd reason.
Even supporters of Harris are questioning her ability to be president.
Enter Atlanta media mogul, rapper and producer Jermaine Dupri (Mauldin).
The legendary entertainer who founded the hip-hop powerhouse So So Def Recordings had some questions for Harris as he done his power walks.
Dupri claims that Harris hasn't done enough and she told her that "her hands are tied."
No. 1 - Harris is the Vice President of the United States. She has only limited powers as the vice president. She is an ambassador for the U.S. as well as the top legislative officer of the U.S. Senate, as the president of the Senate. In this capacity, the vice president is empowered to preside over the United States Senate, but may not vote except to cast a tie-breaking vote. The vice president is indirectly elected at the same time as the president to a four-year term of office by the people of the United States through the Electoral College, but the electoral votes are cast separately for these two offices. Following the passage in 1967 of the Twenty-fifth Amendment to the US Constitution, a vacancy in the office of vice president may be filled by presidential nomination and confirmation by a majority vote in both houses of Congress.
Cordial.
No. 2 - Congress. Any legislation that becomes a law has to pass through the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. With a hyperpartisan Congress, it is nearly impossible for anything to get done with members always voting, blocking, filibustering and showboating.
No. 3 - Legality. Many of President Joe Biden's policies are being challenged in federal court. The U.S. Supreme Court's 6-3 far right majority has often rollback legislative and judicial decisions. It is frustrating that our courts have ruined a legacy of progress.
Dupri as well as millions of others do not know who their local, state and federal officials are. Many of the known lawmakers are considered controversial. More people know about Marjorie Taylor Greene, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Lauren Boebert, Jasmine Crockett and Nancy Pelosi more than the own legislator.
We lost in civics because too many Americans are more inclined to vote based off their parents.
Those family reunions are going to be interesting.
Winners and losers of 2024.
Cringe as we see one old geezer embrace another.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has officially ended his presidential bid and endorsed Donald J. Trump for the role.
Kennedy and Nicole Shanahan could not generate enough support for their independent bid. Kennedy is one of the members of the dynasty. He is one of 11 children of Robert F. Kennedy, Sr. and Ethel Kennedy is considered the black sheep of the family.
Caroline Kennedy, the cousin of RFK, Jr. backs Vice President Kamala Harris. She is the last surviving daughter of John F. Kennedy, Sr. and Jacqueline Kennedy.
Ethel, Kennedy's own mother endorsed Harris.
Kennedy blames everyone execpt Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, Sean "Softball" Hannity and Bari Weiss. They were involved in trying to split the Democrats. Now they are trying to push for independent Cornel West and Green Party presumptive nominee Jill Stein. Both of them are old as Kennedy and Trump.
This is who Kennedy supports!
Kennedy’s endorsement was immediately disavowed by his extended family, who called it “a betrayal” and endorsed the Democratic ticket of Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.
“We believe in Harris and Walz,” Kennedy’s siblings said in a statement. “Our brother Bobby’s decision to endorse Trump today is a betrayal of the values that our father and our family hold most dear. It is a sad ending to a sad story.”
Kennedy will campaign with Trump in Phoenix.
Trump welcomed Kennedy onstage during his rally in Arizona on Friday night, saying the independent ran an "extraordinary campaign" hours after Kennedy endorsed the former president.
"With all those votes he was getting, he has a lot of votes that he could have gotten ... I think he's going to have a huge influence on this campaign," Trump said near the beginning of his event in Glendale, a suburb of Phoenix.
Trump went on to say that if elected, he would establish a commission on assassination attempts in honor of Kennedy. Kennedy’s father, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy Sr., and uncle, President John F. Kennedy, were both assassinated. The commission, Trump said, would be tasked with releasing remaining documents on the 1963 presidential assassination — records that Trump didn't release when he was in office.
In his remarks, Kennedy recounted having talked with Trump about issues that he said "bind us together," including "having safe food and ending the chronic disease epidemic."
"Don't you want a president that's going to make America healthy again?" asked Kennedy, a longtime anti-vaccine advocate who suspended his presidential campaign Friday.
The alliance between the Trump and Kennedy marks a new phase in their relationship after years of criticizing each other.
Grumpy old men.
Trump has called Kennedy a "phony radical left fool," a "Democratic 'plant,'" and a "liberal lunatic," despite many of Kennedy's views conflicting with those of Democrats.
Kennedy said in a 2018 Newsweek op-ed that the Trump "presidency has not just discredited our nation, but the entire American experiment in self government."
In a separate op-ed that year published by NBC News, Kennedy called Trump's policies a "discredit to democracy."
President Trump’s policies have been not to actively encourage democracy abroad, but to reach out to some of the most tyrannical governments in the world and to give them sustenance and encouragement," he wrote at the time.
Those views appeared to take a back seat on Friday when Kennedy endorsed Trump at an event in Phoenix. Kennedy said he would remove his name from the ballot in "about 10 battleground states where my presence would be a spoiler." However, he encouraged voters in states where he remains on the ballot to still vote for him this fall.
Some Kennedy supporters in Arizona who spoke with NBC News said they're throwing their support behind Trump.
Bruce Brimacombe, a resident of Scottsdale, said that he now plans to vote for Trump because of Kennedy's involvement.
"It’s not that I’m not going to vote for Trump for being Trump," said Brimacombe. "I’m going to vote for Trump because if Bobby is able to do what he’s been asked to do, I’ll be behind it. Because that’s going to build a platform."
Casey Westerman, a Trump voter in 2016 and 2020 who was going to back Kennedy in November, now plans to support Trump. The Chandler resident is going to back Trump again because "I trust Bobby."
I want to vote for her but I am sick of her endless support for Israel and the status quo.
Vice President Kamala Harris had me right up until she brought up with all due respect: Israel.
I can't fathom how anyone can support Israel after what they've done since its founding.
But here we are.
It was a tightrope that Harris and former president Donald J. Trump must walk.
They are emboldened by the Israeli lobby and they rely on this to win. It must end.
It was an exciting night for the Democrats as they nominated the first African American woman to be their party's nominee. Kamala Davi Harris is now tasked to carry on the Democrats as they face off against Trump and MAGA.
But what unfortunately keeps me in the uncertainty is the fact that she will continue to back Israel, parrot their propaganda and be wishy washy on Palestinian self determination. While she did say it, her speech rings echoes of AIPAC.
President Joe Biden is working on trying to have a ceasefire, but what happens once it's over?
Over 50,000 people are dead. Generations of buildings, lives and opportunity ruined.
Israelis still continuing to steal land, gaslight us, meddle in our elections, weaponize antisemitism and instigate conflicts all over the world. America will eventually become engage with Iran or some other countries in the near future.
Harris' full-throated defense of Israel in her convention speech Thursday night has echoed the language of President Joe Biden. It has drawn criticism from pro-Palestinian protesters.
Harris, who spent a lengthy segment of her acceptance speech talking about the war in Gaza, also expressed sympathy for the innocent lives lost and called for a cease-fire deal.
The war was a source of tension at the convention. Crowds of pro-Palestinian protesters demonstrated outside the convention hall every night. Delegates inside the arena who were elected as "uncommitted" in protest votes against Biden's support of Israel had tried to haggle over a speaking slot but were denied. Several stood in silent protest at various points in the week.
"Let me be clear, I will always stand up for Israel’s right to defend itself, and I will always ensure Israel has the ability to defend itself, because the people of Israel must never again face the horror that a terrorist organization called Hamas caused on Oct. 7, including unspeakable sexual violence and the massacre of young people at a music festival," Harris said.
She continued: "At the same time, what has happened in Gaza over the past 10 months is devastating. So many innocent lives lost. Desperate, hungry people fleeing for safety, over and over again. The scale of suffering is heartbreaking."
Harris said she and Biden are working to end the war in Gaza so that "Israel is secure" and the hostages are released and that "the suffering in Gaza ends and the Palestinian people can realize their right to dignity, security, freedom and self-determination."
Her comments were notable as she faced pressure from some in the Democratic Party who wanted her to break with Biden in his support for Israel.
Wednesday night, the parents of one of the American hostages still being held by Hamas spoke about their son, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, whose arm was blown off by Hamas before he was loaded into a pickup truck and taken into Gaza.
"That was 320 days ago," said his mother, Rachel Goldberg-Polin. "Since then, we live on another planet. Anyone who is a parent or has had a parent can try to imagine the anguish and misery that Jon and I and all the hostage families are enduring."
Earlier in the week, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Israel had accepted a U.S. proposal to move the negotiations over a possible cease-fire forward. He warned, however, that it was "probably the best, maybe the last, opportunity to get the hostages home, to get a cease-fire and to put everyone on a better path to enduring peace and security."
Biden also addressed the conflict in his convention speech Monday night, saying his administration is trying to "prevent a wider war."
"We’re working around the clock — my secretary of state — to prevent a wider war and reunite hostages with their families and surge humanitarian health and food assistance into Gaza now to end the civilian suffering of the Palestinian people and finally, finally, finally deliver a cease-fire and end this war."
He added, "Those protesters out in the street, they have a point. A lot of innocent people are being killed on both sides."
Anyone who opposes Israel but sympathizes with Hamas, Hezbollah, Houtis and the Iranian government are labeled terrorists or useful idiots.
Spare me the bullshit.
Israel is a white Jewish supremacist ethnostate.
Israel is becoming similar to Nazi Germany.
You criticize Israel or boycott the country, expect punishment from U.S. leaders and businesses.
You speak publicly about Israel, the regime could ban you from entry, they could put a target kill on you or torture you. Israel has defend the right for those monsters that rape people they captured in the West Bank or Gaza Strip.
Fuck Israel. The hell with all these U.S. lawmakers end their blind support of Zionism.
President Joe Biden, former president Donald J. Trump, Vice President Kamala Harris, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and most of Congress continue to ride the cock of Israel.
Biden will have a legacy of turning a blind eye to a genocide. He will also weaken the argument that the U.S. supports human rights.
Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. You upset over people protesting at a synagogue. You upset that people question a foreign government's propaganda. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

From theRiver to the Sea, Palestine will be Free! 🇵🇸 🍉
It is not antisemitic to rally for Palestine. Cry more!
Israel for way too long has manipulated me with this endless victimhood. All the while pushing for an ethno-nationalist state, Israeli government leaders [both left and right] have called for the eradication of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.
The Israeli regime has rejected a two state solution. They have interfered in U.S. elections time after time with their proxy groups the ADL and AIPAC throwing money to primary challengers against Cori Bush, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, Thomas Massie and Jamaal Bowman. They are literally influencing our lawmakers into banning TikTok, criminalizing boycotts against the regime and equating anti-Zionism with antisemitism.
They literally are spying on Muslims, Christians, protesters and organizations opposed to the regime's actions.
The Israeli regime is trying to force Americans to hate. The regime is rooting for Trump and when he returns he and Republicans can start their Project 2025 bullshit and assist in the Greater Israel bullshit.
The Israeli regime wants American lawmakers to punish lawmakers, athletes, media personalities, religious leaders, social media influencers, adult entertainment and television shows who speak out against the regime.
The evil Israeli regime has fanned outrage over regime change, boycotting entertainers who support Israel, octopuses, buttons, protests at synagogues, protests at Holocaust museums, blocking roads, blocking bridges, boycotting companies and calling for international sanctions.
Israel keeps calling it an attack on Jewish people and it amounts to antisemitic propaganda.
Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.
Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.
They are feeling it. Democrats better understand the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are under extreme pressure to do something. Some Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Harris putting her election chances in danger.
The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.
Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism.
We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.
Vice President Kamala Harris will accept her nomination for president tonight. It will also mark off a night of controversy for the Democrats.
Supporters of the Palestinian freedom movement ate warning Democrats that if they don't change on their support for Israel, they will not support her and Tim Walz, governor of Minnesota.
Also it will be a test of courage and uncertainty.
Harris is facing challenges from not only President Joe Biden whom she is abound to in policies but Donald J. Trump, J.D. Vance, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Nicole Shanahan, Elon Musk, Rupert Murdoch and AIPAC.
These entities will ensure she will have a long road ahead.

The 2024 Democratic National Convention is an ongoing presidential nominating convention in which delegates of the United States Democratic Party will vote on the party platform and ceremonially report their vote to nominate Vice President Kamala Harris for president and affirm her choice of Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota for vice president in the 2024 presidential election. It is currently being held from August 19 to 22, 2024, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Delegates nominated Harris for president through online and phone voting that lasted from August 1 to 5. Harris is the first Black woman and first South Asian person to be the presidential nominee of a major political party in the United States, and the first Democratic presidential nominee from the Western United States.
Longtime New Jersey lawmaker Bill Pascrell passed away from a brief illness.
Longtime New Jersey Democrat passed away.
Maybe the time for New Jersey First Lady Tammy Baldwin to jump in.
Bill Pascrell Jr., a 14-term incumbent and a fixture in his hometown of Paterson for more than four decades, died Wednesday. He was 87.
Pascrell had been in and out of the hospital with an illness recently. He died Wednesday morning at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, according to his long-time chief of staff, Ben Rich.
“It is with deep sadness that we announce that Bill Pascrell Jr., our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away this morning,” a statement posted on Pascrell’s X account said. “Bill fought to his last breath to return to the job he cherished and to the people he loved.”
Pascrell was slated to run for a 15th term in the fall.
President Joe Biden hailed Pascrell as “a devoted patriot, a gentleman, and an exemplary leader.”
“A beloved bridge-builder and champion for working-class people, Bill fought relentlessly to ensure their voices and needs were at the center of policymaking,” Biden said in a statement released late Wednesday. ”I always knew Bill’s positions were guided by his deep conscience and convictions.”
Pascrell was a longtime advocate for emergency responders. He spearheaded the Firefighter Investment and Response Enhancement Act, which delivers grant dollars directly to fire departments across the country.
He was instrumental in getting the Great Falls recognized as a national historical park. The waterfall on the Passaic River in Paterson falls 77 feet and is an emblem of the city and its past as an industrial town. Pascrell used the waterfall on his office’s letterhead.
President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) reacted to Bill Pascrell's passing.
Known for his candor and willingness to use New Jersey’s reputation for sharp-elbowed politics, he served on the influential House Ways and Means Committee, which handles tax-writing legislation. After Superstorm Sandy devastated the state’s shoreline in 2012, causing $65 billion in damage, and some lawmakers balked at approving aid, he took the House floor to chastise them.
“I don’t think that this is time for a pedantic debate. It’s time to take the gloves off — Jersey style,” Pascrell said. The House passed the legislation two days later.
A lifelong resident of Paterson, Pascrell served in the Army and Army Reserve after college and graduate school. He worked as a teacher in Paterson and served on the Board of Education there from 1979 to 1982 before going on to the state Legislature.
He was Paterson’s mayor from 1990 to 1996, when he ran for Congress.
A baseball fan and sometime player who coached the Democratic team in this year’s congressional baseball game, he said in an interview with Roll Call he had two tryouts with the Philadelphia Phillies.
“I was a catcher. I weighed 125 pounds in high school. I loved it. I used to eat a little dirt before every game to try to scare the other team. They’d say that guy is totally nuts,” he said.
Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy remembered Pascrell for “an unwavering instinct for drawing strength from our state’s diversity” and said he was a “champion for our most vulnerable neighbors.”
Pascrell is the second New Jersey representative to die in office this year.
Democrat Donald Payne Jr. died in April, and was succeeded on the ballot in a special primary held last month by Newark City Council President now member Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ).
Unlike vacant Senate seats, which New Jersey also faces this year because of independent senator Bob Menendez’s resignation after bribery convictions, the governor doesn’t appoint House members.
It’s unclear yet whether there will be a special election to fill Pascrell’s unexpired term, which ends in January. Murphy has the authority to call an election, though it’s unclear what he’ll do. A message seeking comment was left with his office.
Former president Donald J. Trump has limited powers after his term, none of them allows him to do anything involving foreign policies. Trump allegedly told Isrseli regime leaders that the conflict should continue because its driving President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris poll numbers down and it may make a difference if Trump does win.
It appears that Trump may have violated the Logan Act.
Benjamin Netanyahu denies it but Israel always lies about things so do not believe them.
Trump is a habitual liar and it is likely he will admit it through his stale campaign speeches.
No it is not blood libel. The Israeli regime and Zionists weaponized antisemitism to a point to where it has become more of a smear against critics instead of an actual concern.
Trump is trying to build a coalition of extremists to win. On Friday, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. may end his longshot presidential bid and endorse Trump. Netanyahu and AIPAC are rooting for Trump because he will continue the status quo.
Harris will too but she is likely to condition Israeli aid which will rile up Zionists and members of Congress who unabashedly support this evil regime.
When Netanyahu came to do his lame Joint Session of Congress, he visited the Ehite House to meet Biden and Harris. He jetson to Mar-a-Lago to meet Trump. During their last meeting in July, Trump demanded that Netanyahu quickly end Israel's war in Gaza, but the former president also criticized ceasefire demands.
"He knows what he's doing, I did encourage him to get this over with," Trump told reporters at a press conference on Thursday. "It has to get over with fast. ... Get your victory and get it over with. It has to stop, the killing has to stop."
There has been an increased risk of a broader war in the Middle East after the recent killings of Palestinian Islamist group Hamas' leader Ismail Haniyeh in Iran and Hezbollah military commander Fuad Shukr in Beirut. Both drew threats of retaliation against Israel.
In an event later on Thursday about tackling antisemitism, Trump criticized Biden and Harris' months-long calls for a ceasefire in Gaza.
"From the start, Harris has worked to tie Israel's hand behind its back, demanding an immediate ceasefire, always demanding ceasefire," Trump said, adding it "would only give Hamas time to regroup and launch a new October 7 style attack."
Trump added: "I will give Israel the support that it needs to win but I do want them to win fast."
In the same event, Trump also labelled pro-Palestinian supporters calling for an end to U.S. support for Israel's war as "pro-Hamas thugs" and "jihad sympathizers." He threatened to arrest and deport them from the U.S. if he became president.
Netanyahu's office and Trump both separately denied on Thursday an Axios report that said they had spoken the previous day about Gaza ceasefire and hostage release talks.
Biden laid out a three-phase ceasefire proposal in an address on May 31. Washington and regional mediators have since tried arranging the Gaza ceasefire-for-hostages deal but have run into repeated obstacles.
The Axios report cited two U.S. sources. One source said the reported call was intended to encourage Netanyahu to take the deal, but stressed he did not know if this is indeed what the former president told Netanyahu.
Egypt, the United States and Qatar have scheduled a new round of Gaza ceasefire negotiations this week.
Washington, Israel's most important ally, has said that a ceasefire in Gaza will reduce the rising threat of a wider war.
We won't stop until there is a free Palestine.
The latest bloodshed in the decades-old Israeli-Palestinian conflict was triggered on Oct. 7 when Hamas attacked Israel, killing 1,200 and taking about 250 hostages, according to Israeli tallies. I strongly dispute the claims. Israel has intentionally killed their own citizens, humanitarian aid workers and soliders. They probably killed these festival goers who were just casualties of war according to the regime.
The "hostages" are likely dead by now.
Israel's subsequent assault on the Hamas-governed enclave has since killed over 40,000 Palestinians, according to the local health ministry, while also displacing nearly the entire population of 2.3 million, causing a hunger crisis and leading to genocide allegations at the World Court that Israel denies.
PBS and Judy Woodruff had to apologize because the regime cried. Oh it's true. Israel is a powerful entity in the U.S. and it should come to an end.
Get upset at your president, your presidential candidates, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.
Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies.
The days of freedom will soon come to an end for Andrew Tate.
Black extremists Andrew and Tristian Tate are back in Romanian custody. The two brothers were arrested for allegations of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation of minors.
Winners and losers of 2024.
Candace Owens, Nick Fuentes, Adin Ross, Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon and Matt Walsh associate with this loser Andrew Tate.
Romanian authorities will likely take their passport and keep them in custody.
Andrew Tate, an American born British former boxer, mixed martial artist and internet troll. Tate is known for the Men's Rights Movement. He is an alt-right influncer and is associated with the Proud Boys.
His father was legendary chess master Emory Tate.
He is a Black man despite his cuddling to white nationalism.
His controversial commentary has resulted in his expulsions from various social media platforms and concern that he promotes misogynist views to his audience. As a divisive influencer, Tate has amassed 9.9 million followers on X; and was the third-most googled person in 2023, with most British adults aware of who he is. He has been dubbed the "king of toxic masculinity", as part of the manosphere; is described as both right-wing and far-right, and has previously self-described as a misogynist. As of July 2024, Tate is facing four legal cases – two criminal, and two civil – in Romania and the United Kingdom.
In December 2022, Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested in Romania, along with two women. In June 2023, all four were charged with rape, human trafficking, and forming an organised crime group to sexually exploit women. In July that year, two of the accusers reportedly went into hiding after a campaign of online harassment, and the Tate brothers filed a defamation lawsuit, claiming $5 million in damages against one of the accusers. In March 2024, British police obtained an arrest warrant for the Tate brothers as part of an investigation into rape and human trafficking, and in July 2024, began a civil case against the brothers and a third person for alleged tax evasion. Tate and his brother have denied all charges. The following month Romanian police raided four properties owned by Tate and expanded it's investigation to include trafficking minors, sex with a minor, money laundering and attempting to influence witnesses.
Masked police officers in Romania carried out fresh raids early Wednesday at the home of divisive internet influencer Andrew Tate, who is awaiting trial on charges of human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.
Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, said it was searching four homes in Bucharest and nearby Ilfov county, investigating allegations of human trafficking, the trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, influencing statements and money laundering. The agency added that hearings will later be held at its headquarters.
Tate’s spokesperson, Mateea Petrescu, said in response to the raids that “although the charges in the search warrant are not yet fully clarified, they include suspicions of human trafficking and money laundering” and added that his legal team is present. Petrescu did not address the allegations involving minors.
Dozens of police officers and forensic personnel were scouring Tate’s large property on the edge of the capital Bucharest. “During the entire criminal process, the investigated persons benefit from the procedural rights and guarantees provided by the Code of Criminal Procedure, as well as the presumption of innocence,” DIICOT noted in its statement.
The 37-year-old Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan, 36, both former kickboxers and dual British-U.S. citizens who have amassed millions of social media followers, were arrested in 2022 near Bucharest along with two Romanian women. Romanian prosecutors formally indicted all four last year. They have denied the allegations.
Petrescu said late Wednesday that the Tate brothers have been detained for 24 hours, which is the maximum DIICOT can hold them without a judge approving a request by prosecutors for a longer period. “As of yet, no proposal has been submitted by the prosecution,” she said.
As the brothers were ushered from their home into a police van outside, Andrew Tate complained to reporters that the case was progressing too slowly. “What I’ve done wrong, who knows,” he claimed.
Andrew Tate is known for expressing misogynistic views online and has amassed 9.9 million followers on the social media platform X, and has repeatedly claimed that prosecutors have no evidence against him and that there is a political conspiracy to silence him. He was previously banned from various social media platforms for misogynistic views and hate speech.
In April, the Bucharest Tribunal ruled that the prosecutors’ case file against the four met the legal criteria and that a trial could start but did not set a date for it to begin. That ruling came after the legal case had been discussed for months in the preliminary chamber stages, a process in which the defendants can challenge prosecutors’ evidence and case file.
After the Tate brothers’ arrest in 2022, they were held for three months in police detention before being moved to house arrest. They were later restricted to the Bucharest and Ilfov counties, and later to all of Romania.
Last month, a court overturned an earlier decision that allowed the Tate brothers to leave Romania as they await trial. The earlier court ruled on July 5 that they could leave the country as long as they remained within the 27-member European Union. The decision was final.
In March, the Tate brothers also appeared at the Bucharest Court of Appeal in a separate case, after British authorities issued arrest warrants over allegations of sexual aggression in a U.K. case dating back to 2012-2015. The appeals court granted the British request to extradite the the Tates to the U.K., but only after legal proceedings in Romania have concluded.
