Benzino: No Neck And No Juice!🥃🤮

Raymond Scott pretends to vomit when he hears Eminem.

Winners and losers of 2024.

He landed a blow but still ended up losing.

Well the dsyfunctional life of Raymond Leon Scott continues. The former rapper who also goes by the stage name Benzino got out of retirement when his longtime rap rival made a single dissing him.

Scott who is damn near 60 years old released two diss tracks at Eminem.

It is part of an ongoing feud that has been going on for over 20 years. It is the only thing memorable about him. Besides the reality series, "Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta", Scott was the former co-owner of The Source Magazine and Hip-Hop Weekly.

He started a feud with Em to promote his album in 2002. Scott accused Em of being a "culture vulture" and a "Rap Elvis." Eminem is white and probably the most successful rappers because of his rhyming skills, not his race. Em released two devastating disses at Scott and ruined his rap career.

Scott in turn, used The Source Magazine as a weapon to trash Em. He tried to brand Em a racist after he made a demo tape dissing a Black woman. The song was blocked by Em and Scott ignored the injunction and released the single in full. Em sued the magazine and its founder Dave Mays, a white business executive and Scott's rap manager at the time. The Source ended up wasting all its money and going into bankruptcy. The magazine executives fired Mays and Scott after the feud. Mays ended up doing other ventures and Scott ended up going broke. Mays helped Scott get on reality television with Stevie J. He ended up ruining that and as of today, Scott has struggled.
Scott has spent most of his time going on podcasts and trolling on social media complaining about Em and how the system runs Black culture. Most people see him as a repulsive man with serious mental issues. Eminem made it known in the devastating disses, "The Sauce" and the "Nail in the Coffin." Eminem branded him as one of the worst rappers in the world.

Eminem, one of the world's best rappers succeeded in selling over 200 million albums.

He released 11 albums. He is currently signed to Aftermath Entertainment under the legendary producer Dr. Dre. Em also has Shady Records which launched the rap careers of 50 Cent, Yelawolf, D12 and Slaughterhouse.

Scott is the father of rapper/singer Coi Leray. He also is engaged in an ongoing feud with her. He is upset that she won't loan him money. Scott is upset over Coi getting a Grammy nomination and having a major fan base. Coi is trying to avoid his feuds.

So he also is feuding with podcasters The Evolve, Cliff Beats, Steve Knight, Crypt, NoLifeShaq, Knox Hill and DJ Vlad. They succeeded where Scott failed. Scott tried to start a podcast but failed. These podcasters covered Scott's failures and the neverending feud with Eminem.

Since he released the rap disses, "Vulturius" and "Rap Elvis", many accused Scott of having ghostwriters writing his music. Scott somewhat admitted he had help in writing the diss songs.

This picture of Cassidy is already embarrassing. Raymond Scott allegedly used Cassidy to ghostwrite his rap disses on Eminem.

Several point out former Ruff Ryder rapper Cassidy as being the one who helped Scott with the disses.

Now Scott promoting his rap disses and begging for a boxing match between Eminem and Royce Da 5'9". He appeared on "Drink Champs."

The "Drink Champs" podcast features N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN had Scott on and let's just say, he literally has mental issues. Somehow, I managed to listen and watch segments and boy oh boy: he is a mess.

Scott is obsessed with Em.

Scott had claimed in March 2022 that their beef was over but has continued to take digs at Eminem in public.

Eminem is working on documentary about Stans.

Eminem is working on a film about people like Scott. The rapper is addressing superfans and people like this.

According to the synopsis, the film -- with the working title "Stans" -- is a "revealing, edgy, and disarmingly personal journey into the world of superfandom, told through the lens of one of the world's most iconic and enduring artists, Eminem, and the fans that worship him."

Shady Films' Paul Rosenberg (Eminem's longtime manager) and Stuart Parr say, "'Stans' will be the opportunity for us to to turn the camera around and ask the audience about being fans -- and in some cases, fanatics. This is a study of the relationship between fanbase and artist through the lens of one of Eminem's most fascinating songs and one of the world's most important entertainers."

I am certain that Scott will be talking about this feud for months. To this day, Scott blames Em, 50 Cent, Jimmy Iovine, Angie Martinez, Funkmaster Flex, Julia Beverly, Kim Osorio, Mr. Gzuz, Coi Leray,  Real World Police, Althea Hart, Stevie J, Joseline Hernández, Mona Scott, NoLifeShaq, The Evolve, Crypt, Knox Hill, Stevie Knight, JayBlac, DJ Vlad, Busta Rhymes, Russell Simmons, Quincy Jones III, DJ Mister Cee, Star, Angela Yee, Wendy Williams and even his old friend Dave Mays for his fucked up situations.

Scott said that no one in the hood plays Eminem's music. He said Em's music is trailer trash and his fans voted for Donald J. Trump. He said thinks Em rhymes "masturbater in the elevator" whenever he's on the mic.

Tell me:

Has anyone in the hood ever heard of a Benzino song (other than the most recent disses)?

Or perhaps has anyone ever played any of Benzino's music?

In closing, Benzino: No Neck and No Juice!

355 Million Reasons!

Trump is bleeding his and the Republican Party's money.

More financial woes for former president Donald J. Trump, his sons Donald, Jr. and Eric and of course their former chief officer Allen Weisselberg.

The Trump Organization is out of business. The former president and his sons are banned from operating a business in New York for three years.

Trump was ordered to on Friday to pay $355 million in penalties, finding that the former president lied about his wealth for years in a sweeping civil fraud verdict that pierces his billionaire image but stops short of putting his real estate empire out of business.

Judge Arthur Engoron’s decision after a trial in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit punishes Trump, his company and executives, including his two eldest sons, for scheming to dupe banks, insurers and others by inflating his wealth on financial statements. It forces a shakeup at the top of his Trump Organization, putting the company under court supervision and curtailing how it does business.

The decision is a staggering setback for the Republican presidential front-runner, the latest and costliest consequence of his recent legal troubles. The magnitude of the verdict on top of penalties in other cases could dramatically dent Trump’s financial resources and damage his identity as a savvy businessman who parlayed his fame as a real estate developer into reality TV stardom and the presidency. He has vowed to appeal and won’t have to pay immediately.

Trump’s true punishment could be far costlier because under state law he is also required to pay interest on the penalties, which James said puts him on the hook for a total of more than $450 million. The amount, which would be paid to the state, will grow until he pays.

The judge made clear, however, that the Trump Organization will continue to operate, backing away from an earlier ruling that would have dissolved Trump’s companies.

Engoron, a Democrat, concluded that Trump and his company were “likely to continue their fraudulent ways” without the penalties and controls he imposed. Engoron concluded that Trump and his co-defendants “failed to accept responsibility” and that experts who testified on his behalf “simply denied reality.”

“This is a venial sin, not a mortal sin,” Engoron wrote in a searing 92-page opinion. “They did not rob a bank at gunpoint. Donald Trump is not Bernard Madoff. Yet, defendants are incapable of admitting the error of their ways.”

He said their “complete lack of contrition and remorse borders on pathological” and “the frauds found here leap off the page and shock the conscience.”

Trump said the decision was “election inference” and “weaponization against a political opponent,” complaining to reporters at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida that he was being penalized for “having built a perfect company, great cash, great buildings, great everything.”

James, a Democrat, told reporters “justice has been served” and called the ruling “a tremendous victory for this state, this nation, and for everyone who believes that we all must play by the same rules — even former presidents.”

“Now, Donald Trump is finally facing accountability for his lying, cheating, and staggering fraud. Because no matter how big, rich or powerful you think you are, no one is above the law,” James said.

Trump still owns the Trump Organization, but he put his assets into a revocable trust and relinquished a leadership role when he became president in 2017, putting his sons Eric and Donald Trump Jr. in charge of day-to-day operations. Engoron’s ruling imposes a three-year ban on Trump serving as an officer or director of any New York company and bars his sons for two years, effectively requiring the company to find new leadership, at least temporarily.

Alina Hubba, Trump's lawyer and possible mistress calls the decision a travesty.

The monetary penalties involve what Engoron said were “ill-gotten gains” that Trump attained by making himself seem richer. They include money Trump saved by securing lower loan interest rates and profits from the sale of properties that he might not have been able to develop without that financing.

Eric and Donald Trump Jr. were each ordered to pay $4 million, their share of profits from the 2022 sale of Trump’s Washington, D.C. hotel, and the company’s former longtime chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg was ordered to pay $1 million — half of the $2 million severance he’s receiving. All told, Trump and his co-defendants owe $364 million, which James’ office said grows to $464 million when interest is included. Weisselberg and another longtime company executive, Jeffrey McConney, were barred from ever holding a corporate finance or leadership role in the state.

Engoron put the Trump Organization under the supervision of a independent monitor for at least three years, extending oversight he ordered after James sued Trump in 2022, and said the company must hire an independent compliance director to ensure that it follows financial reporting obligations and rules.

Engoron wrote that stripping Trump of his companies, as he’d previously ordered, was no longer necessary because the company will be under a “two-tiered oversight” with the independent monitor, retired federal judge Barbara Jones, and the compliance director keeping an eye on any activities that could lead to fraud.

Because it was civil, not criminal, the case did not carry the potential of prison time.

Engoron issued his decision after a 2½-month trial that Trump turned into a frequent, albeit unorthodox campaign stage. He trekked to court nearly a dozen times, watching testimony, grousing to news cameras outside the courtroom and bristling under oath that he was the victim of a rigged legal system.

During the trial, Trump called Engoron “extremely hostile” and James “a political hack.” He also incurred $15,000 in fines for violating a gag order that the judge imposed after he made a disparaging and untrue social media post about a key court staffer.

In a six-minute diatribe during closing arguments in January, Trump proclaimed “I am an innocent man” and called the case a “fraud on me.”

Trump has boasted for years about his wealth, but James’ lawsuit alleged that his claims weren’t just harmless bragging but years of deceptive practices as he built the multinational collection of skyscrapers, golf courses and other properties that catapulted him to wealth, fame and the White House.

The suit accused Trump and his co-defendants of routinely puffing up his financial statements to create an illusion his properties were more valuable than they really were. State lawyers said Trump exaggerated his wealth by as much as $3.6 billion one year.

James brought the case under a New York law that authorizes her to investigate persistent fraud in business dealings. Trump incorporated the Trump Organization in New York in 1981.

Even before the trial began, Engoron ruled that James had proven Trump’s financial statements were fraudulent. The judge ordered some of Trump’s companies removed from his control and dissolved. An appeals court put that decision on hold.

In that earlier ruling, the judge found that, among other tricks, Trump’s financial statements had wrongly claimed his Trump Tower penthouse was nearly three times its actual size and overvalued his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, based on the idea that the property could be developed for residential use, even though he had surrendered rights to develop it for any uses but a club.

Trump, one of 40 witnesses to testify at the trial, said his financial statements actually understated his net worth. Trump maintains that he is worth several billion dollars and testified last year that he had about $400 million in cash, in addition to properties and other investments.

Reiterating his testimony, Trump said Friday, “There were no victims because the banks made a lot of money.”

Trump and his lawyers have said outside accountants who helped prepare the statements should have flagged any discrepancies and have said the documents came with disclaimers that shielded him from liability. They also argued that some of the allegations were barred by the statute of limitations.

Engoron decided the case because neither side sought a jury and state law doesn’t allow for juries for this type of lawsuit.

The suit is one of many legal headaches for Trump as he campaigns for a return to the White House. He has been indicted four times in the last year — accused in Georgia and Washington, D.C., of plotting to overturn his 2020 election loss to Democrat Joe Biden, in Florida of hoarding classified documents, and in Manhattan of falsifying business records related to hush money paid to porn actor Stormy Daniels on his behalf.

On Thursday, a judge confirmed Trump’s hush-money trial will start March 25. A judge in Atlanta heard arguments Thursday and Friday on whether to remove Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from his Georgia election interference case because she had a personal relationship with a special prosecutor she hired.

Those criminal accusations haven’t appeared to undermine his march toward a rematch with President Joe Biden, but civil litigation has threatened him financially.

Last month, a jury ordered Trump to pay $83.3 million to writer E. Jean Carroll for defaming her after she accused him in 2019 of sexually assaulting her in a Manhattan department store in the 1990s. That’s on top of the $5 million a jury awarded Carroll in a related trial last year.

In 2022, the Trump Organization was convicted of tax fraud and fined $1.6 million in an unrelated criminal case for helping executives dodge taxes on extravagant perks such as Manhattan apartments and luxury cars.

James, who campaigned for office as a Trump critic and watchdog, started scrutinizing his business practices in March 2019 after his former personal lawyer Michael Cohen testified to Congress that Trump exaggerated his wealth on financial statements provided to Deutsche Bank while trying to obtain financing to buy the NFL’s Buffalo Bills.

James’ office previously sued Trump for misusing his own charitable foundation to further his political and business interests. Trump was ordered to pay $2 million to an array of charities as a fine and the charity, the Trump Foundation, was shut down.

So This Week!

Sometimes you gotta stay quiet when you win.

Winners and losers of 2024.

Killer Mike wins but ends up losing in the end.

Killer Mike addressed his arrest. He told the AP, that is was a misunderstanding and he will be vindicated once he heads to trial. Killer Mike is a rapper and activist. He was the person responsible for Gov. Brian Kemp's second term as Georgia governor and Nina Turner's failure to become an Ohio U.S. Representative.

Last week, Killer Mike was removed from the Crypto.com Arena after sweeping the 66th Annual Grammy Awards. He won three out of four Grammys. He said an “over-zealous” security guard contributed to the physical altercation that led to his arrest after the rapper and activist won three awards at the Grammys.

“As you can imagine, there was a lot going and there was some confusion around which door my team and I should enter,” Mike said in statement Tuesday. “We experienced an over-zealous security guard but my team and I have the upmost confidence that I will ultimately be cleared of all wrongdoing.”

Killer Mike [Michael Render] was escorted in handcuffs by Los Angeles police at Crypto.com Arena after joyous moments for him at the Grammys’ Premiere Ceremony, where he won his awards in quick succession. He had won his first Grammy in more than two decades.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 29 in Los Angeles.

In his statement, Mike thanked the Grammys for recognizing his work. He also noted that he and his wife are “elated” after finding out Monday that their son — who was on a list for a kidney for years — found a match.

“We are incredibly proud and are basking in this moment,” he said. “I am also grateful that one of my prayers has been answered –- the day after my Grammy win.”

Mike’s first win came after he won for best rap performance for “Scientists & Engineers,” which also took home best rap song. The single features Andre 3000, Future and Eryn Allen Kane.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Fani Willis is a winner to Black America but a loser in public perception.

Black America right now.

Fani Willis facing heat over relationship with staffer. She fights back.

It is none of the Donald J. Trump defense team's business what Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis does in her personal life. However, the public perception of an improper relationship between her and her lead prosecutor does make this a spectacle.

Willis has two high profile cases going on. The election interference trial of former president Donald J. Trump and the RICO case against rapper Young Thug and members of his YSL rap label.

Trump is facing 20 state charges involving his attempts to subvert the will of the Georgia voters in Fulton County, the state's most populated and Democratic-leaning region.

Willis is getting grilled about her own personal conduct from the witness stand against the legal teams for defendants her office has accused of election interference, many Black women recognized a dispiriting scene.

“It absolutely feels familiar. There is no secret that the common sentiment among Black women in positions of power (is that they) must over-perform to be seen as equals to their counterparts,” said Jessica T. Ornsby, a family litigation attorney in the Washington, D.C., area.

“Here, Ms. Willis is being scrutinized for things that are not directly related to her job performance, in ways we see other Black women regularly picked apart,” Ornsby said.

“I love that she stood up for herself, but I hate the fact that she had to,” said Melanie Campbell, president and CEO of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation. She said that when she saw video of the testimony she felt: “Why are you all treating her like SHE’S on trial?”

“Black women feel like we’re under attack. And that’s a fact,” Campbell said.

When questioned about Willis and her finances, they chose to make her the person under the radar and not the people who sought to overturn an election.

“It is a lie,” the district attorney said of allegations in court filings.

“You’ve been intrusive into people’s personal lives. You’re confused. You think I’m on trial,” Willis testified. “These people are on trial for trying to steal an election in 2020. I’m not on trial, no matter how hard you try to put me on trial.”

For many Black women, the inquiries into Willis’ romantic and financial life were rife with tropes and accusations often unfairly levied at Black women.

Keir Bradford-Grey, a partner at the law firm Montgomery McCracken in Philadelphia, found the questions about Willis’ personal life “disgusting.” She also said the episode had disturbing implications for Black women in leadership roles: “I can’t imagine a world where we have to continue to be treated like this as we seek leadership roles, and we do them well.”

LaTosha Brown, co-founder of voting rights group Black Voters Matter, despaired of the fact that Willis was having to answer questions about “whether she has money, whether she has cash or not and why she has cash, who she sleeps with, who is she flying on an airplane with.”

“So, what is this really about?” Brown added. “When white power, particularly white men, are being held to account ... the first thing to do is to disqualify the people that are holding them accountable,” especially when those people are Black women.

Scrutiny of Willis’ personal life has diverted attention away from the allegations against Trump.

He has been indicted four times in the last year, accused in Georgia and Washington, D.C., of plotting to overturn his 2020 election loss to Democrat Joe Biden, in Florida of hoarding classified documents, and in Manhattan of falsifying business records related to hush money paid to porn actor Stormy Daniels on his behalf. Trump has railed against individual prosecutors, judges and the legal system as a whole. But he reserves special, often coded rhetoric for his attacks on women and people of color.

“Donald Trump knows that he can make an easy target for his base out of a Black woman,” said Brittany Packnett Cunningham, a racial equality activist and podcast host. “What we should recognize is that across many indictments, this particular attack to disqualify through her personal activities is uniquely pointed. Of all the prosecutions that he has endured, this is not the approach he has taken. But he took that in particular with a Black woman.”

The testimony from Willis also reminded many of similar public questioning of Black women’s leadership, including the recent ouster of former Harvard University President Claudine Gay and the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Willis, who has a reputation as an incisive trial attorney, was visibly upset when she took the stand Thursday to reject allegations that she improperly profited from the prosecution because of the relationship.

Willis testified during an extraordinary hearing that could result in her office being removed from the state’s election interference case against former President Donald Trump. She was questioned Thursday about her relationship with the attorney leading her office’s prosecution, Nathan Wade.

Willis acknowledged in a court filing on Friday having a “personal relationship” with a special prosecutor she hired for the Georgia election interference case against former President Donald Trump but argued there are no grounds to dismiss the case or to remove her from the prosecution.

Willis hired special prosecutor Wade in November 2021 to assist her investigation into whether the Republican ex-president and others broke any laws as they tried to overturn his loss in the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. Since Trump and 18 others were indicted in August, Wade has led the team of lawyers Willis assembled to prosecute the case.

Among the acts listed in the indictment was a Jan. 2, 2021, phone call in which Trump urged fellow Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to help “find” the 11,780 votes needed to overturn his election loss to Democrat Joe Biden. Trump has pleaded not guilty, and his attorneys have said he was within his rights to challenge election results.

The feds arrest a loser who Republicans wanted as a winner.

Republicans still reaching.

FBI informant Alexander Smirnov lied and he will pay the price. As he arrived at Harry Reid International Airport in Paradise Las Vegas, Smirnov was arrested. He was the so-called "smoking gun" for Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and Sean "Softball" Hannity's neverending conspiracy theories.

Smirnov was arrested after his arrival in the U.S. from overseas.

According to the indictment, Smirnov was a confidential human source (CHS) with the FBI.  As alleged in the indictment, despite repeated admonishments that he must provide truthful information to the FBI and that he must not fabricate evidence, Smirnov provided false derogatory information to the FBI about Public Official 1, and Businessperson 1, the son of Public Official 1, in 2020, after Public Official 1 became a presidential candidate.

The indictment alleges that in March 2017, Smirnov reported to an FBI Agent that he had had a phone call with the owner of Ukrainian industrial conglomerate Burisma Holdings, Limited concerning Burisma’s interest in acquiring a U.S. company and making an initial public offering (IPO) on a U.S.-based stock exchange.  In reporting that conversation to the FBI Agent, Smirnov also noted that Businessperson 1, Public Official 1’s son, was a member of Burisma’s Board, a fact that was publicly known.  The indictment alleges that Smirnov provided no further information.

Three years later, in June 2020, the indictment alleges that Smirnov reported, for the first time, two meetings in 2015 and/or 2016.  As alleged in the indictment, Smirnov falsely claimed that during these meetings, executives associated with Burisma, admitted to him that they hired Businessperson 1 to “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems,” and later that they had specifically paid $5 million each to Public Official 1 and Businessperson 1, when Public Official 1 was still in office, so that “[Businessperson 1] will take care of all those issues through his dad,” referring to a criminal investigation being conducted by the then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General into Burisma and to “deal with [the then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General].”

This guy needs to be gone yesterday.

As alleged in the indictment, the events that Smirnov first reported to the FBI Agent in June 2020 were fabrications.  In truth and fact, the defendant had contact with executives from Burisma in 2017, after the end of the administration when Public Official 1 had no ability to influence U.S. policy and after the Ukrainian Prosecutor General had been fired in February 2016. The indictment alleges that the defendant transformed his routine and unextraordinary business contacts with Burisma in 2017 and later into bribery allegations against Public Official 1 after expressing bias against Public Official 1 and his presidential candidacy.

As further alleged in the indictment, when he was interviewed by FBI agents in September 2023, Smirnov repeated some of his false claims, changed his story as to other of his claims, and promoted a new false narrative after he said he met with Russian officials.

If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison.  Actual sentences for federal crimes are typically less than the maximum penalties. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

East Palestine Blames Biden Instead Of Norfolk Southern And Republicans!

Biden meets Republican mayor Trent Conway to oversee the federal cleanup in East Palestine, Ohio.

One year ago, a freight train derailed in East Palestine, a small town on the Ohio-Pennsylvania border. It became a part of America's dividing issues. Oh, the Chinese Balloon saga happened around this time and the Republicans were exploiting this incident before the train derailment.

Republicans exploited this tragedy for political gains. There were numerous train derailments in the United States from Feb. 2023 to the most recent in Jan. 2024. The Republicans seem to magically ignore these events. This one was a heavy price in health and water safety.

I am reminded that Gov. Mike DeWine, a Republican and former friend to President Joe Biden when they were senators blew off his attempts to make a visit. DeWine was the one who allowed the burn off and toxic waste to enter the Ohio River watershed. DeWine waited three weeks before he could ask for federal assistance.

The U.S. government immediately gets involved whenever a transportation vehicles like buses, trains, airplanes and cruise ships get into accidents.

The U.S. president never visited any train derailments until now.

But since this is Republicans exploiting tragedy for gains, Donald J. Trump arrived and did a campaign stop interrupting cleanup. The mayor of East Palestine, Ohio, Trent Conway, a Republican welcomed him with open arms and even took a hat and McDonald's from the former president.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, EPA advisor Michael Regan, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Rep. Emilia Sykes (D-OH), Rep. Max Miller (R-OH), Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH), Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA), Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) and former Republican lawmaker Bill Johnson visited the site.

Norfolk Southern is still under federal investigation for this.

The federal government is still there.

The junk food media has moved on from East Palestine. They came back knowing the president decided to come to town. One year later, Biden comes to town to check on the long term cleanup.

Biden was expected to face MAGA.

Biden faced intense scrutiny for not going to the Ohio-Pennsylvania border town in the immediate aftermath of the derailment. Upon his arrival in East Palestine, Biden was met with some signs that read, "Go home, sleepy Joe" and others requesting he "declare the emergency," according to reporters traveling with the president.

Eastern Ohio has trended more Republican.

Mohaning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties became Republicans strongholds.

"It doesn’t matter if you're Democrat or Republican or independent, what matters is we're all Americans, everyone, everyone," Biden said. "We look out for one another. We leave no one behind and we come back stronger than before. That's what you're doing here."

Biden was briefed by officials and gave remarks on the need to hold Norfolk Southern, the railroad operating the freight train, accountable for the Feb. 3, 2023, spill.

"While there are acts of God, this was an act of greed that was 100% preventable," Biden said. "Let me say it again: an act of greed that was 100% preventable."

Trump passing out hats inside a McDonald's in East Palestine. In 2023, Trump and J.D. Vance exploited the train derailment for political gains.

Biden praised the town for its "herculean efforts" in the wake of the tragedy and pledged to continue to support residents.

"I want them to understand that we're not going home, no matter what, until this job is done and it's not done yet," he said. "There's a lot more to do. The vast majority's been done but we're going to stay until the very end until every need is met."

Conaway, who has endorsed Trump in the 2024 race, invited Biden to East Palestine this month. Conaway told the Associated Press he did so, despite political differences, for the benefit of the community.

"This is a trip that he has been wanting to make but wanted to make sure that it was the right time to do," White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters Thursday.

Biden and the White House said after the spill he would visit East Palestine at some point but nothing was scheduled in 2023. Conaway heavily criticized Biden for visiting Ukraine last winter instead of East Palestine, calling it a "slap in the face."

Biden on Friday emphasized that federal responders were on the ground within hours of the toxic spill, and many of them remain there today. He also called on Congress to enact reform to bipartisan rail safety legislation.

There were no injuries reported from the derailment but 11 of the cars were transporting hazardous materials, including vinyl chloride, ethyl acrylate and isobutylene, some of which are considered to be toxic and possibly carcinogenic.

A slap in the face was a president allowing a pandemic to spread. A slap in the face was a president allowing his supporters wreck havoc on the U.S. Capitol to disrupt the congressional duties of certifying the president and vice president.

In 2017, Trump repealed a Barack Obama era regulation that monitored freight trains that exceed 80 mph with hazardous materials. Trump thought it was bothersome. The ECP brakes are expensive and rail companies opposed it. Norfolk Southern's pressing of the federal government against a rule that, in most cases, would require more than one person operating a freight train.

No Joe!

Manchin is still a pain in the ass.

West Virginia senator is retiring but no longer is vying for president. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) announced that he will not seek a third party challenge to President Joe Biden and Donald J. Trump, if the former president secured the Republican nomination.

Republican insiders were hoping the conservative Democrat and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) would break from the president and endorse a third party candidate under the No Labels brand. Manchin could siphon votes from Democrats.

Manchin, a millionaire senator from West Virginia was then governor. He was once a reliable Democrat. But as West Virginia became more friendlier to Republicans, he voted like them. Matter of fact, the state itself is considered an easy pickup knowing that millionaire and current governor Jim Justice is vying for the seat and Democrats don't have a candidate strong enough to fight the Republican. I am sure we'll have Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) annoy us until his term ends.

"I will not be seeking a third-party run. I will not be involved in a presidential run," Manchin said during a speech. "I will be involved in making sure that we secure a president that has the knowledge and has the passion and has the ability to bring this country together."

Manchin said that a third party could be viable down the road, but that a bid this year would have been “very challenging.” He added that he didn't want to be a "deal-breaker" or a "spoiler."

"I just don’t think it’s the right time," Manchin said. "We’re on a real teetering situation here that could go either way. Democracy is at stake right now."

Manchin, 76, had said last November that he would not seek re-election to his Senate seat this year, leading to speculation that he would run for the White House as an independent or as a third-party candidate.

Democrats feared a Manchin candidacy would have pulled votes away from President Joe Biden and boost former President Donald Trump, the 2024 Republican frontrunner, in a general election.

Manchin sometimes sabotages big Democrat bills because he wants to be bipartisan.

Manchin told reporters after his speech Friday that he spoke with Biden before he made his announcement, calling their conversation "very, very respectful."

In a statement following Manchin's announcement, former Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman, former North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory and civil rights leader Benjamin Chavis Jr., the national co-chairs of No Labels, said they were speaking with "several exceptional leaders" about a possible presidential ticket.

Manchin said he planned to eventually endorse a candidate for president. He also didn't rule out leaving the Democratic Party, but said he wants to try to fix it first.

"I would like to think you can save your family," Manchin said. "Or you can save your party that you were raised in."

As a Democrat representing a red state, Manchin has long been vocally critical of both major parties and the political system as a whole, a note he struck once again during his speech to about 80 attendees on Friday.

"I am convinced you can’t fix it from Washington. I’ve tried for 14 years and I saw break last week,” Manchin said, referring the the failed bipartisan border bill.

Manchin has not endorsed a Biden reelection. Biden shouldn't even care.

Racists Like Anthony Cumia Spread Like Syphilis!

Hate spreads like a disease.

Wow, X allows anything to fester on its platforms.

While Rush Limbaugh, Pat Robertson, Colin Flaherty and the white extremist IrateIrishMan took a dirt nap, we still have other plagues on this planet.

We still have Bill O'Reilly, Pat Buchanan, Jared Taylor, David Duke, Don Black, Jon Voight, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Michelle Malkin, Mark Levin, Jesse Lee Peterson, Roseanne Barr, Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham, Dan Bongino, Tucker Carlson, Ben Garrison, Steve King, Louie Gohmert, Majorie Taylor Greene, Chaya Raichik, Candace Owens, Ben Shapiro, Benjamin Netanyahu and Vladimir Putin still plaguing this planet with hate and stupidity.

While I don't wish death on these people, my hope is that Joe Biden and Donald J. Trump outlives them. Trump is a horrible human being. He is a product of their vile bullshit and vitriol.

Let's talk about syphilis. I mean Anthony Cumia, the washed up media personality who was fired from SiriusXM after he made racist tirades on social media and of course, physically assaulted his girlfriends.

Here he comes back to post his biggest threat to America. And no it's not gun violence and extremism. It's what he posted on X.

He is a walking sexually transmitted disease and folks still look at him as the voice of reason. What the fuck is this trash still doing after SiriusXM kicked his disease infested ass off the program?

Well being a racist who continues to think he's a comedian.

Cumia was a New York shock jock who hosted a show with Opie Hughes on syndication and SiriusXM. He was fired out the cannon in 2014 after he made the claim that he would have shot that "------ b***h" after he got into a confrontation at a local store.

In 2015, while on meth and alcohol, he tried to strangle his then girlfriend Danielle Brand. He took a plea deal to avoid ten years in the iron college. By then, he found his calling with the dark web. He allegedly signed up on some of those racist watering holes.

He would eventually leave New York and move to South Carolina.

He is lurking on the Canadian American extremist Gavin McInnes platforms since he no longer has a platform on media.

White supremacists frequently like to manipulate crime statistics in order to claim that nonwhite minorities, particularly African-Americans, are far more crime-prone and the source of most violent crime against whites.

I wish these folks worry about their own damn problems. They should for the sake of their health worry about at least living to see another sunrise.

Alexei Navalny Passed Away!

Alexi Navalny died in prison. A Russian critic of Vladimir Putin survived being poisoned and nearly shot to death. The prison system broke him. They tortured him to death.

Tucker Carlson did his interview with the Russian Federation president. He also hinted at interviewing Edward Snowden and Tara Reade, two Americans who sided with Russia.

The far right agitator waited two hours to meet the president. The president is extremely cautious about interviews and engaging with people. He survived assassination attempts and a coup attempt. He is running for another six year term and there is little challenge against it.

Here's Carlson's interview. Watch this if you want to but I advise not to take him seriously.

The Russian government led by Vladimir Putin is notorious for scrubbing critics. One critic was tortured to death. On top of that, his death will spark more international pressure on Russia.

The Russian Federation is currently engaging in a war in Eastern Ukraine in an attempt to seize control of five oblasts and the forced removal of its president Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The U.S. and NATO are offering weapons to Ukraine. The U.S. is stalled due to the Republicans in the House of Representatives refusing to aid more military aid.

It's part of their revenge tour. When Donald J. Trump illegally tried to withhold funding in an attempt to exploit information about Hunter and Joe Biden, he was impeached.

The Republicans refused to hold him accountable for that and Jan. 6. The Jan. 6 incident put their lives in danger and yet they failed to impeach him for that too.

Russia invaded Ukraine in Feb. 2022. During that time, Trump was praising Putin and saying that this will be a moment where he could be in charge. He boldly stated that had he won, Putin wouldn't invade.

Putin has been known to take out critics. I mean the mysterious plane crash of Wagner Group mercenary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin. Many oligarchs had mysteriously died from falls and car accidents. Others were sent to prisons in Siberia.

Don't think Navalny's death with be in vein!

Alexi Navalny was an example. The Russian has died in prison, the country's prison service said Friday, following a yearslong struggle against official corruption and President Vladimir Putin's government that saw him survive several poisoning attempts.

He was 47. Navalny leaves behind his wife, Yulia, daughter, Daria, and son, Zahar.

Navalny was poisoned with a military nerve agent while on a business trip in Russia in 2020 — an attempt on his life that he blamed directly on Putin — and spent his final years behind bars as the Russian leader reshaped the country to rally behind his war in Ukraine. Navalny's death comes as the Kremlin is preparing to orchestrate another election victory for Putin in March.

Navalny was serving a combined 30 ½-year jail sentence when he died. He went missing in Russia's penal system in December, eventually turning up at a high-security penal colony in a remote town above the Arctic Circle.

Russia's Federal Prison Service said in a statement that Navalny had died after feeling unwell following a walk Friday.

“On February 16, 2024, in penal colony No. 3, convict A.A. Navalny felt unwell after a walk, almost immediately losing consciousness,” the prison service for the Yamalo-Nenets region, where Navalny was moved, said in a statement on its website.

“The facility’s medical workers immediately arrived at the scene and an emergency medical team was called in. All necessary resuscitation measures have been carried out, but they did not yield positive results. Emergency medics confirmed the death of the convict,” the statement added.

There was no immediate information about what exactly caused Navalny's death, with the region's investigative committee saying it has launched a "procedural investigation."

Navalny's allies have long raised concerns about his health and poor conditions in jail, where they said he had to spend many days in crammed "punishment cells" for the most minor of conduct violations.

Putin has been informed, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed, according to the Russian state news agency Tass.

The Kremlin has always denied poisoning Navalny, and throughout his life has tried to downplay his importance in Russian public life, often refusing to use his name.

Untouchable.

A spokesperson for the opposition leader said on X that they did not have any confirmation or information about his death. "Russian authorities publish a confession that they killed Alexey Navalny in prison," said Leonid Volkov, a close ally of many years, in a post on X. "We do not have any way to confirm it or to prove this isn’t true."

Mikhail Khodorkovsky, an exiled former oligarch-turned-opposition-figure also said on X: "If this is true, then, regardless of the formal cause [of death], the responsibility for [Navalny's] premature death is borne by Vladimir Putin, who first authorized the poisoning of Alexei and then put him in prison."

Navalny's death leaves Russia’s opposition, wounded by years of harassment and prosecution, without a clear leader. All of Putin’s most high-profile critics are now either dead, jailed or in exile.

Navalny was, undoubtedly, the biggest thorn in the Kremlin’s side.

For more than a decade, he led nationwide protests against the authorities, ran for office to challenge members of the Russian establishment and set up a network of campaign offices across the country that have since been dismantled.

Born in 1976 in the tiny town of Bytyn, near Moscow, Navalny was educated as a lawyer and economist, but entered politics in 2008, starting his anti-corruption fund, FBK,  three years later.

He was known for his oratory skills, as well as his use of the online space to promote the results of his investigations and spread his ideal of what he called the “wonderful Russia of tomorrow.” His digital savvy made him particularly popular among Russia’s more democratically minded teenagers and youth.

Navalny rose to prominence as Russia’s most outspoken Kremlin critic after leading a series of anti-corruption investigations into members of the Russian elite.

His 2017 exposure of the lavish lifestyle of Dmitry Medvedev, a former president and prime minister, led to mass protests. And an investigation into a luxurious “secret palace” on Russia’s Black Sea coast, purportedly owned by Putin, resulted in a wave of indignation across Russia in 2021.

Navalny tried to run against Putin in the 2018 presidential election, but was barred from entering the race because of a 2014 embezzlement conviction, which he categorically denied as fabricated to keep him out of politics. Russian officials made a point of not referring to Navalny by name to avoid raising his profile in public.

While on a business trip in Russia in August 2020, Navalny was poisoned with a military nerve agent in an attempt on his life that he blamed directly on Putin.

William "Bill" Post Passed Away!

The iconic Pop-Tart.
Toaster pastries are a part of American breakfast. It became a worldwide phenomenon when William "Bill" Post created them. He was the inventor of these delicious foods known as Pop Tarts.

Kellogg's Brands owns the naming rights to Pop-Tarts, but they are found in all stores from the name brand to the store bought brands.

Post worked as the plant manager for the Michigan-based Hekman Biscuit Co., later known as Keebler Co., when Kellogg’s asked the company to create a new breakfast product.

The Pop-Tarts inventor began his career as a part-time worker in high school washing trucks at Hekman. After serving in the Army Air Corps in occupied Japan during World War II, Post returned to the company and worked up the corporate ladder.

By age 21, Post was the personnel manager of the company and worked in all aspects of the business, including sales and production. That’s when Kellogg’s executives approached him.

The executives had an idea for something "like a piece of pie, the shape of a slice of bread, fork marks around the edge, two pieces of dough with some filling in" to put in a toaster. Post took the idea and turned it into a real product, according to Kellanova.

"It is at this juncture that Bill is often credited for having 'invented' the Pop Tart," Post's obituary states. "To be accurate, however, Bill would say, 'I assembled an amazing team that developed Kellogg's concept of a shelf-stable toaster pastry into a fine product that we could bring to market in the span of just four months.'"

Pop-Tarts debuted to the public in 1964 with four original flavors: strawberry, blueberry, brown sugar cinnamon and apple-currant. The toaster pastry remains a favorite among customers 60 years later, with around 3 billion sold in 2022.

In 1967, Post moved to Illinois and began working at the Keebler corporate offices. He retired as a senior vice president at 56 but stayed on as a consultant per Kellogg's request for the next 20 years.

School's Out For Nkechi Diallo [aka Rachel Dolezal]!

Where can I go now?

The losers of 2024 continue.

I will address the junk food media's obsession with hot teachers again.

The woman who faked her race is back.

Rachel Dolezal, the American activist who was forced out of the Spokane NAACP after it was revealed she was a white woman pretending to be Black is once again out of a job.

Under the name, Nkechi Diallo, the woman lost her job teaching in Tuscon.

Remember, Diallo had an OnlyFans account so she can at least make some money for her four children. Well her past came back to haunt her. I get it, when you become a teacher, you have to hold yourself to a high degree and lead by example.

But damn it, a teacher doesn't make enough money to live. Too many of them are ending up sleeping with their students. Not saying that Diallo would, but given that she does love Black men, I assure you a Black teen can manipulate her into a sexual encounter.

She has two adopted sons and two biological sons.

Diallo in May 2019, was charged with two felonies for welfare fraud. She could have been terminated for that but she reached an agreement to pay back the amount in full and write an apology to the state. By that time, she move her family to Arizona.

Investigators alleged she failed to report tens of thousands of dollars in income from her memoir, “In Full Color: Finding My Place in a Black and White World,” and other sources, so she could collect $8,847 in food and child care assistance from the state.

Diallo was no longer employed by the Catalina Foothills School District in Tucson, Ariz., following the discovery of her OnlyFans account.

"We only learned of Ms. Nkechi Diallo's OnlyFans social media posts yesterday afternoon," the school district said in a statement to E! News on Feb. 14. "Her posts are contrary to our district's 'Use of Social Media by District Employees' policy and our staff ethics policy."

On OnlyFans, a site known for its adults-only content, Diallo noted that her page would be "where I post creative content and give fans a more intimate look into my life."

Her posts included nude and explicit images, including an explicit Christmas photo collection for a "Very Merry season filled with fantasies and pleasure." Last month, Diallo shared a post for fans to "watch me strip out of this dress."

The hot teacher.

Prior to her firing, Diallo was a part-time after-school instructor and a contract substitute, according to the Catalina Foothills School District. She joined the school district in August 2023.

E! News has reached out to Diallo for comment but hasn't heard back.

Diallo previously faced scrutiny when it was revealed that she had been lying about her race. Her estranged parents came forward to share that she was born white and grew up near Troy, Montana according to NBC News.

At the time, she was fired from the NAACP and lost her teaching post in the African studies department at Eastern Washington University.

Following the controversy, Diallo launched the Peripheries Podcast and released the book In Full Color: Finding My Place in a Black and White World in 2017, in which she "describes the path that led her from being a child of white evangelical parents to an NAACP chapter president and respected educator and activist who identifies as Black," per her book's synopsis on Amazon.

"She recounts the deep emotional bond she formed with her four adopted Black siblings," the description reads, "the sense of belonging she felt while living in Black communities in Jackson, Mississippi, and Washington, DC, and the experiences that have shaped her along the way."

❤😘💘!

I am sometimes glad I am single. I choose to be single for a reason. Right now, I don't want the drama. I just am tired of giving and doing too much.

On Valentine's Day, the average cost of spending on your loved one ranges from $20 to $300.

Be aware of the social media dating sites. If the person sends you a message on the first like, delete it. If the person asks you to visit other sites to connect, delete. If you feel pressure to do something because of the match, delete.

Recognizing an Online Dating Scam Artist

Your online "date" may only be interested in your money if he or she:
  • Presses you to leave the dating website you met through and to communicate using personal e-mail or instant messaging;
  • Professes instant feelings of love;
  • Sends you a photograph of himself or herself that looks like something from a glamour magazine;
  • Claims to be from the U.S. and is traveling or working overseas;
  • Makes plans to visit you but is then unable to do so because of a tragic event; or
  • Asks for money for a variety of reasons (travel, medical emergencies, hotel bills, hospitals bills for child or other relative, visas or other official documents, losses from a financial setback or crime victimization).
One way to steer clear of these criminals all together is to stick to online dating websites with nationally known reputations.

I am single and I am happy now being single. After years of trials and error, I finally came to the conclusion that I rather be single than in a committed relationship.

The loss of a job I loved and helping people who never backed me when I was at my lowest point has me finally waking up to the reality of being a deserted island.

Working two jobs I despise has made me learn that companies need bodies not good or bad workers. I am hoping to leave both jobs for something better. Trust me, I still maintain loyalty but it has waned over the years. I am just sick and tired of working for companies that I despise.

My biggest fear in life is failure.

I am a single father. I am a surprise father who learned about his birth months later. I never got my moment to be a first time father. It has traumatized me.

I have now learned to date and have no regrets to telling women who want to be in a relationship that I choose to be single. I used to have feelings towards those who cared, but now I could care less about people. I don't hardly get on social media and I choose to be careful about my movements.

I don't care what people say about me in public or in private. I have learned to accept the reality of being single. It wasn't easy at first. I liked a lot of women in the past.

I loved about six in my life. But now I love myself and my son.

I don't worry about Valentine's Day or any special holiday where I would spend lots of money to a woman who doesn't love me. I have to keep my guard up now because I have been through a lot to say the least.

Love.

Valentine's Day is perfect day for those who want to get married, want to be an exclusive couple, a birth, a death or a moment in history for an achievement.

I made peace with the women I've dated with in the past. I don't want to be in a relationship right now because I just rather stay focused on making money and getting a home.

I just don't have time for commitments. I don't want to carry the weight of guilt, jealousy or selfishness when it comes to being in a relationship. I have given the past relationships more than one chance. I am through with giving more opportunities to be hurt.

It's basically me being a bachelor for the time being. I rather be a single dad.

I've only loved a few women in my time. I don't admit I love a person. I feel like I've put too much into a relationship only to be let down or hurt. So I am staying numb to saying love and wanting any relationships.

I was so tired of wasting my time dating women who take advantage of me. I've called myself the dreaded "NICE GUY" who will end up always in the "FRIEND ZONE".

I feel like I'm in the "FRIEND ZONE" and may end up getting a "HIT IT AND QUIT IT" relationship.

The social media websites that attract singles are booming today. Facebook, OKCupid, eHarmony, POF, Bumble, Badoo, Tinder, Coffee Meets Bagel, Match.com, MeetMe, Grindr and Christian Mingle see a spike around the week of Valentine's Day.

Romeo Rose is the world's most loveless loser.

Romeo Rose is still alive right?

This guy became a viral sensation and a butt of ridicule. He did an interview in which he went on and said some vicious things about Black women, interracial relationship and women who are overweight.

Since then, he's been blackballed on social media and women often swipe to the left when his face shows up on their social dating websites.

What's Valentine's Day without that racist goofball?

Now going by the name of David Cassanova, this white nationalist is grifting for love.

This guy is a predator. Even looking at him gives me pedophile vibes.

For the Valentine's Day story there is the White House trolling House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA). This is the five year anniversary of the Parkland Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School mass shooting and the most recent shooting in Kansas City at the Chiefs parade.

The White House posted on X an image of Johnson with a red background and broken hearts with the caption: "Happy Valentine's Day, Speaker Johnson."

Instead, the card posted on social media noted that Johnson played a key role in defeating a border bill that even the conservative Wall Street Journal called “the most restrictive migrant legislation in decades” with “long-time GOP priorities that the party’s restrictionists could never have passed only a few months ago.”

Although many people suggested Johnson’s opposition to the bipartisan bill was only to help Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, he claimed that was “absurd.”

The Chiefs Parade will be covered.
