A South Carolina man loses his life by getting close to nature.
An alligator killed a man who got close to the retention pond. The 11 foot alligator grabbed him and dragged him into the water, rolled him over and chomped a body part off.
It was known by people staying at the Myrtle Beach private golf and country club. They warned residents that the animals were in heat and they were threats to small children, pets and adults who got close.
I guess the man wanted to see nature up close and found out it was deadly.
The Horry County Police Department had animal control dispatched and they caught the alligator and killed it on sight through euthanization. The animal will be examined for any other occurrences.
Alligator attacks are rare. However, folks are stupid enough to get to close to the reptile who is very fast on land and water. Once the animal gets a hold of a prey, it's rare that an animal will escape without losing a body part.
It's the unfortunate cause and effect of animals and people.
I've said it before and I stand by what I say: "Wild animals are......well you know!"

Politics got violent after the Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade.
A Republican candidate for state senate in Rhode Island was put in the freezer after he served a woman a hot plate at a protest rally against the decision for Roe v. Wade. The Republican was a dirty cop for the Providence Police Department.
The dirty cop is placed in the freezer after a viral video shows him putting the work on Jennifer Rourke, a Democratic candidate running against him. Rourke, a reproductive rights activist attended the event on Friday and was confronted by the Karen patrol.

On her social media, Rourke she shared the video of him serving her.
The incident was recorded by Josh Mello who was also struck by an unknown assailant.
Rourke and the Karen are running for a Rhode Island senate seat.
Mello was surrounded by rally attendees and one person pushed him. Rourke said she stepped in, but the an unidentified person hit Mello. Rourke said she was telling the person not to hit Mello when the dirty cop struck her.
The dirty cop claims he was just trying to protect those who were on his side.
The incident has not went criminal as of yet but I am guessing Rourke could press charges if she chose to. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Illinois lawmaker thanked Washed Up 45 at a rally in Illinois. The former president endorsed her over Rep. Karen Davis (R-IL) in a fierce primary.
The lawmaker expressed great appreciation for the former president ramming through Idiot Karen Barrett in the last weeks of the 2020 presidential election. The former president lost his election because of this.
The Supreme Court made the landmark decision in the Dodds v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. It ruled that the state of Mississippi can regulate abortions and therefore made abortion illegal in most Republican controlled states. It rolls back nearly 50 years of freedoms for women and medical doctors.
The Republicans praise this culture war as a great awakening to restoring the "good ol' days."
This is a victory for "white life" says Miller.

Sen. Karen Cornyn (R-TX) decided to make a racial dog whistle in the wake of this. He suggested that the landmark decisions of Plessy v. Ferguson and Brown v. Board of Education be overturned.
Back when the Court no sense, they ruled that Plessy v. Ferguson, the decision that made segregation legal in the United States. It lasted for almost a generation. That allowed Blacks and non-white people to be prevented from using facilities that were specifically made for whites.
The Brown v. Board of Education decision ended school segregation. It outlawed discrimination at facilities and required equal protection for all public schools and universities.
The Court has hinted that they're looking into the Griswold v. Connecticut, Lawrence v. Texas and Obergefell v. Hodges. These landmark decisions could come into the Court with Uncle Clarence hinting he and Karen Alito will be willing overrule these decisions therefore striking them down.
Cornyn as well as the Republicans in the Congress praised the decision.
The Roe v. Wade decision made it a constitutional right for women to seek medical care in the event of an accidental pregnancy. A decision that was assure in the rights of privacy, medical care and family planning.

Biden signs the Protect Our Children From Gun Violence bill into law.
The biggest news besides the mass shootings happening everyday in the U.S. is the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. The Court basically played on culture wars when they made the decision to make the states control a woman's right to make private, personal and health decisions.
Of course, women can carry conceal firearms without a permit in every state and territory. They said the states cannot regulate gun owners from disclosing whether they have firearms in their possession. That means anyone in the country could carry firearms in any facility without fear of arrest. Of course, if you're a white male. Blacks, Muslims, immigrants with conceal carry will likely face arrest or death.

Abortion is not completely banned. However, in most Republican states it is. Now it is a political issue and could be the start of a civil war within our country.

The Senate and House of Representatives have passed a gun reform bill. President Joe Biden signed the legislation on Saturday before he boards Air Force One for an overseas meeting with the European Union.
“Today, we say ‘More than enough,’” Biden said. “This is a monumental day.”
Biden signed the bipartisan bill, which addresses gun violence, into law in the Roosevelt Room at the White House before departing for Europe.
“Time is of the essence,” Biden said. “Lives will be saved.”
The House of Representatives passed the $13 billion Bipartisan Safer Communities Act bill on Friday, The Associated Press reported. The bill passed the House by a 234-193 margin. Fourteen Republicans joined Democrats in passing the bill.
That came a day after the Senate, with 15 Republicans crossing party lines, passed the measure by a 65-33 vote, The New York Times reported.
The legislation contains enhanced background checks and closes the “boyfriend loophole” that bans gun sales by people convicted of domestic violence.

Citing the families of shooting victims, the president said, “Their message to us was to do something. Well today, we did.”
Gun safety bill: Senate, House pass first gun legislation in decades; here’s what’s in it.
The bill also toughens requirements for young people to buy guns, according to The Associated Press. Most of the bill’s $13 billion cost will go to bolster mental health programs.
The measure is the first to address gun violence since the assault weapons ban of 1994 expired after 10 years, CNN reported.
Lawmakers began working on the bill after the mass shooting that killed 19 students and two teachers at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, a month ago. That shooting happened 10 days after a gunman killed 10 Black shoppers in Buffalo, New York.
Biden mentioned the families of the shooting victims as he prepared to sign the bill.
“Their message to us was to do something,” Biden said. “Well, today, we did.”
Obstructionist Leader Karen McConnell (R-KY) said the bill will make the Second Amendment stronger.
“I am proud of these two complementary victories that will make our country freer and safer at the same time,” the Senate minority leader said after the measure passed the upper chamber of Congress. “Law-abiding Americans will go to bed tonight with significantly stronger Second Amendment rights than they had this morning, while new commonsense guardrails around convicted criminals and mental illness are now on their way to becoming law.”

Down in Cincinnati, a father had his emotions show during a courtroom appearance.
He served a killer a hot plate to avenge his slain child. The killer (who I won't name) was on trial for stabbing Nyteisha Lattimore to death and then killing her son, Nylo. The killer dumped the child's corpse in the Ohio River. The Ohio and Kentucky authorities couldn't find the body.
The killer was allegedly upset that Nyteshia, 30 had a miscarriage. So he beats her senseless, stabs her and disposes the body. Nylo saw it and was crying. The killer would then either sexually abuse or strangle the child. I'm going to say he did both.
The law did say that evidence of blood on blanket shows that the killer had murder the boy. The 3-year old boy didn't have a chance to enjoy his life. The killer took it and I guess Tonio Hughes couldn't take this.
Hughes is the father of Nylo. He felt that the killer besides murdering the child, the killer possibly sexually abused the child.
Killer tossed Nyteisha and Nylo in the Ohio River after a domestic dispute.
The suspect was in court on Thursday for a pretrial hearing. The father charged at the defense table and punched the killer in the right side of his head. The Hamilton County Sheriff bailiffs had to restrain the father and take the killer out of the courtroom. The killer was not seriously injured.
Judge Megan Shanahan charged Hughes with contempt of court. She ordered the grieving father to spend seven days in the Hamilton County Justice Center.
This monster sexually abused his girlfriend and her child. He murdered them.
“Judge Megan Shanahan and the Hamilton Sheriff’s Office would like to emphasize that this behavior will not be tolerated in the courthouse,” Hamilton County Sheriff PIO Kyla Woods told the outlet.
Faith Burton, a friend of Hughes, said the grieving dad is struggling not only with the loss of his son, but with a lack of closure regarding his still-missing body.
“Everything inside him, just the pain and everything took over,” Burton said. “He did what I think any of us would do.”
Police say the killer was motivated to kill Nylo and Nyteisha Lattimore after the latter miscarried his child. The killing of her three-year-old, an officer said in court, was revenge for the lost pregnancy.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dave Chappelle gets Yellow Springs to back out of development deal.
Comedian Dave Chappelle lives in the village of Yellow Springs, Ohio. The entertainer has a farm in the village. The comedian has a big impact on the town and he certainly got his way when he warned them, if Oberer decided to build housing project, he would leave.
The village heard and they understood the impact he has on the village.
The 50 acres of land that sits near Hyde Road is where Oberer wanted to build affordable housing.
Chappelle was the most outspoken member of the village opposing the development.
"I'm adamantly opposed to it, obviously live behind the development or the proposed development," Chappelle said.
Yellow Springs agreed to allowing Oberer build single family only, but not townhomes, duplexes and apartments.
Oberer eventually backed out of the deal after they found it impossible to build their request on that property.
Chappelle had invested in trying to refurbish an old firehouse and turn it into a comedy club, restaurant and community center. He said that if they build on that land, he will back out the deal and move out of the village.

Chappelle also backed out of the naming of a theater. He also lives in Washington, DC. He pulled out of the Duke Ellington School of Art naming after he faced a backlash for The Closer. The Netflix comedy was controversial for perception of anti-transgender jokes.

Repercussions are coming
The U.S. Marshals in full force are protecting these justices. The Congress is considering legislation that provides protection and penalties for threats against the justices. Congress can't protect the children who were slain in a school and Black shoppers who were massacred by a white extremist.
The Karens of the Court decided that 49 years of right to privacy, medical decisions and safety are now the state's problem. It is not a popular decision by far.
President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Congress and the state and territorial governors will react to the decision.
The Court released its decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization on Friday, voting to overturn Roe v. Wade — the 1973 ruling that guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights. This most recent case, which was heard by the Court in December 2021, centered on a Mississippi law banning abortion if the "probable gestational age of the unborn human" is more than 15 weeks. This ruling comes after a draft decision document that signaled this outcome leaked on May 2.
The court’s controversial but expected ruling gives individual states the power to set their own abortion laws without concern of running afoul of Roe, which had permitted abortions during the first two trimesters of pregnancy.
Almost half the states are expected to outlaw or severely restrict abortion as a result of the Supreme Court’s decision, which is related to a highly restrictive new Mississippi abortion law.
Other states plan to maintain more liberal rules governing the termination of pregnancies.
Supporters of abortion rights immediately condemned the ruling, abortion opponents praised a decision they had long hoped for.
The court’s three liberal justices filed a dissenting opinion to the ruling, which quickly drew protestors to the Supreme Court building on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” Alito wrote.
“The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision, including the one on which the defenders of Roe and Casey now chiefly rely — the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment,” Alito wrote.
“That provision has been held to guarantee some rights that are not mentioned in the Constitution, but any such right must be ‘deeply rooted in this Nation’s history and tradition’ and ’implicit in the concept of ordered liberty.”
“It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives,” Alito wrote.
In their scathing joint dissent, the court’s liberal justices wrote, “The majority has overruled Roe and Casey for one and only one reason: because it has always despised them, and now it has the votes to discard them. The majority thereby substitutes a rule by judges for the rule of law.”
Roe v. Wade is gone and now the aftermath comes.
“The majority would allow States to ban abortion from conception onward because it does not think forced childbirth at all implicates a woman’s rights to equality and freedom,” said the dissent by Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.
“Today’s Court, that is, does not think there is anything of constitutional significance attached to a woman’s control of her body and the path of her life,” it said. “A State can force her to bring a pregnancy to term, even at the steepest personal and familial costs.”
The decision came a day after the Supreme Court in another controversial ruling invalidated a century-old New York law that had made it very difficult for people to obtain a license to carry a gun outside of their homes.

The publication of the court’s draft opinion, written by Alito, sparked protests from abortion-rights supporters, who were outraged and fearful about how the decision will impact both patients and providers as 22 states gear up to restrict abortions or ban them outright.
The leaked opinion marked a major victory for conservatives and anti-abortion advocates who had worked for decades to undermine Roe and Casey, which the majority of Americans support keeping in place.
But Republican lawmakers in Washington, who are hoping to win big in the November midterm elections, initially focused more on the leak itself than on what it revealed. They also decried the protests that formed outside the homes of some conservative justices, accusing activists of trying to intimidate the court.

Wack 100 is the former manager of The Game. The celebrity agitator is known for trolling. He said that he had to apologize to fellow celebrity agitator Aayan X, an openly gay blogger who was belittled by Wack and Scott.
Scott had threatened Shauna Brooks, 50 Cent, Coi Leray, Royce Da 5'9", Em and his "stan army" online. He has feuded with Lil Nas X, Merkules, The Evolve and NoLifeShaq.
Wack 100 had to own up to the allegations once he saw Scott using the sex toy.
He addressed it on Clubhouse. Scott tried to deny it and made silly excuses to what happened. He said that he was in the presence of women when he was pleasuring himself.
Wack said that the stories don't match up, because he has a video of man using a dildo on himself, and if you look into the arms of that said person, the tattoos matched Scott's.

The culture wars continue with the Supreme Court. These six nimrods will get protection for LIFE knowing that these stupid decisions will immediately trigger possible violence.
This decision will now void state laws that restricted conceal carry access are now voided.
The Court ruled 6-3 in the New York law that restricted conceal carry access in state. The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen required anyone who wants to carry a concealed handgun outside the home to show “proper cause” for the license.
New York courts interpreted that phrase to require applicants to show more than a general desire to protect themselves or their property. Instead, applicants must demonstrate a special need for self-defense.
President Joe Biden said in a statement he was “deeply disappointed” by the Supreme Court ruling, which he said “contradicts both common sense and the Constitution, and should deeply trouble us all.”
He urged states to pass new laws and said, “I call on Americans across the country to make their voices heard on gun safety. Lives are on the line.”
In the opinion itself, Justice Crispy Thomas wrote for the majority that the Constitution protects “an individual’s right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home.”
The decision struck down a New York law requiring people to demonstrate a particular need for carrying a gun in order to get a license to carry one in public. The justices said that requirement violates the Second Amendment right to “keep and bear arms.”
California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Rhode Island all have similar laws. The Biden administration had urged the justices to uphold New York’s law.
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said the ruling comes at a particularly painful time, when New York is still mourning the deaths of 10 people in a mass shooting at a supermarket in Buffalo. “This decision isn’t just reckless. It’s reprehensible. It’s not what New Yorkers want,” she said.
But Tom King, president of the plaintiff New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, said he was relieved.
“The lawful and legal gun owner of New York State is no longer going to be persecuted by laws that have nothing to do with the safety of the people and will do nothing to make the people safer,” he said. “And maybe now we’ll start going after criminals and the perpetrator of these heinous acts.”
In a court dissent joined by his liberal colleagues, Justice Stephen Breyer focused on the toll taken by gun violence. “Since the start of this year alone (2022), there have already been 277 reported mass shootings—an average of more than one per day,“ Breyer wrote.
Backers of New York’s law had argued that striking it down would lead to more guns on the streets and higher rates of violent crime. Gun violence, which was already on the rise during the coronavirus pandemic has spiked anew.
In most of the country gun owners have little difficulty legally carrying their weapons in public. But that had been harder to do in New York and the handful of states with similar laws. New York’s law, which has been in place since 1913, says that to carry a concealed handgun in public, a person applying for a license has to show “proper cause,” a specific need to carry the weapon.
The state issues unrestricted licenses where a person can carry their gun anywhere and restricted licenses that allow a person to carry the weapon but just for specific purposes such as hunting and target shooting or to and from their place of business.
The Supreme Court last issued a major gun decision in 2010. In that decision and a ruling from 2008 the justices established a nationwide right to keep a gun at home for self-defense. The question for the court this time was about carrying one outside the home.
The challenge to the New York law was brought by the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, which describes itself as the nation’s oldest firearms advocacy organization, and two men seeking an unrestricted ability to carry guns outside their homes.
The court’s decision is somewhat out of step with public opinion. About half of voters in the 2020 presidential election said gun laws in the U.S. should be made more strict, according to AP VoteCast, an expansive survey of the electorate. An additional third said laws should be kept as they are, while only about 1 in 10 said gun laws should be less strict.
