Orrin Hatch, one of the longest serving senators passed away.

The death of Orrin Hatch, one of the last decent Republicans in the Senate. 

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Karen McConnell (R-KY), Sen. Karen Romney (R-UT) and Sen. Karen Lee (R-UT) will address his passing in due time.

The 88-year old senator who had championed conservative politics but also bipartisanship has passed away.

Hatch, who became the longest-serving Republican senator in history as he represented Utah for more than four decades, died Saturday.

His death was announced in a statement from his foundation, which did not specify a cause. He launched the Hatch Foundation as he retired in 2019 and was replaced by Romney. 

Romney won the seat after he carpetbagged from San Diego to Park City, Utah to run for the seat. Romney is a former one term governor of Massachusetts, a two time presidential candidate, the 2012 Republican presidential nominee, a failed U.S. Senate nominee from Massachusetts, the man who gave Barack Obama the idea for Obamacare, a flip flopper, an opportunistic asshole and one of Washed Up 45's most hated rivals. 

Hatch endorsed him to replace him.

A conservative on most economic and social issues, he nonetheless teamed with Democrats several times during his long career on issues ranging from stem cell research to rights for people with disabilities to expanding children’s health insurance. He also formed friendships across the aisle, particularly with the late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy.

He also championed GOP issues like abortion limits and helped shape the U.S. Supreme Court, including defending Clarence Thomas against sexual harassment allegations during confirmation hearings.

Toward the end of his career, he also helped pass a federal tax overhaul and pushed for Washed Up 45 to downsize two national monuments in Utah as he called for a return to an era of political civility. He became an ally of the former president.

He was also noted for his side career as a singer and recording artist of music with themes of his religious faith, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine, and their six children.

The father and mother of a 4-week old baby are facing first-degree murder charges for allegedly putting alcohol in a formula bottle of the child.

The 25-year old man child and the woman, 24 are facing charges out of Hiram. The Paulding County Sheriff's Department have confirmed the two will be facing a judge on Monday after they were accused of doing this act.

The father decided to be an asshole by putting a hard liquor into the bottle. The child was unresponsive after consuming that. The mother rushed the child to a local hospital before they transferred the victim to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

The sheriff's department got a hold of child services and the hospital staff determined that it was alcohol poisoning. The investigators talked to both parents. The mother said that she may have been drunk and her breast milk was laced with alcohol. They did a blood sample and it was not found.

The investigators talked to the father. He decided to play "Well I didn't see it happen..." as an excuse.

The law had a record of this guy. He is a convicted felon who should have been no where near alcohol or firearms. So he eventually started talking about how he upset with the mother not silencing the child.

Please don't give children alcohol to quiet them.

The Paulding County Sheriff Department had slapped both parents with first-degree murder. The mother lied to authorities to protect her man. That's criminal culpability and that's why she's given murder as well.

He already knows he's fucked. He already has that plus weapons under disability and concealing alcohol while being on in-house probation.

The hospital did not release the name of the child.

They have five charges on them from malice murder, first-degree murder, cruelty to children, reckless misconduct and lying to investigators.

They face LIFE in the iron college if convicted of these criminal acts. The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A little girl is dead after suffering from acute alcohol poisoning. It's all because of a woman's stupid decision to punish a child for taking a sip of the whiskey.

China Record was pronounced dead at a local hospital after having intake more than the legal limit of alcohol. The mother and the grandmother are facing first-degree murder charges.

The mother, 28 saw the little girl take a sip out of a cup. So instead of just punishing her, she wanted to make an example by giving her the whole bottle of Canadian Mist.

The woman's mother, 53 was watching the incident and did not stop her from doing it. So she is being criminally charged as well.

Baton Rouge woman and her mother are charged with murder. The woman gave daughter a spiked drink.

East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Department said that the incident happened on Wednesday night and the mother called 9-1-1 after the child was unresponsive. The little girl had a .068 which over eight times the .08 legal limit.

Now the mother admits that the punishment went too far and now she's not able to see her daughter grow up to become a woman, a mother, a grandmother or a wife. She literally stole this child's dreams of going to pre-K, kindergarten, grade school, middle school, high school, first dance, first kiss, first driver's license, first college or university, first relationship, first date, first moment of being a young girl in her early ages.

The two are being held on a $1 million get out free card. The two are going to face up to LIFE in the iron college if convicted in a court of law. The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A Florida bride and her wedding caterer are being held on food contamination and malicious assault. The bride allegedly told the caterer to put marijuana or cannabis into the food.

The bride, 42, and the caterer, 31, were arrested this week on charges of violations of an anti-tampering law and delivery of cannabis, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department and court records.

County firefighters and deputies responded to the Feb. 19 event at a clubhouse in Longwood after guests reported getting sick or feeling strange, according to law enforcement affidavits filed in the case.

Some people felt so ill that they went to the hospital, where they tested positive for THC, the psychoactive compound in marijuana. Guests reported feeling heavily drugged and said they had not been warned, according to a detective’s affidavit. One guest said he had trouble operating a cellphone, and another thought she might die, the sheriff’s detective wrote.

A memorable wedding.

One guest the next day told an investigator that on the day of the wedding, she felt stoned and asked the bride whether cannabis was in the food and that the bride said “yes” and smiled, according to the affidavit.

Food collected at the scene later tested positive for THC, the document says.

While the bride and caterer were arrested on the charges this week, a charging decision is still under consideration by the state prosecutor’s office, a spokesperson for the state attorney’s office said Friday.

A lawyer for the caterer listed in court records did not reply to a request for comment Thursday night. An attorney for the bride declined to comment to NBC affiliate WESH of Orlando.

Longwood is a city about 12 miles northeast of Orlando.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The two face up to three years in the iron college for this. They also face medical bills from the victims, lawsuits from those attending, loss of friends and loss of reputation.

The caterer will likely lose her food and beverage license and be forced to reimburse those who planned the event. The bride will have a long time to realize that her joke was not funny and thankfully no one died from this.

Pusha T release his latest album on Def Jam. This may be his last album under the Gettin' Out Our Dreams (G.O.O.D.) Records. This is his fourth studio album. The album is executive produced by Pusha T, Kanye West (Ye) and Pharrell Williams.

The album is also under ReUp Records, the label founded by Pusha T and No Malice, as they are known as the group Clipse.

Push had been working on this album for three years. He said this album will be an instant classic. From what I've reading, the album is very good.

The album has an image of pop singer Lana Del Rey with her face seemingly obscured by a pile of cocaine. He said that the cover is homage. He believes that Lana Del Ray and him share similarity in the music.

Apparently, Pusha is trying to leave Def Jam as well. He now owns the masters of his album thanks to Ye.

There's 12 singles on the album. 

The production besides Kanye West and Pharrell Williams includes BoogzDaBeast, Fnz, 88-Keys, Luca Stars and ThaMyind. 

The album has features from Pharrell Williams, Ye, Nigo, Lil Uzi Vert, Don Toliver, Labrinth, No Malice and Jay-Z.

The Republicans are emboldened by culture wars and white nationalism. The Florida governor does a bitch move against the world's most notable franchise over their disapproval for a state law that targets LGBTQ.

Karen DeSantis decides to sign of legislation that bans critical race theory, a partisan gerrymandered map and stripping Disney of its right to self governance. Of course, he signed of a law that bans abortions after 15 weeks and a law that will punish tech companies for silencing far-right personalities.

He also strengthened gun laws and barred mask in public places. He also banned doctors from suggesting Floridians from getting vaccinations. 

The state's population is growing and it appears that white nationalism is on the rise in that state.

DeSantis signed a bill on Friday to dissolve the private government Walt Disney World controls on its property in the state, punishing the entertainment giant for opposing a new law that critics call “Don’t Say Gay.”

The move is expected to have huge tax implications for Disney and further sour the relationship between the Republican-led government and a major political player whose theme parks have transformed Orlando into one of the world’s most popular tourist destinations.

For DeSantis, the attack on Disney is the latest front in a culture war waged over policies involving race, gender and the coronavirus, battles he has harnessed to make himself one of the most popular Republicans in the country and a likely 2024 presidential candidate.

The law would eliminate the Reedy Creek Improvement District, as the 55-year-old Disney government is known, as well as a handful of other similar districts by June 2023. The measure does allow for the districts to be reestablished, leaving an avenue to renegotiate the future of the deal that allows the company to provide services such as zoning, fire protection, utilities and infrastructure.

DeSantis said Friday that the company would end up paying more taxes than it currently does and that the law isn’t expected to cause tax increases for residents around Disney. He gave no additional details.

The dispute began with Disney’s criticism of a new law barring instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in kindergarten through third grade as well as instruction that is not “age appropriate or developmentally appropriate.” DeSantis and his fellow Republicans have defended the law as reasonable, saying that parents, not teachers, should be discussing such topics with children.

The culture warrior decides to strip Disney of its self governance.

Under mounting pressure, Disney eventually said it would suspend political donations in the state and that it would support organizations working to oppose the new law.

“You’re a corporation based in Burbank, California, and you’re gonna marshal your economic might to attack the parents of my state,” DeSantis said Friday before signing the bill into law at a ceremony in Hialeah Gardens. “We view that as a provocation, and we’re going to fight back against that.”

The governor has hammered Disney for coming out against the bill, portraying the company as a purveyor of “woke” ideology that injects inappropriate subjects into children’s entertainment. In a fundraising pitch sent out this week, DeSantis told supporters, “It took a look under the hood to see what Disney has become to truly understand their inappropriate influence.”

Republican Rep. Randy Fine, sponsor of the bill to eliminate the Disney district, has said Disney is a guest in the state and that Floridians are not interested in the company’s California values.

“You kick the hornet’s nest, things come up,” Fine told lawmakers in the GOP-controlled statehouse this week.

Democrats have slammed the Disney measure as petty retaliation, warning that homeowners could face tax bills if they have to absorb costs from the company, though details are far from clear.

“The devil is in the details and we don’t yet today have the details,” said Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, whose county is partially home to Disney World. He added it would be “catastrophic for our budget” if the county had to assume the costs for public safety at the theme park resort.

Disney is one of Florida’s biggest private employers, last year saying it had more than 60,000 workers in the state. It is not immediately clear how the company or local governments around its properties would be affected if the district was dissolved.

The creation of the Reedy Creek Improvement District, and the control it gave Disney over 27,000 acres (11,000 hectares) in Florida, was a crucial element in the company’s plans to build near Orlando in the 1960s. Company officials said they needed autonomy to plan a futuristic city along with the theme park. The city never materialized, however; instead, it morphed into the Epcot theme park.

The company is a major political player in Florida, as well as the rest of the country. The Walt Disney Co. and its affiliates made more than $20 million in political contributions to both Republicans and Democrats in the 2020 campaign cycle, the most recent year for which figures are available, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, which tracks such spending.

That same year, Disney-related entities funneled $10.5 million to the America First Action committee, which supports Washed Up 45.f Disney also contributed $1.2 million to support Democratic President Joe Biden’s campaign.

The lawmaker may have leaked the tape to keep him from becoming Speaker of the House if Republicans take back Congress.

Stefanik is a 38 year old lawmaker who took a leadership after they ousted Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY).

At first many thought it was Cheney who revealed the audio. Many are fingering Stefanik.

In the January 10, 2021 meeting, Cheney — who was the chairwoman of the Republican conference at the time — asks McCarthy if there's any chance Washed Up 45 would resign.

"My gut tells me no. I'm seriously thinking about having that conversation with him tonight. I haven't talked to him in a couple of days," McCarthy says.

McCarthy knew this would lead to impeachment. He already knew the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) spoke to him directly about a second impeachment.

McCarthy goes on to tell his leadership team that the impeachment resolution being crafted by Democrats would pass the House, and that he believes it might pass the Senate too.

"The only discussion I would have with him is that I think this will pass, and it would be my recommendation you should resign," McCarthy says. "That would be my take, but I don't think he would take it, but I don't know."

He also mentions he has a "personal fear" of getting into any conversations about "Pence pardoning," and acknowledges he had discussions about the 25th Amendment, which dictates how the president could be removed from office. 

So is there a civil war within the Republican Party over power brokership? 

Maybe.

Stefanik is under 40 years old and wants to be a powerful figure in New York politics. She also wants to be more than some country girl with a yuppy name. The white nationalist wants to usurp the old guard of McCarthy and Rep. Karen Scalise (R-LA).

But rumors are rumors until there's proven fact.

Grady Jarrett: I Was Turned Away From Atlanta Restaurant Because I Wore Gucci!

NFL player Grady Jarrett is the latest Black patron turned away from a restaurant.

It is time to end dress codes for restaurants and bars. It is a racist and discriminatory practice that often target Blacks and other people of color. We need to address this.

This gay white nationalist is leading a movement to separate the upscale neighborhoods of Buckhead from the city of Atlanta. Washed Up 45 is also on board with it. The far right often claims that crime in Atlanta skyrocketed and Democrats aren't doing anything to stop it. The Republicans won't stop gun violence and they won't fund mental health and drug treatment programs. 

They want to use crime as a part of their plan to win back Congress. Culture wars are the only thing the party has going into the election. They won't stop inflation nor they have serious plans on stopping it.

Atlanta's former mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms was turned away from a restaurant just last week. Now it appears that NFL defensive end Grady Jarrett of the Atlanta Falcons was turned away.

On Thursday, the Falcons veteran player posted on Instagram about trying to get dinner at Buckhead's Le Bilboquet Atlanta and was turned away as he was getting seated.

"The manager walks out, I believe he said his name was Chad, tells me I’m not dressed properly and they won’t sit me n my lady," Jarrett wrote on Instagram.

In the Instagram post, Jarrett shared his outfit, which was a Gucci suit, an Audemars Piguet Offshore watch, and a diamond tennis chain with an Ankh.

"I guess the other people rocking Nike sweat suits and t shirts that were already seated (as you can see in the background of the picture) n enjoying dinner were no problem," Jarrett wrote.

Jarrett said that he had already eaten at the restaurant the week before and "had a great experience with great waiters.

Le Bilboquet Atlanta is under fire for turning away Black customers.

He ended his post with asking the restaurant to "do better."

This isn't the first time Le Bilboquet Atlanta has experienced controversy with known Atlanta athletes. In 2021, basketball hall of famer Dominique Wilkins said the restaurant denied him a table because of his race.

"In my many years in the world, I’ve eaten at some of the greatest restaurants in the world, but never have I felt prejudice or been turned away because of the color of my skin, until today," Wilkins said in a tweet with a photo of the restaurant.

At the time, the restaurant issued an apology "for his experience at our restaurant and also for any confusion our dress code may have caused" and said they will be making immediate changes to make its dress code policy less subjective.

On its website, the restaurant says that sweatpants and athletic attire, beach flip flops, baseball caps, and cut off denim are not allowed for diners.

QAnon Karen Must Prove She Is Worthy!

Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) must prove to the court she is eligible to be on the ballot in the primary. She has long been promoting conspiracy theories and elevating HATE in while in Congress.

The white nationalist is in court and is already trying to deflect from evidence the prosecutors have against her. On top of that, Greene went on television, radio and the internet to deny that she is an insurrectionist. 

I mean she literally tried to impeach the 46th President of the United States only two days into his term.

Now under oath, she must testify to a judge that she is qualified to be on the Georgia ballot for the upcoming primary. A group of progressive activists have filed a suit against her claiming that she violated her oath of office.

A group of voters say that Greene's alleged actions around the Capitol riot make her an insurrectionist, and therefore disqualified for running for office under the 14th Amendment — a charge Greene has loudly disputed.

Greene could be forced off the ballot thereby ending her term in 2023.

Greene denies that she violated her oath of office.

She was kicked out of her committees shortly after taking office. She and Rep. Karen Gosar (R-AZ) have been stripped of committees due to their violent threats against lawmakers.

On top of that, she has been an active use of Twitter until it permanently banned her personal account.

She is even violating terms as a congresswoman by tweeting non-government nonsense on her federal Twitter account.

She is on Gettr, Truth Social and Gab. She doesn't use Parler anymore. She also appears on YouTube, Rumble and Telegram.

She has picked fights with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), a fellow do-nothing from the Democratic side. She has threatened Rep. Marie Newman (D-IL) for embracing her transgender daughter. 

Greene has attacked Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), fellow do-nothings from the Democratic side because they are Muslim and she accused them of being supportive of radical Islam and terrorists.

Greene has clashed with Rep. Karen Kinzinger (R-IL), Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY), Rep. Karen Mace (R-SC) and QAnon Leader Rep. Karen McCarthy (R-CA). 

She clashed with comedian Jimmy Kimmel. She threatened to call the U.S. Capitol Police on him because he made a joke about her being slapped by disgraced media mogul Will Smith.

She voted against the 1/6 Commission, the Ukraine funding, the bipartisan infrastructure package, the condemnation of white supremacy and the impeachment of Washed Up 45. However, she wanted to impeach President Joe Biden two days into presidency.

She has called for the release of the domestic terrorist involved in the attack. She even supported the notion that it was House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) who inspired the mob. She believes in conspiracy theories and is touting firearms in her v

And for all of that, no legislative accomplishments or results for the constituents she represents. 

I mean for all the town halls and the meet and greets, she can only say that she wants to "stop socialism" and help the former president win. She said that no one is going to silence her.

Even at the State of the Union, she was disrespectful towards President Joe Biden during his speech. That's clearly a violation of her oath of office.

The 14th Amendment provision the voters are citing against Greene, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, says that former government officials and military officers who promised to uphold the Constitution can't serve again if they engage in insurrection against the Constitution. 

QAnon Leader Denies It's His Voice In Bombshell Audio!

That's not my voice. I don't know who that is!

The QAnon Leader Karen McConnell (R-CA) is denying an audio tape obtained by the New York Times detailing his thoughts about the Jan. 6 attack and how Republicans in the House were ready to tell Washed Up 45 to resign or face the 25th Amendment.

The explosive audio was released on Thursday and it pretty much has the Republican leader doing damage control.

Republicans will likely ignore the audio tape but Washed Up 45 won't ignore it.

Rep. Karen Kinzinger (R-IL) and Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY) immediately slammed McCarthy for being a coward. They oppose Biden solely because he is a Democrat. They said that the Republicans were willing to sacrifice all their credibility for a man who is hell bent on destroying democracy.

Many in the House and Senate believe the election was fair and square. They fear that if they told the truth, Washed Up 45 and his supporters will punish them.

It appears that someone may have recorded the conversation and gave it to the New York Times. Last year she was stripped of her leadership position and was pretty pissed with McCarthy and Rep. Karen Stefanik (R-NY). The New York lawmaker took a leadership position despite she being far less conservative than Cheney.

McConnell and McCarthy wanted Washed Up 45 gone. The two were hoping Democrats could do the dirty work.

According to the Times story — but not featured in the audio released Thursday night — McCarthy told other Republican leaders, "I've had it with this guy." He also told other House Republican colleagues that Washed Up 45's behavior the day of the attack was "atrocious and totally wrong." He blamed the former president for the riots at the Capitol, and, with an impeachment resolution on the horizon from Democrats, he planned to tell the former president to resign.

"What he did is unacceptable. Nobody can defend that and nobody should defend it," he said, according to the Times.

In a statement after the Times story was published Thursday, but before the audio was released, McCarthy called the reporting "totally false and wrong."

"It comes as no surprise that the corporate media is obsessed with doing everything it can to further a liberal agenda," he wrote. "This promotional book tour is no different. If the reporters were interested in truth why would they ask for comment after the book was printed?"

He went on to accuse the "corporate media" of trying to profit off of "manufactured political intrigue from politically-motivated sources."

McCarthy's office did not return a request for comment late Thursday evening.

A spokesperson for Cheney said she did not record or leak the tape. 

"The select committee has asked Kevin McCarthy to speak with us about these events but he has so far declined," Cheney's spokesman said in a statement. "Representative Cheney did not record or leak the tape and does not know how the reporters got it."

Some of McCarthy's frustrations with the president did play out publicly. On January 13, 2021, he gave a speech on the House floor in which he said "the president bears responsibility for Wednesday's attack on Congress by mob rioters. He should have immediately denounced the mob when he saw what was unfolding."

But later that month, he sought to repair his relationship with the former president, who still held enormous sway over the GOP base. He visited the former president's Mar-a-Lago home and posed for pictures with him.

Shortly after the audio was released Thursday evening, Kinzinger said the Minority Leader should be "ashamed." 

"Question for Kevin McCarthy, @GOPLeader…how can you honestly feel ok with the lies?" Kinzinger tweeted.

The Times also reported Obstructionist Leader Karen McConnell (R-KY) told his advisers after the Capitol attack, "If this isn't impeachable, I don't know what is," in reference to the upcoming impeachment vote. He also predicted there would be a strong bipartisan vote to convict in the Senate. Ultimately, just seven Senate Republicans voted to convict Washed Up 45 during his impeachment trial, while others who criticized his behavior – including McConnell – argued that it was unconstitutional to impeach a former president.

A McConnell spokesman did not return a request for comment.

While on flight, a white heckler decided to mess with Mike Tyson. He found out the hard way to not mess with him when he's trying to enjoy his flight.

It seen on social media and some are not sympathetic towards the heckler. I mean it could land charges against Tyson for serving him that two piece dinner with a side of rolls.

TMZ released a video on Thursday that showed Tyson punching a man seated a row behind him at San Francisco International Airport  in an incident that the media outlet said occurred after passengers continued to pester the former boxer after he asked them to stop.

TMZ reported that the man who was punched received medical attention and went to the police following the incident.

The San Francisco Airport Police and Jet Blue Airlines did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox.

The passenger was apparently drunk and kept messing with him.

Now JetBlue and the U.S. Air Marshals could do something about the matter but we don't know what type of punishment is given to a person who was harassed. I mean literally I see Tyson defending himself.

The passenger can cry and scream to the police all he wants, but the video shows the evidence of taunting and harassment.

I know Tyson has tried to practice restraint. I mean he's been in federal time out for allegations worse than battery. He had been through a lot of things from the loss of his daughter, abuse of Robin Givens to sexual assault allegations. He even supported Washed Up 45 for president.

Tyson is a former boxer, media personality, podcast host and voice actor.

QAnon lawmaker could be disqualified if she refuses to testify under oath.

The do-nothing lawmaker is under fire and it could be a potential for her being thrown off the ballot in the upcoming primary.

Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) is looking forward to becoming a competitor in the 2024 presidential race. She is hinting by her appearances in Iowa, Florida, Ohio and Texas. She has also appeared at most of Washed Up 45's rallies.

She was kicked out of her committees shortly after taking office. She and Rep. Karen Gosar (R-AZ) have been stripped of committees due to their violent threats against lawmakers.

On top of that, she has been an active use of Twitter until it permanently banned her personal account.

It doesn't stop her. It kept her on Gettr, Truth Social and Gab. She doesn't use Parler anymore. She also appears on YouTube, Rumble and Telegram.

She has picked fights with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), a fellow do-nothing from the Democratic side. She has threatened Rep. Marie Newman (D-IL) for embracing her transgender daughter. 

Greene has attacked Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), fellow do-nothings from the Democratic side because they are Muslim and she accused them of being supportive of radical Islam and terrorists.

Greene has clashed with Rep. Karen Kinzinger (R-IL), Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY), Rep. Karen Mace (R-SC) and QAnon Leader Rep. Karen McCarthy (R-CA). 

She clashed with comedian Jimmy Kimmel. She threatened to call the U.S. Capitol Police on him because he made a joke about her being slapped by disgraced media mogul Will Smith.

She voted against the 1/6 Commission, the Ukraine funding, the bipartisan infrastructure package, the condemnation of white supremacy and the impeachment of Washed Up 45. However, she wanted to impeach President Joe Biden two days into presidency.

She has called for the release of the domestic terrorist involved in the attack. She even supported the notion that it was House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) who inspired the mob. She believes in conspiracy theories and is touting firearms in her v

And for all of that, no legislative accomplishments or results for the constituents she represents. 

I mean for all the town halls and the meet and greets, she can only say that she wants to "stop socialism" and help the former president win. She said that no one is going to silence her.

So it appears she doesn't want to talk to a grand jury under oath.

A federal judge has denied Greene's request to block a challenge on her eligibility to run for a second term. Federal judge Amy Totenberg, a Barack Obama appointed federal judge said that a progressive group can protest her being on the ballot because of her continuous support of the insurrection which means she voided her oath to defend and protect the U.S. Constitution. Greene voluntarily aided and engaged in an insurrection to obstruct the peaceful transfer of presidential powers, disqualifying her from serving as a member of Congress under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and rendering her ineligible under state and federal law to be a candidate for such office.

Greene complains that the movement is sparked by Antifa, Black Lives Matter and Democrat ground troops who waged war against freedom-loving Americans. 

If she has to testify under oath, she will have to admit that the election was not stolen and Washed Up 45 did instigate a mob to attack the U.S. Capitol. If she lies, then she could be found ineligible.

She is currently trying to appeal the decision.
