Archie Eversole Passed Away!

Archie Eversole passed away unexpectedly.

One hit wonder rapper unexpectedly passed away. I got word that rapper Archie Eversole had passed away at the age of 37. The entertainer was best known for the sports anthem "We Ready."

The family said he passed away on Wednesday. There was no cause of death revealed at the time of his passing. He does have children but as far as I know, he's not married.

The rapper was only 17 when he recorded his debut album "Ride Wit Me Dirty South Style" which ended up being certified Gold on the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The song "We Ready" sampled the 1969 hit song for "firing people," "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" by Steam.

A lifelong fan of the Atlanta United, Archie Eversole was working on bring the noise to the field for the MLS team.

He created the song "United We Conquer" as the MLS team's anthem.

The rapper was born in Germany on a military base and move to Atlanta, Georgia at the age of 8.

Born Arthur Eversole, the rapper was signed under MCA Recordings for his debut album.

Kevin Conroy Comes Out The Cave!

The voice of Batman opens up.

The iconic voice actor who played Batman in many of the DC Animated universe comes out as gay.

Kevin Conroy, best known for playing the world's greatest detective and superhero is working with DC and Warner Bros. Animation on a Pride series with some of the notable heroes who identify with the LGBTQ community.

DC Comics announced that it planned to celebrate Pride month with a huge range of content, from new characters to updated stories about existing favorites. And that now includes a “personal” story from none other than Kevin Conroy—arguably the best Batman for his voice acting work in Batman: The Animated Series, Justice League, Batman video games, and so much more.

I am a fan of the Batman The Animated Series. The show opened up the DC Universe.

Batman The Animated Series, Superman The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures, Batman Beyond, Static Shock, The Zeta Project, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited and DC Shorts were notable projects of Kevin Conroy.

A moment where Batman meets his future self and his successor. Kevin Conroy voiced Batman and older Bruce Wayne. Will Friedle voiced Batman (Terry McGinnis)

As the animated voice of Batman, Conroy had worked with actors like Mark Hamill, best known for playing Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise. Hamill voiced DC characters The Trickster (live action and animated), Killer Croc, Solomon Grundy. He voiced Marvel's villains The Hobgoblin and Klaw.

Hamill is best known for his iconic role as The Joker.

Conroy and Hamill have a lifelong friendship since the show.

Conroy worked with Tim Daly, Susan Eisenberg, Maria Canal-Barrera, Phil LaMarr, Michael Rosenbaum, Loren Lester, Tara Strong, Richard Moll, Will Friedle, Carl Lumbly, George Newbern, Clancy Brown, Arleen Sorkin, Melissa Gilbert, Matthew Valencia and Dana Delany.

Blood Trails: Mass Shootings Everywhere In America!

The far right already associating the terrorist responsible for the mass shooting in New York City as a part of Black Lives Matter, President Joe Biden and Democrats. So from now on, anytime a mass shooter is identified as Black, Muslim, Hispanic, a member of the LGBTQ community or a former professor, they will blame people or groups who lean Democrat or progressive. They will associate people who have nothing to do with the actions of these mass shooters.

Trolling and the blame game is common in politics. The far right and far left agitators  engage in this behavior relentlessly. Neither are detectives, forensic experts, doctors, psychologists or the victims of the incident. I can only imagine that if you're a victim of gun violence, I would expect you're likely supporting measures to control it.

These folks are trolls who make it hard to get information out to America. They are not helpful.

Okay, Brooklyn is the talk of the nation. The Russian invasion of Ukraine is still the talk of the nation. Inflation is the talk of the nation. I listened to progressive agitator Thom Hartmann. He said that the junk food media loves chaos. He said that "if it bleeds, it leads."

Mass shootings are a part of America. It is simple, we have a gun violence epidemic.

About 145 people are killed a day by firearms. Gun violence comes from criminal acts, police shootings, accidental shootings, suicide and reckless engagement.

The mass shooting in Brooklyn, New York has a person of interest who may be connected to the terrorist act.

The mass shootings in Dallas. There were two mass shootings in less than three weeks.

According to the Dallas Police Department, officers responded to a shooting at an unpermitted trail ride and concert in the 5000 block of Cleveland Road at approximately 12:13 a.m.

As of Monday afternoon, officers confirmed that 16 people were shot including four juveniles. A 17th person was also hurt but was not injured in the shooting.

The victim who died was 26-year-old Kealon Gilmore

Injured at the event:

20-year-old Christian Adams
22-year-old Jazmin Anderson
24-year old Randy Davis
25-year-old Forlando Dean
29-year-old Breanna Gray
24-year-old Ashley Jones
24-year-old Willie Martin
22-year-old Madison May
18-year-old Jamal Rylander
29-year-old Terra Starks
24-year-old Sebastian Williams
13-year old victim
14-year-old victim
14-year-old victim
15-year-old victim
18-year-old Raquel Simon was injured, not from the shooting.

The conditions of the survivors and the nature of their injuries are not immediately known.

Dallas Chief of Police Eddie Garcia said Monday afternoon that seven off-duty officers were said to be working at the event but that they left before the outbreak of violence.

A preliminary investigation determined that at the event one individual fired a gun into the air and another individual fired a gun into the crowd, police said.

The mother of the man killed in the shooting told NBC 5 her son rarely attended large gatherings but said he felt safe because the concert promoted the presence of Dallas Police at the concert.

Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson said the shooting was "horrific and unacceptable" and that he was hopeful those responsible will be arrested.

"I am praying for the victims, and I look forward to our police department bringing those responsible to justice," Johnson said. "Public safety remains our top priority, and I will be conferring with Police Chief Eddie Garcia to see what more can be done to stop this kind of violence in our city.”

So far, police have not named any suspects or announced any arrests. The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.

This is the second shooting of this severity to occur in Southern Dallas in the last three weeks. Dallas Police have not said if the shootings are connected.

At least 10 people were injured and one person died on March 19 when someone opened fire outside an event center in Dallas, police said. The shooting occurred in the 5200 block of Botham Jean Boulevard at a venue called The Space Dallas. Police said a crowd of more than 1,000 people were at the venue, both inside and outside, when someone fired at least 30 shots, hitting at least 10 people.

"I really want them to catch who's doing this because innocent people are getting hurt," said Dominique Wilson whose 18-year-old son, Anthony, was killed at the shooting last month.

She heard the news of what happened on Sunday, which instantly brought back many memories of what she recently experienced.

"When I saw that video of what happened at the trail ride it brought tears to my eyes," said Wilson. "These are innocent people, these innocent young adults that do not deserve any of this."

The mass shooting in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

A 32-year old man is charged with second-degree murder, willful injury, intimidation with a dangerous weapon, reckless use of a firearm and possession of a firearm as a felon.

Michael Valentine, 25, and Nicole Owens, 35, were identified as the two people killed in the shooting.

Police responded to the Taboo Nightclub Lounge at 415 3rd Street SE around 1:27 am Sunday morning. Cedar Rapids Police Chief Wayne Jerman said that officers were standing outside of the club when a rush of people exited, fleeing the shooting. 911 dispatchers started receiving calls about the incident at around the same time. Officers went inside the club to find the 12 total victims and started administering first aid to the injured.

Jerman said that evidence leads investigators to believe that there was more than one shooter involved. He later said that they believe “both shooters” were male. No clear motive has been determined at this stage of the investigation, though Jerman said that police do not believe it was a “gang-related incident.” Police also said that there was no wider threat to the public at large despite the lack of arrests, calling it a “targeted incident.”

Police believe that all of the injuries were related to the shooting, whether from direct gunshot wounds or shrapnel. He said there were no indications at this time that injuries were caused by the stampede of people exiting the club.

Taboo was hosting a “return of the Mac” 90s themed bash Saturday night, according to social media promotions. Police estimate that around 100 to 150 people were inside the club at the time of the shooting. Modteets Williams, Jr., the club’s owner, told KCRG-TV9 the club is “doing everything we can to cooperate with police.”

Jerman said that he could not recall a recent uptick in calls for service to the nightclub’s location. According to police call logs over the past year, there have been at least two incidents involving guns and one assault reported at the nightclub. Most of the times that police visited the location, however, were for routine bar checks.

The mass shooting in Victorville, California.

The Victorville Police Department identified him as 20-year man who is the co-owner of Sole Addicts.

He was chasing two shoplifters out of his store and fired multiple shots at them, but the gunshots missed and struck the child, according to police.

Police said the suspect fled the mall after the shooting around 6:30 p.m. and was later found by Nevada Highway Patrol around 9 p.m.

He has been booked at the Clark County Jail on an extraditable warrant, for attempted murder, in the amount of $1,000,000, police said.

The 9-year-old girl was treated at the scene and transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center. The girl’s aunt, Crystal Moraga, tells KTLA that the girl was shot in the arm and is doing okay.

Does America have a gun violence problem?
Yes
No

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However the two Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES!

Blame Game: Frank James!

The suspect is caught now the blame game begins.

If it bleeds, it leads.

The mass shooter who opened fire on a New York City subway was caught around 2pm.

The New York Police Department, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police, FBI, ATF and New York State Patrol are putting a "BOLO" for this suspect. The suspect was considered armed and dangerous. He is in custody and will face state and federal charges.

Also criticism towards the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority for faulty security cameras.

Mayor Eric Adams who is fighting coronavirus symptoms is being protected. Apparently this terrorist had placed a bounty on his head. He considered threatening Adams for unknown conspiracy theories.

New York Police Commissioner Keechant Sewell is also planning on increasing police presence in subways and areas of large gatherings in the five boroughs.

Gov. Kathy Hochul also warned that copycat shooters could happen.

On Tuesday, a Black nationalist attacked a subway during its peak time. He opened fire on riders after he dispatched a smoke grenade on the passengers. He had shot over a dozen people. Some were injured by bullet fire and others were trampled because of them fleeing the scene.

The suspect managed to escape and the MTA is facing scrutiny for not having a clear image of the attack and the suspect.

President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland have said that the federal government will not rest until this terrorist is caught.

So this guy is a Black man who had a grudge against government and society's ills. Guess what the far-right is obsessing with and trying to pin the blame on.

I regret doing this. But I am using the platform of this far-right troll named Andy Ngo as a source. Do not consider his tweets as endorsements or factual.

The terrorist did not care about the politics or the race of the victims. All he saw was an easy target.

So the suspect is no longer a person of interest.

The suspect had rented a vehicle from U-Haul which is connected to the shooting.

Investigators stressed they weren't sure whether the suspect was responsible for the shooting, but they quickly determined that through social media, he had grudges against the country.

They believed that he had frustrations with the country's racism and viewed Adams as a threat to democracy. He displayed anti-white, anti-Black, anti-Jewish, anti-establishment and Black nationalist  views. He certainly was anti-Black women.

Geezer terrorist opened fire in subways of New York City.

The 62-year old man appears to be a survivalist.

"The nation was born in violence, it's kept alive by violence or the threat thereof and it's going to die a violent death. There's nothing going to stop that," said the suspect.

Sewell had called the social media postings disturbing and concerning.

The suspect's profiles were pulled but of course some were quick to find these profiles.

YouTube, Facebook and Twitter have suspended the account of this suspect.

The terrorist sent off smoke grenades in a crowded subway and then fired off more than three dozen rounds into the subway car. Some of the victims are critically injured but will survive.

The shooter fled in the chaos, leaving behind the gun, extended magazines, a hatchet, detonated and undetonated smoke grenades, a black garbage can, a rolling cart, gasoline and his U-Haul key inside a van.

The suspect is facing a 50 bid, life or possible death card due to him being charged in a federal case.

The state charges are already a life bid. If the suspect is convicted, he will head to federal time out.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The suspect is caught, who deserves the blame for this incident?
The Suspect.
President Joe Biden.
Gov. Kathy Hochul.
Mayor Eric Adams.
NRA.
Black Lives Matter.
Conservatives.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES!

Tuesday, April 12, 2022

Oh Ali!

Proud Boy member Ali Alexander singing like a canary.

Ali Alexander is singing like a canary. He knows his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection will likely come with a federal sandwich.

The guy who led the "Stop The Steal" rally that led to the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Born Ali Abdul-Razaq Akbar, the far-right extremist is an African American coonservative provocateur who instigated the "big lie" that Washed Up 45 was robbed of the 2020 election.

He openly stated that three lawmakers were involved in helping get the permit to host the infamous rally.

Rep. Karen Biggs (R-AZ), Rep. Karen Gosar (R-AZ) and Rep. Karen Brooks (R-AL) were called out by this extremist.

In a lengthy statement, Alexander denied any wrongdoing and said he is not a target of the investigation, which he said was more clearly aimed at organizers of a Jan. 6 rally near the White House. That event was run by “Women for America First.”

Alexander pushed the big lie and Washed Up 45 fell for it.

Alexander’s confirmation of a grand jury subpoena is the first public acknowledgment that the Justice Department’s probe of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol has expanded to include organizers of the events that preceded the attack, including some figures adjacent to Trump himself. The issuance of a grand jury subpoena suggests prosecutors believe crimes may have been committed in connection with those events.

Alexander has previously testified to the Jan. 6 select committee, where he talked about his contacts with Republican members of Congress. His cooperation with the Justice Department was first reported by the New York Times.

Alexander said in a since-deleted video that he worked with GOP Reps. Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs and Mo Brooks to attempt to use Congress’ Jan. 6 session certifying Joe Biden’s victory as a chance to pressure lawmakers to overturn the electoral results.

“We four schemed up to put maximum pressure on Congress while they were voting,” Alexander said in the video.

Biggs and Brooks have denied any substantive relationship with Alexander. Gosar has declined to address their contacts.

Alexander is also fighting in court to block a subpoena from the select committee for his phone records.

In his lawsuit to block the subpoena, Alexander revealed he had contact on the morning of Jan. 6 with Kimberly Guilfoyle, the fiancée of Donald Trump Jr. who played a role in securing financing for the ellipse rally.

“Ms. Guilfoyle thanked Mr. Alexander for being a leader on voting rights and creating the ‘Stop the Steal’ movement,” Alexander’s lawyers revealed in the filing. “The two spoke about the ongoing Georgia election and the GOP primaries that would take place in 2022. The Select Committee seemed satisfied with Alexander’s explanation of that short call.”

Guilfoyle is still in talks with the select committee about potential testimony.

In his statement, Alexander sought to separate himself from the substance of the investigation, saying he did not coordinate with the Proud Boys and suggesting his contact with the Oath Keepers was limited to accepting an offer for them to act as ushers at an event that never took place: his own permitted event near the Capitol, which didn’t occur because of the mob attack on the Capitol. The Oath Keepers are the subject of conspiracy charges for their roles in breaching the Capitol that day.

“I did not finance the Ellipse equipment. I did not ever talk with the White House about security groups. Any militia working security at the Ellipse belonged to “Women for America First,” not us,” Alexander said. “I did not coordinate any movements with the Proud Boys or even see them that day. I did take Oath Keepers offer to act as ushers for the Area 8 event but all of that was lost in the chaos. I wasn’t in communication with any of the aforementioned groups while I was near the Capitol working to get people away from the building. Lastly, I’m not willing to presume anyone’s guilt.”

Despite his disavowal of other extremist groups that participated in the Jan. 6 attack, CNN previously unearthed video of Alexander saying he intended to reach out to the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers about doing security for his event.

New York Lt. Guv Resigns: Brian Benjamin In Feds Crosshairs!

Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin resigns amidst a scandal.

Republicans love to embrace gotcha politics. I am reminded that Jan. 6 was one of the worst political attacks in American history.

It appears that the race for New York governor was rattled by the lieutenant gover being arrested. He also resigned as of today. He also acknowledged the mass shooting in New York City.

I put New York governor race in TILT DEMOCRAT.

I lowered it from lean Democrat because of Kathy Hochul being unknown and many New Yorkers still liked Andrew Cuomo despite the allegations.

Hochul also dealing with a mass shooting in New York City. A terrorist opened fire on a subway in Brooklyn bounded for Manhattan. The incident is currently fluid.

Brian Benjamin, the lieutenant governor of New York state is under arrest by the feds for allegations of bribery and campaign finance fraud.

Unsealed by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Damien Williams said that Benjamin has been indicted on charges including bribery and related offenses in connection with his alleged participation in a scheme to obtain campaign contributions in exchange for securing a state grant, according to an indictment.

Benjamin was indicted on multiple counts, including bribery and honest services wire fraud conspiracy, bribery, honest services wire fraud and two counts of falsification of records, for an alleged conspiracy that took place while he was a state senator.

A source familiar with the matter says Benjamin turned himself into authorities Tuesday morning.

CNN has reached out to a spokesperson for Benjamin and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul's office for comment.

Kathy Hochul has enough headaches to deal with.

A Benjamin campaign spokesperson previously told CNN, "Neither Lieutenant Governor Benjamin nor his campaign are being accused of any wrongdoing and they are prepared to fully cooperate with authorities. As soon as the campaign discovered that these contributions were improperly sourced, they donated them to the Campaign Finance Board, pursuant to guidance obtained from the CFB."

Benjamin was appointed to his position by Hochul after she took over the state's top job from former Gov. Andrew Cuomo following his resignation last summer. Hochul, who just completed contentious budget negotiations in Albany, will now come under scrutiny over the vetting process that preceded her decision to elevate Benjamin, who finished fourth in the 2021 Democratic primary for New York City comptroller -- a campaign in which prosecutors now say he sought and received illegal contributions. Benjamin is also accused of lying on a background check that followed Hochul's decision to make him her top deputy.

Williams would not comment on what, if any, contact investigators have had with Hochul's office.

"This indictment is about one person: Brian Benjamin," Williams said.

It is unclear whether Benjamin will resign from his post. Like Hochul, he is the party's endorsed candidate in the 2022 primary, and cannot be removed from the ballot.

A senior New York State Democratic Party official told CNN on Tuesday that "it would be best if (the party) found another candidate, if it's at all possible for (Benjamin) to be removed from the line" and that party leadership is planning to "explore all the options on that."

"It's a complicated process. There's not that many ways to do it, but there are some ways to do it. So we're looking at that," the official said. "And if we can, then obviously there's a committee on vacancies and we would take the recommendation of the governor for who we should replace him with, if that's at all possible."

The official also defended Hochul against criticism of her vetting process, referencing prosecutors' allegation that Benjamin had lied on his official background check.

"The US attorney made clear in his indictment today that one of the things was an issue was Brian Benjamin's lack of honesty in the vetting process," the official said. "I don't know how you fault the governor or her vetting team, frankly, for getting misinformation. She does not have access to investigations ongoing in the US attorney's office."

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
