Mass shootings in New York City often classified as terror attacks if they happen on subways, Time Square, Penn Station, World Trade Center, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and Rockefeller Center.

A shooting in a Brooklyn, New York subway. There appears to be an act of terrorism. There was a mass shooting at the 36th Subway station in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, New York. The suspect apparently wore a gas mask and used smoke devices in his attack. He also wore a construction vest and left improvised devices in the vicinity.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Kathy Hochul, mayor Eric Adams, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and the U.S. Representatives for New York are notified of this attack.

It appears that more than a dozen people were shot and so far we have no confirmation of deaths. But it is expected.

A manhunt is underway for the suspect as details are coming in.

A least four of the victims were found at the 36th Street subway station in Sunset Park and another at the 25th Street station in Greenwood Heights just before 8:30am. Some victims were treated at the scene and some were taken to local hospitals.

The mass shooting happened on the southbound R train, beginning at the 25th Street station. As the doors close, the suspect threw smoke bombs and then open fire on the passengers riding.

The victims and the suspect would get of the subway around the 36th Street station.

Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland had just talked about gun violence on Monday. He had said that Congress refusing to pass common sense gun laws has led to crime being on the rise.

Incidents like gunfire on subways are often classified with terrorism.

Adams, the current mayor is fighting symptoms of COVID-19. He wasn't at the presser today. He is facing heat for not doing enough to curb gun violence in the city.. Adams has been fighting aggressively to curb attacks in New York City. He has imposed more New York Police Department officers on subways. He imposed the undercover detectives back in sessions.

The gunman — possibly disguised as an MTA construction worker and wearing a gas mask — launched his bloody assault around 8:30 a.m. on a Manhattan-bound N train at the 36th Street station in Sunset Park, where authorities later discovered several undetonated devices, FDNY and police said. 

The suspect is believed to have set off the smoke grenade moments before firing off a barrage of bullets, police sources told the New York Post.

The incident is fluid and there is no arrest at this time. The NYPD, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, New York State Police, FBI and ATF are searching for the suspect and those who aided the possible terrorist.

Democrats in the House are passing legislation but its always being stalled by the Senate.
Republican governors are easing conceal gun laws to make it easier for Americans to carry firearms.
President Joe Biden is trying to place restrictions on purchases of ghost guns.
Some prosecutors are not pursuing harsher punishment for shooters who commit acts of violence.
Stand Your Ground Laws are too broad. It can give anyone justifiable right to shoot anyone who is a threat.

Brit Bump!

Britney Spears has another baby on the way.

Britney Spears announced her pregnancy. The 40 year old entertainer has a controversial history from her mental illness to the fight to win back her conservatorship. A resident of Las Vegas, the entertainer is expecting her third child with Sam Asghari.

On Monday, Spears posted on her verified Instagram account that she had lost weight to go on her recent Maui vacation, only to gain it back.

She wrote that Asghari told her she was "food pregnant."

"So I got a pregnancy test ... and uhhhhh well ... I am having a baby," Spears wrote.

CNN has reached out to a representative for Spears for comment.


Spears and Asghari, who got engaged in September 2021, have been open about their desire to have a child together.

During court testimonies last year as Spears sought to end the conservatorship that had controlled her life for more than a decade, she testified that she wanted to have a baby but that her court-ordered conservators prohibited her from getting off of birth control.

In December, she teased followers with news of a "new addition to the family" before introducing the world to her Australian Shepherd puppy named Sawyer.

The singer posted on Monday that she "won't be going out as much" to prevent paparazzi from getting photos of her pregnant, which they sell to make money.

She is the mother of two teen sons, Sean and Jayden, with ex husband Kevin Federline.

The president signed an executive order on Monday.

The Biden Administration faces growing pressure to crack down on gun deaths and violent crime in the United States.

Ghost guns are privately made firearms that are not marked with a serial number and are difficult for law enforcement to trace when used to commit a crime.

The Department of Justice's final rule has been making its way through the federal regulation process for nearly a year and is likely to draw opposition and litigation from gun advocates in the coming weeks.

"These guns are weapons of choice for many criminals," Biden said during an event in the White House Rose Garden. "We're going to do everything we can to deprive them of that choice."

The rule would make it illegal for businesses to manufacture such kits without a serial number and for a licensed gun dealer to sell them without a background check, Biden said.

The rule is part of a series of measures announced by Biden and the Justice Department in April last year to tackle growing gun violence in the United States and curb mass shootings.

In 2021, there were about 20,000 suspected ghost guns reported to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) as having been recovered by law enforcement in criminal investigations – a tenfold increase from 2016, according to statistics shared by the White House.

The Justice Department rule bans unserialized "buy build shoot" kits that individuals can buy online or at a store without a background check and can readily assemble into a working firearm in as little as 30 minutes with equipment they have at home. It also turns some ghost guns already in circulation into serialized firearms.

Gun deaths increased in 2021 over 2020, according to the nonprofit Gun Violence Archive.

In 2021 there were 20,726 gun deaths in the United States, not counting suicides by gun, the group reported. This included 693 mass shootings, defined by four or more people being shot, and claimed 702 lives and injured more than 2,800 people, the group reported.

Biden also nominated Steve Dettelbach, a former U.S. attorney from Ohio, to run ATF.

Scott said that no one in the hood plays Eminem's music. He said Em's music is trailer trash and his fans voted for Washed Up 45. He said thinks Em rhymes "masturbater in the elevator" whenever he's on the mic.

He needs to get serious mental health treatment. The former rapper and reality TV agitator once again feels the pain of his troubled soul. Real World Police released another devastating police body camera footage showing him reacting to his ex-girlfriend Althea Hart being with another man.

The victim never heard of the guy. Scott was known as Benzino, the former co-owner of The Source, a former reality television agitator from Love & Hip-Hop, the father of American entertainer Coi Leray and the former entertainer who ruined his career battling Eminem.

Scott is being ridiculed for his antics.

This incident happened in 2020 and it was released overnight. Scott is being charged in Gwinnett County for criminal damaging and assault. The washed up entertainer confronted Althea and a former firefighter who was walking with her.

He managed to put dents in the victim's truck. Scott clearly mentally ill berates Althea, the man and five Braselton Police officers.

During the body camera footage, the officers were respectful towards all parties. Scott is reportedly disobeying law enforcement orders to stay put during this encounter. He yelled racial and anti-gay slurs towards the victim.

The cops continue to ask Scott to calm down after five commands to stay put.

He had an emotional breakdown when Althea offered the victim a bottle water.

He also threw out Black Lives Matter when he was being arrested by the law.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Criminal mischief and damaging are misdemeanors. He could be criminally trespassed from being on Althea's home. She could press charges against him for domestic violence.

The washed up entertainer has an open feud with not only Althea Hart, but his daughter Coi LeRay, the entertainer's mother, Eminem, Lil Nas X, Merkules, The Evolve, NoLifeShaq, Royce da 5'9" and police officers.

Coi Leray released her album, Trendsetter was released on April 8.

On The Breakfast Club, the 24-year old rapper/socialite said that when Scott was fired from The Source, she and her mother were struggling. He slammed her on Clubhouse and also attacked a gay podcaster after he addressed the Coi Leray feud and the incident of him being in a Brookhaven Red Roof Inn with another man. He was criminally trespassed from the property after he berated the hotel manager.

Scott has been a major fixture on Real World Police. This is the sixth video featuring him.

The most infamous police video was his racist, sexist and belligerent attack on a Brookhaven Police officer. He also got an eviction from the apartment complex where he berated the apartment manager and yelled Black Lives Matter because he failed to pay rent on time.

Man, I know life is hard. Trust me. 

But I am not going to lose my cool over life. I am tough and confident that I will bounce back and do what's best and achieve my goals.

Juanita Broaddrick Banned On Twitter!

The far right troll who claimed Bill Clinton sexually abused her is banned on Twitter.

Let's make this clear, Twitter is a private company. They have the right to suspended users if they violate the terms of service. This is not silencing freedom of speech. The federal government can't silence the freedom of speech. Many on the far-right and some of these leftists believe Twitter operates as a part of the U.S. Department of Commerce. The former president is a government official at one time. However, due to his multiple violations and the Jan. 6 insurrection in which he encouraged his supporters to storm and attack the U.S. Capitol, social media had to put the brakes on misinformation and violent content.

The woman who accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault when he was then governor of Arkansas is permanently banned on Twitter. You can thank me for that one.

The woman is a white extremist who posted racially charged hatred against Vice President Kamala Harris and Supreme Court justice-designate Ketanji Brown Jackson.

The woman is a conspiracy theorist, racist and a downright mean person.

They claim that she was banned for spreading COVID-19 misinformation. I know that is one of the cases but in reality, it was her hateful content. I got proof of that.

The former nursing administrator who accused former President Bill Clinton of raping her, provided to Fox News Digital an email from Twitter announcing the suspension of her account.

She ignored the warnings to calm down.

The company said her account has been locked for "violating the policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19." 

The statement included the original tweet that sparked the ban, in which the white nationalist challenged the effectiveness of the coronavirus vaccines, suggested that pharmaceutical companies enormously profited because of them, and conspicuously claimed the vaccines "alter DNA."

This woman is the latest extremist banned on Twitter. She joins Washed Up 45 and numerous far right extremists in losing their platform.

I only hope the Joe Biden accuser and former RT America contributor is the next one to be permanently banned. She is literally calling upon her followers to harass her critics. That is a violation of the services.

Washed Up 45 Goes To Oz!

Washed Up 45 endorses a television doctor over a conservative.

The former president endorses the television doctor and it riled up conservatives who believe his decision making skills are flawed.

Washed Up 45 endorsed Mehmet Oz, the former daytime talk show host who is running for the open seat being vacated by Sen. Karen Toomey (R-PA). He is facing against five other candidates. These candidates are seriously pissed off by the decision.

Even some of Washed Up 45's allies are angered by the decision.

Washed Up 45 while speaking at a rally in North Carolina, ignited fury and ridicule among some of the loudest voices in the former president's universe.

At issue among Washed Up 45’s most fervent supporters is the belief that Oz, a Turkish-American TV physician who has hobnobbed with Hollywood’s elite and has flip-flopped on the issue of abortion, isn’t a trustworthy “America First” Republican candidate, compared to fellow candidate Dave McCormick, who has former Washed Up 45 officials Hope Hicks and Karen Miller by his side.

“I have enormous respect for President Trump. I was honored to have his endorsement in PA. Twice,” Sean Parnell, the former Washed Up 45-backed candidate, who dropped out of the race after an abuse allegation surfaced from his estranged ex-wife, wrote on Twitter. “But I’m disappointed by this. Oz is the antithesis of everything that made Trump the best president of my lifetime.”

The infighting only intensified as more conservative commentators and politicos lined up to take shots at Washed Up 45’s endorsement.

“It’s like Donald Trump’s staff is sabotaging Trump by convincing him to make the worst possible endorsements,” conservative radio host Karen Erickson tweeted.

“This endorsement could divide MAGA in the only way that matters: he could lose America First conservatives over it,” Breitbart News’ Karen Pollak wrote.

Elsewhere, Rep. Karen Brooks (R-AL), who is running for the Senate and who has split with the former president in recent over back-and-forth accusations of election interference, chalked up the Oz endorsement to weak-kneed staffers the ex-president has enlisted.

“This is happening because Trump’s surrounded himself by staff who are on McConnell’s payroll & hostile to the MAGA agenda. Everybody telling Trump who to endorse in primaries works for The Swamp,” said Brooks, whose Trump endorsement was recently rescinded. “They played him. Again.”

But Obstructionist Leader Karen McConnell (R-KY) didn’t immediately jump in on backing Oz during an interview with Fox News Sunday, stating, “I think we’re in a good position to win that race regardless of who the nominee is.”

Dwayne Haskins Passed Away!

Florida authorities want to know why Dwayne Haskins was on the freeway.

Pittsburgh Steelers and the NFL are mourning the loss of quarterback Dwayne Haskins. He was killed while walking on Interstate 595 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A dump truck ran the 24-year old over.

The Florida Highway Patrol has confirmed that he was hit on Saturday. They have no idea on why he was walking on the freeway in the early morning of Saturday.

Haskins' agent Cedric Saunders said to ESPN that he was vying for the spot that was left by Ben Roethlisberger, the famed Pittsburgh quarterback who retired this year. Haskins was a standout player from the Ohio State Buckeyes. He led the Buckeyes to victory in 2018 during Urban Meyer's final years as coach for the team.

“Mr. Haskins was walking on a limited access facility highway/expressway for unknown reasons,” FHP said in a statement. “He was attempting to cross the westbound lanes of Interstate 595 when there was oncoming traffic. Unfortunately, he collided with an oncoming dump truck.”

Interstate 595 in Florida Carrie's 245,000 vehicles daily.

Haskins was pronounced dead at the scene, FHP spokesperson Lt. Indiana Miranda confirmed to The Associated Press.

WPXI-TV, citing DK Pittsburgh Sports, said Haskins was driving to the airport to return to Pittsburgh and stopped his vehicle to get out when he was hit by the dump truck.

Born in Highland Park, New Jersey, Haskins and his family moved to Potomac, Maryland, when he was in the ninth grade. There, he attended and played football at Bullis School from 2013–2016, where he passed for 5,308 yards and 54 touchdowns. He originally committed to the University of Maryland over Rutgers University to play college football, but later decided to attend Ohio State University after Maryland football coach Randy Edsall was fired mid-season.

He played college football at Ohio State, where he won the Sammy Baugh Trophy and was the 2019 Rose Bowl MVP as a sophomore. Haskins was selected by the Washington Redskins in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, but was released after less than two seasons due to inconsistent play and questions over his work ethic. He signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2021, where he played until his death during the following off-season.

OH Gawd No!

Me and my boys.

The Republican primary for U.S. senate is a clusterfuck. The candidates running for the open seat being vacated by Sen. Karen Portman (R-OH) is a disaster. I mean these candidates are trying to appeal to the white nationalist base of Washed Up 45 with "fear mongering" and "red meat" politics.

None of them seem viable as a senator. Yet, one will become a senator if the Democrats don't line up a good ground game.

So this primary is going to be held in May and it will involve a set of white nationalists who are vying for the endorsement of Washed Up 45.

1. Karen Mandel, the former Ohio state treasurer.
2. Karen Gibbons, a business owner and white nationalist.
3. Karen Timken, the former chairwoman for Ohio's Republican Party.
4. Karen Dolan, an Ohio senate member.
5. Karen D. Vance, a hedge fund investor former Washed Up 45 advisor for his failed 2020 campaign.

These five candidates are fighting over who's more in line with Washed Up 45. It seems like they only are concerned about "red meat" instead of real issues.

Ohio is the 7th largest populated state in the country. It will soon be surpassed by North Carolina. The state has lost a congressional seat. The only city in the state growing is Columbus, the state capitol.

Ohio was once considered a swing state. The state went to Washed Up 45 twice by a large margin.

This is why these Republicans are trying to out crazy one another.

Even at a FreedomWorks forum, Gibbons and Mandel let their egos get in the way of actual issues.

Mind you there's hundreds of issues facing Ohio right now.

1. Infrastructure.

2. Crime and Gun Violence.

3. Bringing Better Paying Jobs To Ohio.

The state's population is 12.3 million residents. North Carolina's is 11.4 million residents. 

North Carolina, Montana, Texas, Florida, Colorado and Oregon gained seats while Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and California lost a seat.

Ohio still can't figure out how to draw a congressional map. They are still stuck on finding a common ground bipartisan congressional district map. The state's Republicans keep rolling out maps that favor them 3:1. The state's supreme court opposed every drawn map. They said it has to be a balance.

Coi LeRay's airing out her dad's mental problems.

Coi LeRay admits that her father is a clout chaser and lousy human being. She still loves him though.

Congratulations to her on her debut album. It's expected to be in the top-10 of Billboard.

Raymond Scott is a disgraceful human being. Formerly known as Benzino, the rapper is literally trying to sabotage Coi LeRay's album. He also is rehashing his rap beef with Eminem.

Scott, a washed up entertainer is a destructive human being.

It was on Clubhouse where Scott was totally trashing Coi LeRay and her mother. He and Wack 100 literally go on an anti-LGBTQ rant and threatened a person hosting a Clubhouse.

The person who hosted a Clubhouse was a gay man and he defended Coi LeRay's frustrations with her father and also said that Scott being in the Red Roof Inn, a place known for cruising is suspect. 

Wack100 got really heated with the host and threatened to harm him. Then both Scott and Wack100 launched into a hateful attack on the man by calling gay slurs and threatening taunts.

That led to Clubhouse permanently suspending their accounts. On top of that, Scott was publicly blasting Coi for talking about him being "broke" after he was fired from The Source.

It was no secret that Scott and Dave Mays were fired out the cannon after The Source board members formally suspended them.

As Coi celebrates her debut album release, her dad keeps sabotaging her. So she responded.

In series of tweets that were later deleted, Coi responded with, “My dad is texting my mom threatening her and me because I said he went broke on the breakfast club on the day of my album release,” she wrote. “I hate to bring this s### to social media but my father need help. Sorry if I offended you on breakfast club but don’t treatment me or my mom because you hate to admit that we went broke after the source.”

Coi Leray cited Benzino’s behavior as a reason why she avoided mentioning her family connections when she began her Hip Hop career.

“Build a f###### bridge and get over it that’s why I don’t even like mentioning his name,” she explained. “That’s why I never mentioned his name coming into this industry cause he can’t get over his past and don’t even realize how much he damaging when he does this stuff.”

Will Smith Banned From Oscars For 10 Years!

Harsh punishment but not enough.

Will Smith is very lucky that the Academy Awards committee members did not strip him off his Oscar.

On top of that, he lucky they did not permanently banned him from the Academy Awards.

The decision was harsh but not severe enough.

Smith slapped Chris Rock during the 94th Presentation of the Academy Awards which became an international event. It literally took away all the positive achievements from everyone.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ 54-person Board of Governors met Friday via Zoom to decide on additional discipline for Smith after he resigned his membership from the Academy last week. Originally the Academy was required by California law to give Smith 15 days notice about their decision, but once he resigned his membership, they were able to move up their decision.

The governors first met on March 30, with the Academy releasing a statement that said Smith had been asked to leave the ceremony but “refused,” and delivered their ruling in which they voted to discipline Smith as part of its previously announced “formal review” into the incident.

The consequences are in line with the Academy’s Bylaws and Standards of Conduct, which were revised in late 2017 in the wake of the #MeToo movement. The standards outline what is deemed as “unacceptable conduct” for members — including “physical contact that is uninvited” — and lists all the potential forms of discipline Smith could have faced for this unprecedented incident in Oscars history.

Only five people have been expelled in the history of the Academy. Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby and Roman Polanski were all expelled in connection with convictions for sexual-abuse charges. Actor Carmine Caridi was expelled in 2004 for loaning VHS screeners to a friend who was caught by the FBI using the screeners to make pirated copies of films. And cinematographer Adam Kimmel had his membership revoked in 2021 for failing to disclose that he was a registered sex offender.

The Academy also stopped short of revoking Will Smith’s Oscar won for “King Richard,” something that actors branch governor Whoopi Goldberg alluded to on “The View” following the Oscars. Only one Oscar has ever been revoked, and not for reasons connected to personal conduct. That was in 1969 when the year’s winner for Best Documentary Feature, a film called “Young Americans,” was disqualified because it was actually released in the year prior to when it was submitted for eligibility.

Others have had their privileges to be considered for the Oscars temporarily or permanently revoked. Bruce Broughton, a songwriter who in 2014 was nominated for “Alone Yet Not Alone,” had the song’s nomination revoked after it was found he had improperly contacted other branch members in support of his original song submission. What’s more, people or companies have had tickets to the Oscars ceremony revoked as a result of campaign violations.

The previous year’s winner for Best Actor traditionally is asked to present the following year’s prize for Best Actress. Smith was also considered an Oscar contender for “Emancipation,” a runaway slave drama directed by Antoine Fuqua and scheduled to be released by Apple later this year.

The “King Richard” star during the Oscars last month walked onto the stage and slapped Rock after the comedian joked that Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, who has alopecia, should star in a “G.I. Jane” sequel due to her closely shaved head. He then twice shouted from his seat, “Keep my wife’s name out your fucking mouth.”

Following his apology to the Academy during his Best Actor acceptance speech, he apologized directly to Chris Rock and condemned his own actions as wrong.

“Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night’s Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable,” Smith said in a statement. “Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally. I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris. I was out of line and I was wrong. I am embarrassed and my actions were not indicative of the man I want to be. There is no place for violence in a world of love and kindness.”

After a week full of backlash, Smith apologized again as he announced his resignation from the Academy, saying that he would be willing to accept any other consequences the Academy deemed appropriate.

“Change takes time and I am committed to doing the work to ensure that I never again allow violence in a world of love and kindness.”

Many in Hollywood have called for some form of punishment against Smith and wondered why he was not escorted out of the Oscars after striking Rock. In addition to the Academy, SAG-AFTRA issued a statement denouncing Smith’s actions as “unacceptable,” adding that it was in touch with the Academy and ABC and would be working to make sure the situation was properly addressed.

The 94th Oscars were meant to be a celebration of the many individuals in our community who did incredible work this past year; however, those moments were overshadowed by the unacceptable and harmful behavior we saw Mr. Smith exhibit on stage.

During our telecast, we did not adequately address the situation in the room. For this, we are sorry. This was an opportunity for us to set an example for our guests, viewers and our Academy family around the world, and we fell short — unprepared for the unprecedented.

Today, the Board of Governors convened a meeting to discuss how best to respond to Will Smith’s actions at the Oscars, in addition to accepting his resignation. The Board has decided, for a period of 10 years from April 8, 2022, Mr. Smith shall not be permitted to attend any Academy events or programs, in person or virtually, including but not limited to the Academy Awards.

We want to express our deep gratitude to Mr. Rock for maintaining his composure under extraordinary circumstances. We also want to thank our hosts, nominees, presenters and winners for their poise and grace during our telecast.

This action we are taking today in response to Will Smith’s behavior is a step toward a larger goal of protecting the safety of our performers and guests, and restoring trust in the Academy. We also hope this can begin a time of healing and restoration for all involved and impacted.
