Fred Upton Out!

The Michigan shuffle.

One of the lawmakers who voted to impeach Washed Up 45 after the Jan. 6 attack will not seek reelection.

Rep. Karen Upton (R-MI) became the latest Republican to call it quits. He could either be facing a serious contender from the far right or he just is getting tired of QAnon leader Karen McCarthy giving too much credence to the Freedumb Caucus members.

Regardless, Washed Up 45 is pleased that another Republican who went against him is gone. He made his statements to retire on the House floor Tuesday.

He is now the 16th Republican to retire or seek another office ahead of the 2022 midterms, compared with 31 Democrats.

Michigan lost a congressional seat after the 2020 census, and under new redistricting maps, Upton would have faced Rep. Karen Huizenga (R-MI) in a member vs. member primary, had he run for re-election.

"Hopefully civility and bipartisanship versus discord can rule, not rue, the day," Upton added.

Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) praised Upton on the House floor shortly after his announcement.

"His retiring is a loss for this country and especially the people of Michigan," Dingell said.

Upton is considered conservative but workable which means he had voted for bipartisan laws.

Upton voted for the Build Back Better bill and supported the Washed Up 45 tax cuts. He refuses to support raising taxes on billionaires and he is one of the many members who refuse to support the continuation of coronavirus funding.

Obama Back In The House!

President Joe Biden welcomes former president Barack Obama back to the White House.

When the Affordable Care Act was passed, one Joe Biden said this was a "big fucking deal."

It's truth. That was a major overhaul for the nation's healthcare system.

Former president Barack Obama will come back to the White House to have a lunch with President Joe Biden and talk about the anniversary of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

The president, Vice President Kamala Harris and Obama will be speaking at the White House on Tuesday to address the need to keep the healthcare law in place.

The president will make changes to the law and also acknowledge Obama's impact on him.

Biden was the vice president from 2009 until 2017.

Obama will acknowledge that the ACA was a difficult path to cross. It took a lot of hard work and the constant obstruction from Republicans. They continued to this day to oppose the law and threatened constantly to repeal the law.

The law is more popular now than it was when it was first passed.

Obama seriously had faced the same crap Biden is currently facing. The Republicans refuse to work with him on many of his key issues.

Only three Republicans will support Ketanji Brown Jackson for the Supreme Court. They are actively opposing the president's policies to inflation reduction. They are literally pushing conspiracy theories and culture war controversies to win back Congress.

It's a fucking shame that Obama left. Had we been able to listen to facts, Hillary Clinton could have been president.

Washed Up 45 led the country down a horrible path.

I am so fucking glad that President Biden won. I know he has a lot of shit to fix.... a lot of impatient folks and of course a lot of obstacles in the way. But I have faith that the president and Vice President Harris can get the job done.

Blame Game: Dandrae Martin!

Picture of the alleged shooter in Sacramento's deadly mass shooting.

BE WARNED THERE WILL BE GRAPHIC VIOLENCE! TAKE DISCRETION!

The Sacramento Police and California authorities have nabbed one of the terrorists who opened fire on bar goers. Six innocent lives were lost in this weekend tragedy.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The law said there are apparently multiple shooters involved in the one of the worst mass shootings in Sacramento's history. President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Gavin Newsom, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) and the U.S. Representatives from California have reacted to the mass shooting. The mayor of Sacramento has also called for Congress to pass gun control laws.

It won't happen because the Republicans in the House, the Republicans in the Senate, Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV) and possibly Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) will block any legislation that involves firearm regulations.

The terrorist was taken into custody in connection with the shooting and faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon and illegal firearms possession, Sacramento police said. More than 100 rounds were fired early Sunday in downtown Sacramento amid a chaotic altercation outside the city's entertainment district, which was packed with people leaving bars.

Police called the shooter a "related suspect" and said detectives and SWAT team members found one handgun during searches of three homes in the area.

The arrest came after the six victims killed in the attack were identified. The Sacramento County coroner identified the three women killed as Johntaya Alexander, 21; Melinda Davis, 57; and Yamile Martinez-Andrade, 21. The three men killed were Sergio Harris, 38; Joshua Hoye-Lucchesi, 32; and Devazia Turner, 29.

Some of the chaos before and after the shooting was captured on video, which showed an altercation around 2 a.m. Sunday. As gunshots rang out, people leaving crowded bars scattered.

Four of the victims were confirmed.

Authorities did not offer a possible motive in one of the largest mass shooting in the city's history, according to The Sacramento Bee. A month ago, a man killed his three children, another person and himself at a Sacramento church.

"The scale of violence that just happened in our city is unprecedented in my 27 years here at the Sacramento Police Department," Police Chief Kathy Lester said at a news conference Sunday.

It was a senseless act of gun violence that happened within a few blocks of the state capitol building.

A nightlife shattered by men and their relentless bid to prove their fickle manhood.

Will Congress do something about the gun violence problem in the United States?
Yes
No

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

Gun violence is a problem in the United States.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history.

Estelle Harris Passed Away!

Estelle Harris, the lovable actress on Seinfeld passed away.

Actress Estelle Harris has passed away on Sunday at the age of 93. She was best known for her as George Costanza's (Jason Alexander) mom on Seinfeld. Harris also voiced Mrs. Potato Head in the Toy Story franchise.

She was 93.

As middle-class matron Estelle Costanza, Harris put a memorable stamp on her recurring role in the smash 1990s sitcom. With her high-pitched voice and humorously overbearing attitude, she was an archetype of maternal indignation.

Trading insults and absurdities with her on-screen husband, played by Jerry Stiller, Harris helped create a parental pair that would leave even a psychiatrist helpless to do anything but hope they’d move to Florida — as their son, played by Jason Alexander, fruitlessly encouraged them to do.

Harris’ agent Michael Eisenstadt confirmed the actor’s death in Palm Desert, California, on Saturday evening.

Viewers of all backgrounds would tell her she was just like their own mothers, Harris often said.

“She is the mother that everybody loves, even though she’s a pain in the neck,” she told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in 1998.

The career-defining role came after decades on stage and screen. Born April 22, 1928, in New York City, Harris grew up in the city and later in the Pittsburgh suburb of Tarentum, Pennsylvania, where her father owned a candy store. She started tapping her comedic talents in high school productions where she realized she “could make the audience get hysterical,” as she told People magazine in 1995.

After the nine-season run of “Seinfeld” ended in 1998, Harris continued to appear on stage and screen. She voiced Mrs. Potato Head in the 1999 animated blockbuster “Toy Story 2” and played the recurring character Muriel in the popular Disney Channel sitcom “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody,” among other roles.

She had stopped pursuing show business when she married in the early 1950s but resumed acting in amateur groups, dinner theater and commercials as her three children grew (“I had to get out of diapers and bottles and blah-blah baby talk,” she told People). Eventually, she began appearing in guest roles on TV shows including the legal comedy “Night Court,” and in films including director Sergio Leone’s 1984 gangland epic “Once Upon a Time in America.”

Her “Seinfeld” debut came in one of the show’s most celebrated episodes: the Emmy Award-winning 1992 “The Contest,” in which the four central characters challenge each other to refrain from doing what is artfully described only as “that.”

Harris would go on to appear in dozens more episodes of the “show about nothing.” She seethed over snubbed paella, screeched about George’s hanky-panky in the parental bed and laid out the spread for screen husband Frank’s idiosyncratic holiday, Festivus.

“Estelle is a born performer,” Stiller told The Record of Bergen County, N.J., in 1998. “I just go with what I got, and she goes back at me the same way.”

Still, Harris saw a sympathetic undertone to her character, often saying Estelle fumed out frustration at her bumbling mate and scheming slacker of a son.

Viewers, she told an interviewer in 1998, “just look at her as being funny, cute and a loudmouth. But it’s not how I play her. I play her with misery underneath.”

She is survived by her three children, three grandsons, and a great grandson.

Washed Up 45 Lost Over 7 Hours!

Missing phone logs.

The Jan. 6 Committee is furious. They are calling the actions conducted by the former president criminal. The call logs between the president and staffers are missing. During the attack on the U.S. Capitol, there was a huge gap in the former president's records.

Under the Presidential Records Act, a president must maintain a record of his/her tasks during the term. The National Archives and Records Administration will keep all the president's records. Anything missing or not reported is a violation of the law.

About 7 hours of call logs are missing and the Congress is demanding answers.

Washed Up 45 was apparently not willing to call off the mob of his supporters. He was forced into it. He did a taped video to tell his supporters to go home. However, he kept pushing the lie that the election was stolen and he loved the passion of the violent mob.

Internal White House records from the day of the attack on the U.S. Capitol that were turned over to the House select committee show a gap within a 7 hour and 37nminute gap.

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) speculates that the former president used untraceable cellphones. Those so called burner phones are not tracked and it appears that illegal conduct was committed by staffers and the former president.

The lack of an official White House notation of any calls placed to or by Trump for 457 minutes — from 11:17 a.m. to 6:54 p.m. — on Jan. 6, 2021 means there is no record of the calls made by Washed Up 45 as his supporters descended on the U.S. Capitol, battled overwhelmed police and forcibly entered the building, prompting lawmakers and former vice president Karen R. Pence to flee for safety.

The 11 pages of records — which consist of the president's official daily diary and the White House switchboard call log — were turned over by the National Archives earlier this year to the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack.

The records show that Washed Up 45 was active on the phone for part of the day, documenting conversations that he had with at least eight people in the morning and 11 people that evening. The gap also stands in stark contrast to the extensive public reporting about phone conversations he had with allies during the attack.

The chairman of the Jan. 6 House select committee, Rep. Bennie Thompson, Democrat of Mississippi, called the reported gap in the log "concerning."

"Obviously, there is not a second in the day that the president of the United States is not on record somewhere," Thompson told CBS News on Tuesday after a White House bill signing event. He said the committee would see "if we can piece it together."

"Having a record of what the president was doing on that day is absolutely vital to the work of the committee," Thompson added.

Washed Up 45 ad lib his "go home" taped speech.

Thompson also said that the committee does not yet have any evidence that there were calls the president had made or received in that time period, but "if the Capitol of the United States is being overrun, somebody made some calls. And we just have to find them."

The House panel is now investigating whether the former president communicated that day through backchannels, phones of aides or personal disposable phones, known as "burner phones," according to two people with knowledge of the probe, who, like others interviewed for this report, spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive information. The committee is also scrutinizing whether it received the full log from that day.

The records show that former White House chief strategist Not See Bannon — who said on his Jan. 5 podcast that "all hell is going to break loose tomorrow" — spoke with Trump twice on Jan. 6.

A spokesman for the committee declined to comment.

In a statement Monday night, the former president said, "I have no idea what a burner phone is, to the best of my knowledge I have never even heard the term."

But former national security adviser Karen Bolton said in an interview Tuesday, after the CBS News-Washington Post reporting had been published, that he recalls Washed Up 45 using the term "burner phones" in several discussions and that the former president was aware of its meaning.

Bolton said he and the former president have spoken about how people have used "burner phones" to avoid having their calls scrutinized.

A Washed Up 45 spokesperson said that the former president had nothing to do with the records and had assumed any and all of his phone calls were recorded and preserved.

Bloodshed: Mass Shooting In Sacramento!

Another deadly mass shooting.

BE WARNED EXTREMELY GRAPHIC VIOLENCE. TAKE DISCRETION.

For conservatives, when crime happens in America, they often blame Democrats for policies that allow firearms on the streets. Of course, the Republicans refuse to pass legislation to curb gun violence because in their minds, they don't want to infringe on the Second Amendment. But they are quick to point how crime is an epidemic.
The same folks who refuse to hold accountable those individuals responsible for the deadly U.S. Capitol riot are quick to complain about Democrats and crime.

Another mass shooting in America. In California's state capital, Sacramento, a city of 532,000, six people are killed in another senseless act of gun violence. President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Gavin Newsom, members of California's U.S. House, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) were notified.

Six people were killed and 12 injured before dawn Sunday in Sacramento when multiple shooters fired amid crowds as bars and nightclubs emptied for the night in the second mass shooting in five weeks in California’s capital city, the police chief said.

Three men and three women were killed, Police Chief Kathy Lester told reporters. Sgt. Zach Eaton, a police department spokesman, said investigators believe there were at least two shooters.

The suspects were still at large and authorities said they had found a stolen handgun and were reviewing video footage posted to social media that showed what appeared to be an altercation before the gunfire erupted.

Detectives were trying to determine the sequence of events before the shooting and Eaton said they “don’t know if that fight actually lead to the shooting.”

A police camera captured part of the shooting, Lester said, and investigators have located hundreds of pieces of evidence amid a scene that Lester described as “really complex and complicated" — so much so that the bodies of the victims remained on the street hours later.

The crime scene stretched across multiple city blocks, with dozens of blue and yellow evidence markers dotting the pavement. At least four of the wounded battled life-threatening gunshot injuries in hospitals, officials said.

Mass shootings happen everyday.

Kelsey Schar was staying on the fourth floor of Citizen Hotel when she said she heard gunshots and saw flashes in the dark. She walked to the window and “saw a guy running and just shooting,” Schar told The Associated Press in an interview.

Her friend, Madalyn Woodard, said she saw a crowd in the street scatter amid the gunfire and a girl who appeared to have been shot in the arm laying on the ground. Security guards from a nearby nightclub rushed to help the girl with what looked like napkins to try to stanch the bleeding.

A video posted on Twitter showed people running through the street amid the sounds of rapid gunfire in the city located 75 miles (120 kilometers) from San Francisco.

The area where the violence occurred on the outskirts of the city’s main entertainment district is packed with restaurants and bars. Nightclubs close at 2 a.m. and it’s normal for streets to be full of people at that hour.

The district is anchored by the Golden One Center that attracts big-name concerts and is home to the NBA’s Sacramento Kings, who are hosting a game Sunday night against the Golden State Warriors. City officials have invested heavily in the area to promote development in the area and police said there would be extra patrols downtown ahead of the basketball game.

“This morning our city has a broken heart,” Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg said. "We don’t know all the facts but we know there were mass casualties in a very short amount of time.”

Officers were patrolling the area near the shooting site two blocks from the State Capitol at about 2 a.m. when they heard gunfire and rushed to the scene, Lester told reporters. They found a large crowd gathered and six people dead in the street.

Twelve other people were also shot and wounded in the melee. Police urged witnesses or anyone with recordings of the shooting to contact police.

“We’re asking for the public’s help in helping us to identify the suspects in this,” Lester said.

Pop duo Aly & AJ performed Saturday at Sacramento’s Crest Theatre and their tour bus was caught in the gunfire, the musicians said on Twitter. No one in their touring group was hurt, the tweet said.

Sunday’s violence was the third time in the U.S. this year that at least six people have been killed in a mass shooting, according to a database compiled by The Associated Press, USA Today and Northeastern University. And it was the second mass shooting in Sacramento in the last five weeks.

On Feb. 28, a father killed his three daughters, a chaperone and himself in a church during a weekly supervised visitation. David Mora, 39, was armed with a homemade semiautomatic rifle-style weapon, even though he was under a restraining order that prohibited him from possessing a firearm.

Councilmember Katie Valenzuela, who represents the area where the shooting happened, said she’s fielded phone calls reporting many violent incidents in her district during her 15 months in office.

Valenzuela cried at a news conference as she told reporters that the latest phone call woke her up at 2:30 a.m. Sunday with details about the latest tragedy.

“I’m heartbroken and I’m outraged,” she said. “Our community deserves better than this.”

Sacramento night life ruined by a domestic terrorist.

The city's downtown development effort was working until the pandemic hit and forced many businesses to close, according to Grant Gorman, a bartender who lives near the place the shooting happened.

“Just when we were reaching some semblance of it being a bustling downtown area that was safe and we had a bunch of open businesses to go to, the pandemic hit it and just crushed it,” Gorman said.

Steinberg, the mayor, said in recent years it “has been a very difficult time in downtown Sacramento and Sacramento as a whole.”

He added that the shooting “gives pause to our entire community” but urged people to continue visiting the area despite the recent violence.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom said in a statement that his administration was working closely with law enforcement officials.

“What we do know at this point is that another mass casualty shooting has occurred, leaving families with lost loved ones, multiple individuals injured and a community in grief," he said.

Kay Harris, 32, told AP she was asleep when one of her family members called to say they thought her brother Sergio Harris had been killed. She said she thought he had been at the London nightclub, which is near the shooting.

Harris said she has been to the club a few times and described it as a place for “the younger crowd.” She spent the morning circling the block waiting for news.

“Very much so a senseless, violent act,” she said.

One of the victims was named.

Pamela Harris, Sergio Harris' mother, told The Sacramento Bee the family has not heard from him yet.

“We just want to know what happened to him,” Pamela Harris told the newspaper. “Not knowing anything is just hard to face.”

Berry Accius, a community activist, said he came to the scene shortly after the shooting happened.

“The first thing I saw was like victims. I saw a young girl with a whole bunch of blood in her body, a girl taking off glass from her, a young girl screaming saying, ‘They killed my sister.’ A mother running up, ‘Where’s my son, has my son been shot?’“ he said.

Are you tired of thoughts and prayers when it comes to gun violence?

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES!

Washed Up 45 Goes After Peter Meijer And His Family's Superstore!

Bullshit in Michigan.

Washed Up 45 takes his ass to Lower Peninsula. His trip to eastern Michigan was full of baseless conspiracies, attacks on President Joe Biden and the usual word vomit.

He took aim at Hillary Clinton and bragged about his victory against her. He claimed that Michigan voters actually voted for him over his opponent Biden. He slammed the Detroit/Wayne County Board of Elections. He believes that people in Wayne County conducted voter fraud and believed that he was robbed of votes. He still believed the election was rigged. It was not.

He slammed the pandemic response from Biden.

He claimed that gas prices were at its lowest when he was in office. With the country in a global pandemic, oil prices dropped and we were in a global recession. The former president ignored the warnings and allowed the coronavirus spread from coast to coast.

The former president allowed a handful of politicians on the stage to promote baseless conspiracies and false claims about former president Barack Obama and Democrats in general.

Rep. Karen McClain (R-MI) claimed that the Washed Up 45 was responsible for nabbing Osama bin Laden. She was tap dancing on the allegations that Biden allowed 13 American soldiers die in Afghanistan in the closing of the longest war in American history. Not like the 20,000 others who died fighting a winless war mattered to her. And it went through four presidents, beginning with a Republican president who ignored the briefings stating Bin Laden's allies were planning an attack. Mind you the former al Qaeda leader was killed in Pakistan and Republicans refused to allow Obama to withdraw from Afghanistan.

Meijer's future in Congress in jeopardy. Washed Up 45 endorsed his opponent.

The Republicans don't seem to care when Washed Up 45 calls military members who died suckers and losers.

He brought up the Hunter Biden "laptop from hell." Demands Republicans and Russia to find dirt on the president's son.

The former president attacks AOC plus three. He named Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN). He could not remember Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA).

He goes after Rep. Karen Meijer (R-MI), a family member of the Midwest superstores Meijer. The lawmaker joined with nine other Republicans in voting to impeach the former president for instigating his supporters to attack the U.S. Capitol.

Meijer is located in six states and is one of the most popular superstores in the Midwest.

It was founded in Greenville, Michigan by Meijer's great-grandfather Hendrik and built as a hypermarket by his grandfather Fred. His father Hank is the CEO.

Its corporate headquarters is located in Grand Rapids and its suburb of Walker.

The lawmaker has signalled he is running for a second term. But he is facing a challenge from the far right. Gay coonservative John Gibbs is challenging Meijer.

The former president intentionally mispronounced his name.

The former president ignored the former Detroit Police chief James Craig, the Black coonservative running for governor of Michigan. He also ignored John James, a perennial coonservative figure who hopes to win a seat in the House after two failed Senate bids.

He said that America should kneel to the flag and GOD in an attempt to attack Colin Kaepernick.

He vows to stop critical race theory and trans girls from playing girl sports.

A hot plate of bullshit coming fresh out the ass of a castrated bully.

Mama Grizzly Runs With The Wolves!

Now she wants to run for Congress.

What do you get when you cross a Marjorie Taylor Greene with a Lauren Boebert?

You get a Sarah Palin.

The monster Karen from Wasilla.

The former Alaskan governor and reality television star officially running to replace Don Young. The longtime lawmaker died awaiting his flight to Alaska.

Palin, the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee wants to be with her girls.

Palin, a conservative firebrand who helped stoke the anti-establishment sentiment that has engulfed the party since she ran alongside the late Arizona Sen. John McCain years ago, said in a statement that she planned to “honor” the nearly five decades Young served in Congress by “offering myself up in the name of service to the state he loved and fought for.”

The former governor will be among 40 or so candidates vying for the single district seat.

“America is at a tipping point,” she said. “As I’ve watched the far left destroy the country, I knew I had to step up and join the fight.”

Palin joins a crowded field of candidates to succeed Young, the longtime Alaska representative who died last month at age 88. Although she is years removed from her last electoral bid, she enters the race as a household name in the state.

Remember Palin was complaining about Michael Bloomberg tax on fattening foods. She slurped on a 7-Eleven Big Gulp and a bag of Fritos.

A special primary will take place June 11 and the special general election will take place on August 16, the same day as Alaska’s statewide primary. The contests will be the first to use the state’s new election system, where all candidates run on a single ballot in the primary and the top four candidates advance to the general election.

In the general election the winning candidate will be determined by ranked-choice voting.

Since running for vice president, Palin has not sought any other elected office, even as the party has moved more towards the rhetoric that made her standout as a vice presidential pick.

In 2009, shortly after she and McCain lost to then-Sens. Barack Obama and Joe Biden, Palin resigned as Alaska governor, citing the pressure and financial restraints that came with a host of ethics complaints. Since then, Palin has gone on to be a staple on the Republican convention circuit, regularly appearing at large gatherings of Republican activists to lambast Democrats. And she has been a sought-after endorsement for some Republican hopefuls, including Donald Trump when he successfully ran for President in 2016.

Palin has teased a possible bid in recent media appearances.

“There is a time and a season for everything and if this season is one where I need a more official platform to have then, yeah, I’m going to throw my hat in the ring because we need people who have cojones,” she told Fox. “We need people, like Donald Trump, who has nothing to lose, like me.”

I am reminded that Biden debated Palin in 2008. It was a trainwreck for the McCain campaign. It was a precursor for Washed Up 45's crazy antics.

At Will!

Will ain't sorry.

Will Smith resigns from the Academy Awards board of governors. But it is not over, because the sanctions imposed will be severe given that the "slap heard across the world" will be forever seared in the minds of millions. An incident that will be a part of American history and a possible career damage to the media mogul.

The Academy followed up with two subsequent statements that more forcefully criticized Smith. On Wednesday, the group said Smith had violated the Academy’s standards of conduct and that he had 15 days to provide a written response explaining his actions. The organization said Smith faced suspension, expulsion or other sanctions.

Smith, facing possible expulsion or suspension after he assaulted Chris Rock during last Sunday’s Oscars telecast, has instead resigned from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. The move comes as the actor is embroiled in the gravest crisis of his career and as the organization behind the Academy Awards has struggled in its attempts to deal with the fallout from the altercation. In a statement, Smith called his actions “shocking, painful and inexcusable” and said that he will accept any additional consequences that the Academy’s Board of Governors deems appropriate.

“The list of those I have hurt is long and includes Chris, his family, many of my dear friends and loved ones, all those in attendance, and global audiences at home,” Smith said. “I betrayed the trust of the Academy. I deprived other nominees and winners of their opportunity to celebrate and be celebrated for their extraordinary work. I am heartbroken.”

Smith also acknowledged that his actions overshadowed other winners at the 94th Academy Awards.

Chris Rock continues to dodge questions about the slap.

“I want to put the focus back on those who deserve attention for their achievements and allow the Academy to get back to the incredible work it does to support creativity and artistry in film,” he stated, concluding with “change takes time and I am committed to doing the work to ensure that I never again allow violence to overtake reason.”

Academy president David Rubin replied to his resignation, saying in a statement, “We have received and accepted Mr. Will Smith’s immediate resignation from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. We will continue to move forward with our disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Smith for violations of the Academy’s Standards of Conduct, in advance of our next scheduled board meeting on April 18.”

Chris's brothers Chad and Tony Rock ain't down for that apology. They said that Smith's actions are unforgivable and personal.

Tony said that the whole ordeal puts all comedians at risk of potential harm. The risk of telling jokes that could upset people is forcing comedy clubs to beef up security and eliminate phone from being used while seeing comedians perform.

The whole ordeal may keep Will from Academy Awards, The Grammys and every other event that he has participated in during his time as a rapper, comedian, actor, film director, film producer and father figure.

It was a very smart idea for the Grammys to keep Kanye West from attending. He would have done something similar or he would have crashed an awards presentation like the infamous Taylor Swift MTV VMA Awards incident. Ye threatened Trevor Noah on social media and is considered threatening towards Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson.

Jerrod Carmichael Comes Out!

Jerrod Carmichael announces he is gay.

It is a major change in the life of a legendary comedian and actor.

Jerrod Carmichael will do his latest bit and formally come out as gay. The iconic comedian will make his SNL debut. His HBO special will address him coming out.

Rothaniel, which was taped in February at the Blue Note JazzClub in New York will tell stories about how Carmichael struggled with his sexuality and watching a family member cheat and dealing with this secret for years.

He tells a story about his father cheating on his mother for years. He said that he knew things seem different when he grew up.

"After that was out in the open, I was left alone feeling like a liar, because I had a secret. One that I kept from my father, my mother, my family, my friends, and you. Professionally, personally. And the secret is that I'm gay."

After a long silence, the audience clapped, to Carmichael's relief.

"I'm accepting the love, I really appreciate the love. My ego wants to rebel against it. I rebelled against it my whole life. I thought I'd never, ever come out. At many points I thought I'd rather die than confront the truth of that, to actually say it to people. Because I know it changes some people's perceptions of me. I can't control that."

Carmichael, 34 was the creator of the groundbreaking Black sitcom, The Carmichael Show. It lasted three seasons with Amber Stevens West, Lil Rel Howery, Tiffany Haddish, Loretta Devine and David Alan Grier.

Carmichael walked away from the series after NBC blocked two episodes they deemed too controversial. The episode dealt with Jerrod surviving a mass shooting. The network decided that it wasn't the right time for that episode, so they pulled it. They also pulled a LGBTQ and Muslim themed episode as well.

The show was expected to be renewed for a fourth season but Carmichael felt that the network continued to censor his content, so he decided to end it.

He has hinted that he was gay in his documentary series, Home Videos in which he had relationships with men and women. But now he's fully embracing him being gay.

Lil Nas X, Da Brat, Niecy Nash, Raven-Symone, Kal Penn, Jussie Smollett, DreamDoll, Tessa Thompson, Queen Latifah, Wanda Sykes and Charles Blow are notable LGBTQ celebrities who came out in their way.

Jen Psaki To Leave White House For MSNBC!

Psaki will leave soon for MSNBC.

The White House Press Secretary is planning on leaving soon. Once Jen Psaki leaves the White House, she will join MSNBC for an untitled role. She did confirm that she wasn't going to be Press Secretary for more than a year.

Psaki, 43, who is still fleshing out details with the company, is expected to leave the White House around May, Axios reported earlier Friday.

Psaki will host a show for NBCUniversal’s streaming platform, Peacock, Axios reported.

Jen and Symone Sanders, the former advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris will be competing for the spot that Rachel Maddow once held. Symone had left the White House in late December and is grooming for a show and potential political run in the future. Symone will host a weekend show on MSNBC.

Maddow is not leaving MSNBC but she is finding another role with the progressive network. She is going to give up her 9pm spot in the near future.

Psaki is best known for her confrontations with Fox's Doofus Doocy. The two have often had a back and forth going on whenever he asks a dumb question about Biden's policies. Doocy often wants to kick out a "Softball Hannity-esque" question to Psaki or President Joe Biden. They often slap that shit down quickly.

But of course, Fox runs parts of the remarks and then use it as an attack on the president.

Psaki has confirmed that she tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time. She is expected to return back to the podium on Monday.

Deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has also been out with COVID-19. White House communications director Kate Bedingfield has held most of the briefings, which was seen as an opportunity to effectively audition for the post.

Psaki has worked with the White House counsel’s office about her departure and no contracts have been signed yet, Axios reported. Additionally, she has talked to senior officials about the move but has not formally announced it to the press team.

Psaki was asked at a briefing last month if she could confirm whether she was looking for a new job, but she indicated at the time that she was not ready to leave the podium yet.

Dingy McEnany who was Washed Up 45's last press secretary was on CNN before joining the White House in the final years of that disgraceful presidency. McEnany is now being the dingy blonde chick on Fox.

Her predecessors, Dancing With Spier is on Newsmax, Karen Huckabee Sanders is running for governor of Arkansas, and Stephanie Grisham is working hard to keep Washed Up 45 for ever making it back to the White House.
