Explosive testimony from a witness.

The federal trial for the former R&B singer who is accused of sexual trafficking, child pornography and exploitation of a minor is underway. The former R&B singer was criminally charged in New York, Chicago, Minneapolis and Los Angeles.

He has alleged victims ranging from 12 to 19 at the time. Most states have age of consent at 18 years old.

The sexual predator allegedly slept with underage girls and boys. He denies the charges.

Jerhonda Pace resumed her testimony in the predator's sex-trafficking trial, alleging that she was subject to strict rules from the R&B singer for sexual encounters he would often videotape when she was a minor.

Pace resumed her testimony in Brooklyn federal court a day after telling jurors she was a 16-year-old virgin and a member of singer’s fan club when he invited her to his mansion in 2010. While there, she said, she was told to follow "Rob’s rules" — restricting how she could dress, who she could speak with and when she could use the bathroom.

She said the predator sometimes demanded she wear pigtails and "dress like a Girl Scout" during sexual encounters that the predator often videotaped.

On cross-examination, defense attorney Deveraux Cannick sought to show that Pace mixed up dates about when she interacted with the predator and that she deceived him by at first lying about herself.

"You were in fact stalking him, right?" Cannick asked.

"That is not right," she responded.

His questioning fit a theme that defense lawyers have repeatedly pushed early in the trial: The predator was victimized by groupies who hounded him at shows and afterward, only to turn against him years later when public sentiment shifted against him, they allege.

To bolster their claims against the predator, prosecutors showed jurors screenshots from Pace’s phone showing several communications with him in January 2010, including a text from him reading, "Please call." There was also a photo of her with "Rob" tattooed to her chest. She said she’s since "covered it up with a black heart."

Pace, the trial's first witness, was among multiple female accusers — mostly referred to in court as "Jane Does" — expected to testify at a trial scheduled to last several weeks. Other likely witnesses include cooperating former associates who have never spoken publicly before about their experiences with the predator.

Victim shares her story about how the singer made her dress like a girl scout.

The 54 year old predator has denied accusations that he preyed on Pace and other victims during a 30-year career highlighted by his smash hit "I Believe I Can Fly," a 1996 song that became an inspirational anthem played at school graduations, weddings, advertisements and elsewhere.

The openings and testimony came more than a decade after him was acquitted in a 2008 child pornography case in Chicago. The reprieve allowed his music career to continue until the #MeToo era caught up with him, emboldening alleged victims to come forward.

The women’s stories got wide exposure with the Lifetime documentary "Surviving R. Kelly." The series explored how an entourage of supporters protected the predator and silenced his victims for decades, foreshadowing the federal racketeering conspiracy case that landed Kelly in jail in 2019.

The trial is occurring before an anonymous jury of seven men and five women. Following several delays due mostly to the pandemic, the trial unfolds under coronavirus precautions restricting the press and the public to overflow courtrooms with video feeds.

The New York case is only part of the legal peril facing the singer. He also has pleaded not guilty to sex-related charges in Illinois and Minnesota.

The founder of MyPillow is a conspiracy theorist and supporter of Washed Up 45. He is facing a lawsuit from Dominion Systems and Smartmatic along with the former president's lawyers and Fox. The estimated lawsuit is totaling $2.5 billion.

A witness to an incident last week involving MyPillow chief executive Karen Lindell says he saw no reason for Lindell to claim he was attacked at a South Dakota hotel.

Lindell, who was in Sioux Falls hosting an election fraud symposium, told The Associated Press on Tuesday his encounter with a man seeking a photo late Wednesday left him doubled over in pain.

 Lindell said he has filed a report of an assault with the Sioux Falls Police Department and is conducting his own investigation into how the photo-seeker could have shoved an object between his ribs, leaving him unable to move his right arm.

However, the conference attendee who was taking the photo, Karen Buongiorno, said, “There was no attack.”

Buongiorno, a Republican congressional candidate in Florida, said he and two other conference attendees were “shooting the breeze” at the hotel bar late Wednesday when they spotted Lindell making his way through the lobby. They approached him and asked if they could take a photo with Lindell, a businessman who has become an ally of former Washed Up 45.

As Buongiorno finished taking the photos, another man Buongiorno did not know approached the group and asked if he too could have a photo with Lindell. Buongiorno offered to snap the photos with the man’s phone.

Lindell’s recounting of the incident last week matched much of Buongiorno’s description, except that Lindell said the second man wrapped his arm around him and shoved an object into his side. He pointed to a photo that showed the man had a yellow object in his hands.

“It happened pretty fast, but the guy knew what he was doing,” Lindell said, adding that it was “one of the worst attacks on me I’ve ever had.”

However, it appeared Lindell waited until Thursday to file a police report after the Sioux Falls Police Department sent an officer to meet with Lindell. He told the conservative talk show FlashPoint last week that he believed the man used his finger. But this week he also said he was checked by medics for puncture wounds.

Buongiorno said nothing he saw could be described as an attack that would leave Lindell in pain. He added Lindell showed no indication anything was amiss as he walked to the glass elevator and rode it to the 6th floor.

Sioux Falls Police would like to talk to this dude.

Lindell defended his account, saying Buongiorno would not have seen the assault from where he was standing to take the photo. Lindell added that he was scared that saying anything would have escalated the situation and that he doubled over in pain as soon as the elevator doors closed.

Buongiorno, who said he supported “law and order,” was concerned Lindell’s claim would take up police time and resources. He was also worried that the photo-seeker was falsely accused.

The Sioux Falls police said last week it was investigating the assault report. Police spokesman Sam Clemens has declined to identify the victim, citing Marsy’s Law, a state constitutional amendment that protects crime victims.

Lindell announced the symposium in July, saying he hoped hundreds of “cyber-forensics experts” would attend and back up his claims that voting machines were hacked to flip votes for Washed Up 45 to President Joe Biden in 2020.

Almost all of the legal challenges casting doubt on the outcome of the election have been dismissed or withdrawn and many claims of fraud debunked. State and federal election officials have said there’s no evidence of widespread fraud.

But Lindell said he has not given up on trying to prove the election was fraudulent, casting his effort as a patriotic quest to prove the election was the victim of a cyber attack.

“When you attack an election, you never get your country back again ever,” he said.

Why can't these lawmakers tone down the rhetoric?

Biden's headaches are:

• The Karens of the Congress. The Republican leaders, the television/social media Republicans and conservative agitators on Fox.
• The two Democratic senators from Arizona and West Virginia. The democratic socialist who is an independent from Vermont. He caucuses with the Democrats.
• Six progressive lawmakers who are part of the so-called Squad. The unproductive lawmakers who are more on social media and television. The performance art instead of the legislative duties.
• The conspiracy nuts who are obsessed with the president's health, his son Hunter Biden and refusing to acknowledge he and the vice president won the election fair and square.

So a white terrorist has the U.S. Capitol on lockdown. He drove his Dodge Ram to the Washington, DC area, parked his ride and threatened U.S. Capitol police that if they shoot, he blowing a few blocks up.

Officials evacuated a number of buildings around the Capitol and sent snipers to the area after officers saw the man holding what looked like a detonator inside the pickup, which had no license plates. Congress is in recess this week, but staffers were seen calmly walking out of the area at the direction of authorities.

Police negotiators were communicating with him as he wrote notes and showed them to authorities from inside the truck, according to three people who were not authorized to publicly discuss the matter and spoke on condition of anonymity. They were trying to determine whether it was an operable bomb, the officials said.

“My negotiators are hard at work trying to have a peaceful resolution to this incident,” U.S. Capitol Police Chief J. Thomas Manger said. “We’re trying to get as much information as we can to find a way to peacefully resolve this.

The episode began about 9:15 a.m. when the truck drove up the sidewalk outside the library, Manger said. The driver told the responding officer that he had a bomb, and was holding what the officer believed to be a detonator, The truck had no license plates.

The nation’s capital has been tense since the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol by supporters of then-President Donald Trump.

Fencing that had been installed around the Capitol grounds had been up for months but was taken down this summer. A day before thousands of pro-Trump rioters stormed the Capitol, pipe bombs were left at the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee and the Republican National Committee in Washington. No one has been arrested yet for placing the bombs.

The RNC, not far away from where the truck was parked Thursday, was also evacuated over the threat.

The area was blocked off by police cars and barricades, and multiple fire trucks and ambulances were staged nearby. Also responding were the District of Columbia’s Metropolitan Police, FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The White House said it was monitoring the situation and was being briefed by law enforcement.

As I am posting, the feds have detained the terrorist. They confirm his name and residence. However, his vehicle and home are being searched. The area is still on lockdown and the Homeland Security will include this in their listings of domestic threats.

The Jan. 6 insurrection was one of the most deadliest attacks on our American government in history.

Republicans would rather have you upset over the Taliban retaking Afghanistan. If you ask me, they almost did something similar to the Taliban. They have continued to deny the election results. They are trying to change the rules in how Americans vote. They are planning to draw partisan congressional district to maintain power.

Comedian, writer and producer Larry David decided to call out the Washed Up 45 supporting lawyer who gets lots and lots of airtime on Fox. David is best known for his HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm and writing for Seinfeld. He is one of the most prominent figures in comedy.

This lawyer helped OJ Simpson and Washed Up 45 escape criminal charges. 

However, he's under the feds radar for his own misdeeds. He is accused by three women of sexual abuse while they were underage girls for a millionaire sexual predator.

Larry David is a people's person. An approachable entertainer.

The predator hung himself in the federal time out. However his former girlfriend who is a madam is facing the charges as well. She is awaiting trial.

The New York Post reports that Dershowitz was seen arguing with David about his ties to the Trump administration, with Karen Dershowitz insisting that the two of them could still maintain a relationship.

"No," an angry David replied. "No. We really can't. I saw you. I saw you with your arm around [Former Trump Secretary of State Karen] Pompeo! It's disgusting!"

Dershowitz replied that Pompeo was one of this past students at Harvard Law, but David wasn't having it.

Do not believe the polls. 

We saw that when Washed Up 45 was a 60% chance of victory in 2020 despite the pandemic. 

This crappy pollster Karen Rasmussen ran a poll claiming that women, Blacks and independents are souring on President Joe Biden's agenda. Over 200 days and the Biden agenda is either stalled by legislative hurdles from the Congress or the bad faith commentators in the junk food media.

The bad faith agitators, keyboard warriors and arm chair generals are complaining about Biden's decision to leave Afghanistan. The U.S. overthrew the Taliban in 2001. The Taliban seized an opportunity to topple the Western-back Afghanistan government.

It was no easy decision and of course in the first year of Biden's presidency, the noise is hoping for the great return of the worst president in modern history.

Washed Up 45's incompetence is greatly felt in the country. From the culture wars involving the vaccinations and face mask mandates, critical race theory to cancel culture, Washed Up 45 and Republicans spent a good portion of our time trying to scare the public about socialism and woke culture.

The Daily Mail, a far-right tabloid claims that this "new poll" suggest the former president would win the election today because women and Black voters regret their choice with 14% saying they'll vote for someone else.

This is bad faith politics at its best.

For one, Blacks approve the Biden agenda. We hold the blame at Congress for not getting the George Floyd Policing, For The People Act and John Lewis Voting Rights Act not passed. Biden can't magically get things done with a slim majority in the House and Senate.

Abdul Ghani Baradar will be the new president of Afghanistan.

It appears that the Afghan president left the country days before the Taliban seized Kabul. He also ran off with over $169 million. The far right often the selective outrage and memory are squarely placing the blame on President Joe Biden and not Washed Up 45 who negotiated with the Taliban for a strategic exit of American forces.

The junk food media confirm that the next president will be Abdul Ghani Baradar. The new president who is the leader of the Taliban promises a smooth transition. 

The U.S. had ordered all Americans out of embassies since April, why on did some continue to stay?

As most of the world knows, the U.S. spent 20 years in the longest war in history. The goal was to capture the world's most dangerous terrorist, Osama bin Laden. His former Barack Obama led a coalition of special operations to capture and kill the spokesman and leader of the al Qaeda extremist organization.

We spent an additional 10 years trying to establish a military and a stable government.

It was a waste of time, money and the far right knew that the Afghan government was bound to fail. The execution of American withdraw was agreed upon when former Secretary of State Karen Pompeo met with the Taliban in Qatar.

Ashraf Ghani left the country with millions in his pocket. Not a good look for the Afghanistan government.

Biden honored the obligations held by Washed Up 45. The junk food media had ignored Afghanistan since 2015. Now that the Biden administration declared its departure before the 20th anniversary of September 11, 2001, the Taliban just ran a better campaign of winning over citizens who felt the Western back president was ignoring the needs of the people.

Former president Ashraf Ghani is a marked man. Not only he riled up Biden but Washed Up 45.

While on the far right shitshow we come to know as Hannity, the former president blasted Ghani for being too much of a showboat instead of a leader. The former president admitted that the Taliban had a better chance of governing.

Ghani emerged in the United Arab Emirates citing that his presence will only further bloodshed.

Today, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs Leader Mark Milley condemned the Afghan president and government for cutting tail. They said the scenarios promised no good ending. The Taliban quick seizure of the country was no surprise. The former president even agreed that the end game was expected.

Most Americans believe the War on Terror has went on long enough and believe the only goal for the U.S. is to help aid those Americans and Afghani civilians out of the country.

Biden took a hit in job approval. Only 48% Americans support his presidency with 42% disapproval. 

I really believe the war went on too long. We have a pandemic in the United States which killed over 650,000 people. We have a culture war (a brewing civil war) here. 

Americans who refuse to wear masks and be vaccinated are prolonging the pandemic. The former president and Republican are responsible for the insurrection which tried to overthrow the government. The Republicans have no shame in what they say. All the noise of the previous months from cancel culture to the "Fall of Kabul" continues their lame attempts to blame Biden for their own messes. George W. Bush led us into one of the worst wars in history. He took his eye off the ball to fight in Iraq based on bad intelligence.

The so called Squad voted against funding the U.S. Capitol police and bring Afghani translators and civilians to the United States in their bad faith attempts to push for a bigger deal. The Democrats who scream the most are the least productive in Congress. They have no room or the smarts to talk. Leftists were screaming Biden would cause more wars. I guess they're never satisfied because now they're screaming he didn't execute the war right.

The junk food media is pounding on Biden for the outcome. They ignored Afghanistan for over five years and now that Biden decided it was time for America to end the war, they're churning war drums and partisan blame.

The Republicans never held the former president accountable for the mob threatening the lives of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and former vice president Karen R. Pence.

The end game for this is basically politics. The very same hypocrites voted against honoring our military, our law enforcement and the working class want something that sticks to Biden.

I only assume this issue will last for four weeks and then it's off to the next shiny coin.

Cause we just left the wildfires in California, the collapse of a condominium in Florida and the testimonies of those brave Capitol police officers sharing the day their own Americans attacked them. We practically ignored Biden's breakthrough infrastructure  bill in the Senate.

It's all bad faith politics. The noise of the far right and far left are literally tearing America apart and it is sponsored by the junk food media and tabloid social media.
