It appears to be easier to purchase a firearm but harder to vote in an election. More white nationalist Republican-led states are trying to impose more voting restrictions and loosening gun laws.

There was another mass shooting in the United States. This is getting very frustrating to hear another mass shooter killing innocent people and our politicians are saying there's nothing they can do to stop it.

Mass shooter tried to keep the law from entering the building where he massacred people.

On Wednesday there was a mass shooting in Orange, California. A terrorist massacred four people and deliberately tried to keep police and firefighters at bay by chaining doors and fences.

The massacre left four dead and two injured. It took place around 5:30pm at an office in the city.

Police said the shooting started inside one of the office buildings before moving into a courtyard.

The shooter who was injured and taken to a hospital is eligible for the DEATH card because he intended on killing more than the four victims. One of the victims was a nine-year old boy. His mother who was injured was cradling her son while she was shot.

Footage taken by an eyewitness shows the moment a bloodied man believed to be the shooter being dragged out by the law inside complex.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Gavin Newsom, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) and the California U.S. Representatives will offer the usual "thoughts and prayers" and "hearts going out to."

The far-right want to say the suspect's race debunks the myth most mass shooters are white. This guy is a White Hispanic man. Again, the race, religion, the political nature and social standings don't matter. This guy had easy access to obtain firearms.

Police said the terrorist is a 44-year old man from Fullerton, California. He arrived into the facility out of a rental car. He had pepper spray, handcuffs, zip ties a Taser and more rounds. He also was living out of a motel.

The terrorist used a bicycle-type cable lock to chain gates and doors of the complex to make sure this time no one gets out.

There were initially five calls to 911, Amat said, with the first coming in at 5:34 p.m.

When officers arrived two minutes later, Amat said, shots were actively being fired inside the business complex.

The officers were at first unable to enter the building's courtyard because its gates on both the north and south sides "had been locked from the inside," Amat said, "using a bicycle-type cable lock."

Two officers engaged the suspect, she said, and an "officer-involved shooting" occurred.

Stay tuned for another mass shooting video where it shows a terrorist trying to restrain paths to exiting facilities and making sure that he can obtain maximum carnage.

It appears that the terrorist knew some of his victims. 

"The preliminary motive is believed to be related to a business and personal relationship which existed between the suspect and all of the victims," Orange Police Department spokesperson Lt. Jennifer Amat said in a news conference Thursday.

"This was not a random act of violence," she said.

Amat did not identify the victims, saying the notifications of next of kin had not been completed.

Among the dead were two women, a man and the 9-year-old boy, she said.

The boy, who was found in the complex courtyard, is believed to be the son of one of the victims who worked at the business, Amat said. Amat said later Thursday investigators were working to confirm the relationship between the boy and any of the people at the scene.

A fifth victim, a woman, was found with the boy. She was taken to a local hospital, where she is in critical but stable condition, Amat said.

It's getting old folks. I am getting tired of covering mass shootings. It's time to do something.

The suspect is severely injured but will survive. California state prosecutors are going to charge this individual with first-degree murder, aggravated assault and kidnapping. 

Only a week ago, a mass shooting inside King Soopers in Boulder, Colorado. Only a week ago, a mass shooting in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Only two weeks ago, a serial killer committed a mass shooting in metro Atlanta. 

White nationalist Republicans and two worthless white nationalist Democrats (Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin) are resisting the calls for gun control. 

Truth be told, there are over 145 people killed by firearms a day. Some of these shootings are local news. Others aren't national discussions and constant finger pointing and blaming of one another.

What will it take to stop gun violence?

Offer thoughts and prayers.

Keep saying your heart goes out to the victims.

Find a good guy with a gun to stop a bad guy with a gun.

Hire more security guards and retired police officers

Keep saying there's nothing we can do to stop gun violence

Keep reminding Americans that the Second Amendment is a fundamental right to bear arms.

Commit an act of gun violence to prove a point.

All these answers are fucking stupid. The most common way to stop gun violence is pressure Congress to pass gun reform. If they don't it's best to vote these gutless politicians out of office.

It never happens in your community....... Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how this gun reform is taking away your rights. I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. I don't want hear folks say this is not white privilege. I don't want to hear folks say masks impede their freedoms. I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. These incidents are a tragic part of American history.

The fourth day. This the trial of the white former Minneapolis cop who placed his goddamn knee on the neck of George Floyd. The trial heard witnesses who stated their disbelief of the ordeal.

The issue happened in May 2020. Never before seen footage shows Floyd's last minutes alive.

The witnesses from Cup Foods also had an opportunity to tell their side of the story. One of the clerks who believed the money Floyd tried to use to pay for cigarettes regards the day he called the Minneapolis Police. He took the alleged $20 bill and noticed that Floyd was appearing a little high but very cordial.

The defense is trying to paint Floyd as a drug addict that had a medical issue. The far-right also will try to use his criminal past to defame him.

Courtney Ross, the girlfriend of Floyd told the court that she and Floyd were addicted to opioids and pain medication. The defense will try to say that Floyd's drug use contributed to his death and not the goddamn knee on his neck.

If convicted, he could face up to 40 years in the iron college.

Minneapolis and St. Paul as well as the metroplex are on high alert for possible unrest if the jury fails to convict the dirty cop and three of his fellow members.

The three former associates will face their trials later.

The trial will hear from Floyd's then girlfriend Courtney Ross.

It's been the talk of the year. In May 2020, these dirty cops responded to a possible theft by deception. According to the cops, they responded to a call of a man trying to pass off a phony bill. 

When they stopped the vehicle, they pulled out the motorist, George Floyd. In the beginning, it was cordial and a normal pull over. It quickly escalated into a confrontation where this dirty cop restrained Floyd. He placed his goddamn knee on the neck of Floyd.

Floyd was begging the cop he couldn't breathe and he was telling them he was dying.

Floyd died about nine minutes after this cop place the restraint.

A woman filmed it and shared it on social media and it led to international outrage and calls for police reform. Washed Up 45 ignored the cries for reform and learned the hard way of not being woke.

President Joe Biden has vowed to pass police reform even of the Senate continues to play games with the filibuster.

Those involved are innocent until proven guilty on a court of law.

There's no signals as of yet. There's rumors going around that Supreme Court Associate Justices Stephen Breyer and Clarence Thomas are retiring in the near future. 

With the Supreme Court being a 6-3 majority thanks to Republicans rushing through Washed Up 45's third pick of Amy Coney Barrett, the need for judicial reform and the removal of the filibuster is needed. The Republicans refused to support Barack Obama's third pick of Merrick Garland. 

The Democrats are still fumed about the McConnell rule. They are still considering pushing more seats to balance the Court evenly.

Top contender for the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson

Enter President Joe Biden. He has promised to put more women, Muslims and minorities in the federal court. 

Under Washed Up 45, he managed to get 220 nominations and three Supreme Court justices confirmed. 

Under Barack Obama, he managed to get 140 nominations and two Supreme Court justices with one being denied.

Now Biden has rollout his list of names to be confirmed to the federal court. To replace Garland, who is currently the Attorney General of the United States, Biden has a woman of color for that position. She could be the first African American woman to be on the Court.

He will announce the pick of Ketanji Brown Jackson as the replacement for Garland. Court insiders believe she could be the first pick in the Biden's Supreme Court nominees.

The other nominees to replace retiring federal judges include Tiffany Cunningham, a partner at the law firm Perkins Coie, LLP for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and Candace Jackson-Akiwumi, a partner at the law firm Zuckerman Spaeder, for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Biden has signalled he will get an Asian American on the Court as well if he manages to get another vacancy filled. 

The president has also signalled that Zahid N. Quraishi could be appointed to the federal appeals court which would make him the first Muslim to sit on top level federal bench.

While the far-right is covering President Joe Biden's dog Major biting another White House worker, Hunter Biden's laptop, Tara Reade's latest grift, the president almost slipping on a rain soak stairs to Air Force One and their obsession with his mental abilities, the president is touting his infrastructure plan.

Biden took a victory lap when he confirmed that over 100 million doses of vaccine were distributed to Americans. He now wants another 100 million out before his 100 days.

The president went to Pittsburgh to rollout his proposal.

This plan will require those who make over $400,000 a year in salary (the current salary of the President of the United States) to pay taxes to fund the country's declining infrastructure. Trust me, if this gets passed, the funds should go to the Brent Spence Bridge in Cincinnati. 

That is one of the most dangerous bridges in the country. After a truck explosion on the bridge in 2020, the critical need to replace that bridge is growing. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is all for the replacement of the bridge. But his fellow Ohio senator and two Kentuckian senators are opposed to it.

Outgoing Republican Rob Portman of Ohio, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Minority Leader, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) have not supported any infrastructure bill. They refused during presidencies of Barack Obama and Washed Up 45.

Interstate 75 is a major corridor for traffic and that bridge is going to collapse. The bridge is the gateway between the Midwest and the South. If the Congress passes the bill and Biden signs it into law, it could be the beginning of a movement to get the bridge replaced.

With the Biden "Build Back Better" plan, he will eliminate the old talking points of Washed Up 45 and Ronald Reagan. 

He is calling for the end of trickle down economics.

Biden is calling for $2 trillion in new spending on roads, bridges, rail and instructure. He wants to make better jobs for The president wants to end the Trump tax cuts which lowered corporate tax rate to 21%. He wants to bring it up to 28% and stiffen a minimum tax on multinational corporations.

The proposal will immediately see backlash from Republicans and the far-right. They have again signalled they will block any proposals. Democrats have hinted that a budget reconciliation is possible.

Transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg is hoping to get the ball rolling on funding Interstate 69 between Indianapolis and Martinsville, Indiana which will make the freeway 95% complete. The proposal of Interstate 69's Ohio River Bridge is still a controversial topic. They hope to make a toll bridge to connect Evansville with Henderson, Kentucky. 

The proposals for Interstate 40 to travel from Barstow to Bakersfield is on the table as well as Interstate 49's extensions into Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Missouri. 

The Gordie Howe Bridge is being worked on between Detroit and Windsor, Canada.

The Skyway Bridge which carries Interstate 275 from St. Petersburg into rural Florida and Bradenton is need of work.

Will the junk food media get past their controversial meal ticket?

I mean the current president should be the junk food media's focus.

The former president talks to his daughter-in-law about President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, the election results and his rumored comeback. All of this was filmed at Mar-a-Lago and ready for his supporters to view. That is until Facebook and Twitter decided to pull the video.

It appears that the permanent ban on Washed Up 45 is still in effect. In early January, there was an insurrection. The former president sparked a seditious attack on the U.S. Capitol. Thousands of his supporters broke into the Capitol and destroyed the offices of lawmakers and the current House Speaker, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

Facebook could ban Lara Trump if she attempts to bypass her father-in-law's ban.

Nearly 500 terrorists were arrested and many of them have no financial means to survive due to their actions. Many of them filmed their criminal acts. They were not only fired from their jobs, but banned on social media, shunned by friends and family and are likely either facing hefty fines or federal time out.

Some were notable figures in the junk food media and social web. The whole ordeal was cheered by Washed Up 45. He was forced to tell the insurrectionists to "go home" and said "he loves them."

Yes. Former president Donald J. Trump should be banned from social media. He has continued to push conspiracies, misinformation and violence. His impact on social media could inspire domestic terrorism. I believe it was good for social media to permanently ban Trump.

The latest police shooting in the United States. Again, a never ending theme here on Journal de la Reyna is the “What Happened To” postings. I often do these postings in regards to the latest incident involving a person of color being either killed by gun or racially motivated violence. 

Everyday, we still see these incidents of people of color being shot and killed by the police. Time after time, law enforcement seem to be never held accountable for shooting Black men and women. It's always the cop's word over the dead body.

Three men were arrested in the weekend gunfire in Virginia Beach.

I hope that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris work on police reform.

The police often get the benefit of the doubt whenever they use deadly force. Given we're still in a major pandemic which 575,000 Americans are gone, the issue of gun violence and systematic racism still exists in the United States.

The entertainer is calling for transparency after his cousin was killed by the Virginia Beach Police.

The Virginia Beach Police declined to release the name of the cop who shot him. They said that Lynch was armed at the time of the shooting. But again, I don't want to jump to conclusions. E.J. Bradford was a lawful gun owner trying to detain a shooter when Hoover, Alabama cops shot him. They tried to pin the shootings on him. The cop who shot him didn't get punished and the real terrorist was clear in Georgia before the law caught him.

The law said that his weapon was recovered.

Lynch is the cousin of Pharrell Williams. Williams is a rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, actor, astronomer and fashion designer. The entertainer's publicist told the folks over at CNN that he is totally devastated and urges the Virginia Beach Police release the transcripts. 

"It is critical my family and the other victims' families get the transparency, honesty and justice they deserve. Virginia Beach is the epitome of hope and tenacity and, as a community, we will get through this and come out even stronger," Williams wrote.

Lynch was an offensive lineman for the University of Virginia's College at Wise during the 2017 and 2018 seasons and a 2019 graduate of the school.

The cop who shot Lynch did not activate his body camera. So basically, it's a "cop's word over a dead body." The cop will say anything to justify why he shot Lynch.

Mind you the scene was chaotic and cops weren't being shot at. If the cops were shot at then you would hear this Virginia Beach cop being treated for his injuries.

Or could it be the results of a domestic violence incident. The other victim in the mass shooting was 28-year old Deshayla Harris. 

There were three shootings and 10 people were hit by gunfire. The other mass shooters were arrested.

Three men, ages 22, 20 and 18, were arrested and each charged with seven counts of felonious assault, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and reckless handling of a firearm in connection with this incident.

Pharrell Williams, a native of Virginia Beach is a Grammy award winning entertainer. He is demanding the cops release the video and body cam footage of a cop killing his cousin.

The three shootings are unrelated, and there were a total of 10 victims, including the two who died, police said.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Ralph Northam, Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and the U.S. Representatives of the state offer the same old "thoughts and prayers" and the "hearts going out to." 

It's getting fucking old.

Today is day three of the trial of the former Minneapolis Police officer who is accused of murdering George Floyd. The dirty cop placed his knee on the neck of Floyd after an escalating situation over an alleged forged $20 bill/

Today, the prosecution is showing never before seen video from the Cupp Foods and street cameras.

The state is trying to convince the jury that that dirty cop was negligent in placing his knee on the neck of Floyd. The dirty cop and his partners failed to render aid. The dirty cop didn't at one point show an ounce of sympathy towards Floyd as he was screaming "he can't breathe" and calling for his mama.

The trial has been covered wall to wall by the junk food media.

It's been a very emotional and yes, controversial moment in American history.

Like the O.J. Simpson, George Zimmerman and Washed Up 45 trials, this event will also mark a moment.

George Floyd was denied human rights. The far-right wants to justify his death due to drugs.

If convicted, this dirty cop could get 40 to LIFE in the iron college for second and third degree murder.

The dirty cop's defense and far-right agitators (i.e. Candace "Stork Neck" Owens) are trying to use, "Well he was on drugs and had the fake bill" excuse to justify that motherfucker's knee on the goddamn neck of a restrained George Floyd.

It often pisses me off that folks like Owens would resort to saying that "he was _____________" as a way to justify that tragic moment caught on camera.

Her dumbass has no compassion. I had to turn my head now when I see that image of that dirty ass cop with his goddamn knee on George Floyd's neck. It makes me want to run up on that dirty cop and punch his ass in the face.

I would love to see Owens get banned on social media. She is too fucking toxic.
