The Game could lose his name, his label and his music catalog due to a massive court ruling in favor of a sexual abuse victim.

COVID-19 has shut Hollywood, Atlanta, Vancouver, Toronto and New York City filming down. Your favorite shows and movies are on hiatus because of the pandemic. Most American and Canadian programs are produced in these cities and with the pandemic making it harder for entertainers to do scripted shows and produce music.

Jayceon Taylor known as The Game is a Compton based rapper who debuted in 2005 with the hit album The Documentary. For a brief time, he signed a record deal with Dr. Dre and 50 Cent.

He was then the fifth member of G-Unit. He was booted out the group shortly after The Documentary was released. That triggered feud that lasted over a decade. The Game had settled his feud with 50 Cent (although I don't believe they're friends).

The Game has released numerous albums under Geffen/Interscope and later EOne Entertainment.

During his downtime he was doing reality television. It seems like he was acting in a matter unsettling towards women and one woman accused him of sexual assault.

Well it seems like he might lose his royalties and his record label in the wake of this.

The 40-year old rapper must pay the accuser $7 million in damages. The rapper will loose his rap label and possibly his trademark naming. The rapper launched Black Wall Street Records which later went to Blood Money Entertainment and now LA Prolific Records.

According to the judgement, The Game must relinquish "any and all rights, title, and interest of defendant in any money, property, or payments due to defendant from LA Prolific, in the form of among other things, commission, royalties, contract receivables, deferred compensation, income, wages, payroll, salary, and accounts receivable. Failure by defendant to comply with this order may subject him to contempt of court proceedings."

"It's further ordered that all third parties who receive notice of this order are directed to pay any and all money or property due, or to become due, under this order to plaintiff either: (1) by check payable to "Priscilla Rainev," and delivered to plaintiff's counsel... until and to the extent necessary to pay the judgement in full."

The accuser, Priscilla Rainey sued the rapper for an alleged sexual assault that happened when she appeared on She's Got Game, a VH1 reality show that starred The Game. The plaintiff claims that she went on a date with the rapper, believing it would be on camera; however, when she met the rapper in Chicago restaurant, there was no production crew.

The Game showed up to the restaurant "highly intoxicated on alcohol and drugs (which is typical), and sexually assaulted the plaintiff on several occasions that night. This included him forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her vagina and buttocks.

Rainey was ultimately awarded $7,130,100 after the rapper failed to show up in court. The rapper has not paid a single dime in years since the judgement. She would go on to file a motion to seize the rapper's income, assets and properties.

Priscilla Rainey could own The Game's entire catalog of music after a court ruling.

The Game was not kind to the judgement and the accuser. He basically told them "to suck his dick."

That right there could have him in contempt of court. He will likely be forced to give up his albums and his namesake.

He said that the accuser is a liar and a bitch. He vows to not pay the accuser.

"It's a lying bitch making up a story. That shit is fucking crazy 'cause I had a fucking dentist appointment, I missed court, and a judge would give a bitch a judgement for [over] $7 million..., I ain't giving that bitch nothing. It'd be different if I was one of those weird ass niggas touching pussies in the club, but I was nowhere near this bitch," The Game said.

Now if she was to file a police report in Illinois and California, he will face criminal charges.

The Game claims he's broke and ain't making the hits like he used to.

His lawyers failed to file an appeal to the judgement.

The rapper said that Born 2 Rap would be his last album. The album was released in 2019.

Trump tells Fox News that we're going back to work. He doesn't care if people get sick.

Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum are lobbing "softball" at Donald J. Trump.

Since Trump can't host an audience of thousands right now because of COVID-19. So he's only left with the U.S. Secret Service, his closest aides, the Fox News cameramen and two "straight news" hosts.

These two propagandists gave Trump a lap dance in front of the Lincoln Memorial.

This virtual town hall was sponsored by the Republican Party and its propaganda arm.

I didn't watch it. I wasn't interested in this guy spewing lie after lie. He will probably engage in the controversy surround Joe Biden. He will likely address Tara Reade's allegations.

Trump answered questions from favorable sources through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

The event was titled "America Together: Returning to Work." This is rich coming from a guy who support protesters storming statehouses without proper distancing. The White House Coronavirus Task Force issued the guidance and governors were imposing it. But since Trump wants to save his legacy, he demands Americans to return back to work.

With over 30 million workers off the job and 80,000 American dead from COVID-19, who is to say that opening up the government and economy will result in good or bad results?

If the virus does flare up again, we're going an epic destruction of human kind.

Dr. Anthony Fucci and Dr. Deborah Brix warned that 100,000 to 2 million people could die from this.

We might never know long this pandemic may last. White people are frustrated and this could be a possible game changer for Trump.

Justin Amash decides to jump into the messy presidential race.

Michigan lawmaker who left the Republican Party is considering a run for president under the Libertarian Party. The independent Michigan lawmaker is going to be a burden on Joe Biden.

Rep. Justin Amash (L-MI) is a conservative lawmaker from Grand Rapids. He was the founding member of the do-nothing "Freedom Caucus" which is led by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH). He is good friends with Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Rep. Steve King (R-IA) and now Chief of Staff (former North Carolina lawmaker) Mark Meadows.

What happened between the Amash and his fellow far-white allies.

He voted against Donald J. Trump.

The lawmaker voted to impeach the 45th President of the United States on the grounds he abused his power. He was impeached but not convicted for demanding a foreign country to get dirt on his Biden.

Trump was obstruction of Congress and abuse of power.

Democrats are trying to unite around Biden are facing a whole bunch of distractions.

Namely, Trump is the biggest obstacle in the way. His handling of the COVID-19 pandemic has all-but ruined his legacy as a leader. He is facing a health crisis, a housing crisis, an economic crisis and an unemployment crisis.

But the far-extremes are not done with Biden yet. They're still trying to push the Tara Reade allegations and the debunked Eva Murry allegations.

The Berners are desperate. They want to force Biden out the race and encourage Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) to be the nominee. If Sanders does become the nominee, he will damage the Democratic Party and hurt our chances to retake the Senate.

Also the Russian Federation is working overtime to generate attention off Trump and towards Biden.

Russia wants Trump to win so they can watch the United States collapse.

Amash's attempts to run for president is ridiculous. He is considering a run to pick off disgruntled Democrats who feel that Biden isn't progressive enough. It might be a part of the Russian Active Measures campaign to sow discourse in the 2020 elections.

On CNN, Amash announced his intentions to run as a third party candidate. He will also be on the ballot in Michigan for the 3rd Congressional District. He is facing a Republican and Democratic opponent.

"First of all we don't know how an additional candidate changes a race. There are too many calculations involved so the most important thing is that we have a ballot, so if you want to vote for someone, you can vote for that person," said Amash.

Amash could pick off votes in Michigan to deny Biden a sweeping victory. Cause some Republicans aren't easy with Trump but they'll settle with Amash.

Amash opposes abortion and federal funding for abortion. He supports abolishing the death penalty at federal level but retain it at state level.

He won't win any Black votes. He opposed the Emmett Till Justice for Victims of Lynching Act.

He opposes government bailouts. So that means he voted against giving struggling families federal aid. With the coronavirus pandemic being an ongoing issue, he won't help Michiganders struggling without a job or money to pay for bills. He opposed the CARES act signed by Trump this year.

Amash still makes nearly $200,000 and hardly does much other than grandstands on Fox News or Newsmax.

He might pull a Berner over because he believes in climate change. However, he doesn't like government involved in private companies decisions to handle environmental issues.

Amash wants to run as Trump-lite.

Amash might pull a Berner over because of his disliking of gerrymandering based on political affiliations. He opposes states that create districts that keep partisan majorities without addressing constituents concerns.

He voted against the Affordable Care Act. That law was supposed to be a backup plan for citizens who need healthcare with this uncertainty.

He supports reducing criminal charges for drug use and legalizing marijuana. I guess he'll win a Berner over but he again doesn't support overturning federal convictions.

He isn't a supporter of gay marriage. But he does believe the government doesn't have a right to meddle in the personal business between two individuals of the same gender. At one time, he was strongly opposed to giving transgender Americans rights. He voted "present" on Trump and Republicans resolution to keep transgender Americans out of the military.

He doesn't support Trump's harsh stances on immigration but does believe that immigrants shouldn't be able to get federal assistance if they're not here legally. He blocked Trump's national security declaration to build a wall.

Amash might win a Berner over with his no more military intervention stance. He supports decreasing American influence in the Middle East, Africa and South Korea.

The left was down with Amash when he was criticizing Trump. I was with him on that. But now that he's running for president and resorting to his old ways, he's no longer the "maverick" he claims to be.

He's a stooge like Trump. Embolden to not move the country and perhaps the world forward.

Like Trump, Amash will fuck up the economy. He doesn't think your live matters when it comes to guns, contagious diseases, you losing your home, your job or your life savings due to an unfortunate event.

Joe Biden won the Kansas Democratic primary.

Kansas held their mail-in ballot primary and it looks like another blowout for the presumptive Democratic nominee. Despite the noise of the far extreme's Biden managed to defeat Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) again. Sanders suspended his campaign in April.

Biden won 77% of the vote.

The former vice president has been expected to prevail in Saturday's vote and capture the majority of the state's delegates. Biden won 29 of the state's delegates and Sanders got 10.

Democratic leaders of the state wanted to hold an in-person polling back in March but that was pulled back after the COVID-19 pandemic sidelined a lot of social gatherings.

"Kansas Democrats made history in this election with record participation levels along with demonstrating how a vote-by-mail election can protect voters and our democracy, even in the most uncertain of times," said Kansas Democratic Party chairwoman Vicki Hiatt. "We are confident  the enthusiasm and engagement seen during the 2020 primary will only continue to grow and translate into Democratic victories up and down the ballot in November."

All roads leads to Kansas.

Gov. Laura Kelly has loosen some of the stay-at-home requirements. She has warned Kansans that failure to practice social distancing could force her back to imposing rules.

The other candidates on the ballot besides Biden and Sanders were Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Michael Bloomberg.

The Republicans cancelled their caucus in 2019 to keep Bill Weld, Mark Sanford and Joe Walsh from challenging Donald J. Trump.

Trump already has enough delegates to become their nominee.

The Far-Extremes Are Weaponizing #MeToo!

This woman claimed Joe Biden seuxally harassed her. It was debunked. The woman is the niece of Biden's former rival Christine O'Donnell, an infamous Republican perennial candidate.

As quick as this started bubbling on social media, it was quickly debunked.

This allegation started around 7pm on Saturday. Some woman named Eva Murry claimed that Joe Biden sexually harassed her at the Delaware State Gridiron Dinner in 2008. He complimented her on her bust at the age of 14.

Murry is the niece of former Republican Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell and said she occasionally received school credit for attending such political events. O’Donnell was running a long-shot campaign against Biden at the time that the alleged sexual harassment incident occurred.

Around that time, Biden was running for reelection of his U.S. Senate seat and he was the vice presidential nominee. Biden resigned from the U.S. Senate in January 2009.

It was written by Colin Kalmbacher of Dan Abrams' Law and Crime and picked up by ABC News reporter Sasha Pezenik.

Murry, told Law & Crime that Biden complimented her on the size of her breasts at the First State Gridiron Dinner & Show in 2008, a long-running roast of and party for politicians, journalists and prominent business figures held each year in Delaware. Murry says she remembers the event occurring sometime around May of that year.

The Biden campaign has called Murry's story "absolutely false."

A day-and-a-half after this piece was originally published, the Biden campaign provided Law & Crime with documents that cast doubt on the timeline of Murry's allegation.

An email from Biden 2020 Rapid Response Director Andrew Bates contained two news articles which strongly suggest Biden would not have been able to attend the event in question as well as a copy of then-senator Biden's schedule which also supports the claim that he did not attend the dinner.

Finally, the Biden campaign also provided a letter from a man who identified himself as the former vice-president of the Gridiron Dinner which categorically denied Biden's attendance that year.

As most on social media, they quickly turned to their respective partisan sides. Even Alexandra Tara Reade Moulton McCabe tweeted this allegation on social media. She scrubbed it shortly after.

This is the accuser who brought to light an allegation that Biden sexually assaulted her in the U.S. Capitol in a "semi-private" area. She refused to appear on Fox News to tell her story because she got death threats. Also she claimed that she didn't actually file a sexual harassment/sexual assault complaint.

She said that he's hiding his accusations at the University of Delaware.

Biden strongly denied the allegations of Reade.

Soon after this story broke, this reporter Pezenik shared it on her social media before scrubbing it.

She quickly apologized for making the error but as you know many of Biden's supporters want her fired out the cannon or removed from covering the campaign.

Katie Halper and Ryan Grim, two staunch Sanders supporters have tried to push this allegation into the mainstream. It's gotten picked up by Republicans. The GOP chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel had brought it up on GOP Sundays with Martha Raddatz.

Raddatz didn't even give DNC chairman Tom Perez an opportunity to debate McDaniel on her bullshit. The chairwoman was complaining about the junk food media being slow on Reade's claims.

Raddatz mentioned that everyone wanted to get facts. The idiot rambled on about Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh's treatment from the junk food media. Raddatz reminded her about Donald J. Trump and his accusers but McDaniel pivoted right back to the Kavanaugh bullshit.

Christine O'Donnell allegedly pushed this Eva Murry allegation.

Christine Blassie Ford testified under oath at a Senate panel hearing. She also had gotten death threats.

Reade who isn't under oath had an opportunity to spread her bullshit on Fox News. She backed out knowing that Biden can prove that he didn't sexually assault her.

Reade has a digital footprint that covers a lot of things. One of those things is that she's a jack of all trades and folks are buying into this bullshit.

What's sad about this whole ordeal is that Reade, Murry and other women deserve the right to be heard. We should stop with the "Believe All Women" crap. We should give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

1. Do not feed them any human food. Food from humans attract them to residential neighborhoods.
2. Keep your dogs on leashes. Do not walk dogs close to the water's edge
3. Don't let your cat out near canals, rivers, lakes and storm drains.
4. Do not swim in areas where alligators are sighted.
5. Alligators are fast on land.
6. Do not agitate a female alligator while its nesting or around its young babies.
7. Keep a safe distance from alligators.
8. Do not move alligators out of your backyard, from the road, out of a pool or basement.
9. Do not keep alligators or crocodiles as pets.
10. Do not throw things at alligators.
11. Keep small children away from bodies of water.
12. Do not corner alligators.
13. Alligators will drown a prey by rolling over.
14. An alligator can rip a person's body part off.
15. Alligators are often killed if they attack people.
16. Let animal control handle it.

South Carolina Police, Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Wildlife and Fish agents determined a woman died from an alligator attack.

The victim was not identified but the Charleston County Sheriff's department issued a statement on social media warning citizens that attacks are rare but it's best to heed warnings.

The attack happened near a pond off Kiawah Island.

The victim was close to the water where the alligator attacked her.

The alligator was killed after they determined that the animal had parts of the victim in its stomach.

Alligators can reach up to 20 feet at best. They are powerful creatures.

The victim was confirmed as Cynthia "Cindy" Barrientos Covert. The law said she didn't even scream or tried to fend off the creature.

As a Black man, I know that alligators aren't something I want to engage contact with. Between the 16th to 20th Century, white extremists would often sacrifice Black children for the hydes of alligators.

They would often kidnap Black children from newborn to 9 years old. They would tie a noose around their neck and force them into the water. The alligators would see something in the water and they would attack it. The white extremists would allow the alligator to get feast on the carcass of the child.

Once the alligator is distracted, they would open fire on the alligator and kill it. They would skin the animal and make meat and equipment from its skin.

This is where she lost her life.

We don't know how many people died from this horrific act of cruelty. It was terrorism.

Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) introduced the Justice for Victims of Lynching Act in 2018. The bill is stalled because of Republicans like Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Sen. Richard Shelby (R-AL), Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) and Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT).

The Emmett Till Anti-Lynching Bill from the House was passed on a bipartisan vote. Only four lawmakers voted against it.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Rep. Justin Amash (I-MI) come to mind.

Jackass shoved a park ranger into the lake. He's not shot or Tasered.

In Texas, a jackass shoved an armed park ranger into the lake and didn't get the Taser or a bullet wound in his chest.

This asshole pushed a ranger into the lake after the ranger told the asshole they were unlawfully drinking and smoking at the dock of Lake Austin in Commons Ford Metropolitan Park.

The Texas park ranger told park goers to follow the social distancing rule imposed by Gov. Greg Abbott. The asshole seems to be either on drugs or alcohol. So he decided to give the park ranger a nice cool bath.

On Friday a large group of people were unlawfully drinking and smoking on the docks.

There was a person who said, "I got you" and man suddenly runs up and pushes the ranger into the water.

The asshole was also dragged into the water with the ranger. He climbed out the lake and took off quickly.

Witnesses identified him after he was outed on social media.

He was charged with simple assault on a public servant which is a state felony. He also faced criminal mischief, vandalism and failure to obey a lawful order.

The moment he shoved a park ranger into the lake.

Officials said that the asshole's "intentional and reckless action" caused to the park ranger. The park ranger hit his head as he fell. Had the water been deep and he hit his head, he would have drowned.

"The patrons of the park actually came to the aid of the park ranger. Several people came up to the ranger and apologized for the guy's behavior. That's the Austin we know, and that's the Austin we love," said Officer Justin Berry.

Candace Owens One Strike From Permanent Ban!

Candace Owens got blocked again on Twitter.

Twitter suspended the controversial Black agitator.

Her latest tweet was encouraging the armed protesters and going against a state mandated order to "stay-at-home" during the coronavirus pandemic.

She had deleted the tweet but those great internet sleuths have unearthed it.

"Apparently Gov. Gretchen Whitmer believes she is a duly elected dictator of a socialist country. The people of Michigan need to stand up to her. Open your businesses. Go to work. The people thinks she's crazy too.They are not going to arrest 10,000,000 people for going to work."

That was two strikes. One for encouraging criminal behavior by disregarding rules about the coronavirus. Two for threatening the life a political official.

Now the same white extremists who came out for that fool Terrance K Williams is now heading to Candace Owens defense with #FreeCandace.

Now in a letter sent to the most dumbest agitator on the planet, Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit, she cries about how she was silenced by far-leftists agitators who didn't like her honest truth.

Whitmer extended stay-at-home orders.

"Twitter locked me out of my account but has decided to omit which of their policies I have violated. Apparently encouraging citizens to go back to work is a violation, but Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) encouraging workers to boycott and protest is not."

One: Ocasio-Cortez was saying to meat packing workers to boycott going to work. Donald J. Trump signed an executive order forcing workers to the meat processing facilities despite an outbreak in a dozen facilities in states that just relaxed their stay at home orders.

Knothead agitator threatened Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

Two: Calling for people to protest despite a state mandate order from a governor is a violation of the terms of Twitter. They made rules for those who continuously spread misinformation about anything involving COVID-19. Telling people to go outside and work while the pandemic is an ongoing issue is dangerous and ridiculous. Especially for someone who doesn't even live in the damn state.

Three: Twitter is not a "freedom of speech" place. They have rules and she broke them. She can go outside of her home and write, "Fuck Gretchen Whitmer" on her lawn and post it on social media. Doesn't mean they're going to allow it to stand. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and social dating websites are places for extremism.

Folks like Candace Owens are pushing extremism into the mainstream.

Like Terrance K Williams, Tomi Lahren, Diamond & Silk and now Candace Owens, they have fallen victim to online fame. These agitators were once progressive activists and role models. They weren't finding any audience with their videos, their blogs and their activsim. Soon as a polarizing agitator like Trump came along, they found their meal ticket. Now I do believe they're genuine in their support of Trump, but the whole charade about how everyone is slaves to the "Democrat Plantation" is bullshit.

They don't know voters. Voters have a right to pick and choose who they're supporting for local, state and federal office. You can't break a voter because you don't like their policies. You can scream and yell about how they're doing bad things to an audience that loves these sideshows. But like the left, the right also gets flack.
