Thirty-one people were killed and 51 were injured in two separate mass shootings that occurred this weekend within 13 hours of each other in a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, and on a street in the entertainment district in Dayton, Ohio. Young parents, a dedicated civil servant, several Mexican citizens and a loving octogenarian were among the dead in what were the 250th and 251st mass shootings to occur in the U.S. in 2019, according to data from the nonprofit Gun Violence Archive.

The Forgotten: Texas Woman Found Wrapped In Death!

Texas woman was "loved" to death.

A Texas woman was murdered by a cold blooded killer. He "loved" her to death.

A 37-year old woman named Brittany Burfield was found inside a Houston area manhole. The killer buried her body in a sheet and stuffed her inside a gutter.

The remains of Burfield were found and identified. The killer was charged with improper dispose of a corpse, homicide and tampering with evidence.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Houston area activist Quanell X said that the suspect wanted to confess to the death to get the guilt off his chest.

"His main concern with me was he wanted to get this off his chest," Quanell X said on Friday.

"They removed a manhole cover and they dropped her body down a manhole and put the steel iron cover back over it."

The killer admitted that he drugged, suffocated, raped, shot and stabbed Burfield. He gave a graphic detail to how he disposed of her body.

Texas EquuSearch volunteers spent days searching for this young woman's body.

Her grief striken mother, Trisha Valentine said that her daughter had a rough life, but she didn't deserve the fate.

"I love Brittany. And I would have loved her no matter if we found her or didn't find her. But I am so excited to have her back. I'm telling you, the emotions inside of me right now can't be contained."

Killer murdered a Texas woman and tried to bury her body in the sewers.

She added that she hopes this killer is given the maximum sentence in Texas courts.

"I needed her body for [the trial]. I have known where she's at, she's been in heaven with the Lord."

The mother is grateful to those who found her body.

"I actually walked up to [the suspect] and I told him through it all, 'I want to tell you, thank you.'" she said. "I said, 'This family did not need the closure and thank you for at least doing that.'"

The killer had apologized to the mother for the death of Burfield. He said that he felt that he wanted to get the guilt off his chest. He said that Burfield wanted to help him. But he didn't want her help and flew into a violent rage. She loved him.

He "loved" her to death.

The suspect is facing LIFE or DEATH in this.

Where's The Justice For Michael Brown?

Five years ago, Missouri teenager Michael Brown was gunned down by the law. Today we still demand justice for Michael Brown.

Today marks five years since the shooting of Michael Brown.

The unarmed teen who was killed by a Ferguson, Missouri cop became a focal point to unrest and demands for police reform.

On August 9, 2014, Michael Brown and his friend were inside a QuikTrip gas station. They purchased a pack of blunts. According to the store owners, they were accused of theft. Brown got into an altercation with the store clerk and left the store.

While walking down the street, Brown was confronted by Darren Wilson. The cop didn't have his dash camera on or his body camera on.

Wilson and Brown got into a heated confrontation and it ended with the cop shooting the unarmed teenager in cold blood.

The Ferguson Police were so reckless. They had the body of the teen laying in the street without a sheet covering it. The cop made the allegation that Brown attacked him and tried to reach for his firearm. He said he had no choice but to use lethal force. Brown was shot multiple times.

Wilson who wasn't identified for weeks managed to get married, have a decent life and got a paycheck while there was unrest in the city. It lead to a state wide curfew. It forced the slogan, "Hands up, don't shoot" mantra.

The St. Louis County prosecutor at time, Robert P. McCulloch decided to not charge Wilson for the death of Brown and it lead to more unrest. McCulloch was defeated in the 2018 Democratic primary to Wesley Bell, a progressive prosecutor who vows to change things in St. Louis County.

It lead to the Department of Justice to do an investigation into Ferguson. What the Justice Department found were officers were pulling over Black residents far more. They were sharing racist emails and the mayor advocated it.

Former Ferguson cop Darren Wilson still is in hiding.

The mayor, James Knowles had to fire the Ferguson police chief, the city manager and a handful of city officers because of the Brown shooting. Knowles vowed to change the narrative of the city and promised to work with Black leaders.

He survived many attempts to recall him. He won reelection easily. Knowles was one of the few Republican mayors in St. Louis County, a swing county.

It became an international story.

It divided sides.

It gave rise to folks like Black Lives Matter activists DeRay McKesson, Shaun King and Bree Newsome. It also lead to the rise of coonservatives like David Clarke, Jr., Kevin Jackson, Peggy Hubberd and Candace Owens.

It also became a Sean "Softball" Hannity theme. He's been often on this kick about "rush to judgement." He often brings up Brown and uses that "charging like a football player" nonsense when he describes the shooting.

Michael Brown, Sr. and Leslie McSpadden have demanded the St. Louis County prosecutor reopen the case.

On CBS This Morning, Brown, Sr. reflects on the moment his son died and how he felt five years ago. He said that the shooting has opened up his eyes to how police view people of color.

"The phone call his grandmother gave me. Called me and said that police just shot Mike and he's laying in the middle of the street."

Michael Brown, Sr. and Leslie McSpadden will continue to fight for justice.

Brown added, "I turned to my wife and I told her that police just killed my son. And from there it was just was all moving real slow."

"How does a parent move on from something like that?" CBS contributor Jeff Pegues asked.

"I had to turn my pain into a purpose," Brown replied.

Brown stared the Chosen for Change foundation. He said that wants to make a difference in honor of his son. He wants police officers held accountable for pulling that trigger on unarmed citizens. He wants police officers who share racist and offensive postings on social media to be fired out the cannon. He wants police reform. He doesn't want anyone else to go through the tragedy he is facing.

In the months and years that followed, the Obama administration helped draw national attention to the utility of federal investigations into patterns of unconstitutional conduct by police departments. But now the Trump administration has all but abandoned that work. The Justice Department has backed away from its mandate to rein in systemic police abuse and deserted even those police departments that asked the feds for help.

Things haven't changed.

On Journal de la Reyna, I have often done the "What Happened To....." postings. I have often addressed the police shootings and gun violence stories. There's no question how many stories done on this blog, but the situations are always the same.

Police often get away with murder. The victim is smeared by the junk food media. We talk about it for a few months. We have hashtags and debate over it.

Dayton, Ohio has become the blip of a mass shooting. Nine lives were lost in a senseless massacre.

The city is not only the place of a mass shooting, but a tornado that wiped out portions of the city. It's also a place where the opioid epidemic is a prime focus. It's also the place for sex trafficking.

The bodies of women who are either prostitutes or drug addicts are being found wrapped in blankets in Dayton, Ohio. This is a problem here.

Somehow these are the forgotten. Women who are victims of sexual trafficking and opioid addition. I know a few women who were victims and I sympathize with them.

The body of a woman whose body was found wrapped on a sheet on an abandoned street in Dayton was found by a passerby.

The woman was identified as Victoria Simpson, 34 of Dayton.

The body was recovered on Thursday. The Montgomery County bag-em ups are now trying to determine if the body found had been a victim of sexual abuse.

Her grief-striken mother had to share the news on social media.



She said that her daughter lived a rough life. She believes that those who were "friends" let her die.

In addition to the bag-em ups, the Montgomery County Homicide Unit was also called to the scene, although the case has not been ruled a homicide. However, police say that the fact the body was wrapped in a sheet is suspicious.

While an accidental overdose is being considered as a possible cause of death, reports of gunshots fired in the area late Wednesday night are being considered in the investigation.

Predator Who Impregnated South Carolina Girl Gets LIFE In The Iron College!

Our youngest victims are people of color. I've said it best, it's never good to have a male friend around your underage daughters. If I do have any daughters, I would never want them around any men and teenage boys. I don't trust them.

Even though I have a son, I think about the same thing. Who's to say if that friend, that family member or that complete stranger takes advantage of my child's innocence.

Gun violence isn't the only thing to worry about. It's rape and child abuse too...!

This sexual predator impregnates a 10-year old girl who was watching cartoons. This happened in South Carolina. The predator was convicted and sent to the iron college for LIFE.

The man was convicted of first-degree sexual assault and rape.

Authorities said that they took DNA evidence from the fetus after the girl was given a termination and it determined that this predator was the father.

The predator came into a room while she was watching cartoons in a home in Estill. The predator turned off the lights and raped her. He told her that he's playing a little game.

A few months later, the little girl was complaining about her stomach. The mother took her to the doctor and they determined that she was pregnant. The girl's mother of course was angry and demanded the police investigate.

They determined that predator was a family friend. He was too close to the daughter and was acting "like a friend" and "mentor" towards the girl. He found a way to impregnate her while the family wasn't around.

Prosecutors took less than an hour to convict this predator.

Now this predator will find bars and no chance of ever leaving the iron college.

"This girl should be ready to go back to school, making friends, braiding her hair--- things other girls her age typically are engaged in," said the prosecutor Hunter Swanson, who said the victim didn't want to testify out of fear of her life.

"Instead, she's in a courtoom, reliving a horrific ordeal. [He] is to blame for that. This man was someone she trusted, someone who lurked inside her home, someone who change the fabric of his victim's life forever."

The judge Carmen Mullen handed the sentence and said that this predator will never experience a day of freedom, ever.

Yes. I believe that people who have mental issues are obtaining firearms. They are mentally disturbed. The federal government must find solutions to keep firearms out of the hands of people that could be potentially dangerous. Most mass shooters are often NICE GUYS who are spurned by society not mentally ill individuals.

There is a search for the motorist who shot and killed two people and injured a third on a Houston freeway after they crashed into his car during evening rush hour.

The incident happened on the East Freeway (Interstate 10) just around 6pm on Thursday night, when the road was back up because of an accident.

According to witnesses, a silver Nissan sedan spun out of control after it crashed into a second vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle got out of his car and began firing at the occupants of the Nissan.

He shot through the Nissan and it struck the driver and passenger. The two were killed on sight.

The victims were two men.

Mass shooting on Interstate 10 causes more than a headache it caused many lives lost.

The shooter used an AR-15 and did not stop firing until a nearby truck began shooting at the terrorist.

The terrorist did aim at the "good guy" and injured him. The terrorist managed to escape the gunfire and grazed the vehicle of the person who shot at him. The terrorist would speed off into the side streets.

The man is being described as a Hispanic wearing a tan shirt.

It's unclear if the terrorist was wounded in the gunfire but the good Samaritan did suffer minor injuries after the gun fight.

The terrorist will be charged with felonious assault, murder and reckless endangerment. The charges also include vehicular homicide, aggravated homicide, and discharging a firearm in crowd area.

The murder charges in Texas are LIFE or DEATH. The suspect are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The inept lawmaker Mitch McConnell is delaying. He said that the Senate will take up the matter after the recess is over. Oh by the way, McConnell is not going to listen to his constituents protesting.

The far-white and junk food media are praising the El Paso and Dayton Police for their quick responses to stop the white terrorists. Yet, they were not fast enough to save the 31 lives lost within seconds of the attack. The Dayton Police killed the white terrorist within 30 seconds. The terrorist killed nine people and injured 32 others within 15 seconds. The El Paso terrorist managed to kill 20 people within a span of 45 seconds. He was arrested without a bullet fired. However, the Gilroy terrorist went out like a punk and the Virginia Beach terrorist (by which was Black) was killed upon a minute of the mass shooting in which he killed 11.

I am getting tired of the far-white always running towards, "He was a registered Democrat" excuse whenever there's a mass shooting in the United States. That's a deflection. The politics of the terrorist doesn't matter. The terrorist doesn't care about the politics of these victims. He wanted to create chaos.

Okay, this white terrorist went into a Walmart in Springfield, Missouri to do an experiment.

He wanted to prove to the public that a "law-abiding" gun owner can enter a Walmart without panic.

That experiment failed miserably.

The far-white terrorist went into Walmart on Thursday afternoon and was recording himself entering the facility with 100 rounds of ammunition.

The folks who knew this terrorist said that he was a lock and barrel Trump supporter and had hated how the left was going after the National Rifle Association.

In February, the terrorist wrote: "It's official. I hate Walmart. Apparently they won't sell (a firearm) and shotgun ammo if your under 21. [This new policy is a joke. However] I can walk into the store with a loaded .40 and nobody says anything. What a joke!"

A manager saw him entering the store and hit the fire alarm.

The terrorist would exit the Walmart through the emergency door and proceed towards the woods.

An off-duty firefighter (the so-called "good guy with a gun") stopped him until police arrived.

Police later arrested this individual and immediately charged him with inducing panic, trespassing and felonious assault. He also is being held on making terrorist threats. These are felonies and in the state of Missouri, he could face up to 10 years or more for these charges. He will be held until a court appearance.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The folks at Walmart immediately condemned the man's actions. They said that he will no longer be allowed to shop at a Walmart. The company thanks the police and citizens who were involved and still offer grievance to those affected in El Paso and those in Dayton.

The El Paso massacre happened at a Walmart that was frequently shopped by those who came from Mexico. There were 22 individuals were killed. Some were Americans and some were Mexicans.

The terrorist came from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to commit a mass casualty event. He wrote a manifesto on 8chan and had language similar to the far-white agitators on Fox News and that imbecile.

Mexican president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador condemned the white terrorist. He also called upon Donald J. Trump and Congress to do something about gun violence. He said that Trump and far-white agitators rhetoric towards Mexico hurts business relations and the possible USMCA deal.

What Happened To Robert Morton?

Mississippi Highway troopers under fire for chokholding a motorist after a routine stop.

The Mississippi State Highway Patrol is doing damage control after a motorist and his girlfriend recorded an encounter with one of its troopers. The trooper allegedly placed the motorist in a chokehold and slammed him against the vehicle.

Now the man is filing a federal lawsuit alleging the trooper violated his civil rights and engaged in an unlawful stop based on his race. This happened a couple of weeks ago in July. The motorist was traveling on a highway in Tupelo when he was pulled over by the Mississippi State Patrol trooper.

It was an apparent traffic stop that turned into a controversy.

Mississippi Trooper Brandon Berry claimed that he told Robert Morton over numerous times to comply with his orders.

Mississippi tattoo artist and his girlfriend were manhandled by the state highway troopers.

Berry told Morton to get on the ground at least a dozen or so times.

Porsha Martin shared the clip with her friends and it went viral.





Her friend Laquisha Cummings decided to ask the NAACP and Black Lives Matter to get the ball rolling on this.



The 4 1/2 video shows Morton standing behind his car on the side of the road in Clay County, chatting with the trooper, seemingly agitated. The trooper started to engage in verbal insults and demanding to be arrested.

The allegations of the motorist traveling over 100 in a 65 speed zone was the pull over. Morton claims he didn't speed. Morton refused the orders to put his hands behind his back to be handcuffed.

"Why am I getting arrested?" Morton repeatedly asked.

A second trooper then pulls up and immediately puts his hands on Morton's throat. The troopers then start to wrestle Morton to the ground.

Shields recording the encounters is screaming that this is police brutality. She said these troopers were supposed to protect everyone.

"You're all supposed to be out here protecting us!"

Morton was criminally charged with traffic violations and felonies for resisting arrest. He was given a "get out of free card" and will have a trial soon. He hired a lawyer and is seeking a federal lawsuit against the troopers who arrested him.

The charges were speeding more than 20 miles over the posted limit, failure to wear seat belts, failure to have a proper seat belt for a child, failure to comply to an officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, malicious mischief and failure to display license and registration to a peace officer.

The charges could have him in the iron college for up to three years with a suspended license up to five years. In the state of Mississippi, the vehicle could be impounded if the motorist fails to pay fines.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The troopers haven't been placed in the freezer. The Mississippi Department of Public Safety has opened an investigation to determine if the troopers handling of Morton was justified.

Will Trump cave to the National Rifle Association again? 

The National Rifle Association continues to interfere in the way of life.

The gun lobbyists group and it's embattled leader Wayne LaPierre hopped on the phone Tuesday and Wednesday demanding Donald J. Trump and Republicans back down from passing legislation that impedes on firearms.

The chief executive of the National Rifle Association is warning President Donald Trump that backing expanded background checks on gun sales would hurt Trump's standing among his core base of supporters, the Washington Post reported Wednesday.

The Post said Trump is showing interest in backing legislation to strengthen background checks on people seeking to purchase firearms in the wake of two mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio that killed 31 people and injured dozens of others in the course of 24 hours.

But both NRA executive Wayne LaPierre and Trump's own aides have intervened and are trying to talk Trump out of supporting stronger background checks, sources told the Post, which reported that LaPierre argued that Trump's own supporters do not approve of expanding background checks.

The shootings in Gilroy, El Paso and Dayton have Americans demanding immediate action when it comes to firearms.

The junk food media continues to name these the three white terrorists.

There were at least seven mass shootings in the span of two weeks. The ones that gotten attention happened at events. The white terrorist who massacred three at the Gilroy Garlic Festival last Sunday.

Thr white terrorist killed at a Walmart in El Paso on Saturday. Hours later, another white terrorist managed to kill at a Dayton nightclub.

Each of these incidents could have been prevented.

In February, the House of Representatives passed two bills to require background checks on all private gun sales and increase the amount of time required to process a background check — neither of which Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell brought to the floor of the Senate for a vote.

LaPierre's claim that Trump supporters aren't in favor of background checks is not, however, backed up by recent polling data, which shows overwhelming support for universal background checks across the political spectrum.

According to a Morning Consult/Politico poll released on August 7, 90% of Republicans and Trump 2016 voters and 89% of those who currently hold a favorable view of Trump support mandatory background checks on all gun sales.

Republican Sen. Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania and Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia are similarly teaming up on a Senate bill to expand background checks to virtually all private sales, and both told the Post they had spoken to Trump in recent days making the case for the bill — which the NRA does not support.

Manchin said that any legislation expanding background checks would need Trump's support to have a fighting chance on Capitol Hill, telling the Post that he expressed to Trump that "if you don't stand up and say, 'This is a piece of legislation I support,' we're not going to get enough cover to have Republicans stand tall. They won't be able to do it."

The Post also reported that Trump is questioning whether the NRA — which has had a huge influence over Republican lawmakers for decades but is currently weathering a number of financial and legal scandals — still holds the same level of sway within the GOP.

After the mass shooting at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas high school in Parkland, Florida, the Trump administration similarly defied the NRA by banning bump stocks — devices that allow shooters to fire multiple rounds more quickly.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, one of Trump's allies on the hill, told the Post he's optimistic that Trump "seems determined to do something and believes there is space to get something done this time around," adding, "he's never been a sports or gun enthusiast. But he is more determined than ever to do something on his watch."

Thanks to a controversial reality television star and celebrity agitator, a young woman gets a second chance. The release of Cyntoia Brown was long awaited. The woman spent three nickels in the iron college for murdering a man who paid for her sexual services. She was an underage teen when she was sold into the prostitution racket.

Initially given LIFE in the iron college for murdering 43-year old Johnny Mitchell Allen in a robbery and murder gone wrong, the young teen got a chance at redemption.

Brown who was released on Wednesday claimed that she did the murder in self-defense because Allen was raping her and trying to kill her.

The prosecutors claimed that Brown was trying to lure Allen into his home, seduce him and then rob him. When she didn't fulfill the offer, they got into a fight and she pulled firearm on him and shot him.

She took his wallet and left the home. She was soon caught and given the maximum of time interned in the iron college. If it wasn't for then-Republican governor Bill Haslam of Tennessee, the woman would have served nearly 60 years before a clemency.

Celebrities and politicians came to Brown's aid. They came up with the hashtag #FreeCyntioaBrown.

Kim Kardashian-West along with Rihanna, Common, Justin Bieber and many others were hoping that Tennessee spared the woman.

Upon her release, Brown immediately apologized to the family of the victim. She vows to help other women and children who become trapped in human trafficking and gun violence.

The people involved in her life are all but dead. The human trafficker, Garion McGlothen (known as Kutthroat) was killed after being an altercation with Quartez Hines.

The family believes that Brown is unrepentant. They believe she was a "manipulative, calculating teen who used up all her chances in the juvenile justice system and is a danger to public."

Hopefully Brown turns her life around. She needs to prove to the world that she's not a cold hearted killer. She needs to prove to the doubters that she's a proven success, not a failure.

This Is What A Terrorist Look Like!

This isn't an immigrant or Muslim. This is a white terrorist.

In the wake of the mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton, many lawmakers are calling upon Donald J. Trump and Congress to do something about gun violence.

Like most politicians, they'll offer nothing more than thoughts and prayers, ridiculous platitudes and of course, blaming each other for the actions of one said terrorist. They call mass shooters that are white, mentally ill.

If the terrorist was Muslim, Black or an immigrant, you would see the far-white and Trump call for laws and restrictions on these groups. We just won't call it what it is.... White terrorism.

For years, we hear that mental illness is the reasons to why mass shootings happen. Fuck this shit.

Mental illness doesn't inspire a man to pick up a firearm. Mental illness doesn't force a mass shooter to kill people. Politics isn't what inspire mass shooters. It's a sense of name-recognition.

A bullet doesn't care which person you've voted for. It only hits targets.

Stop using cop-outs.

The man lives in South Carolina and was a student at the Cardinal Newman School in Columbia.

He wanted to make himself clear, he wanted to kill Black people.

There were two violent, graphic and racist videos made this white terrorist in spring.

The videos just recently made it to social media and got the attention of the Richland County boys, Columbia Police and FBI.

"Howdy, I'm ........ and I hate Black people. They're the worst. They're stinky and they just suck. They're just bad people. You'll notice over there, there's a box of Jordans --- the favorite pair of shoes for a Black man. I'm gonna show you what I think of the Black man."

He then unloads into the empty box.

At the end of the video, he said, "fuck all Niggers."

 In a second video, the teen continues to fire weapons at the same shoebox.

"It seems that our NIGGER hasn't quite learned his lesson yet," the terroist said. "It seems like he needs twenty-five rounds to the dome."

The disturbing footage was filmed in May but started circulating last month at Cardinal Newman School in Columbia. The videos were turned over by school officials on July 15 to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, The State reported.

The white terrorist is a family member of Richard Quinn, a political strategist who was arrested earlier this year in a corruption probe, FITS News reported. Quinn faces charges of perjury and obstruction of justice.

A source close to the terrorist claimed that he filmed the video for the "shock value," the news outlet reported.

"The idea was to see who could be the most outlandishly, ridiculously offensive," the source told FITS News. "They weren't being serious."

Deputies investigating the footage later discovered more footage and texts — including the student’s threat to “shoot up the school,” The State reported.

The teen has since been charged with making student threats — but authorities haven't released his name due to his age.

School officials also didn't identify the terrorist as the student Friday night when they notified parents about the arrest.

“The next few days may be challenging for Cardinal Newman School, so I ask your prayers for our students, teachers, staff and administration,” Principal Robert Loia wrote, according to the news outlet.
