This asshole opened up an ice cream tub and proceeded to lick it before he closed it and threw it back into the freezer.
The 35-year old man.....grown ass man to be exact posted himself doing the disgusting act. He would later be laughing and sharing that stuff on social media. He was soon identified by the law and quickly apprehended. He was even smiling in his mugshot.
The video is another example of how far people will go to get notoriety and fame.

He was in a Belle Rose convenience store when he committed the act. He said he paid for the product but the police didn't tolerate the act regardless.
He will immediately be charged with shoplifting, destruction of property, theft by deception, tampering with a consumer product, vandalism and trespassing. These charges could put him in the iron college for up to five years in Louisiana. He will have to pay for the damages. The store had to probably destroy all the ice cream because they couldn't find the tub. He will likely be banned from shopping at the store. He will have to take a food safety class, be banned from using social media, have a sexually transmitted disease test, have to write a formal apology to the companies and law enforcement and be given in-house if available.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Polarizing former presidential candidate Ross Perot passed away.
The only third party candidate to obtain nearly 20% of the vote in the 1992 U.S. Presidential Election passed away after a being diagnosis with leukemia.
(Henry) Ross Perot was an American business magnate, billionaire, philanthropist and politician.
He was the CEO of Electronic Data Systems and Perot Systems. He ran an independent presidential campaign in 1992 and 1996. He would later establish the Reform Party in 1995 which lead Donald J. Trump to run his first presidential bid. Perot would leave the Reform Party and join the Republican Party until his death.
Born in the border city of Texarkana (on the Texas side), Perot was considered the most polarizing and cantankerous candidate to ever run for president. Perot delivered newspapers while riding on the back of a pony. He was a hard working man. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked his ass off. He would become a salesman for IBM and start motivating himself to getting into entrepreneurship.
He founded Electronic Data Systems and became a billionaire within five years. In 1962, with $1,000 from his wife, Margot — they met on a blind date — Perot founded Electronic Data Systems. Hardware accounted for about 80% of the computer business, Perot said, and IBM wasn't interested in the other 20%, including services.

A 17-year old teen was stabbed to death in Peoria, Arizona, on Thursday by a terrorist who told people he did it because the victim's rap music made him feel "unsafe."
At a local Circle K in the Phoenix area, this white terrorist lunged at the teen and allegedly stabbed him in the back and then slit his throat.
The terrorist told the law that he stabbed the teen because he heard him listening to hip-hop music in his car before entering the store and the music made the terrorist feel "unsafe."He also claimed that he was "attacked by people.....who listened rap music," who he claimed were people of color.
He believed that people listening to rap music were considered a threat to him and the community.
The terrorist was charged with first-degree murder. He was given a $1 million "get out free" card by direct cash payment. He will face a judge on July 15.
Just two days before the attack, the terrorist was released from the iron college. He was facing numerous charges, including aggravated assault of a correctional officer, assault of a correctional officer, assault with a weapon, marijuana violation and theft.
The terrorist was homeless and his lawyer said that he was "mentally ill" and he was a "set up for failure."
The lawyer, Jacie Cotterell got slammed by social media for claiming this incident was sparked by mental illness and not clear cut racism.
It is an old meme of white criminals being coddled with sympathy. Like white privilege seems to allow people to get away with murder, rape and theft. It also helps them win elections and events.

Cernovich promoted the bizarre "Pizzagate" conspiracy theory, which eventually led to a North Carolina man firing an assault rifle in a D.C. area pizza parlor.
Trump, who has accused social media giants of anti-conservative bias, announced the Social Media Summit in late June. While Garrison was invited to the summit, sources told CNN that Facebook and Twitter were not. The summit will be held July 11.
In May, the White House opened an online tool asking users to share their alleged stories of social media bias directly with the President.

The charges were filed by U.S. Attorneys for the Southern District of New York. They spoke to dozens of victims, who have been interviewed by the FBI and the NYPD.
The women were underage when they were asked to give massages to Epstein at his Palm Beach and New York City homes.
The feds will confiscate his U.S. passport, his computers, his cell phones, his daily planner, his vehicles and his home. He will be appearing in front of a federal judge in the afternoon. He will likely be denied bail until further notice. He will not be allowed to leave the country. He will be placed on suicide watch. He will be considered a danger to himself and others. He will have no contact with victims, associates, the junk food media and those involved in the case.
The federal charges itself could carry the DEATH card if convicted. It's unlikely he'll get that but given how many victims and the possibility of violence being used, it's on the table. The state charges are automatic LIFE in the iron college if convicted in New York.

Two presidents entangled with billionaire pedophile.
Billionaire hedge fund investor Jeffrey Epstein is currently detained for three charges by the feds.
He is accused running a sex trafficking operation based out of his Florida home and private island in the United States Virgin Islands. This billionaire has Donald J. Trump, Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, Kenneth Starr and many others wrapped up in this huge scandal.
The feds came to Epstein's home around 6am with guns drawn. They broke down his door and entered his home on a warrant. They broke down his door. The feds took computers, his cell phones, his television, any DVDs and CDs as well as his daily planner.
The documents that were unsealed detailed that Epstein plead guilty to solicitation and procuring a person under the age of 18 for prostitution.
Records in a defamation case contained descriptions of sexual abuse by Epstein along with new allegations of sexual abuse by "numerous American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well known prime minister and other world leaders."
The plea deal Epstein agreed to back in 2008 saved him from having to register in Offender U.
He would have been a registered in 31 of 50 states.
The first victim reported Epstein in 2008 when she was then 16 years old. The charges were classified as a misdemeanor. The charges and the victim were not thrown on the court papers.
He was registered a low-tier in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
A federal judge ruled earlier this year that then U.S. attorney ALex Acosta violated the rights of Epstein's alleged victims when they neglected to notify them that they were no longer pursuing federal charges.
That was part of another deal which allowed Epstein to have work release and live in a low-security facility. It also agreed to dropping all charges against the billionaire.
He was forced to serve time in the iron college. He only got 13 months of an 18 month bid. He didn't even actually head to the iron college. He just got a few hours in a Palm Beach detention center where he just checked in and left.

Simpson and a staunch defender of Trump. He appears on Fox News and is a frequent agitator on Sean "Softball" Hannity's right wing carnival.

A "free speech" rally in Washington, DC went off without much controversy. The white extremist group known as the Proud Boys only had 250 attendees and they were drowned out by the counter protests.
The self-described "chavinistic men's group" founded by far-white agitator Gavin McInnes came to DC on the notion that they "Demand Free Speech" and they're willing to do so at any cost.
The DC Metro Police had to keep the peace.
Barricades manned by over 100 officers. They had police officers on bicycles, motorcycles and horseback.
When the police prevented antifa from entering Freedom Plaza, they went to another bock and charged a makeshift barricade of officers standing with caution tape.
Antifa and the Proud Boys did not come in contact with one another.
The last confrontation between extremists was in Portland when Asian extremist Andy Ngo was served a hot plate. Ngo is a supporter of the alt-white and writes for Breitbart and WorldNetDaily.
The NAACP, Black Lives Matter and LGBTQ groups also were there.
The junk food media couldn't get the good ratings out of a peaceful rally.
Had it turned into chaos, we would hear this wall-to-wall coverage on the cable news. Donald J. Trump would response to it. The far-right agitators on Fox News would find some way to blame progressives, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Kamala Harris and others for the chaos.

Sad news for Black media. Johnson Company magazine, Ebony, is on life support. The once-iconic Black news and celebrity magazine, the Time magazine of Black America, abruptly fired all of its staff and writers with close to no notice. I used to read both Ebony and Jet magazine and was looking forward to the next issue. For decades, Ebony and Jet has been one of several Black-owned publications that gives us news that are not reported in mainstream media. The writers and editors bring objective news information pertaining to Black America as well as entertainment and fashion. It was that magazine that cover fashion and started Fashion Fair fashion events to various cities around the nation because Black women weren't allow to model fashion due to Jim Crow and general American racism. Those shows were very popular among Black women and Black organizations. The company also started Fashion Fair cosmetics that are still sold in department stores around the country.
It's so sad to see the magazine I grew up as a child and teenager gone forever. I hope someone buy the archives so we can read about historic milestones of Black America without distortions and lies so often offered in mainstream media.
With so few news outlets catering to Black America, this is the biggest blow to our collective history as well as getting accurate information without bias and distortion that often comes from mainstream media outlets.

Legacy publications beset by financial issues by Miana Massey, Atlanta Voice Ebony magazine — along with its sister publication Jet — has potentially closed its doors for good. Former employees of the company took to Twitter last week using the hashtag #EbonyOwes to air out their frustrations with the company, as it has fired all of its employees with little to no notice. According to USA Today, members of Ebony magazine’s digital team say they’ve been fired and haven’t received their final paychecks in the latest controversy to hit the struggling publication that has chronicled black life in America for decades. Michael Gibson, co-chairman and founder of Austin, Texas-based Clear View Group, which owns Ebony, declined to comment to USA Today on the digital team’s dismissal, citing a “policy of not commenting on any employment practices or issues.” The Chicago Tribune previously reported how Ebony was being pressed by the National Writers Union to pay more than $200,000 it alleged the magazine owed to freelance writers who contributed stories back in 2017. The drama sparked the hashtag #EbonyOwes on Twitter. According to a report on Ebony.com, the magazine’s previous owner, Johnson Publishing Co., filed for bankruptcy liquidation in April, which Ebony said would not affect its operations. “EBONY Media Operations, LLC brands, which include EBONY magazine, EBONY.com, digital magazine JET and jetmag.com and its related businesses, have viably operated independently of Johnson Publishing Company dba/ Fashion Fair Cosmetics (JPC) since Black-owned Ebony Media Operations, LLC (EMO) purchased the media assets of JPC in 2016. The bottle of Listerine was place back on the shelf and the prankster said it best, "It has been one musty fucking morning."
The prank went viral and Walmart wasn't pleased about it.
Some viewers suggested that it was staged but some called it a blatant act of vandalism and call for criminal charges. While in the last posting, the Lufkin, Texas police are in the process of arresting a woman for licking an ice cream and placing it back into a Walmart freezer, the San Jose Police and the Santa Clara County Boys are aware of the video.
The prankster said after placing the bottle back on the shelf, "Mmmm....nice and minty and fresh."
The prankster waved at the camera and ran down the aisles.
Many believe that this trend is becoming a norm.
Folks who are literally opening up products, consuming or playing with them and then placing them back on the shelves.
Not only that could be considered disgusting but dangerous.
If Walmart decides to press charges against the prankster, she will face vandalism, theft of product, contamination of product, shoplifting of product and tampering with consumer product. The charges could be misdemeanors or felonies in the state of California.
It could land at least year or two in the the iron college.

The prankster's friend was also caught on camera as well. He opened up a Walgreen's freezer, opened up an ice cream tub, placed his fingers in it and ate some. The person filmed tasted the ice cream too.
The prankster then tossed the ice cream back in the freezer and bolted through the aisles.

A Texas woman is under fire for doing a stunt that cost thousands of dollars in destroyed product.
The woman who was filmed licking ice cream from a tub of Blue Bell and putting it back in a Walmart freezer is facing possible time in the iron college for the stunt.
The Lufkin Police department found out that the woman resides in San Antonio and they are determined to drag her back to face charges of tampering with a consumer product, vandalism and theft.
The law believe that woman is a juvenile and her boyfriend made her do it. He lives in the community with his family.
Both the woman and her boyfriend, who filmed the stunt were said to be forthcoming and cooperative with police, telling them what occurred and admitting to the act.
The charges could be bumped to adult court and it could put her in the iron college from two to 20 years and a hefty fine if convicted.
The charges also means that the woman and her boyfriend will be forced to pay for the damages of the loss product, they will likely be banned from shopping at Walmart, they will be forced to take sexually transmitted disease tests and learn the dangers of food poisoning.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
She will likely face scrutiny at home. Where she will have trouble finding a job. She likely won't be hired at Walmart. Her career highlights will be caught on camera licking a product she didn't purchase.

The animated movie and television series featured a red head mermaid named Ariel and her sea friends Sebastian and Flounder. They had to face off against the evil sea witch named Ursula.
The actress playing the role of Ariel is named Halle Bailey (not Hallie Berry).
Bailey respond on her social media which she shares with her sister Chloe Bailey.
Those far-white websites are filled with -mania. There are sites on Google that guide people to these websites. The company Alphabet is still actively allowing far-white extremists to infiltrate their products. Blogger is a product of Google, an Alphabet company.
Popping on social media is themes like "Make Ariel White Again" which is direct insult towards Bailey and Modern Family actress Ariel Winter.
The offensive group was created on July 3 the moment that Bailey was cast to play the role.
Halle Bailey is honored to be Ariel. She dismissed the backlash.
Some of the posts were transphobic, racist, and sexist. The old themes of stereotyping Black people with big lips, chicken drumsticks and watermelon were also posted on social media.
The offensive group was created a GoFundMe page with the image of Winter.
The group's bio said, "Are you tired of people washing out the great traditions of white princess of color? Do you feel that they should keep everything the way that it is? Then join us! We are here to make Ariel white again!
The group had hundreds of members and it was gathering steam before Facebook shut that shit down.
Again, Facebook is a beacon of racism. The far-white are claiming that their "freedom of speech" is squashed. So they are counting on Donald J. Trump to intervene. Trump himself believes that the big tech companies are silencing conservatives.
Private companies that have the power to motivate voters. Facebook has been under fire since the Cambridge Analytica scandal in which Breitbart, Russian bots and trolls managed to sway voters from Hillary Clinton to Trump.
Facebook has allowed far-white agitators and trolls create fake profiles and groups to intimidate individuals.
I was a victim of this crap. I had a far-white troll create phony profiles of me and I am still trying to get this shit removed every fucking day.
The trolls are motivated to attack women of color. We need to fight back.
Remember the blog, Racists Getting Fired. If we can revive that website again......but this time, we go after them and their families. Racists are working at your job, the police force, the government agencies, the schools and the junk food media.
