Ja Rule Is Facing Heat After His Company Stiffed Rich White Brats!

Ja Rule pissed off spoiled partygoers.

Jeffrey Atkins is known as performer Ja Rule. He was once big during the late 1990s to early 2000s.

He was the deep voiced entertainer who loves to rap and sing. He was on top of his game until 50 Cent came into the spotlight. The rapper couldn't compete with a strong marketing campaign sponsored by 50, Eminem and Dr. Dre. Ja Rule's label Murder Inc. didn't stand a chance. People were getting tired of the bubblegum rap that Ja was doing. 50 Cent took advantage of it and let Ja fade out of the spotlight. Now he's trying to regain some of his glory. He started a business venture called Fyre Media and now its facing some major backlash after a concert he promoted became an all time flop.

Page Six reported that A-list talent decided to back out of the event at the last minute citing safety and organization.

According to Spin, the Fyre Festival, a luxury music fest in the Exuma Islands of the Bahamas, promised wealthy music fans “a cultural moment created from a blend of music, art, and food.” There are geodesic domes to sleep in, flights in a “custom, VIP configured” Boeing 737 out from Miami, private yachts that rented for tens of thousands of dollars each, yoga classes, treasure hunts, and sets by artists like Blink 182, Disclosure, and Ja Rule.

The Fyre Festival was supposed to be a big concert in the Bahamas for partygoers. It had prices ranging from $1,000 to $250,000 per event.

The festival was supposed to billed as a "cultural moment created from an alchemic blend of music, art and food."

This company Fyre Media founded by Ja Rule and Billy McFarland.

The whole event was made to look like a tropical getaway. Models, entertainers and even alcohol were promised in the island country.

Now the people who attended this event want their money back.

Ja Rule is quick to apologize and say he's sorry for what happened. I don't know if he's willing to refund those people who spent thousands of dollars to get a cheese sandwich.

Looks like Ja Rule is finding his business venues going up in smoke.
