Ohio Republicans Become Big Government Nannies On Trans Rights! 🏳️‍⚧️

Republicans are the party of big government.

Republicans dust off the old culture war playbook.

Just like ignoring a fair election, Republicans continue to threaten democracy with their refusal to accept defeat and their intentions to defy constitutional rights.

President Joe Biden is right, Republicans want to strip away rights and impose assinanine rules to our country.

The far right Republican and several Democratic lawmakers continue to dehumanize humans. They claim legitimate concerns about Biden and Donald J. Trump are just noise.

The call upon change to the status quo. Republicans continue to invest and promote ideas that are stuck on 20th Century propaganda. Most of the lawmakers who complain about the U.S.-Mexican border do not live there. Most of the lawmakers who want to ban transgender rights are probably closeted gays or trans themselves and they're just denying it. Most of these so called religious extremists are the ones found molesting children, sleeping with prostitutes and using drugs.

They use our taxpayer money to showboat.

Building a border wall is just a monument to white supremacy.

Banning rights will not stop transgender Americans from getting the necessary treatment and means of survival.

Biden may have turned off voters with his hardline stance on Israel, but he ain't trying to strip Americans their right to protest.

Israel has similar ways of dehumanizing human beings and defying law and order.

The former swimmer and far right bigot Riley Gaines had a part in Ohio's controversial bill banning transgender youth and adults from playing gender assigned sports, gender assigned restrooms and surgery.

Republicans want to be your nannies.

Ohio legislators could focus on fixing roads, highways, bridges, railroads and waterways.

They could pass a gun reform law to stop gun violence in the state. But alas, they rather focus on Ohioans who want to live their identified gender. Impose discrimination and transphobia to win over the religious extremists.

And you wonder why Ohio lost population and a crucial congressional district?

I am serious, why are conservatives obsessed with gay and transgender people?

Why are conservatives obsessed with sex?

Are they scared they might like a person who identifies as transgender?

Are they in a sexless relationship at home?

There's not enough sex in the champagne room?

Matter of fact, they probably have a family member or friend who identifies as LGBTQ.

So why can't they mind their goddamn business?

Ohio Republicans passed a bill that banned transgender girls and women from playing sports, sex changing and banning gender affirming care for children under 18.

Taking away a life or death decision which is a freedom of itself because you want to impose religious freedom.

Gov. Mike DeWine vetoed the bill, but thanks to gerrymandering and Republicans holding a majority in the Ohio statehouse, they overridden his veto.

The Ohio Senate voted 23-9 Wednesday to override Republican Gov. Mike DeWine’s veto of legislation banning gender-affirming health care for minors and preventing transgender women and girls from competing on female school sports teams.

Ohio now joins nearly two dozen other GOP-led states that have adopted similar laws after the state House also voted earlier this month to overturn the veto.

Ohio Republicans could save lives by passing gun reform. Yet, they're playing on the fears of a transkid or transwoman.

LGBTQ advocates, medical professionals and families of transgender children have largely condemned the bill, and hundreds of opponents — including the president of Ohio’s Children’s Hospital Association — testified against House Bill 68 during public hearings last year. A similar bill filed last session by Ohio House Republicans died in committee after nearly 300 witnesses submitted opponent testimony.

DeWine vetoed House Bill 68 on Dec. 29, telling reporters at a press conference that such a measure, if allowed to become law, would do more harm than good.

“Ultimately, I believe this is about protecting human life,” he said. “Many parents have told me that their child would not have survived — would be dead today — if they had not received the treatment they received from one of Ohio’s children’s hospitals.”

The measure now goes into effect in 90 days.

DeWine has so far declined to say whether he supports the bill’s restrictions on transgender student-athletes. In a 2021 statement, he said he believes the issue is “best addressed outside of government.”

Gender-affirming health care for transgender minors and adults is considered medically necessary by every major medical organization, though not every trans person chooses to medically transition or has access to care.

DeWine is only the second Republican governor to veto legislation banning gender-affirming care; the first was former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R), a former presidential candidate.

Including DeWine, only three Republican governors have vetoed bills barring transgender athletes from competing on school sports teams consistent with their gender identity.

Beyond the Legislature, access to gender-affirming health care for transgender minors and adults in Ohio is set to be heavily restricted under proposed administrative rules filed earlier this month by the state Health Department.

The proposed regulations have drawn criticism from LGBTQ rights groups and medical professionals, who say the rules would make Ohio one of the most restrictive states in the nation with respect to gender-affirming care. In a joint statement, The American Civil Liberties Union and the ACLU of Ohio said the rules could amount to a “de facto ban” on care.

An executive order signed Jan. 5 by DeWine prohibits transition-related surgeries for minors, which health care providers in the state have said are already not performed on those younger than 18.

DeWine during his Dec. 29 press conference said the notion that such surgeries are being performed on minors in Ohio is “frankly, a fallacy.”

Pressure's On!

Progressives are going to oust Ritchie Torres.

Last year, Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY) was on a tweeting spree supporting Israel's propaganda and calling protesters and fellow lawmaker Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) rabid anti-semitics. He voted to support Israel's war on Hamas and supported punishing those who criticized the country's actions.

Now he is on the list of Democratic lawmakers who could face a serious primary challenge.

After it was announced that AIPAC was spending millions to oust Democrats who voted against funding Israel, progressives vow to take on the lobbyist group and lawmakers who voted against their interests.

Torres represents the 15th Congressional District of New York, a relatively safe district. He is an Afro-Latino lawmaker and one of three openly gay Black representatives.

Torres won in 2020 and served two terms since elected.

He represents about eight square miles of The Bronx in New York City. His district has about 728,000 constituents and yet less than 100,000 voted in the general election.

Torres last year easily won his reelection.

Now a silent mission is underway to recruit candidates who can take on lawmakers like Torres and they want to send a message to him and others that genocide is the red line.

AIPAC wants “to make the statement this cycle that no one is safe from their wrath, that if you speak out, you can be targeted no matter how popular or how many cycles of incumbent you are,” said Connor Farrell, president of the progressive fundraising group Left Rising, in a phone call. “It’s extremely audacious.”

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists. Let them know you're vote matters and doing nothing will not be acceptable.

Dems Push For "Symbolic" 2-State Solution Amid Biden Support Drop!

Hawai'ian senator pushes for symbolic resolutions instead of an outright end to funding for Israel's genocide. Brian Schatz and Democrats seriously believe a resolution will force Israel to come to the table.

The Democrats are feeling the presure.

Over four months into the conflict and Israel has killed over 25,000 civilians. Not to mention, they invaded Syria, Lebanon and the West Bank. Hamas has no control over there.

Yet the people who support Israel have outrage over:

1. Yemen's Houthis blocking commercial ships in the Red Sea traveling to Israel.

2. Protesting at many Holocaust museums and using the term genocide.

3. Boycotting Israel and companies that do business with them.

4. Saying "From the river to the sea" whenever they protest.

5. Confronting President Joe Biden, former president Donald J. Trump, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Democratic and Republican lawmakers at events or local affairs.

6. Blocking roads, bridges, waterways and freeways in protest of Israel's genocide.

7. Celebrities and politicians who support Palestinians.

8. Waving the Palestinian flag, wear a keffiyeh or using  🍉🇵🇸 emojis.

If anyone trolls you about condemning Hamas for Oct. 7, 2023, kindly ignore them or respectfully tell them that Israel has committed an illegal occupation of Gaza, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights and the West Bank. They shoot innocent civilians and indiscriminately bomb heavily populated areas in Gaza and the West Bank.

Will you condemn the actions of Israel if I have to condemn Hamas?

Why are you not condemning the rapes that Hamas did to Israeli women?

Why are you not condemning the attack on Oct. 7?

Do you think Hamas should eliminate the Jews?

Just like with the Mein Kampf in a child's bedroom, the terror calendar, the Hamas chemical weapons playbook, the "secret" Hamas attack plans and the underground tunnels under the al Shifa hospital, shooting women in the crotches; Israel wants to make sure you are believing everything they're telling you when it comes to their war in Gaza.

Israel has not provided any legitimate proof it has justified the assault on Gaza.

Hamas stated the reasons to why they launched their attack. They said the occupation, the illegal detention of Palestinians, the blockade, the racism, the defacing of the al Aqsa Mosque, destroying any mosques, destroying schools, destroying hospitals, killing children, killing women, forcible removal, the apartheid, raping and torturing civilians and the West refusing to break its alliance with Israel.

For one thing, Hamas is not raping women and there is no proof they done such a horrible act. It is part of the dehumanizing campaign Israel is promoting to influencers in the West. You see it when they are constantly deflecting from the images of Gaza being destroyed by American and European sponsored Israeli weapons. In their minds, they are justifying the brutal slaughter of children, women, journalists and doctors as collateral damage. Hamas stated the reasons for attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran.

Palestinians should sue Israel for genocide and reparations.

Over 25,000 Palestinians died in the Gaza Strip and West Bank. All thanks to President Joe Biden and his refusal to cut off financial support to Israel and its military.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) surprised me. I would have not expected her being on board with the 47 Democrats and two independents. The Democrats rebuked Israeli fascist Benjamin Netanyahu by announcing a proposal for a two state solution.

Although symbolic, it is a strong rebuke to Israel's rejection of the two state solution.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and that oaf, Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) opposed it.

Fetterman is the progressives biggest disappointment. Like I said, had they supported Conor Lamb, they wouldn't be stuck with this moron. The former lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania touted himself as a progressive and populist. Now as he got into his first two years as a senator, he won praise from white nationalists. The far right has praised his bullshit.

Sen. Brian Schatz (D-HI) introduced the amendment text shortly after Netanyahu vehemently rejected any statehood for Palestinians at war’s end. His far-right government has contended a two-state solution would compromise Israel’s security, and Netanyahu said this month he told President Joe Biden as much.

“I told this truth to our friends, the Americans, and I also blocked the attempt to impose a reality that would harm Israel’s security,” Netanyahu said at a news conference. “The prime minister needs to be able to say no, even to our best friends.”

Schatz said Israel’s stance “accelerated” Democrats’ efforts to reaffirm American leaders’ support of a two-state solution. Dozens of House Democrats have also signed a similar letter.

“What this does is tell people that there is hope for a peaceful and prosperous and healthy future,” Schatz said in a call with reporters, per Axios. “It’s a message to Israel, but it’s also a message to Palestinians ... it’s a message to the world that the only path forward is a two-state solution.”

Biden has expressed hope that his White House will be able to negotiate with Israel to end the conflict in Gaza, saying there were “a number of types of two-state solutions.”

Biden has not spoken to Netanyahu much since Oct. 7. He has pushed for minimal civilian casualties and legitimate proof that Hamas has committed war crimes. He was embarrassed after he literally made the claim he saw images of beheaded babies. The intelligence from Israel is bullshit.

The United States did condemn the Israeli strike on a UN-sanction facility that had displaced Gazans.

He's Back But Only Temporarily!

Jon Stewart returns to The Daily Show.

When Trevor Noah retired from The Daily Show it left a huge void. It appears that Paramount Global announced they have resigned Jon Stewart to hosting The Daily Show. Almost 10 years ago, Stewart retired.

He will return to hosting on Mondays during the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election. Knowing that the likelihood of a rematch between President Joe Biden and former president Donald J. Trump, The Daily Show needs a host who can hit 'em hard.

Oh by the way, Arby's, you know Jon's back.

Stewart, who returns as the 2024 presidential election season heats up, will also executive produce the show and work with a rotating line-up of comedians who will helm the program the rest of the week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.

“Stewart is the voice of our generation, and we are honored to have him return to Comedy Central’s ‘The Daily Show’ to help us all make sense of the insanity and division roiling the country as we enter the election season,” Chris McCarthy, chief executive of Showtime and MTV Entertainment Studios, said in a statement.

“In our age of staggering hypocrisy and performative politics,” McCarthy added, “Jon is the perfect person to puncture the empty rhetoric and provide much-needed clarity with his brilliant wit.”

Stewart gained acclaim hosting “The Daily Show” for his sharp humor which was deployed to deliver stinging — and hilarious — monologues often aimed at exposing the hypocrisy of politicians.

With the 2024 election featuring Joe Biden and Donald Trump, Stewart is likely to have no shortage of material to work with. Stewart has been a strong critic of Trump and will undoubtedly use the platform to needle the former president.

SCOTUS Sides With Biden On Border! Texas Vows To Defy!

Texas removes the razor wire.

Just like ignoring a fair election, Republicans continue to threaten democracy with their refusal to accept defeat and their intentions to defy constitutional rights.

President Joe Biden is right, Republicans want to strip away rights and impose assinanine rules to our country.

The far right Republican and several Democratic lawmakers dehumanize humans seeing refuge. They claim legitimate concerns about Biden and Donald J. Trump are just noise. Most of the lawmakers who complain about the U.S.-Mexican border do not live there. They use our taxpayer money to showboat.

Building a border wall is just a monument to white supremacy.

Israel has similar ways of dehumanizing human beings and defying law and order.

The Supreme Court ruled that the state of Texas cannot place razor wire and obstruction devices to the border. It violates the treaties that the U.S. and Mexico agreed to. It violates the sovereignty of Mexico and interferes with the government's duty to protect lives and allow refugees to seek shelter.

Gov. Greg Abbott vows to defy the ruling and even dares Biden to stop him.

This 5-4 vote granted the Biden administration's request to vacate the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals' injunction in a case involving razor wire placed along Texas' border with Mexico.

The move paves the way for federal officials to remove the wire.

Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh dissented.

These idiots are supposed to be constitutional lawyers.

Texas has maintained that it needs to act on the border because the federal government has failed to stem the tide of migrants crossing from Mexico.

Abbott launched a controversial state-led, border security effort called "Operation Lone Star" in 2021. Since then, Texas has installed razor wire, a floating barrier in the Rio Grande, and added thousands of Texas state troopers and National Guard soldiers to patrol parts of the state's 1,254 mile long border with Mexico.

Earlier this month, the Biden administration turned to the Supreme Court over the installation of razor wire on the northern banks of the Rio Grande in Eagle Pass. That came after the state sued the administration in October, claiming federal agents were destroying state property and preventing Texas National Guard and Department of Public Safety officers from securing the border.

A federal judge ruled in the Biden administration's favor, but the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals later decided the judge misunderstood a law that spells out what the federal government can be sued for.

On Monday, the Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration, allowing federal agents to cut through portions of the wire if they deem it necessary.

Republicans now want to declare independence from the United States aka Texit. Good luck on that. Cause they would have to lose their access to federal funding, citizens would be required to have a passport to enter the other states, they would owe the United States a lifetime of money for services.

Washed Up 45 Wins New Hampshire!

Trump wins again.

Former president Donald J. Trump eeked out a win in the New Hampshire primary.

Trump won New Hampshire’s primary on Tuesday, seizing command of the race for the Republican nomination and making a November rematch against President Joe Biden feel all the more inevitable.

The result was a setback for former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, who finished second despite investing significant time and financial resources in a state famous for its independent streak. She’s the last major challenger after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis ended his presidential bid over the weekend, allowing her to campaign as the sole alternative to Trump.

Trump’s allies ramped up pressure on Haley to leave the race before the polls had closed, but Haley vowed after the results were announced to continue her campaign. Speaking to supporters, she intensified her criticism of the former president, questioning his mental acuity and pitching herself as a unifying candidate who would usher in generational change.

“This race is far from over. There are dozens of states left to go,” Haley said, while some in the crowd cried, “It’s not over!”

Trump, meanwhile, can now boast of being the first Republican presidential candidate to win open races in Iowa and New Hampshire since both states began leading the election calendar in 1976, a striking sign of how rapidly Republicans have rallied around him to make him their nominee for the third consecutive time.

With easy wins in both early states, Trump is demonstrating an ability to unite the GOP’s factions firmly behind him. He’s garnered support from the evangelical conservatives who are influential in Iowa and New Hampshire’s more moderate voters, strength he hopes to replicate during the general election.

Not even Judge Judy can save Nikki Haley.

Trump posted especially strong results in the state’s most conservative areas, while Haley won more liberal parts. The only areas in which Haley was leading Trump were in Democratic-leaning cities and towns such as Concord, Keene and Portsmouth.

On the Democratic side, Biden won his party’s primary but had to do so via a write-in effort. The Democratic National Committee voted to start its primary next month in South Carolina, but New Hampshire pushed ahead with its own contest. Biden didn’t campaign or appear on the ballot but topped a series of little-known challengers.

Trump’s early sweep through the Republican primary is remarkable considering he faces 91 criminal charges related to everything from seeking to overturn the 2020 presidential election to mishandling classified documents and arranging payoffs to a porn actress. He left the White House in 2021 in the grim aftermath of an insurrection at the U.S. Capitol led by his supporters who sought to stop the certification of Biden’s win. And Trump was the first president to be impeached twice.

Beyond the political vulnerabilities associated with the criminal cases, Trump faces a logistical challenge in balancing trials and campaigning. He has frequently appeared voluntarily at a New York courtroom where a jury is considering whether he should pay additional damages to a columnist who last year won a $5 million jury award against Trump for sex abuse and defamation. He has turned these appearances into campaign events, holding televised news conferences that give him an opportunity to spread his message to a large audience.

But Trump has turned those vulnerabilities into an advantage among GOP voters. He has argued that the criminal prosecutions reflect a politicized Justice Department, though there’s no evidence that officials there were pressured by Biden or anyone else in the White House to file charges.

Trump has also repeatedly told his supporters that he’s being prosecuted on their behalf, an argument that appears to have further strengthened his bond with the GOP base.

Biden Got Granite Walls!

Bring it on.

The Democrats picked the incumbent over the two insurgent candidates.

Marianne Williamson and Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) might as well hang it up.

They fucked.

Phillips ain't got a chance in hell to beat President Joe Biden. All that bluster about Biden being a liability is washed down the drain.

Undeclared by default won. The Associated Press called it quickly for Biden and Republican candidate, former president Donald J. Trump.

His victory in a race he was not formally contesting essentially cements the president’s grasp on the Democratic nomination for a second term.

The New Hampshire race will likely not count toward amassing delegates for the presidential nomination after Democrats in the state bucked a Biden-championed revamp of the primary calendar that placed South Carolina at the fore of the Democratic race for the White House.

Biden championed changing Democratic Party rules to put South Carolina first on Feb. 3, arguing that Black Democrats, the party’s most reliable base of support, and other voters of color needed to play a larger, earlier role in the primary. But Biden also won South Carolina’s primary in 2020, reviving his campaign after a blowout loss in New Hampshire, whose electorate is whiter and older than the rest of the nation.

New Hampshire Democrats rebelled against the new plan and pushed ahead with a primary on Tuesday, alongside the state’s Republicans. The Democratic National Committee has said that the contest won’t award delegates that ultimately select the nominee as a result of the rules violation.

Guess who will lose to Trump?

Biden shunned the primary as a result, but his allies organized hundreds of volunteers — and got help from a super PAC — to spread the word that New Hampshire Democrats could still write in his name.

“I want to thank all those who wrote my name in this evening in New Hampshire,” Biden said in a statement. “It was a historic demonstration of commitment to our democratic process.”

He went on to appeal to independent and anti-Trump Republicans “who share our commitment to core values of our nation — our Democracy, our personal freedoms, an economy that gives everyone a fair shot — to join us as Americans” and back his campaign.

New Hampshire allows unaffiliated voters to participate in either party’s primary.

Trump eeked out a slim victory against his former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley.

Life Matters!

Armed guard protects one of the last Northen White Rhinoceros.

What used to be a part of life is pretty much gone.

Inside a game preserve in the Republic of Kenya, trained mercenaries are willing to sacrifice their lives to protect the last two Northern White Rhinoceros.

As of March 2018, there are only two rhinos of the northern white rhino left, both of which are female. They live in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya and are protected round-the-clock by armed guards. Their near extinction is due to decades of rampant poaching for rhino horn.

DeSantis: Florida Ain't Paying For Trump's Legal Fees!

No worries.

I guess he's not bending the knee as much as we thought!

The former Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis returns to Florida. Gov. DeSantis was pretty angry over the former president's rants about him. He finished in a distant second in the Iowa Caucus. The Florida governor canceled his town hall with CNN, ended all interviews with the networks and retreated to his South Florida home. He took a flight back to Tallahassee, contacted his donors and several GOP supporters in the House to announce he was suspending his campaign. DeSantis posted on X his final thoughts about the election. He said that he will back the Republican nominee to defeat President Joe Biden. That nominee is Trump.

Former president Donald J. Trump decided to thank DeSantis for his endorsement before taking a shot at him for being a lame.

So DeSantis decided to stick it to Trump despite his endorsement for president.

State Republicans want to pay for some of Trump's legal fees, but DeSantis said "Hell no" to that one.

The proposal was introduced on January 5 by Florida State Sen. Ileana Garcia and had the support of Florida's chief financial officer, Jimmy Patronis — who endorsed Trump less than an hour after DeSantis dropped out of the race on Sunday, Bloomberg reported.

Late Monday night, the plan publicly fell apart as DeSantis, who endorsed Trump over the weekend, signaled on X that he'd veto the bill.

Dexter King Passed Away!

Dexter King (right), the son of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. passed away from prostate cancer.

The youngest son of the late civil rights leader has passed away from cancer.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. would have been 95 years old if he was alive today. He was assassinated in April 1968 while leaving the Memphis Loraine Motel for a service to striking sanitation workers.

He had left behind Coretta Scott King, his wife. His four children, Yolanda, Bernice, Martin III and Dexter.

Coretta passed away in 2006.

Yolanda passed away in 2007.

Now there are two members left.

Dexter has passed away at the age of 62 from cancer.

King died after a battle with prostate cancer. His wife, Leah Weber King, said in a statement that he died peacefully in his sleep.

"He gave it everything and battled this terrible disease until the end," she said. "As with all the challenges in his life, he faced this hurdle with bravery and might."

Martin Luther King III said he was deeply saddened to share the news of his brother's death.

"The sudden shock is devastating," he said in a statement Monday. "It is hard to have the right words at a moment like this. Please keep the entire King family in your prayers, and in particular Dexter's wife, Leah Weber King."

Dexter Scott King was named after the Montgomery church his father preached in.

King portrayed his father in the movie "The Rosa Parks Story." He was also an activist and served as chairman of the King Center and president of the King Estate, according to the King Center.

His sister Bernice King, CEO of the King Center, said "words cannot express the heart break I feel from losing another sibling. I'm praying for strength to get through this very difficult time."

King's death was mourned by the Rev. Al Sharpton, founder and president of the National Action Network.

"I was heartbroken to hear that Dexter King left us this morning, but I was comforted by the knowledge he is reunited with his parents and sister," Sharpton said. "Dexter was only seven when his hero, his role model, and, most importantly, his father was taken from us. He turned that pain into activism, however, and dedicated his life to advancing the dream Martin and Coretta Scott King had for their children, their grandchildren, and all the generations to come after."

Dexter King, the third of the Kings' four children, was just 7 years old when his father was assassinated in 1968. He was named after Dexter Avenue Baptist Church in Montgomery, Alabama, where his father served as a pastor.

Dems Ready Up!

Can he regain the magic?

It appears that former president Donald J. Trump is expected to be the Republican nominee in waiting. It is going to be a race between the two oldest men who served as President of the United States.

Before October 7, President Joe Biden was leading in national polls. When the Israel and Gaza conflict happened, Biden took a hardline stance favoring Israel and it backfired.

Now being labeled "Genocide Joe" some of his base is abandoning him. It could spell disaster if he fails to reach 270 presidential electoral votes.

The number 270.

Biden and whomever the Republican nominee is must win 270 electoral votes.

Biden can lose some states and still eek out a victory. However, the mood of the country is undetermined.

Factors plaguing both Biden and Trump.

1. Status quo.

2. Age.

3. Israel.

4. Economic policies.

5. Partisan extremes.

6. Lackluster choices.

7. Abortion.

8. Democracy.

Trump has resorted to his 2016 campaign strategy and still harking on his 2020 lost. He practically ignored his presidency successes and failures.

He continues to mislead Americans with the lie that his indictments are election interference. He rarely talks about his term and achievements. If anything, I seriously believe he will talk about gas prices and lie about how his policies put money in Americans pockets.

Trump left massive debt, a pandemic, angry voters and a legacy of lies.

Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are set to set slam Trump over abortion rights this week, with their reelection campaign with stops to Virginia and Wisconsin. These states have proven to be pivotal to Biden's win.

They are going to be necessary.

Democrats had won in states like Ohio with Issue 1. They won the Wisconsin state supreme court. They flipped Michigan state legislature. They won the Virginia state house. They flipped mayor seats in Colorado Springs and Jacksonville. They have 48 Democrats and three independents who caucus with them in the U.S. Senate. They are two seats from the House majority. They got Louisiana and Alabama to redraw their congressional maps. Democrats also put forth a plan to keep the government open.

Republicans are running on grievances and have successfully changed laws to strip freedoms from Americans.

Democrat are running scaring the public with a second Trump term and Republicans stripping freedoms.

Why are we still fearing a Biden collapse?

Ron DeSantis Out!

Drudge mocks Florida men.

The last stand for the Republican Party's anti-Trump nominees now rest on former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley.

It is over for Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida.

The far right Republican who struggled throughout the campaign announced he will suspend his presidential campaign and endorse former president Donald J. Trump.

“I am today suspending my campaign,” DeSantis said in a video announcing the move.

The governor added that he is endorsing Trump over Haley.

“It’s clear a majority of Republican primary voters want to give Donald Trump another chance,” DeSantis said. “They watched his presidency get stymied. While I’ve had disagreements with Donald Trump such as on the coronavirus pandemic, Trump is superior to the current incumbent Joe Biden. That is clear. I signed a pledge to support the Republican nominee, and I will honor that pledge. He has my endorsement because we can’t go back to the old Republican guard of yesteryear, a repackaged form of warmed over corporatism that Nikki Haley represents.”

DeSantis’ rise to presidential contender was built on his transformation of Florida into a laboratory for conservative policies once considered fringe ideas in modern politics. But as he’s offered to bring that same vision to the rest of the country, his culture-war agenda in Florida has failed to persuade voters outside of his home state that he’s the right person to lead the country.

“DeSantis wants to fight it in the courtrooms, in the schools — he wants to fight the ‘good fight,’ I think,” said Matthew Albion, 19, of Dover, as he waited to see former President Donald Trump at a rally in Concord on Friday night. “But I’m not sure it’s the right way to go about this. It’s also going to alienate half the country.”

Ron and Casey DeSantis with their children.

After notching a distant second-place finish in the Iowa caucuses last week, DeSantis is poised to do even worse in New Hampshire, which holds its primary on Tuesday. Polls show Trump in position to win about half the vote, while about a third of voters say they’ll vote for Haley.

The Drudge Report made the splash mocking DeSantis. He a picture of him and it looks kind of like he insinuating he might be gay.

DeSantis had cancelled his New Hampshire campaign stomps and the Dana Bash CNN Town Hall. The Never Back Down SuperPac also folded three days before the DeSantis announcement.

Being like Trump did not help him. Being timid on going after Trump also doomed him.

Not talking to the junk food media with the exception of Fox doomed him.

The far right saw him as an establishment candidate. They completely ignored Trump's failures and his subsequent actions post-presidency.

It looks like it will be a rematch between an 81-year old Joe Biden and a 78-year old Donald J. Trump.

Two presidents still stuck on the status quo of politics.
