The GOP "Smoking Gun" Misfired Again!

Biden was not president in 2018. Republicans are showing how stupid they are.

Joseph R. Biden was Vice President of the United States from 2009 until 2017. If all of this was an issue when he was in office, why did the Republicans wait almost five years to now address this?

He is the current president as of 2021. He appears to be on a well place path to victory if the Republican Party continues to fail at governing.

Biden has a 54% chance of reelection victory.

Republicans and Democrats are idiots. The Republicans are embracing white nationalism, conspiracy theories, genocide and utter stupidity.

The Democrats embracing genocide, false equivalency and utter stupidity.

Biden lost my vote. He turned a blind eye to the war crimes being committed by the Israeli government on the Palestinian people. He literally is urging a blank check to war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu.

Republicans on the other hand can't govern. They are fighting with one another after they failed to nominate a House Speaker. Ohio Republican Jim Jordan is out and now Florida Republican Byron Donalds is running. He may not have the votes to be speaker.

On top of that, Republicans will call him the "woke" Speaker.

Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) has a unified party. Even with turmoil within its ranks over Israel, the Brooklyn based lawmaker is five members away from the Speakership.

Republicans have a "smoking gun" when it comes Biden and corruption. They obtained a check from James and Sara Biden doing a $200,000 loan repayment to the president.

Get this....

This check was given in 2018.

Wasn't Biden a retired politician in 2018? I mean Washed Up 45 was the president at the time and it appears to be a nothing burger. But here we are....

What a moron?

Damn.

Republican James Comer of Kentucky is demanding answers from Special Counsel Robert Hur on whether the sensitive, classified documents President Biden retained were related to specific countries— countries that were involved in his family’s lucrative foreign business deals.

Comer, in a letter to Hur, who is investigating Biden’s alleged improper retention of classified records, said his committee has "developed significant evidence regarding President Biden’s retention of classified materials at Penn Biden Center."

We’re still digging into evidence subpoenaed from bank accounts belonging to Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, and James and Sara Biden – the brother and sister-in-law of the President.

A document that we’re releasing today raises new questions about how President Biden personally benefited from his family’s shady influence peddling of his name and their access to him.

Bank records obtained by the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability have revealed a $200,000 direct payment from James and Sara Biden to Joe Biden in the form of a personal check.

Here is some important context about this check we’ve obtained in our investigation:

In 2018, James Biden received $600,000 in loans from, Americore—a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator.

According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received these loans “based upon representations that his last name, ‘Biden,’ could ‘open doors’ and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.”

On March 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden’s personal bank account – not their business bank account.

And then on the very same day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from this same personal bank account to Joe Biden.

James Biden wrote this check to Joe Biden as a “loan repayment.”  Americore—a distressed company—loaned money to James Biden who then sent it to Joe Biden.

Even if this was a personal loan repayment, it’s still troubling that Joe Biden’s ability to be paid back by his brother depended on the success of his family’s shady financial dealings.

Some immediate questions President Biden must answer for the American people:

Does he have documents proving he lent such a large sum of money to his brother and what were the terms of such financial arrangement?

Did he have similar financial arrangements with other family members that led them to make similar large payments to him?

Did he know that the same day James Biden wrote him a check for $200,000, James Biden had just received a loan for the exact same amount from business dealings with a company that was in financial distress and failing?

The House Oversight Committee will soon announce our next investigative actions and continue to follow the money.

The bank records don’t end here. There is more to come.

In a bankruptcy filing last year, Americore Health LLC claimed James Biden received hundreds of thousands of dollars in loans from the company on the promise that his last name "could 'open doors' and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East, based on his political connections."

After Americore Health LLC later filed suit for non-payment, James Biden agreed to a settlement payment with Americore Health LLC for $350,000.

James Biden's attorney took issue with the way the GOP-led panel has described the check.

Republicans Can't Govern! Jim Jordan Out! Byron Donalds Toss His Disgraceful Ass In!

Not you.

On the third round, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) did not even reach the amount needed to be nominee let alone the secret ballot. Jordan in secret ballot won only 110 members.

The House floor vote was far less than his first two rounds. He lost 26 members.

Now the controversial Ohio Republican is no longer seeking the House Speaker position.

Jordan was abruptly removed as the candidate on Friday. Republicans making the decision during a closed-door session after the hard-edged ally of Washed up 45 failed badly on a third ballot for the gavel.

The outcome left Republicans dejected, frustrated and sinking deeper into turmoil, another week without a House speaker bordering on a full-blown crisis. House Republicans have no realistic or working plan to unite the fractured GOP majority, elect a new speaker and return to the work of Congress that has been languishing since hard-liners ousted Kevin McCarthy at the start of the month.

Afterward, Jordan said simply of his colleagues, “We put the question to them, they made a different decision.”

The hard-charging Judiciary Committee chairman said House Republicans now need to come together and “figure out who our speaker is going to be.”

Their majority control floundering, Republicans left the private session blaming one another for the divisions they have created. Next steps were highly uncertain, as a wide range of Republican lawmakers started pitching themselves for speaker.

But it appears no one at present can win a GOP majority, leaving the House without a speaker and unable to function for the foreseeable future, an embarrassing blow to a central U.S. seat of government.

“We’re in a very bad place right now,” McCarthy said.

Majority Leader Steve Scalise said they would “start over” Monday. New nominees are to come forward for a candidate forum and internal party votes.

So how can I win them over?

Exasperated with no easy solutions in sight, Rep. Mark Alford, a freshman from Missouri, was far from alone in expressing his anger and disappointment.

“I gave up my career to come here to do something for America, to rebuild our military, to get spending under control, to secure our border — and here we are in this quicksand,” he said.

In a floor vote Friday morning, Jordan’s third reach for the gavel, he lost 25 Republican colleagues, worse than he had fared earlier in the week, and leaving him far from the majority needed.

A founder of the far-right House Freedom Caucus, Jordan’s run essentially collapsed in large part because more centrist Republicans are revolting over the nominee they view as too extreme and the hardball tactics being used to win their votes. They have been bombarded with harassing phone calls and even reported death threats.

To win over GOP colleagues, Jordan had relied on backing from Washed Up 45, the party’s front-runner in the 2024 election, and groups pressuring rank-and-file lawmakers for the vote. But they were not enough and in fact backfired on some.

Friday’s vote was 194 for Jordan, his lowest tally yet, and 210 for Jeffries, with two absences on each side.

In fact, Jordan lost rather than gained votes despite hours spent trying to win over holdouts, no improvement from the 20 and then 22 Republicans he lost in early rounds this week.

McCarthy himself rose in the chamber to nominate Jordan, portraying him as a skilled legislator who reaches for compromise. That drew scoffs of laughter from the Democratic side of the aisle.

Democrats nominated Leader Hakeem Jeffries, with Rep. Katherine Clark calling Jordan, who refused to certify the 2020 presidential election results, “a threat to democracy.”

At a fundraiser Friday night, President Joe Biden offered his own commentary on Jordan’s failure: “He just got his rear end kicked.”

For more than two weeks the stalemate has shut down the U.S. House, leaving a major part of the government severely hobbled at a time of challenges at home and abroad. While Democrats have offered to broker a bipartisan deal to reopen the House, the Republican majority appears to have no idea how to end the political turmoil and get back to work.

With Republicans in control of the House, 221-212, any candidate can lose only a few detractors. It appears there is no Republican at present who can win a clear majority, 217 votes, to become speaker.

One extraordinary idea, to give the interim speaker pro tempore, Rep. Patrick McHenry, more powers for the next several months to at least bring the House back into session and conduct crucial business, was swiftly rejected by Jordan’s own ultra-conservative allies and brushed back by McHenry himself.

A “betrayal,” said Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind.

Republicans predict the House could essentially stay closed until the mid-November deadline for Congress to approve funding or risk a federal government shutdown.

“We’re trying to figure out if there’s a way we can get back with a Republican-only solution,” said veteran legislator Rep. Tom Cole, R-Okla.

“That’s what normal majorities do. What this majority has done is prove it’s not a normal majority.”

What’s potentially more unsettling is that it’s not at all clear what the House Republicans are even fighting over any more — let alone if any GOP leader can fix it.

The Republican chaos that erupted Oct. 3, when a small band of eight hardliners led by Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida orchestrated McCarthy’s historic ouster, has cascaded into angry grievances, new factions and untested alliances.

Gaetz and the hardliners wanted to punish McCarthy for a number of perceived wrongs, including passing legislation with Democrats to keep the government funded and prevent a federal shutdown.

But when Scalise won the nomination to replace McCarthy, Jordan’s allies broke from party rules and blocked the Louisianan’s rise. Scalise abruptly withdrew his nomination.

Angry that Scalise didn’t seem to get fair treatment, more mainstream Republicans staged their own revolt against hard-liner Jordan, saying he didn’t deserve the gavel.

Weeks of heated, fiery meetings later, Republicans have drifted far off track from what had been their House majority’s stated priorities of cutting spending and other goals.

Democratic Leader Jeffries reiterated that his party was “ready, willing and able” to work with more traditional Republicans on a path to reopen the House —- particularly as Congress is being asked to consider Biden’s aid package for Israel, Ukraine and other needs.

Jordan has been a top Washed Up 45 ally, particularly during the Jan. 6 Capitol attack by the former president’s backers who were trying to overturn the 2020 election he lost to Biden. Days later, the former president awarded Jordan a Medal of Freedom.

First elected in 2006, Jordan has few bills to his name from his time in office. He also faces questions about his past.

Some years ago, Jordan denied allegations from former wrestlers during his time as an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State University who accused him of knowing about claims they were inappropriately groped by an Ohio State doctor. Jordan has said he was never aware of any abuse.

Now an insufferable lawmaker from Florida announced his bid. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) is now considering a bid for Speaker.

Donalds had been supporting Jordan for speaker. When asked on Thursday if he would consider being speaker if Jordan got out of the race, Donalds said: “People float my name for a lot of things. Right now I’m here to do a lot of things. We have to fund the government.”

The Naples resident became nationally known in January, when he emerged for a couple of days as an alternative candidate for U.S. speaker before House Republicans ultimately elected Kevin McCarthy of California to the post on the 15th ballot.

Byron, you maybe the only person we could back. You're Black, conservative and a perfect example of knowing your place.

Donalds, who turns 45 next week, has served as the U.S. House in Florida’s 19th Congressional District, encompassing parts of both Lee and Collier counties along Florida’s Gulf Coast since January 2021. Prior to that he served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016-2020.

At that time, Donalds was one of the few Black Republicans in the Florida Legislature. And now, Donalds is one of the few Black Republicans in the U.S. House.

If he were to win the Speaker’s race, Donalds would make history by becoming the first Black man to lead the U.S. House of Representatives. Meanwhile, New York Democrat Hakeem Jeffries was elected last year to be the first Black House Minority Leader, making him the first Black person to lead a major party’s Caucus in either chamber of Congress.

Donalds was raised in Brooklyn and graduated from Florida State University in 2002, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing. His career then took him to Southwest Florida, where he worked in banking, finance, and insurance.

Donalds first ran for Congress in 2012 but came in fifth in a six-person Republican primary. He filed to run in 2014 but ultimately stood down. His electoral career recommenced in 2016, when he won election to the Florida House of Representatives.

Following two terms there, Donalds narrowly won a Republican primary for his congressional district in 2020 (winning by less than 1 percentage point over state House Republican Dane Eagle) before easily defeating Democrat Cindy Banyai by more than 22 percentage points in the general election. He beat Banyai in a rematch last November by 36 points.

He is a former drug dealer turned far right Black extremist.

What Happened To Leonard Cure?

Leonard Cure dies by police after a traffic stop.

While we are getting totally polarized by the war (and genocide) in the Israel-Gaza Strip, another issue happens. Our tone deaf politicians, often polarize police killings of unarmed Black men. On top of that, trolls who have no sympathy for victims of police killings of unarmed people often come to this blog to react to it.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

Think about how many white criminals live after at least firing rounds at police.

I am sick of how this country is practically losing its democracy.

Leonard Cure was exonerated for a crime he didn't commit in Florida. Only a few years out, he loses his life during a traffic stop in Georgia.

I don't condone the actions that Cure did to the deputy, but given how that white cop immediately was hostile and used force the moment he was rejected, shows how trigger happy this asshole was.

Washed Up 45 complains about a two-tiered justice system. Think about all the Black men who are wrongly convicted, shot upon sight or arrested for filming bad behavior from cops.

The family of Leonard Cure, 53, viewed the dash and body camera video before Camden County Sheriff Jim Proctor’s office posted it online. Relatives said they suspect Cure resisted being arrested because of psychological trauma from spending 16 years imprisoned in Florida for an armed robbery he didn’t commit.

“I believe there were possibly some issues going on, some mental issues with my brother,” Michael Cure said of his slain brother. “I know him quite well. The officer just triggered him, undoubtedly triggered him. It was excitement met with excitement.”

The sheriff released the video two days after one of his deputies, Buck Aldridge, who is white, pulled over Cure’s pickup truck on suspicion of reckless driving and, after a struggle, fatally shot him on Interstate 95 a few miles north of the Georgia-Florida line. Cure had been visiting his mother in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and was returning to a home he bought recently in metro Atlanta.

The moment the Georgia deputy shot Cure.

The video shows the deputy shouting several times for Cure to get out of his vehicle. Cure exits from the driver’s-side door, but at first refuses a command to put his hands on the back of the truck.

“I ain’t doing (expletive),” he tells the deputy.

Cure complies after the deputy threatens to use a stun gun on him. With his hands on the truck, he questions why he was pulled over.

“You passed me doing 100 miles per hour (160 kph),” the deputy replies.

When Cure ignores commands to put his hands behind his back, the deputy fires his stun gun — shocking Cure with electrified prongs connected to the weapon by wires. The video shows Cure spin around and start flailing his arms, as if trying to break free of the wire.

Cure grabs the deputy as highway traffic speeds past them. Both men can be seen grappling with arms around each others’ necks. Cure gets a hand on the deputy’s lower face and neck and begins forcing his head backward. The deputy strikes Cure in the side with a baton, but Cure maintains his grip.

“Yeah, bitch!” Cure says. Then a single pop can be heard.

Cure slumps to the ground and the deputy can be seen holding his handgun. He shouts at Cure to stay on the ground, then raises his radio.

“Shots fired, suspect down!” the deputy says. “Send help!”

The sheriff has placed the deputy, whose name has not been released, on administrative leave during a review by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, which is customary in Georgia for shootings involving law enforcement officers.

The agency will send its findings to Brunswick Judicial Circuit District Attorney Keith Higgins, who will determine whether to seek charges.

Higgins met with Cure’s family Wednesday after the video was released. But the prosecutor’s spokeswoman, Cheryl Diprizio, said he would not make a final decision until the bureau finishes its investigation.

Studies show Black Americans face a disproportionate risk of being killed by police or wrongfully convicted of crimes compared to white people. Both happened to Cure.

After viewing the video, Cure’s relatives said they still believe shooting him was unnecessary. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who is representing the family, blamed the deputy for acting aggressively from the start and never attempting to de-escalate the conflict with Cure.

“He really should be alive,” Michael Cure said. “The officer hit him with his baton and he tased him, twice as a matter of fact. But he did not have to shoot him.”

Cop walk expected. The cop was fired from another agency before he took on a job in Camden County, Georgia.

Cure was wrongfully convicted of armed robbery in 2004 and was sentenced to life in prison in Florida, but authorities reviewing his case in 2020 concluded he didn’t commit the crime. He was released three years ago.

Cure’s mother and brothers said he lived in constant fear of being arrested and incarcerated again. Michael Cure said he’s confident that’s why his brother resisted arrest.

Before watching the video, Cure’s family held a news conference outside the Camden County courthouse. Mary Cure grasped a framed portrait of her slain son and said she knew when officers came to her Florida home Monday that he had been killed, even before they told her.

“I don’t feel, no matter what happened, that he should have been killed,” Mary Cure said.

When Cure was wrongfully imprisoned, the Innocence Project of Florida persuaded a case review unit of the Broward County prosecutor’s office to take a look at his case. That unit examined an ATM receipt and other evidence that Cure was miles away from the robbery. A judge vacated his conviction in 2020.

“He is someone that was failed by the system once and he has again been failed by the system. He’s been twice taken away from his family,” Seth Miller, executive director of the Innocence Project of Florida, said Wednesday.

Miller said that for so many of his clients, including Cure, their biggest fear is that an officer will knock on their door or stop them while driving “without cause, for something they didn’t do, send them back right where they worked so hard to get out of.”

“I can only imagine that must have been what he was thinking during this traffic stop,” Miller said.

These murderers don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives. There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against gun control. They will not relinquish from the narrative. These guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for President Joe Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street but balk at the fact Blacks obtain them. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

Phony Lawyer Pleas Guilty In Georgia Election Fraud Case!

Get the Kracken!

The former Washed Up 45 lawyer admits guilt in tampering in the Georgia election.

Fani Willis got one. Jack Smith will have the evidence needed now that this high profile criminal decided to flip. It will prove worthy of Dominion Systems and Smartmatic in their lawsuit against her and others.

Sidney Powell pleaded guilty to reduced charges Thursday over efforts to overturn Washed Up 45’s loss in the 2020 election in Georgia, becoming the second defendant in the sprawling case to reach a deal with prosecutors.

Powell, who was charged alongside Washed Up 45 and 17 others with violating the state’s anti-racketeering law, entered the plea just a day before jury selection was set to start in her trial. She pleaded guilty to six misdemeanors accusing her of conspiring to intentionally interfere with the performance of election duties.

As part of the deal, she will serve six years of probation, will be fined $6,000 and will have to write an apology letter to Georgia and its residents. She also agreed to testify truthfully against her co-defendants at future trials.

Powell, 68, was initially charged with racketeering and six other counts as part of a wide-ranging scheme to keep the Republican president in power after he lost the 2020 election to Democrat Joe Biden. Prosecutors say she also participated in an unauthorized breach of elections equipment in a rural Georgia county elections office.

The plea deal makes Powell the most prominent known person to be working with prosecutors investigating the former president’s efforts to overturn the election. Her cooperation in the case and participation in strategy talks threaten to expose the former president and offer insight on what he was saying and doing in the critical period after the election.

Above all, the guilty plea is a remarkable about-face for a lawyer who, perhaps more than anyone else, strenuously pushed baseless conspiracy theories about a stolen election in the face of extensive evidence to the contrary. She also has important knowledge about high-profile events, including a news conference she participated in on behalf of Washed Up 45 and his campaign shortly after the election and on a White House meeting she attended in mid-December of 2020 in which prosecutors say ways to influence the outcome of the election were discussed.

John Fishwick, a former U.S. attorney for the Western District of Virginia, called Powell’s plea a “significant win” for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

“This is somebody who was at ground zero of these allegations and a lawyer who is pleading guilty,” he said. “This is very significant.”

Maria Bartiromo needs to see the cannon fire her out. Fox allowed her and Sidney Powell spread outright lies that led to the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Fishwick also said Powell’s plea is helpful to Jack Smith, the Justice Department’s special counsel.

Powell is referenced, though not by name, as one of six unindicted co-conspirators in Smith’s federal case charging the former president with plotting to overturn the election. That indictment notes how Washed Up 45 had privately acknowledged to others that Powell’s unfounded claims of election fraud were “crazy,” yet nonetheless he promoted and embraced a lawsuit that Powell filed against the state of Georgia that included what prosecutors said were “far-fetched” and baseless assertions.

Barry Coburn, a Washington-based lawyer for Powell, declined to comment Thursday.

Powell gained notoriety for threatening in a Fox Business interview in November 2020 to “release the Kraken,” invoking a mythical sea monster when talking about a lawsuit she planned to file to challenge the results of the presidential election. Similar suits she filed in several states were promptly dismissed.

She was about to go on trial on with lawyer Kenneth Chesebro after each filed a demand for a speedy trial. Jury selection was still set to begin Friday for Chesebro to go on trial by himself, though prosecutors said earlier that they also planned to look into the possibility of offering him a plea deal.

Jury selection was set to start Friday. Chesebro’s attorneys didn’t immediately respond to messages seeking comment Thursday on whether he would also accept a plea deal.

A lower-profile defendant in the case, bail bondsman Scott Graham Hall, last month pleaded guilty to five misdemeanor charges. He was sentenced to five years of probation and agreed to testify in further proceedings.

Steve Sadow, the lead attorney for Washed Up 45 in the Georgia case, expressed confidence that Powell’s plea wouldn’t hurt his own client’s case.

“Assuming truthful testimony in the Fulton County case, it will be favorable to my overall defense strategy,” he said.

Prosecutors allege that Powell conspired with Hall and others to access election equipment without authorization and hired computer forensics firm SullivanStrickler to send a team to Coffee County, in south Georgia, to copy software and data from voting machines and computers there. The indictment says a person who is not named sent an email to a top SullivanStrickler executive and instructed him to send all data copied from Dominion Voting Systems equipment in Coffee County to an unidentified lawyer associated with Powell and the former president's campaign.

Trial dates have not been set for the 16 remaining defendants, including former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who was a Washed Up 45 lawyer, and Mark Meadows, who was the former president's White House’s chief of staff.

Willis has faced some criticism over her wide-ranging indictment and use of the state’s anti-racketeering law to charge so many defendants. Some people had speculated that, if her case did not go well, it could undermine Smith’s case, Fishwick said.

“This certainly shows that at least, as of today, it’s not undermining it. In fact, it’s strengthening his case,” Fishwick said.

Natalee Holloway's Killer Confesses!

In order to avoid LIFE in the U.S., this monster confessed to killing Natalee Holloway.

While pleading guilty to criminal charges in the United States, Joran van der Sloot admits he was responsible for the murder of Natalee Holloway. The young teen's disappearance sparked international coverage and the phrase Missing White Woman Syndrome.

The young teen from Alabama went to Aruba for a class vacation and never returned home.

The Aruban government failed to prosecute Van der Sloot because they lacked evidence.

He ended up murdering a Peruvian woman while living in Chile. His victim Stephany Flores Ramirez did not receive the amount of attention. He confessed to murdering Holloway.

In 2010, the U.S. District Court of Northern Alabama charged Van der Sloot with extortion and wire fraud. U.S. Attorney Joyce White Vance issued an arrest warrant through Interpol to have him prosecuted in the United States. On 4 June, at the request of the U.S. Justice Department, Dutch authorities raided and confiscated items from two homes in the Netherlands, one of them belonging to reporter Jaap Amesz, who had previously interviewed Van der Sloot, and who claimed knowledge of his criminal activities.

Aruban investigators used information gathered from the extortion case to launch a new search at a beach, but no new evidence was found. Aruba's Solicitor-General's office stated they would not seek Van der Sloot's extradition to Aruba. On 30 June, a U.S.federal grand jury formally indicted Van der Sloot on the two charges. The indictment, filed with the U.S. District Court, sought the forfeiture of the $25,100 that had been paid to Van der Sloot.

In an interview published by De Telegraaf on 6 September 2010, Van der Sloot admitted to the extortion plot, stating: "I wanted to get back at Natalee's family. Her parents have been making my life tough for five years." His attorney said that his client was not paid for the interview, and suggested instead that "maybe there were some mistakes in the translation."

In March 2014, the Peruvian government announced that Van der Sloot would face extradition to the U.S. in the year 2038 to face charges of extortion and wire fraud, after completion of his 28-year sentence in Peru for the murder of Flores Ramírez.

In February 2016, an undercover reporter filmed Van der Sloot confessing to Natalee Holloway's murder. The film shows Van der Sloot, in Dutch, laughing over how he never told the truth about the whole event and that he did in fact kill Holloway. His Peruvian wife is also present during this conversation.

Killer confessed to killing Natalee Holloway.

Van der Sloot, 36, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to federal charges of attempting to extort money from Beth Holloway in 2010 in exchange for information about the location of her daughter’s body. The plea agreement included an unusual provision for van der Sloot to “provide all information and evidence” about what happened to Natalee Holloway and to let her family hear him in “real time” give his account to federal investigators.

He said Natalee Holloway was physically fighting his sexual advances and that he kicked her “extremely hard” in the face while she was still lying down. Van der Sloot said the teen was already unconscious, or even dead, when he picked up a nearby cinderblock and brought it down on her face.

“I smash her head in with it completely,” van der Sloot said, according to an Oct. 3 transcript of the meeting.

He then said he dragged her body until he was knee-deep in the waves and pushed her out to sea.

“It’s just blistering to your soul, and it hurts so deeply,” Beth Holloway said of hearing the details. “But you know that you’re there in a functionality role because this is the moment where I’ve been searching for for 18 years. Even as hard as it is to hear, it still not as torturous as the not knowing. It was time for me to know.”

Beth Holloway said she recognized her feisty daughter in van der Sloot’s description of her kneeing him between legs when he refused to stop his sexual advances.

Van der Sloot was convicted of drug trafficking while serving his sentence in Challapalca Prison in Juliaca. He had set up a cocaine trafficking operation inside the prison, where a family member of a fellow detainee used sugar beets to smuggle cocaine into the prison in August 2020. Van der Sloot proceeded to deal the cocaine inside the prison, as well as setting up a trafficking network by forwarding packages of cocaine from the prison to other destinations abroad. He was eventually found out by prison officials.

Stephany Flores Ramirez was murdered after briefly meeting that monster.

Van der Sloot had an additional 18 years added to his original sentence. He is scheduled for release in 2045, because of a Peruvian law prohibiting prison sentences from exceeding a maximum of 35 years when the prisoner has not been sentenced to life imprisonment.

Leidy Figueroa married van der Sloot while he was serving a 28-year prison sentence in Peru. The couple were allowed conjugal visits, and she gave birth to a daughter, Dusha Trudie van der Sloot, in 2014.

But now, Figueroa wants nothing more to do with her ex-husband, who served her divorce papers last year. She is planning on getting his daughter's name changed.

Peru agreed to temporarily extradite van der Sloot to the U.S. to face proceedings on the extortion charge. He is expected to be returned to Peru in the coming days after the settlement of the U.S. criminal case.

His 20-year sentence for extortion will run concurrently with prison time he’s serving for another killing in Peru.

Beth Halloway finally confronted Natalee's killer.

Van der Sloot’s guilty plea in a crowded courtroom, a few miles from where Natalee Holloway attended high school, came three days before what would have been her 37th birthday. She had planned to go to medical school, her mother said.

“I fully believe now, today, she would be a doctor, married, children,” Beth Holloway said.

She said she is undecided how she will spend her daughter’s birthday but that she feels like now the “never-ending nightmare” is over.

“We’ve been searching so desperately for those answers,” Beth Holloway said. “It’s hard to hear what he did, but it’s very victorious to finally be at the end of this nightmare.”

Debbie Lesko Out!

Far right Republican retires.

Kevin McCarthy loyalist and Washed Up 45 endorsed Arizona Republican retires. Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-AZ), the lite version of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) says Washington, DC is broken.

No.

The Republican Party is broken. They can't govern whenever they are in federal power.

They will lead us to war, a global pandemic or a economic crash. They want government out the way, but yet get elected to represent the very thing they hate. They are embracing genocide, xenophobia, Islamophobia, anti-semitism, anti-LGBTQ, anti-science, conspiracy theories and election denialism.

They want to be rewarded for criminal behavior.

Make it make sense!

The Democratic Party is slow to evolution. They took a generation to evolve when South Africa had its apartheid. It will eventually sink in their pea brain heads that support for Israel will hurt them at the polls.

In a statement, Lesko, 64, said traveling every month to Washington, D.C. has been difficult and that “D.C. is broken.”

The district barely went to Washed Up 45 and Democrats see opportunity.

She said her office will continue to serve her constituents until her term officially ends in January 2025.

Lesko represents Arizona’s 8th Congressional District. An ardent supporter of former Washed Up 45, Lesko received an endorsement from him during her last election. However, she had no serious challengers in the GOP primary.

A former school board member and state lawmaker, Lesko won a House seat in a special election in 2018.

In 2020, the Arizona Republic reported Lesko had legal and financial problems in her past. The newspaper found several bankruptcies, lawsuits over unpaid bills and an arrest warrant in the 1980s and ‘90s.

Lesko said in response that her first husband was abusive and a “con man.” She even created a website linking details of her ex-husband’s criminal past and a video of her daughter recounting abuse she saw and suffered in childhood.

The House Members Dehumanize One Of Their Own!

Walk a mile in her shoes.

While I don't agree with "the in your face" tactics of Michigan lawmaker Rashida Tlaib, I stand with her in solidarity when it comes to Free Palestine. The House member is being slandered by her own party.

I expect this from the Republican Party, Fox and these annoying trolls on social media, but her own members who are steadily throwing this "I Stand with Israel 🇮🇱" bullshit.

The Israeli government continues to deny they launched an airstrike on a Gaza City hospital. They offered "proof" that another group had a misfire and it hit the hospital.

President Joe Biden stood with Israeli government by saying it was "the other team."

It inflamed tensions with Egypt, Jordan and the Palestinian Authority. They cancelled a meeting with Biden.

Clearly, Israel is running a propaganda war here in the U.S. with this denialism. They literally turned off water, food, medicine, electricity and paths to flee. They called for a forcible evacuation of hospitals and shelters in Northern Gaza.

X is no longer a reliable source for information. Too much noise.

Tlaib is likely withholding her support for Biden in 2024.

I can tell that do nothing lawmaker, Georgia's insufferable Marjorie Taylor Greene is calling Tlaib a member of the "Hamas Caucus." This is a prime example of dehumanizing human beings. Both represent the same flag.

Watching the noise of Fox and several Israeli officials made Greene now "Israel First."

What happened to "America First?"

This woman is a conspiracy theorist who calls for the release of Jan. 6 terrorists, spoke at a Nick Fuentes gathering, openly admits she is a white nationalist and is an election denier.

Tlaib is a Palestinian American lawmaker. She is a member of the progressive group The Squad. She is insufferable.

She is not violent person like Greene.

Tlaib is one of three members who are Muslim. She is a woman of color.

Tlaib, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) are fearing that this war is brewing Islamophobia and anti-semitism.

On Wednesday, Jewish Voices for Peace, IfNotNow and other organizations led a peaceful protest in Washington, DC to call for an immediate ceasefire.

Conservatives, Republicans and several Democratic lawmakers denounced it. They slam it as an attempt to undermine America and its unwavering support for Israel.

Approximately 300 people were arrested by Capitol Police during a large-scale demonstration on Wednesday against the Israel-Hamas war, a Capitol Police spokesperson said.

Most were arrested for demonstrating in the Capitol, according to the spokesperson.

Bullhorn Lady Gets A Nickel!

No remorse. Federal judge gives terrorist five years. She will miss several of her children's most important events.

Rachel Powell, the Pennsylvania woman who used a bullhorn, had an axe, broke windows, threatened Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), instructed insurrectionist into the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021 gets 57 months in federal time out.

The woman asked for it.

She defied a court order to wear a mask when ordered to court and in public.

She continued to post nonsense on social media. She kept saying that the judge will not throw a hard working mother of eight in the lock up.

Oh yes they did.

The U.S. District Attorney saw that Powell had no remorse for her actions. By posting on social media and throwing around white privilege, Powell became a candidate for the "Fuck Around and Find Out" prize.

Powell was ordered to serve 57 months in prison followed by 36 months on supervised release, CBS affiliate WUSA reported. She asked for three years of probation while the government sought eight years in prison.

A judge convicted Powell, who became known for her bullhorn and pink hat, of all nine counts in her indictment after he heard testimony without a jury in July.

According to the indictment, Powell stormed into a restricted section of the U.S. Capitol carrying an ax and a large wooden pole. She allegedly destroyed a window in her path, costing more than $1,000 in damage.

Court paperwork says Powell was with a group inside the Capitol and provided detailed instructions on the building's layout, telling rioters that they should "coordinate together if you are going to take this building."

Federal prosecutors have called Powell a "leading participant in the most violent insurrection to occur at the U.S. Capitol in over 200 years," and said she "fueled a situation that threatened the peaceful transfer of power in the United States."

When the feds raided her home in Sandy Lake, they said they also found bags loaded with duct tape, rope cell phones, throwing stars and other weapons.

Powell asked U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth for mercy, saying she succumbed to the "toxic" partisan divide in the country. Lamberth said she had done "everything right today" but it didn't change what happened on Jan. 6 or her lack of remorse since, WUSA reported.

Republicans Can't Govern! Jim Jordan Will Not Make 217!

Do nothing rape apologist lawmaker fails to be House Speaker. How many more rounds?

Democrats stood in unity as they endorsed Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) for House Speaker. A New York lawmaker who will endorse genocide against the Palestinians.

Republicans on the other hand failed to coalesce around a candidate. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) did not secure enough votes to be House Speaker. An Ohio lawmaker who endorses conspiracy theories, election denialism, insurrection, genocide against the Palestinians, genocide against the Ukrainians, targeted hate against Muslims, Jews, immigrants, LGBTQ and people of color.

Jordan, a relatively worthless insufferable idiot wants to be Speaker of the House.

It appears 20 Republicans said "Hell Ho" to that!

Again, President Joe Biden let me down. I will not back his reelection bid. He continues to endorse the status quo. The president believes state propaganda peddled by Israel in it's one sided war against Hamas. They are proceeding a Nakba, an ethnic cleansing of those living in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) has withheld her support for Biden.

Jordan, a peddler of this noise about Hunter Biden failed to secure votes to be House Speaker. On top of that, Fox will not punish Sean "Softball" Hannity for once again violating their ethics. The annoying far right agitator has pushed for Jordan and tried to pressure Republicans.

Having lost the first vote to become House speaker, Jordan will try again on a decisive second ballot that will test whether the hard-edged ally of Washed Up 45 can win over the holdouts or if his bid for the gavel is collapsing, denied by detractors.

Ahead of Wednesday morning’s voting, Jordan made an unexpected plea for party unity, the combative Judiciary Committee chairman telling his colleagues on social media, “we must stop attacking each other and come together.”

But a surprisingly large and politically diverse group of 20 Republicans rejected Jordan’s nomination, many resisting the hardball tactics enforcing support, and viewing the Ohio congressman as too extreme for the powerful position of House speaker, second in line to the presidency.

Additional voting Tuesday was postponed as the House hit a standstill, stuck while Jordan worked to shore up backing from Republican colleagues for the job to replace the ousted Kevin McCarthy.

“We’re going to keep working,” Jordan said late Tuesday at the Capitol.

It’s been two weeks of angry Republican infighting since McCarthy’s sudden removal by hard-liners, who are now within reach of a central seat of U.S. power. The vote for House speaker, once a formality in Congress, has devolved into another bitter showdown for the gavel.

The tally, with 200 Republicans voting for Jordan and 212 for the Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries of New York, left no candidate with a clear majority, as the 20 Republicans voted for someone else. With Republicans in majority control 221-212, Jordan must pick up most of his GOP foes to win.

Jeffries swiftly intervened, declaring it was time for Republicans to partner with Democrats to reopen the House — in what would be an extraordinary if not unprecedented moment in congressional history.

Bipartisan groups of lawmakers have been floating ways to operate the House by giving greater power to the interim speaker, Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), or another temporary speaker. The House had never ousted its speaker before McCarthy, and the lawmakers are in rarely tested terrain.

“The Republicans are unable to function right now,” said Jeffries. He said talks would “accelerate” between Democrats and Republicans on alternative plans.

Late Tuesday, the novel concept was gaining favor with a pair of surprising high-profile Republicans: Newt Gingrich, the former Republican speaker, said while he likes Jordan, he has “no faith” the nominee can get much beyond the 200 votes he won in the first vote.

“We can’t sit around and suck our thumbs and hope the world will wait until the House Republicans get their act together,” Gingrich told Fox’s "Softball" Hannity on his show.

John Boehner, another former GOP speaker, reposted Gingrich’s views saying, “I agree,” on social media.

The two men have deep experience with the subject. Both were chased to early retirement by threats of ouster from right-flank insurgents like those who toppled McCarthy.

But with public pressure bearing down on lawmakers from Washed Up 45's allies, including that annoying agitator, it’s unclear how long the holdouts against Jordan can last. Already, some lawmakers said their first vote was merely a protest, and they would be with Jordan on next rounds.

“Jim Jordan will be a great speaker,” the former president said outside a courthouse in Manhattan, where he is facing business fraud charges. “I think he’s going to have the votes soon, if not today, over the next day or two.”

Flexing their independence, the holdouts are a mix of pragmatists — ranging from seasoned legislators and committee chairs worried about governing, to newer lawmakers from districts where voters back home prefer President Joe Biden to Washed Up 45.

Some Republicans resent being pressured by Jordan’s allies and say they are being threatened with primary opponents if they don’t support him as speaker. Others are simply upset at the way the whole process has dragged out.

As Tuesday’s somber roll call was underway, each lawmaker announcing their choice, the holdouts quickly surfaced.

Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE), a leader of the centrists, voted for McCarthy, the ousted former speaker. Murmurs rippled through the chamber. Others voted for Majority Leader Steve Scalise of Louisiana, who was the party’s first nominee to replace McCarthy before he, too, was rejected by hardliners last week.

One, Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL), a veteran appropriator, said later that he would not be “pressured or intimidated” over his vote. “That millisecond when anybody tries to intimidate me is the moment where I no longer have the flexibility.”

Another holdout, Republican Rep. Ken Buck of Colorado, said Jordan’s role in the runup to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol and his refusal to admit that Biden, a Democrat, won the 2020 election remained an issue.

Jordan has been a top Washed Up 45 ally, particularly during the Jan. 6 Capitol attack by the former president’s backers who were trying to overturn the 2020 election he lost to Biden. Days later, the former president awarded Jordan a Medal of Freedom.

The political climb has been steep for Jordan, the combative Judiciary Committee chairman and a founding member of the right-flank Freedom Caucus. He is known more as a chaos agent than a skilled legislator, raising questions about how he would lead. Congress faces daunting challenges, risking a federal shutdown at home if it fails to fund the government and fielding Biden’s requests for aid to help Ukraine and Israel in the wars abroad.

Immediately after the vote, Jordan conferred with McCarthy, who fared nearly as badly in January, having lost almost as many votes on the first of what would become a historic 15 ballots for the gavel.

First elected in 2006, Jordan has few bills to his name from his time in office. He also faces questions about his past. Some years ago, Jordan denied allegations from former wrestlers during his time as an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State University who accused him of knowing about claims they were inappropriately groped by an Ohio doctor. Jordan has said he was never aware of any abuse.

Biden: It Was The Other Team!

Standing with Israel will lead to World War III.

It's over!

Joseph R. Biden, you lost my support and I will now have to find a place without Democrats. I will no longer support the Democratic Party. I will continue to be an independent. If you are reelected, I be damned. At this point, I will no longer support Biden. I will continue to focus on issues and his administration but at this point, I don't care who becomes the president, they gonna kiss Israel's ass anyway.

The 46th President of the United States promised to be a person who can fundamentally change the world.

The status quo is not change.

You let me down.

I will not vote Republican either. I will not support a party that denies elections, supports genocide, hate, conspiracy theories, support white supremacy and black separatism.

Washed Up 45 cannot govern. His noise is one of the reasons why we are in this mess.

I will no longer vote on party line. I will vote where my interest lies.

Israel is the most polarizing issue in America. If you are in support or opposition of the country, you are expected to be bombarded with agitators from both sides of this geo political controversy.

If you are one of those folks who hashtag, "I Stand With Israel 🇮🇱" , that is your decision.

If you are one of those folks who hashtag, "Free Palestine 🇵🇸", that is your decision.

If you are one of those folks who hashtag, "Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦", that is your decision.

If you are one of those folks who hashtag, "Slavsya Russia 🇷🇺", that is your decision.

And if you are one of those folks who hashtag, "God Bless America 🇺🇸", that is your decision.

You are entitled to your opinion and your beliefs. I am not one to stop people from believing what they want to believe.

X, formerly Twitter is by far the most destructive platform on the planet. That along with Meta [Facebook, Threads and Instagram] are the carriers of misinformation, disinformation and state run propaganda.

Israel is by far leading the way in state run propaganda. Russia comes next. Of course, the U.S. will be third.

Russia is known for denying it caused genocide against Ukrainians. They claim they are deNazifying Ukraine. They illegally seized land and created proxy governments without permission. War crimes. The U.S. wants to punish Russia.

Israel is known for accusing Hamas for using human shields as it is causing a genocide against Palestinians. They illegally seized land and hold millions in an open air concentration camp and illegally build settlements on sovereign land. They bomb civilian neighborhoods indiscriminately and demand millions flee within 24 hours. War crimes.

The U.S. refuses to punish Israel.

Biden made that clear as he landed in Tel Aviv to meet war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu.

Biden vowed to show the world that the U.S. stands in solidarity with Israelis during his visit there Wednesday, and offered an assessment that the deadly explosion at a Gaza Strip hospital apparently was not carried out by the Israeli military.

“Based on what I’ve seen, it appears as though it was done by the other team, not you,” Biden told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a meeting. But he said there were “a lot of people out there” who weren’t sure what caused the blast, which sparked protests throughout the Middle East.

Biden didn’t offer details on why he believed the Israelis were not responsible for the blast, and the White House did not immediately explain his assessment.

“The entire world was rightfully outraged but this outrage should be directed not at Israel but at the terrorists,” Netanyahu said during a subsequent meeting with Biden and Israel’s war cabinet.

It is like the 40 beheaded babies lie. Biden said that and was forced to walk it back.

Biden had been scheduled to visit Jordan to meet with Arab leaders after the stop in Israel, but the summit was called off after the hospital explosion. And his remarks spoke both of the horrors the Israelis had endured, but also the growing humanitarian crisis for Palestinian civilians in Gaza.

He told Netanyahu he was “deeply saddened and outraged” by the hospital explosion. He stressed that “Hamas does not represent all the Palestinian people. and it has brought them only suffering.”

Biden spoke of the need to find ways of “encouraging life-saving capacity to help the Palestinians who are innocent, caught in the middle of this.”

But he also said Hamas had “slaughtered” Israelis in the Oct. 7 attack that killed 1,400 people. Biden described at length the horror of the killing of innocent Israelis, including children.

“Americans are grieving, they really are,” Biden said. “Americans are worried.”

“I want you to know you’re not alone. We will continue to have Israel’s back as you work to defend your people,” Biden said during the larger meeting with Netanyahu and Israeli officials. “We’ll continue to work with you and partners across the region to prevent more tragedy to innocent civilians.”

Netanyahu thanked Biden for coming to Israel, telling him the visit was “deeply, deeply moving.”

“I know I speak for all the people of Israel when I say thank you Mr. President, thank you for standing with Israel today, tomorrow and always.”

Netanyahu said Biden had rightly drawn a clear line between the “forces of civilization and the forces of barbarism,” saying Israel was united in its resolve to defeat Hamas.

“The civilized world must unite to defeat Hamas,” he said.

Biden also planned to meet Israeli first responders and the families of victims and those being held hostage by Hamas. Netanyahu met Biden at Ben Gurion International Airport and the two embraced. It was almost exactly a month ago that they sat together at the United Nations General Assembly, where Netanyahu marveled that a “historic peace between Israel and Saudi Arabia” seemed within reach.

The possibility of improved relations between Israel and its Arab neighbors appears to be dimming; Israel has been preparing for a potential ground invasion of Gaza in response to Hamas’ attacks.

Roughly 2,800 Palestinians have been reported killed by Israeli strikes in Gaza. Another 1,200 people are believed to be buried under the rubble, alive or dead, health authorities said.

Those numbers predate the explosion at the Al-Ahli hospital on Tuesday. No clear cause has been established for the blast.

Protests swept through the region after the blast at the hospital, which had been treating wounded Palestinians and sheltering many more who were seeking a refuge from the fighting.

Hundreds of Palestinians flooded the streets of major West Bank cities including Ramallah. More people joined protests that erupted in Beirut, Lebanon and Amman, Jordan, where an angry crowd gathered outside the Israeli Embassy.

Outrage scuttled Biden’s plans to visit Jordan, where King Abdullah II was to host meetings with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sissi. But Abbas withdrew in protest, and the summit was subsequently canceled outright.

Ayman Safadi, Jordan’s foreign minister, told a state-run television network that the war is “pushing the region to the brink.”

Jordan declared three days of mourning after the hospital explosion and Safadi said the summit was canceled after speaking with all leaders. He said they had wanted the meeting to produce an end to the war, which seems unlikely now, and to give Palestinians the respect they deserve. Kirby said Biden understood the move was part of a “mutual” decision to call off the Jordan portion of his trip. He said Biden would speak to the Arab leaders by phone as he returned to Washington.

Riyad Mansour, the Palestinian U.N. ambassador, said Tuesday that Biden was “capable of telling Israel, Enough is enough.”

“You have to stop this carnage against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. Let this stop. Let humanitarian assistance take place,” he said. “Do not displace two million Palestinians and push them in the direction of Jordan and then let’s begin a political horizon.”

There are also fears that a new front could erupt along Israel’s northern border with Lebanon, where Hezbollah operates. The Iran-backed organization has been skirmishing with Israeli forces.

Always a believer in the power of personal diplomacy, Biden’s trip will test the limits of U.S. influence in the Middle East at a volatile time. It’s his second trip to a conflict zone this year, after visiting Ukraine in February to show solidarity with the country as it battles a Russian invasion.

The visit to Israel coincides with rising humanitarian concerns in Gaza, where Israel has cut off the flow of food, fuel and water. Mediators have been struggling to break a deadlock over providing supplies to desperate civilians, aid groups and hospitals.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, bouncing back and forth between Arab and Israeli leadership ahead of Biden’s visit, spent seven and a half hours meeting Monday in Tel Aviv in an effort to broker some kind of aid agreement and emerged with a green light to develop a plan on how aid can enter Gaza and be distributed to civilians.

Israel blown up the hospital.

Although only a modest accomplishment on the surface, U.S. officials stressed that Blinken’s talks led to a significant change in Israel’s position going in — that Gaza would remain cut off from fuel, electricity, water and other essential supplies.

U.S. officials said it has become clear that already limited Arab tolerance of Israel’s military operations would evaporate entirely if conditions in Gaza worsened.

Their analysis projected that outright condemnation of Israel by Arab leaders would not only be a boon to Hamas but would likely encourage Iran to step up its anti-Israel activity, adding to fears that a regional conflagration might erupt, according to four officials who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity to discuss internal administration thinking.

Biden's failure to condemn Israel is the reason to why Jordan, Egypt and the Palestinian Authority refusing to meet. They are infuriated that the U.S. turning a blind eye to this.

American lawmakers who support Israel are on the wrong side of this.
