The co-founder and CEO of Twitter is stepping down.
Jack Dorsey one of the creators of the social media phenomenon known as Twitter is leaving as we speak.
The controversial CEO has been instrumental in allowing the former president continue to push lies, misinformation and violence for nearly four years of his disgraceful term. It took a riot at the U.S. Capitol and the threats of more violence in the wake of that to force Dorsey to finally put an end to Washed Up 45's Twitter account.
Twitter was founded with Dorsey, Evan Williams, Biz Stone and Noah Glass in 2006. Dorsey served as the CEO for the first term until 2008. He returned back to the position after firing Dick Costolo in 2015.
He is worth $11.8 billion.
He found it stressful leading a company.
CNBC was first to report the Twitter CEO's departure. He said in his outgoing message that "There's a lot of talk about the importance of a company being 'founder led.'" He said that, "Ultimately I believe that's severely limiting and a single point of failure. I've worked hard to ensure this company can break away from its founding and founders."
He said that Parag Agrawal will be the new CEO of the company on Friday.
"[Parag]'s been my choice for some time given how deeply he understands the company and its need," Dorsey said. "[He} has been behind every critical decision that has turned this company around."
He also expressed confidence in board chairman Bret Taylor.
"He understands entrepreneurship, taking risk, companies at massive scale, technology, product and he's an engineer," Dorsey said. "All of the things the board and the company deserve right now."
He said that he praises the Twitter team in its decisions during the 2020-21 years. Given that our former president used that platform to share misinformation about COVID-19, racial unrest, the U.S. election and his role in the insurrection, the company had to stop it before it caused more violence.
A Republican donor named Karen Singer wanted to oust Dorsey from his role. Twitter kept him on.

The trial for the former actor/singer who staged a racial attack in Chicago is underway.
The allegations that the former actor paid two Nigerian brothers to rough him up for $3,500. Back in 2019, the washed up actor was fearing he was getting cut from Fox's Empire. So he staged a robbery anti-gay and racially provoked attack. He claimed he left a 24-hour Subway in Chicago. As he was walking to his penthouse, he was attacked by two white guys wearing Make America Great Hats. He claimed they put a noose on his neck and splashed his face with bleach. They roughed him up and left him for dead.
The Chicago Police managed to gather the information and watched videos. They also got a statement from the washed up actor. After a couple of weeks, the Chicago Police determined that the actor made up the claims and he was arrested. The Cook County Prosecutor Kim Foxx dropped the charges months later. The state reversed that decision, stripped Foxx of her powers in this case and charged him once again.
Washed up actor locked arms with sister Jurnee Smollett and his mother.
Now the charges can put him in the iron college for three years. The state is looking towards successful conviction. The two men who were paid will testified against him.
The special prosecutor, Dan Webb, was assigned to investigate how the case was handled. Webb said that his office had obtained "sufficient factual evidence" to argue that the case should not have been dropped.
In a statement, Webb said that prosecuting the case was "in the interest of justice", partly due to the "extensive nature of suspect's false police reports" and the resources expended by Chicago police to investigate.
The two brothers accused of carrying out the attack - Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo - are both expected to take the witness stand. Both men had worked as extras on 'Empire'.
Ever since authorities cast doubt on his claims, the washed up entertainer has repeatedly maintained his innocence.
In an Instagram Live interview with leftist Marc Lamont-Hill last year, the washed up entertainer said that the last two years had been "beyond frustrating".
"They won't let this go…there is an example being made," he said. "The sad part is it's an example being made of someone that didn't do what they're being accused of."
Once the washed up entertainer was arrested, Empire dropped him. They ended up writing him out of the show by having the actor marry his longtime boyfriend and they went on a long honeymoon. Fox canceled Star and later Empire.
The show ratings tanked shortly after the washed up actor was charged for filing a false police report.
Empire and spin-off Star enjoyed reasonable ratings. Due to the controversy, Star ended on a cliffhanger in season 3. Empire wss given a finale closing but couldn't end it on a high note. Empire wrapped up its filming during the pandemic and finally ended it April 2020.
The actor is currently blackballed from roles and he's no longer signed to Sony Music.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

I apologize to anyone in the Muslim community I offended with my comment about Rep. Omar. I have reached out to her office to speak with her directly. There are plenty of policy differences to focus on without this unnecessary distraction.
White nationalist offers a half ass apology to Minnesota lawmaker and the Muslim community. After she was filmed making up a story about a Capitol Police officer rushing floors, she equated Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) to not having an "explosive" backpack on the House floor.
She referred the lawmaker a member of the "Jihad" Squad.
Ilhan Omar is a lawmaker not a terrorist.
That didn't sit well with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). She warned lawmakers about threats against other members and President Joe Biden will no longer be tolerated. QAnon Leader Karen McCarthy (R-CA) was forced to show his hand. In private, he told her to stop with the threats. He said that focus on Biden not on the Squad. He said make the "socialist" tag stick. Keep the opposition towards Build Back Better going so Republicans will be motivated to vote in the Midterms.
Pelosi warned Rep. Karen Boebert (R-CO), that the antics on public stage must stop or she'll end up like Rep. Karen Gosar (R-AZ) and Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA). Those two were stripped of their committees after making threats against lawmakers.
Boebert as well as Omar are part of the social media caucus. They offer nothing more than click-bait.

Omar and Boebert voted against the bipartisan infrastructure package. The reasons why Omar and Tlaib are Muslim women and part of the do-nothing members of the Squad. That package includes others like Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) and Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY).
Omar, Tlaib and Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) are the only Muslims in Congress.
Boebert is one of the many idiots who flashes white nationalism on the public stage. She thinks she's a tough gal because she places a gun on her hip when serving pancakes and cheeseburgers.
Boebert won against a Karen Tipton in a Republican primary. She embraces Washed Up 45 and QAnon.
She opposed voting to censure and stripping Gosar and Greene from the committees. She opposes impeaching Washed Up 45 and holding contempt of Congress against Sloppy Steve.
She may have tipped of rioters during the Jan. 6 riots.
Boebert isn't sincere about the conversation and is plotting revenge. The adults are not willing to deliver to their constituents. It's sad. We have enough problems in the country.

Omar does speak bullshit as well. I strongly support her opposition towards giving aid to Israel. That's not anti-semitic. But I do oppose her support of white gentificiation politics. She supported Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) over Biden in the primaries. She and Ocasio-Cortez voted against praising the Capitol Police officers because she opposed a handful of riders. I get the riders gave funding to Israel. I understand that.
She has not introduced a bill pushing for states to stop firing workers for publicly criticizing Israel.

The South Carolina congresswoman continues her downward slide. The folks on the Twitter left are hammering Rep. Karen Mace (R-SC) for her amazing gymnastics. She flexed from Fox to CNN and whipped a 360 on how to deal with the coronavirus while bashing President Joe Biden for his handling of the continuous pandemic.
The omicron variant of the coronavirus has the president shutting down travel to several African Union nations and it's been the talk of the world. Many Republicans are calling Biden a hypocrite after he was hammering Washed Up 45 after his travel ban in China. The former president also had a travel ban for Muslim nations and countries that oppose American policies.
Mace was once considered a voice of moderation and principle conservatism proved to the American public that she's not willing to Build Back Better and defeat the pandemic.
She offered two differing views once the cameras left the studio.
It came after the U.S. announced a ban on travel to South Africa over this new variant. Mace went to Fox early Sunday where she alluded to people contracting the COVID-19 rather than getting vaccine as prevention.
"One of the things the CDC has not done -- and no policymaker at the federal level has don so far -- is taken into the account what natural immunity does, and that may be what we're seeing in Florida. In some studies that I have read, natural immunity is 27 times more protections against COVID infection than a vaccination," she told Karen Chaffetz, a former lawmaker turned far-right agitator on Fox. "So, we need to take all the science into account and not selectively choose what science to follow when we are making policy decisions."
When she went on CNN to talk to Kaitlin Collins she said that she was a big supporter of vaccinations and COVID-19 prevention methods.
"I've been a proponent of vaccinations and wearing masks when we need to. When we had the delta variant raging in South Carolina I wrote an op-ed to my community, and I work with our state Department of Health."
Mace added, "I've run ads on encouraging my district to go and get vaccinated and when we have these variants and we have these spikes to take every precaution from washing your hands to wearing the N95 or KN95 masks more than the medical masks. There is a significant, statistically significant number of people that are protected from COVID when they wear masks."
Mace's appearances on the same day on two different networks have vent viral.
It gives the impression that Republicans know the threat is real but they want to see the president fail.
Mace voted to hold Sloppy Steve in contempt of Congress. She made the rare move to hold the former president's most loyal allies in contempt because she believes those involved in Jan. 6 should be held responsible. She voted to not impeach the former president.
Mace has been very vocal about mask and vaccines to prevent the spread. However, when appearing on networks that oppose the measures, she waffles.
Trevor Noah, the South African comedian who is the host of The Daily Show will likely hammer Biden and Republicans for the declaration of a travel ban. Travel bans don't stop diseases. If it's already in Canada, the United Kingdom and European Union, it's already here.
Stopping travel doesn't stop a virus. It's stupid and xenophobic. I support Biden but he's doing something that Washed Up 45 thought was a good idea.
Republicans downplay the threat since November 2019.
The left does gotcha on Mace. The South Carolina Republican's waffling led to controversy.
Republicans have fought the mandates since the early beginning of the coronavirus. With President Joe Biden in office, it's been nonstop opposition to mandates and lawsuits. Many are claiming its tyranny for the federal government to implicate vaccine mandates.
They have villainized Dr. Anthony Fauci. Ever since he been in the public eye, he's became a focus of ire from the far-right and many Republicans want him imprisoned for doing his job.
The mixed messages coming from the federal government has also made it difficult to get this under control. Biden had promised that the pandemic would be over by the summer.
A pandemic does not have a timeline and many folks are extremely tired of the mandates. Some are willing to take the risk of catching the coronavirus to prove that it won't kill them.
If only Americans got vaccinated, we would have been back to normal by July. Alas, they wanna fuck around and now they're going to find out.
Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.
President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.
But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war.
With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.
We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.
Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19.
If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

A great clothing designer has passed away from cancer.
Virgil Abloh, a leading fashion executive hailed as the Karl Lagerfeld of his generation, has died of cancer. He was 41.
Abloh’s death was announced Sunday by the luxury group LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) and the Off-White label, the haute street wear brand Abloh founded in 2013. Abloh was the artistic director for Louis Vuitton’s menswear.
“We are all shocked after this terrible news. Virgil was not only a genius designer, a visionary, he was also a man with a beautiful soul and great wisdom,” Bernard Arnault, chairman and chief executive of LVMH, said in a statement.
A statement from Abloh’s family on the designer’s Instagram account said Abloh was diagnosed two years ago with cardiac angiosarcoma, a rare form of cancer in which a tumor occurs in the heart.
“He chose to endure his battle privately since his diagnosis in 2019, undergoing numerous challenging treatments, all while helming several significant institutions that span fashion, art, and culture,” the statement read.
In 2018, Abloh became the first Black artistic director of men’s wear at Louis Vuitton in the French design house’s storied history. A first generation Ghanaian American whose seamstress mother taught him to sew, Abloh had no formal fashion training but had a degree in engineering and a master’s in architecture.
Abloh, who grew up in Chicago, was often referred to as a Renaissance man in the fashion world. He moonlighted as a DJ. But in a short time, he emerged as one of fashion’s most heralded designers. Abloh called himself “a maker.” He was named one of Time magazine’s most influential people in 2018.
In 2009, Abloh met Kanye West — now called Ye — while he was working at a screen-printing store. After he and Ye interned together at the LVMH brand Fendi, Abloh was Ye’s creative director. Abloh was art director for the 2011 Ye-Jay-Z album “Watch the Throne,” for which Abloh was nominated for a Grammy.
Abloh’s work with West served as a blueprint for future border-crossing collaborations that married high and low. With Nike, he partnered his Off-White label for a line of frenzy-inducing sneakers remixed with a variety of styles and Helvetica fonts. Abloh also designed furniture for IKEA, refillable bottles for Evian and Big Mac cartons for McDonald’s. His work was exhibited at the Louvre, the Gagosian and the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago.
Abloh is survived by his wife Shannon Abloh and his children, Lowe and Grey.

So gun violence never takes a break in the United States. About 1 in 136 Americans are killed by gun violence and yet our lawmakers in Congress refuse to take action on this.
In Texas, a father is shot dead by his ex-wife's new husband and it was filmed on camera. The state may call the charges "self-defense." This happened over a child custody dispute.
The attorney for William “Kyle” Carruth says his client was acting in self-defense when he shot and killed Chad Read during a dispute in Lubbock, Texas, on Nov. 5.
The attorney’s comments come shortly after a video of a confrontation between Carruth and Read was released by an attorney for Read’s widow this week.

The footage depicts the confrontation between Read, Carruth, and Carruth’s partner — who has also been identified as Read’s ex-wife — in the moments before Carruth fired at Read. In the video, Carruth can be seen telling Read to leave. He then steps out momentarily to get a gun while Read exchanges heated words with a woman identified in family court records as his ex-wife.
Read and the woman were arguing over issues related to child custody.
Carruth returned with a gun and repeated his demand that Read leave. At that point, the video depicts Read telling Carruth to “use it” and saying he could “take it” from Carruth.
A second video released by Carruth’s attorney appears to show Read grab Carruth’s gun and swing him across a porch, at which point Carruth turns and fires on Read.
Police have not yet charged Carruth, nor have they said publicly if investigators believe the shooting was self-defense.
Carruth’s name was also not released by police, though he was named in family court records as the man who shot and killed Chad Read, 54, on Nov. 5. His attorney, David M. Guinn with Hurley, Guinn & Singh, also identified Carruth as the man brandishing the gun in the video.
“All Texans may lawfully brandish a firearm to protect themselves, their property and their business.” Guinn said.
Guinn also emphasized Read’s threat to take the gun from Carruth.
“And instantaneously, he tried to take the gun away from Kyle,” Guinn said. “In doing so he was power enough to sling Kyle 180 degrees around on Kyle’s patio.”
“Raising his left leg, he was continuing his advance on Kyle, threatening him and posing an immediate threat. Kyle responded,” Guinn claimed. “This is a justifiable homicide.”
Read’s widow Jennifer Wilson Read, meanwhile, has filed a petition to take custody of Read’s children away from his ex-wife, according to her attorneys. In an affidavit, Jennifer Read further claims that Read’s ex-wife “is endangering the physical and emotional well-being of the children by permitting them to be in the presence of the man that murdered their father.”
Together with her attorneys, Jennifer Read says the video she released is evidence that Read’s children should no longer be in the custody of Read’s ex.

Delisa Tucker was just steps away from her son's memorial early Wednesday morning when she was fatally shot. In Chicago, gun violence never took a break.
She had lost 14-year-old Kevin Tinker to gun violence the Sunday before, and friends said she was tending to his memorial when she was gunned down.

Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert at around 12:15 a.m. and found Tucker, 31, lying on a sidewalk in the 200 block of West 110th Place. She was transported to Roseland Hospital and pronounced dead, according to officials.
They reported finding no one on the block who saw the shooting, and no one's been taken into custody for that attack or the one on her son.
Holiday shopping marred by tragedy.
On Sunday, her son was shot several times at the exact same location and pronounced dead on the scene, according to police.
"He was a quiet boy," Tharpe wrote in the GoFundMe page. "Rest well Lil Kevin."
CPD said investigations for both shooting are ongoing. Chicago police declined to comment on whether the shootings are connected, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Tucker leaves behind five other children, according to Tharpe.
Shootings have spiked in Chicago this year, according to CPD crime data. As of Nov. 8, there had been 3,105 incidents in 2021, an increase of 10% over 2020 and a 66% increase compared with 2019.
Family members are devastated a day after a man was shot to death at a Cincinnati Walmart. The store is located right behind the Cincinnati Police West Division Station. It literally happened in a shopping center with digital video recording devices and audio devices. It has a shot spotter in the area.
The suspects would be caught on camera. There's a traffic camera at the intersection of Ferguson Road.
Investigators said the shooting happened at the Walmart on Ferguson Road in Western Hills on Saturday afternoon.
It claimed the life of Jamontea Brown, 24, according to Cincinnati police.
When officers arrived, they found a victim, later identified as Brown, suffering from a gunshot wound outside the store.
Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
The shooting had neighbors and shoppers nearby rattled.
Resident Amanda Tobian says her teenage nephew witnessed the homicide take place. He ran home to tell her what had happened.
"It had to have been traumatizing like I can only imagine, he's at Walmart getting something for his family, heartbreaking it really is," Tobian said.
There is no information on any suspects at this time.
The shooting remains under investigation.

According to Chief Jack Angelo, the dispatch center received a 911 call at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Monday from a Royal Avenue NE residence for reports of the shooting.
Police and first responders discovered the 1-year-old child suffering from a gunshot wound.
Paramedics rushed the boy to Cleveland Clinic Mercy Medical Center for treatment, but the child was pronounced dead just after 7 p.m.
Investigators said it appears another child, who is almost 3 years old, found an unsecured firearm along with the victim.
The gun was accidentally discharged, striking the victim in the face, according to the Canton police report.
Neighbors report hearing a gunshot and then screams for help.
Dawn Campbell was outside putting up Halloween decorations.
“I heard a woman coming up the street crying, ‘get my baby, get my baby,’ and I didn’t know what to do, so I went over and grabbed her and tried to console her,” Campbell said.
Next door to the home, a family friend, a 15 year old girl, heard the commotion and came outside to find the young mother frantic for help, wanting someone to pick up her baby, because she was to frightened and traumatized to do so herself.
“I wanted to cry so bad but I knew I couldn’t put what was wrong with me in front of the baby so I was just worried about the baby more than anything,” she said.
Canton police are investigating.
“We remind everyone that unsecured firearms should not be kept where children have access to them,” the Canton Police Department wrote in a press release. “This is preventable tragedy.”
Canton police said gun locks are available for free from most law enforcement agencies, including Canton.
A 5-year-old girl was shot and killed when a gun discharged at a South Fulton apartment complex Thursday night.
Detectives from the South Fulton Police Department are now investigating the incident, which occurred about 7 p.m. Thanksgiving at the Garden of Camp Creek Apartments.
Police confirmed reports identifying the victim as Khalis Eberhart.
South Fulton Police Lt. Jubal Rogers told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution a bullet struck Eberhart in the chest after another child in the residence found an unsecured gun and fired the weapon.
Neighbors told Channel 2 Action News that Eberhart’s father cradled her in his arms as he ran to paramedics, who rushed the child to Grady Memorial Hospital, where she later died.
Detectives are now investigating the shooting, Rogers said. No charges have been filed, the department indicated.
