A global pandemic, wildfires, destruction from the hurricanes and of course, gridlock in Washington, DC are the primary factors to the disappointing jobs report. But of course, we'll be focused on the negative job approval of President Joe Biden.

So the latest polls have Biden under 50% job approval. The junk food media spent weeks covering Afghanistan and it's pullout. When the last American forces left, we've moved on back to the actual issues we're facing. A destructive hurricane landed in Louisiana and it left a path of destruction all the way into the Northeast.

Over 1,000 people have died from Hurricane Ida. Businesses are destroyed. Homes are destroyed.

We also have the pandemic which is not ending. With misinformation being peddled by the far-right, Republican leaders and Washed Up 45, Americans are refusing to get vaccinated. Those who are not getting vaccinated are catching the delta strain of the coronavirus. The strain is proving to be more lethal than the original. Four far-right agitators on talk radio died.

We have over 675,000 Americans dead from the coronavirus. By mid-September we will surpass 700,000 deaths. The refusal to get vaccinated or using untested medication is causing death.

The folks who refuse to get vaccinated are using an treatment that isn't even safe. The use of Ivermectin has spiked because of idiots on radio and the internet are telling folks this is a "fast treatment."

Congress job approval is at record lows.

This treatment is not safe says the FDA. But the anti-government, anti-Biden, anti-mask, anti-vaxx folks will do it anyway.

The Karens in Texas passed a law that outlawed terminations of fetuses at six weeks. The Supreme Court refused to halt the legislation and it set up another fight in which Congress will have no chance of getting it passed. The infrastructure bill is slowly being dragged along. The Squad, the independent senator from Vermont, the Democratic senator from Arizona and the West Virginia Democratic senator are going to cause the bill to fail because of their ridiculous principles.

The far-right are obsessed with Vice President Kamala Harris' laughter. They are playing on sexism and racism when they're dealing with the first African American/South Asian woman to be the vice president.

They are calling Biden incompetent because he pulled out of Afghanistan. A war that's been ignored for over five years since Barack Obama left office. Washed Up 45 negotiated a deal for the American troops to pull out of the country by May 1. Biden honored it. During the time, the Taliban's propaganda won over residents. They forced the corrupted leaders out of Afghanistan and took back power. The far-right and war hawks in the junk food media were calling Biden's withdrawal a failure. Some Republicans who have more concern over issues in Afghanistan and Israel are calling for Biden's impeachment.

The insurrection is still an issues. Republicans are threatening media and telecom companies. They fear the House Committee on the insurrection will unearth potentially criminal acts being done by a handful of these idiot lawmakers. The QAnon Leader Karen McCarthy (R-CA) threatened to hold those companies accountable if they decide to follow the subpoena. Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY) and Rep. Karen Kinzinger (R-IL) have backed the committee and are determined to get to the bottom of the insurrection. Republicans are threatening to kick them out of the conference for being appointed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

We have went from "Biden's Bad Week" to "Biden's Border Crisis" to "Biden's Socialist Deal" to "Biden's Failures In Afghanistan" to "Biden's Bad Job Numbers" in less than seven months of this presidency.

So CNBC reports that the jobs report missed the anticipated mark. The unemployment rate drops though. Here's a factor, no one wants to work for less than $13 dollars an hour. No one wants to deal with idiots who refuse to follow CDC mandates. No one wants to subjected to hostilities from Americans who are willing to spread the coronavirus. Most Americans want a fair pay and fair living.

COVID-19 is affecting the unvaccinated and children.

Job creation for August was a huge disappointment, with the economy adding just 235,000 positions, the Labor Department reported Friday.

Economists surveyed by Dow Jones had been looking for 720,000 new hires.

The unemployment rate dropped to 5.2% from 5.4%, in line with estimates.

August’s total — the worst since January — comes with heightened fears of the pandemic and the impact that rising Covid cases could have on what has been a mostly robust recovery. The weak report could cloud policy for the Federal Reserve, which is weighing whether to pull back on some of the massive stimulus it has been adding since the outbreak in early 2020.

“The labor market recovery hit the brakes this month with a dramatic showdown in all industries,” said Daniel Zhao, senior economist at jobs site Glassdoor. “Ultimately, the Delta variant wave is a harsh reminder that the pandemic is still in the driver’s seat, and it controls our economic future.”

Leisure and hospitality jobs, which had been the primary driver of overall gains at 350,000 per month for the past six months, stalled in August as the unemployment rate in the industry ticked higher to 9.1%.

Instead, professional and business services led with 74,000 new positions. Other gainers included transportation and warehousing (53,000), private education (40,000) and manufacturing and other services, which each posted gains of 37,000.

Retail lost 29,000, with the bulk coming from food and beverage stores, which saw a decrease of 23,000.

The report comes with the U.S. seeing about 150,000 new Covid cases, spurring worries that the recovery could stall heading into the final part of the year.

“Delta is the story in this report,” said Marvin Loh, global macro strategist for State Street. “It’s going to be a bumpy recovery in the jobs market and one that pushes back against a more optimistic narrative.”

The month saw an increase of about 400,000 in those who said they couldn’t work for pandemic-related reasons, pushing the total up to 5.6 million.

“Today’s jobs report reflects a major pullback in employment growth likely due to the rising impact of the Delta variant of COVID-19 on the U.S. economy, though August is also a notoriously difficult month to survey accurately due to vacations,” said Tony Bedikian, head of global markets at Citizens.

Employment also remained well below pre-Covid levels, with 5.6 million fewer workers holding jobs and the total workforce still smaller by 2.9 million.

Another key Fed metric, the employment-to-population gauge, stood at 58.5%, up one-tenth of a percentage point from July but still well below the 61.1% pre-pandemic level. The measure looks at total jobholders against the working-age population.

Unemployment is due to the coronavirus.

August’s numbers have been volatile in past years and often see substantial revisions. They come amid other positive signs for employment.

Weekly jobless filings have fallen to their lowest levels since the early days of the pandemic in March 2020, but a large employment gap remains.

It’s not that there aren’t enough jobs out there: Placement firm Indeed estimates that there are about 10.5 million openings now, easily a record for the U.S. labor market.

Fed officials are watching the jobs numbers closely for clues as to whether they can start easing back some of the policy help they’ve been providing since the pandemic started.

In recent weeks, central bank leaders have expressed optimism about the employment picture but said they would need to see continued strength before changing course. At stake for now is the Fed’s massive monthly bond-buying program, which could start getting scaled back before the end of the year.

However, if the jobs data gets softer, that could prompt Fed officials to wait until 2022 before tapering its purchases. Fed officials have been clear that interest rate hikes will come well after tapering starts.

Still, the news wasn’t all bad for jobs.

The previous two months saw substantial upward revisions, with July’s total now at 1.053 million, up from the original estimate of 943,000, while June was bumped up to 962,000 from 938,000. For the two months, revisions added 134,000 to the initial counts.

Also, wages continued to accelerate, rising 4.3% on a year-over-year basis and 0.6% on a monthly basis. Estimates had been for 4% and 0.3% respectively.

An alterative measure of unemployment that includes discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons fell sharply, dropping to 8.9% in August from 9.6% in July.

The labor force participation rate was unchanged at 61.7%, still well below the 63.3% in February 2020, the month before the pandemic declaration.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in.

Real Reasons To Why Unemployment Rate Stays The Way It Is!

22. SHAMED BY SOCIAL MEDIA (BY ACTIVELY TAKING PART IN ILLEGAL ACTS).

Things are returning back to normal. Over 78% of Americans have at least gotten one of the coronavirus vaccines.

However, they are struggling trying to hire employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

Yes. We can't always assume that folks are lazy.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience. Washed Up 45's presidency and Republican controlled governments led us to losing over 620,000 Americans. President Joe Biden has a four seat House majority and a spilt in the Senate.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local councilman, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

The catastrophic damages from Hurricane Ida ran from Louisiana to Rhode Island. The calls to pass the Biden infrastructure bill are growing. With the House of Representatives still on vacation, the need to get this bill on President Joe Biden's desk is needed.

The president already has enough headaches.

  • The Karens of the Congress and far-right media. The Republican leaders, the television/social media Republicans and conservative agitators on Fox.
  • The Supreme Court. The six Karens who shift decisions to favor anti-science, anti-woman and white supremacy.
  • The two Democratic senators from Arizona and West Virginia. The democratic socialist who is an independent from Vermont. He caucuses with the Democrats.
  • Six progressive lawmakers who are part of the so-called Squad. The unproductive lawmakers who are more on social media and television. The performance art instead of the legislative duties.
  • The conspiracy nuts who are obsessed with the president's health, his son Hunter Biden, Afghanistan, "owning the libs" and refusing to acknowledge he and the vice president won the election fair and square.
  • Mocking Vice President Kamala Harris' laughter and attacking her for not doing what they want her to do.
The very same idiots in the junk food media hawking over Afghanistan are now asking for Biden to do something that he's been doing since he came to office.

So far we have lost over 30 Americans to this hurricane. Ida was going into Louisiana as a Category 4 and it landed on Sunday very destructive. The state of Louisiana has over 43% with power. Most of the Southern tier parishes are calling a mandatory curfew.

Those who stayed are now forced to wait in line for a fuel, water, a decent meal, ice and a generator.

With excessive heat warnings in the south, folks are literally dying waiting for the needs. Of course, some of these folks are the ones who probably were criticizing Americans for being on unemployment.

These folks were probably attacking fellow Americans for having food stamps or living in low income homes.

These folks probably don't have flood insurance or full coverage on their vehicles.
Massive flooding in New York City.

Still, suffering remained widespread three days after Ida battered Louisiana and parts of Mississippi as the fifth-most-powerful hurricane to strike the U.S. Some low-lying communities remained largely underwater. Roughly a million homes and businesses still had no electricity, and health officials said more than 600,000 people lacked running water.

Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards said he was pleased that power had returned for some people, saying it was “critically important to show progress” after the storm. But he also acknowledged that much more work lay ahead.

“I’m very mindful that it’s a start, and only a start,” he told a news conference.

The death toll rose to at least six after a coroner confirmed a 65-year-old woman had drowned in her Louisiana home and police in Maryland said a 19-year-old man was found dead in an apartment complex flooded by heavy rain from Ida’s remnants. And the staggering scope of the disaster began to come into focus, with a private firm estimating total damage from Ida could exceed $50 billion.

In southern Louisiana’s Plaquemines Parish, Gayle Lawrence lost two cars, refrigerators and almost everything in her garage to floodwaters. Her garage was filled with marsh grass and dead fish. Scores of other homes in the neighborhood were also flooded.

“The house is solid. It didn’t even move. But when the water came up, it destroyed everything,” she said.

In Jefferson Parish, hospital staff, food bank employees and other critical workers were hampered by a gas shortage, said parish president Cynthia Lee Sheng. The parish neighbors New Orleans and saw widespread destruction from Ida. Authorities were still waiting for floodwaters to recede enough for trucks carrying food, water and repair supplies to begin moving into Lafitte and other low-lying communities.

“Today we’re a broken community. It won’t always be that way,” Sheng said after meeting with Edwards.

Emergency officials in nearby Terrebonne Parish took to Twitter to caution evacuees considering returning home that “there are no shelters, no electricity, very limited resources for food, gasoline and supplies and absolutely no medical services.”

With all of New Orleans blacked out except for those running generators, Byron Lambert woke up startled about 1:30 a.m. when light suddenly came on down the hall from where he slept. He first thought it was a burglar, then realized his home had electricity.

Lambert’s house in eastern New Orleans was among more than 11,000 homes and businesses that had power restored early Wednesday, according to the electric company Entergy. The company also said it restored power to Ochsner’s main hospital campus in Jefferson Parish and several hospitals near Baton Rouge.

“When it came on it startled me. I’m like ‘All right! We got power,’” Lambert said, his enthusiasm tempered by the knowledge of what others were going through. “I’m fortunate, but they have a lot of people that aren’t as fortunate as me, and I pray for them because it’s rough.”

There were still 989,000 homes and businesses without power, or 44% of all state utility customers in southeast Louisiana, from the New Orleans area to Baton Rouge, according to the state Public Service Commission. Phillip May, president and CEO of Entergy Louisiana, told reporters Wednesday that he predicts “a lot more progress” in coming days. Still, he said full recovery will be slow, with thousands of power poles and transformers knocked out by the storm.

In neighboring Mississippi, 32,000 customers had no electricity.

Hard-hit areas in southeast Louisiana were under a heat advisory Wednesday, with forecasters warning combined heat and humidity could make some areas feel like 108 degrees Fahrenheit (42 degrees Celsius). Officials scrambled to offer food, water and places to cool off.

National Guard troops had handed out more than 141,000 meals, 143,000 liters (37,777 gallons) of water and more than 500 tarps in Louisiana as of Wednesday morning, according to Edwards’ office. In New Orleans, officials opened seven places where people could get a meal and sit in air conditioning. The city was also using 70 transit buses as cooling sites, Mayor LaToya Cantrell said.
Flooding in Virigina.

Meanwhile, more than 1,200 people were walking through some of Ida’s hardest-hit communities to look for those needing help, according to the Louisiana Fire Marshal’s office.

Search and rescue missions were tapering off, but continued in four parishes that still had floodwaters, Brig. Gen. Lee W. Hopkins of the Louisiana National Guard said on a Zoom call. That’s compared to 31 parishes in the hours immediately after the storm.

President Joe Biden was to visit Louisiana on Friday to survey the damage, the White House said.

In New Orleans, where the mayor estimated roughly half the population had evacuated, there were additional signs of recovery. Flags hung from dangling power lines to help drivers avoid them, and in one neighborhood, someone decorated the downed lines with strands of tinsel in an echo of Mardi Gras.

City crews removing debris from roads and cutting up fallen trees had some streets almost completely cleared, while others remained cluttered with obstacles.

A few corner stores were open, many taking cash only, though some had working ATM machines. In many areas, National Guard troops or law enforcement stood posted at pharmacies and gas stations, where drivers waited in long lines for fuel.

Louisiana’s transportation department announced that all interstate systems across the state had reopened and been cleared of debris. AT&T, which faced widespread cellphone outages after Ida, said it was currently operating at more than 90% of normal capacity.

As a clearer picture of Ida’s devastation emerged, the hurricane likely caused $50 billion to $60 billion in total damage, estimated Karen Clark, who has calculated catastrophic risk since 1987. Her risk modeling company, Karen Clark and Company, figured just $18 billion of those losses would be insured.

Those estimates would rank Ida anywhere from the fifth- to seventh-costliest U.S. hurricane based on data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Katrina, Harvey, Maria and Sandy were well over that amount. NOAA says 2017’s Irma incurred about $55 billion in damage and 1992’s Andrew about $53 billion in 2019 dollars.

I am not a fan of termination of a fetus but I am not a woman. I believe women should have the right to make a decision involving their health. Women should have equal rights, equal pay and equal tasks.

Women should not be subjected by the government on what's right for their health or safety.

If a person was born biologically male (or female) but identifies as a woman (or a man), it's not my business to decide on who she (or he) is. I respect her (or his) right to be who she (or he) identifies as. Transgender Americans deserve the right to be who they are.

The Karens in Texas have successfully pass its voting restrictions law and its six week abortion law.

The Karens also got a boost of support from five of the Supreme Court justices.

The War in Afghanistan is over. But the civil war in the United States is on. The culture wars are ramping up again and the Republicans are playing on the fears yet again to make a desperate attempt to win back Congress and later the White House.

You know, I thought conservatives were the people who want "freedom." These are the same idiots who want to say it's "My body, my choice" when it comes to wearing face masks. These idiots are screaming at women's health providers for performing these difficult decisions.

No women thinks abortion is good. It's a painful procedure and it does live traumatic effects on women.

Terminations of fetuses often are in regards to a woman's decision on the grounds of:

  • Rape and incest.
  • Not being financially stable to raise children.
  • Life threatening issues to the woman's life or the fetus.

Unplanned or unwanted pregnancies happen. A woman could face post-traumatic stress when they have children. A woman could be unfit to be a mother. The Republican state governments already trying to strip away the safety net which allows food stamps, rent relief, disaster relief and daycare.

The very same idiots want women who have multiple children from different partners to stop having children. They want single mothers to work. The same idiots who believe "no free lunch" applies to a single mother raising children.

Why should the government be in the business on how to decide on what's the right decision for a woman?

There are procedures done in the health care provider. It's safe and effective.

The pill can be given within 10 weeks of a pregnancy. It will induce a miscarriage which leads to cramping, pain and heavy bleeding.

Surgical abortion which requires a gentle suction and it be done with local anaesthetic.

Also a dilation and evacuation can be done.

These procedures are safe, effective and will not affect the woman's body. Again, it will be painful but not life threatening. Women who decide to carry a termination are often scared to do it. It's no free ride to have these procedures. It can cost up to $40,000 for a termination.

The laws these states are trying to pass are infringing on a woman's right to make a difficult decision on whether they should term a pregnancy. The far-right and Christian extremists are trying to intervene by protesting near providers and harassing women for carrying out the decision.

The Supreme Court has proven time and time again that they're out of touch with America. This should be an early indicator for Democrats to move forward in ending the filibuster or win the Senate and improve the majority.

Amy Howe of SCOTUSblog wrote on the emergency decision being rejected by the five Karens in the Court.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday night took a step that anti-abortion activists have hoped for, and abortion-rights supporters have feared, since the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg nearly a year ago. By failing to respond to a plea for them to intervene, the justices allowed a Texas law that bans nearly all abortions to go into effect early Wednesday morning. The abortion providers challenging the law say that it will bar at least 85% of abortions in the state and will likely cause many clinics to close. The justices could still act on the providers’ request at any time.

The Supreme Court's conservative majority once again takes progress back.

The law bans abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy – a time when many people do not yet know they are pregnant – and allows private citizens to sue anyone who helps a patient get an abortion. The Texas legislature passed the law as part of an effort to undercut the Supreme Court’s landmark decisions in Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which established a constitutional right to have an abortion before the point of fetal viability, generally understood to occur around 24 weeks of pregnancy.

Court watchers and people on both sides of the abortion debate kept vigil into the early hours of Wednesday morning, waiting for an order that never came from the justices. Many experts expected the court to act before midnight central time, when the law was scheduled to take effect. Instead, the court – at least for now – declined to block the law despite the fact that it defies Roe and Casey, the future of which are squarely at issue in a separate case, to be argued in the upcoming 2021-22 term, involving a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

The law at the center of the Texas case, known as S.B. 8, prohibits doctors from performing abortions if they can detect a fetal heartbeat, including the kind of cardiac activity that normally occurs at roughly the sixth week of pregnancy. In a twist intended to make the law harder to challenge in court, the law does not rely on state officials to enforce the ban. Instead, the law tasks private individuals with bringing lawsuits against anyone who provides or “aids or abets” an abortion. Anyone who brings a successful lawsuit can collect $10,000 or more from the person who is found to have violated the law. The unusual private-enforcement scheme distinguishes the Texas law from other states’ abortion bans, all of which have been blocked by court rulings ordering state officials not to enforce them because they run afoul of Roe and Casey.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed the law on May 19. Abortion providers went to court to challenge the law in July. They argued (among other things) that the law violates their patients’ constitutional right to end a pregnancy before viability.

After the district court denied the defendants’ motion to dismiss on Aug. 25, the defendants turned quickly to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. The court of appeals granted the defendants’ request to put the district-court proceedings, including an Aug. 30 hearing on the challengers’ request for a preliminary injunction, on hold, and it denied the challengers’ request to expedite the appeal, setting the stage for the challengers to seek emergency relief in the Supreme Court on Monday afternoon.

In asking the court to block the law from going into effect, the challengers stressed that the six-week mark is “a point in pregnancy at which a State may not prohibit a patient from deciding whether to end her pregnancy.” They assured the justices that they could stop the enforcement of the law without necessarily tipping their hand on the substance of the underlying dispute, but they painted a dire picture of the consequences if the court did not act. They told the justices that, because the court of appeals had rejected their plea to expedite the appeal, “the rights of Texas women to obtain a legal abortion” will be “in jeopardy for months or more” while the litigation winds through the courts.

Texas' abortion law will be in the Supreme Court.

The Texas attorney general and other defenders of the law urged the justices to stay out of the dispute. Even if S.B. 8 were unconstitutional, the state contended, there still would be no reason for the Supreme Court to intervene because courts are limited in their power to grant relief before laws have actually been enforced. In general, courts can bar people from doing something, but they have no power to “expunge the law itself,” the state said. And in this case, the state contended, the challengers sued Texas government officials who “explicitly do not enforce the law” as well as an anti-abortion activist who has testified that he will not bring any lawsuits under the law. That means an order from the Supreme Court at this point would have no effect and would exceed the court’s authority, the state argued.

The fact that the challengers can’t sue state officials before the law goes into effect, the state continued, does not make the law unconstitutional: If the abortion providers are sued in state courts for violating S.B. 8, the state assured the justices, they can defend themselves by arguing that the law is unconstitutional.

As the deadline for the law to go into effect approached, Whole Woman’s Health – the lead plaintiff in the case, indicated on Twitter that its staff and doctors would continue to provide care right up until 11:59 central time. Shortly before midnight, Whole Woman’s Health CEO Amy Hagstrom Miller tweeted that the company had “just finished care for our last patient in Texas today.” Summarizing the state of play, Hagstrom Miller concluded, “And now we wait.”

An infamous internet troll and a disbarred lawyer will be forced to pay the United States government a hefty sum after they violated the Federal Communications Commission rule on unsolicited calls and doxing.

The FCC proposed a $5.1 million fine against conservative activists Karen Wohl and Karen Burkman and J.M. Burkman & Associates for making 1,141 unlawful robocalls that made false claims about mail voting, the agency said Tuesday.

“Did you know that if you vote by mail, your personal information will be part of a public database that will be used by police departments to track down old warrants and be used by credit card companies to collect outstanding debts?” the call said, before also erroneously claiming the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention might use such data to enforce mandatory vaccinations.

The internet pranksters are facing a federal sandwich.

Thousands of voters received such calls in New York, Ohio and Michigan, according to state prosecutors, who say it was an attempt to suppress Black voters. The activists face criminal charges for their role in spreading the disinformation, and New York Attorney General Letitia James is attempting to force the men to pay up to $2.7 million in penalties for the calls.

The FCC said the calls in question were made between Aug. 26 and Sept. 14, 2020, to 1,141 wireless cellphone users who had not expressly consented to the calls, which is a violation of federal law.

This is the largest robocall fine ever proposed by the FCC for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the agency said. Wohl and Burkman identified themselves on the call, used Burkman’s cellphone number as caller ID and admitted under oath that they created the calls.

The men are notorious for several failed schemes to smear the political rivals of Washed Up 45.

Many states expanded mail voting to keep voters safe during a deadly pandemic, but Washed Up 45 and other conservatives baselessly condemned it as ripe for widespread fraud and discouraged it.

New England Patriots cut Cam Newton. The legendary quarterback decided to play with fire and he got burned. The team had no comment on why they cut the NFL star but it may have something to do with his decision to not comply with the League's guidelines to preventing COVID-19.

Newton said he will not get vaccinated.

Many NFL players are gambling their careers because of their views on vaccinations.

Newton was selected to represent the New England Patriots after longtime veteran Tom Brady left the team for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Mac Jones will now be the team's top quarterback.

The 32-year old Newton started New England's three preseason games, but missed practice time due to what the team described as a "misunderstanding" about the NFL's COVID-19 protocols.

NFL players who got vaccinated will not be required to follow the COVID-19 protocols implicated by the League. The mandatory five-day quarantines are still applying if any person test positive. Newton's actions were becoming a distraction to the team morale.

Bill Belichick denies he cutting Newton over the player's refusal to get vaccinated.

The team said that any issues are strictly a business matter and that's all.

Newton signed a reportedly one-year, $5 million contract with the team in March after going 7-8 as a starter in 2020 while throwing more interceptions than touchdowns.

The issue is getting the attention of the NFL Players Association. The union is investigating the new head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Former Ohio State University coach Urban Meyer was picked to be the coach of the struggling Jaguars.

His mission is to turn around the team and bring it at least into the League's finals.

He admitted that players' vaccination statuses were factored into final roster cuts.

Former Alabama quarterback Mac Jones who led the team to its 2020-21 NCAA-I College Football Playoff Championship against Ohio State. He was selected by New England in a bid to get the team back on the winning streak. They believe Mac is going to turn the team around.

Three cops and two paramedics are indicted for murder. The Aurora, Colorado Police is under the federal radar. It has a history of deadly confrontations with Black and Brown residents. It has five known incidents where cops either used deadly force or abuse of power towards suspects of color.

This incident involving Elijah McClain has now taken another turn. These cops and two paramedics are being indicted on manslaughter and other charges. McClain, a Black man who had no criminal history was put in a chokehold and injected with a powerful sedative two years ago, Colorado's attorney general said Wednesday.

The 23-year old's death gained widespread attention during last year's protests against racial injustice and police brutality following the death of George Floyd.

McClain's pleading words were captured on body camera. "I'm just different" -- were posted on signs at protests and spoken by celebrities who joined in the calls to indict these dirty cops.

Some Karen called 9-1-1 to report a suspicious man walking down the street and the cops confronted him. He was wearing a scarf over his face and walking home with a bag.

The dirty cop immediately gets aggressive with Elijah.

The family described McClain as a gentle and kind introvert, filled social media, including how he volunteered to play his violin to confront cats at an animal shelter.

The Aurora Police Department has been plagued by allegations of misconduct against people of color, including an officer charged this year for pistol whipping a Black man. The department was in the news for holding a Black woman and children at gunpoint because of a mistaken license plate.

All the suspects, who are white are being criminally charged with negligent homicide. The charges carry up to 30 years in the iron college if convicted in Colorado.

The Associated Press has sought comment from lawyers for the defendants. The Aurora Police Association said there was no evidence the officers caused McClain’s death.

“The hysterical overreaction to this case has severely damaged the police department,” the union said in a statement.

At a brief news conference, Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser said the goal was to seek justice for McClain and his loved ones.

“He was a son, a nephew, a brother, a friend,” Weiser said. “He had his whole life ahead of him.”

Mother Sheneen McClain “is overwhelmed emotionally by this news and appreciates the hard work of Phil Weiser and the rest of his team. There is not a day that goes by that she does not think of her son Elijah,” according to a statement from her lawyer, Qusair Mohamedbhai.

It’s very rare for officers to face criminal charges in on-duty deaths, and it's almost unheard of for paramedics to be charged, said Alex Piquero, a criminologist at the University of Miami.

“It’s a pretty big deal,” he said. The fact that a grand jury saw the evidence and decided what charges to file is an indication of a strong case, Piquero said.

Facing pressure during nationwide protests last year, Democratic Gov. Jared Polis ordered Weiser to open a new criminal investigation. In 2019, a district attorney said he could not charge the officers because an autopsy could not determine how McClain died.

The Aurora Police literally killed a man on camera.

It's one of several investigations, including separate reviews of McClain's arrest commissioned by the city and a comprehensive review of the Police Department. The U.S. Justice Department and the FBI also announced a civil rights investigation into McClain’s death, while Weiser’s office is conducting a similar probe into the agency, the first under a new Colorado police accountability law.

Aurora’s highly critical review did not find any evidence to justify officers stopping McClain as he walked home from the store on Aug. 24, 2019, after a 911 caller had reported a man wearing a ski mask and waving his hands who seemed “sketchy.” His family said McClain wore the mask because he had anemia that caused him to get cold easily.

Police body camera video shows an officer approaching McClain on the sidewalk and saying, “I have a right to stop you because you’re being suspicious.”

The officer turns McClain around and says, “Relax, or I’m going to have to change this situation." As other officers help restrain McClain, he asks them to let go, saying, “You guys started to arrest me, and I was stopping my music to listen.”

The officers’ body cameras come off as they move McClain to the grass, but an officer can be heard saying McClain grabbed one of their guns. McClain tries to explain and sometimes cries out or sobs. He says he can’t breathe and was just on his way home.

“I’m just different. I’m just different, that’s all. That’s all I was doing. I’m so sorry. I have no gun. I don’t do that stuff. I don’t do any fighting. Why were you attacking me? I don’t do guns. I don’t even kill flies,” he said.

One officer eventually retrieves his camera, which shows McClain handcuffed, lying on his side and periodically vomiting as another officer leans on him.

Paramedics arrived and injected the 140-pound (63.5-kilogram) McClain with 500 milligrams of ketamine — more than 1 1/2 times the dose for his weight. The fire department is allowed to use the drug to sedate combative or aggressive people, but there’s a lack of police training, conflicting medical standards and nonexistent protocols that have resulted in hospitalizations and even deaths when it’s used during police encounters.

Within five minutes, according to a federal lawsuit from McClain’s family, he stopped breathing. He was later declared brain dead and taken off life support.

A pathologist who conducted an autopsy said a combination of a narrowed coronary artery and physical exertion contributed to McClain’s death. Dr. Stephen Cina found no evidence of a ketamine overdose and said several other possibilities could not be ruled out, including an unexpected reaction to ketamine or the chokehold causing an irregular heartbeat.

The family's lawsuit alleges McClain died as a result of a dramatic increase of lactic acid in his blood caused by excessive force used by police over about 18 minutes, combined with the effects of the ketamine. They claim that police continued to “torture” McClain after he was restrained, a result of the department’s history of “unconstitutional racist brutality.”

The chokehold used on McClain has been banned by police departments and some states, including Colorado, following Floyd’s killing.

The attorney general’s announcement comes after three Aurora officers, including Rosenblatt — one of those charged in McClain's death — were fired and one resigned last year over photos mimicking the chokehold used on the 23-year-old.

Police Chief Vanessa Wilson vowed change but spent her first days in the job last year apologizing after officers put four Black girls on the ground and handcuffed two of them next to a car that police suspected was stolen but turned out not to be.

In July, an Aurora police officer was charged with assault after being captured on body camera video pistol-whipping and choking a Black man during an arrest. Another officer was charged with not intervening as required under the new police accountability law.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

This guy who interrupted a live feed on MSNBC is going to face criminal charges. On top of that he's also going through some things in Ohio.

The guy who was shouting at MSNBC reporter and progressive agitator Shaquille Brewster while he covering Hurricane Ida in Gulfport, Mississippi. Craig Melvin, MSNBC and Today host had to end the feed due to the interruption.

The man is from Wooster, Ohio and will be charged with two counts of simple assault, one count of disturbing the peace and one count of violating an emergency curfew.

He violated his terms of an in-house in Cuyahoga County. He left the state without telling his probation officer.

His family is ashamed at his behavior.

Why did a guy from Ohio on probation travel to Mississippi during a hurricane?

Court documents in Ohio showed that the 54-year old white nationalist once pleaded guilty to vandalism, inducing panic and attempted assault.

He was arrested on suspicion of drilling holes into tanks of dangerous chemicals in 2017. The break-in occurred at Cleveland Plating, an electroplating company that the guy once owned. The Cleveland Police and Cuyahoga County prosecutors could not be reached for comment.

The guy traveled over 1,000 miles to Gulfport in the wake of a deadly storm. What the hell was he doing?

Brewsters was doing a live feed on MSNBC from Gulfport.

The man got in Brewster's face before the reporter moved away. The guy was shouting "report accurately."

For what reason, we don't know!

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Black Americans are often subject to attacks from Karens. It's got to stop! We just trying to live our lives in peace and tranquility.
