Media mogul Nick Cannon is going to join fellow entertainers Kelly Clarkson, Drew Barrymore and Tamron Hall in hosting his own talk show.

The 40-year old entertainer is trying to rebuild his image after he was pulled from MTV's roster after his interview with Professor Griff, formerly of Public Enemy.

Debmar-Mercury and Fox Television Stations have committed to a fall launch of the daytime strip fronted by “The Masked Singer” host, an ambitious production that was originally set to premiere last September. But in July Debmar-Mercury postponed the rollout of “Nick Cannon” after comments he made on a podcast about the ancient history of Black people and Jews surfaced and were widely condemned as anti-Semitic.

“It’s been a longtime dream of mine to host my own daytime talk show and that I’m able to do this in New York City, bringing daytime television back to the place that has fostered generations of talent, is very special to me,” Cannon said in a statement. “With this show, we’ll be uniting all aspects of entertainment in a unique way in the very place where a lot of what we know today as our culture started. I couldn’t ask for better partners than Debmar-Mercury and Fox and thank them for supporting me in this endeavor.”

As the controversy raged last year, Cannon apologized and vowed to become better informed on history and why his comments were offensive. The outrage spurred also cost Cannon his deal with MTV to produce and host sketch comedy series “Wild ‘N Out,” his morning radio perch on Los Angeles’ Power 106 and his syndicated radio show.

Cannon spent time last year meeting with prominent rabbis and other Jewish leaders as part of his rehabilitation tour. In September, Cannon resumed his syndicated radio program with Skyview Networks and Meruelo Media, owner of Power 106. With the daytime talk show back on track, Cannon is also expected to soon return to Power 106 and to reach an accord ViacomCBS owner MTV to return to “Wild ‘N Out.”

Ira Bernstein and Mort Marcus, co-presidents of Lionsgate’s Debmar-Mercury, said last year that if Cannon proved to be genuinely contrite and did the work to understand the impact of his words, they would revive what had been an eagerly anticipated entry into the daytime yack pack. Originating from a studio in Harlem, “Nick Cannon” promises to serve up a blend of celebrity interviews, comedy sketches, performances and pop culture dish.

Nick Cannon and Brittany Bell with their new son.

“We, along with our many other strong broadcast partners, are excited to be able to bring Nick’s unique, light-hearted and entertaining style to the daytime audience starting this fall,” Bernstein and Marcus said in a statement.

Cannon’s long history in TV and high-profile gig as host of primetime’s top-rated unscripted series, “The Masked Singer,” made Fox Television Stations eager to grab his daytime talk show when it was first shopped to buyers in 2019. With Fox O&Os on board, it’s likely that “Nick Cannon” will have no trouble re-engaging with other station groups that had been on board for “Nick Cannon” before it was shelved last summer.

Cannon found himself in the crosshairs of Eminem back in 2018. The media mogul had said that Eminem was "Elvis on crack"and said that "Black people don't listen to his type of music." He said that he was hoping to catch Em in Detroit after he dissed him and his former wife, pop singer Mariah Carey.

Cannon felt the sting of Eminem. When Fat Joe and his longtime producer Dre released their album, Em and Mary J. Blige got on the single. Em laid a diss that went hard at Cannon and it reignited the feud.

Cannon launched The Invitation mixtape which targeted Eminem as a Trump supporting racist. Cannon called for Em to appear on Wild 'N Out and address his "Foolish Pride" single in which he dissed Black women.

Cannon got support from Marion "Big Suge" Knight and Raymond "Benzino" Scott in his war against Em.

So far the feud has died down.

The Republicans are going to get a wake up call in 2022 if they don't pull their heads out their asses. They better get use to the new norms.

Former president Donald J. Trump still has a hold on the Republican Party and it could be a huge problem going into the Biden presidency.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris must fight misinformation and extremism from the far-right and far-left. The president must work on repairing the damage his predecessor made during his four years of chaos.

The chaos agents who felt it was their duty to follow their president now face a federal sandwich. No you can't get a pardon. Trump didn't grant the insurrectionists pardons.

Their love for a wannabe dictator has now burned their asses.

This assclown who running around with a camera trying to trigger people might want to lay off the yayo.

The white extremist who is best known for his shock and awe videos on social media is being handed a federal sandwich for his role in the U.S. Capitol chaos.

This cokehead was involved in the U.S. Capitol chaos. Matter of fact, he was spotted in the office of Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) on the goddamn phone.

The white extremist is facing charges that include: Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; Violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

This is the guy who pepper sprayed a guy he was harassing. He has engaged in trying to fight people just for click-bait.

A white extremist so bend on trying to win fame by being an all-out douche, he was too blinded to see that his actions led to the federal sandwich he's getting on the platter.

was photographed as he livestreamed the scene from inside the Capitol with more than 5,100 viewers watching.

Hello, my name is stupid and I just reported I committed a crime.

Authorities in Arizona later stated his trip to Washington, DC, violated the terms of an earlier release agreement after a December arrest for assault, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

The Anchorage Daily News reported the white extremist graduated from Grace Christian School in Anchorage. The Southern Poverty Law Center has noted his participation in other events, including the controversial “Unite the Right” white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia in August 2017.

The white extremist was arrested by federal agents in Houston, according to a law enforcement official who could not speak about the arrest until a criminal complaint was released.

The extremist used the blockchain service DLive to livestream himself inside the Capitol last week.

His mere presence in Washington, DC was a breach of the conditions of his pretrial release on a criminal case in his home state, the Arizona Republic first reported.

On Thursday, an Arizona judge has issued an arrest warrant for the extremist after he violated pretrial release conditions on a local case to go to Washington, DC, and storm the Capitol building.

The extremist was already charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass in Scottsdale City Court after police said he refused to leave a local bar and then pepper-sprayed an employee, the paper reported.

He was released from pretrial detention on the promise he wouldn't leave Arizona without a judge's permission.

Last week, after the extremist made headlines for his presence at the Capitol, a prosecutor filed a petition arguing that he violated his release conditions and a new bail amount should be set.

This extremist is known for holding Neo-Nazi and white supremacist views, supporting Trump, and promoting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories online.

His YouTube channel was banned in October 2020 after he filmed himself harassing people during the COVID-19 pandemic.

He already has state charges. Now this federal sandwich. He could face up to 20 years in federal time out and two years in the iron college if convicted. Violating his in-house by leaving the state without proper authority, criminal damaging and continuing to harass individuals should be a revoking of his in-house.

He might be forced to pay for the medical bills he inflicted on his victims, be banned from participating in political activities, lose his internet access and social media and be prohibited from doing any form of drugs or alcohol.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Former president Donald J. Trump still has a hold on the Republican Party and it could be a huge problem going into the Biden presidency.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris must continue to fight the misinformation in a post-Trump presidency. They must fight against extremism and the grifters of the far-right and far-left.

Far-right agitator is one of the hundreds of individuals arrested in the U.S. Capitol chaos.

The founder of the #WalkAway (from the Democratic Party) is being criminally charged for his role in the deadly insurrection that led to former president Trump's impeachment.

This is the idiot who got his ass banned on American Airlines after bitching about wearing a mask on the flight. He finds himself in a real world of hurt. He thought he can play a stupid game.

Guess what?

He got himself a stupid prize.

This idiot is facing a federal sandwich. It includes: Impeding law enforcement officer during civil disorder; knowingly entering and remaining on restricted grounds without lawful authority and/or engaging in dosorderly conduct within proximity to a restricted building to impede official functions; engage in disorderly conduct with intent to disturb a hearing before Congress

This idiot shared video of himself on the Capitol steps during the riot, the FBI said in arrest-related documents. His voice could be heard yelling on the video, encouraging people to go in and to take a shield away from a U.S. Capitol Police officer, the FBI stated.

At one point, the idiot, wearing the same hat, sunglasses and coat he wore during a videotaped speech for a "Stop the Steal' rally on Jan. 5, turned the camera toward himself and said: "They're using gas. We're being gassed right now," the documents state. The court record also incldues this Twitter comment from the idiot on Jan. 6, captured in a screenshot from tipsters: "Also - be embarrassed & hide if you need to - but I was there. It was not Antifa at the Capitol. It was freedom loving Patriots who were DESPERATE to fight for the final hope of our Republic because literally nobody cares about them. Everyone else can denounce them. I will not.”

So one of the most infamous trolls seeking internet fame found karma.

An idiot who was so blinded in his quest to brainwash Americans into supporting that idiot president found himself facing a federal sandwich.
He chose to #WalkAway from reality.

The idiot is an openly gay far right extremist who pushed conspiracies about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. He claimed he was a huge supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and his first quest for the Democratic nomination.

The self-described “former liberal” and the founder of the “WalkAway Campaign.” The campaign website described the campaign as a "grassroots movement" founded by this idiot in 2018. The website states that the campaign “encourages and supports those on the Left to walk away from the divisive tenets endorsed and mandated by the Democratic Party of today," in part.

More than 125 people have been arrested so far on charges related to the violent insurrection led by supporters of Trump at the Capitol, where a Capitol police officer and four others were killed.

Charges from the riot range from curfew violations to serious federal felonies related to theft and weapons possession.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If convicted, the idiot faces 15 years in federal time out, $250,000 in fines, denied access to the internet, forbidden from engaging I'm political activism and possible payments to those injured by the insurrection.

No you can't get a pardon. Trump did not pardon the insurrectionists.

Dustin Diamond Passed Away!

The former cast member of the teen comedy Saved by The Bell passed away after being diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer.

Dustin Diamond was perhaps best known as the lovable geek Samuel "Screech" Powers in the show.

His manager said the entertainer passed away in hospice at the age of 44.

His manager revealed Diamond's cancer diagnosis last month, but said the former child star was awaiting test results to learn the exact location and nature of the cancer.

A week later, Paul told NBC News that he was battling stage 4 small cell carcinoma, or lung cancer.

Diamond “was diagnosed with this brutal, relentless form of malignant cancer only three weeks ago. In that time, it managed to spread rapidly throughout his system; the only mercy it exhibited was its sharp and swift execution,” said a statement from Paul and Diamond’s longtime management team. “Dustin did not suffer. He did not have to lie submerged in pain. For that, we are grateful.”

Dustin's final days.

Diamond came to fame in the 1990s in the role of Samuel "Screech" Powers on “Saved by the Bell.”

“Dustin Diamond was a character in and of himself: an unpredictable spitfire who always left us shocked, but never left us bored,” Paul said.

He played the role of best friend and sidekick to the show’s decidedly nongeeky main character, Zack Morris, for 13 years on the original show and its spinoffs: “Good Morning, Miss Bliss,” “Saved by the Bell: The New Class” and “Saved By the Bell: The College Years.”

Though most of the show’s original cast returned to a reboot of the sitcom on the Peacock streaming platform, Diamond did not reprise his role. (Peacock is owned by NBCUniversal, the parent company of NBC News.)

Diamond wrote the 2009 book, "Behind the Bell," which portrayed the cast in a less-than-flattering light.
The Saved by The Bell cast pays their respects to Dustin Diamond.

He also made some enemies while appearing on the reality show "Celebrity Fit Club" in which he assumed the role of the villain. He also appeared on other reality shows like “The Weakest Link” and “Celebrity Big Brother,” and had later roles in “Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star” and “American Pie Presents: The Book of Love.”

In 2001, Diamond filed for bankruptcy.

He was also arrested and convicted for his role in a fight at a Wisconsin bar in 2014, in which Diamond stabbed another bar patron in the armpit with a switchblade. He was placed in a work release program after beginning his four-month sentence and was freed a month early for good behavior.

Dustin look unrecognizable.

The statement from Diamond’s managers said they had been working with him for more than 20 years.

“It goes without saying that our relationship cannot be categorized exclusively as business. He has become a larger part of our everyday life: a part of our family and friend circle,” the statement said.

“We are aware that Dustin is not considered reputable by most. He’s had a history of mishaps, of unfortunate events,” the statement continued. "His actions, though rebukable, stemmed from loss and the lack of knowledge on how to process that pain properly.”

"Dustin was a humorous and high-spirited individual whose greatest passion was to make others laugh. He was able to sense and feel other peoples’ emotions to such a length that he was able to feel them too — a strength and a flaw, all in one," the statement said. "We wish you knew him in the way that we did."

Biden's Dinner With Schmucks!

Biden is giving Republicans one last chance to back his coronavirus relief package before he and the Democrats go at it alone.

The Republicans are going to get a wake up call in 2022 if they don't pull their heads out their asses. They better get use to the new norms.

Former president Donald J. Trump still has a hold on the Republican Party and it could be a huge problem going into the Biden presidency.

President Joe Biden unveiled his coronavirus pandemic relief bill and is hoping that Congress quickly pass the $1.9 trillion package. It will offer survival funds to those affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

Biden is hoping to wrangle up some Republican support to aid the Democrats in passing legislation.

It appears the Republicans are resorting to their old hypocritical and shameless ways.

They want to be budget hawks and fiscally conservative again now that a Democrat is in the White House. They want to tell Biden that they'll only support it if there's major concessions and restrictions to the legislation. Two Democrats are signalling they could oppose the bill which is leading to a campaign to force them to hold the line.

It's the same old tired ass shit we've grown accustomed to.

I would love to hear Republicans tell a constituent that they're not giving them relief in the middle of a global pandemic, a hunger crisis, an unemployment crisis, civil unrest and a deadlier weather season.

The insurrection didn't change their minds about extremism.

The 2020 loss of their standard bearer didn't change their minds.

I guess if the Republicans are going to continue to deny a Democratic president a legislative victory, a Supreme Court justice and the messaging war. White nationalist politicians are so wrapped around their guns, bibles and antipathy towards others who don't act like them. They're too blind to see that we're all dying out here.

We're approaching 500,000 Americans dead from the coronavirus. We're heading into a death population as big as of Kansas City, Milwaukee, Baltimore, Portland, Atlanta and Raleigh.

Susan Collins wants to entertain the notion that $1,000 in relief can feed a family.

Biden decides to invite 10 moderate Republicans to the White House to strategize on how he will get his package passed. Led by Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), the Republicans who are willing to work with Biden say that they're hoping that he makes concessions and not force a single party vote.

The move comes as Democrats in Congress this week are taking the procedural steps necessary to pass a relief bill without any Republican support, using a brute-force legislative tactic called budget reconciliation that would allow them to circumvent a GOP filibuster.

And it follows a week in which Republicans were vocal that they felt left out of negotiations on the bill, and the White House was using aggressive pressure tactics to ensure moderate Democrats were on board with their coronavirus plan.

The group of 10 Republicans, which is led by Collins announced a $600 billion plan Sunday. They revealed more details of the plan Monday, including $1,000 per person stimulus checks and $300 per week boosted unemployment benefits through June 30.

"In 2020, Members of the House and Senate and the previous Administration came together on a bipartisan basis five times to direct the resources of the federal government toward combatting the urgent COVID-19 pandemic," the senators said in a letter to the White House. "Each of these laws received the support of members from both political parties."

Susan Collins, Mitt Romney and Lisa Murkowski are urging Biden to not rush legislation through.

They added: "With your support, we believe Congress can once again craft a relief package that will provide meaningful, effective assistance to the American people and set us on a path to recovery."

Biden then invited the Republicans to the White House Monday to discuss their offer and the broader effort for coronavirus relief. The senators in the coalition if paired with all 50 Democrats could provide enough votes to overcome a filibuster by other Republicans. The group also includes Sens. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska; Bill Cassidy of Louisiana; Mitt Romney of Utah; Rob Portman of Ohio; Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia; Todd Young of Indiana; Jerry Moran of Kansas; Mike Rounds of South Dakota; and Thom Tillis of North Carolina.

But the statement from White House press secretary Jen Psaki -- especially when contrasted with the letter from the Senate Republicans -- makes clear there is still a large gulf between Biden and even this group of moderates.

"With the virus posing a grave threat to the country, and economic conditions grim for so many, the need for action is urgent, and the scale of what must be done is large," Psaki said. "As leading economists have said, the danger now is not in doing too much: it is in doing too little. Americans of both parties are looking to their leaders to meet the moment."

Even if Biden and Republicans do come to a compromise somewhere between their respective proposals, it's not clear that plan would be able to round up support from all 50 Senate Democrats, who are pushing for bold and immediate action. Congressional Democrats this week will introduce budget resolutions in each chamber, the first step towards the once-per-fiscal-year parliamentary gambit of budget reconciliation. Using that, they can pass a bill with no GOP support, though it may take weeks.

The White House is doing a messaging war in Joe Manchin's state of West Virginia.

"We are in the midst of a once-in-a-century crisis. It requires a once-in-a-century effort to overcome it," Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said last week. "The dangers of undershooting our response are far greater than overshooting it... So the Senate, as early as next week, will begin the process of considering [a budget resolution, a potential first step to pursuing] a very strong COVID-relief bill."

Schumer said his "preference" for a bill to have bipartisan support" but said, "if our Republican colleagues decide to oppose this urgent and necessary legislation, we will have to move forward without them."

Schumer's office did not respond to a request for comment from Fox News on Sunday night asking his thoughts on the moderate Republicans' plan or if there are any dealbreaker priorities that must be included in a compromise bill for Schumer to support it.

Meanwhile, it's not clear that Democrats could get Biden's plan through the Senate if they used reconciliation. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), a moderate whose power increased significantly when the Senate reached a 50-50 party split, essentially giving him a veto on any Democratic bill, has expressed skepticism of the $1.9 trillion Biden plan.

Manchin organized a call last week on which a bipartisan group of senators specifically raised questions about the need for $1,400 stimulus checks for wealthy Americans, which is included in Biden's plan.

The White House is mounting a campaign to pressure Kyrsten Sinema to support relief.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), is another moderate who Democrats are not sure they can count on as a vote for Biden's stimulus plan. She and Manchin were the two Democrats who doubled-down their support of a filibuster last week, handing Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), a win in his effort to preserve the minority protection in the Senate amid Democratic calls to scrap it.

Perhaps most telling about Sinema's and Manchin's perceived stances on coronavirus relief is that Vice President Kamala Harris last week did interviews with local television stations in both Arizona and West Virginia, emphasizing the need to quickly pass a coronavirus relief package.

"[Biden's 'American Rescue Plan' is] about opening schools back up in a safe way, it’s about getting support for small businesses, getting relief for families. So many people have been unemployed for almost a year at this point," Harris said in an interview with WSAZ, a station in the Huntington/Charleston, West Virginia market. "The president and I feel very strongly that these are the moments when we are facing a crisis of unbelievable proportion [and] that the American people deserve their leaders to step up and stand up for them."

Notably, the White House did not give Manchin a heads up that Harris would be taking her case directly to his constituents.

"I saw [the interview], I couldn’t believe it. No one called me [about it]," Manchin later told WSAZ. "We’re going to try to find a bipartisan pathway forward, but we need to work together. That’s not a way of working together."

Schumer warns that they'll go alone if Republicans try to block COVID-19 relief.

Manchin's office did not respond to a request for comment from Fox News on Sunday night.

Smart move from the White House. Go directly into West Virginia and Arizona ahead of Manchin, Capito-Moore and Sinema. Make the pressure to pass legislation fall on them.

Manchin who is up for reelection in 2022 has no choice. He's got nothing to lose.

Does Joe Manchin want to be responsible for telling West Virginians that he can't do nothing for them if they lose their homes, their jobs and their family members to a deadly pandemic? Does this white southern Democrat want to say to his Black constituents in Parkersburg, Charleston, Huntington, Beckley, Wheeling and Bluefield that there's nothing he can do about police reform? Does he want to tell constituents that he would doesn't want solar and green jobs in West Virginia? I mean coal mining is not as big as it was back in the 20th Century. With investors moving towards eco-friendly energy, does this white southern Democrat want to continue to promise coal jobs when he knows they're not coming back?

Does Kyrsten Sinema want to be responsible for telling Arizonans that she can't do nothing to help those who are discriminated because they're LGBTQ? Does she want to tell Hispanics/Latinos and immigrants which makes a large base of the state's population that a lily white bisexual senator can't help them become a part of the American dream? Does a lily white bisexual senator want to tell her Black constituents that just because she seen Black Lives Matter protests in her city of Phoenix, she can't do nothing about police reform? Does she want to tell Arizonans that losing your homes, your jobs and your family members to a deadly pandemic is just politics? Does this lily white bisexual senator want to tell the people of Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe, Tuscon, Flagstaff, Yuma, Nogales and the many reservations that she is an ineffective lawmaker?

BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED!

As usual, we continue the "What Happened To.....?" series on Journal de La Reyna. I am very concerned that our lives are in grave danger. Just because we gotten past the past four years of a divisive president, doesn't mean we're out of the woods.

The impact is felt. We have a mission to make sure that the current president lives up to the promises he said he will do for the Black community.

No conservatives, you don't get to say Blue Lives Matter.

You don't support police reform nor accountability. You support moving on. We're tired of moving on to the next tragedy. This shit needs to stop now.

The Republican Party talks a mean game about being the "party of law & order" but in reality, they want to enforce law on the oppressed.

Republicans cater to dirty cops, crooked politicians, crooked religious leaders, white nationalists, anti-government extremists, Karens and conspiracy nuts.

Every time a person of color is shot and killed by law enforcement, their names become hashtags and we continue to call for accountability and justice. Often we never get justice because of zealous prosecutors who are in the bed with the police.

The conservatives often want to bring up Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis and Detroit as their counterpoint to gun violence and the need for Black people to hold ourselves accountable. They often try to scapegoat Democrats to the nation's woes.

Given that the Democratic Party is the party that put two people of color in higher office, the far-right will utilize this as a rally call to extremists. In turn we get more white nationalists like Marjorie Taylor Greene, Jim Jordan, Lauren Boebart, Beth Van Duyne, Ron Johnson, Matt Gaetz, Tommy Tuberville, Marsha Blackburn, Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy and Louie Gohmert.

The calls for police reform, accountability and unity will grow louder.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have dozens of issues to handle.

So here's we are. A young teen is body slammed to the ground by a school resource officer in Florida.

It's coming up to the two year anniversary of the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas mass shooting. Did you know that the school resource officer did take action when a white extremist shot and killed 17 Americans. He ended up being caught without a bullet fired.

He awaits a trial where his charges carry LIFE or DEATH. This terrorist's actions led to the March for Lives movement which continues to pressure lawmakers to sever ties to the gun lobby. It was effective. The National Rifle Association filed for bankruptcy and is struggling to find a place where it could run as a charitable organization.

Things are changing post-Parkland.

But in Osceola County, Florida, things are the same. A county deputy who is the school resource officer and a trouble student. The troubled student disobeys the officer and the officer uses tactics that often are used on adults.

And thank god for cameras. Because often times, cops lie about the encounter with the public. They often are using the "split decision" and "fear for my life" excuses as a way to convince the public to believe them and not the victim.

Florida school resource office body slams a teen to the ground.

These cameras are hopefully going to change the way policing happens in the United States.

So Benjamin Crump, famed civil rights attorney who is involved in the George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmed Arbery, Philando Castile, Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown incidents is involved in the brutal assault of Taylor Bracey.

Taylor attended Liberty High School and was the teen seen on camera being slammed to ground by deputy Ethan Fournier.

Crump is calling for an investigation which leads to a termination and criminal charges against dirty cop.

"The person who's supposed to protect her is the person who brutalized her," attorney Crump said. "This is an issue especially in the African-American community because oftentimes we see them using this excessive use of force with our children."

Taylor is a junior in the school and her mother is dismissing the possible smear campaign rolling her way.

"She very traumatized at the moment," said Jamesha Bracey. She said Taylor is suffering from headaches, blurry vision and memory loss since the incident. "(We're) just angry and want justice to be served."

As seen in the video, other students were shocked as Taylor's head audibly hit the concrete floor. The deputy is then seen pulling her hands behind her back and handcuffing her.

Taylor's mother said that she was unconscious and doesn't remember hitting the ground.

She said that the school staff was reluctant to tell her what happened. She doesn't believe she would have gotten a full account if other students had not recorded the altercation.

"Why did you do that to my daughter?" she said. "She's a very sweet girl, she loves to journal....She's a good kid."

The sheriff, Marcos Lopez said that an investigation is on the way. He said that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement will take on the matter. He said that the deputy has no record of misconduct.

"From my understanding, it was a disruption of a school function," Lopez said. "The student was not complying with lawful commands. She went after another student."

The family disputes the claims.

"There was never a fight," Crump said. "There was a verbal altercation. Taylor never touched anybody and then this police officer does what we see on that video."

The deputy is in the freezer. He went ahead got his union representatives and lawyer saying that he's the victim and the student was the instigator.

His attorney, David Bigney said in a statement that "school resource officers never want to be put in a situation where they have to use force on a student. Unfortunately sometimes a situation rises to the level where force is justified and necessary."

Taylor Bracey is traumatized by the encounter.

"When a video like this comes out which shows only a small portion of the story, the media and the public tend to jump to the conclusion that the use of force was excessive without knowing what led to the use of force. the use of force in this case was in fact justified."

Okay, so what if she ended up breaking her neck or severing her spine?

She ends up paralyzed by the encounter, what are you going to say Mr. Lawyer?

"Well the video shows that she was fine when she hit the concrete floor."

I am so tired of this "I fear for my life" excuse. You have no business being a cop if you fear for your life. The cops don't have a shield that gives them a right to brutalize members of the public.

His job is to protect and serve. If the teens were involved in the altercation and they took a swing at the cop, then the use of force is justified. But as a school resource officer, he should know that this stuff is so high school. There could have been other ways to solve disputes.

I mean for Pete's sake, they probably go through metal detectors and have to be searched for weapons while on the school campus. And to think the suburban schools and U.S. Capitol were going without this for years.

Now that the U.S. Capitol has metal detectors and searches of lawmakers carry ons, the Republicans go bonkers. Well I wonder how they manage to get through a federal court building or board an airliner?

Anyway, would you want this done to your child?

The Republican Party talks a mean game about being the "party of law & order" but in reality, they want to enforce law on the oppressed.

Republicans cater to dirty cops, crooked politicians, crooked religious leaders, white nationalists, anti-government extremists, Karens and conspiracy nuts.

Every time a person of color is shot and killed by law enforcement, their names become hashtags and we continue to call for accountability and justice. Often we never get justice because of zealous prosecutors who are in the bed with the police.

The conservatives often want to bring up Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis and Detroit as their counterpoint to police brutality, gun violence and the need for Black people to hold ourselves accountable. We already hold ourselves accountable.

Why don't you hold yourselves accountable for the actions you've done?

Didn't Rochester, New York already face heat for the death of Daniel Prude?

The cops put a noose (or I meant) a spit hood over him and let him suffocate.

Two cops handcuff and pepper spray a 9-year old Black girl.

Now the same police force of upstate New York is now engaged in another brutal incident where a person of color is physically abused by them.

The Rochester Police released the body camera footage of an incident on Friday where two cops sprayed pepper spray in the face of a 9-year old girl.

The department released two videos that show the cops spraying the irritant in the face of the girl.

Police Chief Cynthia Herriott-Sullivan identified the use of force as pepper spray.

The video shows officers handcuffing the young girl, attempting to place her in a police cruiser and using the spray on the face after she repeatedly called for her father and refused to put her feet in the cruiser.

Embattled mayor Lovely Warren said she was concerned for the 9-year old who "was harmed during this incident" and that it was "clear from the video we need to do more in support of our children and families."

"I have a 10-year old child, so she's a child," Warren said. "She's a baby. this video, as a mother, is not anything you want to see."

"This is not something that any of us should want to justify, can justify, and it's something we have to change," Warren added.

Nine cops responded to a "family trouble" in which the girl "indicated she wanted to kill herself and she wanted to kill her mom," Deputy Police Chief Andre Anderson said during the briefing.

Wouldn't that be a case for children services or mental health and abused children specialists.

The girl ran away from home, and an officer chased and caught up with here. One video shows an officer asking, "What's going on? How can I help?" Footage also shows the girl and her mother arguing before her mother gets into a dispute with a car that slowed down to watch the situation.

Embattled mayor Lovely Warren said that she's a mother and that was appalling.

Officers then attempted to get the girl into the vehicle for several minutes as the girl refused, calling for her father, struggling at one point kicking an officer's body camera off, he said. After several minutes of the girl crying and resisting, an officer can be heard in the video saying, "Just spray her at this point" as he closes the door.

The girl was taken to a local hospital and then released to the custody of her family.

Police officials during the presser declined to defend the officers' actions.

"I'm not going to stand here and tell you that for a 9-year old to have to be pepper-sprayed is OK," Herriott-Sullivan said. "It's not. I don't see that as who we are as a department, and we're going to do the work we have to do to ensure that these kind of things don't happen."

The Rochester Police said that officers used non-lethal restraint and it was required for this situation.

Okay, so I want to understand.... If the girl was allergic or having possible pre-existing conditions like asthma, she could die from a pepper spray to the nose and eyes.

They believe that it was "justified" and the girl was belligerent when she kicked an officer's body camera off.

The city still trying to regain its footing after unrest in the aftermath of the video release of Daniel Prude.

The city is trying to launch a Person in Crisis Team which is designed to handle mental health and substance crises, but Warren said it would not have responded to Friday's situation because it involved "a number of events happening at the same time that required a police response."

Benjamin Crump, famed civil rights attorney who is involved in the George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmed Arbery, Philando Castile, Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown incidents is involved in this matter.

I believe he is involved in the death of Prude as well.

Georgia Cops 👮 Calls Keisha Lance Bottoms A Dirty N****r B***h!

Two Georgia cops off the beat. The police chief and a patrolman were calling Black Lives Matter protesters racial slurs. One made a sexist comment towards Atlanta mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms.

BLACK LIVES MATTER

PROTECT BLACK WOMEN!

WEAR A DAMN MASK! SAVE A LIFE!

HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE NOW!

GOOGLE'S BLOGGER IS TRASH!

BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED!

The cop who killed Rayshard Brooks is facing a murder trial.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have dozens of issues to handle.

A global pandemic that is closing in on 500,000 Americans dead.

Civil unrest from far-right extremists.

Protests from antifa and Black Lives Matter.

Foreign meddling from Russia.

War drums from Israel, Iran, North Korea, Yemen, Syria and Afghanistan.

Unemployment that took the accomplishments of Barack Obama and Donald J. Trump combined.

A partisan Congress that continues to stall legislation and play gotcha politics.

A rumor mill that keeps churning conspiracies about Biden, Harris, Democrats and the junk food media being unfair to Republicans and conservatives.

And of course, gun violence in the United States.

Each crisis has a cause and effect. When something is done, we're expected the results of it. And surely, America will needs better footing when it comes to accountability.

So in Hamilton, Georgia, a police chief and an officer are out of jobs. The police chief resigned and the cop was fired out the cannon after it was revealed they uttered racial slurs about Black suspects and Atlanta's African American mayor, Keisha Lance Bottoms.

ABC News reports that former chief Gene Allmond and former patrolman John Brooks were stripped of their badges.

The two were engaging in degrading a Black Lives Matter protest.

The assistant to Hamilton mayor Julie Brown said the cannon firings were swift.

Atlanta mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms vows to change the way police encounter citizens in her city.

Both cops were seen wearing their body cameras at the protest in Hamilton in June 2020, shortly after the global protests in the wake of George Floyd's murder.

In the video which was made public, a man speaking off-camera and a man on-camera make several comments with racial slurs and explicit language.

The off-camera speaker presumably makes reference to the June 2020 fatal police shooting of 27-year old Rayshard Brooks, who was shot at a Wendy's in Atlanta. The cop claims he allegedly grabbed the cop's Taser. After the struggle, the cop shot Brooks and he died at the scene.

The incident led to unrest. The shooting forced Ericka Shields as Atlanta Police chief and they criminally charge the dirty cop Garrett Rolfe. He was fired out the cannon.

Rolfe's step-mom posed with Greene in 2020.

Brown said that "the mayor and city council acted quickly to remove the Chief and the patrolman after viewing the video for the first time."

It was disgusting," Hamilton Mayor Pro-Tem Ransom Farley told ABC News. "The fact they were on duty ... when we found out they were terminated in an hour-and-a-half time," he said.

"I thank God, we caught it," Farley said. "When you're a police officer and you have that type of frame of mind .... how can you protect and serve?

The two cops were not available to give remarks to ABC News.
