Dayton Police shoot and kill a fleeing suspect. They are saying the suspect had a lengthy rap sheet in order to justify his death.

Comedian Dave Chappelle is coming to Dayton for a hometown performance. He is planning on hosting a block party in solidarity of the mass shooting that happened in early August. Kanye West and others are scheduled to perform.

Wondering if the celebrities will address police shootings of unarmed people of color and the mass shootings across the country?

Will they address the need for gun control or gun reform laws?

One man won't be able to enjoy the event. He will be buried.

Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers won't heal the wounded or bring back the dead. It's just meaningless platitudes and I am getting sick and tired of folks posting on social media saying they have their condolences for those killed by gun violence.

Why we keep doing this?

Gun rights are basically white supremacy. Because every time a person of color is killed by firearms, you see the far-right troll online justifying their deaths.

• He ran from the police.
• He shot at the police.
• He failed to comply.
• He had a criminal history.
• It's the fault of Barack Obama, Colin Kaepernick, Al Sharpton or Black Lives Matter.
• If they would have fathers in their lives.
• Back the blue.
• He shouldn't had that on him in the first place.

Dayton Police once again use deadly force. They shoot an unarmed man after the cop made the claim he tried to grab his Taser. The cop didn't have a body camera on him and it's his word against a dead body.

Guess what the junk food media is believing?

Michael Tuck was a passenger in a vehicle of three. The Dayton Police decided to run plates and saw that the vehicle was cruising through alleys. So they decided to pull the vehicle over.

They call the Dayton mass shooter a mentally ill man. But in the latest police shooting the victim who a cop shot and killed is a guy who had a lengthy record.

Police shootings are "Black and White."

When a Black person is killed by the law, the junk food media wants to detail the history of the victim. I mean couldn't the victim be a father, son, active member of the community or just a human being?

Whenever they describe the cop, they often try to give a glowing profile of the cop and never his disciplinary.

I mean this shit is annoying as fuck. The way the junk food media covers police shootings is pathetic.

The Dayton Police detail the shooting. They claim that the 29-year old Tuck struggled with the cop after he deployed the Taser. The shooting followed a traffic stop and a 2-block foot chase.

The cop identified as Cody Hartings fired three shots at Tuck. Some of those shots hit him. He would soon die en route to the local hospital. The cop is in the freezer pending an investigation to see if the shooting was justified.

The law are looking for two other individuals who were inside the vehicle.

They showed that the vehicle had a loaded handgun and marijuana in it. Okay, it's legal in Ohio to carry a firearm if you're a concealed carry. In Ohio, it's open carry. Regardless, they don't know who's gun it is.

Police chief Richard Biehl and Dayton mayor Nan Whaley address the mass shooting. They now address the police shooting killing a fleeing suspect. Biehl faced a near cannon firing after he lost his firearm. He left an open firearm in his car and someone lifted it.

Second they claim a few grams of weed were found. Okay, so that's it.

The cop was on the force for at least three years. Still a rookie with no real life experience.

The traffic stop was conducted by erratic driving and possible illegal window tinting. Okay, they were allegedly profiling the vehicle and found a bullshit excuse to justify a pullover.

Mind you that window tinting is minor offense. But due to cops being the "probable cause" types, they wanted to make a quota.

The cruiser camera shows a vehicle fleeing. A body camera would been way better to determine if the suspect was actually trying to attack a cop.

Nonetheless, a cop's word is going to be believed despite no body camera. A justified pullover, huh?

WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS.

It burns me up to see how these trolls on the far-white react to these senseless gun tragedies. They often say that the gun isn't the problem when a white mass shooter kills. The gun is the problem when Blacks, Latinos, immigrants and Muslims get a hold of a firearm.

These trolls are ignorant. They can be ignorant all they want. This is America.

I couldn't find any pictures of Michael Tuck. The junk food media only has a mugshot representing him.

This country is more polarized, less religious, less educated, less motivated, highly overweight, and bloodthirsty. We hide behind platitudes and run on narratives about who's more right than factual.

We are driven to discourse by the junk food media and social media. I cannot stop it. I am not in the business to stop it. However, I do have control over how I read things on this blog. I have semi-control over what is posted on this blog. I am not planning on changing my views on Trump no time soon.

I really believe Trump and his allies are destined for failure. With that failure, comes the aftermath. We all fail if Trump continues to reign his bigotry and Republican keep control of the U.S. Congress.

Americans could reelect Trump. After all, Republicans are ramming through laws that make it harder to vote. They are passing weak gun laws that make it possible for individuals to possess firearms to kill people of color and law enforcement. The Republicans are trying to pass laws that restrict women from have termination. But once they have a child, the Republicans want to strip the safety net so no single mother can get food and housing for their family. Republicans are stripping migrants children from their parents. Given that the feds raided Mississippi food processing plants and hotels, you can imagine parents being held in custody while their children are fearing life or death without them.

Gun violence is problem. We keep hearing these idiots often tell us "we're not going to like" their remarks on gun violence. Fuck this shit. I don't need to read your bullshit. I don't care about the bullshit you write.

We will not waste our time worrying about you or those who think like you.

In September, Fox News will have the former press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on as a contributor and political analysis.

Only a few months after being let go from the White House, Sanders has signed on to the far-white network. The network is the propaganda arm of the Donald J. Trump and the Republican Party.

It also reinforces the strong bond between Trump and the far-white network's most prominent hosts.

In her new role according to the New York Times, Sanders will take on political analysis and offer her thoughts on the 2020 presidential election across Fox News, Fox Business and Fox News Sunday on syndicated markets. She will be a part of the digital platform of Fox Nation and Fox News Radio network.

Trump has often hired the "best people" only for them to return back to the cesspool they've came from. Take Bill Shine, the former co-president of Fox News. He was fired out the cannon after he was accused of enabling or participating in sexual harassment. He was the cover for Roger Ailes, the late CEO and obnoxious pervert of Fox News.

He was the White House Communication Director only months after former Fox News commentator Anthony Scaramucci was fired out the cannon. Huckabee Sanders was the deputy press secretary at the time when Sean Spicer was the press secretary.

Spicer was fired out the cannon. He was hired on as a commentator for Fox News and later Sinclair Broadcasting. He will be a contestant on Dancing with the Stars.

Former Fox News contributor Heather Nauert was then press secretary for the State Department. She was going to be the United Nations ambassador. That's until a scandal arose involving her using illegal immigrants as personal slaves.

Hope Hicks came in before Scaramucci. She was then the communication director for the White House. She left the White House and then became a general operator at Fox Corp.

Sanders is the most visible and most controversial of the press secretaries. She never held daily briefings during her two years. She rarely even held a presser with Trump present.

Sanders went on behalf of Trump and Mike Pence at the White House Correspondent's Dinner in 2018. She was ridiculed by Michelle Wolf and the far-white went bananas over the harsh jokes.

Sanders is the daughter of that butt hurt Mike Huckabee. The former presidential candidate of 2008 and 2016 has been a Fox News contributor and host of a TBN program.

He was the former governor of Arkansas. At one time, he was considered a rational conservative.

Now he is annoying piece of shit.

His daughter is a piece of shit as well.

Just in case you didn't get the word, CNN hired former deputy FBI chief Andrew McCabe.

McCabe was fired out the cannon after he allegedly lied to the Inspector General about information regarding James Comey's memo. The memo detailed that Trump wanted absolute loyalty and the FBI to drop the case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

The right is blasting CNN for hiring him. Guess nobody wants any former Trump officials!

Seth Moulton Saw The Writing On The Wall!

Seth Moulton ends his bid for president.

The herd is thinning.

The Massachusetts congressman whose long-shot bid for the Democratic nomination for president is apparently over. Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) is telling his campaign team that he's about to suspend his campaign.

Moulton didn't have an opportunity to be on stage during the two debates. He still doesn't have enough funds or polling to make it to the third debate.

Moulton a combat veteran and a moderate warned the Democrats that if you don't pick Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and former vice president Joe Biden, the Democrats are going to lose.

He said that no matter who the nominee is, he will be "campaigning [his] ass off for the party's nominee next year."

"I will continue to fight for a new generation of leadership in our party and our country," Moulton said in his campaign closing statements.

He will seek a fourth term as the U.S. Representative of Massachusetts. He does face a primary challenger from the left. Lisa Peterson is hoping to defeat Moulton who is considered to conservative for Massachusetts.

Moulton joins Jay Inslee, John Hickenlooper, Eric Swalwell and Mike Gravel as the latest member of the largest fied of Democratic candidates dropping out the race. Many of the other candidates who are still running are either polling way below the threshold or not getting the name recognition most others are getting.

I just don't feel like Biden, Sanders and Warren will inspire me to vote in 2020. Given that anyone is better than Donald J. Trump, those three are from the states that gave us Howard Dean, John Kerry and of course Joe Biden in the first and second presidential tries.

If you want to light up a base, you need a candidate who has the appeal to diversify the base.

Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Julian Castro, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Beto O'Rourke, Andrew Yang and Pete Buttigieg will be the only hope for the Democratic Party.

The next debate will come in September in Houston at the Texas Southern University.

ABC News and Univision will partner in this debate. George Stephanopoulos, David Muir, Linsey Davis and Jorge Ramos will be the debate moderators.

David Koch Passed Away!

Billionaire David Koch passed away.

The billionaire philanthropist and conservative activist David Koch has passed away. The family issued a personal statement on the passing.

"It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my brother David," Charles Koch said in a statement on Friday. "Anyone who worked with David surely experienced his giant personality and passion for life."

Koch Industries which was headed by David and Charles Koch. David stepped down last year after announcing he was experience a mild illness. The Koch Industries is a Kansas based energy and chemical corporation.

Charles continues to be the CEO and chairman of the company.

The Koch brothers were vilified by progressives. As the far-white and conservative agitators vilified George Soros, the left often associated divisive politics with the Koch brothers.

Charles wrote that his brother was the "nicest guy" you've ever met. He and David's wife Julia wrote a statement announcing his passing.

The brothers are the 11th richest in the world in a ranking by Forbes.

David Koch is considered more libertarian-leaning than his brother. He often donated to Republican and Democratic candidates in campaigns.

David was a political candidate himself. He ran as the Libertarian Party's vice presidential candidate in 1980. He was the running mate of Ed Clark and the two won 1 percent of the vote.

Koch, a prostate cancer survivor, donated hundreds of millions of dollars to medical research. He was a huge supporter of the arts in New York City, notably by donating to the Lincoln Center and a $65 million donation to renovate the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

NBC News also acknowledged that David leaves behind his wife, Julia and three children.

"While we mourn the loss of our hero, we remember his iconic laughter, insatiable curiosity, and gentle heart. His stories of childhood adventures enlivened our family dinners; his endless knowledge rendered him our 'walking Google.' His sensitive heart had him shed a tear at the beauty of his daughter's ballet, and beem with pride when his son beat him at chest. We will miss the fifth link in our family," said Julia Koch in a statement on behalf of the family.

The Koch brothers were divided on how to deal with a billionaire they loathed. They actually hated Donald J. Trump. They thought he was not prepared for the task of being president.

They warned him that his brashness could cause global chaos.

The Koch Brothers were the founders of the special interest SuperPac Americans for Prosperity.

The SuperPac was responsible for pouring in millions to help Republicans retain control of the Congress in 2010, 2014 and 2016. The Republicans so far rely on the Koch brothers to help them succeed in winning elections.

Conservatives are dropping like flies.

Jay Inslee Out Of Green!

Washington governor Jay Inslee out of the running.

Washington governor Jay Inslee is no longer in the running for president.

On Rachel Maddow, he told the progressive agitator he is no longer seeking the Democratic nomination for president. He will focus on winning reelection for governor of Washington.

Inslee ran on the notion that American need to focus on climate change.

"It's become clear that I'm not going to bec arrying the ball. I'm not going to be the president, so I'm withdrawing tonight from the race. I've been fighting climate change for 25 years, and I've never been so confident of the ability of America now to reach critical mass to move the ball."

Inslee sent an email to all his supporters that he will suspend his campaign and focus on running for a third term as the governor of The Evergreen State.

"I want to continue to stand with you in opposing Donald Trump and rejecting his hurtful and divisive agenda, while strengthening and enhancing Washington state's role as a progressive beacon for the nation," he wrote in the email.

Inslee put down a 10-year plan on how to move the country forward to clean energy.

Inslee hasn't endorsed a candidate yet.

Inslee did make the cut on fundraising. However, he didn't make the threshold on polls. He wasn't polling about the mandatory 2.5%.

He would be the fourth or fifth candidate out the race. Other candidates who dropped out included:

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA). He will run for reelection in California.

Former governor John Hickenlooper of Colorado. He will run for the U.S. Senate against Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO).

Former Alaskan senator Mike Gravel. He endorsed Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) after he dropped out.

If the Democrats do win the White House, they speculate that Inslee would make a perfect candidate for the Department of Interior.

Markeis McGlockton's Killer Keeps Playing Dumb On Murder!

The white shooter believes he was in the right.

Last year, a white man shot and killed Markeis McGlockton outside a Clearwater store.

This white man claims that he is using the Florida "Stand Your Ground" defense.

Last year, this asshole claimed he used deadly force to protect himself from McGlockton. An incident that was started over a fucking parking space.

Being an entitled white guy, the man would see McGlockton's girlfriend parked in a handicap spot at the local convenience store. He would exit his vehicle and wanted to confront the woman.

He claims that his family members were disabled and it always riled him up when he saw a person in an illegal parking spot.

Well he would confront the young woman and start yelling at her and harassing her. McGlockton who was inside the store with his son heard the commotion would exit the store.

He would shove the asshole to the ground telling him to leave his girl alone.

"Get away from my girl," said McGlockton as he shoved the asshole.

Britany Jacobs mourns with her son craddled in her arms.

Well that asshole decided to reach into his pocket and pull out his firearm.

He shot McGlockton twice. Once in the arm and once in the chest. McGlockton flees into the store and collapses in front of his son and a handful of witnesses.

The law came to the scene. The medics took the young man to the hospital where he would die of his injuries. The law would immediately pick up the asshole and brought him to the county lockup for questioning.

Somehow, the asshole managed to give the detectives a story of how he was the victim of the whole ordeal. He said that he was defending himself from that big scary Black guy. The Pinellas County sheriff decided that was good enough for him to be released. See the asshole had a legal conceal carry permit and said that he felt threatened by the group of people who watched him get shoved to the ground.

That drew outrage.

How can the instigator manage to get away with murder?

So the pressure was on for the Florida state attorney to take charge of the matter. They reviewed the video footage and determined that criminal charges are enough to be issued.

So in August of last year, the state decided to charge this asshole with manslaughter and discharging a firearm with reckless intent. Now we're a year in and the trial is about to be set.

The girlfriend, Britany Jacobs finally spoke to the junk food media. She is still shaken by the ordeal.

She believes that the shooter (Michael Drejka) should have left her and her family alone. She believes that his bias against Black people may have contributed to this whole ordeal.

"I just wanted this man to leave me alone," she said. "Leave me and my babies alone."

She said she told the shooter: "Do you want me to get my man?"

Prosecutors are saying that the shooter instigated an incident that should have been left alone.

The defense said that just because he instigated the incident doesn't make him guilty of defending himself. He was just watching out for his community they defend. He wasn't aware of the victim being the woman's boyfriend. He's not a racist.

This trial could go on for a least a month. The charges itself could put this asshole in the iron college for 40 years. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The white shooter on his knees decided to shot first question last.

This comes similar to the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin controversy. The Stand Your Ground law is a pathetic way for white men to kill people of color when they're dishonored. This didn't work on the shooter of Jordan Davis. While the shooter didn't get murder handed down on him, the shooter managed to get a handful of involuntary homicide charges and handed a lengthy bid.

The mother of Jordan Davis, Lucy McBath managed to become a spokeswoman for Mom's Demand Action. She would later move to Atlanta and run for Congress. She would end up becoming a Democratic lawmaker and one of the few. Now she and many lawmakers are calling for new gun reform laws in the wake of the El Paso and Dayton mass shootings.

Maybe Florida needs to look at their stupid gun laws.

The Feds bust a "LOVE" scam in Los Angeles. Nigerian nationals participated in an online fraud scheme that goes outside U.S. borders.

Okay, how many people were fooled by online relationships?

Thousands if not millions. There are folks willing to find online and they'll end up meet that "someone" who needs a little help in their rent. They'll need a little help every step of the way.

Until they clean your wallet out.

There were 80 individuals were arrested in the largest online fraud scheme in the country.

Nigerian nationals are facing a federal sandwich. The U.S. Justice Department has indicted dozens of individuals accused of involvement in a massive business email scam and money laundering scheme.

Thom Mrozek, a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorneys Office for the Central District of California, confirmed more than a dozen individuals had been arrested during raids issued on Thursday.

This happened in the Los Angeles metro area and it could go further in country.

The indictment unsealed Thursday named 80 people who are charged with conspiracy to commit mail and bank fraud, as well as aggravated identity theft and money laundering.

Most of these people alleged to be involved in the scheme are based in Nigeria.

Those arrested will be sent to federal time out for a handful of years and then sent back to Nigeria.

U.S. Attorney Nicola Hanna said that this case was a part of an ongoing effort to protect citizens and businesses from email scams.

Two of the top crime lords, Chukwudi Igbokwe, 38 and Valentine Iro, 31 were accused of running the operation. They were brokers of fraudulent bank accounts, phony profiles and honey trap scams.

Nigerian nationals masqueraded as online loves.

The two men will be heading to federal court soon and those associated with them will face criminal charges as well.

The charges could carry up to 30 years in federal time out. The individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

• Claims to be from the U.S. and is traveling or working overseas;
• Makes plans to visit you but is then unable to do so because of a tragic event; or
• Asks for money for a variety of reasons (travel, medical emergencies, hotel bills, hospitals bills for child or other relative, visas or other official documents, losses from a financial setback or crime victimization).

One way to steer clear of these criminals all together is to stick to online dating websites with nationally known reputations.
