Kansas City restaurant threatened to call the police on a woman who wanted to pay cash for her food instead of using a credit card. Xzaviera Vaqua recorded a White server throw her out of the restaurant.
Tomfooleries Restaurant faced a backlash after one of its servers deliberately denied a customer the right to make an order. The server told her to pay for her order before he would serve her.
"I honestly feel like I was discriminated against and racially profiled," said Xzaviera Vaqua, told the junk food media.
The co-owner of Tomfooleries of Kansas City said that the server named Preston was fired out the cannon.
Vaqua told the server that she doesn't feel comfortable handing over her credit card as she impatiently taps the top of a dining table with her fingernails.
According to Vaqua's Facebook page, a server informed her that she was unsure of the restaurant policy concerning upfront payments.
According to Vaqua, the waitress said she needed to ask her manager. Vaqua began recording on her cell phone as soon as the manager approached her table.
"It immediately went wrong," she said of the encounter.
Tomfooleries is facing a backlash for allowing a server treat a customer like shit.
In the video, you can hear Vaqua questioning why she can't pay with cash up front.
"You know what, we're done. Go ahead and go," the manager, who identifies himself as Preston, says to her.
When Vaqua goes on to ask why she has to leave, the manager uses curse words, saying he doesn't have to explain anything to her.
She eventually left Tomfooleries.
"Nobody should feel that way. I felt horrible. I was disrespected. I was embarrassed. I couldn't believe I got treated like that," Vaqua said of the incident.
In a phone call Sunday night, Tomfooleries owner Barton Bloom said, "the problem has been taken care of."
Vaqua said the owner called her and said the manager in the video has been fired.

He was caught in Los Angeles after he accused of strangling and blundering Samantha Stewart inside her Queens home. Cops said this was a sexual predator who hunted his victims through social dating apps like Tinder, Badoo and POF.
It was said that he knocked her teeth out and tortured her. He was not even concerned about the date, he just wanted to satisfy a sexual fetish.
"I will fly over there and volunteer to take him out the cell," said Kenneth Stewart, Samantha's father who is grieving and is enraged about this. "A monster, pure evil ... This monster gets out and has the nerve to fly to L.A. to commit another crime, to destroy another family."
He may have 10 or more victims. It's so far confirmed six victims were murdered.

When they were doing a search through the U.S. Marshals, they found that he fled to California.
He was caught with a woman who he held against her will.
"[The LAPD] practically saved her life," Shea said.
"[If] you look at his history, he has ties to Brooklyn, but he has a lot of connections out of New York City."
This terrorist is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The charges alone carry LIFE in the iron college. But if California extradites him for the alleged rape, kidnapping and sodomy of the victim, he could face the DEATH card.

Black man was gunned down after Toledo Police chased him.
Tensions are rising in Toledo, Ohio.
The Toledo Police shot and killed a 25 year old man they accused of pointing a weapon at them. It all started from a chase that lead to the deadly confrontation.
According to the cops, Lamar Richardson was accused of being involved in an armed robbery of a couple of carryouts. Chief George Kral said that Richardson fits that description was named in several Crimestoppers tips.
Kral said a SWAT team was following Richardson to see if he was going to commit a criminal act and stop him before he committed the act.
The chief said that a broadcast came in for a stolen car from the area. The Toledo Police would spot the vehicle and identify the suspect as Richardson. After a short police chase, the vehicle eluded the law.
Richardson was soon spotted on a bicycle. After a short foot chase, Richardson turned and reached for a gun which prompt the police to fire upon the suspect. The cop is seen on dash camera kicking the S&W 9mm pistol away from the suspect.
After the shooting, an angry crowd gathered and the police called a "Signal 99" to dispatch more officers to get the crowd to leave.
Wade Kapszukiewics said that Toledo residents have to understand that the police are going to get to the "facts of the matter" when it comes to this. The cops who fired upon Richardson were placed in the freezer pending an outcome whether they used justifiable force.
Tension are high in the Glass City.
"However, I know the enivronment we are living in (in) this country and it's fair to say ... all of us will view the video through the lens of our own life experience. As we move forward, we will all benefit by sharing information, being transparent," said Kapszukiewics.
"I don't know what the next step is.....but always, incidents that pertain to race, we need to talk to each other and listen to each other."
Obviously the junk food media, the police union and the city will try to paint the decease as a good for nothing criminal.

In a federal trial, a former cop admits that he falsely arrested innocent Black men.
Guillermo Ravelo plead guilty to the charges of conspiracy to deprive a person of his civil rights and deprivation of civil rights under color of law.
Prosecutors says the dirty cop arrested 35 year old Clarens Desrouleaux in January 2013 for two residential burglaries, claiming at the time that he had confessed to the crime.
Ravelo also arrested 31 year old Erasmus Banmah for five vehicle burglaries despite knowing there was no evidence that connected him to these crimes.

The Miami Herald obtained records last month regarding an internal probe from 2014 that allegedly support claims that Biscayne Park Police chief Raimundo Atesiano, has been accused of urging his staff to pin unsolved crimes on random black people with prior records in a bid to boost the departments arrest rate.

CBS might oust its longtime CEO and chairman Les Moonves after Ronan Farrow releases his bombshell story about him.
Julie Chen may want to check her husband's day to day activities. The New Yorker will release a damaging report about CBS chairman and CEO Les Moonves and his misconduct towards women.
The Hollywood Reporter detailed the controversy and we are waiting on the report to come out.

Ronan Farrow wrote the piece which is slated for Friday night will detail allegations that the CBS president was touching and groping female interns.
These allegations go as far as 30 years. The allegations also follow into recent.
CBS said in a statement that it is investigating the claims made against Moonves. “All allegations of personal misconduct are to be taken seriously," the network stated. "The Independent Directors of CBS have committed to investigating claims that violate the Company’s clear policies in that regard. Upon the conclusion of that investigation, which involves recently reported allegations that go back several decades, the Board will promptly review the findings and take appropriate action.”
CBS added: “The timing of this report comes in the midst of the Company’s very public legal dispute. While that litigation process continues, the CBS management team has the full support of the independent board members. Along with that team, we will continue to focus on creating value for our shareowners.”
Moonves, 68, has been married to CBS personality Julie Chen since 2004. (The two wed less than two weeks after Moonves finalized his divorce from Nancy Wiesenfeld, whom he had married in 1978.)
Farrow, the reporter who won a Pulitzer Prize for breaking news of Harvey Weinstein’s alleged pattern of rape and sexual assault, is said to have investigated Moonves and the environment at CBS for months, as rumors swirled through the industry that such an article was in the works.
It is unclear what impact The New Yorker report will have at a time when Moonves is locked in litigation with Shari Redstone, the controlling shareholder in both CBS and Viacom. The feud erupted after CBS resisted Redstone’s desire to merge the two companies, which she controls through voting shares in the Redstone family-controlled trust, National Amusements Inc.
CBS sued Redstone in May to prevent her from attempting to take control by ousting directors or changing bylaws. Redstone responded with her own lawsuit saying Moonves had no right to strip her of control of CBS.
CBS received unwelcome scrutiny in November when it fired Charlie Rose after The Washington Post reported that eight women had accused the talk-show host and co-anchor of CBS This Morning of sexual misconduct. In a May 3 follow-up, the paper reported that CBS managers had been warned about Rose's conduct on three occasions, as early as in 1986 (long before Moonves worked at the network) and as recently as in April 2017. Among an additional 27 women who came forward with allegations against Rose were 14 CBS News employees.

Hannity was revealed as a client of Trump's former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen.
He also is facing a whole lot of controversy for his bullshit peddling.
Roseanne was cancelled after Barr made inappropriate comments about Valerie Jarrett.
She called Jarrett a hybrid between the Muslim Brotherhood and the Planet of the Apes.
Then she doubled down by saying she "thought the bitch was white."
ABC promptly fired her. The Roseanne show was pulled from ABC, TV Land, CMT, Laff TV and Netflix.
Roseanne lost her contracts with companies and her publicist dropped her.
Now as she is struggling for work, her only savior to salvation is Sean "Softball" Hannity, the most annoying conservative, condescending Trump sycophant in the history of media.
