Dirty Cop Charged In The Death Of Antwon Rose!

Dirty cop charged in the shooting of Pittsburgh teen Antwon Rose, Jr.
Don't hold your breathe. I haven't seen a cop in a high profile case ever been convicted of murder. Walter Scott's killer managed to wrangle an involuntary manslaughter charge that carried 30 years. The Oklahoma City cop who rapes women got LIFE for his actions.

In many other incidents, cops often use that lame "fear for my life" excuse to commit acts of violence against people of color.

Most cops get away with murder. They will use the police union and the dead suspect's past history with law enforcement to make this a justifiable shooting.

The East Pittsburgh Police officer who fired three shots upon Antwon Rose while he was fleeing was ordered to county lockup. He is held on a quarter thousand get out free card. He bonded and now in an ankle siren. He lost his passport or means of travel.

The cop was charged with criminal homicide. Michael Rosfeld was criminally charged with the fatal police shooting of the 17 year old.

The cops were looking for a vehicle that did a drive by in the area. Once spotted, the dirty cop gave chase. As soon as the vehicle stopped, Antwon and another tried to flee from the cop.
Unarmed teen was shot by dirty cop. Fleeing from police isn't a death sentence.
Filmed by a witness, the cop would exit his vehicle and immediately fire upon the fleeing teens. Bullets directly hit Antown in the back, face and arm.

When seen in the ambulance, he was already dead.

Rosfeld was sworn to duty on hours before the event happened. He is in the freezer. The prosecutor decided to issue an indictment citing reckless actions by this dirty cop.

Now these charges will put Rosfeld in the iron college for LIFE. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Anthony Kennedy Out!

The swing is cutting loose.
The Supreme Court could swing in favor of conservatives forever because of Donald J. Trump and Mitch McConnell. The inept leaders of Washington have played dirty and get rewarded.

Anthony Kennedy is retiring. The last remenant of Ronald Reagan will hang it up.

Kennedy's decision to step down could transform the Supreme Court for generations. Trump will have his second opportunity to nominate a justice and will likely replace Kennedy with a young, conservative jurist. That would create a bloc of five staunch conservative justices who could move the court further to the right and cement a conservative majority for the foreseeable future.

The nomination battle will likely ignite a firestorm on Capitol Hill as it comes just a year after Republicans changed the rules of the Senate in order to push through the nomination of Justice Neil Gorsuch, Trump's first nominee.
Oh goodie, I get to pick a judge.
Trump said he has held Kennedy in high esteem, and that a search for a replacement will begin immediately.

The senate now can confirm a nominee on a simple partisan majority.

Seething in anger, Barack Obama's former pick Merrick Garland.

Trump could pick a nominee that could radically swing the court.

McConnell said that the Senate will not recess until a nominee is confirmed. So prepare yourselves for a fight.

Joe Jackson Passed Away!

The patriarch of the Jackson family passed away in Las Vegas. Joe Jackson passed away at the age of 89 after being diagnosis with terminal cancer. This death happened on Tuesday night on the day of Michael Jackson's death nine years ago.

The father of hitmakers was accused of being abusive towards them.

Page Six notes that he lived a life of platinum records and an iron fist.

Joe Jackson died at 89 early Wednesday, TMZ reports.

The Jackson Family patriarch was suffering from terminal pancreatic cancer, the Daily Mail reported.

Jermaine Jackson told press last week that the family was having a difficult time visiting him or getting information about his condition.

“No one knew what was going on — we shouldn’t have to beg, plead and argue to see our own father, especially at a time like this,” he lamented at the time. “We have been hurting. We were not being told where he was and couldn’t get the full picture. Even from the doctor. My mother was worried sick.”

Days after the interview was published, TMZ reported that the family, including Joe’s wife, Katherine, as well as the couple’s children and grandchildren, had visited him at the hospital.

An account claiming to be Joe himself hinted that his days might be numbered, tweeting on June 24, “I have seen more sunsets than I have left to see. The sun rises when the time comes and whether you like it or not the sun sets when the time comes.”

However, his granddaughter, Paris Jackson, later alleged that Joe never used the account and did not post the tweet.

Joe suffered numerous health problems in recent years, including several strokes in 2013.

In 2015, he was hospitalized for a stroke and suffered three heart attacks, after which he had a pacemaker installed.

In July 2016, TMZ reported that he was hospitalized for a high fever, though the cause was undisclosed.

Two years later, he was hospitalized after a car crash near his Las Vegas home.

White woman assaults teens at a South Carolina pool. She threatens 911 on them.
Becky is serving knuckle style chili at the pool.

A South Carolina woman wished she didn't slap that phone out of the hand of a Black teen at a local pool. She was instigating the teens with racial taps.

Stephanie Sebby-Strempel, who works as a "skincare consultant" for multi-level marketing company Rodan & Fields was captured in a video threatening to call 911 as she followed the teens to the pool exit.

In the video, the camera goes down three times as the boy was served a helping of knuckle style chili, which is what police say happened.

Sebby-Strempel, of Summerville, is now facing third-degree assault and two counts of assaulting, beating or wounding a police officer while resisting arrest, according to court documents.
Suspect in tears after the law threw her in the county for biting a cop.
The latter charges stem from the fact that when the authorities came to arrest her for the pool incident, Sebby-Strempel allegedly assaulted two sheriff’s detectives. She allegedly pushed one detective into a wall, injuring his knee, and bit a second detective on the arm, breaking the skin.

Welcome to Donald J. Trump's America. This is a pool. A place for people to cool off. Unfortunately, it's a place for white women to call the law on Black teens because according to them, they're unruly punks.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

You know I find it funny that she is a wife of a U.S. Coast Guard. His superiors and those who associate with him will take a closer look at him. She pretty mushed lost her deal with the cosmetic company.

Her friends and those in the community will shun her and her family.

Backflip Mitt!

Mitt Romney wants a win.
While there are protests going on across the country in regards to the separation of migrant children, the Supreme Court gave Donald J. Trump a victory. The Court sided with the Trump executive order. The Muslim travel ban abetted a watered down version was upheld and it grants the inept leader powers to declare anything a threat.

The Democrats blame majority leader, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for the decision. Back in 2016, McConnell literally denied Barack Obama his third Supreme Court nominee. It set the precedent. The partisan divide will be even deeper now. The party in power can deny a current or future president a nominee to the Court.

Former presidential nominee Mitt Romney wins the Republican nomination for the open seat being vacated by Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT).

Romney, a perennial loser was a former governor of Massachusetts. He is an opportunist. He is a carpetbagger. He is an inconsistent politician. He is the clear favorite in this race. Hopefully, Jenny Wilson, the Democratic candidate can shock the country by defeating this worthless pile of stupid.
Rep. Joe Crowley (D-NY) loses to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a newcomer who won backing of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
Trump threw his support to Romney despite the two having a minor feud.

Rep. Joe Crowley (D-NY) was defeated in a brutal primary. His opponent is a 28 year old woman who got the blessing of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez sent the 20 year politician to the showers.

Many Republicans are hoping the upcoming Court decisions will rollback many progressive rulings.

Democrats hope that long term lawmakers get the messsage. They have nearly handed primary defeats to Rep. Dan Lipinski (D-IL) and Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-NY).

SCOTUS Upholds Trump's Skinny Travel Ban!

The Supreme Court upholds bigtory.
So a 5-4 decision throws out the First Amendment and Fourth Amendment.

This could make world leaders implement bans on certain people or all Americans traveling to their countries.

Expect worldwide condemnation and potential backlash from world leaders.

The Muslim (travel) ban, abet a watered down version stands. The five justices that upheld the decision proved to the world that their bigotry, xenophobia and apathy will doom us all.

This decision gives Donald J. Trump and future presidents the power to restrict religion and nationality on the grounds of immigration.

The third version is watered down. In order to make this "not a Muslim ban," the travel ban added people from Venezuela in North Korea.

So to those traveling to the United States to visit families, it might be delayed indefinitely. If you want to study here or see the sights and sounds, plan somewhere else.
The five justices that upheld the decision are bigots.
That decision gave the power to turn away travelers who want to visit the country.

This could also initiate a boycott of the United States.

The decision immediately came with gloating.

Where mass shootings by mostly White people are now likely gonna be acts committed by either American inspired Muslims.

The Islamic State, al-Qaeda and other international extremists will use this as a rally cry to Muslims or anti-globalists to commit acts of violence against Americans overseas or domestically.

What Happened To Thurman Blevins Jr.?

The death of Thurman Blevins, Jr. got the nation talking.
I am reminded that cops are required to save lives by sacrificing theirs. Are these cops afraid to take one for the communities they swore to protect?

Once again the Minneapolis Police are facing controversy. Another police shooting of a suspect.

Protesters take to the streets after the fatal police shooting of Thurman Blevins, Jr., another Black man who was fleeing.

New mayor Jacob Frey attended a vigil nearing the shooting scene that drew hundreds of people.

The 31 year old man was chased by the police. The man was shot multiple times and died as a result of those gunshot wounds, according to a report released Monday by a medical examiner.

The police claimed that got a 911 call of a mans who was firing a handgun outside. Officers arrived to find Blevins and a woman on a curb. As officers got out their vehicle, Blevins ran. Officers chased him for several blocks.

The cops were wearing body cameras. It wasn't shared with the public. Of course, it wasn't. It would probably show that the suspect fled and the shot him regardless.

The police union is jumping to the defense.. Of course, we are reminded that police unions leaders are racists.

Bob Kroll, head of the Minneapolis police union, said "good job" to the cops who fired upon him.
Minneapolis Police are investigation an officer involved shooting of a fleeing suspect.
He claims that Blevins pulled a gun out and officers were threatened. The body camera footage (which wasn't publicly release) will "dispel all the false narratives that are out there and it will corroborate that the officers had no other alternative."

I have an alternative. Call for backup.

Police officers often chasing after fleeing suspects will risk their lives to apprehend. Often times, cops don't know if the suspect is armed or not. Regardless, chasing after fleeing suspects is more of risk to everyone including the cop.

Witnesses often dispute the cop's version.

Many high profile shootings happened in the Twin Cities. The fatal shootings of Jamar Clark and Justine Ruszczyk Damond were notable. What got the most attention was the fatal shooting of Philando Castile in Falcon Heights.

Each of these shootings were done by cops who claimed they feared for their lives.

Of the three, the ones who shot Clark weren't charged. The one who shot Damond was charged. The one who shot Castile was charged but not convicted of the murder.
Thurman Blevins, Sr. being consoled by family. His son was killed by the Minneapolis Police.
Minneapolis-St. Paul is a Democratic/progressive metroplex.

The two Democratic senators, Amy Klobucher and Tina Smith are both running for reelection. I haven't heard any comments about police reform. The governor race is also happening as well. Former governor Tim Pawlenty is considering a run as well as Rep. Tim Waltz (D-MN). Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) represents a majority of the metroplex. The lawmaker is running for Attorney General. Will he discuss police shootings in the metroplex?

I haven't heard no comments about this shooting. I haven't heard any comments about police reform.

Don't expect Jefferson Beauregard Magoo or Donald J. Trump to remark about it. They practically urge police abuse.
