Cop Sues The Wind!

DeRay McKesson is being sued by a East Baton Rouge deputy for his injuries. The representatives of the deputy claim that McKesson made a terrorist travel from Kansas City to murder Baton Rouge police officers.

The Baton Rouge shooting of Alton Sterling and the Minneapolis/St. Paul shooting of Philando Castile riled up a terrorist. The terrorist went to Baton Rouge to extract revenge against the officers who allowed lawful carry Black men die at the hands of police.

Sterling was armed when confronted at a local store. He was shot after the officers took him down and saw a gun in his pocket. There was video recordings of the incident. The officers walked in the case.

Castile was armed when pulled over in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. He was shot after the officer claimed he was reaching for the gun. There was video recordings of the incident. The officer walked in the case.

The terrorist named Gavin Long was a military veteran from Kansas City. He traveled to the East Baton Rouge Parish to extract revenge. He was killed after a 20 minute firefight with the law.

Three officers were killed in the July 2016 incident. He ended up wounding 6 officers with his high powered firearms.

Nick Tullier claims Black Lives Matter shot him. The representatives of this deputy are suing the group for inciting violence.

Later that month, Dallas Police officers were ambushed by another terrorist who was angered by White cops killing innocent Black people.

Conservatives were blaming Black Lives Matter and then president Barack Obama for the violence against cops. They ignored the real threat in the United States: Gun violence.

Now one of the cops is suing Black Lives Matter for his injuries.

The suit filed on Friday claims that Black Lives Matter "incites violence" and provoked the terrorist to attack cops.

Deputy Nicholas Tullier and his representatives are behind the lawsuit. Tullier was shot in the head and was left paralyzed from the injuries. He is the father of two.

This terrorist was inspired by police officers getting away with murder.

"Obviously at this point talk shows hosts were holding them responsible, and they were having to defend the blame and responsibility for what they had caused whether in whole or in part," the suit says.

The lawsuit blames DeRay McKesson, founder of Project Zero and prominent Black Lives Matter activist.

McKesson denounced the lawsuit and said that Black Lives Matter is a movement, not an organization.

So if there's proof that McKesson said "violent" threats against Baton Rouge Police and East Baton Rouge Parish deputies, then it may have a leg to stand on.

But suing a commentator is very hard. Because McKesson isn't a resident of the area, it's almost impossible.

Police Clear Venus Williams Of Fatal Accident!

The police determined that Venus Williams was not at fault for a fatal accident in June.

Palm Beach Gardens Police release a security video of the incident that happened back in June.

Tennis superstar Venus Williams was involved in an accident that killed a 78 year old man. The family of the victim is suing the tennis star for reckless driving.

Williams distraught about the situation claims that she didn't cause the accident.

I took a look at the video on The Daily Mail's website. I observed the video and seen that Williams was at the green light. She paused for a vehicle and proceeded to turn on the left at red. That's when the vehicle being driven by Linda Barson collided with her.

Williams was driving a SUV and Barson was driving a mid-size car.

The victim was Jerome Barson. He was the passenger in the vehicle and he died a few days later.

The police report stated that Williams was "at fault."

But Williams' legal team obtained footage of the incident from the security guard booth at her gated community to dispute the charges.

The speed limit on Northlake Boulevard is 50 from the east and 55 from the west. It's a six lane highway that has peak traffic averaging at 10,000 per day. The Barsons were traveling west.

Williams who didn't not attend the preliminary hearing was at the Wimbledon tournament.

Based on the evidence determined by the video, it showed Venus Williams approached the intersection at a green light. She was about to travel north towards a nearby gated community.

She had to stop because another car turned in front of her nearly causing a collision.

The light was turning red when Williams was in the middle of the intersection. About that time, Linda Barson was approaching the intersection at red and it soon turned green. Barson was normal speed proceeded into the intersection and crashed into Williams.

The incident is still under investigation.

Amber Rose is dating gangsta rapper 21 Savage.

Celebrity agitator and activist Amber Rose is cozying up with an Atlanta rapper who vocally embraces the gun culture and violence that plagues hip-hop. The 24 year old rapper is dating 33-year old model, actress and celebrity agitator.

The hottest and yes controversial act out of Atlanta is 21 Savage. He is the founder of Slaughter Gang and he just released his debut album Issa Album today.

21 Savage (born Shayaa Abraham-Joesph) signed to Epic Records and released mixtapes and his debut album through the label.

He also has Amber Rose on his arm. The rapper also took a page from her ex-husband.

"That's my girl, fo' sho. We just been kicking it, man. She's a real cool woman. She treats me like a king, so it is what it is. And no disrespect will be tolerated at all. Keep your mouth closed, no hoes, no bitches, no nothing. Because I'm pulling up on God," said the rapper on a local radio agitator.

He said that he won't allow anyone disrespect their relationship. It seems to be a dig at her ex and others who talked about her being active in the Slutwalk.

The Slutwalk is a transnational movement that calls for the end of the rape culture, including victim blaming and slut shaming the sexual assault victims.

Amber Rose (legally nee Levonchuck) was the former wife of Wiz Khalifa, the Pittsburgh rapper/singer and media mogul. They have a son named Sebastian.

Wiz Khalifa is very protective of his baby mama. He often goes after rappers when they mess with her. He took to social media to dismiss this fling as a "publicity stunt."

Rose previously dated Kanye West and Machine Gun Kelly. She is openly bisexual.

Kmart Breaks From Dayton!

Kmart is extinct in the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio.

The last Kmart in the Dayton area is closing. The store located in Riverside announced it will go out of business.

The end of an era.

Sears Holdings announced it will close 265 stores this year and this Kmart was on the list.

I went into the Kmart this year and noticed three things that gave me the strong possibility of its eminent closing.

There were empty shelves.

The store looks like it was still stuck in the 1980s.

Foot traffic was extremely light.

Most of you know that Kmart was once the third largest retailer in the United States. Now it's apparent that the store couldn't attract shoppers who head to Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Meijer.

Yeah, it is sad that I see iconic brands like Kmart and Sears go under. I wished the situation would have turned around. Their leadership should have been more diverse to the consumer.

Jobs report looking good.

The unemployment numbers are out for the month of June. The Department of Labor says that for the month of June there were 222,000 jobs. However the unemployment rate ticked up to 4.4%

It was expected to have 179,000.

Remember conservatives were saying the numbers were fudged. The news of a thriving economy wasn't true.

When then president Barack Obama touted a great economy, Donald J. Trump complained about it. He repeatedly rejected the government's monthly estimates as phony. Now he embraces them.

The labor market roared back in June, with this hefty monthly gain in jobs, and revisions that added 47,000 more jobs to April and May than previously reported. Over the past three months, job gains have averaged around 194,000 a month according to the New York Times.

Does he know that we're at the brink a retail collapse. The retail industry is about to collapse.

Sears/Kmart and many other entities are on the verge of collapse and Trump hasn't acknowledge any possible impact on the nation as a whole.

The broader measure of unemployment includes discouraged workers and those who are working part time but prefer full-time work.

Remember that 95 million people aren't working. It's apparent that many believe that Americans are lazy. Unfortunately, we break it down to actually address the real reasons to why people aren't working.

Trump and Republicans often ignore the reasons whenever Democrats are in power. We haven't.

Fox News Placed Charles Payne In The Freezer!

No neck brother got placed in the freezer after allegations of sexual harassment.

Fox News and Fox Business Network's Charles Payne was placed in the freezer pending an investigation into his misconduct when the cameras were off.

Fox suspends that Black no neck Obama bashing conservative agitator for allegedly sexually harassing Scottie Nell Hughes. She is claiming that the network is retaliating against her for reporting that to human resources.

This happened more than once and Hughes got fed up with it. So she decided to air it out.

Payne just recently signed on to another few years hosting his show Making Money.

Fox is taking this stuff seriously. 21st Century Fox released a presser.

"We take issues of this nature extremely seriously and have a zero tolerance policy for any professional misconduct. This matter is being thoroughly investigated and we are taking all of the appropriate steps to reach a resolution in a timely matter."

Scottie Nell Hughes had an affair with Charles Payne. Both are married.

Payne is married and has children. His wife is beautiful and he would cheat on her.

There was allegations that Payne had an affair with an unknown analysis.

Payne is a part of the bootlicker club. He's trots around anti-Black and anti-Obama rhetoric.

Payne had this affair when his wife Yvonne was going through surgery. Payne and the accuser were engaged in this affair for nearly three years.

Scottie Nell Hughes was on the Fox Business Network for that amount of time. She is a married political analysis who currently freelances at CNN and other conservative outlets.

Payne was caught when the National Enquirer published Wednesday a bombshell article detailing the relationship. Payne quickly acknowledged his affair and apologized.

That relationship is being reviewed after the woman contacted Fox's law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison last month to report her allegations of sexual misconduct. The woman claimed that she was blackballed from the network after she ended the affair.

She tried to report Payne to the top brass. Then CEO Roger Ailes, former top man Bill Shine and current FBN president Neil Cuvato ignored it.

Payne is a Wall Street financial analysis who joined FBN when it launched in 2006. He's been on Fox News since 2003.

Payne has a beautiful wife. He cheated on her during her heart surgery.

This comes fresh after Fox Sports top executive Jamie Horowitz was fired out the cannon for sexual harassment complaints.

This event comes close to the bombshell report that Gretchen Carlson sued Roger Ailes for sexual harassment. It blew the lid off the network. Ailes was eventually fired out the cannon.

Bill O'Reilly, Stacey Dash, Bob Beckel and others were fired out the cannon for sexual harassment, racism and workplace discrimination.

Payne's days may be numbered. He may lose his wife. He may lose his job.

The Women's March will protest the NRA headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia on July 15th.

The protesters are calling out NRA for their stupid video and their refusal to support the family of Philando Castile, the Minneapolis man shot by former cop Jeronimo Yanez.

Yanez killed Castile after the dirty cop claimed he was reaching for his gun. The whole ordeal was recorded by Diamond Reynolds and it became a discussion on police brutality and the right to carry.

They're calling out the NRA for protecting White supremacy.

Women's March co-chair Tamika Mallory said that folks like Noir and Stinchfield are trying to stop a movement that holds politicians and tone deaf organizations like the NRA accountable.

"We know that we are not safe. But we will not be intimidated into silence. Recent actions of the NRA demonstrate not only a disregard for the lives of Black and Brown people in America, but appear to be a direct endorsement of violence against women, our families and our communities for exercising our constitutional right to protest."

The Women's March Demands

Jerrod Carmichael: NBC Censored Reality!

The Carmichael Show is cancelled. NBC pulls the plug on the critically acclaimed sitcom after show's star Jerrod Carimichael quit the show over the network censoring episodes.

Jerrod Carmichael is a famed comedian who values his "no holds barred" take on the American culture. His show, The Carmichael Show pushed the buttons. It was one of the best shows in American television.

Jerrod confirms that the show is coming to an end. He voiced frustrations with the way NBC and 21st Century Fox handled the show. The long delay to renew for a fourth season and the show being censored were strong factors.

The Carmichael Show starred him, David Alan Grier, Loretta Devine. Amber Stevens West, Tiffany Haddish, and Lil' Rel Howery.

There was a controversial episode involving a White guy saying NIGGER. They went there after calls for the network executives wanted it to be censored.

One episode was pulled. It dealt with mass shootings and the cast venting anger at Donald J. Trump.

It aired around the time of the mass shooting that injured Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA). Scalise was a pro-gun, pro-Confederate, pro-segregationist lawmaker who is the Majority Whip of the United States. He was gravely injured after a terrorist opened fire on him and numerous Republicans who were practicing at a baseball field in Alexandria, Virginia for a charity game at Nationals Park.

NBC said that was too much for primetime.

Jerrod said, "It's over!"

NBC cancels the sitcom after he exited the show over the network's decision to pull two episodes. The show was good. I mean it was really talking about the things you often hear in the Black community.

The show is midway through its third season. Jerrod quit the show because he voiced frustration with the way NBC executives were trying to put aside episodes because they were controversial.

Jerrod said that he thanks the network and people who helped the show achieve its greatness, however, he said that "it's about being real" and NBC ain't on his level.

"For three seasons (okay 2.5), I got to make a show that I love with my friends. It's something I've wanted to do since I was 13. Now, I'm excited to go make other things that I love. Thank you to every person  who worked on or watched The Carmichael Show," he said a statement.

21st Century Fox media said publicly, "We are enormously proud of The Carmichael Show and Jerrod's talent and vision to do a classic family sitcom that also taps into issues and relevant stories from the real world. We thank and salute the cast, crew and producers --- and especially Jerrod -- for three critically-acclaimed seasons."

The series finale will air in mid-August.



For African Americans in television it's hard to succeed. Right now the only shows that run on the BIG FIVE are Black-ish, Empire, Star and The Carmichael Show.

The BIG FIVE are CBS, ABC, NBC, Fox and The CW.

Marlon Wayans and Essence Atkins will star in the sitcom Marlon on NBC. It was supposed to follow-up The Carmichael Show.

Really disappointed that network executives ruin great television. In a politically tense world, minorities of all backgrounds are under attack from a systematic group called the alt-right. This White supremacist movement is spreading and it's destroying Whites and all people of color.

They brought heroin into the suburbs and its killing White low and middle income Americans. The police are shooting unarmed people of color. They're getting away with murder. This is state sponsored killings. We're banning people from entering based on their religion. We are trying to deny a human being's right to use the restroom, join the military or have the legal right to marry a person who is the same gender.

We are living in times where I am more nervous for myself and my son.

I knew about the friendship. I didn't know they dated. There were rumors and a few years ago, the pop singer confirmed she dated the controverial rapper.

The famed rapper Tupac Shakur had once dated Madonna during his rise to fame.

The rapper wrote letters to the Material Girl and they're now going up for auction for a crispy $100K.

At the Gotta Have Rock and Roll event, many are placing their bids on the "love letters."

The emotional note was written when he was in his early 20s and he was upset over the pop star's refusal to acknowledge their relationship. He dumped her because she was White.

The film All Eyez On Me flopped at the theaters. Many criticized the movie for not being authentic and had scenes that didn't match up to the events. Prominent rappers like 50 Cent and Snoop Dogg panned the movie for not following the legacy. Actress Jada Pinkett Smith said the movie was an "embarrassment" to the her. John Singleton who worked with 'Pac said the movie didn't live up to his expectations.

Tupac Shakur was killed on September 13, 1996 after a fatal encounter on September 6th in Las Vegas. He was attending the MGM Grand to watch the Mike Tyson fight. He and Big Suge Knight got into an altercation with a group of people. Around the late hour, Shakur and Knight were shot at by an unknown assailant.

It was the peak of his rise. He had celebrated the release of his double album All Eyez on Me.

His death lead to conspiracies about his death.

Six months later, the Notorious B.I.G. was killed in Los Angeles after he attended the Vibe Awards after party.

For Every Bad Cop, There Will Be A Dead Cop!

Terrorist ambushed a NYPD officer while she was doing command survallience.

Pretty damn blunt. With a polarizing nation, a polarizing leader, internet memes and controversial police shootings of unarmed/unprovoked people of color, a police officer who does good for the community will pay the price for all this nonsense.

Just like me, the police have a job. Their job is thankless and unappreciated.

The police killing unarmed people of color is a very touchy subject. Almost all of the officers indicted by a prosecutor get off without a charge.

That infuriates those who have content against law enforcement. They will use their rights as a citizen to retaliate against the good cops who have to deal with the frustration of the community.

Cops being killed is on the rise in the age of Donald J. Trump. And the leader and Congress won't do nothing about it other than blame one another for the actions of one.

Sooner or later, we'll be back talking about another police shooting an unarmed citizen, a mass shooting and a police officer killed by an attacker.

So in other words:

Expect more.

Three Chicago cops were charged with conspiracy to cover up the fatal shooting of LaQuan McDonald. The cop who shot him, Jason Van Dyke is facing murder. Each individual is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Ohio State Patrol officer shot and killed a Cincinnati man after he rammed his car into his cruiser. The officer was pulling another person over in Dayton when this guy named Dana Dubose apparently was covered in blood and tried to lunged a knife at the officer. The guy was involved in an attack of his girlfriend Princess Brown in Cincinnati.

Two San Antonio Police officers were shot. One died. Inept police chief William McManus is under pressure to get his city under the control. The shooting occurred in a neighborhood where they spotted two people they wanted to question. The attacker fired upon the officers when they exited the patrol cruiser. The officers returned fire striking the attacker.

One officer was killed the other was badly injured in a torso wound.

With tensions at an all time high, people with issues will use their 2nd Amendment remedies against entities that they deem a threat to their lives.

CNN, Fox News and MSNBC have upped their security after the leader of this country posted that silly meme invoking violence on his official page.

CNN is facing a barrage of internet memes of Donald J. Trump attacking the network. This inept leader posted on official government page him tackling CNN, causing an uproar. He basically is advocating violence against journalists.

A journalist from the New York Times is getting death threats. The journalist found out that the person who made the meme is an alt-right troll who peddles in anti-Semitic behavior.

NYPD mourns the lost of Miosotis Familia. She was shot by a terrorist in an ambush attack.

The so-called Blue Lives Matter trolls are trending the death of a NYPD officer who was killed in an unprovoked attack. Already blaming others for the actions of one.

This type of political blame game is not helpful. It's destructive and ridiculous.

We barely know the motives of mass shooters. Why is it always someone else's fault for the actions of one?

Miosotis Familia was the officer killed. She leaves behind three children. This happened overnight and the agitators are trying to figure out the reasons this attacker went after this officer.

The attacker is named Alexander Bonds. He was out on bond for a robbery in Syracuse.  The attacker made terror threats against cops.

The terrorist will face murder and felonious assault with a deadly weapon. He will also face weapons violations. He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The terrorist was killed.

Bill de Blasio and NYPD express shock and anger that this man would inflict harm on innocent human beings.

The right will immediately react in their hateful matter. Send their thoughts and prayers. Blame, blame and blame.

The usual "thoughts, prayers and condolences" come out. Then we talk about it for a few days and it fades away from the spotlight. Then another one and another one.

God isn't fixing this. There is no God.

Man can stop this. It's time to demand Congress to do something about gun violence. It's time for Congress to address police brutality. It's time for the United States to stop parading propaganda that puts Americans against each other.

We all are entitled to the very "freedoms" that this country gives. But how long will this nonsense go on?



Two weeks ago, NYPD Detectives harassed Black teens who were coming from a park with baseball bats. They claim that they were menacing. One of the detectives pulled a firearm on the teen recording him.
