Hostess Will Shut Down!

One of the nation's oldest bakery may go under.

American businesses in support of the perennial loser Mitt Romney are taking their frustration on the worker.

Papa John's, an Applebee's franchisee, Murray Energy want to punish the employees of their companies because President Barack Obama trouncing Mitt Romney.

Hostess is the home of the Twinkie, Wonder Bread, the Ding-Dong, the fruit pies and powered donuts. They've seen rough times. With the rising costs our grains, eggs and milk, food processing companies such as this are driving the prices on the consumer.

With an overweight population, Americans are dropping the donuts and Twinkies. The sugar wars claimed a victim and Hostess was its name!

The bakery stores across the nation will eventually root out their supply and then shut down!

A famed icon Twinkie The Kid!
American workers are seeing the companies take away their benefits. While the executives take home huge bonuses and perks, their workers are left with the scraps.

The Associated Press reports Hostess Brands says it is going out of business, closing plants that make Twinkies and Wonder Bread and laying off all of its 18,500 workers.

The Irving, Texas, company says a nationwide worker strike crippled its ability to make and deliver its products at several locations.

Hostess Brands was founded as Interstate Bakeries Corporation (IBC) in 1930—is the largest wholesale baker and distributor of bakery products in the United States, and is the owner of the Hostess, Wonder Bread, Nature's Pride, Dolly Madison, Butternut Breads, and Drake's brands. For many years it was based at 12 East Armour Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri. In 2009, after it emerged from a 2004 bankruptcy, the name was changed to Hostess Brands, Inc., and the headquarters moved to Irving, Texas.

Hostess Brands, Inc., declared Chapter 11 again in 2012.

On November 16, 2012, after threatening two days earlier to liquidate unless bakers striking in protest against a new contract imposed in bankruptcy court returned to work, management announced they have ceased operations at all plants. Management intends to sell all assets and lay off 18,500 employees.

In May, all 19,000 workers had been warned (as required by the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act) that they could face a mass layoff.

The Bakery, Confectionery, and Tobacco Workers International union, which represents 6,600 Hostess employees, took the strike action after the latest contract proposal from Hostess Brands was rejected by 92 percent of its members. In response, Hostess Brands issued the following statement:

"A widespread strike will cause Hostess brands to liquidate if we are unable to produce or deliver products. If that's the case, the company will move promptly to lay off most of its 18,300-member workforce and focus on selling its assets to the highest bidders. We urge our employees to remain on the job to rebuild the company."

Ohio Reporter Calls Rachel Maddow A Gay Slur!

Say it ain't so, Tricia! Cincinnati's veteran news reporter takes a dig at Rachel Maddow over her sexuality.
I can say that Rachel Maddow may be an agitator on the left, but she's a lot better than those agitators you see in the conservative media! Those in the conservative media rally division and hate of the president and those who support him.

Fox 19 station manager is mad at Macke for gay slur.
Maddow, the former protege of Keith Olbermann has emerged as the primetime staple of liberal network MSNBC. She along with Chris Matthews, Ed Schultz, Al Sharpton, and Lawrence O'Donnell are the climbing into the Fox News territory.

By far, Fox News, the conservative network leads in the key demographics in a 2:1 margin. They're bragging about clobbering MSNBC and CNN every time!

MSNBC is catching up and it has Fox News trying to regroup its strategy to stay on top.

Maddow beats out Sean Hannity yet again in the key 25 - 54 age demo! And it has Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly on the defensive.

Listening to Sean Hannity constantly attack Rachel Maddow, Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, Lawrence O'Donnell and Chris Matthews is a sign of trouble.

Hannity is worried that his ratings are dropping, fast!

And with the rise in ratings, some are starting to notice. The more powerful you get, the more ammunition thrown at you! Conservatives are starting to notice liberal talk radio is gaining ground on the conservatives!

Maddow attracts some vehemently negative criticism from those who have issues with the LGBT community.

A longtime fixture of Cincinnati media is back to work after she was suspended after numerous complaints by the LGBT community. She went to Facebook (once again this social media nonsense) to post an insult on the liberal agitator.

She called Maddow an "angry young man".

In the LGBT comment calling a lesbian a "man" is similar to calling somene a "dyke".

Tricia Macke was scolded by several Facebook fans who took issue with her comment mocking Maddow’s sexual preference, but she deadpanned in response: “I am sorry. I should have said antagonistic.”

MSNBC's liberal agitator Rachel Maddow.
“I knew what I was saying,” Macke responded to other commenters who called on her to acknowledge the hurtful tone of her comments.

The New York Daily News reports that the exchange, which was since removed from her Facebook page, was captured in screengrabs posted by GLAAD , which launched a petition in partnership with Equality Ohio calling on Fox 19 to condemn Macke's remark.

After controversy erupted over the comments, Macke was absent from her regular broadcast on a Sunday night, leading many to speculate that this was related to her comments.

Several days before her absence, however, she and the station expressed apologies. “We also apologize to anyone who may have been offended by her comments,” WXIX Station Management said, noting that Macke had posted her own apology note to her Facebook page, which read:

Trisha Mackie, is one of the fixtures of Cincinnati's WXIX, a Fox affiliate. The reporter and the host of Fox 19 Morning News has responded back in a public statement to apologize to the liberal agitator.

I recently posted comments on my personal Facebook page regarding cable news anchor Rachel Maddow which were insensitive and inappropriate. I apologize to Ms. Maddow and any others who may have been offended by my comments, as they do not reflect my firm beliefs in individual and equal rights, and they certainly do not represent the opinions or position of my employer WXIX-TV.

A rep for MSNBC was unavailable for comment.

Now Maddow is a person of her word. She enjoys to debating an opposition. I can bet you that her representatives are looking forward to have Macke on her program to clear up somethings! We haven't heard from Maddow about the controversy!

Now The Impeachment Talk!

The perennial loser Mitt Romney makes a snide comment at the president. Still won't denounce the idiots in his party.
If you can't stop him at the ballot box, how about coaching your freshmen members of the Republican majority to vote for the articles of impeachment against the first Black president over events of his first term!

If you not happy about the election, you petition for the nation to secede from the union. Instead of venting and moving on, you make threats to the president and others! Because you're mad that based off the information you've gotten from Fox News, The Drudge Report, The Daily Caller, The Blaze, talk radio, and White supremacists websites, you want to claim that Blacks and Hispanics vote only on race and not policies. And when all else fails, you commit suicide and blame the president for you killing yourself.

Now they're think about impeaching the president!
You know the Democrats were too soft on George W. Bush when they took back the majority. The outgoing Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) was right on something! It could have been done if the party wasn't so scared of the Republicans. The former president had his last two years in office with a slim Democratic majority. President Barack Obama has to deal with a Republican House and Democratic Senate.

Republicans have a strong majority in the House and the Democrats have a slim majority in the Senate.

The bitter ass losers of the mainly White political party are now being pressured by the conservatives to impeach President Barack Obama.

Some group known as the Conservative Majority Fund is taking the case to the social media.

Former presidential nominee Mitt Romney, the perennial loser who was trounced by President Barack Obama hasn't got a friend in the world right now!

Governor Bobby Jindal (R-Louisiana) with New Orleans mayor Mitch Landrieu meeting President Barack Obama
He's losing Facebook support at a rapid rate. Governor Chris Christie (R-New Jersey) and Governor Bobby Jindal (R-Louisiana) are frustrated with the lack of compassion from their former standard bearer.

Romney, a notorious flip-flopper comes out of the shadows once again to attack the president and his supporters. Romney claims that the president gave "gifts" to the Blacks, Hispanics, and younger voters.

President Barack Obama wanted to pass comprehensive immigration reform, a jobs bill and student loan reductions. The Senate passed their version of a bill. The House of Representatives stalled it. The House passed their version of a bill. The Senate stalled it.

The jobs bill was to help Blacks gets back to work.

The president went to executive orders to get some of his agenda passed to the dismay of Republicans. One in particular was his order to reduce deportation to undocumented worker's staying in the United States. The undocumented workers under 30 will not get deported if they're not criminals and make efforts to learn English and become legal citizens.

The president endorsed gay marriage. He dropped his challenge on the Defense Of Marriage Act that was passed when Republicans had control of Congress. Younger voters approved of the decision.

Jindal, the first Indian-American to be elected as governor of Louisiana fiercely shot back at Mitt Romney's claim Wednesday that President Barack Obama outmatched the 2012 Republican presidential nominee by offering "gifts" to African-Americans, Hispanics and young voters. In a report by CNN, the governor didn't mince his words when it came to Mitt Romney's recent comments.

"I absolutely reject that notion," Jindal, who was a surrogate for Romney's campaign, said at the Republican Governors Association conference in Las Vegas. "I think that's absolutely wrong."

"I don't think that represents where we are as a party and where we're going as a party," he continued. "That has got to be one of the most fundamental takeaways from this election."

Romney made the comments on a call with top donors Wednesday afternoon, various news outlets have reported. The former Massachusetts governor also made similar arguments on a separate call earlier in the morning, CNN confirmed.

"What the president, president's campaign did was focus on certain members of his base coalition, give them extraordinary financial gifts from the government, and then work very aggressively to turn them out to vote," Romney said in the afternoon call, according to audio aired on ABC News.

Romney, who lost to Obama by 126 electoral votes, said the president courted voters by offering policies - some of them this election year - that appealed to key constituencies.

"With regards to the young people, for instance, a forgiveness of college loan interest, was a big gift," Romney said, according to The New York Times.

"Free contraceptives were very big with young college-aged women," he continued. "And then, finally, Obamacare also made a difference for them, because as you know, anybody now 26 years of age and younger was now going to be part of their parents' plan, and that was a big gift to young people. They turned out in large numbers, a larger share in this election even than in 2008."

The president's health care reform plan, he added, also brought out support from African-Americans and Hispanic voters.

"You can imagine for somebody making $25,000 or $30,000 or $35,000 a year, being told you're now going to get free health care, particularly if you don't have it, getting free health care worth, what, $10,000 per family, in perpetuity, I mean, this is huge," he said. "Likewise with Hispanic voters, free health care was a big plus. But in addition with regards to Hispanic voters, the amnesty for children of illegals, the so-called Dream Act kids, was a huge plus for that voting group."

But Jindal, when asked about Romney's remarks, said in order for the GOP to be "competitive," it has to "go after 100 percent of the votes, not 53 percent. We need to go after every single vote."

Jindal's criticism seemed to take latent swipes at Romney's "47 percent" comments that were secretly recorded earlier this year. At a May fundraiser, Romney argued that nearly half of Americans were "victims" who were "dependent" on the government. Those voters, he argued, sided with Obama.

President Barack Obama address the press after winning reelection.
A representative for Romney, who has stayed away from the public spotlight since losing the election last week, did not return a request for comment about the call.

Romney had another call Wednesday morning with a couple dozen people who were part of the financial leadership of his campaign, but he did not make the same "gifts" comment.

The former nominee did say on that call that he really respected how the Obama administration was able to "craft" specific policies that ended up attracting the support of key demographic groups. He mentioned contraceptive coverage, as well as student loan policies that were important for young adults, according to one participant on the call.

He said he was sorry and disappointed that he lost but added his team had put everything it could into the election.

"We didn't leave anything on the field," one donor on the call told CNN.

He talked about how turnout was a lot lower this year, mentioning how the president got fewer votes than he did four years ago and that he got less than the 2008 Republican nominee, John McCain, received.

Romney told the donors he wanted to stay involved in public policy in some form, but he did not provide any details.

Romney's remarks come after top Republicans in recent days have pushed for a bigger tent party, saying the GOP learned this election that it has work to do in terms of demographic changes.

"We've got to be a lot more inclusive and open and energetic and wanting people to join our team by expressing why these conservative values are good for people of all races, creeds, colors, and national origin," Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell, previously a top surrogate for Romney, said last week on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront."

"We've just got to do a better job with that," said McDonnell.

On the Democratic side, women and minorities made historic gains this election. For the first time, women and minorities will outnumber male Democrats in the House of Representatives. The U.S. Senate will have a record number of women -- 20 - when the 113th Congress convenes in January.

Romney, on the 20-minute call, said he was "disappointed" with the final election tally and "hadn't anticipated it." Looking ahead, Romney said the party is "still so troubled by the past (that) it's hard to put together our plans for the future," according to The Los Angeles Times, which also appeared to be on the call.

Speaking to the donors, Romney praised them for their success in fundraising and suggested they help with "perhaps the selection of a future nominee - which, by the way, will not be me."

The campaign's finance chairman, Spencer Zwick, said on the call that Romney's team had raised more than $900 million; Romney added he had not expected to take in more than $500 million, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Judge Orders "Idiot" Mom To Stand Outside With Sign!

Holding this sign isn't shit! Wait til' I get back on the road! - Shena Hardin
Keep the classy, America.

A Black woman becomes the icon of idiot parenting! She went through a stopped school bus on the sidewalk. It was filmed and posted on the internet. The judge who sentenced this woman gave her a stiff punishment. Since she doesn't show an ounce of remorse for her actions, Judge Pinkey Carr ordered her to stand outside the area where she ran passed the school bus with a sign calling her "idiot".

Standing outside in a neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, the woman wearing her black coat, black hat, sunglasses, jeans, leather boots and the sign. Of course the international media, snapping her picture and making her the butt of ridicule for her reckless driving.

CBS News reports that Shena Hardin, the woman caught on camera driving on a sidewalk to pass a stopped school bus, completed the second half of her sentence Wednesday of having to stand at a curb holding a sign warning people about idiots.

pinkeycarr.jpg
Judge Pinkey Carr, the Cleveland judge who gave the sentence.
Judge Pinkey Carr was unhappy that Hardin, 32, was smoking and texting during Tuesday's punishment and planned to personally supervise the defendant on Wednesday. But Carr later said sent word that she changed her mind. She gave no reason why.

Carr ordered Hardin to stand with a sign reading, "Only an idiot would drive on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus."

Hardin wore headphones and ignored passers-by Tuesday. The judge told WKYC-TV  she felt Hardin wasn't sufficiently holding up the sign and was "missing the point."

The Plain Dealer also reports that Cleveland Municipal Judge Pinkey Carr's unusual sentencing of the woman who kept blowing past a stopped school bus by driving onto the sidewalk.

Carr ordered that Shena Hardin stand on the corner of East 38th Street and Superior Avenue Tuesday and Wednesday morning holding a sign that reads: "Only an idiot would drive on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus."

"When I first saw it on the news, my reaction was 'What an idiot!' " explained the judge. "Then I was a little surprised to find out it was only a minor misdemeanor, so I couldn't send her to the workhouse."
Turns out the sentencing has made news across the world.

The BBC interviewed the judge this week. And NBC's Today Show sent former local TV anchor Scott Newell, now a freelancer, to record an interview with the judge, which is expected to be aired Tuesday morning along with a live shot of Hardin holding her sign.
Shena Hardin smirks at the sentence.
Carr said she admires Painesville Municipal Court Judge Michael Cicconetti, who has garnered national headlines for years with his "creative justice" sentences.

"I did take a page right out of his playbook," she said.

Once again these type of stories agitate the conservatives and White supremacists. They already upset that Cleveland residents overwhelmingly voted for President Barack Obama over Mitt Romney.

This is rounds up like that woman who was from Cleveland shouting that she's getting an Obama phone because she's voting for President Barack Obama.

Republicans are trying their hardest to overcome the post election hangover! The post election hangover has these idiots becoming unhinged.

The video that went viral: Shena Hardin runs on the sidewalk and didn't notice that a Cleveland Police officer was doing traffic surveillance.

The video that shames Shena Hardin.

Sore A** Loser Mitt Romney Digs In The 47% Again!

They emerge out of the shadows to reflect on this election! Yet, these losers continue to go down the same failed path to hurting  potential Republican nominees in the 2016 U.S. Presidential Elections. Paul Ryan blames strong Democratic turnout in urban areas! Mitt Romney thinks that President Barack Obama offers "gifts' to the youth, Black and Hispanic voters!
And to think, that the perennial loser Mitt Romney still continues to be in the news! He and his former running mate Paul Ryan were crying their eyes out after President Barack Obama cleaned their clocks last week. The post election hangover has conservatives across the nation going from irrational to delusional.

As reported earlier, there's a movement of idiots petitioning for succession from the United States. They flood the White House website with a petition to for an "official" request to secede from the country because of the election. The other perennial loser, Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) is retiring from Congress. Him and Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) have been the gadflies among their respective parties. Paul retiring and Kucinich losing his primary to moderate Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio), the libertarians are dismayed over the departures. Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) is the son of the retiring congressman. He's sort of libertarian but a lot more conservative on issues. The Republican senator is the master of gridlock. He held up the veterans job bill once again.

A woman runs over her husband in Arizona after he failed to vote in the general election.

A man commits suicide and left in his will a not so nice cast off to the president.

The Republicans who support Mitt Romney are getting heated online and in the public forum. Some nitwit Texas councilman who writes on his personal blog calls the supporters of the president, "maggots"!

Rush Limbaugh compares Barack Obama to Santa Claus. He claims that Democrats mastered in giveaways to those degenerates. Rush Limbaugh rambles on about how it's the voters being misinformed and suckers to tabloid events that inspired the president easy reelection.
Total squares!
Fox News and The Daily Caller obsessed over 59 precincts in Philadelphia where the president obtained a stronger turnout of voters. The perennial loser Mitt Romney gets no votes in these precincts.

The Drudge Report upping the ante on racial stories. In the six days post election, there's been more stories about Blacks committing crime. Its stirring the pot! Conservatives and white supremacists are clicking on the links and ranting on their forums about this.

Senator John McCain (R-Arizona) and Senator Lindsay Graham (R-South Carolina) go on the television dissing the United Nations ambassador Dr. Susan Rice, a prominent Black woman. They threaten to derail the president's potential nomination of Dr. Rice to replace Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. They want to do a NIGGERIZATION of the president and Rice.

When Rice appeared on television to defend the president's handling of the crisis, she claimed that an American bigot's video attacking Islam lead to the killing of Libyan ambassador Chris Stevens. Some information that came out later told a different story. And because of her statements on the Sunday news program the Republicans are trying to screw the president. The terrorists used this as a cover to attack the U.S. consulate in Benghazi.

And to make this even more stranger, the former CIA chief David Petraeus and Afghanistan command General John Allen are caught up in a sex scandal. These men engaged in a series of sexual-themed emails with Jill Kelley, the woman who tipped off the FBI after she became aware of Petraeus having an affair with Paula Broadwell, the woman who wrote the former general and top spy's biography.

Yet, Mitt Romney and his former running mate Congressman Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin) are continuing their condescending theories to why the president won reelection.

They still don't get it!

The New York Times obtain portions of the Republican congressman post-election interview with local television station WISC-TV. He goes forth and states to a reporter, Monday that most of the blame rest on the Democratic turnout in “urban areas” for their loss.

Ryan was surprised that he and Mitt Romney did not do better in the nation’s big cities.

“The surprise was some of the turnout, some of the turnout especially in urban areas, which gave President Obama the big margin to win this race. When we watched Virginia and Ohio coming in, and those ones coming in as tight as they were, and looking like we were going to lose them, that’s when it became clear we weren't going to win.”

The remarks prompted scorn from some liberals who viewed Mr. Ryan as blaming inner-city minorities for the Republican defeat. Some people react to these comments on Twitter.

“Paul Ryan emerged from dustbin of nothingness 2 blame his & Romney’s defeat on “urban” vote,” one person tweeted . “These 2 losers continue 2 demean minorities.”

Another tweeted  that “Urban vote” = minorities. Paul Ryan is saying he lost because minorities actually went out and voted. SHOCKER. MINORITIES HAVE RIGHTS, TOO.”

Several people pointed out these idiots also lost some largely rural states with few minorities, like New Hampshire and Iowa. Those losses cannot be explained away by focusing on urban voters, they noted.

In the interview with the television station, Mr. Ryan said he did not think that the nation’s voters had rejected his long-standing ideas for how to restructure the nation’s budget and cut spending.

“I don’t think we lost it on those budget issues, especially on Medicare we clearly didn't lose it on those issues,” he said.

His former boss made even more stupid comments. The Huffington Post/Associated Press reports that the perennial loser Mitt Romney is telling top donors that President Barack Obama won re-election because of the "gifts" he had already provided to blacks, Hispanics and young voters and because of the president's effort to paint Romney as anti-immigrant.

"The president's campaign, if you will, focused on giving targeted groups a big gift! He made a big effort on small things."
Republicans are hoping that Paul Ryan thinks about running for president in 2016.
Romney said his campaign, in contrast, had been about "big issues for the whole country." He said he faced problems as a candidate because he was "getting beat up" by the Obama campaign and that the debates allowed him to come back.

In the call, Romney didn't acknowledge any major missteps, such as his "47 percent" remarks widely viewed as denigrating nearly half of Americans, his lack of support for the auto bailout, his call for illegal immigrants to "self-deport," or his change in position on abortion, gun control and other issues. He also didn't address the success or failure of the campaign's strategy of focusing on the economy in the face of some improvement in employment and economic growth during the months leading up to Election Day.

Obama won the popular vote by about 3.5 million votes, or 3 percent, and won the Electoral College by a wide margin, 332-206 electoral votes. Exit polls conducted for The Associated Press and television networks showed that Obama led Romney by 11 percentage points among women and won better than 7 of 10 Hispanic voters and more than 9 of 10 black voters.

Romney called his loss to Obama a disappointing result that he and his team had not expected, but he said he believed his team had run a superb campaign. He said he was trying to turn his thoughts to the future, "but, frankly, we're still so troubled by the past, it's hard to put together our plans for the future."

Romney's finance team organized the call to donors. The Los Angeles Times first reported Romney's remarks.

Among the "gifts" Romney cited were free health care "in perpetuity," which he said was highly motivational to black and Hispanic voters as well as for voters making $25,000 to $35,000 a year.

Romney also said the administration's promise to offer what he called "amnesty" to the children of illegal immigrants – what he termed "the so-called DREAM Act kids" – helped send Hispanics to the polls for Obama.

Young voters, Romney said, were motivated by the administration's plan for partial forgiveness of college loan interest and being able to remain on their parents' health insurance plans. Young women had an additional incentive to vote for Obama because of free contraception coverage under the president's health care plan, he said.

"I'm very sorry that we didn't win," he told donors. "I know that you expected to win. We expected to win. We were disappointed; we hadn't anticipated it."

Without these two losers, Barack Obama would never have won this easily!
Romney said he and his team were discussing how his donor group could remain connected and have an influence on the direction of the Republican Party and even the selection of a future nominee – "which, by the way, will not be me."

President Barack Obama is going ask this jackass for advice!

I wonder sometimes how far the president will go to getting bipartisanship! To make nice with this perennial jackass has me even thinking!

I am happy that the president won, but I am starting to think that he should of never utter the words "work with Romney on issues"!

If you want my honest opinion of this guy! I rather see Mitt Romney retire his sorry ass! He can live in one his four houses! I mean this jackass has a car elevator! A freaking car elevator!

Colorado Man Threatens To Kill Barack Obama!

Mitchell Kusick is in federal custody after he plotted to carry out a mass murder and assassination attempt against President Barack Obama.
For one thing, the election must have been devastating to the political foes of President Barack Obama.

The post election hangover seems to be like the Pandora's box of ignorance! The Republicans are becoming unhinged.

Inside that bubble of Fox News, talk radio and the occasional clicks of The Drudge Report or The Blaze, you have many Republicans upset over the president's trouncing of Mitt Romney.

There's no honeymoon for the president. The president already going through his second term in his first term! The Republicans and their conservative allies are doubling down on the racism, vile threats, and their stupidity.

The talk of the debt ceiling, the scandal with then CIA chief David Petraeus, his successor General John Allen, Paula Broadwell and Jill Kelley, and the Republicans obsession with Benghazi has President Barack Obama doing a national press conference today. The president will address most of these issues and of course take his shots at Republican Senators John McCain of Arizona and Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, the party's minority leader.

Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-California, Minority Leader) is probably going to abandon her attempts to retake the gavel in 2014. She is possibly going to resign as the leader of the Democratic Party and hand it over to members who could aggressively take on the Republicans. She will continue to be a member of Congress.

Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal, the Republican floated around as a potential candidate for 2016 warns his fellow Republicans that if they don't get out of that bubble of "stupidity", they're finished.

1 + 19 years if he's convicted of threatening the president.
Senate-elect Ted Cruz of Texas has won on the strength of the Tea Party to beat the opponent in the Republican primary. Cruz easily won the general election. Cruz who was the next Hispanic-American to be elected to the folds of the Republican Party warned the party that they better move past the attacks of the Black and Hispanic community.

He knows that his state is a minority-majority and Whites are declining in that state by a rapid rate. With the negative reactions from Hispanics and Blacks who aren't in support of the Republicans, in a decade, there's talk of Texas may eventually go to the Democrats.

The exit polls stated that Hispanics support of President Barack Obama surpassed for the first time. Over 72% of the electorate voted overwhelmingly for him and less than 25% for Mitt Romney.

The Black community has supported President Barack Obama overwhelmingly again by 95%, yet again!

The reasons to why Blacks and Hispanic Americans supporting the president over Republicans, the not-so-subtle attacks upon these groups and the dog whistle politics by those in the conservative media.

This individual who I am writing about is named Mitchell Kenneth Kusick, and he's another disturbed person. A man who is visibly upset over the reelection of President Barack Obama took to Facebook (no surprise) or in front of person about it! He wanted to vent off about this. He manages to make threats against the president. Not cool at all! Especially after a tragedy that occurred in the state in late July, real smart, Kusick.

Drop the "k" and just say "u sick"! This guy is sick!

The suburban Denver man has been arrested after telling his therapist he wanted to shoot children, kill people on Halloween and kill President Barack Obama, federal court records show.

Mitchell Kenneth Kusick, of Westminster, was being held Tuesday on suspicion of a federal charge of threats against a president. He identified himself as a student at Colorado Mesa University in western Colorado, investigators said.

Obtained by KUSA-TV, the man wanted to duplicate the tragedy in Aurora, Colorado this year.

Jefferson County court records show he told his therapist about wanting to shoot students at a trick-or-treat event at Standley Lake High School.
A smirking smile.
Federal court records say Kusick said he took a shotgun from his aunt's house and tried to buy ammunition. He told his therapist on October 29 about his plan and allegedly said he wanted to go down in history as the "guy who killed Obama." His comments came days before the president held a campaign rally in Boulder.

Kusick also said he was obsessed with the deadly shootings at Columbine High School and Virginia Tech, according to court records.

The therapist called police, and Kusick was placed on a mental health hold at a hospital.

According to court records, Kusick told investigators he also studied this summer's Aurora movie theater shooting in which 12 people were killed, and he talked about what the gunman did wrong.

Online court records didn't list the name of Kusick's attorney.

A detention hearing is scheduled Friday.

It Took A Sex Scandal To Publicly Out The Guy Who Plays Elmo!

The only thing my hand going into is my friend Elmo! - Kevin Clash.
The controversy involving Kevin Clash is apparently settling down. The accuser has taken back his accusation. The man admits that he had a sexual relationship with Clash, but it was consensual adult sex.

Clash for his part, came out the closet and admitted that he's a Black gay man. He denied that he messed with the accuser when he was a boy. Clash's accuser claimed that he was 16-year-old when they had a sexual encounter. The accuser at age 23, could not produce enough information to make the case against Clash.

Clash was suspended by Sesame Workshop for using emails to exchange contact with the accuser.

Clash is the iconic voice of Elmo, a role that he's done for over twenty years.

Although the accuser recanted his story about the relationship, this controversy opens up a potential for more accusers. But in the meantime, Clash issued a statement through his representative: "I am relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest. I will not discuss it further."

The 2011 documentary about his life, Being Elmo: A Puppeteer’s Journey. In that film, Clash opened up about his upbringing in a black suburb of Baltimore, his early obsession with Disney and puppets, and that he was teased in school for playing with dolls. But despite the personal nature of the documentary, Clash, who is now 52, did not come out as gay.

On Monday, that changed, under the worst possible circumstances: "I am a gay man,” he said in a statement issued by his representative. “I have never been ashamed of this or tried to hide it, but felt it was a personal and private matter."
