Donisha Prendergrast is suing a Rialto Police. She and her friends were detained after a white woman called the police claiming it's a burglary in progress.

It seems like you can't have an AirBnB if you're Black.

I posted this sometime ago and now it seems like if you don't wave to the white neighbors, then they will call the police on you.

The granddaughter of iconic reggae singer Bob Marley was stopped by the law after a neighbor called the them. The neighbor called claiming there was a possible burglary.



This happened at Rialto, California.

Kelly Fyffe-Marshall, Donisha Prendergast and Komi-Oluwa Olafimiham and their fourth friend who is white were stopped. The cops were wearing body cameras and dispute some of the interactions.

There were seven cruisers that surrounded the group.

The neighbor was an elderly white woman.

The incident happened on April 30th and it just managed to make the news.

They had locked the neighborhood down and issued an helicopter to track their whereabouts.

Now Prendergrast is suing the department for the whole ordeal.

The owner of the property said this was a simple misunderstanding.

So if you don't wave at your white neighbor, I guess they will call the law on you?

I am surprised their bromance would result in a shared relationship with ink on their skins and strong passion for the music. Nothing gay about it. It is I guess mutual respect for keeping trap music popular.

Last month, T.I. was squaring off with Gucci Mane over who invented trap music. This feud also got retiring rapper Jeezy throwing shade as well.

Mind you Thugger and Future Hendrix had used the autotune and talked the trap a lot. They both sounded eerily similar.

Yeah, "fake Future," Desiigner is beefing with Future over the style.

Anyway, back some time ago Future and Young Thug were beefing over a Metro Boomin beat. Young Thug had the beat on one of his songs called I Mean off the failed collaboration mixtape Metro Thuggin, but Future and Drake used it and made it a hit song, Live from the Gutter.

That drove a wedge between the two.

They patched up the beef and decided to release their mixtape last year.

They are hinting a future collaboration.

Future and Young Thug are featured on DJ Esco's newest album Kolorblind.

I cannot stand that bigot, that same racist bigot who brought NC the worst voter suppression in American history as well as the unpopular HB2, the so-called bathroom bill which requires gender essentialism and very transphobic. 

He's been a racist for a long time.  Now that he's no longer governor, he can say whatever he wants towards Blacks and people of Color without consequence.

Oh, I forgot, he's rabidly anti immigrant as well.  He also ranted against "illegal immigration" in his rant against Black power on his podcast.  He want to be Rush Limbaugh so bad.

Oddly I don't recall FORMER Governor McCrory complaining about diversity in Charlotte when the homogenous group were white men. Amazing that once POC and women begin to lead the city and county we have questions.

Also though... Where is the diversity concerns in the other Mecklenburg municipalities?

These are dog whistles, sir but many of our ears are in tune to the frequency of the once veiled bigotry and fear conjuring...

Donnie, Jr. Dating Fox Host Kimberly Guilfoyle!

Donald Trump, Jr., Harris Faulkner, and Kimberly Guilfoyle. Rumors are flying. The son of inept leader Donald J. Trump is dating Guilfoyle.

Alleged serial cheater Donald Trump, Jr. is rumored to be dating Fox host and conservative agitator Kimberly Guilfoyle.

Gilfoyle is one of the co-host of the five. She was then the first lady of San Francisco. She was once married to progressive champion and California gubernatorial candidates candidate Gavin Newsom. She had recently divorced her husband Eric Villency has a son. Guilfoyle is 48 years old. Trump, Jr., is 40 years old.

Trump recently separated from wife Vanessa after rumors of him having multiple affairs on her. One notable relationship is the former lead sing of Danity Kane, Aubrey O'Day.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Canned!

Fox cancels Brooklyn Nine-Nine and it riled up fans.

Update: Season 6 is a go.

NBC will continue the series.

Fox cancels Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Mick and The Last Man on Earth and fans are livid.

In terms of controversial decisions, the big networks seek to clean house on short and long term shows.

As mentioned in the latest Family Guy episode, Seth MacFarlane voicing Rod Sterling said that "Fox's Tuesday lineup going up in smoke."

So it seems like the decision came on the grounds of ratings. Brooklyn Nine-Nine was considered on the bubble as noted by TVbytheNumbera.

The comedy starring Adam Samberg, Terry Crews, Stephanie Beatriz, Melissa Fumero, Chelsea Peretti, Joe Lo Truglio and Andre Braugher.

Nine-Nine made it to syndication. The cliffhanger will leave fans wondering if Jake (Samberg) and Amy (Fumero) will make it to the wedding.

It also gave praise to actress Stephanie Beatriz, an up and coming Argentine American actress and model. She plays Rosa and it discussed her sexuality and her coming out. In real life, Beatriz is openly bisexual and is currently dating Brad Ross.

The show went through five seasons and fans are demanding Fox work out a deal to keep the show going. Hulu is being considered. The streaming service saved The Mindy Project.

The Last Man on Earth ends in a cliffhanger.

Also mention was the cancellation of The Last Man on Earth. The Sunday show stars Will Forte, Kristen Schaal, January Jones, Mel Rodriguez, Mary Steenburgen and Cleopatra Coleman as the survivors of a post apocalyptic world where they had to make ends meet. Forte played Phil "Tandy" Miller, the de facto leader and resident motivational speaker. His wife Carol is played by actress/comedian Kristen Schaal. The actress is the voice of Louise Belcher on Bob's Burgers.

The show leaves us in a cliffhanger. The series is also trying to finish up on a high note if Hulu gets a hold of it.

Petitions are online and people are protesting Fox for canning the shows.

Hulu has no signs of bringing them on. But the power of protest does work. Hey, they brought back Last Man Standing after it was abruptly cancelled.

It's safe to say that LA to Vegas and Ghosted are cancelled.

Lucifer is also cancelled. More on that when I do the Massacre of Television in the coming days.

Can't We Just Grill In The Park?

In California, a white woman is screaming and crying while being filmed by a  woman. The white woman called the police on a Black family after she got livid over them grilling in a public park in Oakland.

Can't even have a peaceful cookout without these crazy ass people calling the law on them.

This event happened this week and it went viral.

At Lake Merritt Park, the woman called the law on a group of Black people having a cookout because in her mind, it was illegal to grill. So another white woman whips out a camera phone and begins recording the woman.

Her name is Michelle Snider and she filmed the 25 minute encounter.

I like to report a group of Black people grilling in a park. Can someone get the police out here?

The white woman spent a majority of the time on the phone calling the police. She was adamant that having charcoal grills is illegal.

Some years ago, the park had temporarily restricted use of grills after a toddler got injured and the city had to deal with trash left behind.

But this didn't amount to the outrage this woman caused by phoning in a complaint about a man peacefully grilling with his family.

Snider handed the white woman a card. The white woman would place the card in her pocket. Around the seven minute point, Snider asked for her card back and the woman refused to give it back.

Eventually the woman starts to walk away from the situation. Snider continues filming demanding the woman give her card back.

You played yourself.

Oakland Police arrive and took all the information. No one was charged with a crime. However it brought up serious discussion about profiling and misuse of police.

The video is one of many shared online showing white people calling the police on innocent Black people. It also shows white people denying service to Black people.

What Happened To Anthony Wall?

There was an incident at a Waffle House where a cop roughed up a 22 year old man in Warsaw, North Carolina. This was in Onslow County.

The officer put his hands on Anthony Hall and placed him in a chokehold. The incident was filmed by his sister. Once posted on social media, it opened an investigation into the officer.

Anthony Hall is blessed to be alive.

Hall was taking his sister and friends to the prom. After the prom, they decided to grab a bite at the local Waffle House.

They gotten into a heated argument with the employees and soon the police were called.

It doesn't detail the interaction with the cop but it does show the moment he places Hall in a chokehold.

Then he was slammed to the ground, and brutally cuffed by the arresting officer. Throughout this Hall said, "He could not breathe."

"I was pretty much trying to scream for air and trying to breathe because he was holding my throat and that's when I got aggressive with him because you are choking me," said Wall.

Hall was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was released on a get out free card.

This is a brutal takedown of an unarmed man.

The young man admitted that his interaction with the Waffle House employees was wrong, but he stated clearly, the cops should not treat people like this.

"Your hands should have never been around my neck like that if my hands were in the air," said Wall.

Hall is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

So this comes two weeks after an incident in an Mobile, Alabama area Waffle House. Chikesia Clemons was brutally manhandled by police after she complained about an employee overcharging her for a silverware. Her breast were exposed and the cop threatened to break her arm.

This comes a month after a white extremist murder four patrons at a Nashville area Waffle House. Taurean Sanderlin, an employee who worked at the Waffle House. The customers who were killed. Joe Perez, Deebony Groves and Akilah Dasilva (aka Natrix Dream). The terrorist was caught in the woods.

That terrorist is facing the DEATH card if found guilty of capital murder. The terrorist is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
