Black Mower Sues Houston PD Over Unlawful Arrest!

The law stopped a lawn care worker for no reason. He is lucky to be alive. Marlin Gipson is suing the Houston Police for unlawful arrest and medical injuries.

The issues that happen in America are ignored by this inept leader Donald J. Trump. On Friday, he endorsed the idea that police should get a little rough with suspects. That will be discussed in the next post.

What I've said many times in our blog is that Bad Cops are more of threat to the safety of all Americans. It's not just a "Black or White" issue for me. It's the lack of proper training, the need to be a hero complex and the need to get answers when you have a right to not do.

WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS.

THE POLICE AND JUNK FOOD MEDIA TRY TO MAKE THE VICTIM, "THE BAD GUY" BY BRINGING UP HIS PAST HISTORY, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA OR HIS FAMILY LIFE. 

MANY WHITES (IN LARGE GROUPS) HAVE FIREARMS IN FRONT OF POLICE AND THEY NEVER GET SHOT OR KILLED. WHY AREN'T THEY AFRAID OF THEM?

There's outrage in the Black community.

The constable who arrested Gipson didn't acknowledge his name.

A Harris County man was arrested by a police impersonator. He was detained by a Harris County Precinct 1 Constable.

Marlin Gipson is filing a lawsuit against the Harris County Sheriff, Houston Police Department and Texas Department of Safety for an unlawful arrest.

Gipson and his family were going door to door offering services to cut the grass when a man pulled up on them claiming he's law enforcement.

They were working for D&M Lawn Care and they were harassed by a person dressed as police officer that the Houston Police Department claims is not one of theirs.

Gipson begins filming when a a man dressed as a Houston cop tells him to "step over here."

Gipson tells the man he was working for a law care service and they were doing door-to-door solicitation. The alleged officer then asked to see Gipson's ID and he replies that he doesn't have it on him. Gipson then asked the alleged officer for his card.

The alleged cop rejects and then tells Gipson to put his hands behind his back and he draws a pair of handcuffs.

Gipson and people around him claimed that the alleged cop was harassing him because "he was black."

The officer cannot be heard on the video stating why is attempting to arrest Gipson and it ends as Gipson backing from the guy.

"I was scared of what might happen next so I backed up slowly and started heading home," Gipson wrote on Youcaring.com, He raised $20,000 to pay for his medical cost.

The Houston Police would arrest him and they sicced a K-9 on him.

At first, the administrator of the Harris County constables defended the actions.

Constable administrator Alen Rosen said Gipson left because of an outstanding misdemeanor assault warrant.

Lucky to be alive. Gipson shows his injuries from a K-9 bite.

"So when originally stopped and questioned by the officer, that was why he really didn't want to say who we was," Rosen said.

Constables came to his house later that day. Gipson recorded that, too. He said constables broke down his door, tased him and sicced a K-9 on him that left bite marks on his arm.

"I can't even lift certain stuff no more," Gipson told us. "My arm is still numb in certain spots. I can barely lift it up."

They charged Gipson with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

The charges were dropped as soon as the video went viral.

"I would still be doing this right here," Gipson said as he fanned out the cards in his hand. "Lawn service, making money that's the goal… trying to support our family."

She Sorry Now That She Was Fired Out The Cannon!

Sarah and Layla Hassan meet the bigot who berated them because of their religion. The woman, Amber Hensley was caught on camera saying racist comments toward them. She was fired out the cannon at her job.

A woman made peace with two women she berated at a Walmart.

The North Dakota woman rocked the Fargo area by appearing in a viral video tossing racial and Islamophobic slurs at two women shopping at the local Walmart.

Amber Hensley was the woman captured on video this week launching a verbal attack on a trio of women who were from Somalia who claimed they parked their car too close to hers.

"We're going to kill you. We're going to kill all of you fucking Muslims. Why are you in our country, anyway? Why are you in our country anyway?"

Sarah Hassan filmed the encounter. She countered, "You're a racist person, and I am not going back to my country. Here I am making a video and I am going to show it to police."

Hensley said, "Police won't care."

Yeah, they did care and they were called upon.

Hensley saw the video on social media. Her bosses saw it on social media. So they immediately fired her out the cannon and took distance from her and the comments.

Hensley went to social media to formally apologize.

"I would first like to apologize for the horrible things I said to the two ladies at Walmart. It was not a Christian like thing to do AT ALL and wish I could take it back, but I lost my cool and I can't. I am terribly sorry. I just wish the whole video could be shown. And the things that were state before she started taping. She parked way too close to my care I couldn't get in, when I asked her to move she refused, I asked her again and she swore at me calling me a fat bitch, to that I informed her that I was a Christian and asked her if she knew who Jesus was, she said Fuck Jesus and I lost it! But there are absolutely no excuses. I am in tears with regret and will take any form of punishment deemed fit."

She claims that she was the victim.

Yeah, right.

When you hear people say, "Why are you in our fucking country?" it reminds me of "Why aren't you NIGGERS working?" or "Why can't you speak fucking English?"

She knew what she was doing.

She saw Black women with headscarfs and thought they could be "Radical Islamic Terrorists."

Of course Sarah and Leyla Hassan were average shoppers who were minding their business.

Well the local police got involved and settled the matter in a timely fashion.

The three women made peace. Of course, Amber will head to the local unemployment office to find her a new job on Monday. Who knows?

This is Donald J. Trump's America. Where Muslim women are berated because they live, shop and enjoy the very freedoms this White woman took for granted.

Atlanta rapper Ralo told the junk food media, that he will be a product of his environment regardless of his millions. The rapper went to social media to declare that despite him driving a $80,000 Lamborghini, the rapper will continue to park it in them grimy Atlanta streets.

Ralo (born Terrell Davis) is becoming well-recognized in the entertainment industry.

The rapper boasted that he made $12 million by selling drugs. The rap game pays his freedom.

For only being 21 years old, the rapper has done some crazy shit when he was a youth.

He claims from age 12 to 19, he was placed in the juvenile lockup and adult lockup. He has 34 on his punch card in the lockup. During that two times he had a stint in the iron college.

He was raised in West Atlanta and lives in The Bluff neighborhood. The residents call that the most dangerous neighborhood in the city. Ralo claims that he's better home than in the suburbs.

He began rapping only a mere two years ago. He signed to Young Scooter's Black Migos Gang and Gucci Mane's 1017 Brick Squad. He also launched his own label Famerica Records.

Ralo recently released a mixtape with Gucci Mane.



Ralo said that he wished things would be different. He didn't graduate from high school. He said that drugs and crime made him a success. He never apologizes for this.

Ralo never apologizes for his antics. He allegedly threw $30,000 in cold cash to homeless people.

Many believe the rapper's days are numbered. He doesn't apologize for his criminal history. He made enemies with local residents and dope pushers. He claims that he'll die a gangsta.

Anthony Scaramucci looks like the Shamwow guy.

Donald J. Trump is considering cleaning house. He believes his team isn't defending him enough.

The rumors going around Washington is cannon fire. White House Communication Director Anthony Scaramucci is hoping Trump gets rid of Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III, Reince Pribeus, and Steve Bannon.

It was confirmed that the Chief of Staff Reince Priebus was fired out the cannon. Only one week after Sean Spicer was fired out the cannon as Press Secretary.

He believes they are backstabbers.

The former Fox News contributor and day trader is now in charge of pushing talking points to the junk food media. He is responsible for handling the latest issues Trump promotes.

He appointed Sarah Huckabee Sanders to the Press Secretary after Sea.n Spicer was fired out the cannon.

He also got a fierce defense of his buddy.

Trouble maker. Anthony Scaramucci is responsible for getting Reince Priebus and Sean Spicer fired out the cannon.

When the New Yorker said that Trump had a dinner with Scaramucci, Bill Shine, Kimberly Guilfoyle and Sean "Softball" Hannity, the White House got livid.

The Communication Director unloaded on leakers, Priebus and Bannon.

He also labeled Bannon a man who flexes on himself. He said that Steve Bannon sucks his own cock.

Also he said that the swamp will not defeat Trump.

It's also reported that Scaramucci is divorcing from his wife, Deidre. She said that the limelight is driving them apart. He won't stay focus on the family. He said that's a private matter and he's focus on MAGA.

This Scaramucci is the Shamwow guy. He's pitching a product that people aren't buying.

Reince Priebus Fired Out The Cannon!

Trump says "You're fired" to Reince Priebus. He fired his Chief of Staff out the cannon.

Donald J. Trump fired Reince Priebus out the cannon. He formally fired his Chief of Staff after the appointing of Anthony Scaramucci. This sent shockwaves across the DC area.

Trump is the most inept leader in modern history. He is so polarizing, it's going to be nearly impossible for bipartisanship between the parties.

Trump quickly appoint Department of Homeland Security chief John Kelly as his new Chief of Staff.

Kelly is retired Marine four-star general. Trump has been zeroing on loyal members. He loved the "star power" that Kelly had.

The allegations of leaking drove Scaramucci to point the blame at Priebus.

Scaramucci called Priebus a fucking paranoid schizophrenic. It was said that Trump was tired of "weakness" and said that Priebus didn't want to get into a tiff-for-tat.

Trump went to social media to announce his new pick. He also thanked Priebus for his 6 months of service to him.

The top staffers are not pleased with Trump hiring the Shamwow guy as their boss.

Priebus became a part of American history. He edged out Kenneth Duberstein by a few weeks in service as the Chief of Staff.

Priebus was the former chairman of the Republican Party, He and Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) are good friends.

The cannon firing of Reince Priebus and the promotion of John Kelly,

Priebus was quick to slam Trump when the "grab 'em by the pussy" comments came out in October.

Trump hired Priebus, Michael Flynn, Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III, Sean Spiecer and Steve Bannon to his roster. So far, Trump is not happy with them. They were upset that Trump hired cronies like Jared Kushner and Scaramucci.

Priebus went to CNN to say "no bad blood."

"We talked about it yesterday. I resigned and he accepted...He wanted to go in a different direction and I support him in that," said Priebus on CNN.

"I think he was right to hit the reset button, and I think it's something the White House needs. It's healthy and I support him. I'm always going to be a Trump fan. I look forward to helping him achieve his goals and his agenda for the American people."

How's That Fancy Lobster, Softball Hannity?

Sean "Softball" Hannity had a fancy lobster at a Trump hotel. He denies it. 

The official softball of the Donald J. Trump corporation dismissed the accusations that he spent a lavish amount of money at one of the inept leader's properties. It was revealed that Sean "Softball" Hannity, Kimberly Guilfoyle, his ex-boss and friend Bill Shine joined the inept leader for a dinner this week.

Anthony Scaramucci got livid over who leaked out the New Yorker's Ryan Lizza.

He threatened Lizza and the leaker for the very mention of it.

The softball was on radio in Washington saying he's here in the swamp for an important gathering.

Obviously, we knew he was there in DC to see his buddy.

Scaramucci called the Lizza and those who undermine Trump, "unpatriotic."

During the inauguration, the softball was there to enjoy the festivities. The festivities were at Trump International Hotel, the softball, Mike Pence and Steve Mnuchin had a good time with the inept leader.

GQ said that a waiter had hosted the most annoying conservative agitator in the junk food media. The waiter said the softball ran a $42,000 check on a restaurant. He ordered a lobster. Matter of fact, a 40 year old lobster from Maine.

The softball got riled up over that accusation.

Mind you that the softball is a fierce defender of his buddy.

Remember the softball demonized then President Barack Obama. He was bemoaning about the Obamas on vacation, his birth certificate, his daughters, former First Lady Michelle Obama's remarks on racism, and insulted him by calling him the "anointed one."

He infamously complained about Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden going into a Five Guys Hamburger asking for Dijon mustard on his hamburger.

"How's that fancy hamburger, Mr. President?" - The softball said in 2009.

Next month, the Sean Hannity Word Vomit.... I will address him and the constant word vomit he spews on radio and television. His formula isn't working anymore.

MSNBC is licking their chops. They hope to take the Number 1 spot. With Bill O'Reilly being off the air and living in washed up celebrity status, the softball is the only relic left on the primetime. His right wing carnival is typical of most opinion shows. It's nothing more than the host and most of his supporters bashing Obama, Hillary Clinton, the junk food media and those who criticize Trump.

It's getting old and people are not watching softball.

The Republicans in the U.S. Senate sunk their chances at repealing and replacing Obamacare.

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) joined the Democrats in defeating the "skinny repeal" of the Affordable Care Act.

What went wrong?

Republicans tried to pass a bill without any committee hearings. It was the secret backroom deals and political agitation. Their seven year agitation against the historical law became a rally call for victory.

It turns out that during their "showboating," Republicans couldn't come up with an overall plan that can better the ACA. It was highly unpopular from the start. To take 25 million Americans off insurance isn't really a bright idea.

But Republicans want to fulfill a promise to the bombastic agitators on talk radio, television and the internet. Turns out three Senators said the "Hell with them."

"I regret that our efforts were simply not enough, this time" said Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY). The inept Majority Leader also pressed on Democrats to do "This is clearly a disappointing moment."

"It's time to move on," said McConnell.

The Republicans face a huge setback. This setback was done by their own.
