Judge In The Casey Anthony Trial Says She Done It! By Accident!

Casey Anthony, the mother acquitted in 2011 of killing her daughter Caylee is back in the junk food media. Her trial was about six years ago and the junk food media went wall-to-wall. The public perception of Anthony is just about the same as George Zimmerman. Many in the state of Florida want them to disappear from the limelight.

So far she has. I mean she opened up a photography business and is still getting negative publicity since the trial. She does get death threats and boycotts wherever she goes. And she tries to escape Florida by taking refuge in the Cleveland, Ohio area with some of her family members. She is estranged from her parents, brother and father of Caylee.

Anthony who was found not guilty in the death has been a junk food media magnet.

The coverage of the mother who was then a "party girl" accused of murdering her daughter and stuffing her in the trunk was tabloid sensation.

She rarely talks to the junk food media. She stays away from social media because it "depresses her."

And the news coming today about the trial comes from a judge who recently retired from the bench.

The judge opens up about how he became a part of American history and how he feels about Anthony today.

Belvin Perry, the judge presiding over the case speaks out to the junk food media.

He says that "she done it" but "accidently."

"Based upon evidence, the most logical thing that happened was that she tried to knock her daughter out by the use of chloroform and gave her too much chloroform which caused her daughter to die," Perry said. "Chloroform was used as anesthesia back in the day before there was real anesthesia to render someone unconscious."

"I don't think she ever anticipated the result," he said. "The only person that actually knows what happened is Casey Anthony."

The chloroform was found inside Anthony's trunk and the judge admits it could be theory.

Jeff Session was a rushing (ah, Russian).

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is caught up in the Russian involvement scandal. A series of damaging revelations came on Wednesday putting more pressure on fuhrer Donald J. Trump.

The New York Times that Trump considers "fake news" is reporting that intelligence officials working for the Obama administrations had grown so concerned about the scope of Russia getting into the business of the U.S. Election.

They zeroed in on Trump's campaign staff and allies having stringent contact with Russian officials.

Sessions spoke twice with the Russian ambassador to the United States and failed to disclose that to lawmakers during his senate confirmation hearing.

Democrats and even the two most worthless Republicans in the senate are calling for investigations.

Republicans senators John McCain of Arizona and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina call for a special prosecutor to investigate the Justice Department. They added that if Republicans could spend time going after Hillary Clinton, then it should follow the same within Trump administration.

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) says it's too early to go into the situation. He doesn't want to spend his time going after shiny objects. He doesn't want to say it's a "witch hunt" but he's signalling that Congress should be informed about Russian involvement.

Trump warned that anyone who leaks will face the consequences.

Trump at first denied any Russian involvement. He calls any criticism of his election win, "sour grapes" and the junk food media, "fake news."

This news comes fresh after National Security Adviser Michael Flynn resigned after he was caught discussing U.S. sanctions with Russia. He did before Trump got into office and tried to sweet the pot.

Flynn denied the involvement. But the bombshells kept on coming. He was forced out.

Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III is a former Alabama senator who became one Trump's strongest supporters. He was the first Senator to publicly endorse the controversial asshole. He was just confirmed on a partisan vote to become the current Attorney General of the United States.

Sessions is pro-confederate, pro-gun, anti-choice, anti-immigrant, anti-LGBT, and Islamophobic.

Sessions wants to increase for-profit prisons, rollback marijuana legalization, cut off the safety net, allow more leniency for police officers who kill unarmed suspects, enforce "Blue Lives Matter" laws and make online prostitution in the United States, a federal crime.

Uber CEO Is A D*ck!

I owe the taxman. I owe nearly $1,000 in federal taxes. Wow!

And most of taxes being owed to the feds is coming from driving for Uber. Yeah, the ride sharing service that is making billions on the backs of individuals willing to use their own vehicle as a taxi.

Uber doesn't take federal and state taxes out of the rides. I am considered an independent contractor, not an employee for Uber. So I am responsible for deductions. I am the employee and employer. I am using their namesake, my vehicle and my patience with riders.

For what it's worth, I made a lot of money driving for Uber. But the car has taken on lots of miles, partial damage from riders, and costly repairs. I'm even considering finding other options to make money.

Uber continues to lower the rates on rides, the pickups are getting longer and the demand for drivers is shrinking because of a competitive market. Uber is in the red and they're making sacrifices at the expense of the drivers, the riders and investors.

It's also facing a PR crisis within its ranks.

Sexual harassment is the biggest issue facing Uber. Many of the female corporate executives are reporting that some of the employees are sexually harassing workers.

An essay from Medium went viral. It depicted a toxic culture towards women heads all the way to the CEO's office. From sexual harassment to blackmail, many of the female employees have said that Uber have ignored the complaints.

And it also got worse when Travis Kalanick got an earful from an Uber driver named Fawzi Kamel.

Kamel is a driver from Houston and he picked up the Uber CEO and two female companions.

During the ride, the driver overheard the women ask Kalanick about Uber's proposals. He also said that he didn't care if the drivers were suffering. That set Kamel off.

Kamel had an opportunity to complain about falling fares. That got Kalanick's attention and wrath.

"You know what? Some people don't like to take responsibility for their own shit. They blame everything in their life on somebody else. Good luck!"

The CEO got out and slammed the door. Kamel gave him a one-star rating and sent the exchange to Bloomberg.

Kamel said that Uber failed him and others. He is bankrupt and struggling to obtain the benefits from driving as an Uber Black driver.

Travis Kalanick faces a PR shitstorm.

Kalanick dismissed his concerns until now. Facing pressure, Kalanick issued an apology to Kamel but also added, "This is the first time I've been willing to admit that I need leadership help and I intend to get it."

Kamel dismissed the apology and said that Uber is waste of time.

He said that Uber Black drivers like him are expected to drive recent versions of certain models of car but get squeezed by the company's shift toward the budget end of the market.

"The real issue is that the first Uber Black car drivers are the real investors in Uber," said Kamel. "How come the angel investors in Uber turned their $20,000 into millions, but the original Uber Black car drivers got nothing?"

Some of Barack Obama's former cabinet have ties to Uber. Arianna Huffington, the former CEO of the Huffington Post is a partial investor in the company. For some time, the CEO of Uber was a part of Trump's economic forum.

New Trump Is Old Trump With A Shiny Bow On It!

I didn't watch the fuhrer's speech. I refuse to normalize Donald J. Trump. But the American people believe that his Joint Session of Congress was "positive". Tell me how many people were watching Trump speak?

Cause I certainly am one of the many who would love to see Trump fail. I want him to continue embarrass our country.

But I will acknowledge that he called for unity among Americans. Yeah, right!

The fuhrer pressed for a reset. He had rough first month and it's expected to get worse.

"I am here tonight to deliver a message of unity and strength, and it is a message deeply delivered from my heart," said Trump. He declared he will light "the torch, light and justice ... is now in our hands. And we will use it to light up the world."

Trump wanted to presidential. He had his opportunity to address the nation about his proposals, his determination to nominate Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court and his job proposals.



I don't care what he said. I am not going to support it regardless.

The Democrats are too weak by the way. They have no backbone and all their symbolic themes and pouting is not going to move people into their direction. The Democrats need to hold themselves, the Republicans and Trump accountable.

Fuhrer Trump Speaks! Will The World Listen?

Trump needs people to support his policies. He address the nation.

Donald J. Trump delivers his speech to Joint Session of Congress. It's sort of like a State of the Union address. And the president (I meant fuhrer) will speak on issues that he urges Americans to get behind.

The speech is going to be controversial regardless of what he says. He will bring up issues like repealing the Affordable Care Act, increase military spending, reshaping tax reform, rollback current trade deals, rollback immigration reform, and take away portions of the safety net.

At this Joint Session of Congress will be the family members killed by illegal immigrants.

I am not watching it. I don't give two fucks about him, Mike Pence and the Republicans.

Democrats may boycott the event. Some hopefully will do a "Joe Wilson" and shout "you lie" during his speech.

Kellyanne Conway Lets Her Stupid Fly!

Kellyanne Conway causes another controversy.

Social media tore into White House political adviser Kellyanne Conway for kneeling on the Oval Office couch to snap a photo of the fuhrer with leaders of the nation's historically Black colleges and universities.

This is comes as no surprise. Kellyanne Conway is facing harsh criticism for just being utterly stupid.

She was the one who invoked the tragic "Bowling Green massacre" that happened under then Barack Obama's watch. Well that didn't happen and she was roundly ridiculed for it.

Then on Fox News she made a plug to Ivanka Trump's clothing company. It got her in trouble with the White House inspector general. She also got banned from some Sunday shows because she's too controversial.

Conservatives were outraged over the fact that President Barack Obama put his feet on a desk in the Oval Office. They were bitching and complaining. They believe that Obama had no respect for the office and believed that he was truly un-American.

Now that a Republican is in the White House, happy days are here again! 

Conservatives can now have the power to undo the "damage" Obama's done in eight years with their leader Fuhrer Donald J. Trump. 

But as you see, it's not as easy as expected.

Trump is still finding it hard to get things done when he can't have Congress onboard. 

Teen Killed After Sneaking Into His Girl's Home!

Teen's attempt to see his girlfriend ended in his death.

In the open carry state of Georgia, Jordan Middleton lost his life to the "castle doctrine". He wanted to be a Romeo by climbing into his Juliet's home in Grovetown. The 14-year old girl lets him into the home and he gets caught between the door frame. It alerts a dog and then the homeowner.

The homeowner then is alerted to the noise. He grabs his firearm and dog to search for the intruder.

The girl has the boy hiding in a closet. As the dog barks at the location where Middleton is, the homeowner gave him two verbal commands to show himself or face a lead sandwich.

Middleton failed to do so. So as he would try to escape he bolted out the door, and the homeowner puts a bullet in him. It hit him in the chest. He would die near the door. The deputies would arrive to find the teen's body and placed the homeowner in the cruiser.

Derrick Fulton said that he didn't know that it was his daughter's friend. He was very saddened by this.

Fulton is facing a questioning but is likely to escape aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The young teen was a standout basketball player. He attended Grovetown High School.

Many of his friends said that he had an infectious smile.

He had no criminal history.
