Feds Nab Wannabe Terrorists!

Ohio could be the hub of extremism. Ohio man wanted to join the Islamic State. Ohio woman wanted to massacre a Jewish synagogue,
Extremism is on the rise. Just look at how many people were nabbed in Ohio. These individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Laith Waleed Alebbini from Dayton, Ohio was charged with providing material and and resources to a foreign terrorist organization. He was criminally indicted for this charge. This could place his ass in the federal time out for up to 20 years.

Alebbini wanted to join the Islamic State and join the Syrian civil war.

Federal public defender Thomas Anderson wrote that Alebbini is a legal permanent U.S. resident with no criminal record who has an infant son. Anderson also wrote that the government's case is deficient because Alebbini was not seeking to travel to place himself under the direction of ISIS.

A federal judge ruled that Alebbini be detained without bond, agreeing with prosecutors who said the defendant was a "flight risk."

Anderson wrote that the ticket to fly to Jordan was paid for by the FBI through a confidential informant and that Alebbini just wanted to get to Syria to fight against the Bashar al-Assad regime.

Anderson wrote that the government’s theory is not that Alebbini was plotting any type of terrorist attack either in America or abroad.

Naser Almadaoji from Dayton, Ohio also was attempting to join Alebbini. A federal judge in Dayton ruled that the Beavercreek teen must remain incarcerated while prosecutors pursue an accusation that Almadaoji tried to join an arm of ISIS.

The count of attempting to provide material support and resources to a foreign terrorist organization carries a maximum 20 years in prison.

Almadaoji, an Iraqi-born, naturalized U.S. citizen, was taken into custody last week at the Columbus airport and charged in Dayton’s U.S District Court after he attempted to fly to Kazakhstan.
Teen wanted to join the Islamic State.
U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Ohio Benjamin Glassman said evidence shows Almadaoji’s plan was to be smuggled into Afghanistan and join ISIS Khorasan, an affiliate of ISIS in that country, to be trained.

Two people from Toledo, Ohio were nabbed by the feds after the two plotted terrorist attacks upon Jewish facilities in the area.

The two were separate cases. CNN reports the two were plotting mass causality attacks upon Jewish people and American infrastructure.

A synagogue and a Georgia pipeline were the targets of two Ohio residents arrested by federal authorities in separate investigations, officials said on Monday.

Authorities said Damon Joseph, 21, planned to kill worshipers inside a Jewish synagogue in Toledo with an assault rifle. In a second case, Elizabeth Lecron, 23, is accused of purchasing bomb-making materials she intended to use to blow up a pipeline.

Both arrests followed monthslong investigations in which clues, such as images of guns or words of support for mass murderers, were posted on social media.

The stark difference in Joseph and Lecron's targets shows the scope of the challenge for investigators, said Justin E. Herdman, US attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.

"It's not just one threat. It's across the spectrum," Herdman told CNN in an interview on Monday. "It's not just Islamic or anarchist or animal rights terrorism. It's everything."

Investigators became aware of Joseph after they noticed pictures of knives and firearms on his social media accounts, court records show. FBI agents posing as members of ISIS began a monthslong conversation with Joseph in which he offered his services in creating propaganda videos, court records show.

Joseph would routinely talk online with undercover agents who he thought were members of ISIS, the records show. The conversations ranged from details about his propaganda videos to his beliefs, and he admitted he struggled with the idea of killing but was not afraid to go to prison, since he would be able to recruit fellow inmates. Then in September, the agents asked Joseph if he hated people in America. "Oh yeah, definitely," answered Joseph, according to court records. "The gays the Christians the Catholics the Jews you name it."

Undercover agents later met Joseph in person and were given a shopping list of weapons and ammunition, items he needed to mimic the October Tree of Life shooting, where 11 people were killed, Herdman said. On his list was an assault rifle, semi-automatic pistol, at least two magazines and ammunition, according to the indictment.

By the time Joseph met with undercover agents on Friday, they said, he had fine-tuned his plot.

Joseph had narrowed his plot to one synagogue and showed one of the agents pictures from inside the structure, saying he wanted to start the killing spree in the sanctuary, records show. Joseph, who also wanted to make sure he killed a rabbi, said he was going to raid the synagogue on the Sabbath so he would cause maximum bloodshed, records show.

Later that day, agents sold Joseph two inoperable AR-15's and that is when they took him into custody, records show.

"This guy is one firearm away from another Tree of Life shooting. That's what he wanted to do," Herdman said. "He was clear on what his intent was and what his plan was."
Joseph's attorney declined to comment.
Ohio man wanted to join the Islamic State and tried to recruit others to join him.
Lecron, who gushed on social media over mass murderers like Columbine High School shooters Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, and Dylann Roof, the man who killed nine people in a 2015 massacre at a historically black Charleston, South Carolina, church.

Lecron, who attempted to send Nazi literature to Roof, told undercover FBI agents she hatched a murder plot for a Toledo bar. She then decided to target a livestock farm and wanted to form a team, officials said, before changing course again and saying she and her roommate planned to make a pipe bomb and were gathering materials.

Earlier this month, Lecron told an undercover agent she was considering a pipeline in Georgia. She agreed to buy black powder needed to make the bomb and had bought hundreds of screws, intended to be used as shrapnel in the blast, at a sporting goods store on Saturday, records show.

Information on Lecron's attorney was not immediately released.

"The longer these people are in place on the street the greater the risk is that they're going to kill somebody," Herdman said. "It was just the right time to take them down."

Another man, Vincent S. Armstrong, 23, was charged Wednesday with providing false statements to a law enforcement officer, federal and local authorities said. Armstrong, who lives with Lecron, has been in custody since Monday.

According to an affidavit filed in Armstong's case, he and Lecron flew together in August to visit locations related to the mass shooting at Columbine. Authorities searched their home in August and found several weapons, including an AK-47, a shotgun, handguns and ammunition, along with end caps that Armstrong purchased, which can be used to build pipe bombs, according to the affidavit.
Authorities also found journal entries by the couple discussing a violent attack. "Now I have these thoughts. ...These memories. They haunt me. I have a vision. A vision to kill. To hunt the unwilling. These peasants to society," Armstrong wrote on June 8, according to authorities.

In an interview Monday with authorities, Armstrong denied discussing the attack plans with Lecron and purchasing items that could be used to make a bomb, according to the affidavit. That day, authorities found a duffel bag in the trunk of Armstrong's car with several items, including a tactical vest with two loaded magazines for an AK-47 and printouts of instructions of how to build various bombs, according to the affidavit.

CNN has not determined whether Armstrong has an attorney.

Maria Butina Served!

Heading to federal time out.
The 30-year old Russian honeytrap who was faced criminal indictments for failure to register as a foreign agent served a federal sandwich. They accused her of peddling information and pandering influence to prominent Republican lawmakers and conservative agitators.

Butina has gotten a graduate's degree from the American University. During her time in the U.S., she built an extensive career of talking to prominent leaders within Republican circles. She managed to nab a disgusting pervert named Paul Erickson who helped her get in.

Maria Butina plead guilty. Her guilty plea comes with a price. She admits to engaging in conspiracy against the United States in collusion with the Russian government. Butina was forced to reveal secrets to how her operation worked, how she managed to get within Republican circles and how to transmit information to Russian operatives.

The Kremlin claims that Butina was "tortured" during her stay in federal time out.

Butina was accused of working to infiltrate Republican political circles through groups such as the National Rifle Association to bolster interest in the Russian Federation.

Butina said that she acted "under direction" of a high official (identified as Alexander Torshin) to establish communications with conservative groups and the White House.

Her conviction could reduce her sentence to a nickel in federal time out, possible deportment and banishment from the United States. She can appeal the charges at given time.
Butina with Alexander Torshin. Behind them is the podium for President of the United States.
Butina had a tryst with Paul Erickson, a South Dakota Republican activist who managed to her seat at the NRA, the National Prayer Breakfast, former Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke, Jr., Wayne LaPierre, Dan Bongino, and Donald Trump, Jr.

There was a report that Butina met with Donald J. Trump to talk up sanctions.

The Kremlin has admitted that Butina is an asset. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova spoke to CNN about the controversy.

"It's not about justice. It's just inquisition. It's medieval inquisition. Becuase she is intimidated, she was tortured and was not treated like a human being, not like a woman."

She added, "I think she was treated and is still treated probably as a terrorist or something like that."

Looking For Newt!

There's talk that the new White House Chief of Staff could be has-been Newt Gingrich
The White House cancelled their annual Christmas Party for the journalists. Amazed that journalists would actually show up to see that bloated orange tanned asshole and his facial nightmare of a wife.

Today, word got out that a washed up politician and Fox News contributor got a call from the imbecile.

"Hey, would you like to be my Chief of Staff?"

"Frankly, I would accept it!"

Newt Gingrich, a washed up lawmaker and conservative carnival barker is considered a top-tier for the position of Chief of Staff.

Another ridiculous pick is about to happen. Gingrich promoted the toxic environment that gave us Donald J. Trump is probably willing to take the role. His wife, Calista is already appointed ambassador to the Holy See (Vatican City).

Gingrich would be the likely choice. He's washed up. He has nothing better to do with himself other than write crappy book.
Trump already appointed Calista Gingrich as Ambassador to the Vatican City. She is Newt's third wife and former mistress.
It seems like his "shadow chief of staff" once again asked him to do him a favor.

Sean "Softball" Hannity again....!

Yup.

Anyway, besides Gingrich, there's acting Attorney General Andrew Feinberg who is currently on the short list of possible replacements.

Trump was strongly concerned that if he picked Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) as his chief of staff, the Republicans would have to face a special election in which the seat could be flipped.

Gingrich was then House Speaker from 1995 to 1999. He was from Georgia's 6th Congressional District. The 6th Congressional District is currently held by Rep. Karen Handel (R-GA).

When January comes around, Lucy McBath will take the spot. She will be the first Democrat in almost 40 years to represent the district. She is African American and the mother of Jordan Davis, the Florida teen who was gunned down in a road rage dispute in 2012.

Any thoughts to this?

Scrubbing A Softball!

Trump's official softball scrubbed tweets.
Jonathan Gilliam, an ex-Navy seal and far-right agitator filled in for Sean "Softball" Hannity's right wing carnival today.

Gilliam said that the official softball of the Donald J. Trump legacy is preparing for an interview with Melania Trump. Great another softball interview with someone close to Trump.

Many started to say, "Wait a minute." Something smells fishy!

This is weird.

Today is a big news day in the United States. Former attorney and fixer for Donald J. Trump, Michael Cohen had just got handed a federal sandwich. He will likely get 40 months in federal time out.

Unbeknownst to those who haven't followed the latest scandal involving Trump, this one also got Hannity wrapped around it as well.

For you see, Michael Cohen is also the former attorney of Sean "Softball" Hannity.

It was one of the many controversies plaguing that annoying conservative agitator. Fox News has been pretty easy on him. They have never held him accountable.

Now folks are starting to notice that the softball did a little bit of social media scrubbing.
Michael Cohen and Sean "Softball" Hannity.
Folks on Twitter discovered that Hannity has deleted nearly 300 tweets in regards to Cohen and the Mueller probe. The deleted tweets include some from the April revelation of Hannity being Cohen's client. Cohen performed work for Hannity.

"Michael Cohen has never represented me in any matter. I never retained him, received an invoice, or paid legal fees. I have occasionally had brief discussions with him about legal questions about which I wanted his input and perspective."

Hannity scrubbed that tweet.

The Hill Reporter caught him in the act. They got a hold of a "screenshot bot" who confirms that the softball is trying to destroy evidence.

That is a huge deal.

Now you know that the feds are watching the actions. Hannity has been allegedly pushing a narrative that implicates Hillary Clinton in the Russia meddling.

Hannity, his mistress Sara A. Carter, Gregg Jarrett, Newt Gingrich and John Solomon have been trying their best to distract Americans with allegations about Clinton. Mind you, Hannity has stepped up an attack on Clinton every time an ally or Trump gets caught up in a scandal.

Hannity has met with Julian Assange in 2016 and 2017. He peddled the Seth Rich murder and Hillary Clinton's health kookspiracies.

Man Calls Walmart The "Spawn Of Satan!"

Walmart in Dayton, Ohio.
The working class are suffering here in the United States. They are suffering in Canada as many are experiencing the same factors to why working for a living can be meaningless.

If you work over 40 hours a week and only pulling in less than $1,000 in a living wage, then you're overworked. Many Americans here are working for little pay. Most Americans are not satisfied with wages.

Donald J. Trump loves bragging about the economy being "great." He doesn't realize that many Americans are working to survive. It's unfortunate that the Jobs and Tax Cuts Act isn't beneficial to the working class. The wealthy still managed to take home a little extra million or two though.

There was a video being shared online and picked up by progressive blog, The Raw Story. A Canadian man lets loose on Walmart and their workplace practices.

The Edmonton, Alberta man slams his former employer on wax.

The viral video of a man who went on intercom to blast Walmart for their workplace practices.

Take a look at it.

Jackson Racicot lets the world know that he's not going take bullshit anymore.

He claims as a loyal worker at Walmart he was promised opportunities to grow. It turns out that he didn't get the opportunities. He got the run around.

So in typical fashion, he explained it through a now viral video.
Jackson Racicot slams Walmart for work practices and unfair wages.
The Edmonton Star reports that man walked into his job, handed his manager his resignation letter, and then commandeered the store's intercom to deliver a parting shot at his former employers.
"Our managers will make promises and never keep them," he said. "And not only that, they will preach to us about how they only care about their employees, but about a month ago, my boss… called me a 'waste of time' and management did nothing to help."

He then accused management of trying to save money by shafting employees via knocking down full-time workers to part-time status — even if they actually work more than 40 hours a week.

"I've been a loyal employee here for a year-and-a-half, and I'm sick of all the bullshit, bogus write ups and my job," he said. "Fuck management, fuck this job and fuck Walmart!”

What Happened To Jazmine Headley?

New York City mom arrest lead to protest. The NYPD pulled her son away from her.
Rep-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is very vocal about the cost of living in New York City.

The incoming freshman lawmaker is offended by New York City's attempt to bring Amazon into the region. She said that New York City residents have terrible water service, the cost of living is too high and people can't afford living in slums. People of color suffer the worse when it comes to income inequality. The thought of bringing in a heartless corporation into the heart of New York to offer crappy pay and no opportunities is the very reason why she vows to take on corporate greed.

This issue has caught her attention. Matter of fact, Black Lives Matter has an ear. The New York Police Department is pretty brutal to people of color.

A 23-year old mother who was violently separated from her baby became a controversy. This happened at the New York City public assistance center in Brooklyn. It has attracted national attention and condemnation at mayor Bill de Blasio.

Jazmine Headley was sitting on the floor with her son when a security officer got into a heated argument with her.

The security officer was upset that she didn't comply to her order to stand up. So she contacted the New York Police Department to remove her from the facility,

The person who filmed the encounter, Monae Sinclair saw what happened.

Take it away.

The video begins with Headley screaming "They're hurting my son! They're hurting my son!"

A female sergeant and three officers, two of who appeared to be women surrounded Headley and attempted to pull the child away. Then one officer attempts to yank the child out of her arms.

Other cops come by and then it caught attention of onlookers who screamed at the cops to stop hurting the child.

The NYPD said that Headley was told numerous times to leave "numerous times." She refused.

Despite the encounter, they arrested her and placed her in custody of Rikers Island. She was charged with resisting arrest, acting in a matter that imposes injury on a child and obstructing government affair and trespassing. She refused medical treatment for her and the child.

She spent the weekend in Rikers before the District Attorney decided to drop all charges.
Thankful to be alive. This is what NYPD does to poor people. They treat us like shit.
The district attorney's office says it would've allowed her to return home as she waited out her court date, but they couldn't do so because of an outstanding warrant for her arrest from Mercer County, New Jersey. Headley was wanted there after failing to show up for an arraignment in July 2017 for charges of credit card theft and trafficking in personal identifying information.

She's now being released from Rikers Island on her own recognizance, meaning she has to promise to show up for future court dates.

Tuesday morning, Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez dropped charges stemming from the incident, saying in a statement on Twitter that he was "horrified by the violence depicted in the video and immediately opened an investigation into this case."

BREAKING: Michael Cohen Heading To Federal Time Out!

Off to federal time out for Michael Cohen.
Michael Cohen, the former attorney for Donald J. Trump, took a bullet for the country. The former fixer for Trump is going to spend up to 40 months in federal time out.

Prosecutors had recommended a "substantial term of imprisonment" for Cohen, who pleaded guilty to both lying to Congress over a possible Trump Tower Moscow project, and to campaign finance violations for paying women who alleged affairs with Donald Trump. Cohen's lawyers had asked that he serve no prison time.

Cohen, according to the Associated Press, said in his defense that "blind loyalty" to Trump "led me to take a path of darkness instead of light."

Prosecutors say they believe Cohen committed illegal acts at the direction of Trump, named "Individual 1" in court filings. Trump has disowned Cohen, calling him "not very smart."

"Michael Cohen is lying and he's trying to get a reduced sentence for things that have nothing to do with me," the president told reporters on the White House South Lawn last week.

Both special counsel Robert Mueller's team and prosecutors in the Southern District of New York leveled cases against Cohen, whose relationship with the president has soured as Cohen turned on the president. When Cohen's apartment and office were raided in April, the president called him a "good man," and the raid, a "disgraceful situation."

Trump has given no indication that he would pardon Cohen, even as he hasn't ruled out the possibility of pardoning his former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort. Manafort has pleaded guilty to fraud counts related to his business transactions, but Trump has praised him.

Cohen's sentencing hearing began at 11 a.m., and the outcome can be viewed in the live player above.

Remember: Michael Cohen is the former attorney of Sean "Softball" Hannity. The Fox News host denies ever having close ties to Cohen. The softball's name was revealed in federal court.

Kathie Lee Gifford Exits Today!

Breaking today, the host of Daytime Today is announcing her departure. Only three weeks after they sacked that worthless agitator Megyn Kelly, the host of Daytime Today, Kathie Lee Gifford is leaving NBC News.

"As we all know, Kathie Lee's plate has been overflowing lately with film, music and book projects, and after giving us eleven extraordinary years, she's decided to focus her attention full-time on those other creative endeavors," NBC News President Noah Oppenheim wrote in an internal memo Tuesday morning.

Oppenheim called her a "legend" for her "enduring and endearing talents in morning television."
From 1985 until 2000, Gifford co-hosted "Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee." In 2008, she became Hoda Kotb's co-host on the 10 a.m. hour of "Today."

In the television world, the hour is known for funny conversations, celebrity guests and free-flowing wine. Gifford and Kotb are beloved by millions of viewers.

And in the business world, it is known as a prime place to advertise. The morning-long "Today" show is a cash cow for NBC, generating hundreds of millions of dollars of ad revenue. So changes to the show's cast are always a big deal.

In the coming months NBC will have to retool both the 9 and 10 a.m. hours. That's because 9 a.m. host Megyn Kelly was taken off the air in October after multiple controversies, including her offensive comments about blackface Halloween costumes.

NBC and Kelly are still negotiating the terms of her exit.

Gifford is leaving under very different circumstances. "We look forward to celebrating her in the months to come," Oppenheim wrote on Tuesday.

Oppenheim said the network would share its plans for the future of the 10 a.m. hour before Gifford's final show in April. The hour "will, of course, continue to include Hoda," he said.

When she's not a host, Gifford is a songwriter, a singer, a producer, an author, and an actress, among other roles. She has a movie in the works called "Then Came You."

"I have something to share with everybody," Gifford said at the start of Tuesday's show. "It's bittersweet, as these things always are. But, I've been here almost 11 years. Thought I would stay one year. Something happened along the way: I fell in love with a beautiful Egyptian goddess." That's one of her loving nicknames for Kotb.

"And now, when it's our 11th anniversary, I'm going to be leaving the 'Today' show," Gifford said. "It's an exciting time for me, and I'm thrilled about all the projects that are coming up. But it's also hard, because the reason I stayed longer than a year is because I love everybody here so much."

In a statement, she added, "I leave 'Today' with a grateful heart but I'm truly excited for this new creative season in my life. Many thanks to all the wonderful people who made the years fly by."

"Today" co-host Savannah Guthrie tweeted out, "A true pro, a true legend, a true friend. We love you, @KathieLGifford."

NBC News announced that Jenna Hager, daughter of George W. Bush will take the helm of Daytime Today host.

Will The Blaze Survive?

Glenn Beck and Mark Levin merge struggling businesses to form Blaze TV.
Two struggling right wing outlets merged. The lords of bullshit will be a subscription and television streaming service. Conservative Review and The Blaze are combining into one single organization. The results are mixed.

CRTV and The Blaze Network now become Blaze TV.

Glenn Beck and Mark Levin, two extremely controversial figures put aside their feud. They have decided to keep the "movement" running by merging the two networks together.

The Blaze was really in dire straits. Beck had all but lost his top talents. He had to shut down his New York and Ohio studios and cut staff down to 20.

Beck lost affiliates to Brian Kilmeade and he is not in the ear of Donald J. Trump. The only person who got his ear is a softball and his name is Sean Hannity.

Levin was facing a major lawsuit from former GOP donor Cary Katz. The outlet was sued for $20 million after Levin failed to live up to the bargain of bringing in revenue.

This was a desperate attempt at trying to keep both outlets from failing. Beck was mostly against Donald J. Trump during the election. Levin was too. But he started to throw some support to Trump abetted that "Softball" Hannity is plugging an agenda.

Of the usual acts, Beck will do his morning zoo, Phil Robertson will teach you how to qauck with a qwack, Deneen Borelli will do her "I'm Black and Republican" show, Mark Levin will scream into the camera, Eric Bolling will show his dick to his fellow AmERICans and Dan Bongino will find a nugget out of his ass.
lt-white host Gavin McInnes fired out the cannon, Blaze TV let the douche bag go.The former founder of the Proud Boys isn't proud anymore.
White extremist Gavin McInnes will tell his former Proud Boys to get off his lawn somewhere else. He was fired out the cannon after YouTube banned him. Days ago, he had that nut who chained herself to Twitter's door on.

McInnes and Laura Loomer are white extremists who profited off of hate. Now the two are no longer Blaze TV material.

We are working on getting Loomer banned from all forms of social media.

Michelle Malkin was fired out the cannon. Shortly after the merger, Blaze TV said she was old news. The shrewed agitator often would do "special reports" defending criminals and white extremists. She is a person of color and a far right lunatic. If she would have stayed, she would be trashing rape victims and defending dirty former Oklahoma cop Daniel Holtzclaw.

The turd flipper is a fixture on "Softball" Hannity's right wing carnival and cable show.

The turd flipper bids a farewell.

"I am so proud of the investigative journalism I did for CRTV," Malkin said to her 2.14 million followers. "So many heroes, so many compelling stories. I will not be continuing with the company, but wish my colleagues all the best."

The Blaze and CRTV announced in December that they were merging to create Blaze Media. Both say the move will allow the new conservative entity to reach 165 million people via television, online and on social media. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Blaze was founded by former Fox News host Glenn Beck in 2011, not long after he parted ways with the network, while CRTV was founded in 2014 by current Fox News host Mark Levin, who also hosts a nationally syndicated radio program.

Please put The Blaze out. Send Glenn Beck and Mark Levin back to the holes they've crawled out of.

Please. And while you're at it, please Michael Cohen, spill the beans about Sean "Softball" Hannity's alleged affairs with women (ah, Sara Carter to name).

SCOTUS Rejects Plans To Gut Planned Parenthood!

The Court sides with Planned Parenhood.
In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court decided to reject a plaintiff's request.

Numerous states were trying to block funding to Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest women's health provider. The court ruled that states had no right to strip access to prenatal care.

Trump appointed Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts sided with Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, Ruth Binder Ginsberg and Stephen Beyer on the issue of women's rights.

The decision is a victory for women.

Right wing group Center for Medical Progress tried to infiltrate Planned Parenthood locations in a few states. They tried to get the organization to implicate itself in a criminal activity.
The doctored videos were shared on Breitbart, Fox News and Blaze TV (formerly The Blaze and CRTV).

Republican lawmakers started pushing for the cancellation of Medicaid contracts to Planned Parenthood.

Some succeeded.

Planned Parenthood sued the states involved and it forced the U.S. Appellate Court to rule that those involved violated federal law and were told to reinstate funding.

The lower court ruling will remain and states must continue to offer prenatal care and healthcare for women seeking termination.

Republicans never get the message.

The newly elected House members will be a checks and balance of Donald J. Trump. Hopefully they will succeed in getting things done.

Honeytrap Maria Butina Served!

Red faced. Maria Butina decides to take a plea in regards to espionage.
The redheaded honeytrap decides to take a plea deal in regards to her alleged spying for the Russian Federation. She would quid pro quo into conservative circles.

Maria Butina decided to plea guilty in regards to violations in terms of being a foreign agent for a hostile government.

In July, the feds arrested Butina after they discovered she had a trove of information to influence conservative and Republican lobbyists.

She was a vocal supporter of gun rights here in the United States and Russia.

Butina was allegedly in a romantic affair with Paul Erickson, a Republican lobbyist twice her age. Erickson had an influence on prominent members of the NRA.
She isn't Anna Chapman.
Butina is facing at least 10 in federal time out and possible banishment from the U.S. and its territories.

The Robert Mueller investigation has gotten her caught in the mix.

Donald J. Trump and his allies are pretty much under investigation for allegedly using Russian operatives to meddle with the 2016 election.

Cyntoia Brown: No Justice!

Celebrities rally around Cyntoia Brown. The young woman was convicted of murder and is facing LIFE in the iron college.

A young woman was sentenced to LIFE in the iron college for the death of a man. She claimed that the man was trying to rape her and she had to defend herself. The Tennessee court found her guilty for murder and sentenced her to the iron college. Her sentence was deemed too harsh and many celebrities are coming to her aid asking for the federal government to grant leniency.

At an early age, this woman experienced sexual encounters had included many rapes, assaults during or before sex, and times when she was under the influence of drugs.

She had a physically and sexually abusive pimp who brandished guns at her and forced her into prostitution. The young woman was picked up by a 43-year-old real estate agent, Johnny Allen, and taken to his house.

The young woman stated that for several weeks leading up to that day, she had been repeatedly raped and was on drugs. When she arrived at the man's house, she found it contained several guns. The young woman said that she was afraid that she would be shot, which led her to shoot and kill the man.

Soon she would be arrested and served in the murder.

Cyntoia Brown was convicted of first-degree murder as a teen, could be released from iron college after serving at least 51 years.

The court issued the opinion Thursday at the request of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which is considering the case of Brown, 30. She has drawn celebrity support from Kim Kardashian West, Rihanna and others as she fights her life sentence for killing a man when she was 16.

Brown's lawyers have said she was a sex-trafficking victim who killed 43-year-old Johnny Allen because she feared for her life. Prosecutors said she shot him and robbed him.

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled against life-without-parole sentences for juveniles, but Tennessee has argued successfully in lower courts that Brown does have a possibility for parole after 51 years. The ruling Thursday goes to the federal appellate court for review.

Brown's attorneys are working on an appeal based on the controversial Miller v. Alabama case.

The Miller v. Alabama deemed mandatory life sentences without the possibility of parole for juveniles unconstitutional. The US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee ruled against Brown's appeal on the grounds that she had received a life sentence as a juvenile, not a life sentence without the possibility of parole. The Court of Appeals then reached out to the Tennessee Supreme Court to determine when a person sentenced to life in the state can become eligible for parole upon finding state sentencing laws unclear.
