O'Reilly Is On The Ropes!

Gabriel Sherman says that O'Reilly's vacation isn't planned. It could be a suspension or a cannon firing. Only Fox knows.

The controversial agitator is taking a vacation amidst a scandal. Many figured that this could be the end of the road. The network denies this....but for how long?

Despite the scandal, Bill O'Reilly's ratings have surged.

O'Reilly's ad buys are low. He only managed to pull in less then eight minutes of ad buys. Over 80 companies have severed ties with the conservative agitator.

The bleeding continues and O'Reilly decides to take a vacation. Something seems fishy to me!

Gabriel Sherman writes that James Murdoch, the son of Rupert Murdoch is so pissed he wants O'Reilly gone yesterday. Lachlan Murdoch and papa are cautious about the decision. They want the old fart to stay but watched like a hawk.

O'Reilly hasn't spoken much on the controversy. Although he's been taking his focus on the "unmasking" scandal. This is a Fox News manufactured scandal that is basing unverified claims on Barack Obama and Susan Rice.

O'Reilly is facing an ad boycott after allegations of five women claiming that he sexually harassed them. The folks over at 21st Century Fox paid out $13 million in punitive damages.

O'Reilly who just recently signed a four year deal for $18 million is now facing pressure to quit or be fired out the cannon. So far, Fox News hasn't said much other than he will return on April 24th.

Many conservatives are facing public shaming and boycotts.
On the bright side, you can look at him make that funny ass face.
So far Breitbart, Monica Crowley, Michael Flynn, Milo Yiannopoulos, Tomi Lahren, Sage Steele and now O'Reilly felt the sting. Now it's time to take fight to the remaining agitators in the junk food media who profit off of hate, division and deception.

We need to focus on bringing down Steve Bannon, The Drudge Report, Gateway Pundit, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Mark Levin, Alex Jones, Joseph Paul Watson, Sebastian Gorka, Eric Bolling, Jeanine Pirro, and Sean "Softball" Hannity.

We must fight against hate talk and the relentless bigotry spewed by Donald J. Trump.

If O'Reilly does get fired out the cannon, this would be one of the biggest shocks in the news and entertainment industry.

Columbus Police Iced A Cop After He Was Caught Serving A Toe Jam Sandwich To A Suspect!

Columbus Police under fire for an officer kicking a suspect in the face after he was cuffed.
Columbus, Ohio is the largest city in the rust belt state. It has a population of 904,000 residents and is the only city in the state that is growing. And like all cities, the need for law enforcement has grown greatly. The Columbus Police is a uniform outlet of 2,300 employees (1,850 officers and 450 dispatchers/civilian).

Columbus expands into Delaware, Franklin and Fairfield Counties. The center of state business is in the city. Andrew Ginther is the mayor of the city.

Ginther and police chief Kimberley Jacobs are steaming mad over the incident that happened over the weekend. An officer who was just cleared of a controversy is embellished in another one.

The officer Zachary Rosen is in the freezer after he was the person spotted on a video kicking a suspect handcuffed. The officer escaped a murder charge after he and another officer bucked Henry Green in 2016.

This incident happened in north Columbus. The officers responded to a call about a man threatening residents with terroristic threats. Police chased the suspect through the neighborhoods before he was caught.

During that arrest, witness Roiesha Pettiford recorded the arrest. The suspect, Demarko Anderson was on the ground with an officer on top of him. Another officer comes into the video and places a toe jam sandwich in his face.

Anderson screaming in pain was cursing and demanding a police supervisor to respond to.

Anderson was booked in the Franklin County Lockup on aggravated menacing, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, having weapons under disability and possession of controlled substances.

He will face a judge on some of those charges. He is innocent until proven guilty.

The video went viral and now the nation is talking. Social media is lit up about this. And of course, civil rights and social justice warriors are calling for a cannon firing.

The police released a statement somewhat condemning the incident.
Based on what we waw in the video taken on Saturday April 8, 2017, the action taken by one of our officers does not meet the standards by the Columbus Division of Police. It appears to be inconsistent with the values and training we instill in our officers. 
The officer self-reported a kick to the suspect while the suspect was in custody.
We'll learn more as the investigation continues and take appropriate actions based on the facts gathered. 
The officer has been temporarily reassigned.

Okay, the cop and partner Jason Bare were involved in the shooting of Henry Green, a 23 year old man who the officers believed fired upon them. Green was confronted by the two while they were in plainclothes.

Rosen claims that Green ignored warnings and got into an altercation with him and Bare.

A grand jury declined to indict the officers in the death.

Now this incident could impact his previous encounters where he used deadly force or restraint against a suspect.

Charlie Murphy Passed Away!

Charlie Murphy passed away from leukemia. 

Damn, we lost another legend in comedy and hip-hop.

Legendary comedian Charlie Murphy passed away.

You best know Charlie Murphy as a featured player on The Chappelle Show. He was a featured player in The Boondocks and Black Jesus on Adult Swim (Cartoon Network).

He was the older brother of Eddie Murphy.  I can only imagine how Eddie feels right now. He lost a part of him tonight and it's heartbreaking.

He lost a battle to leukemia. Comedians and the hip-hop community react to the passing.



His publicist told the junk food media that Charlie was cracking jokes with his family. They were calling him frequently checking on him. He felt they were calling too much.

He also helped Eddie through his comedy Norbit and Vampire in Brooklyn. He also was featured in the cult classic The Player's Club.

































He leaves behind three children. His only wife Tisha Taylor Murphy died in 2009 of cervical cancer.

Rest in peace Charlie.

You finally are at peace with your lovely wife and the legendary icon, Prince.

Carson Got Stuck In An Elevator!

Former NBA star Alonzo Mourning looks on as the EMS tries to free Ben Carson from an elevator.
Housing and Urban Development Secretary Dr. Ben Carson often complains about the poor getting too many entitlements and such. He wants to eliminate funding for affordable housing.

Carson who was recently appointed to this position has no idea of what he's doing. He was Donald J. Trump's most famous Black supporter. He is a failed presidential candidate who became famous after insulting then President Barack Obama at the National Prayer's Breakfast in 2013. He is a retired neurosurgeon.

He has no idea on how to run an organization that handles issues dealing with fair housing, homelessness, housing discrimination and interstate commerce at hotels.

Carson was in Florida with former NBA star Alonzo Mourning and was doing a tour of a housing complex that was in need of repair. I guess Carson is being mocked for being stuck in an elevator.

Carson was allegedly stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes.

This was the Courtside Family Apartments in Miami.

Carson thanked the Miami-Dade County Police and EMS from freeing him.

Feds Are Really Watching Trump's Crew!

Feds are watching a former Trump advisor who may have gave Russia some information to destroy Democrats.

Even Fox News is covering this. They were so obsessed with Susan Rice and the phony "unmasking" controversy.  Matter of fact, this may be a bombshell that is starting to pick up steam.

Republican strategist Carter Page is under investigation for his interaction with a Russian spy.

The Washington Post released a story about the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court issuing a warrant on Page. The FBI obtained a secret court order last summer to monitor the communication between the former adviser and his possible links between Russia.

Maybe this is the reason why Fox News is obsessed with Susan Rice. They claim that the former National Security Advisor leaked the names of Trump transition team members to the junk food media for partisan reasons.

Highly unlikely...!

It hasn't stop Donald J. Trump from making accusations of Rice and then president Barack Obama of wiretapping Trump tower. The embattled leader of this awful country is denying any Russian influence in the 2016 election and calls accusers panderers of "fake news."

This is the clearest evidence so far that the FBI had reason to believe during the 2016 presidential campaign that a Trump campaign adviser was in touch with Russian agents. Such contacts are now at the center of an investigation into whether the campaign coordinated with the Russian government to swing the election in Trump's favor.

Page is not under arrest but he is being watched. He denied any wrongdoing.

FISA request are extremely secretive. The judges who rule on the FISA requests oversees the nation's most sensitive national security cases, and their warrant are some of the most closely guarded secrets in the world of U.S. law enforcement and intelligence gathering. Any FISA application has to be approved at the highest levels of the Justice Department and the FBI.

This allegations come directly from a former British intelligence officer who said that Trump is involved in an embarassing dossier. The FBI and FISA believed Page contacted Igor Sechin, a Vladimir Putin confidant and chief executive of the energy firm.

Trump Will Flex His "Tiny 🖐🖑" At North Korea!

North Korea warns the United States to prepare for retaliation if the U.S. strikes them.

The 70 year old leader of the United States warns China to control the situation. Donald J. Trump went to social media to blast China's handling of the Korean crisis. Donald J. Trump said that there will "catastrophic consequences" if North Korea continues to develop nuclear weapons.

Trump vows to take them down. If the U.S. send ground troops into North Korea, I can only imagine that the North Korean military will launch a ground attack on our soil.

Kim Jong-un is the 33 year old leader of the Democratic People's Republic of  Korea. He took over by his father Kim Jong-il. He died in office and personally selected his son. Jon-un has knowledge of Western culture.

Jong-un is a brutal dictator. It was said that public appearances are rare, His appearances are usually publicity stunts. And if you cross him, you may end up dead. His half-brother was a victim recently of that.

His government and actions are marred in secrecy. Of course the country is aggressively building potential nuclear and chemical weapons to fire upon the Republic of Korea and its allies.

The United States and South Korea are often at odds with North Korea. The U.S. and South Korea have stalemated with the North. The Demilitarized Military Zone (DMZ) is the unofficial border of the two countries. Both sides of Korea are watching each other 24/7.

 Kim Jong-un was pleased that the ballistic missile test were successful. The country warns that Trump and his allies better back down.

Jong-un said that Manhattan will burn in ashes.

Anyway, all this tough talk is a distraction from the investigation into Russia meddling in the U.S. election. Many see Trump's reckless nature as a problem.

The Luv Guv Sees Iron Bars And Stripes!

Disgraced Republican governor Robert Bentley takes a mugshot at the Montgomery County, Alabama lockup.

He was defiant until the end. He was facing an impeachment. He was under federal watch for misuse of campaign funds. He was overreaching his position as a leader. And now he may pay for this with time in the iron college.

Former governor Robert Bentley resigns today. The Republican governor plead guilty to two counts of violating campaign finance rules.

"I can no longer allow my family, my dear friends, my dedicated staff and cabinet to be subjected to consequences that my past actions have brought upon them," said Bentley. "Though I have committed myself to working to improve the lives of the people of our state, there have been times that I have let you and our people, down, and I'm sorry for that."

Sorry his ass got caught. That's why he's apologizing.

Republicans control the State House and they even abandoned their figurehead. Bentley didn't really have a friend in the state.

Bentley resigned placing his second banana, Kay Ivey in charge of the state. Now Governor Kay Ivey must fix the mess.

Bentley was involved with his senior political advisor Rebekah Caldwell Mason. They were both married at the time and carried on this affair during the first and early second term.

Now that he's convicted of criminal misconduct, he could face up to 20 years in the iron college.

Will the American people remember this?

Will this assure my point on the Republicans being too inept?

And It Keeps Going On And On! Mass Shooting In San Bernardino!

Terrorist murders his wife and a child. Easy access to firearms and lack of proper background checks led to this tragedy.

 EXPECT MORE AND MORE!

A restraining order is just a piece of paper. It doesn't stop a terrorist from inflicting harm upon innocent people. The inept Republicans and their leader Donald J. Trump will never get the ball rolling on mass shooting tragedies.

Most of these mass shootings never get this much attention.

This event got attention for the fact it happened in the very same city that a mass shooter and his wife massacred 14 people before the law managed to buck them. The city of San Bernardino once again is rocked by another mass shooting.

The terrorist is an estranged husband who plotted revenge against his wife. He would enter a local school and confront the teacher. He would shoot the teacher and two children. Before the law would nab him, he took his own life.

Cedric Anderson of Riverside was identified by the junk food media. He was the lone gunman involved.

Governor Jerry Brown and Trump were notified about this shooting.

The teacher who was killed was identified as Karen Smith. She was a special education teacher.

This was a murder-suicide. Regardless, this is a terrorist attack and the lives of many were shattered by this terrorist.

He signed in as a visitor at the school and bee lined over to the classroom where she stayed. The terrorist would open fire at point blank range at Karen. Then he would shoot at two children who tried to intervene. One of the children died tonight.

On social media, the terrorist was confessing his love for his estranged wife. He was apparently upset over the victim separating from him. They've been married for a few months.

Like I've said in previous post. Nothing is going to change. There will be more. I will not offer sympathies to the victims. The only thing I ask of those in Congress is, "Get your act together."

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES. YOU WORTHLESS LAWMAKERS CONTINUE TO IGNORE THE REAL THREAT IN THE COUNTRY. IT'S THE EASY ACCESS TO OBTAINING FIREARMS WITHOUT PROPER BACKGROUND CHECKS. 

 IT KEEPS HAPPENING AND WE'RE NOT DOING ONE DAMN THING ABOUT IT!

No Pleasure Principle!

Janet Jackson splits from Wissam Al Mana after the two announced they had their child.

Splitsville.

Janet has split from her third husband Wissam Al Mana. The two were married in 2012 and just recently announced they were proud parents.

I was caught off guard by this announcement for the fact that she was excited to be a mother at the age of 50.

Their son Eissa is 3 months old and I guess they were clashing during the pregnancy.

The youngest Jackson member said that Al Mana was too controlling during her pregnancy.

Rumors were going around that Janet converted to Islam after she was spotted showing a bump wearing a headscarf.

During her time she dated music producer Jermaine Dupri. She was married to James DeBarge briefly and Mexican back-up dancer Rene Elizondo.

Janet was ordered to pay Elizondo after word got on the street that she was bonkers. She was extremely paranoid. The pop singer pretended the couple were boyfriend and girlfriend throughout the marriage "because she wanted me out of the limelight."

The divorce could cost Al Mana a lot of money. He makes over 5 times more than Janet. And if they had a prenuptial agreement, she will be a billionaire.

Damn love is blind and having a baby is a lifetime.

Russian Roulette!

Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon and Reince Priebus are feuding with each other and Donald J. Trump is tired of it. Someone is going to be fired out the cannon. Who will survive this reality show?

There are reports about the conflict within the White House. The Trump team is going through a crisis within its ranks. Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon and Reince Priebus can't stand one another and it's driving Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence nuts.

The infighting gotten so bad, now Trump is giving them ample warning to fly right or get fired out the cannon.

Many conservatives are finally realizing that Trump isn't going to live up to the promises he said while on the campaign trail. The recent strike on Syria has gotten people off the subject of Russian meddling in the U.S. Election. It overshadowed the controversial confirmation of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. It overshadowed Trump's failure to impose a ban on Muslims entering the country through seven nations. It also was overshadowed the Republicans failed rollout of the American Health Care Act (aka Obamacare-Lite, Trumpcare, Ryancare, Load Of Bullshit).

Each of these failures were advised to Trump through these guys. These guys are either thinking too hard or not thinking at all. And with poll numbers in the bottom, Trump is wondering whether the people under him are causing him to fail.

Shake up talk is growing with a potential replacement of Priebus, the current chief-of-staff.

Axios and The Wall Street Journal report that the Trump is seriously thinking about dismissing or demoting Priebus and Bannon. Both helped Trump succeed in one great feat. Getting his poll numbers so low, it's almost unlikely he'll float above 50% anytime soon.

Gary Cohen, a former Goldman Sachs executive who is an economic advisor is likely to get the spot if Priebus is fired out the cannon.

Trump's ego is so HUGE. He doesn't realize that the world really hates his pathetic ass.

Bannon, the former president of white extremist website Breitbart is under fire as well. His reputation as a "populist" is coming back to haunt him. Bannon was not happy about Trump's decision to strike Syria. Bannon is truly "America first" and warned that the "neocons" were meddling.. He has in private dissed Kushner as a "Democrat" who caters to the "Jewish Mafia."

Bannon was relieved of his duty from the National Security Council. That move was seen by conservatives as betrayal.

The defeat of the healthcare law, the Muslim ban and Republican lawmakers infighting has seriously tarnished Trump. He places the blame solely on Priebus and Bannon.

Bannon's role at Breitbart was instrumental in getting Trump into the White House. It also became clear that the website is promoting fake news and extremism. Now Breitbart is facing an ad boycott and also a public scandal involving Milo Yiannopoulos embracing pedophilia of teenage boys who want to love their abuser.

The downfall of Breitbart, Milo Yiannopoulos, Michael Flynn, Monica Crowley, Tomi Lahren, Bill O'Reilly, Steve Bannon and Reince Priebus was done by their own. It took a long time and a lot of looking the other way but finally something is happening about this. Since political correctness is off the table, boycotts and public shaming them does work.

Payless Shoe Source Is On Its Way Out!

Payless Shoesource is closing up stores. It may be the end of a legendary shoe store.

Payless ShoeSource is based out of Topeka, Kansas. It was founded by Louis and Shaol Pozez, two cousins who believed in selling footwear at affordable prices. It's own by Blum Capital and Gold Gate Capital.

There are over 4,500 stores in the world. The United States, Canada and Puerto Rico are the majority of the locations.

The company is a discount footwear retailer that is a common fixture in a mall. There are stand alone stores in communities as well. The company announced it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and is planning on closing 400 stores in the United States and Canada.

It's not known if they are closings in countries outside the two major ones.

Prior to the bankruptcy, heavily loaded with debt due to a private equity buy out, the company's credit rating was downgraded by Moody's.

Like retailers are suffering. Donald J. Trump, a person of business is the leader of this polarizing and god awful country. He and Mike Pence were arm chair wringing about how Barack Obama was destroying jobs with bothersome regulations, unions and high wages.

The middle class is being driven to the poorhouse because of Republicans and their lack of understanding. Many of their voters are middle class working in retail. They depend on a job that is safe. They want a job where they can grow. They will continue to stay loyal if the company offers health insurance.

Now with Republicans in charge, those very same voters will now look for unemployment benefits and other safety net opportunities. Of course, the same voters who complained about the unemployed are now ones themselves.

The very same Republican voters who were then crowing about the poor taking intrusive drug tests and limiting enrollees to having less than $200 a month in food stamps now feel the pain themselves.

Other business that are fading away include: HHGregg, RadioShack, Family Christian Bookstores, Bebe, and The Limited.

Sears/Kmart are on the verge of triggering a major collapse in the retail industry.

HHGregg Fades Away!

HHGregg is the latest business to go.

Appliance and electronics store HHGregg has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. It announced it was closing underperforming stores to bottom the storm. They were hoping a firm would buy the company to keep it from sinking. It turns out no one wants them.

Today, the retailer announce that all stores are closing in the United States.

That affects 5,000 employees.

On Friday, the company announced that it will liquidate its assets after failing to find a buyer for the business. It filed for bankruptcy protection in March.

The company based out of Indianapolis had over 300 stores in 19 states selling major appliances like washers and TVs, as well as computers and home theater systems.

The company will open it up its distribution centers and sell off all its properties as well.

"While we had discussions with more than 50 private equity firms, strategic buyers and other investors, unfortunately we were unsuccessful in our plan to secure a viable buyer of a business on a going-concern basis within the expedited timeline set by our creditors," said CEO Bob Riesbeck.

Donald J. Trump now overseas a country where the middle class is being driven to the poor house by their jobs in service being wiped away by greed, lack of labor unions and the digital giants.

To make this even more painful, Mike Pence was then governor of Indiana before he became vice fuhrer.
