Another fucking mass shooting in the United States. It happened in San Jose, California. The notifications were issued. President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Gavin Newsom, Mayor Sam Liccardo, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) and the 54 members of California's Congressional Delegation were notified.

The San Jose Police, Santa Clara County Sheriff, FBI and Homeland Security are investigating a mass shooting and a possibility bomb plot at a light rail transit station yard.

This happened at the Valley Transit Authority light rail yard and it was located near the Santa Clara County Sheriff Department. I love how the junk food media says the law rushed into action.

The terrorist massacred 10 people and injured approximately 50 workers. It was within less than five minutes. It happened at 6:30am and it happened at the most vulnerable moments. It appears it happened during a union meeting. 

The California State Police along with state officials address the public about the mass shooting.

So I am going on the assumption that the worker was being fired out the cannon and he decided to take his revenge on his manager, his union representatives and his co-workers.

The San Jose Fire and Rescue had a report on a fire at the home that maybe tied to the terrorist.

The city of San Jose has a population of 1.23 million residents.

It appears to be another fucking workplace mass shooting. A disgruntled employee takes out multiple lives before the law either took his out or he went out like a punk.

The usual bullshit of sympathy includes: "Thoughts and Prayers," "Our Hearts Going Out To," "Trying To Wrap Our Heads Around," "We Offer Our Condolences" and "There's Nothing We Can Do About It."

Of course, we lower flags, honor them at candlelight vigils, names buildings, roads, parks, bus stations, stadiums and communities after them. 

But you know what..... They will never come back!

The National Rifle Association, white nationalist Republicans and some white nationalist Democrats continue to use the farce that we cannot impede on the Second Amendment.

They continue to push this bullshit about stopping "bad guys" with more guns. Yet, who was the bad guy? 

The "nice guy" who either lost his job, had a bad relationship with a spouse or partner, felt the politics of Washington, DC is too extreme, had a strange obsession with firearms or hoarding weapons, 

"This is a horrific day for our city and it is a tragic day for the VTA family and our heart pains for the families and the co-workers because we know so many are feeling deeply this loss of their loved ones and their fiends," Liccardo told reporters at the scene.

Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith said her deputies and San Jose police officers arrived quickly after the initial 9-1-1 calls.

No one expects these things to happen. They happened almost everyday.

“When the shots were still being fired our teams, with San Jose PD, are entering the building while shots were still going off. We attempted rescues," Smith said. "We have some very brave officers and deputies."

Citing an "active shooter," deputies told the public at 7:12 a.m. PT to steer clear of the neighborhood, about 50 miles south of downtown San Francisco.

Even hours after the shooter died, a bomb squad was clearing the area in case the gunman left explosives behind.

“We received information that there are explosive devices that are located inside the building,” Davis told reporters at the scene. “ We’re trying to clear out every room, every crevice of that building.”

The dead suspect is believed to be the only shooter involved, according to officials.

"Public safety is assured at this point," Davis said.

Davis called the shooting scene a VTA "control center" which is a "hub that stores multiple VTA trains and a maintenance yard as well."

The shooting happened "on the VTA light rail yard but it did not happen in the operations control center," VTA Board Chairman Glenn Hendricks said.

Hendricks added he was proud of transit workers who stayed on the job and kept moving commuters even in the face of Wednesday's mass shooting.

"A horrible tragedy has happened today," Hendricks said. “I could not be more proud of the VTA organization. As I drove here, I saw VTA buses out on the road."

The area is also in the center of regional law enforcement operations, as the rail yard is within a half-mile of San Jose Police Department, Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office and District Attorney headquarters.

The shooting comes amid a yearlong rise in nationwide gun violence and record firearm sales.

Karine Jean-Pierre, White House principal deputy press secretary, said the federal government is keeping in close contact with law enforcement in San Jose.

Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre's opportunity to take questions from the White House press pool involved the mass shooting in San Jose.

"We will continue to stay in close contact with them and offer any assistance as needed," she said. "We still don't know all of the details ... but what's clear, as the president has said, is that we are suffering from an epidemic of gun violence in this country, both in mass shootings and in the lives that are being taken in daily gun violence that doesn't make national headlines."

It never happens in your community....... Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how this gun reform is taking away your rights. I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. I don't want hear folks say this is not white privilege. I don't want to hear folks say masks impede their freedoms. I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. These incidents are a tragic part of American history.

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.

And I am getting fucking tired of white nationalists and their enablers of color complaining about the lack of Black fathers. The fathers are either killed by gun violence, police violence, COVID-19, heart diseases, diabetes, freak accidents and just being Black in America.
