The seventh day. The trial for the former Minneapolis cop who is accused of murdering George Floyd.

The former cop is accused of reckless homicide which is being classified as second and third degree murder. The cop placed his goddamn knee on the neck of Floyd and it cut his circulation.

No matter what George Floyd did, he didn't not deserve the treatment he gotten from the Minneapolis Police.

The dirty cop claims he had no role in the death of Floyd. The cop's lawyers are going to use Floyd's history with drugs and his previous criminal history as a reason to why he died.

The incident happened in May 2020. The Minneapolis Police responded to a possible strong arm robbery on the basis of a customer passing a phony $20 at Cup Foods, a local grocer that Floyd frequently visited.

Floyd and his associate were pulled over by this dirty cop. He would cordially engage with Floyd but it quickly turned into an escalated confrontation which led to the deadly encounter.

Today, we're going to hear more from witnesses, the dirty cop's supervisors and the chief of the Minneapolis Police Medaria Arradondo.

Yesterday's testimony from Arradondo could be very damaging to the dirty cop.

During the trial, some court observers saw a juror allegedly sleeping. That could be grounds for a mistrial or jury dismissal. There appears to be jurors looking distracted from the testimony. 

This has been a very emotional trial. The death of George Floyd has touched the nation. His death was an outright lynching. For that cop to put his goddamn knee on that man's neck is so infuriating.

That was directly a violation of civil rights and reckless homicide.

Over a fake bill. 

The guy who was with Floyd also could be implicated in the matter. This witness refuses to testify because he could be arrested after he takes the bench.

Police Chief Medaria Arradondo gave damning testimony.

Morries Hall could be indicted for the death of Floyd. The defense wants to pin the murder on him. 

Allegedly, Hall gave Floyd the counterfeit money to go into the store. He also invoked his fifth amendment right to self-incriminate. Hall may have been a dope pusher as well. The defense will ask Hall if he provided drugs to Floyd.

The court is listening to current and former Minneapolis Police officers on training. 

The trial has taken an impact on the jury. They're going to decide whether this dirty cop was reckless in placing his knee on the neck of Floyd. They are going to decide whether his failure to render aid to a man in distress is grounds for homicide.
