While many of those who participated in the U.S. Capitol insurrection feel duped and betrayed by former president Donald J. Trump, they seem to get more respect from the U.S. federal courts than a person of color.

Those involved in the insurrection of democracy face these things.

1. A court date where if convicted, they could spend years in federal time out.

2. The loss of their jobs. Employers will separate from those involved in this insurrection.

3. Public reputation ruined. See folks won't serve them. Social media will likely ban them indefinitely and they face lawsuits from those injured or dead from this insurrection.

4. The title of "racist" will haunt them for the rest of their miserable lives. See the very fact they wanted to overturn the results of Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Nevada involved heavily minority-majority cities that lean Democratic.

5. Just leaving this out there.... They are regarded as morons. Nah, I meant terrorists. Their "patriotism" costed them their freedom. You can't claim you were brainwashed by the president and far-right agitation. You had a choice not to go to the event. You have a choice to protest from the comfort of home. Now you expose yourself to COVID-19 and probably could end up dying from it.

It appears that some of these white extremists are getting an out thanks to a sympathetic judge and federal prosecutor.

His attorney publicly called on then president Trump to pardon his client, arguing that the idiot had been unarmed, not violent, and not destructive, and had been acting on the "invitation" of the President. In a January 14 court filing, federal prosecutors said that he had left a note on former vice president Pence's desk in the Senate chamber that said "It's only a matter of time, justice is coming.

His lawyer said that the idiot "regrets very very much having not just been duped by the President, but by being in a position where he allowed that duping to put him in a position to make decisions he should not have made."

The woman who flew a private jet to Washington, DC and proceeded into the Capitol pleaded with Trump to pardon her because she was "fighting for him." She started a couple of GoFundMe accounts to solicit donations since her business took a hit and no lawyer wants to defend her now that she's indicted for criminal charges.

The woman could lose her realtor's license in Texas because of her actions.

Another woman from Pennsylvania was sent to in-house after the judge determine she wasn't a flight risk. This woman allegedly tried to sell Rep. Nancy Pelosi's (D-CA) laptop to the Russian Federation.

That riled up Black Lives Matter. They said that these white people are getting treated way differently than those who protest injustice. These folks tried to overthrow the United States government.

Like the Kenosha, Wisconsin incident where a white extremist traveled from Illinois to "protect" the businesses in the wake of the police shooting of Jacob Blake shot and killed two men and injured another. He managed to walk past police and head home. He got him something to eat. He got a night's rest. He managed to talk to his preacher, his lawyer and his mother before he turned himself in. He got donations from far-right extremists and Rickey Schroeder, a washed up 1980s actor.

This is the reason to why it's important for President Joe Biden to get the ball rolling on criminal justice reform, police reform and eliminate domestic extremism.

The far-right and the leftists agitators who attack Biden are conspiring for another insurrection. 

Sean "Screwball" Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson, Mark Levin, Bill O'Reilly, Fox News, OANN, Newsmax and far-right agitators on social media deserve blame for the insurrection.

Tariq Nasheed, Ryan Knight, Katie Halper, Kyle Kulinski, Krystal Ball, Nina Turner, Benjamin Dixon, Jeffrey Shaun King, The Young Turks and leftists on social media are responsible for the unrest in Portland, Seattle and partially the blame for the insurrection.

I would hope that social media cancels their platforms. 

President Joe Biden called for unity. He said the time is now to lower the temperature and bring America back together. His calls will be ignored by these individuals. It's time to start holding these folks accountable.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Trump is innocent until proven guilty in the trial of the U.S. Senate. It will begin in February and could last a week. If convicted, he will be forbidden from running for federal office, he will lose his presidential pension, his Secret Service protection and be held liable for any lawsuits by those affected in the U.S. Capitol chaos.
