Rules are made for a reason. Rules are there for the safety of yourself and others.

With the coronavirus pandemic, Americans are being ordered to stay at home if they're sick and those who are able to work are doing under tight restrictions. Many companies had to lay off millions because of the spread of the coronavirus.

2. Do not touch your face (mouth, nose and eyes)
3. Cough into your elbow instead of your hands
4. Keep a safe distance (at least 6 to 10 feet) from individuals.
5. If you're sick, please stay home.
6. There is no treatment or cure for the COVID-19.
7. Follow state and federal laws regarding this.
8. Do not hoard items like toilet paper, bread, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.
9. Use social media like Facebook Messenger, Google Duo, Skype or social media to connect.
10. COVID-19 can live on surfaces for more than 72 hours. Including steel, plastic and cardboard.
11. A pandemic has no timeline.

This suspect coughed on food in a Pennsylvania grocery store. She is now marked with infamy. A look at her profile shows a troubled person. What should the law do with "stupid" criminals?

Force her to repay back the grocery store for damaging the products.
Have Pennsylvania Jobs and Family Services investigate her for possible child negligence due to alcohol and drug abuse.
Force her to make a public apology to the grocery store, residents and the police for her actions.
Help her get mental health treatment for bipolar disorder, drug abuse and possible sexual abuse.
We're making too many assumptions. We don't know what she was thinking at the time. She was caught. She will face criminal charges and is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A Pennsylvania woman is going to face some serious charges after she deliberately sneezed and coughed on meat and produces in her attempts to shoplift out of the store.

She has vices.
The suspect was inside a Gerrity's Supermarket in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. She deliberately coughed on $35,000 worth of products while claiming she was testing positive for the COVID-19.

The U.S. Department of Justice warned individuals that deliberately spread diseases in an attempt of committing a crime will be charged with terrorism.

The store lost prevention had her on the radar. They witnessed her stealing items in the store. When she was cornered she started threatening patrons, saying she was sick then intentionally coughed and spat on the fresh produces and meat inside the store.

After they got the shoplifted products from her, the suspect was ordered to leave the store. She continued to make threats. They called the law and they quickly apprehended her.

The suspect was immediately tested and had no symptoms of the coronavirus. However, the damage was done. The store manager told his staff that the products were contaminated and they had to be destroyed.

The meat, produce, some bakery items and open air products were pulled and properly destroyed.

"I am also absolutely sick to my stomach about the loss of food. While it is always a shame when food is wasted, in these times when so many people worried about the security our food supply, it is even more disturbing," Joe Fasula said on social media.

She planned her future.
The state and federal authorities are going to serve her a federal sandwich. The state is going for felonies in regards to theft, vandalism, making terroristic threats, trespassing and assault. The feds will get her for making threats with "biological agents," felonious assault, endangering lives with potential biological agents and theft. The charges carry up to 20 years in the state of Pennsylvania and 15 in federal time out. On point without a plea deal or insanity plea, the suspect could face up to 5 to 40 years in the iron college.

"Today was a very challenging day. While there is little doubt this woman was doing it as a very twisted prank, we will not take any chances with the health and well-being of our customers, Fusala added on social media.

On top of that, the store will likely sue the suspect for damages, cleanup, disposal and overtime given to workers who were possibly expose to biohazards. She will be banned from that store for life.

The grocery stores in that area will keep her image on file for LIFE. So whenever she appears in a business, they will have the right to refuse her service and call the law if she is trespassing.

The store is located in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre metropolitan area. She is being held at the Luzerne County lockup in Wilkes-Barre.

She got a $50,000 cash on hand to get out free.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
