This Monster Raped His Victims And Then Spreads Gonorrhea!

Predator served after he raped two girls and gave them a sexually transmitted infection.
A Minnesota man harmed two innocent girls. He gave them a contiguous sexually transmitted disease and tried to play dumb when he got caught.

This sexual predator was convicted of raping his then-girlfriend's twin daughters and giving them a sexually transmitted disease after one of the girls said he hurt her.

The predator spread gonorrhea on the two little girls.

The predator, was arrested in 2018. The little girl told her grandparents that "daddy" hurt her. She was taken to a local hospital where she tested positive for the dangerous infection.

He plead innocence upon arrest but he tested positive for gonorrhea.

The predator was arrested after a SWAT team executing a search warrant found him hiding in the attic at a residence in St. Paul.

The other daughter was tested positive for the dangerous infection.

He was convicted on Tuesday with four counts of criminal sexual conduct, including two first degree and two second degree sexual assault charges. The predator was served after a four-day trial in Ramsey County District Courts.
Ramsey County Courthouse in St. Paul, Minnesota.
"Cases involving sexual assault of young children pose significant barriers since they do not possess the language to describe the acts, may not understand that the abuse was wrong, and are susceptible to intimidation and manipulation by the offender," said prosecutor for Ramsey County, John Choi.

This predator is expected to get 40 to LIFE in the iron college. If he is released, he will undergo testing for possible STI and HIV infections. He will have no contact with the victims. He will have to tell the law about other victims so they'll be notified. He will have to register as a TIER III. He will report to the local authorities every 90 days for LIFE. He will have to pay for the medical bills of his victims. He will be treated for his sexually transmitted disease while in the iron college. He will be placed in protective custody due to the fact he is "suicide" risk.

Since he is a Hispanic man, he could be likely an immigrant here in the United States illegally. He could face deportation to the country of origin if released.

He can appeal his sentencing if he dares. If he is reconvicted, he could face LIFE in the iron college.

The suspect is convicted however, if he appeals he does have a right to a retrial and rescheduled hearing.
