Ex-Ohio Weatherman Served For Kiddie Porn!

A federal tornado destroyed his career.

The end of an Ohio weatherman who had history serving Columbus, Ohio. The city of 1.3 million residents woke up to hearing this guy was a sexual predator with a computer.

Former WBNS 10 weatherman got served. Now he'll be doing forecast in federal time out.

At the Franklin County Court, a former television legend found himself on the other side of the camera. He was charged with having child pornography on his laptop, cellphone and work properties.

He not only embarrassed his employer, 10TV, but the entire city of Columbus, Ohio.

His defense team claimed that the child pornography was used as self-medication for the man's mental health issues. No joke, the defense said that "he had mental issues and needed to look at little children in sexual positions to ease his stress."

The predator pled guilty in the court for pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Three of the counts are second-degree felonies which carry the presumption of time in the iron college.

His attorney Terry Sherman is seeking probation but the predator faces 29 years in federal time out when sentenced. He will be labeled a TIER II every six months for the next 25 years.

The predator is 60 years old. So that means he'll be at least 90 years old when he gets out of federal time out. He will not be eligible for in-house.

The employer WBNS-TV fired him out the cannon immediately following his indictment. He was the chief meteorologist.

[The predator] has been employed at 10TV for 31 years. We will cover the story with the same ethical standards we would any other case," the station responded/

The tips came from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They reached out to the Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that found 16,000 images being traced to a Columbus-area email address.

Local detectives determined that this predator was the one who harbored the child porn.

They were watching his activities while he was doing his regular routine as that "goofy, but loveable" guy on television doing the weather.

They would do a no-knock around 6am when the weatherman and his family were asleep.

They seized his phone, his computer, his modem, his thumb drives, his portable hard drives, his television, his printer, his wife's phone and soon went to WBNS to seize the work computer, work cellphones and call records.

Many of the images included young girls exposing themselves and engaging in sexual acts with adults.

Irony.

His attorney believes that he deserves "white privilege" programs like therapy. He said he never had any encounters with underage children. He said that he's no threat to the community.

He is currently awaiting his internship to federal time out. While he is awaiting his internship, he will not be able to access the internet. That means he won't be able to use an internet connected television, radio, cellphone, computer or tablet. He was ordered to not have any unsupervised contact with underage children.

It doesn't matter if you're rich and powerful, you're not untouchable.....well unless you're Donald J. Trump.

Despite all the criminal acts and unethical behavior as the President of the United States, the Republican Party backs him over their so-called morals.

Yeah, we had to put Trump in this story. Because he has over 25 women accusing him of inappropriate behavior, sexual abuse and rape. He even bragged about being powerful and being able to "grab 'em by the pussy" because he's a celebrity.

Well this weatherman was a celebrity. However, he's a nobody because his name ain't Trump.
