The Dirtbag Who Killed Trayvon Martin Sues Democrats!

Broke ass dirtbag wants attention.
Trayvon Martin's name will never go down in vein. He lost his life to a senseless act of gun violence.

An infamous individual is suing Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).

The dirtbag is suing the Democrats for $265 million in a defamation lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims the Democratic presidential candidates "defamed [the dirtbag] for political gain in misguided and malicious attempts to bolster their standings amongst African-American voters, all at [that dirtbag's] expense."

They did so in "separate postings on their Twitter accounts" on February 5th that suggested that dirtbag killed Trayvon Martin as a result of "racism" or "fear" because of the teen's skin color, the suit alleges.

Last year, the dirtbag tried to sue the victim's family and state officials because he got angry they're producing a movie based on the encounter.

The dirtbag's lawyer is a controversial figure.  He has a history of suing individuals vexatiously and is facing the possibility of being disbarred.

Eight years ago, Trayvon Martin was shot and killed in a Sanford, Florida neighborhood by an armed watch captain. The watch captain made the claim that he saw Trayvon cruising through neighborhoods looking for trouble. He made a call to 9-1-1 to report the matter and the operator told him to not confront Trayvon.

Well the guy went ahead to confront the teen. There was an altercation and then a gunshot.
Warren and Buttigieg are being sued by Florida's most hated man.
Trayvon was shot in the chest and the guy was bruised up.

The guy claimed that the teen attacked him and he had no choice but to use deadly force.

It became the controversial "Stand Your Ground" defense. Florida passed a dumb law that gave any armed individual the right to shot a person if they were deemed a threat to the individual's life.

He managed to get away with murder. Well something didn't add up right. They reviewed the scene and found shit didn't match the altercation.

So the state decided to try the guy with first degree murder. They had a trial. They had witnesses and characters from all walks giving their side of the story.

The guy had an ally at the time who is the official softball of Donald J. Trump. That ally was Sean "Softball" Hannity. He drove a narrative that Trayvon was the threat and his past was a reason for his death.
Trayvon Martin would have been 25 years old this month.
Many in the Black community saw this "white privilege." Even though the guy is part Hispanic, the guy represented a white male culture that "thinks like they're above the law."

During the trial, they talked to Rachel Jeantel, a former girlfriend of Trayvon. She had a witness account that the agitators believe wasn't truthful. They ridiculed her over her weight, her speech impediment and her story.

In July 2013, this guy was found not guilty of murder. He was acquitted of most of the serious charges. Upon hearing that, the far-white cheered and the Black community was angry.

So Black Lives Matter was born and to this day, this group has been motivated to protesting injustices, white privilege in the court system and call for demands for police reform.
