LaShawn Daniels Passed Away!

LaShawn Daniels known also as Big Shiz has passed away.
Today is Queen Bey's birthday. And on her birthday, the 38-year old entertainer had to pay homage to a talent that helped her success.

Beyonce Knowles and many others have relied on songwriter and singer LaShawn Daniels for inspiration. They called him a "true blessing."

The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter and producer passed away at the age of 41.

While the cause of his death hasn't been confirmed, Daniels' reported passing has led to an outpouring of sympathy from fans and collaborators, who have taken to social media to express condolences to the entertainer.



Daniels who collaborated with music producer Darkchild has a long list of songwriting under his belt.

He was credited to Brandy and Monica's smash single The Boy is Mine, the Destiny's Child single Lose My Breath, Beyonce's If You Had My Love, Lady Gaga's Telephone, Jennifer Lopez's If You Had My Love, and even Whitney Houston's It's Not Right But It's Okay.
LaShawn and April Daniels do reality television shows and had a YouTube channel.
He wrote songs and produced tracks for The Spice Girls, George Michael, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, Toni Braxton, Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson.

Daniels won a Grammy for his songwriting credit on Destiny's Child Say My Name.

The most recent Grammy nomination was for reality television agitator and singer Tamar Braxton's single Love and War.

He was born in Newark, New Jersey.

He was married to reality television agitator and talent agent April Daniels. LaShawn leaves behind April and their three sons.

LaShawn and April were also cast members of Tamar and Vince Show on WE TV!
